Kroger in other cities:
Went to meat department to get some chicken breasts and was told by people behind there “we are useless. We can’t help you”. Seriously. Told manager and he blew us off. His place has really gone down hill. Horrible customer service. Hello Publix. We left everything in our cart and are headed your way.
I asked the gentleman working in the meat department where the liverwurst was located. I said it over and over but there was a language gap and he didnt seem to understand. He didnt even want to stop stocking the shelves while I asked the question. He just kept pointing towards the middle of the store and mumbling. I asked him to please show me where the liverwurst sausages are located and he took me to the shelf with barbecue sauce and then walked away. If youre going to hire somebody with a language gap, you should at least train them to understand what the basic American meat products are before leaving them alone on a busy weeknight.
The Place has very good groceries to buy. The Bakery is excellent and we loved that the pizzas are not made using Palm Oil. So, if you want a tasty frozen pizza, Kroger is a very good option. Its cheap and really tasty. Also, there is a variety on the groceries. My wife and I loved the place. Also, you can get a member card if you ask for it, which helps you with some discounts.
I am not sure who handles the bathroom cleaning at this store but management needs to kick them to the curb bathroom was so nasty and unclean. Toilets were piled full of toilets paper and paper towels and looked like the had plumbing issues but no one was checking hourly on cleaning. I have been to several other Kroger stores and they have an hourly cleaning schedule they follow especially now sats things need to be kept clean soup containers need to be filled
Just Love this Supermarket. Very clean & the Staff r always willing 2 help. Download the app so u can add coupons straight 2 ur Krogers Card. Plus Every $100 a month u get 30 cents per Gallon. Plus bring ur coupons double the saving. The Fruits & Veggies r ALWAY Fresh. Everything is very organized & I like that the aisle have enough space. They clean each Cats & thats very important 2 me. A must go. Cant beat the prices. Enjoy
This kroger has the most Discusting bathrooms I have ever seen. Its beyond GETTO! In addition.. I went to customer service to alert them. And I stood there for a little less than 5 minutes..while the manager ignored me completely. I will be looking for another location.
I just want to say how amazing the lady behind the sushi counter today is. I am highly allergic to shellfish but love sushi and have to be careful with what I order due to contamination. I tolder her about my allergy and also not being able to have rice. She made me a special order, changed her gloves and cleaned the area and make sure to not touch anything else. Thank you so much. Usually people tell me oh well.I am so excited for my lunch today.
I wish I could give fewer stars. It is a grocery store. It has a pharmacy. If youre looking for customer service or clicklist go somewhere else because they just do not seem to care. I have shown up to pick up click list and told to come the next day, cancelled orders, and no baggers in evenings. They said we are under staffed, shop earlier in the day. Thats not possible for everyone. Dismissive and unresponsive to customer concerns.
I will not be going back. The employees are not very friendly and the store has gone downhill the last few years. I just bagged my own groceries while the two employees on my checkout line watched. One was the bagger. I am not helpless and can do my own, but it was awkward to say the least, as there were a lot of groceries. There were also people in line waiting and probably wondering why they werent doing their jobs.. Their big competitor down the street has amazing, helpful, happy people working for them. (It starts with P) I will be shopping with them every time now.
Worst customer service Ive ever had at any Kroger. I came in at 7PM in hopes of having a duplicate receipt printed for me. After several minutes, Karen showed up at the customer service desk. When I inquired about my receipt, she told me that I would have to return at 10PM to see if it had been found by then. Id like to think that in a patient person, but 3 hours is a ridiculous amount of wait time for a duplicate receipt. She was very unprofessional in her demeanor and tone with other customers as well, shooing them off with I need a receipt. Sorry. I understand that they were understaffed today but that honestly is a poor excuse. The search for my receipt was interrupted with assisting and conversing with other customers. After 40 minutes of waiting, Karen informed me that she could not find he receipt and that she simply didnt have time to spend looking for a receipt due to them being understaffed. She then referred me to the Kroger 800 number, which ended with the same result.I think it would be a great idea for Kroger to keep records of ALL purchases, rather than only purchases made with Kroger plus cards.... I every Kroger shopper may not be a member. This day was a nightmare.
This Kroger has an amazing team. Team members that remember me by name and make me feel very Welcome. Cashiers such as Hannah, Allison and Stephen. Ben their supervisor greats me the same way. They always make sure that I have what I need and let me know about sales that would benefit me.I have used this location specifically because of them and because the store is always clean and organized.I wouldnt go anywhere else.
This Kroger is a disaster. I have been a loyal customer, but after so many issues, I am changing to Publix. Inventory is a mess. Managers are not competent. The delivery was all wrong. They substituted Kroger brand for items that were in stock. They charge you wrong, so you have to watch the entire checkout process.
Had a very hard time using the digital app which isn’t a site specific problem for but it took me 4 time’s asking different Kroger team members before I got one that could help me find the specific coupons I was searching. I was very grateful to Saron, who was stocking the cheese cooler, as she was able to unlock the puzzle! Thank you Saron! It was a very easy fix for her, needless to say after 3 previous attempts I was pretty frustrated for the waste of time and effort but Saron’s friendly disposition brought me back to a happy place.
This store has severely deteriorated over the last six months. The employees are more concerned with yelling across the store at each other, laughing, while customers wait in line. The employees are RUDE!. Purchased items and did not make it home with them. Called ... Another rude employee. Spoke with Manager and provided details for him to research and call me back. No return call! Needs new management to staff with new employees and lose the ghetto atmosphere!
The store in general is good, but never order any cakes from their bakery. Ordered a birthday cake for my son, the one with Cars (from the movie).First, Ive ordered a chocolate cake, they did regular white/yellow. Second, It absolutely doesnt match what was on the picture on their website when I was ordering it - completely different picture and no cars models. And the lady just told me that she had no any car models so she made it with picture only. And she didnt tell me about all this until I asked her why the cake doesnt look like the one Ive ordered, so she just didnt care and was hoping I wont notice and pick it up like it is. Horrible. No one words worth anything.
This Kroger doesnt have enough cashiers and the lines are always crazy long. Then they try to push you to do self checkout which is extremely inconvenient when you have a cart full of groceries! When I said something to the manager he just stated that people love the self checkout and they put alot of money into the new technology and they dont have it in the budget to hire more cashiers! Then he walked away, and left me wondering why he didnt oen a register himself. They also keep changing the lay out, so it seems like evey time you get use to where the products are they change it on you. Im not sure what theyre trying to accomplish by constantly changing things but its driving people out because its quite annoying. Also the produce is almost always rotten and I mean fuzzy mold, so make sure you look carefully!
Walmart Meets Whole Foods! It was very clean, well stocked and organized. The Produce section had high quality veggies, like Whole Foods but at Kroger prices! Impressive! It was like a bakers dream, as well! They had a lot of pots, pans and even a generous selection of small appliances for a grocery store?!?! Unbelievable! I didnt want to leave that eisle. I looked down and they had buy one get one free waffle makers and T-fal deep fryers!! Just Insanity! Great one stop shop place to go to if your entertaining and need to pick up a few things. Dude, there was a whole eisle of plates and pots/pans, and even doilies! My bill was probably higher than Walmart but this is a place to go if you want quality. ;-). Oh and all the workers I spoke to were nice, hard workers and happy to help you. We were looking for something and a manager walked by while we were talking to an associate. He didnt even let her think about where the product was, he escorted us to the eisle and they both asked if there was anything else we needed to find. Love this place even though I pass 2 Krogers and a Walmart to get here, this is now our Kroger.Oh bonus, did I mention they have a Starbucks?! Shazam!! Drop da mic. Done.

I had a horrible experience with a lady at the Deli dept, the Indian one by the name Ritu. She needs to be trained on how to calm down and listen to the customer’s needs before jumping to conclusions about what she thinks they are looking for. Also, it’s a terrible ethics to be treating her coworkers so rudely while the customer is standing in front. I feel bad for those working with her.
This is an ongoing issue in this company. This is the third Kroger I have been with terrible mens room . No toilet paper and paper towel at all and dirty restroom. I am wondering how those people who are in charge the food area ( deli , bakery and meat ) and also other people in the store are able to wash their hands and sanitize and prep the food for theor customers if they use these nasty restrooms throughout their shift.I have been spending 100-120 dollars in this company with gas and grocery and I will stop wasting it from now .
I am really tired of Timothy (young, clean cut, heavy set, black male) and his lack of pride in his job @ the Saddlebrook Kroger Gas Station point of sale booth.Anytime anyone walks up he is playing on his MacBook computer with the shade down.Tonight he was doing the same - it’s 8:51pm.Standing at the booth patiently waiting for Timothy to look up from his MacBook - which didn’t happen until I tapped on the window - he looked up at me with a blank stare and his index finger and thumb holding up his head like I was bothering him.He didn’t say a word.He just kept looking at me.I told him what I wanted. We completed the transaction.I went to my car to write this review.I’ve called him out on this behavior several times with no change in his lack of Guest service and pride in his job. It’s really not that hard. You basically have a job because of customers - not because you deserve to have a job. Please re-train Timothy - he needs it.Thanks
Horrible experience at the customer desk.....the representative named Lucy was just out right rude and not the least helpful.....just went about her business and didnt care about the customers waiting for help....assisting another Kroger employee with a travel expense took 20 mins..while the line of customers at the service desk to be helped kept growing to about 5.when asked when can others be helped after waiting for 15 mins...the response is cant you see I am with another customer? and if you want to see the manager...go to the cash registersSpeaking to the manager on duty didnt help either...his attitude was equally laxThe management at Kroger doesnt care about the level of service given by their team...very disappointing
Unfriendly check-out staff on the self-checkout. I was in this Saturday morning and when the price rang-up incorrectly, it was as though I was an inconvenience to Barb. I remain loyal to Kroger, but seriously, when an error is the fault of the store, do not give me a look of dismissive apathy and a tone of indifference. I am a VP of a large company and our staff has standards.
Even though I was there @night and thus this compliment isnt particularly applicable, this Kroger is one of the best in metro Atlanta because it offers salad and olive bars and the hot food offerings are more than just fried & baked chicken, macaroni, corn, green beans and mashed potatoes, and their close out section always has @least 1 gotta have or gotta try item
Krogers prices beat everyone!! The rewards program gives us the opportunity to multiply our points so that we can redeem them at the gas pump!!! Kroger is the only one that allows $1-2 dollars off at the pump!! The more you buy in the store the less you pay at the pump!!
Brian, the guy who helped he at the guest services line, was entirely unprofessional. He was rude and condescending, and it was very clear that I was a major inconvenience to him. Guy literally shook his head at me twice and did the whole impatient sigh act. Truly hope his management team finds out sooner rather than later this is how he treats their guests in store.
I been Kroger costumer since 94 but today I have an unpleasant interaction with one of your employees. The employee refused to sell me beer with my Mexican passport. The same person did the same 3 weeks ago, not allowing me to send money to Mexico. She asked to see my state Id, but when I used my passport, she refused to send the money. I believe this employee is lucy acting due to a racially fueled opinion on Latinos. Because of these repeated problems, I will not longer shop at this loacation. AttaEduardo Nino
Wheres Clark Howard when you need his rip-off report with these scumbags? Every time at this location the Sale item price doesnt match the checkout or receipt. Today December 6, 2017 - With card, Coke products listed at $.88 for 2L w/card, charged $1.79. Perdue chicken $2.49, charged $5.99..etc. Is that not considered False Advertisement?

2021-12-20Priced higher than nearby retail stores for some reason, and need a card to get lower prices offered though still higher than others. Rest everything same as other stores. Gas station gives 3 cent discount with their card, did use it some times but now even thats expensive than other gas stations after that discount. Not visiting again until really need something urgently and this is the only option.

2022-04-23Now that the previous contemptible and inept manager has been appropriately ousted, this Kroger location has the potential to achieve respectably noteworthy improvements. Achieving such a goal will take a steadfast commitment from the new manager and the entire store staff. One of my peeves with this Kroger store is the way its bakery department plays fast and loose with product expiration dates. At least one baked good, a brand of high-quality cupcakes, has had its recommended shelf life improperly prolonged with the use of creatively extended expiration dates. The price/expiration date sticker shown on the attached picture was placed there by a Saddlebrook Kroger bakery employee. I snapped the picture on April 21. According to the manufacturer, their cupcake products have a shelf-life of 5 days, regardless of whether the product is refrigerated or displayed on the store shelf. The expiration date sticker reads May 14, 2022. I do not know when the product was first placed on the shelf, but I do know that the 23-day shelf life afforded the baked good is over two weeks beyond the recommended shelf life. It defies comprehension how an error this egregiously evident could have possibly taken place. Chalk it up to gross negligence or deliberate deception. This has happened before at the bakery department of this Kroger store. Back in October of 2021, the same type of product remained in the refrigerated display case for over a month. New expiration dates stickers were placed over old, expired dates and the products continued to be sold to the public well beyond the time that all expired packages should have been taken off the shelf and discarded.I would not presume to instruct Kroger on the proper way to apply disciplinary action for such a stunt as this but since the same infraction has occurred in the past, swift and stinging repercussions are in order.

2022-02-18If I could give zero Stars I wouldI think Krogers corporate philosophy is to treat everyone like they are a shoplifter, maybe they should try Publix corporate philosophy of treating customers with dignity and respect and appreciation. This morning I had over 70 items a lot of produce and once again no registers were open so I had to use self-checkout, and as you know is impossible to use self-checkout without it calling over the clerk at least three times during your transaction. All of a sudden the machine came up with voided item and then it locked up completely, the clerk came over and asked me what I was trying to avoid and I said nothing, I said Im not shoplifting my parents raised me better than that and he started inspecting the cart, when he realized the register was not working I moved over to another register and at that point I asked for the manager, he had told the manager what happened and the managers response was well we can just verify it on the receipt so basically the employee and the manager were subliminally accusing me of shoplifting. It was a very uncomfortable situation. it is not just this Kroger it is every Kroger in metro Atlanta they force you to use self-checkout and then they sit there looking for shoplifters, how about reverse the trend and open up some freaking registers

2022-03-22I live very close to this location and shop there frequently. Tonight around 10pm walking through the produce section I saw a rat crawl under one of the large sections near the cheese and bread. A big rat.. never seen that at any grocery store. Also I will be going to Publix now

2022-04-22Worst store ever , I saw HUGE rats in three different parts of the store . I pointed it out to a clerk , his response was yea , there are rats all over the store and the back room. Those things looked more like rabbits then rats . I get upfront, not a single register open, line going all the way into the aisle. There is a huge Publix thats 3 min away on Old Milton , thats stocked a lot better with more veriety products, quick check out and friendly staff .And they dont have RATS running around in broad day light

2022-03-13This Kroger is so understaffed, it’s obvious. I heard they have a manager who’s a bit racially biased, heard multiple stories of him treating non-white employees awful and firing them. So I can definitely see why it’s understaffed as all get out. It was a terrible experience shopping here every time.

2022-05-28I used to like going to this grocery store and only use this one until last year. The people at the registers steal money and even the managers don’t care to do anything about it unfortunately. I don’t recommend buying any gift related cards at this store and overall be careful.

2022-01-10The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. My husband waited an hour for grocery pickup and was then told he would have to come back to receive it. He told the lady to cancel the order but she did not. I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week now to be refunded for groceries we never received. Customer service is a joke, they are literally hanging up before even talking to me. I have covid and will probably be forced to go into the store to get my money back. Ridiculous!

2022-01-19Never surprising at my Johns Creek State Bridge Kroger, I walk in to get deli meat with three people behind the deli and they proceeded to tell me they can’t cut me anything because they are not open yet…. Add to our slicing sandwich meat I assume for the case for the day and another just stands there. So they are clearly open and functioning.. So I approached a manager Chris who is at the front doors speaking with three other employees doing absolutely nothing and ask him if he can help and he tells me that they are too busy. Shaking my head this place is going into the toilet quicker and quicker… Please make the changes to get our store back together. And this is why Publix is first choice always. Service is unmatchable
