Priced higher than nearby retail stores for some reason, and need a card to get lower prices offered though still higher than others. Rest everything same as other stores. Gas station gives 3 cent discount with their card, did use it some times but now even thats expensive than other gas stations after that discount. Not visiting again until really need something urgently and this is the only option.

Now that the previous contemptible and inept manager has been appropriately ousted, this Kroger location has the potential to achieve respectably noteworthy improvements. Achieving such a goal will take a steadfast commitment from the new manager and the entire store staff. One of my peeves with this Kroger store is the way its bakery department plays fast and loose with product expiration dates. At least one baked good, a brand of high-quality cupcakes, has had its recommended shelf life improperly prolonged with the use of creatively extended expiration dates. The price/expiration date sticker shown on the attached picture was placed there by a Saddlebrook Kroger bakery employee. I snapped the picture on April 21. According to the manufacturer, their cupcake products have a shelf-life of 5 days, regardless of whether the product is refrigerated or displayed on the store shelf. The expiration date sticker reads May 14, 2022. I do not know when the product was first placed on the shelf, but I do know that the 23-day shelf life afforded the baked good is over two weeks beyond the recommended shelf life. It defies comprehension how an error this egregiously evident could have possibly taken place. Chalk it up to gross negligence or deliberate deception. This has happened before at the bakery department of this Kroger store. Back in October of 2021, the same type of product remained in the refrigerated display case for over a month. New expiration dates stickers were placed over old, expired dates and the products continued to be sold to the public well beyond the time that all expired packages should have been taken off the shelf and discarded.I would not presume to instruct Kroger on the proper way to apply disciplinary action for such a stunt as this but since the same infraction has occurred in the past, swift and stinging repercussions are in order.

Clean and organized store. They have multiple checkouts available. Good time to stock up on coke. 4 12 packs for $12.88.

If I could give zero Stars I wouldI think Krogers corporate philosophy is to treat everyone like they are a shoplifter, maybe they should try Publix corporate philosophy of treating customers with dignity and respect and appreciation. This morning I had over 70 items a lot of produce and once again no registers were open so I had to use self-checkout, and as you know is impossible to use self-checkout without it calling over the clerk at least three times during your transaction. All of a sudden the machine came up with voided item and then it locked up completely, the clerk came over and asked me what I was trying to avoid and I said nothing, I said Im not shoplifting my parents raised me better than that and he started inspecting the cart, when he realized the register was not working I moved over to another register and at that point I asked for the manager, he had told the manager what happened and the managers response was well we can just verify it on the receipt so basically the employee and the manager were subliminally accusing me of shoplifting. It was a very uncomfortable situation. it is not just this Kroger it is every Kroger in metro Atlanta they force you to use self-checkout and then they sit there looking for shoplifters, how about reverse the trend and open up some freaking registers

I live very close to this location and shop there frequently. Tonight around 10pm walking through the produce section I saw a rat crawl under one of the large sections near the cheese and bread. A big rat.. never seen that at any grocery store. Also I will be going to Publix now

Worst store ever , I saw HUGE rats in three different parts of the store . I pointed it out to a clerk , his response was yea , there are rats all over the store and the back room. Those things looked more like rabbits then rats . I get upfront, not a single register open, line going all the way into the aisle. There is a huge Publix thats 3 min away on Old Milton , thats stocked a lot better with more veriety products, quick check out and friendly staff .And they dont have RATS running around in broad day light

This Kroger is so understaffed, it’s obvious. I heard they have a manager who’s a bit racially biased, heard multiple stories of him treating non-white employees awful and firing them. So I can definitely see why it’s understaffed as all get out. It was a terrible experience shopping here every time.

I used to like going to this grocery store and only use this one until last year. The people at the registers steal money and even the managers don’t care to do anything about it unfortunately. I don’t recommend buying any gift related cards at this store and overall be careful.

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. My husband waited an hour for grocery pickup and was then told he would have to come back to receive it. He told the lady to cancel the order but she did not. I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week now to be refunded for groceries we never received. Customer service is a joke, they are literally hanging up before even talking to me. I have covid and will probably be forced to go into the store to get my money back. Ridiculous!

Never surprising at my Johns Creek State Bridge Kroger, I walk in to get deli meat with three people behind the deli and they proceeded to tell me they can’t cut me anything because they are not open yet…. Add to our slicing sandwich meat I assume for the case for the day and another just stands there. So they are clearly open and functioning.. So I approached a manager Chris who is at the front doors speaking with three other employees doing absolutely nothing and ask him if he can help and he tells me that they are too busy. Shaking my head this place is going into the toilet quicker and quicker… Please make the changes to get our store back together. And this is why Publix is first choice always. Service is unmatchable
