Lovely staff. Has a little bit of everything,but maybe not enough options of the same thing as some would like. People not used to the brands may have some sticker shock, but ive found them to be on par with most brick and mortar stores.
I was not greeted when I walked into the store. I looked around for about 10 min and not one time was I asked if I needed anything. The girl at the counter was focused on her phone. I walked out the door. Thank goodness I have Rock Creek in Chattanooga.
Went there to check out backpacks, they have a good selection and super nice, helpful staff. Staff helped with sizing and questions and was knowledgeable in the products that they carried. Also prices were good and competitive.
Terrible Customer Service. The store carries quality products. But their sales people....out right rude!!!! They are to busy having a conversation with each that they have no clue customers need assistance. And when you do ask for their help they give attitude.
Got me a badass skateboard from Salesman Alex, and he sold me into an awesome Tony Hawk Helmet 🪖 for my new habit of learning new things. Heres to half moon!

2021-04-10My family and I have been customers for about four years now. Staff has always been extremely helpful in finding whatever I need, especially gifts. They helped me find the perfect growler for my husband for Father’s Day last year, and gorgeous roof rack covers for myself!Thank you for taking our community health seriously, and making sure customers follow certain protocols. It is one of of the few places I feel safe shopping!

2021-04-10This place has amazing products and is a great store overall but the staff is extremely rude. We were greeted with a simple hello walking in but not another word was spoken. They weren’t friendly and didn’t offer to help at all. Will never go back strictly due to them being awful retail workers.

2021-04-10While I use to love coming into half-moon to buy my husband outdoor things, the last couple of times I have been in the staff has been extremely standoffish and unhelpful. I found items that I liked and contemplated buying them because of how we were treated when we walked in the door.

2020-10-18Wow, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this store for good customer service. I called in and asked if they carry what I was looking for and the girl was very helpful and remembered my name at the end of the conversation. Went in to the store and found what I needed and everyone in there was great and super helpful! Keep it up, yall!

2020-11-06While I love stores like these and their products the female staff is always extremely rude to me but beyond nice to my guy friends or boyfriend. This is the fourth time (not an isolated incident) this has happened to me. They will say hello to everyone else except for me, they roll their eyes when I walk in, they don’t speak to me, they sit on the counter and continue to ignore me while I’m just trying to check out. I’m the customer, not my boyfriend and it would be nice to have been greeted or even spoken to without an attitude. I understand I don’t look like the kind of customer dressing in hiking clothes all the time however I still am a customer.

2021-02-12I am a black girl just shopping. When I went into this store, not one employee spoke to me or asked me if I needed help. As I was leaving a white family walked in and were instantly spoken to. It is not fair to be treated this way.

2020-05-26Wow. Horrible experience! Must have been the kids first job. I hope. Came in for some Birkenstocks for the wife. Limited selection. What they did have was a bunch of rejects with glue all over the heels. He said they all come that way. Like no biggie. Also said that they swap the display shoes out all the time. If the display shoe is damaged and is the last pair, oh well, no discount. Other teenagers at front desk were no help. Ended up going to GB SHOES. Finding what she needed and at Bogo 1/2 off. Score!
