Everyone at Hampton is super! They go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Hot breakfast, and evening fresh cookies! If you need breakfast on the go they have breakfast bags. Need a towel, front desk keeps a supply of hand. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. When I checked in staff told me if I need something let them know.
I would definitely stay here again. I arrived late after a 12 hour drive and the front desk was wonderful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet which made it easy to sleep through the night. All of the staff that I encountered were very nice and friendly. Exceptional hotel.
Iβve stayed here a few times and had a nice stay! The staff is AMAZING and the customer service is unmatched. Florence helped us at the desk and was more than welcoming and so friendly after having a bad experience at a local hotel (which is why we came here). Iβm not going to lie, the hotel is rundown and needs some real updates and improvements BUT it was very clean and comfortable to stay. I will be back again.
I originally booked a stay for a week here. Desk staff was friendly and polite, but the overall quality compared to other Hampton inns was very poor.As soon as I arrived and walked down the corridor to my room there were multiple buckets for catching water. The room selected for me had a bucket directly in front of it. It looks like the hotel is poorly maintained.It might be fine to stay here for a night, but I wouldnt recommend any stay longer than that.
Our stay there was wonderful, We was meant by Ms. Florence at the front desk with a outstanding uplifting greeting into the Hinesville Hampton Inn, along with a bright smile, it was refreshing to see the professional and wholesome energy from her. She made our stay so much better with knowing the area and suggesting eating and entertainment areas, also in making sure we had everything we need for a smooth relaxing stay.

I had a rather irritating experience. The person who checked me in was informed by me that a pay at the site set up had been done with booking.com. She put in my CC I wanted to use however the card I did not want used placed my room charges on hold on it as well. I was told this would be corrected at check out. That however was not helping the fact that my available funds on my bank account were held and unaccessible to me on Christmas weekend. The GM the morning of checkout told me there was nothing they could do but give me honor points. Also basically said I was wrong about the charges. The motel was beautifully kept but the customer service from the General Manager left much to be desired. Celeste the person who checked me in was sweet and courteous. Her mistake was made because instead of checking my reservation her GM told her booking had charged me not the motel itself. Anyways I would stay there again but not trusting them to do things as I want.
I have stayed at Hampton Inns across the country and this is the only one that I had to contact the site individually and not use the national number for reservations and/or cancellations. I cancelled a reservation and was assured that the room had been cancelled only to have a charge on my AMEX that the hotel refused to correct. There are other hotels in the Hinesville area I suggest that you make your reservation at one of the other hotels as this Hampton Inn in Hinesville is a huge disappointment and when they make a mistake, they are unwilling to make a correction. I go to Hinesville regularly, however, I will NOT stay at this hotel.
The hotel was fine for the most part. I didnt care for the manager calling me sweetie. Im at least 20 years older than her, it isnt appropriate and i found it to be condescending. People can say that its charming because its in the south, not in a business though. If it had been a much older person doing it I would let it slide, someone young calling an older person sweetie is rude.

Covid times. There is a workout area with treadmill, dumbbells, and cable machine. Breakfast is available ( coffee and the like). Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our rooms were clean with tv , small refrigerator, and temperature control. Housekeeping was reduced to three days a week because of covid which was acceptable.
We called this location, because we had a very bad experience with a nearby hotel, too try and get a last minute reservation. Long story short, Shy( I hope I spelled that right) was amazing. She not only got us a room, it was a great price as well. On top of all of that, the thing that really made me write this review was her customer service. She took time out of her busy schedule to just listen to the issues I had and did everything in her power to make my day better. Thank you Shy for your excellent hospitality!
I had an amazing experience in this Hotel. I cant speak well enough of the staff as they were extremely sweet, professional, and accommodating. The room was really nice, and felt very fresh! Just like home, I looked forward to coming here after work every day.I wish to extend my sincerest thank you to the staff of this establishment.I really did enjoy my stay at your hotel.
The location and staff were great. However, my room stunk!!! They need to replace the cloth sofas and replace the heavy curtains that trap smells. I applied febreeze fabric spray on both and the room still smelled. It smelled like dirty wet clothes that had been there for months. I informed the room attendant and Im not sure what he attempted to do but the smell never left. The lobby was nice but they need to upgrade the rooms.
Room and hotel are neat and tidy, with elements of southern charm in the front desk staff. The free breakfast included some favorites like waffles, eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a lot of lighter options too. It was quite tasty! Toilet in our bathroom was not properly secured to the floor, so it moved when seated, however, and convenient parking was at a bit of a premium. Overall, however, thanks to some very comfy bed and pillows, a very nice stay.
Everybody here was just so freaking awesome! From the front desk to the Beautiful woman In the back that made our breakfast to the wonderful male housekeeper who helped me Chase the bug out of my room! I think it was a fly So dont get the wrong idea :-) a beautiful hotel with beautiful beds And a wonderful hot shower! I will definitely always return to this specific Hampton as well as only use Hampton in the future. I really wish I would have gotten their names Because they deserve so much extra from you! Rooms are clean, breakfast is a joke. I arrived at 9:00am the only thing available was cereal, muffins and bread. We asked the breakfast attendant if she could get more waffle batter, or omlets she said what you see is what you get!! Luckily Panera bread is next door.
This is an awesome place! If you are ever in Hinesville please stay here. The room we got are cleaned and santized. And was a nice size. The morning breakfast is good. Boxed with a nice choice of food. The only downside is trying to get into the parking lot Because its next to Pandara and the entrance is rather small.The staff was very helpful. I needed a iphone charger and was loaned one until I could get one from the nearest store. Awesome! Stores were close as were food choices.
Went there on business. Rooms were nice and cozy. Linens were clean and everything was in order. Breakfast is different everyday so thats a plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, took care of anything I needed. Rooms were clean. Even returned items I left when I came back after a brief hiatus. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
My husband and I had an incredible stay here. The entire staff was helpful and genuinely friendly. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and was kept well stocked. We have stayed at other hotels in this area, but this one far surpassed them. We will definitely be returning.

Aside from hearing footsteps in the room above this was a great place. Bed was comfortable and not too soft. There is a manager special on weekday nights; good serve a better beer than bud light though. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Tonya was always willing to pause and have a short conversation.
I stayed at this location this past weekend and it was the best stay ever . I was hesitant to stay here; however, I read the reviews which I have better appreciation for. The comments from other individuals help sealed the deal with this location. The hotel staff are polite and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. I would stay at this location again.
Great stay my wife and I checked in with our children with the clerk Christine I think she was super patient we have an autistic son she offered him coloring and snacks, she was super attentive to him. Room was superbly clean, breakfast great we came down for happy hour it was nice my kids were offered juice since they only had wine and beer. The staff starting with Manager Elizabeth was very accommodating to us coming from Florida all night driving. She invited us in for breakfast until a room was available. Her professional and hospitable approach was to notch Amazing!Kitchen staff lady, sweet as moms apple pie she should be called Miss Hospitality! This is the worst Hampton Inn. The cleaning staff is rude and what they call cleaning....is NOT cleaning. Making up the bed and changing out the towels is all they do. They have not vacuumed my room once since Ive been here and it has been 7 days now. They seriously need to take a look at the cleaning staff. The people at the front desk are pretty friendly. The breakfast is not great. They dont even have an A rating, it is a B so I choose not to subject myself to that. It is hard to get in and out of the hotel also. There is no light so going left out of the hotel is very difficult. I do not recommend staying here. I know I wont ever again.
This is another good Hampton. Good location near some good restaurants. The staff are very nice! The fitness center only has a treadmill, elliptical, and free weights. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast is standard but tasty. The beds are nice and comfortable and I like that there is a fridge in the room. The A.C. units look a little dated and could run a little better but it worked fine. There are thermostats on the wall but they arent functional. It is controlled by its on-unit panel. I also liked that they had a USB/3 power outlet on the nightstand. A good place to stay!
I really loved this place. My fiancΓ©e and I stayed here over labor day weekend. The staff here is incredibly generous. . . They always have free coffee no matter what time of day and free breakfast every morning from 6am-10am. They even have happy hour on the weekdays around 5pm where you can get free beer! Yes! Free beer!The rooms are great. Everything you need is in the room and if you forgot something let the staff know and theyll get it for you (shaving cream, laundry detergent, etc.). They have a washer and dryer at the end of each floor as well. The a/c gets really cold too :-)The gym and the pool were a little small but no one ever used them. . .besides me so that was nice.The only issue I had was housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am-9am every morning . It was my fault though because I should of put the do not disturb sign out.Overall this place treats you like royalty and I will be staying at another Hamton Inn in the future because of this experience.

Cancelled room around 10 am on day-of. Lady (Elizabeth) said I would be charged a cancel fee (1 night stay). She said it was hotel policy. I travel all the time and have had to cancel from time-to-time and never get charged for it. Asked to speak to manager and she said she was the assistant manager and that manager was on vacay for 2 weeks and until then that she was the βbossβ and doesnβt report to anyone. She said if they re-booked the room then I would not be charged. When I called later that day they said they were completely sold out yet they still dinged my cc for the full amount. I actually stayed at another Hampton Inn that night plus Iβm Diamond so another couple of reasons why it doesnβt make sense to charge fee.All and all she was very rude. Although I understand cancellation policies, I have never seen it enforced like this... when calling in the morning, hotel being fully booked, being Diamond, and staying at another Hampton Inn same night. I called Hilton corporate and they took care of it... but wanted to share my experience. Love Hilton hotels, but I will try to avoid this one in future.
The place was nice and the people were friendly they were good at keeping stuff clean. The food could have been better it cost a good of money to stay here. The rooms were nice the beds were big they were really good at helping when they were not busy but they need more people at the front desk.
I recently made the mistake of staying @ a nonHilton hotel & I wont do it again. The staff is so helpful. I had an issue w/the vending snack machine & even though its not their responsibility, cause the machine is handled by a 3rd party, the mgr still refunded me the $ & gave me free snacks. And cheerfully too!!! I was amazed. The rooms are so clean & comfortable. Im a coffee fanatic so the 24 hr coffee & the fact that they have a robust just makes me so happy. ππ The overall experience was just a great one & always is when staying @ a Hilton owned hotel.
I stayed the night at the Hampton Inn Hinesville with a reservation, and it was the worst experience I ever had at a Hilton hotel. My wife always wipe down the items in the room to clean/sanitize the room, and this has been the first time she wipe the shelve under the sink where you can place items and the dirt on the shelve filled the wipe. I took a picture of the cloth and left it so housekeeping could see it. When I first entered the room the closet was open but the reason for that was the closet door would not stay latched unless you place something in front of it. To make matter worst when I checked out they charge me 63 dollar more than my reservation.
First time experiencing the Hamptons, especially down south. I definitely liked the reception and how you can conveniently check in via the app. The Hilton honors app allows you to check in, set the time you are expected to arrive, use as a key card, and check out (just to list a few). The amenities were on point and my room was clean/welcoming. I didnt like the coffee too much, but I did enjoy my morning workout in the fitness center. Its a good fitness center for 2 maybe 3 people, but perfect for one person. Overall, I was impressed and will make this my primary hotel when I stop into town.
Excellent Customer Service!!!I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Hinesville, Georgia and my stay was awesome from beginning to end. Christina at the front desk was so pleasant and professional and willing to help me deal with internet connections issues. Because this was a business trip, it was extremely vital that i had internet connection. She was very customer service oriented and extremely friendly. This type person is what every hotel should have at their front desk. Her personality and winning smile made me feel like she was truly looking out for my best interest. During my stay, Christina was nothing less than amazing. I will definitely stay with Hampton Inn Hinesville, GA again. Thank you!!!!
I was not a guest at the hotel but I did spend time with family who was staying in the hotel overnight. The rooms look nice, the front desk attendant was nice and informed us of a happy hour (the hotel provides wine and chips and salsa) and there were cookies at the front desk which were good. The lobby was nice and the location is good (various restaurants surrounding).
Well lets just say its 4:15 am and Im sitting in my car to see if I can sleep because the beds are so uncomfortable. I did speak to the staff on duty, and while they were empathetic, there was nothing they could do for me. They stated all the beds were the same. The unfortunate thing is, I have to spend another night here tonight without sleep and then have to drive hours to get home. Other than that, it is a nice hotel. Sleeping is an important factor though so Ill let you decide.

Very disappointed that I was given a reservation and drove 4 hours just to be told that the hotel was sold out. Me and my two kids had to sleep in the car until our event because when I called to book my room there was several choices but by the time we arrived no hotels in the area had a vacancy. Such a wonderful time Hampton turned into a disaster. They need better help booking rooms.
This is not a military friendly hotel. The manager was extremely rude with me for asking for the tax exemption given to federal employees on federal business per Georgia Tax Law. She stated its not my problem. I have never been treated so poorly and am disgusted with her behavior. This establishment does not hold the same standards I have come to expect from a Hilton owned property.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Not only did this location overcharge my card for the two nights that I booked it to attend a TDRL appointment on post, but I checked out an ENTIRE day earlier and I come to find out that they told the third party I booked through while I was on the phone with the third party, that my husband and I were still in our room at that time (5hrs passed since we had checked out) and thatβs why we were not checked out meanwhile I was already home in Orlando FL during the call. The βassistant managerβ by the name of Elizabeth seriously needs to be fired.First when I approached her at 10:15AM upon my return from my appointment, I asked about checking out that same day because I was still within the time frame to check out and get my money back for the extra night I booked in case I would be called back to base. She stated in front of my husband as well that we would still be charged for the extra night because I booked it for two nights and maybe had I told the person on staff when I first checked in the manager could have done something for me.Then she stated that she couldnβt do it for me because it was booked through a third party so they would have to be the people to make those changes for me. So I called them right in front of her and the sweet gentleman from orbitz called this βassistant managerβ saying it should be no problem to get my refund on the second night and that is actually done through the hotel which is why he called her in my behalf and kept me on the other line.She argues him then saying itβs because housekeeping already changed all the sheets and she isnβt going to have them go back upstairs to change the sheets to book someone else in the room I already reserved for two nights. I said right in front of her because I was standing there that the sheets and bathroom had not been touched at all since housekeeping went in there. My bags and everything were already packed and we went up and came right back down with our things.So he explains that, that should not be a big deal and then she says itβs past the time of checkout. He says itβs less than an hour, that is not a big deal. Mind you this is after Iβve already spoken with her about checkout at 10:30AM and she said I couldnβt. Then at check our tells me that I will not receive a receipt of checkout until the day I was originally planned to check out. So she wanted to keep me checked in, in her system even though I was leaving an entire day early.Then she claimed even if I did not touch the changed sheets, the bottom sheets were still the same as the night before because they thought I was staying which is disgusting and does not make sense.She lied to the representative from orbitz telling him that I was still in the hotel which was fraudulent and she was rude as well as lied to me right to my face and changed her story several times in front of my husband as well. She needs to be retrained, demoted, or fired. Elizabeth also lied to me saying had I booked through the Hilton site as opposed to Orbitz they would have helped me and I would have gotten better rates and said I was not guaranteed my one or two night stays to be marked into my Honors Membership which I could not understand either. I have had the worst experience from customer service to early check-out, good WiFi, etc. at this hotel and it has left a horrible taste in mine and my husbands mouth. I will be canceling any membership I had with this company and I will be spreading the news to my loved ones and social media because this is a mess. I already have PTSD and Iβm considering suing for the distress this female has caused me from the ignorant rude unhelpful talk to the incorrect information and overcharges on my account.I never received a receipt or email confirming my check-out. Husband reserved a room for one night and his Court Hearing was cancelled, called well before 24 hours and they refused to cancel the reservation, or lets put it in there words Even though you are a Diamond Member were still going to charge you a penalty if you cancel and the penalty is the same price.Had to give them a one star but it was only because it wouldnt let me post this with no stars...
Lovely place, even more so considering the price. Very polite workers and nice surroundings. (although I do have to apologize for taking a lot of the complimentary hot chocolate mix lmao). Its nothing too fancy, but for the price and the restaurants and stores it is more than worth the price. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.
I stay here every other week. 14 times so far in 2017 it is my employers preferred place so I dont get a choice where I stay. That being said the counter staff is nice and my room is always clean. I appreciate that. The reason that I give two stars is because of the kitchen staff. I tend to spend and hour or two in the kitchen in the morning doing computer work and having breakfast. They have two televisions. One is set on CNN and the other CBS. I ask every time I stay politely if they could please set one tv to FOX news for me (channel 360). They woman in the kitchen always refuses & throws a fit at the suggestion. To the point that she makes customers feel uncomfortable and unhappy. She keeps the remotes in the kitchen so Noone can use them. Only hotel in America that doesnt leave the remotes out for the customers to watch what they like. Last time I was their 5 or 6 customers wanted fox news and she refused. One guy said he will never stay here again. I have also requested my company lets me stay at the Hampton as well. People do not want to watch extreme, fake, hate-trump, liberal news channels. Its disgusting. LEAVE ONE TV ON FOX PEOPLE OR, LEAVE THE REMOTES OUT.what in the world.
If I could give a 0 for this hotel I would. I called front desk bc our ac wasnt working. They had no other rooms available. Our room was 78-80 degrees and miserable. I made a walmart run at 2 am just to cool the room down. We finally fell asleep around 6 am to have the maid pound on the door at 8:15.......worst Hilton Property ever!!!!

Im so shocked and just speechless, one of our workers always stays at the hotel and the lady at the front desk (tanya)was fratanising with hin and threw the biggest scene when he spoke to other females even one of her coworkers. I felt so bad for the other young lady thats just absored.After that entire situation went down hes refusing to go back to that hotel which is understandable. And in my understanding shes fraternizing with several hotel guest so we chose to no longer send our workers to the hotel. I thought fraternizing with guest wasnt allowed. Its so unheard of and unprofessional. Shes going to bring a humongous scandal to that hotel which is a shame she would even neglect other guest to give my coworker attention or to check on what he was doing. I was speechless when he informed me about the situation.
BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE. My room was infested and my arms and back are covered in bites. The general manager refuses to properly compensate me and refuses to give me a way to speak with the owner. I am a diamond member and stay at Hilton hotels for weeks at a time. I should not have to go through something like this. Horrific experience and customer service.
Had to cancel due to death in family. Despite calling and notifying they still charged my corp card without permission. Have tried to contact 3 times but the manager has not return my call. Will now hand over to companys legal department. Needless to say I will never book a room there again.
I was traveling on I-95 and selected the Hinesville location because the rate there was considerably lower than others in area. It was about 20 miles off the Interstate and I drove past a Hilton group hotel at the I-95 exit. The elevators were not working and we had to walk up to the second floor.

Breakfast time is amazing! The gentleman that prepares breakfast (Dennis) makes every morning great, feels like breakfast with family and friends. The atmosphere is just great. You wonβt regret staying here.

2022-03-17STAY HERE! Donβt even look for another place to stay! The staff alone will welcome you in like family. Dennis makes breakfast feel like a five star restaurant- cinnamon waffle mix, an array of juices plus potatoes with meat. They have four flavors of yogurt and plenty of bread. The rooms were so modern. I have a couch and a desk with fridge/microwave. The price is unbeatable! The front desk Manager Carrol is so pleasant! She will remember your name and ensure you are taken care of!! Did I mention free red velvet/ chocolate chip cookies fresh baked π± and the front deskβ¦.

2022-04-08The friendly staff were very good to me. Given the limited availability of flights and rental cars, I arrived hot and tired and before normal check-in. Check in was quick and easy and then I was offered a cold drink and a snack, which was completely unexpected and most welcome. I was also able to get into my room right away (I called the day before to facilitate) no problem, which allowed me to call into an important meeting.

2022-01-02The hotel did not give me the feeling that I was staying at a Hilton suite of hotels. The furniture was dated, the amenities were mediocre at best. I accidentally left behind my bag of toiletries, and the hotel offered to ship it to my address through a shipping company whose shipping cost outweighed the cost of the bag left behind. That did not make any sense. I dont feel very valued as a Hilton Honors member of receiving outstanding services at this hotel.

I booked because of the reviews. You all should be ashamed. We are here for a funeral. If that is not traumatic enough we paid to stay in this dump. I wouldnt stay here for free. Hampton Inn you have to do better. I am a diamond member.

2022-06-05I would like to say Holley was awesome βοΈ! After she witnessed me having problems breathing in this room that I was pre assigned to by Carolyn. She brought up a humidifier that has an air conditioner at the top of it, cold water, and snacks. Plus she checked on me to ensure I was okay, and if I needed an ambulance. Thank God for her being so responsive, courteous, and understanding. Holley really turned a nightmare stay where I couldnβt sleep due to the atmosphere / air conditioner not properly working to a more comfortable experience where I could breath easier and sleep well. Once the humidifier with portable AC unit was inside my room, I fell fast asleep within 30 minutes. Thank you Holley!

2022-03-07The hotel was clean and no oblivious signs of falling into any sort of disrepair. Breakfast bar was well maintain med and lady maintaining the area was very friendly and seems mmmmmmmm provided good hospitality.
