I love Dr. Howard and all the staff here! Dr. Howard has been my primary doctor for many years. He is GREAT and very caring. And listens to your concerns.
I was a little early today, but I didnt have to wait very long at all. The facility is very clean and the staff are very Covid conscious, following all the protocol and asking the right questions. The nurse was efficient and friendly. Larry is also efficient and friendly. She didnt have results she needed from another lab a few months back, so she went ahead and ordered the tests she needed. I felt like she was trying to take care of me and get the whole picture. Thankyou.
I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time, however I did not arrive earlier to complete paperwork. Check in staff did not greet me when I arrived. She was speaking with her colleague and I had to wait until she was finished and then I greeted her with, good morning. She responded, Last Name.She was very direct that I was LATE and that would put them behind and she would have to see if they would still continue with my appointment.I traveled 30 minutes because it is important to me to be seen by an African American doctor, however the only concern was my timing so they would not be inconvenienced.When scheduling my appointment I expressed travel and asked if paperwork could be mailed or emailed to me so I could complete before my arrival. Phone personnel responded sharing she “guessed she could print it out and scan it to me”. I could hear that what I was asking would be an inconvenience so I agreed that I would try to make it there earlier.Even with expressing my health concerns and that I would really like to be fit in, This office did not care and continued to point out that I did not arrive in time to complete paperwork and all they could do is reschedule me.I will not be rescheduling.
I went in for a cardiology appointment this week, and I do not think I will be returning to this particular clinic in the future. The nurses and cardiologist were FANTASTIC and extremely helpful, however, the waiting room and reception areas were not safe areas during a time of pandemic. There were many patients without masks--and even a receptionist who was wearing her mask improperly (below her nose). For those who are immunocompromised or at risk, please beware of this clinic.
Dr. Howard always takes the time to listen. He remembers to ask about my kids and how they are doing. I appreciate his attentiveness to my needs and his caring personality!!!
I can honestly say Dr. Howard genuinely cares about his patients. Hes not trying to make a buck, he doesnt want to put anyone on 30 different meds and he stays on top of new studies, etc, to provide the best care he can. He also has the best Nurse Practitioners so even if you dont see him, you are going to be well taken care of!
Everyone at Harbin Clinic are very nice & helpful. They get you in & out quickly. The nurses & office workers are always very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful & kind. I’d definitely recommend Harbin Clinic to everyone.

I was in and out for bloodwork in less than15 minutes, and the young man who was working in the lab was polite and made the experience as quick and pain-free as possible. The facility was very nice, too.
I see a Harbin physician in Rome and I have to have labs drawn the week before. This facility allows me the ability to have labs drawn here in Calhoun and saves me the trip to Rome, which means less leave time I have to burn. The staff is always friendly and I’m usually in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Since I been going here for over a year now I’ve had nothing but GREAT CARE HERE. From Dr. Howard to NP Ms. Tiffany to the Staff has always taking my health to the Extreme. They always listen to your concerns. They just take everything serious with CARE.
I have to have very routine bloodwork. Tiffany and Ollie, in the lab, have always been professional and they do an amazing job. I am a difficult stick and they both are great at their job!

My appointment was scheduled for 0800 and the office doors did not open until 0805. Office needs to open on time when patients are waiting outside. Service once’s open were excellent.
Dr.self no good. Dont listen, dont care. Need a referral, go somewhere else he dont do them. He never did anything for me glad I andlrft him and he isnt doing anything now either. Medical malpractice is what I call it. Supposed to be a Dr where questions and concerns get answered. Not by him thats for sure. Never told me of my lab results. Said for me to go on a diet once but not what kind. Wasnt helpful at all then or now.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Dr Garg was prompt and welcoming, he coordinated appointments for my wife and I to make our visits consecutive which will save time and money. I am completely satisfied with their facility.
They lied to me when I made my appointment just to get me in. They refused to listen to my concerns and just like all Harbin clinics they just want to run tests. They are not interested in curing you. Be careful if you have good insurance. They only want your money.
The staff were great and the wait time minimal .and all questions answered in a manner that can be understood the Dr was very nice and knowledgeable all around great first visit.

The young man lab tech is awesome. He always gets me with one stick where many others sometimes take 2 or 3 and often require assistance.

Seems like they could schedule services better - the lab totally goes to lunch at the same time, yug! Overall it is an above average facility!

2022-07-13I went to get blood work one women poked me twice the other one would not even try she just look at my arms and told me to come back I dont have money for gas to run back and forworth they need to get somebody else to do lab

2021-05-12Dr. Howard has been my primary doctor at Harbin Clinic going on seven years now and he is phenomenal. He’ll have his nurses to call and remind me to schedule my appointments so that I don’t forget and helps to ensure that I receive my prescriptions so that I never run out. He’s always so genuine, honest and cares about his patients and their families.... highly recommend!!

2021-01-25Everything was very professional and friendly. Dr. Howard is always helpful. I was surprised that he didnt ask if we had gotten our vaccine. We have had our 1st shot at the Health Department. The young man that did my lab work is always excellent, quick, and painless. Thank you, we appreciate the care we receive.

2021-01-19I have been a patient of Dr. Howard for awhile now and I have enjoyed my experience with Harbin Clinic. The entire staff, I feel has your personal health as there number one mission in life. I have watched there personal interactions with patients and I have seen nothing but excellence. It looks like within the next couple of months I maybe relocating elsewhere, I just wished I could take them with me. Im on the Veterans Administration Community Care Program and this I have to say after 20 years of wearing the uniform this by far is a top notch organization.

2021-02-10My experience with the Harbin Clinic Family Medicine was one met with friendliness, respect, and professionalism by the entire staff. My doctor ( Dr. Howard) took the time to explain all exams to me and listen to all my concerns. He answered all my questions in great detail and in language that I could understand. His care for me is motivated by his concern for my health. I try to follow his instructions for my care that he provides for me. I am blessed to have him as one of my doctors.

2021-07-28Every 6 months I use the lab at this facility for a blood draw for a test I have performed for my Dr. in Rome because I live in Calhoun and its quick and convenient instead of having to drive all the way to the lab in Rome. I call a week or so ahead and make my appt. w/ the lab and Im usually in and out within 10 mins. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

2021-03-045 stars just doesnt show my appreciation and thanks to the whole office staff and drs. I was unable to help my mom get in and out of my husbands truck, do to my stomach. They helped get my mom into his truck that has never had to ride in it before now. They took excellent care of getting her in it. Not to mention they take such good care of mom medically and such a pleasant experience every visit. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff. I highly recommend Harbin Clinic to anyone. Just cant show enough thanks to them for their help.
