Call in advance to make sure commercial 30in fans were available only to drive 1 hour for them not to have a single one.
Always find something for my workshop in here, prices are pretty good, quality is not bad for the prices.
They were out of the things I was looking for so I ended up spending $20 on a bunch of stuff I didnt need
George the store manger will not honor a coupon and give a rain check when the advertised item is not in stock.
Last time shopping here, I understand certain items like sprayers or any type of vessel that would hold chemicals or paint cannot be returned to the store however this policy needs to be in writing visible to shoppers or verbally told to customers prior to purchase so customers can make a decision if they want to proceed with purchase or not. Air headed little teenage girl at checkout (only open checkout) was too busy flirting with floor associate to properly do her job and inform me of said policy until after credit card transaction was completed.
Well I had to go to pick up a few things and I knew that harbor freight would have what I was looking for so ride all over town when I can save time and money i just go here.
The stores is mostly clean and organized. The majority of the staff is respectful. With that said, I have been there 3 times in last month and Dakota the cashier has a serious attitude problem. I figured maybe the first 2 times he was having a bad day. Nope thats just his disposition. If you can go somewhere else I would recommend it.

We have a great experience every time we go in there and Carla is my favorite employee. We go there alot when we need something that has to do with tools and want to put something else in our building. If they are out you can pre order what it is you want and then when it comes in they call you to come pick it up🥰
They are not what they used to be the quality has crossed the board has gone up so have the prices still a great place to go for almost any tool you need
Large selection of tools. Mostly made in China. The prices are competitive but the quality is questionable. I wish there were more locations as this one is 20 miles from home.

They did a fantastic job of applying the right measurements of personal safety with social distancing and limited the amount of people in the store. I didnt find this to be a problem and Was able to purchase the tools I needed at a great price. I recommend Harbor Freight to anyone.
Very good prices on tools but they are aftermarket tools. I ended up taking both of my purchases back for a refund. The orbital sander that I purchased didnt work like it should have and the engraver would not work on wood at all as the box said it would. Still satisfied with the store and will be back.

You can always find what you need and some of what you didnt think you needed at this Harbor Freight Tools. The support staff is very helpful and considerate and the store itself looks clean, neat, and well maintained. I wouldnt hesitate to stop back here for the millionth time to get more tools
If your buying tools for home not professional use you cannot beat harbor freight prices and they airways have good coupons on top of that. This store has helpful employees also. Love shopping here.
I have to go into this chain a lot as my job requires me to buy tools on a regular basis. When I go in I feel like a kid in a candy store and can literally spend hours going up and down the isles gawking at the tools I want with very reasonable prices and to me the very best warranty program hands down.

I get a lot of things here. Gloves, tools, flashlights... I bought a 40 PC socket set for $4.99 and it has a lifetime warranty. While I would not buy precision instruments here, everything Ive bought here still works. Customer service is good to above average. Most times you are greeted at the door.
Getting tired of the customer no-service and the outdated policies here. I live almost 20 miles away and originally went to the store to buy a storage cabinet. They didnt have it in-stock, even though online makes you believe it is. The manager said I could order it online to have it shipped to the store. When I get home to do that, the only option is shipping it to my home, to the tune of $100 shipping fee. I call up and when I ask if I can place an order of the phone to ship to the store, the employee simply says, No...no explanation. I press him and he says we just cant take orders over the phone, it has to be in-store. No other explanation, no other alternative. Thats NOT what the manager said. So I would have to drive another 20 miles to the store, just to place an order for it to be delivered to the store, then drive back to pick it up. How antiquated is this? No thanks. Ill just go to Home Depot and pay a little extra.

Get pretty much any tool you need here. The prices and quality are fair. Many people will tel you that you have to buy a certain brand name of tool and everything else is just junk, well I believe that these people just dont know how to really use a tool to begin with. Get the coupons by mail and email.before going and the savings will make all their tools worth the trip.
Large selection of items, at good prices. But you get what you pay for! Want a higher quality item, then select a better quality product and pay a lil more for it. Shop online for a much larger selection.
Great Store. If they dont have what you need. They can and will get the item for you. Any item you purchase there. If the item is broken or if it turns out to be not what you really wanted. They will replace it or refund your money.All their tools have a life time warranty. Break it and they replace it ,,, no questions ASK.Lowest to the highest price. Your choice just go to Harbor Freight before any other store because you will be happy you shopped there first.
Went to grab a portable shed for my camper. Didnt see it out but asked an associate Halie, who went in back and checked and pulled it up front for us.Excellent experience. Ty!
Told at low prices. Hit and miss on some of the quality. Find the tool you are looking for and read the reviews. I have several have tools and power tools that have been great. Some lemons but they usually stand up for short periods of time.

Shopping here is great! There are some tools i still cannot get there such as leather crafting tools. I have requested them several times but fell on deaf ears and blind eyes. Because of these lacking, they wont get the 5 stars.
It is understandable that close to the end of the day, everyone is ready to go home. However the staff should have more tact and diplomacy when asking the customers to leave or let them know its time to close the store. Sarcastic attitudes and snappy remarks are not part of good customer service.

Always someone available to help and answer questions. Affordable prices for tools. We purchased ratchet straps. I saw a similar set at Home Depot and while Harbor Freights arent the same brand name they work just as well and they were about $6 cheaper
They have just about everything you would need for a DIY job around the house. They dont carry the high dollar name brands here, just functional tools at affordable prices. Most things go on sale so if your wanting something and have some time to spair you could save yourself 20% or more by waiting. So far everything I have gotten has performed it job or function correctly. Zero issues.!
The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable about the tools and can answer any questions you may have about the products they have!! If you are a professional mechanic or tradesman this probably is not the best tool store for you but just for us weekend warriors you can not beat the price of the tools here and I havent had any problems with any of the tools or other products that Ive gotten from here and compared to the name brand pricing you will save a butload of money!! Personally if I could I would give these guys a 10 star rating!!!

I love hand tools, so of course I love this store. Its big and has a wide selection. My only disappointment, and maybe I missed them, was no or little selection of Dremel type tool in store. I know they carry them online.
This is the only place I use for so many things! Their prices are a little steep so I had to start going to Home Depot. But if you shop the clearance items, its awesome! But the staff are always so helpful and friendly

A good value for occasional use tools. I mean seriously, what guy doesnt enjoy walking up and down the aisles looking for something to use the monthly 20% off coupon. My only complaint is Harbor Freight is a hybrid store. It sells a membership service AND non member folks can shop there too. As a result, many items marked on sale are marked for those who pay the annual membership. Everyone elese pays their other low price. Lately the times Ive been in, the item(s) I needed were priced for members. Problem is, their regular low prices are par with typical internet prices and often the VALUE isnt really there. Just sayin.........

I have been using alot of products from Harbor Freight for a long time. I am so glad they put a store in Gainesville,Ga. I ordered from the catalogs for years and now I can go straight to the store. Their products are dependable and priced well. I do buy a lot of name brand power tools from other places but I have found some really dependable power tools here also. They are really good about returns but I make sure to have my receipts. Their big rolling tool boxes are built better than most. The free coupons are always nice!
This is a great store to get awesome deals on good tools without having to overpay for some name brands. I love this place and so does my son, my cousin, my brother in law... it is a fun place to browse around with a buddy.
This store is ok with good prices. Most of the time I’ve gotten what I went there for. Never had a problem shopping there.
The tools here are getting higher but the quality is getting much better than it was several years ago when they were opened. Tricks I learned are when you buy items such as angle grinder make sure they have replaceable brushings cause they will burn up without warning ,then buy better ones for a Makita or a Milwaukee and use them instead.
Went to return an orbital sander that i had bought a while back to exchange it for a better one and pay the difference without a receipt and I was helped hassle free. The original sander I had bought was square and the sanding sheets for it did not have matching holes for the dust collecting function of this particular sander. Thanks harbor freight!

I give them 3 stars. I feel they should have some staff on the floor to help people. They should open more registers to keep the lines moving. Oh it wouldnt hurt to clean the place up a little bit you know like sweeping the floor.
I received the red tag merry Christmas Sale that had a 20% coupon attached to the book with everything on it that you couldn’t use the 20% coupon on. The Yukon workstation was not listed on the coupon in Harbor freight would not honor their 20% off coupon on this item. Thanks for wasting my time.
Because my husband can get everything he needs here. It makes him happy to shop here. So I am happy when he is happy. I love watching him shop in this place.
Love the selection, but their marketing is very deceptive. I have simply learned that the 20% off coupon that is usually on the sale flyer, would be better, if it just listed the few items you can use it on, rather than the paragraph of exclusions.
Found the welding gear I needed pretty fast. The gentleman that rang me up was fast, friendly & efficient. Ill definitely go back.

Can be excellent value with sales and coupons. Always always backed up at the sales counter. A combination of the companys obsession with updating computer info for every transaction combined with the friendly staffs chitchat....pack a lunch

Do not buy the folding ratcheting wrenches. They fold constantly and will not stay straight. It takes two people to use these which is ridiculous. I tried to return and was told they couldn’t do a refund unless something was wrong with the tool. Will not buy again and highly recommend that no one else buys them either

I love Harbor Freight. Im not a professional mechanic or contractor, just a DIYer and hobbyist. Harbor Freight allows me to buy the tools I need at an affordable price to keep me doing the projects that I enjoy. FYI: A hidden gem of HarborFreight is their TV mounts and plastic Pelican style carrying cases. These both are an incredible value.

Im a tool guy, so I love Harbor fright. Not much luck with the power tools. If you do buy them, I recommend getting the extended warranty. Same with air tools and battery power tools.
Manager here is the most helpful guy. Truly a good soul. Store is clean and they are nowhere near as bad as Lilburn, at bumrushing you out of the store one minute past close.

They did not have in stock the rock tumbler I was looking at online. Also the online price and in store price were different. The store still had the higher price of $49.99 Online $37.99.
Drove from 45 minutes out of my way to get 2 wheels for my tool box, I bought the tool box but it was missing 2 wheels. Drove up there and they told me NOPE they could not do anything for me that the tool box only comes with 2 wheels. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Oh but they could sell me 2 wheels!!!! On the phone it was Yes, it comes with 4 wheels, then I came in person and it was a NO believe has alot to do with the color of my skin. WEBSITE SHOWS 4 WHEELS why would a tool box cart only have 2 wheels

If you dont know harbor freight, you dont use tools. If you need a tool to do a project and you dont have it in your tool box, HF is the place to go. You wont pay alot for the tool and the project will get done. These arent high end tools but if you want to finish that project go here.

2022-04-11There was no one on the floor while I went down every aisle trying to find something. I asked at the register and the lady acted like I was crazy just because shes never heard of what I asked for. She asked someone and then just featured in the general direction indicating where the item was. I went back to where she indicated and, still not seeing it, asked one of two men coming out of the back room. Neither of them asked me if I needed help and Im pretty sure it doesnt take two men to carry what one of them had in his hands. I guess he was just there for moral support. He seemed annoyed when I flagged him down and didnt even break stride to point at the item. And God help me - I had a question and the implication of his reply was take it or leave it. Believe me, if I hadnt really needed it, Id have left it. I then went to a checkout with no line and a girl who was just standing there told me she was closed. Another checkout line never cleared because the clerk stood there puzzling over a part with a customer like it held the secrets of the universe. No awareness or concern at all from these two that people were waiting. After an interminable wait, the girl asked me for me phone number and pressed the issue when I said No thank you. She just handed me the receipt at the end. No Thank you or anything. RUDEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET!! If you are female, youd better forget being considered worthy of their time or attention at this store. I felt like I just went back in time.

2021-12-31Lately I been greeted very nice and people at the store have been great. Every time I have been there, even in the past the clerks have been awesome. It seemed to me that in the past either supervisors or managers were not very good because in two occasions I noticed a clerk asking for supervisor for help or to send help and it seemed like the request went in one ear and out the other. But lately the representatives in this store have been very good.Also harbor freight is just a nice store for people that like tools, even if they are cheap tools.

2022-02-07Bought a Bauer electric pressure washer that just quit working. Have had it just over 90 days. Was not used enough to validate it quitting on us. I called Harbor Freight who told me since we are just over 90 days that they will do nothing about this. We have a business and we are buying supplies from them EVERY WEEK! Just another example of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE any more. Does not exist! When I think of the money we spend at Harbor Freight and this is what we get in response to an item not working in such a short period of time… it’s just not right. We will take our business elsewhere. Not that they care obviously, but I do and will not throw my money away there any longer.

2021-11-11I can honestly say this was my first visit to this store. Ever. Im glad I decided to go, because they had metal detectors in stock, at a pretty reasonable price might I add, and Ive always wanted one. The employees were welcoming and assistance was offered if I needed help finding anything. Will definitely be shopping here for all my tool needs.

2022-01-22Listen, Im a freaking harbor freight junkie. I dont get to go all that often, but when I do it revitalizes me like a spring time dip in a South Ga stream. It makes , e new again, have I mentioned I like this place yet? One of my very favorite stories. All be it, the guy that rang me up last time didnt hobbit the online we pricing. I was at the Gainesville location, Im going to complain about it and see if they offer anything, if not I still love the store. That said, Ill start shipping at their Northern competitors that fits Honor thirty online prices. But if it know harbor freight, they will surely honor it.

2021-12-05Always love HF. We were looking for TV wall mounts & Fireproof Safes. As always the place was full of items & deals you just cant beat. They have public restrooms available while you shop. Great place , you need to check it out if your not familiar with them.
