Overrated burgers are way smaller then the picture and no flavor The onion rings was cold and the service is very slow. But i loved the ranch. Def gotta be drunk to enjoy the food! Looks are deceiving. Waited 2 hours for disappointment 🤦🏻♀️Will not be back. The waiter seen that i didn’t like it said she would take it off the tab.
I’ve been to a few other Hard Rock Cafe locations in different cities and thought I’d give this one a try. I went here in my first night in atlanta and I honestly did like it. I got the bbq bacon cheeseburger(I think that was the name of it) with fries and it was delicious. I also liked the inside of the place as well and liked the music posters and everything. I do recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to eat
Holy moly!!!Asia, Beav and Mike made me feel even more welcome than the host and hostess!! I am typically not a chain restaurant person- but I got a bit lost on my lime scooter, got harassed and came in here- not only did this not so little Canadian feel welcome, but they were fast, grateful and so HELPFUL!!Asia did a phenomenal job with all of my silly questions and even brought me hot sauce because of our conversation- I didn’t need to ask! great service!!!Both “Beav” and the new guy Mike came over (mangers) and made sure I was okay. Beav gave me directions and made me feel safe and welcome.TALK ABOUT A HEADSHAKE! This team did it all!! Thank you Hard Rock Atlanta!! Keep this up!!
He food was just ok.. The steak was great but the green beans were too hard to eat, the steak salad was perfect, the drinks were ok abd the nachos were... Different. This seems like a really great place to take kids or have a quick lunch, but its not a place couples looking for a more upscale or intimate restaurant.
Eric (manager on duty) Alexis, Lanaya, and Adona were AAAAHHHMAZING!!!!! The way they treated their customers, to include those who were homeless with love and compassion was heartwarming! I literally was nearly in tears, watching the warm southern hospitality. The food was amazing and the drinks were phenomenal! Our server was the BEST in town, she was attentive, but not overbearing. Offered great recommendations, and her timing was perfect. Jeremy Wayne Dean and his pup were also great entertainers!
I’ve been to Hardrock Cafes all over the world and the food is usually “meh” however…I was pleasantly surprised that the food was outstanding. If you can make amazing tasting sliders then everything else has got to be amazing! The bar tender Willis was awesome. He had that bar under control. He was attentive and professional and the drinks were great!I would definitely come back here.
The staff was friendly and on top of giving prompt service. I highlight this as my party was here while were at a weekend long convention with around 50k others and other establishments just did not seem to know how to cope with the flood of customers that comes with a huge convention like this. The kitchen also seemed well prepared as we did not have to wait long at all for our food, either. Over all, this was a great experience, thanks!
I ordered the only vegan option which was the 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫. It still came with cheese so of course, I had to order it without.Nothing fancy about this burger, wish it had more seasoning. The onion rings were fried and tasted like an average onion ring, nothing spectacular. *The drinks werent strong either so dont go looking for a buzz here. Our server was nice but the person who brought out our food was the complete opposite.
A nice dining and entertainment option in the downtown Atlanta neighborhood. On my most recent visit I ordered Salmon with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and asparagus. I got it to go so I didnt get to take a picture (I will next time). It was a very straightforward meal. No fancy sauces, though the salmon was glazed with a mustard based sauce, it didnt overwhelm the fish. The asparagus were properly steamed and the potatoes were dense with a few chunks of unashamed potato and skin which gave it that home cooked feel. The bartenders were accommodating and our food came out fairly quickly considering the volume of patrons who were dining in. I will definitely go back.
Menu was dissapointingly small, food was average/good, but the drinks were fabulous! S/o to the wait staff for pointing out the bathrooms when we got to our table, its the little things we appreciate! They were very attentive & helpful. Definitely reserve ahead of time.
Giving them 2 stars because our server was very attentive and on task. As far as the food.?!.. Dry chicken wings with pink meat inside.. The burger was not a 20 dollar burger. Do yourself a favor & walk 3 blocks to the sky wheel & get a hotdog from the street vendor. Better food & way cheaper….
Very good!! All the staff working this afternoon were awesome in how they handled the influx of people very well!! (Primerica business convention of 35,000 people from across North American at Mercedes Benz Stadium! )Food was also very good and our server Julian was 5 star! Thanks 🙂
Service was good. Menu is not extensive. In my opinion overpriced relative to other restaurants with similar entrees. Food quality was fine, though not served exactly as ordered (meat temp). Drinks were ok, but served in odd glassware (maybe dishwasher couldnt keep up).
The story goes like this.... They messed up! I paid more for parking in garage then for my food... Why? Im glad you ask. They over cooked the cowboy steak...I mean it was as thick as the waffle house steak.... And the nachos was thirsty for cheese yall I could go on and on.... But hey they did give us some old hard rock t shirts and pins for our wait... They service was nice the waiting wasnt bad, for the time of day it was.. The manager was nice... Maybe one of them days🤪
Wow!! If you love music then this is the place for you. Everything on the walls are from the actual artist. Tom pettys guitar and Ringo stars drums hang on the wall here. The food was good I had a hamburger with some fries. Very tasty!! The atmosphere is relaxed and you kinda fall into the groove with the music playing every where including the bathroom. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and you have to city park in one of the parking garage.
Worst group dinner experience Ive ever had. Service was beyond slow. Half the table got their food more than 45mins after the other half and there were several plates that never ever made it. All while we watched them serve small tables that sat well after us. Our waitress was horrible and walked so slowly it showed she didnt even care. Also the smash burgers were NOT smashed at all, more like 2 sliders burnt to hell. Sent that back when I finally did get it. Drinks also took forever. Worst. Place. Ever.
Im not too pleased with the service. My party of 3 was told we would have to wait 30 mins to be seated or sit at the bar, so we choose the bar. The next party came in and didnt have to wait at all for a table and no one had left. What kind of sense does that make? Hopefully there was a good reason behind it. The food was good and I enjoyed my family despite the odds.
I went there for dinner 1st night in Atlanta and purchased a shirt but the shirt had a hole in it. Returned it before leaving town and Wes the mgr. Refunded the purchase and bought my new one. CLASS ACT you dont see that happen anymore. Food and drinks were good too. Get a hurricane for another souvenir.
When my husband and I arrived after walking the city all day there was a small wait no big deal. We noticed the bar had open seats and asked the hostess if we could sit there. As we went over to the bar the male bartender said no more people and told the hostess that very rudely. We were a little upset but what made it worse was right after that 3 men sat down right were we sat. We spoke with the Mgr Richard who was so kind and went over and beyond to apologize to us. He made us feel important and was very sincere about feeling bad. He is the reason we will come back and tell people about this.
The food was actually very good but not very much to choose from at all. Our waitress was ok but not very friendly. I paid with a card and watched the waitress run it in the machine. I then got a notification about 3 days later than an extra $10 was charged to my card for a tip I didnt approve. I handed the waitress a cash tip before I left had I known my card would be charged I wouldnt have.
The food was just so bad. Low effort, super lame. We are here because we were walking by and saw they were not busy.Nice server but super slow. We were seated in the back room...it was just us and an unenthusiastic solo guitar player.Avoid at all cost. The menu is a dollar store version of Applebees.Guacamole-ish paste that has been under a heat lamp is a recent dining low.
My one star rating was for the hostess and the waitress. First the appetizers came out before the drinks. Then when we ordered our entrée it took 40 mins just to get a stack and burger. When I got the burger I ordered it was two slider burgers on a bun. The picture showed two bun size burgers that was just smashed thin (fasle advertisement). I sent my order back because I just wanted to leave at that point. The manager tried to be accommodating but was over shadowed by the kitchen staff who were yelling at each other. When I got a replacement it still wasnt what I ordered but I was ready to go at that point. My wife ordered a steak medium and it was well done. They have to do better, if you are not capable of handling the amount of people on a Monday night (which wasnt that many people) open at half capacity and let customers know there is a bit of wait.
THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE the customer service was so terrible it took the server 10-15 mins just to get menus and it was not even busy when she brung our drinks she didnt even bring straws we had to get them ourselves. The nachos were pretty good not gonna lie but theyre were not hardly enough cheese or meat.and also when one of the servers had our nachos in their hand they were coughing and talking over our food. My friend got the shrimp and almost vomited becuse of the taste and texture I got the buffalo wings they were just mid nothing special So if you see this please dont waste your money on this just go to Hooters right next door.
Only 3 stars because Jordan in the shop was awesome and helpful! I was pretty much ignored at the non busy bar and had only one beer because she was too into her conversation with another guest to care about anyone elses needs. But again Jordan made up for the others errors.
MYRIAH gave us the worst service ever. She brought out cold food, no utensils and promised to bring out hot fries and 40 minutes later no fries and attitude. While asking another server for some utensils, a hostess came up cussing about Hard Rock Cafe still taking reservations and he was tired of these f’ing people.Prior to us being seated he was making out at the hostess booth with another employee.I don’t like to spend my hard earned $ on poor service, attitude, watching make out session and poor quality of food
Bad quality food, which they tend to hide with high amounts of sauce. Each plate is high calorie and overprocessed. This is more a tourist trap destination that ends in a store with the name of the location you are currently visiting Example: hard rock NYC, hard rock Atlanta, hard rock florida and so on. I wont return. Nobody should eat there more than once every two months if they want to stay healthy. I gave it two stars because staff was friendly. Do not get me wrong I love comfort food, but this is a highly overpriced comfort food with poor taste showered in sauce. Hope this helps. If you want to buy something from the store, buy it and then eat somewhere else.
Took my lady here for her bday dinner and the service was GARBAGE, the waitress rushed us with our order (which wasnt right) and after we got everything she never came back to see about us (had to ask someone else for a drink refill); the food was HORRIBLE and beyond bland!!! We usually always come here and only had 1 other terrible experience, so were very disappointed with the experience and itll be a super long time before we come back again if ever.
Sat at a half empty bar. Asked for a Blue Moon. Got a bartender to acknowledge with a nod and then never return with the drink. Never got the drink. Just kept getting ignored by the staff. Mediocre food and total lack of service is not worth the wait. Spend your money elsewhere.
Went for a bite to eat late evening 7 pm or so, ordered combo fajitas. To me they were just okay, kind of basic not much flavor.I also ordered a bloody Mary, again a very basic not to appealing drink, no garnish, lemon, lime, olive, green bean......nothing! I had to get our waitress to go get a lime & lemon!Maybe its this location but I would say eating here is about average, dont expect too much.
COCKROACHESWas traveling through Atlanta (exhausted from work) and decided to have lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. What a terrible idea!!!The waiter was nice enough (by no means great) and that’s why I can except having to give a one star. My REAL problem with this place is that there were a total of 3 cockroaches (probably more) inside of my booth…one of which my server killed with his foot and just left it there while I was (expected to finish my lunch) EEEWW!!!!!I asked the hostess if I could sit at the bar because I am afraid of bugs and they obviously we’re having a problem with them…to which she replied that they didn’t have a problem?!?Trust me….THEY HAVE A BUG PROBLEM!!!!! SO rude and trust be….I’m not that hard to please…just don’t want bugs crawling all over my food!!!
We went to the Downtown Throwdown. It was pretty lame. The one band we saw, middle of the nights bill, was a 3 piece. Im not sure how they got this gig, Ive seen better cover bands at places like Wild Wing Cafe. Cocktails were pricey and weak. Id heard Hard Rocks were on the decline and I think I saw it firsthand.
Food was great. The service was impecable. With started at the bar with awesome bartenders whom promtly served our beers. Both bartenders were caring and attentive. We then requested a table and were sat by a nice hostess within a minute. Our server was fun and also attentive. She suggested a few choices and we followed her advice. The appetizer was great and the entrees even better.
I was hoping to have an enjoyable dinner etc , very disappointed I was ignored and blown off I waited at 10 min before this server whom was black to even bring me an menu, after she dropped off the menus I didn’t see her again so I walked out this location was Not Busy at all :(
Great service at this Hard Rock! We love the Nachos with chicken and the Twisted Mac and Cheese (both pictured). The decor and music set a great atmosphere for drinking a few beers and talking with friends. Restrooms were clean and food came out fast.If you found this review helpful, please give it a like!👍
Great atmosphere! Love all the famous musicians memorabilia. Food was delicious! Hostess amd servers were energetic and friendly! Staff announces everyone in the restaurant a customers birthday and claps or sings to birthday person, so if someone is why dont mention its your birthday. I would come here again. We had chicken nachos amd their burgers
Food was awesome! Meat was tender and well done. Food was full of flavours. Drinks were awesome! Atmosphere was awesome! Memorabilia was awesome! Music was awesome! Service was awesome! Only have good things to say. Saw Ella Fitzgeralds iconic pink feather outfit and a pair of trousers from James Brown. Must be normal stuff for the locals but I was absolutely blown away. Only thing I would say is the water tasted a bit weird (as I noticed in nearly every restaurant I went to in Atlanta). Oh and theres free WiFi but you need to ask your waiter/waitress for the password. Had a really good time for my first time in Hard Rock Cafe.
First of all, we have to wait over a half an hour not because it would be full, but because they were short of staff and there were customers waiting and tables empty. The food it was ok, the menu it’s pretty basic and without too much options but ok. What I liked the must was the steak salad. For mi the best of all that we ordered. (Flat bread, hamburger, Mac and cheese and steak salad)Then comes the service and the check. Service was veeeerrryyyy slow, at the point that the table next to us saw that we had 30min waiting for the ketchup and shared with us the one that they were using. Then the check, she first brought one and, we told the waitress to split it in two, then she asked for the % of the tip, we said 18, then she brought it and it was with the 20 and already included in the ticket, but she was “clever” enough to let us know that the tip wasn’t included, but when we checked the tickets, surprise, surprise... it was already included. It was a shame we were with visitors from another country and they have to see that. Then the restrooms, I don’t know who decides where to put the changing table but it is NOT the place to be! Every single person who came in agreed with that. It is right in the entrance, in the middle of the way and it’s very tall. Definitely who decides that has never been close to a kid.Anyway... it was a huge disappointment the “renovation” of this place.
Enjoyed my time at Hard Rock. Got some great grub. I ordered the Double Decker Double Burger (pictured below). This burger is not for the faint of heart. You will need a large appetite for this one. I, as always, ordered this medium and it came as ordered. Tasted great very juicy and very cheesy. The cheese perfectly surrounded the burgers making the outside bites absolutely wonderful. The fries were also very good and came with a unique spicy mayo like dipping sauce. The waitress was very friendly and there was a nice environment. Definitely enjoyed my meal here and loved having another great burger.
Our waiter Damon was super friendly and took great care of us by getting our drinks out quickly. The manager Kyle was helpful to answer our questions and got my wife on the Wi-Fi. We had the nachos and they make the chips in house and were super yummy. My wife had a fruitapalooza which had just the right amount of fruitiness to offset the alcohol. I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and green bean. The salmon came with lemon and a drizzle of BBQ sauce, delicious! We finished with an Oreo cheesecake which was smooth and chocolatey. And of course, the music was rocking! Excellent visits, lots of rock n roll stuff from people I know.
Today we had an incredible night at the Atlanta Hard Rock. I was passionate about knowing that napkins is 100% recyclable and does not harm our environment. You guys are fantastic. (the straw could be paper and recyclable, thats the trick, please chenge, Thank you ). Our kindly server, Willins, came to us with great generosity and helpfulness. Thank you all for the great evening and food. Very nice dining environment. Delicious food. Love the sandwich and the meat. The music PERFECT !!!! I loved reading and learning from the pictures. bathroom very clean. rethink about the straws. Thank you :)
The atmosphere is nice but the food is not worth the price at all. I played it safe and ordered chicken tenders but they are not at all what I was expecting. The fries, dipping sauce, and lemonade were the only good tasting things. They barely have any drink options available. What kind of place in Atlanta doesnt serve sweet tea??? We’re in the south for crying out loud! Wouldn’t go here again.
Hard Rock Cafe makes some of the best burgers ever. I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, suggested by our server, Tony, and it was delicious! The BBQ sauce is really what makes the taste of the burger. It was well put together, didn’t fall apart after I bit into it. I feel like I should have ordered two. Overall, the service was awesome, the establishment was very clean, and we can’t wait to visit again. Thank you!!
This was the first time my daughter & I had a chance to go. It truly was magical. We immediately gravitated to the gift shop to purchase t-shirts, a gorgeous guitar strap, and some other goodies. I was taking pictures of almost all the donated memorabilia (Signed guitars, drums, and performance outfits with pictures of the artists next the them on the walls.) My absolute favorite was the wall that has Metallica on it. Robert Trujillos bass guitar is there and picture of Dave Mustaine, which was initially what attracted me to that area. Our waiter suggested that we could explore the next room over where the stage is, while we wait for our food. When we walked through the door, we realized that we were already on the stage (Gold or Silver/Platinum records from Bob Seger and Bruce Springsteen just to name two, yes; more signed guitars, and one mangled keyboard from Nine Inch Nails are on the walls). A part of me had to fight the natural urge to bust out sanging before I left the stage. Honestly had a song I really loved played loud enough in me, I would have. Wefinished by taking pictures outside the front door where the iconic guitar is. Whenever you are in Atlanta, Georgia, GO & enjoy. You wont regret it.
The BBQ bacon cheese burger is amazing! We havent been in a hard rock in years and this one is brighter on the inside than others weve visited. We were seated immediately but it took a bit for to get waited on but the wait was worth it, our waitress Henri made the whole visit worth while. We never saw the bottom of a glass and she took great care of us. Highly recommend!
What an amazing place! The burgers there taste like glory even though eating a whole meal costs around 20 dollars per person. All the misc objects they have from old rock Legends make up the perfect decoration for a place like this in the middle of Downtown Atlanta. The place itself is a 100/100, I could even show off on Instagram and Facebook that I ate there. One thing I specially liked is that I saw two Happy Birthday Shoutouts from the crew and the rest of the restaurant to people whose birthday was that day (obviously). I thought that was really nice and it shows the servers care about their guests. I totally recommend this place, and do not forget to take pictures so you can remember the experience!
It was a pleasant visit. I felt the size of the fried served was a bit smaller in portion. Oh well... Once I reached for the salt shaker, I had to taste it so I sprinkled some on my palms and tasted it. It wasn’t salt! But sugar. I asked my friends to taste it and to make sure my mind wasn’t playing games. Sure enough, we grabbed salt shaker on next available table. We shook some salt from the shaker and tasted it, it IS salt. Some how our table had sugar in the salt shaker. Not cool. The wait staff was pleasant.
I went here about a year ago on vacation with my parents; and I believe it to be the worst meal I’ve had out ever. They couldn’t get a medium burger right 3 tries and 2/2.5 hours in a row. I’m a cook myself and it’s not that hard to make a medium burger; trust me. Not even worth the comped meal and free ice cream sundae (which was melted and weird when it got to me). I’d never consider going back. First ever google review too so that’s how much I still talk about that meal.
It was amazing seeing the guitars and clothes of some of the most amazing people in the world. It looked really nice and the gift shop was awesome. But the food was awful! The fries were cold and the burger gave me food poisoning. It was really raw in the middle but really burnt on the outside. 🤮🤮
Over-priced, and bland atmosphere. I’ve been to many Hard Rock Cafe’s over the years and was so excited to finally cross Atlanta off my list, but it was a major let-down. The food was okay, not bad, but not great. The Strawberry Lemonade was awful & extremely bitter.
Wow!! So I had to come to town today as my wife was having surgery at Emory. When Chloe the hostess greeted me she asked me how I was doing. I shared a little bit... and they showered me with love and the team signed this get well soon card. Chalese is a ROCK STAR! This team is amazing. The management better hold on to this group. I will definitely be back... with my wife.
I’ve heard lot of good things about Hard Rock Cafe so decided to try it out. Went there for dinner and ordered their atomic burger and Mac and cheese with pulled pork. The good was very bland and low quality. The burger was very cold. It seemed that it stayed on the counter for a while. Ordered medium cooked burger and got it well done. The only reason it gets 2 stars is cause our server was very friendly.
I hated it thereFirst the restaurant is called the Hard Rock CafeSo why are they playing Taylor swift?!Second the for was mediocre at best…the wings messed up my stomachThe milkshake was 2/5 but looked nothing like it was on the pictureThe staff was really messy and unorganizedHonestly I would have gave it no stars but the server was super nice so -_-
We dont have enough words to properly explain how wonderful the Hard Rock Cafe - Atlanta Downtown was to our group. When we called the week before and explained our foundation and that we needed a place for 33 people, 20 students & 13 adults, they gladly accepted us.We were greeted as we walked in the door by multiple employees smiling and saying Welcome to Hard Rock! We have been waiting for you ALL DAY! This made the students feel so important. As we were seated and served, Shar was absolutely radiant. She quickly and efficiently got everyones order and struck up conversation with our students along the way. The food was DELICIOUS and served in a fast manner.Todd, the manager on duty that evening took the experience even further by personally providing our students and parents with free Hard Rock official bags and foam guitars.I cant say enough about this establishment and the magic they created for our students. Thank you, Hard Rock - Atlanta Downtown, for being a world class restaurant!
I was thinking to give them 4 stars, based on the service, kind of slow, and it wasn’t that busy. And the music kind of loud for my taste. But I changed my mind when I went to the store and bought a shirt. It was priced at $25.50 but when I got to the register, the cashier told me that the price was $28. I told him about the price on the tag and he called the manager. He not only fixed the price, but gave me a discount for the mistake.
It was Thanksgiving night and this seemed like the only restaurant open in Downtown. I asked for a table but was told that single people can only dine in at the bar. I really wanted a table and the bar was packed so I ended up ordering takeout. It got even worse when I opened the takeout box at my hotel nearby, the food was lukewarm and did not taste fresh at all. I ordered the BBQ burger and onion rings which cost me close to $30 including tip. The only positive was I had something to eat for dinner because all the other places were closed. It was a very disappointing experience overall.
The Hard Rock is maintaining covid protocols while many restaurants in Atlanta have abandoned them. The food was fresh and tasty, and the pours of wine were generous.I was with a party of five. We made reservations about half an hour before arrival on a Tuesday and we were seated quickly. The restaurant filled up quickly after we arrived. None of the other tables were uncomfortably close. In all, it was a pleasant dining experience even during this pandemic fourth wave. If youre concerned about other diners, arrive early. Dont worry about the front of house staff. They remain masked throughout their shifts and are conscientious of guest safety. Our waiter was attentive and detail oriented, and we tipped appropriately. I hope youll do the same. Its hard out there in the service biz.
I was in Atlanta for a conference. A group of us decided to check out the Hard Rock. We did have long wait fora table of 5. We spent the time walking around looking at the memoribila and the gift shop. Our server was very friendly and everyone enjoyed the food and the music. The staff dance was entertaining.
I made a reservation during dragon con for 7:15 and I got there at 6:45 and they sat us anyway. Diamond was our server and she was awesome. They were really busy and she kept our drinks full. She was very friendly and remembered everything we needed. The food was great also. The house made bbq was to die for.
A typical hard rock cafe. The food was good and the drinks were good. Only complaint was waitress was misinformed about the cup that comes with a drink. You can get a drink in one cup but get the one you want in the rock shop. The staff was really nice and got us seated early
First off my waitress was spectacular. I mean she was so sweet and caring and wonderful and she’s the reason why I didn’t one star this review. The bartender was absolutely rude! She didn’t even greet us when we sat down not a smile not anything. The bathroom was so disgusting!!!!!!! There was tissue hanging on the seat and all over the floor. The soap dispensers we’re laying on the counter along with dirty paper towels. I had to send my salmon plate back it wasn’t seasoned and there was barbecue sauce drizzled on the salmon! I loved the waitress so much but never again.
Open till late. Wanted a snack with a kick. So went to the Hard Rock at Atlanta. Chose the Buffalo Wings. Came with 2 dips - the Blue Cheese Dip was incredibly good. The server, Noah Andrews was enthusiastic, accommodating and so cheerful despites his own set backs. What a great attitudes for other servers to emulate! Wings were delicious!
I eat out 340 days a year, worst experience in a long time.Bad service, dropped menu and before I could do or say anything server was gone.Went down hill from thereFood wise ordered the pulled pork sandwich. What a joke, 4 huge chunks of dried out pork.Totally disgusting.Took 29 minutes to get my check. At the bar it seems making sure tips split on each ticket are done is more important than the customer sitting in front of you.
I have traveled to many Hard Rock Cafes across the states & frequent several and have never been so disappointed!! First walking in its obvious a warehouse feel, bright lights, hardwood floors, black wooden tables, and wide open with a brightly lit bar, - it feels like a cafeteria or brand new cookie cut out restaraunts. The vibe of going to a rock n roll favorite died more with each step inside because Not only was it Bright without personality, the MUSIC WAS NOT ROCK N ROLL !! It was hip hop, modern. Snoop dog with Kid rock is cool or any artist that crosses genre for songs with rock artist as long as they are playing that song! Next the memorabilia - None and the pictures on the wall not so many and not of rock legends!! Laughed about since we went to have a good time for a special date. So we laughed about how awful the place was - if it were a different name you would not be disappointed. SECOND service- so nice but she disappeared, its covid time - not packed a whole lot less tables busting with servers and cooks but after the first drink and even after our food was delivered no one asked if we needed another drink? We had one drink for first hour we asked another waitress walking by and we were served second drink just before completing our meals. Third the prices are high! Well of course its Hard Rock Cafe! Expected but comes WITHOUT THE EXPERIENCE. So you cant put the HRC prices without experience. Without music. Ok to be fair The food was delicious. So they got 2 stars for friendly and good food, clean. The rock music started at 8 p.m. they played nine inch nails & then Motley Crue we laughed and said oh next time we will come at 8!! And the music changed again after 2 songs of rock to Snoop rap and ither artist not rock at that point we decided to not even take our HRC glass. Its apparently a favorite place to go for celebrating Birthdays you stand on stairs and you cheer them on - which is not bad to put some energy in the room. But for Rock N Roll in any shap NO. special night! So my ex husband if 16 yrs bought me & himself t shirts IT WAS THE BEST !! a perfect shirt for 2020 with zero concerts unfotunately it also reminds me of this Atlanta HRC. MY shirt slogan would also read 2020 Rekindled Love with Rock. but 2020 NO ROCK at the Hard Rock
Made reservations. Got there early but they bumped my time up eventhough there was a huge line. I was seated in less than 10 minutes. Waitstaff was nice. Food was good, typical American food but good quality. Good location. A little pricey as expected. I would go again.
While you are enjoying great food, looking at all the memorabilia from known artists hanging on the walls is mind blowing! The food was reasonably priced. You pay a little bit more money than when you go to your average restaurant of course but it is worth it. The only suggestion I would give to the manager is to either enhance the quality of the background music being played and/or to lower the volume some. Usually, I can handle background noise very well, but somehow this one was a little too much. That was the only reason I gave them four stars. Regardless, even with the noise (if inevitable), I would go back.
Today we went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our 17h wedding anniversary. We had a great time. Our food was good and our server Paris was awesome. She had her hands full since we were a party of 8 but made sure we were taken care of. We definitely recommend this location. Thanks
I hardly ever leave a poor review on a restaurant… HOWEVER… I feel for a family of four eating here. My wife and I had an order of chicken strips, nachos, a Sunday and lemon soda for around $50. Food was not fresh at all. The atmosphere was that of a cafeteria with the table setups. Museum pieces on display were scant. I checked out the t- shirts. They were awesome. Honestly, I wanted one but could not bring my self to support the business. Get it together gang.
All around awesome. First time my wife and I have been to a Hard Rock Cafe. We were greeted by the manager when we walked in. The music was true to the restaurant name-rock n roll. The atmosphere was fun and energetic and the staff made it contagious; they were smiling, dancing, and singing to the music. Our waitress was friendly, fast, and frequently came by to check up on us, and the restaurant was nearly full. We will definitely revisit this Hard Rock next time we are in the area. Two thumbs way up! !
Was in Atlanta for a business conference and one of our vendors sponsored an event at the Hard Rock. The private room was great. Good music all night. The best part though were the snacks and desserts! Hats off to the chef here as those were a huge hit with everyone! Thanks to our bartenders who kept the drinks flowing and were super friendly! Would love to have an event here if were ever back in town!

2022-06-08The music in this place is awesome. I had a impossible burger it was okay. My love said his ribs were delicious. The cole slaw was nasty and the baked beans. My drink tasted as if it was a virgin. I didnt bother to order another. The service was just okay. I spent most of the time looking for our waitress for things like napkins, a straw, the check. She wasnt attentive. But its just an okay place.

2022-03-12This was not a good night. Maybe if we come back on a weekday it will be better. When the food finally got to us.. we had to ask for silverware. By the time we got silverware, all the food was cold. I at one point had to get up and go ask for condiments and a glass of water. Everyone walked right by me like I wasnt there.N ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It came with a side of beans, coleslaw and loaded fries. The fries ended up being a solid mass of fries and cheese 🧀.C kept it simple and ordered a massive cheeseburger with a side of fries.I ordered the salmon. The green beans were cold along with the mashed potatoes. The salmon could have had a little more flavor... but it wasnt bad.I ordered the mojito.. not good at all.. tasted like straight soda water. The birthday tribute at the end was the best.. totally embarrassed N! Awesome! Hard to catch him off guard.

2022-02-03Very nice burger, as youd expect. The fries were piping hot and freshly made. Cant fault the food. Service was very friendly but with a lack of sufficient attentiveness. The area is run down and, although thats not the restaurants fault, it comes across in its demeanour.

2022-01-20A decent burger and fries. Their bloody Mary wasnt bad. My server Anthony was very good and attentive. Great place to see a game and get drinks too.

2022-06-07Not quite enough peach flavor on the local special burger, but otherwise excellent.Probably would have been better with cheese, but thats on me for not being able to eat dairy.Gluten-free bun a good consistency, and burger nicely cooked to order.

2022-04-05Good location downtown convenient to hotels and bars. The hotwings were really good, service was average. I got the BBQ Bacon Burger which was mediocre. I enjoy looking at the memorabilia from bands around the restaurant more than anything. The deducted stars are mainly from the lack of options at the bar. They were out of Bud light, Bud heavy and several other beers. Also we asked for hot sauce which apparently they have zero bottles in the entire restaurant or bar. Probably won’t return for another 10 years, maybe it will be better then.

2022-05-01I ordered the southwest salad. I was freshly made and the chicken was abundant. Not a tiny piece like some restaurants. My only thing is that i should have asked for the dressing on the side. But the food was delicious. My company ordered a bunless Burger. They enjoyed their food as well. The atmosphere was laided back. And the music was rock and roll! It was my first time here and I definitely will be back. Also the offer live mucis on some nights!

2021-10-22Very randomly walking into this restaurant in late evening since it’s the only one open, but surprisingly good experience! Turns out hard rock is a big brand and themed chain restaurants! I ordered the baby back ribs and onion ring, both are pretty good. Especially love the vibe and even the gift store. :p

2022-02-04The experience definitely didnt start out well at all. The 3 hostesses had the worst attitude towards us, when we came in we asked about a table for 3 and the first gal completely ignored us and turned her back on us, the second gal wouldnt answer us, and finally we got a response and was told our wait would be 30 minutes (though we were the only ones in the lobby and I saw at least 8-10 open tables). Once seated though our waitress (Princess) was an absolute doll! Super sweet gal! But then as we went into the retail area the guy running the counter was very rude and sarcastic! Giving 3 stars because Princess made the dinner experience amazing.

2021-08-16I can not brag more about this place. Everyone we talked to was beyond amazing and helpful. What a great staff they have. The food and merch was great too.Lets start with the store. My dad mentioned he liked Jimmy Hendrix and someone took him to show him the shirt they have of his.The lunch part. The drinks were super delicious! As my sons food was nearing deliveries his water was accidentally spilled on him. The manager and our waitress were so kind and quick to help clean it up and make sure my son was taken care of. (We didnt mind the situation at all, we know accidents happen) but how they all handled it was beyond the call if their duty and we thought they were all wonderful and great! Highly recommend this place. Paris our waitress and Eric the manager. And the food was delicious!
