My first experience was okay but today they were arguing in front of the customers plus they messed my order up 3 times. Very disappointed
Very dirty went in dining room employees worried about eating and playing around. Will not go back. Yuk
No toilet paper in the restroom. Had to use paper towels. Then they would not make coffee for me, giving me some lame excuse. Worst Hardys Ive ever been to, and not clean.

Hot honey chicken biscuit is awesome but I had to go in and get my order. The drive-thru messed it all up. It wasnt custom or complex. It wasnt large. It was all wrong though.
We came in an hour prior to closing time, traveling for a funeral. The food was hot and fresh. The staff, you could tell they were tired, but they were working hard to care for the customers. Good jobs! 👍🏼

11/21/21 time 4:53 PMMy name is Joe Toomer I stopped at hardees in Adel,georgia Im from moultrie,georgia and ordered some food i had to wait a little while cause sometimes you have to sometimes they maybe short on help or a machine maybe broke down and the maintenance is trying their best to get it fixed but we as customers must be patient because things like that happen sometimes and we as customers should treat those employees with respect as if we want those employees to treat us customers with respect it goes a long way the food was excellent and I hope to come back again soon and would like to say thank you to Mrs shemika M and to all the other employees that work at hardees in Adel,georgia thank youfor all you do
How nice to be greeted as we came in, ordered taken and prepared quickly and efficiently and to find nice clean restrooms. Thanks for giving us a nice break as we were traveling through!
Forty something dollars for four people and the grilled chicken sandwiches were disgusting. The staff was friendly.
Disappointed they stop selling the roast beef. Then we get our order and leave only to realize they forgot part of our order. We had to come back and didnt even get an apology. Oh yeah, not to mention they are turning into McDonalds. Today and the last time I went there the ice cream was down.
$4 for this sandwich. That should have been the sandwich from the #11 meal. *the staff was friendly, and very patient*
Stopped in for lunch around 1:30 pm, went to use restroom, no paper towels in womens restroom, employee was also in the restroom came out of the stall and said she would bring some back and never did. We did not get any napkins so my daughter went to ask for some, no one acknowledged her even asked she said excuse me. Another adult from our party finally went up and they gave him some, trash cans throughout restaurant over flowing. Tables were all dirty.Waited about 10 minites for food,, fries were cold.. Would not stop here again. Was my first visit to Hardees, I would have to say Im disappointed.
Was on road and got the kids meal while husband got a big double something. We were not allowed inside dining although we could order inside but I am glade we did order inside because the place was clean and the customer service was worth coming in for. We stretched our legs opened our car doors and enjoyed our food ,the nice breeze and reflected on the nice customer service. Thank you.

Excellent service. No one beats Chick-fil-a, but dont let a long drive through line discourage you. They move fast and efficiently. I dont think they have gotten my order wrong in three years now.

There was a young man at the window, he was very polite. It was amazing to have someone so respectful. Im from the Tampa/ St pete area in Florida, never do I get anywhere near the level of kindness this employee treated us with. Very professional and classy. Thank you!
We were very disappointed. Our food took way too long with the excuse they were busy. No one was in the dining room and only 1 car in the drive thru. Manager was very apologetic and was the only one working, his staff sucked! Manager ended up comping our meal thankfully.

Quick service, friendly staff. Good place for a quick, reasonably priced meal. I dont think the biscuits are made fresh every morning at 4AM though. More like break open the can over the counter edge. Still l recommend Hardees highly.
I cant remember the name of the burger, but beware! Its huge! It had the standard meat and cheese, as well as onion rings & bacon. Excellent!!
Never had an issue with Hardees. Im a very patient person so it will take a lot in order for me to say that a place of business is not doing their job or not professional. So far Hardees in adel is doing an excellent job.
Stopped her while traveling. The food was fresh and hot. The service was impeccable. We will be stopping her regularly as we travel through. Thank you to the employees who are working through this pandemic. Your service is much appreciated.

Burger was great for fast food. Wouldve given 5 stars but they didnt make it without mayo as requested. Had to back thru drive-in to get it fixed
Coffee was not good bitter ,the breakfast sandwich on sour dough was chewey like it was microwaved.I would skip it if I go through there again.
Honestly, all Hardees, since they have the same menu, vary only slightly. I have been to this one five or six times, and they are always friendly and welcoming and prompt. The food looks and tastes the way it should . The bathrooms have been clean and stocked every time I have been there. I have nothing but nice things to say.

Two times in a row my order was screwed up. First time wait in drive through fir my order. After i get it hash browns missing so go thorough again ti correct order. Get home my sausage egg an cheese biscuit is missing the sausage. Next trip a couple days later go through drive through again yep hash browns missing again and girl at window hands wrong bag out window and then takes food back in restaurant to give to next car major no no per health dept. These people that work fast food want to make $15 per hour to work but most are not worth $2
Chicken stripes were very good. Burger was good but where is the beef??? The patty was smaller than the bun by far. A bit pricey for fast food. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
Maybe have the sign showing food options. Pulled up to the drive thru and the sign didnt show lunch stuff was partially twisted. Tried to ask if they were doing lunch or breakfast. She didnt know how to answer. So we left.

The food is generally prepared well and my orders do not get messed up. The drive through is quite slow on the other hand and sometimes pull people up unnecessarily. It is generally a good spot to stop for breakfast.
Very good food. Spicy Chicken Strips are the hottest item Ive ever had at a fast food place. Manager was very friendly and came out to chat in the lobby to make sure we were happy.

They always give me ranch no matter what sauce I ask for and they get an attitude when I call them out on it. But the food is always good.
You can tell food was prepared and sits because it’s never fresh anymore. Soggy buns fries for breakfast and lunch/ dinner hours. You all need to start back serving fresh food

Went thru drive thru. Food was great. Drive thru was very very busy as it was breakfast time. Employee was very friendly at window. They did not move very quickly however and speaker did not speak extremely plain. Special order was fixed correctly and they gave plenty of condiments when I asked. They did not skimp. Restaurant looked clean from what I could tell thru window. Drink was well mixed with carbonation and had plenty of ice.
Food is decent and usually fresh to order...depends on time of day...only complaint is they dont carry some of tge items displayed on the menu...
In 2001 I came here for breakfast one morning and received less than cordial treatment. I never visited again until today, September 12, 2018. I was pleasantly surprised to receive friendly treatment. Ill probably go back again sometime.

I get extra country ham at every hardees I go too and they charge .75 cents per slice and the slices cover the sandwich this one charged me 2.19 per slice and they were half the size you get from other hardees and when I brought the issue up with the manager she acted like she didnt care she didnt even try to find out why it was like that . I love hardees but I will never go to that one again
Come here few times a month..1 drive thru cashier is awesome shes the kind every restaurant needs. I need to get her name next time because shes the most professional Ive met at any hardees...only problem is drive thru ordering they are in too big of a hurry and one person was downright rude when I ordered. I was thinking what a birch as I ordered. But next time I came thru next week the sweet girl was the cashier. Ive been coming here years as I pass thru Adel. It sure beats the quitman hardees in speed service etc.
The food is hot and delicious! They have a good variety. I wish they had fried zucchini like Carls Jr, but you cant have everything.
Had to wait almost 15mins for a dang hot dog and when it came out the order was wrong and my Frisco burger #5didnt bacon on it! They werent even busy! There was No one in the dining room the manager is who waited on is and brought our food out! Id fire every employee in there tonight!
Always great service and great food. We eat here every time we come to Cook County Ford to get our vehicles serviced. They are always friendly and food is fresh and tastes great. Never had a bad experience here.

2022-03-07Stopped by for a quick breakfast. Had the biscuits n gravy. It was pretty good. Not homemade, but pretty close. I Definitely liked this better than the McMuffin I had a few days ago. Fast friendly service. :) 4 stars because no fast food joint gets 5 stars from me. Its fast food...

2022-02-23Horrible service and food. Got breakfast, cashier was rude. Rang up our orders wrong then argued when I went back about it. I ordered the bacon beast. It had 3 pieces of bacon. Bacon and biscuit were extremely salty. We also got a chicken biscuit, chicken was burnt. Our friend ordered a chicken waffle sandwich combo. They didnt give him combo again the cashier argued with him that he didnt order the combo. Waffle sandwich was smaller than the biscuits. Will not be back to this one.

2022-05-25Went through the drive thru & ordered a breakfast burrito and other things . they messed up the order I was getting for someone else and didn’t even have any more burritos and just didn’t put it in the bag and, did not even try to tell me that they were out or asked if we wanted to replace it with something else. they sure took that money though. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

2022-01-25Not the best Hardees. Fries were old and soggy. Definitely not cooked fresh. The original hot ham was edible but skimpy with the meat. Staff very bland that particular day. Usually staff is very friendly.

2021-12-23The person serving me and my S.O. gave me a free upgrade on a drink because I was having a bad day, due to not being able to get a chocolate drink at three places that day. It was very nice of them.Also the burgers are still great quality. ☆☆☆☆☆

2022-03-30They didnt have curly fries or roast beef. Got onion rings instead of fries in a small chicken club value meal. 2 for $5 fish. Bill was almost $20.

2021-08-09The staff here is so nice. This is the best chicken I have had in my entire life. Everything tasted amazing. They were fast, store was clean for a fast food restaurant. I’ve never been to Carl’s Jr. before. I hope they are all as good as this one because I live 12 hours away but don’t know that my life is complete anymore without this chicken!!!
