Kudos to this Hardee’s. We were heading back south from Niagara Falls. Popped in here for some sausage biscuits/chicken biscuits. They were busy on this particular day and the employees were helpful, friendly and totally dealing with the rush. Being so busy I had my doubts about the quality of the food. Never been so wrong in my life. We were served some of the hottest, fluffiest biscuits I’ve ever eaten. No lie. Customer service and quality of food gets this Hardee’s 5 ⭐️ and we will definitely return when traveling back through.
Meets the standard for a Hardees in my opinion. Good staff and every burger looks like they pulled it off the menu. I ordered $40 of food with coupons and they got me out in less than 10 minute.
They always have really good food expecially the biscuits and white gravy on the breakfast menu and my personal favorite. The prices are a bit higher than others but the food is always cooked fresh and really good.
The new burger with rib slice and it was hamburger meat was nasty. They only put cheese only and it had no taste. I was disappointed 😞. My husband had the chicken strips and they were delicious and fresh. I was just passing through i wasnt from the area.
It’s 8pm on a Saturday night. They claimed to be open until 11pm. They lied.

Havent been here in a year because of a bad experience last year. Decided to give it another go today and it was awesome! Super sweet employees, fast service and the food was fast, fresh and hot! I am so glad I tried again!
Service was good! Asked for lettuce and tomato on my small roast beef sandwich, cook didnt put on, also said dining in and we got it bagged up to go. Too much hardees business is discussed in front of customers at the counter. Dining room was clean.
We stopped here while traveling through Trenton. The restaurant was clean, employees were friendly, food was good and also inexpensive.This was the perfect place to stop. We were waited on quickly and also served quickly making Hardees a great stop on our route.Our food was good and of a decent quality. The burgers and fries wete both hot and delicious.Restrooms were very clean and attended.We would definitely stop hete again when traveling to Tennessee.
I love Hardees country ham biscuit with extra ham. And I also love their biscuits and gravy. Good stuff!
Stopped to try the 2 for five fish sandwich and they were very good. Associates working looked like they may have been having a bad day. They all looked like they were miserable.
The person who took my order was very patient and pleasant. I changed my order about three times. I was afraid I had gotten her confused but not a chance! My order was perfect! The food was very good and the fries hot.
I used to work for Paradigm and I know for a fact the employees are not supposed to smoke on property. Well I went to throw away my trash and I saw 4 or 5 workers standing in plain sight to all customers smoking. They didnt even attempt to hide it behind the dumpster. But other than that the food was amazing as always and the store was nice and clean. Thanks!
Worse Hardee’s I’ve ever stopped at. Very slow and received two cold/old cheeseburgers. I would have went back and complained but I had already pulled back on to I-59. The owners of this establishment need to review this place . Awful
The food was fine but when we visited there was an incident in the drive thru window (we were in the dining room). While the customer was at fault and wouldnt move out of the drive thru, one of the workers was frustrated which was understandable. However the way she was screaming to call the law throughout the kitchen and dining room was extremely unprofessional.
People were very friendly. Even helped me decide what to eat and it was just perfect. They even made fresh hot fries and unsweet tea because the ones they had were old. Even checked to make aure I was ok and asked if I needed anything periodically. The visit was really nice. So if ya want great food and even better service..stop on by.
I stopped by the window with three kids in the car after school trying to figure out what they all wanted and I politely ask for just one second the lady didnt reply I took like 2 second and let her know I was ready she reply ok go ahead( as if I aggravated her) I started my order and she stopped me and said whoa whoa whoa slow down. So I just pulled away and went to McDonalds. Two cars parked and I was the only on in the drive thru.
Lobby closed as we were walking up to the door at 2pmWHY close the lobby so early Ill go somewhere else.
Worst service at a fast food place Ive ever received. Doesnt deserve to be called a restaurant.Placed my order at 6:30pm. There is literally one other car in the whole parking lot and zero cars in the drive-thru when I ordered. Upon arriving at the window I immediately paid for my order and received my drinks, with no straws. 27 minutes later I received my food. During the course of the 27 minute wait I witnessed several employees come and go from the store, smoke cigarettes, set on the counter, and take fries that were already cooked and put them back in the grease to warm them up for me. Nothing I did could get their attention to the window. The longer I sat there and the more I witnessed, the angrier I became. I received a refund after insisting and returned the food to sender. I immediately went down the road to taco bell, which was had a parking lot full of customers, and received my order in 4 minutes with 3 cars in front of me at the drivedrive-thru. This Hardees will soon fail and be out of business like the 3 around my home town. HEY HARDEES, LOOK AT CHICK FIL A AND DO WHAT THEY DO! Is it hard to hire a couple of competent humans that smile and have customer service skills? This will be the last time I waste my time with your joke of a franchise.
We ate there last week and we couldnt help but notice how rude the management were. In one instance, we saw a blond haired lady in a black shirt, yelling at one of the other employees and saying horrible things about them. we have eaten at several other hardees and none of them had managers so cruel.
Good food but dont get Bacon. I have never considered this the most clean location and the people here arent the best. But for a fast food breakfast place its pretty good. For the best experience just use the drive thru.

Got cinnamon raisin biscuits this morning and they were so good. Had a lot of icing which I love. This is the second time I got them lately and they loaded them with icing both times. Keep up the good work Hardees.

Trenton Hardees is like no other the staff is great! The restrooms always clean! And my food is always fresh and tasty!

Extremely long drive-thru wait, most of the time. Even when not busy. Expect a twenty minute wait, sometimes only twelve to fifteen. Fries are usually underdone, often cold. TOURISTS, I had relocated here from elsewhere years ago and live near this exit for now... do yourself a favor; unless an inside stop is required in Trenton, KEEP DRIVING. LoKKKals do not like outsiders AT ALL and they DO show it. The local police are very crooked and unprofessional. Avoid.
Very Very SLOW drive thru. It used to be the fastest drive thru in town and you came in changed the employee procedures. Been super slow ever since. Lost several employees and ton of customers over it. Very bad business decision on your part.

Crew members nick and zac are really nice and i have to say that since the change in management in the last year, Hardees is a better place to eat. Now if they will serve breakfast all day and bring back the blueberry biscuits.

The burger was really good. The only issue I had was, it was an hour before closing and the girl at the register treated us like we needed to hurry up and get out.
They were busy at this location is close to Dade County Court house. Food was great took a little while to get food. People were friendly it was a good visit.

Crew member Nicolas has the personality of a scrambled egg. No customer greeting and his demeanor was of someone that wants $15 an hour but has the skill level of minimum wage.

Who puts mustard on a hamburger? Yuck! If you are traveling and arent expecting mustard on your hamburger, be sure to let them know when ordering. I guess it must be a southern thing. Ketchup is king! :)

2021-12-04Wait 40 min for our food, and it wasnt good after the wait. Had 4 people up front doing a one person job, and one person doing all the cooking, and the whole time they were arguing with each other and treating to walk out. Crazy crazy place. Ill not be back.

2021-07-31It would be nice if they were open till their posted closing time. Sign says open till 9:00pm, website says 11:00pm (management updated 2 weeks ago). But when I get there, they are closed. And it would be nice if they would answer the phone. It’s not like their dealing with customers inside and drive-thru. But the food is good if you can get it.

2021-01-26Waited in line for 20 mins, when we finally got to the window we asked if we could add 1 shake to our order. The girl literally rolled her eyes at us, started pitching a fit and walked away, then came back to tell us our new total with a horrible attitude. We got our food and everything was cold. Not even a little bit warm, COLD! The fries was the worst, it wasn’t just cold but hard as a rock! I feel like every time we go to this location it’s always something.

2020-10-17The food was cold. My family and I ordered 4 cheese burgers and 1 hot ham along with 2 large fries. The man who took my order was unclear and uncharismatic. He charged us for medium sized waters even though I just asked for regular waters - and then he gave us large waters!? The bacon cheeseburger was simply a disappointment. The meat was cold, the bun was cold, it did not taste savory, and I therefore had trouble finishing it. In addition, the fries were cold and should not be considered large. The rest of my family experienced the same disappointment with cold burgers and sandwich. After lunch, indigestion kicked in, and my stomach ached for several hours thereafter.I thought Hardees was supposed to be a superior fast food restaurant. I have been to other Hardees where I have loved the meal, and I still remember how good it was. But this particular store in Trenton, GA is a bad apple. I urge travelers to not visit this Hardees. It needs a full revamp/renovation.
