The easiest car buying process I have been through. Robert Glover was extremely helpful, kind, and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. You really get the family atmosphere there. If you are looking for an honest, kind dealership to work with- GO TO HARDY SUPERSTORE!
Everything went better than expected. I went there with the expectation of taking a test drive and continuing my search for my Chevy Volt. I had already done a lot of research online and knew about what I wanted and the price that I was willing to pay, but I had never driven one. The test drive confirmed my thoughts about the car. This one was listed more than my price range, but I made an offer and to my surprise, they said yes. It was a great deal and beat the price of some of the others I was looking at. Within about an hour and a half, I was on the road with my new Volt. It has been a week now and Im really happy!
Hello, I am Donna Flemister. I was recently in the market shopping for a vehicle. I went to Hardy Auto Resale and have never been happier . I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson by the name of Sam Rangel. He was so polite and was able to meet my needs. I would recommend Hardys to anyone. Just ask for Sam. You cant go wrong. I give them 2 thumbs Up!!!!
Hardy body shop...communications is poor. They often do not return calls and do not provide updates. The repair quality is low. Cracked fiberglass section is still visible. They informed the insurance that the front bumper facia was repairable but masked damage with fillers that are showing through the paint work. Additional damage to the bumper facia was either damaged during the accident, damaged during removal or during installation and was left with two cracks near the head lights. Drivers door was damaged during fender removal. They spot paint repair and mishandled parts causing edge damage which was left unpainted. The bumper facia is still warped from impact and part are misaligned. Im forced to continue working with them through insurance. I will post updates when the job is completed the second time.
I was very nervous and apprehensive as this was my first car buying experience. I explained what I was looking for..or what I thought I was looking for. Nate dialed it down, asked questions he needed to better assist me and showed me different options. In the end, he sold me what I needed, and not what I thought I wanted. I left in a beautiful new ride and am $60 under what I allotted as my monthly car payment budget. I am very grateful, and will definitely return to Hardy.Be sure to ask for Nate!
I must say that not only is this a very professional car dealership, but makes you feel at home. They went above and beyond. No hassling or ripping you off like some places I have been. Bought a Stinger and I cant tell you how amazing Jerome Johnson as well as Tim Hollis was helping us. Jerome was a down to earth Fella. He made my car buying easy and not stressful at all. In and out with a new nice car. Tim reached out to me and keep in contact with answering any questions. These days in this crazy world you dont find to many out going and professional people. Saying that, GO SEE THEM!!!
I wouldn’t buy or trade a car here. Very shady business practices especially when you’re a young person. The salesmen here think you’re stupid! They try to get over on you and steal your down deposit!!They will let you drive off the lot with a car you signed a contract on, AND paid a down deposit on. Then demand the car back a month later. NOT TO MENTION, they will want to keep the car you traded in for it AND THE DEPOSIT.Come here if you want to end up car less and want to waste your money. I’d say if you’re a young buyer/leaser, check out the next dealership because this one does NOT have your best interest in mind. They only want money, they DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. You’ve been warned!!!
So I gotta brag about my man Bryan McGarity! He set me up with the most beautiful F-150 on the lot, got me the best deal both on it and my trade, and made the ENTIRE process smooth as glass! If you need any vehicle, ask fory Bryan McGarity. Theres a reason his office is FULL of trophies! Thank you again my friend!
I bought my vehicle from Hardy super Store approximately three months ago. The vehicle was used but still $40,000. Sense the first drive home and it making a awful sound when pulling into the driveway, I have had nothing but problems. The first night that I got home it made an awful sound as I pulled into the driveway. I called Tim who is super helpful. Tim Garrison and they’ve scheduled us to have A part replaced. I thought everything would be good until approximately three weeks after that my vehicle started to make a rattling sound. The rattling sound started off not too bad but as the weeks are going by it got worse. I have bought a warranty through Hardy which was a Ford warranty on my GMC. I didn’t understand it at the time but the finance manager said that they would fix whatever problems my GMC would have at any Ford dealership. When the vehicle sorry to make noises I contacted Ford to schedule an appointment to fix my vehicle. Ford refused to take the warranty. I had to call back up to Hardy multiple times to get issues fixed. I was able to take my GMC to a different Chevrolet dealership with my warranty. Now I find out that my struts are bad on the front of the vehicle which is not covered under the warranty. Also the monitor has gone out and I had to file a warranty claim. They sell terrible use vehicles without even an inspection. If there was an inspection done I don’t see how I’ve had three issues in the past 2 1/2 months.
Incredible experience buying my new GMC Yukon at Hardy. The entire staff is friendly, professional and honest. They had everything setup and expedited when I arrived - I think the entire buying experience took 20 minutes.I live 50 minutes from Hardy. There are numerous dealers close but it will be the only place I ever buy a GMC/Chevy from moving forward.
I had a frustrating buying experience. They had an ad for a 2021 Sierra 1500.When I got to the store, they said thats only for GMAC financing. Even though the ad says nothing about that condition. Went back and fourth with the manager and they finally agreed. How frustrating! I just had an equally disappointing experience with their service department. They seem very disorganized. I wont do business with them again.
Buying my Yukon was so easy and enjoyable. Everyone was super kind. We had to travel a few hours to get there and they had everything ready so we could sign all the papers and get back on the road. They also were very good about searching for the lowest interest rate for the financing. Overall I was very happy with my experience.
If you’re young & black just stay away from here & purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. They will act like you can get the car you want just for them to steal & finesse you out of a down payment plus a trade in vehicle (if you was to trade one in) I only rated a 1 star because it was not an option to give them a 0
We had a fantastic experience with this dealership! After leaving behind a horrible experience with another dealership just minutes before. We dealt with DANIEL &TIM. They were absolutely amazing. They treated us like actual people. We were greeted with a good ol fashion handshake. All questions were answered honestly, quickly. They even got stuck after hours but never at any time did we feel pressured to hurry to leave. They were willing to take the time to make sure we had everything we needed befor we left the lot. Thank you all so very much! It is much appreciated and will not be forgotten.
Tim Burton worked with us for three months until the perfect car came available. Best experience I’ve had with a car purchase! He was our partner in the buying experience. THE best customer service anyone could have at a dealership. Tim should be your first call when in the market for any automobile.
I have purchased two vehicles from Hardy Superstore. Both times I dealt with Brett Clifton. He was an absolute Delight to work with and made my purchase of both vehicles very easy. He takes a personal approach and I appreciate that. I feel that the Hardy Superstore offers fair prices and excellent vehicles. The people at Hardy Superstore are very professional and very polite but in my opinion the best salesperson there is Brett Clifton. If youre looking for a good vehicle at a fair price be sure to stop by and talk to Brett. Thanks again to Hardy Superstore and Brett Clifton for helping me purchase my 2018 Chevy Silverado. I will definitely be back to get another vehicle in the future.THANK YOU,Tim Yates
Hardy GMC exceeded all of my expectations. The salesman, Chris West, went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my new truck purchase. While my truck was in delivery, he kept me posted of the progress and even sent me a picture the evening it came in on the tractor-trailer. We will definitely purchase again with these guys!
We had a great experience at Hardy with Steve Garner. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend a few hours with! His knowledge (and personal use) of GMC made us confident in the car. Overall great experience and we plan to go back to Steve for our next car purchase!
Hardy Superstore provided great service by its staff overall. I was especially grateful for the salesman, Wes Waddell, and his laidback, non- pushy, personality while making observations, test- driving, and throughout the purchasing process. He knew my limit and provided. The financial department also was excellent walking me through the best options for me and my situation.
Hardy Chevrolet was awesome. During this time of corona they dealt with me in as much of a safe environment as possible by phone and went to the trouble of setting up a table outside to sign paperwork at the closing of the sale. Being a medically challenged person, their interest in my health and safety spoke volumes to me as their ability and willingness to sell me a car. I have already recommended them to others I know who are looking for purchases and will.continue to do so. When the time comes to buy again I will go back to Hardy.
I picked Hardy because they had the best price on the truck I wanted out of ALL of the dealerships in Metro Atlanta. I checked the in-stock through chat and got a phone call immediately. We were able to work out all the details before stepping foot in the door! The dealership pulled the truck for me and it was ready to be viewed when we met up with Tyrone the next Morning. The entire staff was incredible. Experience was all around EXCELLENT. Go see Tyrone. You will not be disappointed!
This is the 4th car we have purchased from Hardys Chevrolet and let me just say, this one surprised me. Bill B. came out to help us. I told him that he couldnt get me in what I was looking for in the monthly payment range I was looking for. Well Bill asked what my payment range was and I told him and he said I can do that. And guess what he did it and I got exactly what I wanted was exactly the payment I wanted. I encourage you if youre looking for a new vehicle or a good pre-owned vehicle go to Hardys.
Had a fantastic experience! Came in to just take a look. Had financing approval, they actually got me a much better rate. The whole transaction was quite professional and pleasant. My salesman was Daniel Fisher, super easy going. I was not pushed into a deal or placed on a call center dialing program. This was hands down the easiest and best car buying experience Ive had. Would highly recommend to come and see Daniel and let the team work their finance charm! Im loving my Chevy Volt! Thank you Hardy!
My father was looking for a used truck. After doing some online research I suggested that we stop at the Hardy Superstore because they had a few different trucks that were in my fathers budget. We were greeted right away by Graham McCormick. He was very helpful from the beginning to even after the sale. We told him what my father was looking for and he pointed out several options. After a few test drives and comparisons my father decided on a truck with low miles at a good price. The paperwork was easy and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I am definitely going to recommend everyone I know to this dealership from now on.
I dont like dealing with Sales People. They typically push whats best for them. And dont listen to you. I dealt with Sam Rangel. He listened. And then hit a snag and things started to go south. But he told me to just sit back and let him handle it. My man Sam handled it. I got the truck I wanted and never felt hassled or unsure of his motives. Top Notch Fellow to say the least.
Hardy Superstore has won a customer for life! We bought a used Suburban and discovered that it had an issue with the “shark fin” antenna (a known issue with the model we purchased). Took it in to be diagnosed and Hardy is taking care of us at no charge! Such a great experience!!!! Can’t recommend this dealership enough!
I am a little late leaving my review but I recently bought a “new to me” 2016 Nissan Altima and I absolutely love it! Colleen Hurst in internet marketing was great! She found what I was looking for super fast! If you have specific wants/needs, definitely get in touch with her! She then sent me to Carson Copeland and he was very sweet and knowledgeable! From Carson, I was sent to David Clark for the financing part of of purchase and this man is absolutely amazing! He jumped through hoops for me to make sure everything worked out for me! Thank you all so much!
Pleasant purchase experience from beginning to end. From my initial chat inquiry on AutoTrader, through the test drive and sales negotiation with Steve Garner, to the final tag and title paperwork with Ryan...it all went smoothly. Unlike some dealers, Hardy priced the vehicle within KBB range initially, so there wasnt too much haggling required, which I appreciated. Steve and a coworker even delivered my car the following day. My mechanic checked the vehicle and its in great condition overall. Highly recommend Hardy Superstore and salesman Steve for purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.
I will NEVER recommend or purchase anything for Hardy. We were sold a car w transmission issues, took it back on 2nd day, offered another vehicle w $7,000 more added to it and depreciated the vehicle $1200. ..after 2 days. Most dealerships that check their vehicles properly, provide 3 day return policy and a warranty. . so many things that I could say about the experience..none of the salesman are your best friend and will harass you to death but dont provide much detail about their policy or vehicles until you have a problem .No, car to available to loan us and no word on when it can be repaired. We have been to Hardy Chevrolet 2 times and both were terrible experiences. My son purchased 2 vehicles from you and 1 was great experience so, he returned to get his wife a car and not a good experience. After this incident, none of my family will buy anything from Hardy . I had tires and breaks checked because we were told breaks were changed and new tires were on the car. The breaks are fine. The tires are NOT new and are the cheapest, hardest tires. I went to a reputable shop that stays busy with repeat customers. I explained that we purchase the car from Hardy and need breaks and tires checked. A man and woman heard me say Hardy and asked why I would purchase from there.Treat people right and tell them you do not take cars back before 3 days no matter the problem. That was NEVER explained. Toyota and Nissan give a 3 day return policy...they sale quality vehicles and know they will not get a car returned.I hope Hardy Dealership listens and think about selling quality used vehicles that have been thoroughly checked. No manager contacted us nor tried to assist at any time. Listen to your customers and make it right. It seems like it is more about making money and not customer satisfaction. It would have been nice to know someone cared that we were sold a vehicle w issues. I will give a better review if the issues are resolved . I like praising good companies. I do not mind sharing my bad experiences either.
Our recent visit to Hardy Superstore on Monday February 17th 2020 was the Best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We initially set up an appointment online and we were told our salesman would be Tyrone Newbern. Upon arriving we were greeted by Tyrone Newbern. He sat us down and because we had inquired online he already knew what we were looking for. We did throw him a curve ball since we had changed directions on what our plans for a new vehicle would be. None the less he asked questions on what our needs were and where we wanted to be as far as getting into a new vehicle. He made some really great suggestions and off to test drive we went. I felt his number one priority was making sure we were satisfied customers. We never felt rushed or pressured by anyone at Hardy. We felt that everyone who helped us that day listened to our needs and did everything they could to get us the Best Vehicle and Best Deal. We will be returning in the near future to visit Tyrone Newbern and purchase another vehicle.
I met with several other salesman at other dealerships that all said they would like to work with me to get me in a truck that day, but could not deliver.Tim Hollis made the same promise and kept it. Tim was an excellent salesman that kept his word without pressuring me and went above and beyond to get my business. Tim was very upfront with the entire process. I would gladly go see Tim again next time I need a vehicle and would highly recommend him to anyone that needed a vehicle.
I recently bought a new/used vehicle from the resale lot. Ive purchased vehicles before and this is by far the best place!!! Daniel Fisher was my Sells person and he was phenomenal, He was knowledgeable and not pushy! The finance guy was very helpful as well and helped me get a good deal! We had a great experience and will send more people!!!! Go talk to those guys!!
Was my first time buying a car and didnt know completely what to expect. They worked fast getting me pre-approved (seriously within 5 min of filling out the online sheet I was getting a phone call). The Truck I was interested in was at the door when I arrived and within an hour I was driving off with it. They were more than happy to help or explain anything if needed. I dont have anything to really compare it to, but I cant imagine it could have gone any better.
I wouldnt buy a car anywhere else--and havent for the last five years. My latest purchase is the third car (plus one truck) I have purchased at Hardy SuperStore and every experience has been outstanding. This time I worked with sales guys Brett Clifton and Graham McCormick, who both did an outstanding job of moving me through the purchase process. The best part of dealing with Hardy is there is really NO pressure. Family issues stretched the time out between my initial visit and finalizing the purchase (total of almost two weeks), and Hardy stayed in touch throughout, but I never felt any pressure to come on and do the deal -- even when it didnt get happen on the original schedule.
Most professional, polite and outstanding customer service in purchasing my truck. Chris Langston and Angela Marie, were great and pleasant to work with. Upfront and no games, one of the fastest experiences I have had in a long time when purchasing a vehicle. None of the going back and forth and no gimmicks. It was a pleasure to purchase my truck from Hardy CHEVY / GMC.
Their service center quoted us wrong multiple times and yes I know, thats on me but I tried to give them one more chance, and something just didnt sit right with me when they quoted me almost $1,600 for repairs on a 2014 Malibu and so I had it towed to Tires Plus. Lo and behold..... It was nothing more than the auxiliary battery! I havent had a problem with my car since.
Tony Allen is a great salesperson and truly cares about getting you the best deal. He listens to what you need and exudes professionalism in all aspects. The dealership was clean and organized and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Hardy Superstore - see Tony Allen!
I had the opportunity to purchase a truck from Hardy and Bryan was my salesman. I had the found the truck online and Bryan worked diligently to help me get the vehicle at the right price. At no time did I feel there was pressure on me to buy. I always felt like He wanted me to do what was right for me. I cant say that for many salesmen I have met. I have had several people recommend Hardy dealerships to be and now I understand why. This was the first of what I am sure will be many future interactions I will have with the Hardy team.
I purchased my truck from Hardy Superstore because of the service I received from them. I believe that any company that offers great customer service is a company that I will always do business with first. At the time of my purchase I had three other car dealerships looking for the truck I wanted. Hardy dealership didnt try to over sell the truck to me but were extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. For unpresidented customer service speak to Brett Clifton at Hardy Superstore.
This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Mr. Sam Rangel is truly a class act and exceeded all expectations in assisting with purchasing my Camaro. He was straightforward, kind-hearted, and honest throughout the entire process. There was never a moment where I felt overwhelmed or compromised, I would strongly recommend Mr. Rangel and Tom Hardy Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I thank you all once again for the professionalism, Happy Holidays!
Outstanding! The best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I knew what I wanted before I got there and I was in and out in no time. No management games, no prices jacks, and great customer service. No seriously; the customer services provided here go the extra mile to ensure they get you the help you need! I have heard awesome things about Hardy since I moved to Dallas, and now I get to share my experience too. Highly recommend you select Graham McCormick as your salesman; hes reliable and works the Cool Calm Collective mentality. No aggressiveness or pressure to force you into purchasing. Just awesome at getting the job done efficiently, quickly, and while answering any questions or concerns. Outstanding job; +1 for Team Hardy.
Graham was extremely helpful. I saw a used VW Jetta and he didnt press me for one second. He test drove it with me. I had concerns and he addressed them. Got me a good price and explained why they priced the vehicle where they did. I appreciated that. Very happy and will be back.
I had the pleasure of buying my car from Bryan this weekend. He was amazing and very helpful. I have never had such a great experience shopping for a car as I did this weekend. He helped me find my perfect car for exactly what I was wanting to spend. I cant say enough good things about him. Thanks so much for everything Bryan!!!!!
Tim, the sales representative who set up my appointment, had the truck ready before I even set foot in the parking lot. He and the sales floor manager also negotiated a better loan with my pre-approving lender than I was able to on my own.Tim, as well as Mitch, the finance specialist, were upfront about every cost and stipulation associated with the purchase. Mitch also went over the extended warranties with me in exhaustive detail so that I was sure I made an informed decision that fit my budget and lifestyle.I got a fantastic deal, and I smile every time I get ready to drive. Now I just need to get used to the size; I normally drive cars and mid-size crossovers.
Dont buy a used car from them without taking it to a mechanic. I was at the end of the last day I could be without a car and I fell for the salesmans We do right by our customers bull. When I take the truck in for its first oil change I find out it needs $1000 dollars worth of work. When I took it back to them, the manager basically tells me its my fault for trusting them. Well thats a mistake I wont be making again.
The entire experience was, as always, very pleasant. Kim was prompt in answering our numerous questions via email and text. Once I made it to the showroom, Steve was extremely patient in working with me to get the vehicle that worked best for me and my family. The folks at Hardy have once again made it so easy for us to buy a car. Thank you!!
I found the Hardy Superstone while doing an internet search for a GMC Yukon. I found the vehicle that we absolutely love. I first inquired about the vehicle and received an immediate, courteous response from Kim Nichols. While I never met her, she was a delight to correspond with via email for almost a month. It so happens my travels eventually took me to Atlanta. I called Kim when I was just about an hour away from their dealership (I live about three hours away). She immediately pulled the keys and put me into the care of Jerome Johnson and Steve Garner. When I tell you these guys were AMAZING it is an understatement. They went ABOVE and BEYOND everything necessary to ensure that the deal could go through as quickly, efficiently, and as fairly as possible. In fact, there were several small issues with the vehicle that I wanted done or corrected that they, to the best of their ability, handled each requests. They did some things out of their own pockets. I would DEFINITELY recommend seeing Jerome or Steve when you go there. Then when it came time to handle the financials, Mitch was on top of his game, very pleasant, and took the time to walk me through each detail. He was phenomenal as well. The only reason I gave my experience four stars is because upper management required me to place what I felt was an unreasonable deposit on the vehicle to hold it from Friday until Monday. I had emailed back and forth with the dealership about this vehicle for a month. I came to dealership from three hours away. They talked to my Credit Union Manger who verified I was pre-approved. We filled out 80% of the paperwork that day. So they knew I was serious about buying. All I had to do was go home get the certified check and bring it back Monday. Yet, I was still required to put down an unreasonable deposit. I understand rules and policy. But sometimes discerning who youre dealing with and simple common sense about a situation should prevail. However, Jerome gave me great counsel regarding the situation. I will say that when I returned on Monday my check was returned to me.At days end, I would buy from Hardy again and I recommend you do the same!
Graham was the BEST!!! I am a single mom with a 7 year old daughter and Graham, along with the rest of the staff made this the best buying experience I have ever had. I told Graham exactly what I wanted and he delivered! I was in and out in about 2 hours in my New GMC Acadia!! Super Excited!!And I should also mention I got the absolute best deal around, and you can bet I did my research!
I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but Im not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that dont have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sams manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Tell Sam I sent you, he will take great care of you!
I used CarGurus to compare GMC trucks at dealers having vehicles with similar equipment. The Hardy Superstore had what I was looking for at a price CarGurus listed as a great deal. Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful process but I can honestly say Steve Garner eliminated the headaches. From the initial phone conversation with Steve the purchase was a very positive experience with a dash of humor that made us feel at ease. Steve made it possible to complete all of the paper work online, which enable us to finalize the purchase at the dealership in about one hour. It was a pleasure doing business with Steve and the Hardy Superstore.
I have been car shopping for about 6 months. I have been in a few dealerships and no one was able to get me into a vehicle I liked for the price I wanted. TJ Eifert was my salesman and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I am in love with my new SUV. I would have never known I could get into something so nice if TJ wasnt there to give me the opportunity. I will definitely go back when Im ready for another vehicle. Thanks guys, youre the best!
A VERY busy, local family owned mega-operation. Best in Paulding county probably. Though thats not really saying much given so few new car lots and an overload of questionable used lots that currently exist in the county to compare them to.I have purchased more than one vehicle from them, I have used their service dept and parts dept as well and havent had any bad experiences (that I wouldnt have had at any car dealership). But I also havent had any extraordinary experiences to share either.I would recommend that a potential customer consider them if for no other reason due to them having a large selection and multiple lots. But do NOT expect what you find there to be the best price/deal youll find anywhere.
I needed a battery they took me without an appointment, within an hour I was out of there. Very reasonable price. The staff from the lady on the phone to the service writer couldnt have been nicer. The drive from Douglasville was worth it. This is the only place I will take my vehicle.
Was told a free 2 year warranty would be included with purchase for free to finalize the sale. I then sat for an hour, alone, in a waiting room with no word from anyone what was going on or when I would get out of there. Finally a finance person came and got me to sign the forms. At this point, I was so ready to leave, I ignored my thought that the numbers appeared higher than I thought they should. The long wait and the fact they knew I needed a bigger vehicle (my sons car seat would not fit in my current car), I believe, was used against me to sneak this charge in, and it worked.I have reached out to my salesman to try and make this right and will update me review as necessary.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Setup to meet and purchase a truck on Friday. I came in Wednesday to get my car appraised and was told that people were looking at the truck that evening. These people had an entire day and the following morning to call me to tell me that the truck was sold. My veteran aunt came from out of town to purchase the truck. They could have at least gave us a courtesy call. That was a wasted trip. Then, they tried to sleazily sell me another truck that was not the same. I made it very clear what I was looking for.
Do not use this company. My husband and I have been sold a car that they do not have a title to, 2 months later we dont have a tag. We put down $8,000 dollars. Ive called several times and continue to get the run around. We are now being placed on a dealer tag. Im just completely disappointed with my entire experience with Hardy.
Purchased a vehicle here 7mos ago, came to get an oil change, price includes a tire rotation. They cannot rotate my tires because we do not have the wheel lock key, that we were never given nor knew we needed, and will not discount the price. Wont spend another dime or minute of time here again unless absolutely necessary. I now know why everyone in Paulding has tags from Wade Ford and not Hardy!
Hardy Family Ford & G.M., ( Hardy Superstore) ,The Best Buying Experience I have EVER Had,Because of the Excellent Service I have had in the Ford service Department at Hardy, I decided to go to Hardy to Look for a used Pick Up , a Ford or Chevy, I was met as soon as I got out of my vehicle by a Mr. Tim H. & I informed him of what my needs in a truck were , Well Tim Found EXACTLY what I was Looking For ,the Truck Exceeded my Quality Expectations & It was for less than the Price I was Expecting to Pay, ( Much Less) ,-- It was JUST an Incredibly Wonderful Experience In Buying , Tim answered ALL My Questions, There Was Never Any Pressure to Buy , I was Shown all the type Trucks I was Looking for . after I chose the pick up I wanted ,the Buying Process was also so Easy , the young man in the Finance Office Answered All My Questions, Explained all the Transaction Details, & made the hole Process Quick & Easy, This was Just an Easy & Wonderful Experience also. The Hardy Superstore has a True Team of friendly & Courteous Professionals .
Just got a smoking deal on a Silverado at Hardy Superstore. Salesman TJ Eifert done an excellent job, and will probably be the next salesman of the year! Finance guy did nice work too! Every one was really nice and all services were prompt. Thanks for a easy buying experience.
Long story short they price gouge. See for yourself- full size trucks priced the same as small trucks with engines, styles and mileage being equal. I got politely told they didnt want my business when I called them out on it and they refused to sell a 2015 Colorado LT for less than the $29988 on the window, when I was offered a 2016 LT for $26500 next door. Stay away unless you enjoy frustrations and over paying.
I bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 WOrk truck from these guys a year ago, along with an extended warranty. (The truck only had 44,000 miles when I bought it. I will say that Tony is a great salesman! He is very friendly. Unfortunately their mechanics are no good. I called today about getting warranty work done, 4wd doesnt work, hasnt worked since I tested it on the test drive! Only time it worked!! and my cv axle was leaking grease. The service manager said I dont know anything about a 4wd dodge. You have to take it to a dodge dealership. So heres a question, why in the world would you try to sell a 4wd dodge if your mechanics cant work on a 4wd dodge?!?! If this was a company who truly cared about their customers 100% they wouldnt try to sucker young first time car buyers like myself to buy a used truck that they cant work on, with an extra $2600 extended warranty that they wont work with.. after the finance manager (whose name I forgot.) told me I could bring any of the listed warranty work to them or a dodge dealership. Whichever my preference. At this time I only like the salesman Tony Allen. Very great, very friendly guy!! Everyone else gets an F.
Went to pick up my car that we had an agreement to buy but just so happened it was driving out as I pulled in the drive way. So they tried to sell me a different car so we left and went to Days and got what we were looking at for only 2 Thousand more with no miles on it.
Very unpleasant experience, the salesman tried playing games and the sales manager caught them and tried to make it right but I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING under those circumstances. We as consumers are already feeling taken when we go to car lots. This experience met and exceeded all of the BS you would expect from car salesman. I WOULDNT, NOT THERE!!!
Couldnt have been more disappointed when my truck was delivered. A couple dings on the truck as well as grease stains, sticky adhesive still all the truck due to transportation pre delivery to my residence. When I asked why my truck was like this I was told the detailer wasnt in today 🤦🏻♂️ unbelievable
Helping my 19 year old son buy his first vehicle. The salesman (Sean Whipkey)was all in mr helpful until after the deal was made, when I say made Im talking about still sitting at his desk and telling him the headlight was out (son saw it as he was outside checking out his new / used truck while we were waiting on paperwork) I was told its after 6 pm our service department is closed & if you want it fixed bring it back tomorrow, guess when he was mr question man trying to make a deal happen he didnt hear we drove an hour to get here. Thats right not a Im sorry we missed that, not a lets run down to the auto parts and get one, not a well fix it and deliver to you not even a offer to come off on the price. I had to ask for $25 off the price and I would get one down the street and install it myself (I screwed up there). Got to the auto parts store only to find out this truck had aftermarket HID lights that they dont carry ( nor does autozone or Napa) when I confronted Mr Whipkey 10 min later (drove back to Hardy) again its bring the truck back and well fix it. Now it gets better ... Next day I called before I send my son on a road trip to be told Toyota doesnt have HID lights. Again Mr Whipkey wasnt listening when I went back 10 min after he sold us the truck and told him it had aftermarket HID lights. Heres the big one ..Im then told by him that your on your own, we made a deal to take 25 off price and you would handle it. I ask was there anyway he could call the previous owner and ask where he got the lights. He did, called me back and let me know the guy had one and for my son to bring him (Whipkey)$25 and he would have it waiting. Yes thats correct.. Charged my son $25 for the light and still didnt give any guidance on where to find replacements. The $25 off price of truck sure didnt come out of his pocket but the $25 for the light sure did go in his pocket. With all this said you be the judge on doing business with Hardy & Sean Whipkey. PS, found 3 more lights out on the truck, that ace crack service Dept that Mr Whipkey said did an inspection on it must be as sharp as him. Im one and done.
My husband and I have purchased two vehicles here with relatively good experiences, except for the horrible detail work and then getting promised a loner car by the detail manager and not being allowed to get one....not to mention the disconcern and carelessness from Graham. I took a survey and sent a super long email with no reply (Which really bothered me)Okay skip ahead, nana goes up there today to get a car for my sister in law and they were sold a car with a slipping tranny. She had the car for not even 3 days, and they literally said, well you bought it you bought it. There was a signed test drive agreement! Lemon law violated! They only offered to trade it in. This is NOT COOL! THEY WERE SOOOOO RUDE, AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A FAMILY THAT HAS BOUGHT SEVERAL CARS FROM THEM! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!
Drove out here today and they offered me $13K for my car. Said that was the absolute best they could do. Then I came home and did a Kelly blue book instant cash offer and the same place offers me $14.6K. I wonder if they lowballed me because a woman pulled up. I told them when I was there that the KBB on the car was $15K and they said they would never pay that. Then, I fill out the KBB form and they’re blowing up my voicemail for the $14.6K offer. Absolute BS. Carmax offered me $15K so the car was sold to them. I don’t appreciate being jerked around.
TJ and Brett were great from beginning to end. They stayed with the process and were transparent and very informative. They’re not your typical “pushy” salesmen. They don’t make you feel like you’re wasting their time by asking a million questions. I wouldn’t hestitate to do business with either of them in the future.
I WANTED A CERTAIN TRUCK SO I WENT TO HARDY GMC AND ORDER IT. WHEN IT CAME IN. THE SALEMAN (TERRY) WAS VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING ALL THE BUTTONS AND EVERYTHING IN THE TRUCK. IT WILL TIME IME TAKE A WHILE TO GRASP EVERYTHING. THE FINANCE LADY WAS VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING ALL THE PAPERWORK. IT WAS SHORTEST AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE EVER SPENT BUYING A CAR NEW OR USED. NO PRESSURE THE WAY CAR BUYING SHOULD BE.

2022-06-03Our experience with Hardy was amazing! Tim Burton over at Hardy brought the dealership to us & he was phenomenal. From beginning to end it took 3 days , my parents also bought a car from Hardy and had a great experience! If youre planning on looking for a used/new vehicle you NEED to call & ask to deal with Tim Burton on your car purchasing needs , We found exactly what we wanted. Id highly recommend this dealership any day.

2022-06-07Straight forward pricing, friendly staff, and an excellent selection of vehicles! On Monday, I found my new car on their website and sent them an email. I was contacted immediately by Kim and from there everything was done smoothly. I was able to send photos of my vehicle to Daniel for a trade-in estimate. They gave me a great price on my trade in so I made the 3-hour drive to get my beautiful new (used) Bronco. I appreciated how quickly Kim and Daniel got things done for me. They treated me fairly and gave me a great price. If you are looking for an honest dealership with friendly, professional staff, this is your place!

2022-01-15Have my car serviced there and they are always so pleasant and professional. Make my appointment online, easy in, easy out. Not pushy about selling me things I dont need. They know that customers have a choice where to have the car serviced, and they make you want to choose them!

2022-01-28I really like this dealership. The finance team was amazing, and got me financed with a low down payment on a high end vehicle. The inventory here is great and better than most. So, if you are looking for a pre owned vehicle that looks good enough to turn heads; try Hardy Superstore.

2022-02-11I had a fantastic shopping experience with Bryan at Hardy Superstore. I was on a mission to find a car and only wanted to look at those specific vehicles. I am so thankful that my experience was efficient and the entire staff at the dealership was so helpful.

2022-06-23I recently bought a used 2022 Chevy 3500 dually w/ 800 miles on it. The dealership was initially easy to work with and offered competitive trade value for my F150. During the test drive the sales rep mentioned the heated/cooled seats as a capability, but when I tested them while waiting for finance they were completely inoperable. The sales rep and general sales manager then suddenly remembered that 2022 models are missing features due to the computer chip shortages. I was concerned that there might be other associated issues that could impact towing or safety but the sales manager, Lee I think, (arrogant squirrelly little guy) told me I just needed to trust him and not worry about it. The sales rep I primarily worked with (Steve) was friendly, professional and seemed to be transparent about forgetting the chip issue, but the whole scenario was not what Id expect from buying a 2022 for nearly $80K. The dealership is also implementing an unusual system where a local customer is ordering new trucks from the new Chevy wing of the organization and then selling them to the used car superstore, both owned by Hardy. The customer makes a profit and then the used car superstore makes another profit on the additional mark-up when they put it back on the lot. The sales rep honestly stated that the inventory shortage allows for it because, if you dont pay this outrageous price, the next guy behind you will. In the end I urgently needed a truck with that towing capacity and had already ordered hitch parts so I bought it, reluctantly. They then told me theyd prefer I used a USAA check for a down payment rather than apply funds against the principal of my trade as I initially wanted to do. They then refused my check because the address on it was Hawaii where I was last stationed, so I then had to apply funds against the principal of the trade and try to get a new payoff quote after hours - it was an unnecessary mess. Ive had much better car buying experiences but this place wasnt horrible. Maybe look elsewhere first. The truck seems to be pretty good so far, minus the seat warmers - well see if everything works when I go to tow my 5th wheel. Id give Steve 4 stars, Lee 1 and 3 overall.

2022-03-02I’ll save the lengthy detailed review and leave you with this…Terrible service, Terrible communication, regret everything about buying the truck here. Will never be doing business with Hardy Used Superstore again, and won’t ever speak a positive word about it.Quote Lee, “Motors go out at 200 miles or 200,000 miles - what do you expect us to do?” (After owning my 2018 truck for 6 days and motor blowing) lost $2800 trading it back in and spent 10k more on another truck. Weeks of nothing and wasted time.
