The customer service was little to none. The repair that was done on my 2012 Challenger R/T I am reporting to the Dodge headquarters because I don’t feel the right repair was done for my car. My transmission does not work as it did when I first purchased it. It does shift or go into ECO mode . I feel they patched my car instead of fixing it. Mr Transmission states I needed a new transmission or to be rebuilt. Dodge only replaced parts and it shows because my car is not working properly. They charged me for diagnosing when it is under warranty. They stating it was a catalytic converter issue on my right side. They found this out when they were supposed to be doing diagnostic on the transmission. I had to pay my $100 deductible and a $100 diagnostic fee. But never received a full diagnostic notes on the transmission or the catalytic converter. I don’t drive my car unless I have to because I decided to report issues to Dodge head quarter and Mopar who I have a life time warranty for my engine and power train (transmission)
This is my second review, this review is better than my initial review I had some concerns with the previous work that was completed 60 days ago. I gave HCDJ5 stars because all of my concerns have been addressed and meet above and beyond my expectations. My 2013 Dodge Charger looks like it should be on the show room floor with the 2022’s. The collision Manager Don Berg really went above and beyond his job description something we just don’t see very much. I will definitely refer Hayes Chrysler Dodge to my friend and family. Worst dealership ever. Dealership never cleaned the oil filter drip tray in my 2010 Grand Cherokee causing it to drip residual oil in the driveway. Then at 3k miles after oil change I noticed bigger spots. The oil filter was leaking. I wasted my Memorial Day morning taking it back. They were rude from the start. No apology for my inconvenience or anything. Ended up doing another oil change. No compensation for my trouble. They claim it was a torn gasket on the filter. I have never in my 50 years ever experienced a torn gasket on any oil filter. I get my car back and there is oil and grease in the car. I ask Charles to come look. When he comes back with the guy to clean it in ask him if they dont use Mopar anymore and he tells me it is a Chrysler approved filter and then goes to check. He comes back with a filter to show me. Says they cant get them right now and if I wanted a Mopar I would have to wait till halloween to change my oil. I called him on his attitude and that I didnt appreciate the attitude. He says they have had to explain this repeatedly. I told him not to me and I did not appreciate the sarcasm. I also asked if they dont fill up the washer reservoir. Again no apology but an offer to fill it. I was ready to go at that point and left. BTW this was my second visit which was a return visit from my first attempt at trying them. I will never go here again. I suggest you find another dealer too unless this changes management.
My wife and i had been looking for a bigger car for quite some time. We had stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to look at some preowned durangos. We met cameron and he took the time to show us 5 different durangos at all different price ranges and was very patient while we decided which one was best for us. After we picked one out the process was seemless and cameron and his sales manager really put together a good deal with a payment that we all agreed on. There was no haggling or hassles with getting the deal we wanted. Afterwards cameron reached back out to us the next day to make sure we were happy with our decision and too make sure there werent any issues or anything that needed to be addressed. Overall this was a very easy car buying process and i would buy several more cars from cameron and hayes cdjr again!!!
STAY AWAY FROM MAGDALENA! Not only is she extremely unprofessional but she talks down to her customers & is very rude. After reviewing my case, she told me (word-for-word) that “based off of your pay stubs, you can’t even afford a bus ticket let alone a car payment”. Even if that was the case, why does she feel entitled to say that to somebody who is trying to support their business?
Customer service and all the employees in the service department were great, polite and went out of there way to help me with a problem that was not part of my oil change. Very professional and excellent service I wish I had some names to post but everyone was perfect 5 star rating is not enough should be a perfect 10 Thanks George
Dropped my Jeep wrangle off on a Tuesday and had to pick it up on Thursday cause the service department wouldn’t look or inspect my vehicle. I told them the traction control light is on and the U clamps on the steering stabilizer is broke which makes the steering drift to the right and lack balance. I have coverage for this type of issue and they wouldn’t look at it, so I had to fix it on my own out of pocket.
I knew it what I wanted and I traded my car in and that was simple . But they try to play the game he leaving and not leaving and all the good stuff . The price of the vehicle was good compare to some dealers . and now finance portion , I walked in and everything was going ok and like everyone else trying to get a better deal for the dollar you paying . After we had the conversation with the finance guy “ where you from “ and where I am from . I asked him if if could hook it up with anything extra . He stated “we can’t offer anything else because everyone at the dealership got to get paid like everywhere else . You work or don’t work , you still get a paycheck.” I answered him, he already knew I was Active duty military, and I told him “ you can’t compare the service members paycheck with some one that sits in a office , service members get a pay check but when time comes they leave their homes and family’s for months and might never come back or come back body bag , so you can’t compare the service member pay check” , and he goes “ But you here today so “ . I was so speechless , never in my life heard that , I said “ ok I am here so what you trying to say “ , he goes “ no it was not particularly to you or service members “. I was controlling my self so much that could not wait to leave that office . That was a first for me and the experience on that dealership .
My Girl had taken her 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee here to repair a code P06DD “Engine oil pressure control circuit performance/stuck off.” After paying $1,100, the issue still exist. Tried calling to get them to fix this but all they did was put me on hold and hang up. NEVER go here.
I took my jeep in because it would not start come to find out it was a bad battery I had a yellow top gel battery in there, They replace the battery with a cheap gel battery Some brand I have never heard of and charged $580.00 , I will never do business with them again or recommend anybody else to do business with them. Somebody can explain to me how you can charge $580 to take out one battery and put it in a cheaper battery, The yellow top battery was only $325.00 Brand new, They charged $377 for a off brand battery, Then charged a $150 to change out the batteries, That is just bad business they could have replaced it with equal value battery instead of instead of a cheaper version
Ask for Friendly Bob (Bob Hughes). Perfect salesman!!! After speaking to him over the phone on the previous day, he knew exactly what I wanted and needed upon my arrival the next morning. Never tried to sell me on anything that I didnt need. He simply took my info, ran the numbers (fairly), and met me at exactly what I was willing to pay (I do my homework extensively). The young lady in their finance office (I think her name is Magda) was just as excellent as Bob. After over 31 years of car buying, Hayes Dodge was the most prepared, fast, and efficient dealership that I have ever dealt with. They evaluated my trade-in, did my paperwork, cleaned & feuled my new car (even had their body-shop remove the unwanted stripes off my new Challenger), & had me out of their dealership in just over 1 hour. What dealership does that? Bravo, Hayes Dodge!!!
I took my 2017 Ram 1500 here with a list of maintenance items that needed to be repaired, I spoke with the gentleman and told him what was wrong with my blower motor. I gave him the fuse number of where the electrical shortage was. And they didn’t repair it. They said the air filter was clogged. And was the reasoning for the blower motor shorting In and out, which doesn’t make any sense. And dealing with a different dealership in the past I changed the air filter before I took the truck there just because I knew what they were going to do. I told them my back brakes were squealing when I pressed the brake pedal & asked them to change the brake pads and rotors. They said they inspected them and they were fine, my brakes are getting worse and I’ll pay someone else to change then since they didn’t want my business…..The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they did fix the other half of the list. But chose to only do the easy stuff and sent me on my way.
My service advisor Mr Adrian was an awesome guy and helped every step of the way and assured me he will stay on top of my situation and he did. What a very honest guy a scholar and a gentleman which is hard to find nowadays. This is my seventh brand new car through Dodge and their cars just keep getting better every time. “Happy Holidays Everyone..”
SERVICE BAY AND SERVICE.This service area is the worst one I have ever been to. Ive had service at a variety of Ford, GMC, Chevy dealerships and they are all much better, professional, and accommodating. They only do appointments on the weekend and have 3 hour wait times for oil changes. I understand being busy but the lack of scheduling is a real set back. I prefer going to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle for all service but this place is a no go for me from here on out. They tell you the wait time is 3 hours then expect you to sit in a very outdated and uncomfortable waiting area. The chairs are old and uncomfortable, they lack even basic refreshments such as water, coffee, tea. The room feels like one from the 80s. It is quite sad that the serive area can not improve this process and update their waiting rooms if they expect people to wait 3 hours.
Ive been dealing with Hayes for 6 years, this was my 3rd lease through them. Very unhappy how it was handled, after being at dealership for 5 hours...no one informed me that I would be paying $2,000 over the sticker price. When I tried to get an understanding why my payment was more, thats when I found out why. The manager was extremely rude, he had an attitude. I will no longer do business with them, it makes it even easier because my sales guy retired.
Writing this review to ensure that a proper perspective is displayed for anyone potentially shopping here.This is a small car lot overall which should already be a red flag as to how well your experience will go.I was shopping for a brand new Dodge Charger with a 392 motor in it. Not exactly an entry level car but also not exorbitantly expensive.First of all; I drove up in a brand new Jaguar and as pretentious as that may sound; its important for details that are following.I go to the sales person and after the typical conversation you have with any car sales person I asked to test drive the car I was interested in. Then I was introduced to the no test drives on the higher vehicles policy.Thats funny. Porsche Atlanta allows test drives on 100k+ cars. Jaguar allowed me a test drive without even having to scan my license. Maserati allowed me to drive one of the ghiblis. Ect. So Im assuming this imaginary policy was enacted because of my appearance or age? Im not sure.So they run our credit. I did my research and was aware of what tier my credit was supposed to qualify for. I was qualified for Tier 2 loans through Chrysler Capital for other dealerships. So imagine my shock when I received an offer of $775.00 a month on a LEASE for a car that stickered at 45k!!! Absolutely ludicrous. When I asked for a more realistic price for this car; the manager came back and said that was the best they could do.Okay.Thanks for telling me that because I went straight to Hendricks Chysler and Jeep and got to not only test drive the car I wanted *immediately* but got a deal at $535 a month for a car that stickered at 53k.Thanks for your conduct. It helped me make an excellent decision because I was ready to buy the minute I walked into your dealership. Im closed on a Daytona and come next week Ill be closing on a Brand new Jeep for my fiancee. Also at Hendricks. I hope this review serves for you to realize to 1. not discriminate your customers. 2. To not give ridiculous offers to essentially make your customers leave your dealership.
I have purchased many vehicles here for a number of years because it is always consistently a great experience. My most recent experience with Nubian Holmes and Dusty Hayes is no exception, as they were a pleasure to deal with as always! And, I cant say enough about how easy it is to work with the financial team, as it is always without surprises and hassles. Hayes is great and I fully recommend them and by the way the Service Team is also great. I just had to have my top replaced and they were awesome as always.?
I get all my services for my 19 Ram Rebel 5.7 4x4. Service is alway quick and courteous. Also, Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lawrenceville keeps me updated on what services are on the horizon, so Im not blindsided by an unexpected repair.This level of service should keep my truck running well for years to come.
I came in in the morning @about 9:15 (no appointment, but with an emergency maintenance). I left the car at the dealer with the understanding that they are going to call me when it’s done. At about 2:30 I called back to check the status of the vehicle. As expected no one answered and I left a voice mail to Charles Cox ( the service advisor that checked me in in the morning).Came back at the dealer to check on the vehicle status and after 10-20 minutes of waiting mister Charles passed me the keys to take the car off the facility. They didn’t event moved the car from the spot I parked it.I understand everything it by appointment now. But when you have that type of maintenance that needs to be done in order to be able to drive the car on the roads I think they should consider taking care of this kind of situations.If I could choose no star I would have done it.
Service Advisor Chad Cowher was wonderful. The moment I walked through the door he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He knew what was wrong with my vehicle immediately, and it was confirmed by the technician. He also helped me find the perfect tires at the right price. My car now runs like a dream. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely return to Hayes Chrysler. I highly recommend them for all of your auto service needs.
Buyer BEWARE!!! They are trying to sell Ram 2500 trucks $10,000 over MSRP! Only a fool would pay a $10k premium for a truck that will loose money when you leave the lot. The $10,000 is 100% profit for them and 100% loss for you! When you attempt to trade it later it will not bring $10k over KBB. BEWARE SCAM DODGE RAM DEALERSHIP!
Went to Hayes to upgrade from a F150. Out of all the dealerships Ive came across Hayes is at the top. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and informative. I want to thank our sales rep Kevin for everything he is and has done for us. He went far beyond being helpful, friendly and hard working. Between Kevin and the finance team we are forever doing business with Hayes.
I chose this location for convenience since it was close to my house. Ive only been there twice. The first time was great! They took my car told me they would call me later to pick it up and they did. Picked it up easy peasy, awesome job. This time not so much. I called yesterday and was told to come in the morning or after 2pm. It should only take a few minutes. I brought my jeep in the next day. I sat for 20 minutes, ask the girl when someone was going to take the car in, she said 20 minutes. An hour later I went back to the girl and she said 20 minutes. She explained that she was short on mechanics. I said that there are only 3 cars in the garage. She said that there were only three mechanics. I as for my key back and told her calmly that she might want to shut down the express lane to ovoid delaying there customers and making them angry. She rolled her eyes and told me to have a good day. Didnt care a bit that she just lost a potential frequent customer. I have two jeeps. I guess well have to drive a little further to Rick Hendrix Jeep on pleasant hill. Sorry.
My visit earlier in the week was awesome as usual.. I love these guys from the front door to the.back. My daughter didn’t buy her current car there but she still goes for service as well. Hayes has never been anything but respectful and professional. I will continue to take my car there for service.
I selected Hayes due to a coupon received in the mail for discount on oil change. Hayes could not honor the coupon per the service person. I went ahead and had the oil change and tire rotation. When it was time to check out, the price was more than I was told (unless.i didn’t hear correctly but pretty sure I heard price being told at beginning correctly). I was asked if I wanted tire rotation as well and I said yes. When I got home, I discovered the tires were not rotated. Bummer. I feel I didnt get what I was told - price and service. I probably wont go back. Very disappointed.
This dealership worked with me on a trade, purchase and financing. Everything went smooth and they have been there for me to answer questions that arose after the transaction was completed. They have a family atmosphere feel and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
The guys at Hayes Jeep Dodge ram have Superior customer service professionalism and when its coming to you maintenance of your vehicle theyre will take care of you right away. This guy that works in the service department sit at the last desk on the right help me with my oil change and used coupon to lower the price.
I purchased a 2017 Pacifica December 2nd. The car was sold as PreCertified. I was given a thumb drive with no information on it. I have had to replace the brakes and rotors due to rust. There was a rat nest on top of the transmission and now a lane change sensor has gone bad. I called to have this fixed under the 3 month bumper to bumper warranty and was told I would have to drop the car off for a couple of days. No loaner will be provided. Not a very well managed business.
I have two teenage daughters - one going off to college an the other a rising junior in high school. I met JP with a 2008 car with 130,000 and a small down payment. I had a firm limit on how much I could spend and really wanted to walk away with two dependable cars for both my girls. I didnt think it was possible but JP found a way! He explained my options, he gave me some guidance without being pushy and once my decision was made, he ensured the process moved quickly and smoothly. I was in Chets office (finance) when I FaceTimed the girls to let them know they needed to meet me at the dealership. Great experience! We have two teens left who will also need cars in the next year or two. We wont go anywhere else!!
After having some issues with the Gainesville location we decided to give the Lawrencevile location a try. It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend asking for Dee. He worked well with us and went above and beyond. He helped us find our dream vehicle and worked with us for an awesome price.
Excellent service from these guys, and JP in particular. I recently bought a new car from them and realized that it had a few paint spray spots around the car. JP and the owner of the dealership personally helped with the removal of the white spots. I couldnt be more grateful for such attention and customer service. 5 stars from me
Went in to buy a part and the parts counter was very pleasant. I called the day before and they made sure the part was physically in stock before I came to get it and also gave me an invoice number and a quote to make things easier when I got there. Both guys I talked on the phone and at the dealership were very nice. Overall the process was very easy and pleasant.
It was very difficult to try to schedule a Saturday appointment with Hayes for an oil change and tire rotation. The online schedule did not work and the chat function quit working half way through scheduling an appointment. Trying to call Hayes is a nightmare, you never get through.I/we finally gave up and I left work early to get my service done. I did speak to the service manager about these troubles. He assured me that it would be looked into as I feel this can cause unhappy customers. We are long time customers and have bought several cars from this dealership.My tires were recalled and I was told by the service rep that Hayes could not do anything about it and I would have to call Continental about it (using the number on the recall notice). When I did so, the first place to come up as a place to inspect the tires was Hayes. This was really annoying. Why the run around?Service was performed in a timely fashion but the runaround leaves me unhappy overall.
I have never been disrespected in my life like this dealership. They take great pride in disrespect. I was cussed out twice from two different managers after purchasing a vehicle. I was needing a simple wheel swap but ended with gettin cussed out and thrown out WITHOUT GETTING MY BELONGINGS BACK!!!! NEVER EVER WILL I RECOMMEND SORRY
I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 with approximately 105,000 miles which the service dept. Diagnosed with a blown cylinder head. The car was serviced as suggested in the dealers manual. The after market warranty company refused to help me because I had exceeded the 100,000 mile limit. However, I spoke to several other service advisors and they told me that they have seen instances where the manufacturer or the warranty company would step up and honor the warranty in such an instance. However it would require a call from the service manager. The service manager did not offer this assistance to me, instead they told me to call knowing that I did not stand a chance. I called both the manufact. And the warranty company and they both turned me down flat. Also, I was charged almost $600 just for the diagnosis.
I went in to have a oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday. Once I left the dealership, after being there for over 2 hours, with an appointment, my tire pressure sensor came on on Sunday. I went back to the dealership on Monday and spent another hour plus to be told that the sensor would reset after driving and that the pressure was off because of the rotation. No one checked the pressure on Saturday as they should have. I left again with the promise it would reset. I received a call about 30 minutes later from Ted saying they figured out they needed to reset the sensor and bring it back on Tuesday. I’ve been trying to reach Ted to let him know I’ll bring it back (3rd time), and can’t reach Ted. I don’t have the time to drive back there and spend hours for the same result. If they didn’t know how to work on my Audi A6 which I bought there, they should have told me. By the way, they have a big sign on the door saying they service all makes and models. I’m totally frustrated!!
My car wouldnt start and it was showing several warning lights of various systems. The battery was only 2 yrs old, & car was getting power so we were at a loss. I had it towed to Hayes to diagnose the issue. They stayed in contact with me through every step, getting permission from me for each change. Come to find out the battery was bad. They ran a full days diagnostic but only charged for the battery replacement, disposal and minor labor. Anywhere else would have charged a great deal just to test it. The honesty, care, and respect are why I get my car care here.
I had an 8:30am appointment that morning. I told service greeter that I was coming in for the same problem I had when I first got my new keep and that there was a recall on this issue so she just needed to go back and see which recall and reprogram the computer it was a 5 min fix the last time.It was pre arranged that I would get a rental car. I waited 1.5 hrs without anyone seeing me in waiting area then when I went up to check y I was still waiting I was told my car would be pulled in shortly!!! What!!! No rental was available either. At least for now. They were communicating with rental company. I waited some more and finally someone came to tell me a car would be available shortly. I told him I didn’t want his car and I was leaving!!! Within 30 seconds my greeter came to tell me my car was ready and that indeed there was another recall on the original recall for my issue.Let me tell you, I felt like no one listened to me when I came in. I was ignored and kept waiting though I should have been able to leave with the prearranged rental. My husband was wanting to stop in to purchase himself a new vehicle that weekend but after my service visit he chose another dealership
I have always received excellent service at Hayes. Their employees always make you feel like you are their most important customer and treat you with utmost respect. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.9/7/2021. Again I received excellent service from the Body Shop team. Todd took the lead on getting my issue resolved right away. The whole team made me feel at home while I was there waiting for the work to be done.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Came to get a few parts from the parts department after hours of waiting and repeatedly being told to check other departments they didn’t have the part. Then they proceeded to charge me triple the price on the service for the installation of the part when I called another dealership, and was quoted 800$ less from that other dealership. This place is an absolute joke. Then the manager cussed me out when I called them out. What a piece of trash. I hope FCA shuts this dealership down. Horrible place.
After dropping my car off and them keeping it for a month with nothing being done. They me and tell me to pick up my vehicle. Then I was instructed to call corporate and see if my truck was under warranty... in which it was. So after I picked up my truck. I noticed that my screen was cracked. ( that wasnt cracked before I took it there).I called Charles in service but was continuously redirected to his voice mail. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and explained my issue. He states that he knows nothing about it and was going to check and see what was going on... and was going to give me a call back. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO!!!!!! AND STILL IVE HEARD NOTHING. very unpleasant ordeal, no sense of urgency or communication or follow up. I suggest you find another dealership.
Very disappointed. I visited the dealership ready to purchase a new vehicle. I had already stopped by before to just take a look and see the price they were offering. Well one particular used vehicle did not have the price so I stopped in and spoke with a sales person. I don’t know if the sales person thought I was completely clueless about cars cause I’m a woman or he was holding it for someone else but he gave me an asking price 15,000 more than the asking price of a brand new 2021 model with the same package. Little did he know I had already did the research on the vehicle and knew he was trying to get over on me. He tried to sell me on another vehicle but I was so disgusted with the lack of integrity he displayed I made my purchase from another dealership.
3/23/219 Saturday I stopped by to service my 2018 Ram 1500 that I bought 7months ago. Went in to see Paul Sanguedolce to talk about this new car itch I had. I owed like 47 k on the 2018 Ram and the trade in was good by Kelly Blue Book Standards 15k ish. Lots of upside down in the 2018 Ram. Credit Score 615 - There should be NO Deal, But guess what ---- I walked out with a new 2019 Ram 1500 Classic BigHorn. Not much for a down payment and the monthly payment maybe too much for some, but for me I finally have the Ram Truck that Ive wanted for 2 or 3 years. This is my 4th automobile from the Hayes Family. Magdalena is a miracle worker-working for those with not so good credit.She is the best Woman for the job. I could imagine what the deal would look like if I had a 700 + credit score. Paul is a down to earth guy. Not pushy, just good old fashioned person. Please go see Paul Sanguedolce and MagdelenaYou will go home happy.
Been coming here for decades Ted Hayes makes sure he always says hello no matter how busy he is and has a great team here. Adrian is the best in service he is very knowledgeable and always caring for my needs and a great service provider hope he never leaves because Adrian and Smitty have taken care of our family of vehicles for years and now that Smitty retired Adrian handles our family and has my trust so I hope he has many years left with Hayes. Don in the body shop is very nice and has taken care of all of our vehicles for many years on many different vehicles.
Don’t go here if your car/van need body work this is the worst experience I had had in my life 7 months and my van is in the shop I ask after while what is the part they gave to me I found the part that same day and gave to them there was no urgency at all I can tell that it will take longer so I call 7 days pass they tell there is another 2 parts we might have it in a stock I am thinking to myself I had a van here for 7 months and u didn’t get everything u need I still asked about if I can help and order maybe this part also so the van I use for work is been in their shop for 7 months so that means I been losing money because these people are horrible at what they do.
Ashley Howe- Eric in service department has always been very pleasant & more than willing to listen to my concerns & resolve any issues I have with my vehicle. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them & always had a pleasant experience. I plan to purchase all vehicles from Hayes! :-)
My Sales Representative, Ryan was very customer focused and he personally made our purchase of a new Dodge Ram a very pleasant experience. All information was clearly communicated in advance of coming into the dealership and there was no intimidating high pressure sales. Hayes secured our business from a competitor, as they operated with integrity. Ryan made sure we received all available manufacturer incentives. The dealership secured my financing at a lower interest rate than my credit union. Ryan went above and beyond to deliver our new vehicle and clearly explained all of the vehicle’s options. I would highly recommend Hayes, due to their professionalism and overall customer experience!
Work was done very well, everyone was nice, but they can improve on communication. Sometimes when I called, it was difficult to reach someone to check on the progress of the work. It took longer than I expected, but it seemed that they were very thorough in doing the diagnostics.
I am very disappointed at the fact that I paid alot of money for my car to sit at the dealership for 3 weeks, only to get it back & the car is not acting properly. After driving it for less than a week there is still shifter problems. I was told the car was ready & everything was checked that was supposed to be checked. I had a bad experience with the Buford dealership so I decided to bring it to the one in Lawrenceville thinking it was going to be better & its not. So I wastold by Mr. Page to run the car back up there again which is an inconvenience for me & I dont think that its fair that I should have to run back & forth. The bottom line is I need my car fixed properly.
The sales experience was pretty easy, but I do have an issue. It was dark when o took delivery of my jeep, so it was hard to see every small thing. The next day, in the light, I gave it a very through inspection. I found a chip in the windshield, in the upper passenger side. I contacted Perry, ny sales rep, and reported it to him and asked for his assistance. He advised that he would have to contact the sales manager the next morning. At 4 oclock the next day, I still hadnt heard from him, so I called. He said he was busy, and would get back to me. After about an hour, I recieved a very abrupt text message that simply said NO. I find this situation very disheartening and in my opinion, very unprofessional. Its a windshield chip, its not like Im asking for the engine to be rebuilt. Youd think that just nothing else than customer service, and reputation, that they would fix this minor flaw that got over looked.
Love this dealership, but the new employees needs more training. This has been the third time Ive come to get my truck serviced and had to return because the forgot to complete something. They need to make sure they check for all in place before charging. Also, make sure they do not reset anything on the truck or the service has not been complete.
I really enjoyed my experience with Dee as my salesman at Hayes Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep in Lawrenceville GA.I have only purchased a few vehicles from dealerships in the past because I do not enjoy the experience.The customer service I received as a whole was very good. I was allowed to go over the vehicle with the CPO checklist, and all of the questions that I had were answered by the mechanic that performs the inspections. He also went over the list of recall repairs that he took care of.
My spouse was looking for a particular car and found it at this dealership. As you walk in you get called as “Bro”. What kind of a customer service is that? I’ve purchased many cars in my driving career and never have I been addressed as “Bro”. In addition, I wanted to finance it through my bank and secured the funding. The bank gave me a check and this dealership would not take it. They said if I get a loan, it has to be done only through them. Basically, they push customers into their financial products. When I asked what interest rates they offer, they wouldn’t disclose even a range. There are honest dealerships like Jim Ellis or Ed Voyles that would never allow themselves to treat customers that way. Trust me, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
Couldnt have asked for better or quicker service. I arrived on the lot and immediately spotted the truck i wanted. The salesman, Dino, came right over and helped me out. Got the keys to let me look inside and told him what i wanted to do and he hit the ground running with trying to make the deal go smoothly. In less than 2 hours i was driving off the lot with my new truck. Quickest service ive ever received. I reccommend everyone check them out. Thank you all again!
Hated my experience. More than likely I won’t be going back. If you’re just getting an oil change I would recommend. Anything other than that I would take it somewhere else. My service advisor had an attitude both days I went and they didn’t fix anything. Apparently they didn’t hear the noises I heard while driving, but the minute I got my car back I heard them again. Clear as day. I’ll be going to Rick Hendrick.
These guys are great. First time here and called to make an appointment for recalls but was told i could come in and use the express lane. I wish i remembered my SA name but he was super polite and helpful. I work in the industry and know what comes with this job. He got me in and out with lots of updates. I would absolutely come back here for service.
Called to have my viper serviced for oil change tune up and alignment. the service adviser said only do oil changes 1st come 1st serve. I explained I wanted all the service done when it was dropped off. But if t=he did not want to service my viper in this manner I would go some where else. His response was OK. WOW what bad customer service. I am happy not to bring my vehicle here. Ended up at Mall of GA Dodge. Got me in the next day w Appointment they took care of all my requests. No dealer is great but big difference between bad and good.
I’ve been following Steve (GM) and Magdalena (Finance manager) for years! They got the deal done fast and easy as usual in the middle of a pandemic. I received a better rate than I wanted and put $0 down. I’m forever loyal! The whole process took about an hour which is unusual at a tradition dealership. JP (Sales person) was lightening fast getting us into finance. I can see why the Hayes franchise has been around for 50 years plus!Thank you
Adrian White was persistent over two years in trying to get my warped leather instrument panel replaced and finally got it done. He also went the extra mile to save me money by reattaching the rear view mirror that had fallen off. He could easily have charged me for a new mirror kit and windshield. I appreciate his efforts and his professionalism.
In 2007 I purchased my 2008 Chrysler Aspen from the Hayes dealership in Lawrenceville. I have taken my vehicle to this dealership for service since I purchased the vehicle in 2007 and scheduled all of my services with Adrian White. Adrian is very knowledgeable of their product, courteous, professional and always has the best interest in mind for the customer. My vehicle now has 240,000 miles on it and still runs and looks brand new.
I will never forget my car buying experience here. Everyone was charismatic, honest, and helpful. They definitely took care of me when trading in my car too. Everything was seamless and smooth. If you’re thinking about buying a Dodge, Ram, or Jeep, definitely go to Hayes in Lawrenceville. They treat you like you’re family and take care of you.
I leave reviews when the service is incredibly great or incredibly terrible and Hayes is on the latter side. I purchase a used Jeep here in February. I was elated because its the car Ive wanted for several years. The sales process was full of lies but which one isnt? I would not recommend dealing with their current used car sales manager as he was the least helpful person Ive ever encountered during any sales transaction. I cant say enough about his lack of empathy, or ability to talk to another person on a decent level.I had my oil changed at a later date and this turned into an entire process where I ended up doing more than a customer should. This experience was saved by the service technician as he stated verbatim, Ill deal with him [used car sales manager] later, Im not going to play this game with you.I will never, NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I do not currently recommend dealing with the bodies that sit in their current seats in the used car department.
I took my Town and Country into Hayes Chysler to be serviced and received some of the best customer service. Adrian kept me abreast of what needed to be done on my vehicle and finished the job in the time frame he said it would be done. I would recommend Hayes Chysler to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
Hands down the BEST! We went to other dealerships and had awful experiences. We almost went home but decided to keep our appointment with Paul S at Hayes. He was great! We had discussed our price before we got there and he had the truck waiting we had called about. From beginning to end we could not have been happier and would recommend this great groupOf honest and experiences folks to anyone we know.
Following was the response from a Service personnel when I called for work status.“I didn’t knew that you will be needing your car today”.Long story short-dropped my Jeep GC early morning for maintenances with the expectation of getting an update by mid afternoon on work status. I called twice and no response till 5pm. Finally got above response by end of the day which put me in a difficult position to accommodate schedule changes considering babysitting availability and work meetings for next day Jeep pickup. Jeep maintenances were completed the day after with a discount and thanks. Please work on basic respect and courtesy towards Customers!
What an amazing experience!!! I was looking for a new truck and visited several dealerships but couldn’t find something with all of the features that I was looking for. Most of the Ram dealerships were closed on Sunday so I went to the Ram website and found the vehicle search tool. I entered all of the features and found the exact vehicle at Hayes. I submitted an inquiry on Sunday and received a call from JD by 9:30AM Monday. I told him the VIN for the truck I wanted and sent him some pics and info for my trade. By noon I had received a final price. I got to the dealerships at 5:30PM and JD met me at my vehicle. We viewed the truck and before I knew it... I was on my way home with a new Ram 1500 Limited. This was the fastest, easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made. I have purchased five new vehicles from Hayes. I must say that from the time of purchase, the sales, service and unfortunately the body shop have always been there for me taking care of my every need. I have known most of the people there for almost 30 years! With six children in our family, one of the kids was always having a fender bender. Robyn, the body shop manager along with Don and Todd have always treated me like family! Adrien, my service advisor always looks out for my vehicles service needs and makes sure it’s fixed right the first time. Dennis Chadwick in sales is on my speed dial, when I need a new vehicle, Dennis is the first person I call. I give the Hayes Family Five Plus Stars!! They really do treat you as part of their family and not just another customer in one of those corporate owned dealerships.
Worst customer service ever! Had an appointment with Juan D. On 7.31 @ 11:45. Walked in he was on the phone which was totally fine, so the young girl with curly blonde hair walked over and asked what I was here for and took my keys very coldly. I then told her I will be waiting and proceeded to the waiting area. Not once did Juan or anyone else come to me to discuss the process, what was actually being done, and the cost. Juan walks over calls my name give an paper to the cashier and walks away! Really dude ! The cost was $70. The cost is not an issue, what is was the fact that I did not receive any customer service nor was given the option if that cost was OK with me. I am highly disappointed and I will NOT be back! Stay AWAY from Juan!
Always great at this dealership. Our family has bought many cars from the Hayes family. Weve been pleased with everything from new car sales and service. This particular instance was service on our 2020 Dodge Ram. Chad C. the service advisor was awesome and does a great job!
This was the worst dealership experience I ever had. drove 4 hours just so the dealer could change their requirements about they was gonna accept my payment for the vehicle. Salesman was perfect but we just didn’t feel welcomed at all with the outcome. wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
I went into the dealership under the impression that I would leave with a fresh perspective or a potential used vehicle. Not only did I leave with a brand new ride but the rep Kevin Clarke went above & beyond to get me a great deal on the vehicle. Hayes dealership is unlike any dealership Ive ever purchased a vehicle from & Kevin did an amazing job upholding that reputation.
Great customer service. I was in for a regular oil change service and was told it would be about 45 minutes. The waiting room had chairs that were spaced apart, but I ended up walking across the street for breakfast. When my vehicle was done they called me to let me know. I checked out at the cashier desk that had a plexiglass cover. I’m pleased to say the dealership is practicing social distancing. I can say I will feel safe when coming back for my next service.
I own a Roofing and construction company and being self employed I found it hard to show income where it was needed to get approved for a new truck that was a must for me and my company. Ernest over in the financing department worked very hard over the course of about three weeks to get me in something and make a deal happen. Just wanted to shout out to him and also JP for all the hard work that they put in to help me, that speaks volumes about them as people and also about what great customer service standards this dealership has. He gave me some info on the car & I said I would think about it over the weekend , weekend came and went and Monday he checked back in with me & by then I was ready to apply !!! Called last week and scheduled my appointment for today 6/9 was told not to expect it ready in a day because they were backed up. Called to confirm yesterday - no one could find me on the books, asked who I talked to - couldnt say. Finally got someone to find my appt. and I asked if I could get a courtesy/rental car. was told No since my car would only be in for the day since their backlog was cleared up. Called today at 3:30 since I havent heard back - yep you guessed it - my car isnt ready and wont be today. Left on hold by 2 different people and had to call back to get help. MISERABLE SERVICE AND RESPONSE.

I have a ram 5500 chassis cab work truck with 380,000 plus miles on it. My front brakes and bearings went out on me. I had a trailer attached. Somehow I was able to park my trailer out of the way on their lot. I detached and dropped my keys in their drop box. All on a Saturday night. One kind Salesman named Rocky was meeting a customer and he contacted the owner, Ted to inform him of what was going on. I wasn’t sure what to expect but by Monday 2:00 Brittany, the service writer who helped get it together , gave me a really helpful discount called me to let me know they were done and my truck was ready. I prepared for two to three days but the same day service was appreciated. Thank you all for helping me.
This month I had a very frustrating experience here.My car shut off while I was driving and the check engine light came on . When I called the dealer they said there were 45 cars ahead of me all they could do is check the codes. The codes said it was the camshaft/crankshaft sensor . A part that was recalled on half the 2016 Jeep’s but not mine.So they sent me away to come back after 5 days . They said they would get fired if they gave me a loaner car. It continued to die in traffic almost dailyI brought the car in for a diagnostic appointment ; they said it was the sensor but it had to come fromDetroit. It would take 2-3 days to be delivered . Again no loaner car so I continue to drive this and it’s still dying in traffic. It’s been 10 days since the problem was reported and I am still waiting on a part and risking my life , waiting for an accident .

My daughter and son-in-law purchased a Jeep Cherokee SUV from Hayes Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep in Lawrenceville, Georgia. They are very happy with both their purchasing experience at Hayes and with the vehicle they purchased. I was greeted by Paul Sanguedolce of Hayes. Before arrival at Hayes, I had researched two pre-owned/certified vehicles in Hayes’ inventory. I gave Paul the info for the first Jeep Cherokee Limited SUV I was interested in, it was pulled to dealership front entrance and I took on a test drive. I loved this Jeep Cherokee Limited so much that I did not need to test drive the second choice on my research list. Staff are professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Hayes Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
I noticed 3 other pple ahead of myself and I waited 3 hrs for a standard oil change. When I was told it wouldnt take that long bcuz only a few ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Very irritating. They should certainly be more upfront with customers regarding wait time.
Very happy with the service provided it by this dealer.Juan was very attentive and he took some extra time to look over all my info on my truck.I went for my 3rd oil change, the lady was very nice, polite, she even came to let me know that I need new fuel filters, new cabin filter, she went with me over the process, time and cost .Definitely Ill take my truck to this dealership.Great experience.
Not very impressed with the service department. Called to make an appointment to get recalls fixed but told them I only had one day. They assured me that would be ok. 2 1/2 days later I got my truck back. Communication was horrible. Service writer was very impersonal and rude when I came in to pick my truck up the first time he told me it would be done but wasn’t. Will not be going back to that dealership, it used to be a much different place.
I have an older vehicle that needed repairs. I will be buying a new one within the next year, but it wont be from here. They did not value my business or treat me respectfully. I cant remember a time or place where I received such poor customer service except maybe Wal-Mart. They did not communicate with me about a recall they took care of. (They just took the emblem off my steering wheel.) They did not reset my dashboard so sensors were still on showing my oil needed to be changed and tires low when I picked it up. They got grease on my door. When I took my van in to the dealership, I had never had a problem with it leaking coolant. When they repaired it, put it back together, and took it for a test drive, it suddenly gushed coolant. He said they barely made it back. He tried to act like they were doing me a favor fixing what they screwed up when they put it back together wrong. The service manager was unprofessional and rude.
I had a great purchase experience at Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep on 5/15/2021. I was doing car searches on cargurus.com and found a vehicle at their dealership that I was interested in. I called and spoke with Abez Redwood, asking if the vehicle was still available. He told me it was and asked if I could come in that afternoon to do a test drive. I was a couple of hours away, so I couldnt make it that afternoon. Abez offered to let me know at closing time whether the vehicle was still available or not. At closing time I promptly received a text telling me the vehicle was still there. I made arrangements with him to be at the dealership the next morning when they opened. He said to let him know when we started that way and he would go in an pull the key for the vehicle to make sure it was there when we got there. We arrived, and met Abez. VERY nice, very congenial. We talked for a few minutes, looking the truck over, then were ready for a test drive. When my wife and I got in the truck I discovered that the drivers side door / window / lock control was actually missing. We did the test drive and came back in. I told him I liked the truck, but I couldnt buy it with the missing control panel. He asked us to give him just a few minutes. He took the truck to the service department and made sure they had a control panel to put in the truck. They did, and they would put it in while we wait, but it could take up to two hours to get it done. My wife and I left to go to breakfast, telling Abez wed be back in a couple of hours. Forty minutes later, while we were still eating, Abez called and said the repair had been made, and the truck was ready. We finished our breakfast, went back to the dealership, checked the functionality of the control panel. Everything worked great, so we were to the point of talking numbers. We went to the main showroom to work out the financing. Gretchen handled the financing paperwork, and she was fantastic as well. Overall, this was probably the most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had (Im 65, by the way)! I would highly recommend checking with Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Lawrenceville!
Went in and got a clear understanding of my options and I believe I received a great deal. ABEV was my salesman and he was straight up and so was I which made the process more comfortable. Purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu LS with only 53K miles Excellent running vehicle and practically new with a 2 year warranty for only $20 extra a month added onto the car payment. Interest rate was a little higher than I anticipated (15%), however the vehicle was only $11,999, so do the math. Good news is I’m in position financially to pay it off early, great news is, in two years my credit should be perfect (850), with no negative debt. So by then I’ll be in position to purchase whatever I want with no problem. Life is what you make it.

Everything about my purchase experience was five stars. I ordered a car which took two months to come in. I was kept up to date about it’s progress from the assembly line, to the paint shop, to the final assembly, and delivery. Upon arrival, everything was ready to go when I arrived at the dealer. The salesman were all really nice, and then handed me off to do the paperwork. Everything was signed digitally on a really high tech digital desk, and I received a copy of all my paperwork via email. On my way home, the salesman checked to be sure everything was ok with the vehicle. I highly recommend Hayes Chrysler Dodge.
I have taken my vehicle to the Hayes Chrysler Dodge Service Department for a couple of years now for oil changes and major or minor repairs. Each time theyve done a proper diagnostic and quality repair and have my vehicle back to me in a jiffy. The staff in the Service Department is knowledgeable, professional and experienced, so, I am confident that when my vehicle is returned to me it is also safe to drive.
Well i went in to get a buld put in my headlight. Was told 35 bucks which i thought was great. Do both headlights then. It wil be 30 to 45 minutes ok great. Well after 1 hour and 45 minutes i get my car and bill for 133.40? What they originally qouted 70 including labor. Rip off again cause one other time they were going to charge me $200 to fix a recall. Done with this location.
Ive only been here twice. Once to purchase a oil change package and a second time to get one of my four oil changes done.They were pleasant when I purchased the package, More than happy to take my money.When I went in for the first oil change, apparently no one added it to my particular vehicle so they tried to charge me for the oil change. The oil change itself took almost an hour. Then there was another 20 minutes of frustration trying to explain to them that I did in fact have a package. I had to pull up my statement showing that I did purchase it.Unfortunately, I had to turn the vehicle in and get a new car. I called today to see if the package was transferable. The woman on the phone not only was hard to hear but also was in a very bad mood. When I asked her a question, she was very annoyed to even answer. When I tried to clarify that the package was not transferable, she started to argue with me and tell me that I needed to call Chrysler to get my money back. Then she added it wasnt likely that they were going to give me my money back.After just a few minutes, all I wanted to do was get off the phone with her. She was unpleasant, to say the very least.Three different experiences and two out of three of them were terrible. I will never come here again. I will not deal with the dealership that is so terrible towards customers and recklessly inept.
These guys were truly a joy to work with. My wrangler crapped out on me midday and I dropped it to Eric in service last minute with a full service schedule. Eric could understandably make no promises but called the next day informing they were able to get me taken care of. They knocked it out the park and saved my weekend. Thanks again guys
The service department at Hayes is first rate. The reps always explain whats required for a repair and provide information during the repair if requested. They do the job on time and right the first time. Im confident about the repairs when I pick up my vehicles from them.
My 2018 RAM Sport EcoDiesel wouldnt start the morning of Saturday, April 17, 2021. I called RAM roadside assistance, and within an hour my truck had been safely delivered to Hayes. Service Advisor, Charles Cox, wrote up my issue and that I wanted my oil and filter changed, fuel filter changes and air filter changed. TWO HOURS later, I got a call from Charles that my truck was fixed and the services had been completed. WOW - WHAT INCREDIBLE SERVICE. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Ill give them three stars for promptness in contacting me, but with all of the positive reviews, I was hoping for something better than the standard (dreaded) car-buying experience. I clicked on a link to get the best price on a truck. Hours later, I had multiple emails from Emily asking if this was my email address (???) and Graham was asking me what kind of payment I wanted. I had provided them with information about me and just wanted to know the deal. I thought it might be a good time to buy, but it seems I just got the same-old car salesman tactics.*edit*After hearing from Darwin Im lowering to one star. Theyre just any other dealer with the same old dealer tricks.
I’ve gone in several times for repairs for the same things. Initially my window needed to be repaired. I had to go back 3 times to get it solved. Later, my check engine light came on so I went in to see what was the matter. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve paid $200 just to have them look into the problem, and I’ve paid over $1000 for problems that I still have. My check engine light came on two days after I left the shop. I sent an email and no one responded to it. I also went in to talk to the service manager and they said he’d be out for an entire week. No one reached out to me since so I’ve been in search of finding a different shop to go to. I work hard for my money and I deserve quality service from such a reputable company.
Always loved this dealership and when I bought another Ram, it was a no-brainer who Id be taking it to. Still not sure why I paid a diagnostic fee on a recall though. Either way, it was a pleasure as usual. My first experience with them was when my wife and I bought a new 200S from a different dealership and kept having problems with it. Although they didnt sell us the vehicle, they were more than happy to help us and ultimately, Chrysler bought the vehicle back.
Please note theres a first time for everything.Arrived at the service department around 10:15For a simple oil change and tire rotation. WaitedAbout 5 minutes. Service representative took careOf me and gave me a wait time of approximately hour and a half. Walked down the street have breakfast.Arrived back after an hour and a half. My car was stillIn the same place. After asking about my car I was told 45 more minutes. Ended up waiting another hour and a half. Also ask for a ride home.. We have no one here right. Wasted my time, could have been doing something more productive. To top it all off the representative did not seem to be engaging at all.
Brought in Jeep to get a quote on repairing or replacing the steering stabilizer bracket. Spoke with service advisor Charles on Friday and told him that I didnt need a diagnostic check because I just recently had one done less than a week earlier at Buford CDJR. On Monday Charles called me and told me what it would cost to repair bracket. I declined the quote and said I would make arrangements to pick up jeep. When I arrived Charles tried to tell me I had to pay for a diagnostic check. The entire service advisor staff needs to be replaced. They are all unprofessional and criminal. Ill never do business with them again.
Excellent experience when looking at, and purchasing a minivan. Sales Associate Rocky was fantastic. Heknew everything about the various models that I looked at, he explained each, and left the decision to me. Everyone who worked to make my purchase happen did an exceptional job! I would definitely recommend Hayes Chrysler for their sales and service!
We have bought four cars through this dealership in the last 10 years and are always very satisfied. We get treated fairly, no hassles, and drive past three other Dodge dealerships to go to this specific one. It may not be the closest but it is always worth the drive! Always appreciate how well we are treated and always leave with a great deal.

He was always available to answer questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about the features of the Ram. Love the truck!

Found a good deal posted online and responded. I received a call back quickly from JP. It was late Friday and could not get to the dealer before close. JP held the car overnight and we made the purchase Saturday morning. The process for the purchase was not overly burdensome. I can’t say it was all digital and paperless, but fairly quick.Overall, the experience was good. If I’m in the market again for a car and a good deal was available at Hayes, I would certainly contact JP.
I have never had any problem with their service department. I have always found it to be fantastic. Their prices are extremely reasonable. We had to get a lot of service done. We even called other dealerships. Their prices were much more affordable than everywhere we called. Also they do the work right.I just recently had to go in for some additional service. They quoted me one price. When I went to pick up my vehicle they found me a savings if I was to buy wipers. They were able to do additional work by adding new wipers to my vehicle and saving me money.They really do have a first class service department. It is for that reason I intend to buy a car from them when I am ready to buy again.
I had two recalls done on my 2017 promaster 1500. It was done a day head which it was great. The service advisor was great . But the only thing they need to stop rushing things sometimes. They left something unplugged and it wasn’t running right, but luckily I found the issues quick and fix it.
I recently purchased my first Jeep, actually not at Hayes.. but at another dealer we had purchased from before. It was time for the first service so I contacted Hayes to see if they were a participating dealer in the Jeep Wave program, as the dealer I purchased from was not. From my initial call to having the service completed.. Hayes was super friendly, on point, and totally professional (all aspects I value & greatly appreciate). The whole Service experience was just outstanding. I will definitely consider buying my next vehicle from these folks. Thank you Hayes.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep. The so called quick oil change took a hour and half because the technician just left the key on the service persons desk and they were at lunch. Fortunately, I saw my car had move and ask if the service was complete.No employees wore a mask or maintained and sort of social distancing. I felt like I was a burden to the staff and they could less about my safety or time.
Everytime I enter that establishment never once has anyone said Hello, Good Morning or May I help you?? I purchased my car four years ago and I still return for my scheduled oil changes. If I had known then that they had horrible customer service for parts and maintenance I would have never bought from them. My salesman is long gone. Same when you leave. Here are your keys. Bye. They make me sick to my stomach.
Did plenty of research and calling multiple car dealerships to find my wife the car she wanted at the best price available. Several other dealers said Hayes would not honor the price I had initially received from my phone conversations and text messages. Which was the best price received on the exact same car from the other 2 dealerships.In a way they were right, when I arrived at Hayes and sat down to look over the numbers we were able to lower the price by $1500 more. During the entire process there was no pressure or waiting game tactics. I was treated with respect and honesty. Not only by my salesperson but the entire staff. Hayes showed me that they valued my time and the balance of the purchase process was quick and efficient.Hayes has earned my respect and will be giving 1st consideration in my next vehicle purchase. I will also be highly recommending them to all my friends and anyone else I speak to about a vehicle purchase.Well done Hayes, and thank you for one of the best experiences I have had in buying a new car.
Overall our experience at Hayes Chrysler was great. Jamar Madden was our salesman and did a great job showing us vehicles, test drives and answering questions. If he didnt have the answer he knew where to go to get it. He didnt try to wing it. We were impressed with his customer service skills and put our needs first. Jamar had a wonderful positive attitude. Thanks Jamar. Amit was another helpful employee who answered our technical questions and worked hard to put a deal together. Though we didnt reach the exact deal we had hoped for I think Hayes came through with an acceptable one. Hey, we purchased the truck. There was confusion over a contract issue, but Dave the sales manager was an stand up guy, honored my position and made the situation right for us. He went the extra mile and saved the sale. Pretty unorganized. I purchased a certified used vehicle a month ago and the car is already having electrical issues. When I attempted to call and set up service and also talk to the finance manager, Magdalene, zero responses throughout the day! Ive been calling them for 7 days now. I will be posting an update once I get some service.
7 Months ago I bought a 2020 Dodge Challenger RT with the 5.7 Eagle Hemi and 6 speed manual transmission. It is a great car, purchased at a very good price. The Salesman was Nubian Holmes. Wednesday, At 5000 miles I took it in for its first service. They finished in under an hour, and I paid less than I thought I would. While I was there, Mr. Holmes came by and asked me of I was happy with the RT and enjoying it. I was able to tell him I was enjoying the car very much. The folks there seem very driven to provide a great product and a fair price, and service with courtesy and first rate workmanship. The only problem I have with the Car is that if I pass a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord while Im upshifting, the backpressure sucks them right up the exhaust pipes, and when I get home I have to taken a wire hanger and fish em out of the tail pipes. Oh well, a small price to pay to drive the car that is number one in initial quality and customer satisfaction in North America. Thank you.
Excellent buying experience! They had the truck I was looking for and it was priced several thousand dollars less than other dealerships in the area. Waiting room bad no water no tv no coffee and no amenities at all. Received an email to make an appointment, then I was told u don’t make appointments .Told first come first serve. this results in very long waits . I think appointments should be made. No actual appointments results in long waits for service in a poorly equipped waiting area
Not sure, about whether I will returncontinue frequenting the dealership. Over the phone they were very responsive and communicated exceptionally. The service advisor did a good, not great but good job in calling and keeping me up to date about the status and progress on the repairs to my vehicle. Unfortunately, upon arrival to pickup my vehicle there was no aknowledgement by personnel when entering the service advisor area for at least a good 10 minutes. There was at least 4 people at their desks, 2 on the phone the other 2 not sure what they were actually doing. I had to begin approaching a desk before someone asked how I could be helped. However, the real confusion comes into play in figuring out why it was necessary to put 119-120 miles on my truck to determine a fix. In addition, to burning almost half a tank of diesel in the process. My vehicle was returned to me on E with 10 miles left on the reported distance range. If im going to pay to rent my vehicle can I at least get a complimentary wash? This is the second time I have brought my vehicle to this delearship for the same issue. They do seem to believe to have identified the issue and have provided the correct repair. We will see, but Im not certain that I will return the jury is out!
Eric was amazing. I was very hesitant to go to a dealership to get service because I know it can be a little pricey. But after going somewhere else and them not feeling comfortable or not knowing for sure the problem I decided to take it to Hayes. I talked to Eric, who was very knowledgeable about the work I needed done. He called back in less than an hour with a diagnostic, price and timing for it to get fixed. Eric also kept in contact throughout the whole process and even hooked me up with a rental after having to push the date back a day because of a part. Overall, my experience was awesome. I would definitely take my car back for any additional services.
Ive purchased a number of Chrysler products over the past several years. Ive been in dealerships that provided minimal to no customer service and others, while somewhat attentive, were not really focused on my needs. Hayes Dealership in Lawrenceville, Georgia is outstanding. We did not meet a single person we did not like. Our salesman, Karim, was as nice a young man as I have had the pleasure of working with on a sale. Steve the general manager worked to secure a deal we could feel good about. The finance officer, Ernest, was just a really nice person and we had a great time just talking. Don, the service manager, met with us and assured us if we had any concerns let him know. Magdalena, the Business Manager, was outstanding. We had a couple of minor problems and she handled them quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Hayes to anyone seeking an honest, courteous and professional staff. Plus, we love our new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit!!
I worked with Eric in Service, who relayed to me what repairs my car needed to correct the issues it was having as well as maintenance needs in the near future. He was very informative and was great at suggesting a prioritized list going forward to take care of those items. I will be back soon. I should also say my family and I have bought at 5 vehicles from Hayes and will continue to do so. They are professional from sales to service.
The staff went over and above with service. My trade-in had a bike rack attached to the hitch that could not be easily removed due to rust on a screw. They attempted to get it off with power tools and a saw to no avail. So they disconnected the rack from the hitch bar. Now I can use it again after replacing the hitch bar rather than having to spend another $400 for a replacement. These guys had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase and had nothing to gain. They gained my thanks and appreciation.
Big shoutout to Dee for making my car buying experience extremely smooth. Not once did I feel pressured to buy unlike other salesman have made me feel in the past. Answered all of the questions I had about the car I was buying and how it compared to other models. Highly recommend coming to see Dee at Hayes in Lawrenceville!
So I was looking to purchase a Dodge Charger GT and the person helping me was Nubian and Griffen the financial advisor. Unfortunately it was rocky (due to my side of things not Hayes) but Nubian and Griffen were super awesome despite everything and made sure I wasn’t pressured or uneasy about everything. I know if I do purchase a car or and ready to finance one I will go back here. I recommend anyone considering financing a car here to go to Nubian and Griffen at Hayes for any questions.
Overall not a bad experience. My sales representative Deborah was great! My only complaint is the Buyers Verification or known as the 5 Liner they are required to run a credit check on every buyer. I had my own finance and they still pulled my credit at the end of the deal. When I asked if they were going to pull my credit, they said no and was only informational Verification. My credit was pulled, I was not impressed.Other than that, I got a great deal on a Wrangler.
The physical service on the car was great. However, the representative that was assigned to handle the service of my vehicle (Juan Davila), presented himself as less than professional. He was late to his workstation and his manager had to call him several times over the intercom system to encourage him to present himself. Once I spoke with him, I referred to the appointment I made several days prior in January 22, 2021. Though I spoke with him on the phone to set an appointment and indicate what the issue with my car was, he did not have it in his records nor did he recall the interaction. He also failed to update information I provided him with during an earlier visit in October. Additionally, when speaking to me, he seems to have an air of indifference and impudence. This level ineffectuality seems to be a chronic issue with this particular employee and I do not appreciate it.

A previous dealer tried to sell us a car that we told him we didn’t want and another dealer was clueless as to what cars are on the lot and what things (such as rear AC) were available in some models of cars we were looking at. Needless to say, we walked out and ended up at Hayes, and so glad for it. The finance lady, Magdalena, was able to get us an awesome percentage rate, better than we thought. We walked out happy with a monthly payment less than what we thought we would be able to get. You will get that bad car buying experience from other dealers, but not at Hayes! Thank you!
I just recently bought RAM 1500 and had very good and positive experience with salesperson - Paul Sanguedolce. If anyone is planning to buy the car there, I would for sure suggest to deal with him. It was good and very fair negotiations - i told him the best I can do, and he gave me the best they can do, and at the end we kind of met in the middle which I thought after doing extensive research was a very fair price for the car. It was all done over the email and phone. When I arrived to the dealership, after going back and forward to his manager (the game we all know they will play) which I 100% expected, price was honored. I would for say it was very deal with him. Now why I gave 4 stars and not 5 - 1 start was lost because of Finance Manager - Adrian - who was hiding the truth and trying to trick me anyway possible, so please be aware and check many times before signing anything. First he immediately which out asking me if I want it at all and as soon as I offered $10 less per month he agreed right away which I thought was very suspicious so I checked his match. After my calculations, he was over $40 more per payment (without extra warranty) which in 60 months made almost $3K. When I mentioned that, after 10 seconds pretending looking at his computer, he said he was looking at the wrong screen. I told him then I am not interested at extended warranty at this moment and i need price without it which I already had on my phone. As soon as he herd no warranty, he tried to convince me in one and then when i said final NO, he totally lost interest in me. I called him a couple of days back and told him I changed my mind and interested to buy extended warranty now. He told me to come and he will redo the loan, but as soon as i told him i ll pay for it out of my pocket, he said he was busy, and will send me email (keep in mind if it is not part of the loan, they get no interest on it) which he never did even after i tried to contact to him again.Here is the bottom line - salesperson was great and finance person was really bad, so watch out for it and if you are planning to buy extended warranty, try to avoid adding it to the loan (unless you have 0% interest), and you can also buy it later from many place same one a lot cheaper (pretty sure first 12K or 1year price for extended warranty is same). I would also suggest negotiate extras into the price and look at drive out price and not monthly paymentTotally forgot - great experience as well with Brian from Accessories Department - great communication and, helpful and well done job installing extras
In the past I think the service department has done a great job. However, my last service was very disappointing. There was excessive amount of oil left on my under carriage so I had to use several hand towels and eventually just took the Jeep to the car wash to resolve the issues. Lastly after receiving the keep back I had to take it back for a check engine light to be told to resolve the issue I would have to pay another $2000. Unfortunately the last service has more than likely was last one.

2022-06-305/5 stars!!! BEST car buying experience. I needed a car after an accident and wasnt sure what to get. I had a few ideas in mind but Cameron took the time to walk me though which would better suite my lifestyle. I ended up with a 4 runner for my 2 large dogs and couldnt be happier. It wasnt a high pressured transaction but a comfortable conversation. Ernest was great on the finance side reviewing all of my finance options in detail. It was simple and quick! I was able to meet the GM, Stephen, and found a consistent kindness and unexpected southern hospitality. Thanks again Cameron and Ernest!

2022-03-19I purchased a like new 2020 camaro with 6800 miles on it 3 weeks ago, as a 2nd vehicle, from this dealership. Within a week of owning the car I had to schedule warranty work for a blown rear speaker that had been configured to be masked until I adjusted the audio equalizer only to reveal it was blown with minimal bass and volume turned up. Then, upon further inspection of the trunk compartment. It appears someone just removed the spare tire inflator kit and chunked a bunch of trash fittings and plastic moldings in the trunk. I contacted the dealership and expressed my displeasure with them for selling me a like new car under other than new conditions. Now, I can’t even get a response, explanation, or any offer to make things right for their customer. Pretty sad experience especially considering the price I paid and driving from SC to do business with them.

2022-02-25Sellers BewareToday, I had the people from Hayes call me several times to buy my car that I had posted in one Internet Sellers. I have a very busy schedule and they begged me to take the car that they would cut the check and it had to be before the weekend. I moved all my appointments and drove one and a half hour to the dealer. When I got there JP the king of the Scam asked me to take a sit while they appraised the car. Bottom line, they were not interested because my car had an RV towing package and they were afraid to get into dismantling this equipment. Before me going there, I advertise by stating my SUV was towed ready, and I sent pictures to them before I arrived. A simple RV tow package that probably takes 30 minutes to take out if they wanted to do it. Bottom line they were all apologizing for making me drive to Atlanta from Commerce.If they offer you money over the phone dont believe them. They will appraise your car like any other dealership and will not pay what they offered over the phone. Sellers beware that what is offered over the phone is not true. You will have to haggle with them on site as if you were trading or buying, and a guy by the name JP, dont believe anything he says. Total Scam, calling me an putting pressure with time that they were cutting the check, it was all a scam.

2022-06-13Had a great experience working with Maddie to trade in and buy 2 vehicles this weekend. She was very knowledgeable and honest. The process was as smooth as buying/selling a car can be.we even enjoyed the financing part with Mags- she customized what we needed to fit our budget and expected ownership of the vehicles (10 years for him and likely a trade in 5 for me). While we do have a lifetime of oil changes and a fantastic warranty… we’d still be customers for life.

2022-02-15Ive been going to Hayes now for several years. Ive bought two trucks and one car there. I have been in the vehicle industry myself for nearly 40 years and this place has customer service like no other. The staff are polite, pleasant, engaging and professional. I get all my maintenace done there (even on cars we never bought there) and I can honestly say they are superb. Special thanks to Adrain White who has been looking after me since day one, the guy is awesome and goes above and beyond!Highly recommended company. You will not be disappointed with Hayes or their staff.

2022-04-26I wanted to sale my 2019 Honda Accord EX with 34k miles on it due to the seating comfortability on long rides. therefore, JP Reached out to me within a few days online and he made the deal possible and they were reasonable.I started to give these guys a hard time but JP made my wife and I feel very comfortable not to mention the Deal went very fast and I got my check in Hand under an hour.I recommend anyone looking to sale their car try this place first they stepped up on the Value and Service.

We flew in from Tampa to get the perfect Jeep at a great advertised price, and it was an enjoyable, quick and easy experience. We did not have the same enjoyable experience at a local dealer, who raised the price from the advertised price by $3k as soon as we showed interest… Happy to report Lawrenceville has a great and honest dealership… Thanks and high fives to them! :)

2022-07-07Do not work with these people! They will sell a vehicle right out from under you while youre right in the middle of working out the details. They dont have the decency and customer respect to call you to give you a choice. This all happened to me within hours! Cut-throat sales people! Even the general manager has no respect for customers in the process of buying. I will go back to buying my vehicles from Carvana.UPDATE: The response from the owner makes my point. You had better be 100% ready to be lied to by Ricky Hart (salesman) about the total out the door total costs and accept whatever they offer and do the deal on the spot. Because if you leave or step away for just a few hours to talk to your wife and insurance agent to get your ducks in a row (and to consider that you were lied to about the final costs) even though you stay in contact while doing so. If someone steps in and wants the vehicle, they wont even have the courtesy to call and tell you we have an offer on the vehicle you are in the middle of buying, I need a final go or no go from you now. These are the kind of people that give car salesman the reputation that they have.

2022-05-20BUYERS BE WARNED! If you are looking to buy a used car from Hayes, Im here to warn you that you cannot rely on Hayes to stand behind the product they sell with integrity and honesty. I purchased a used 2019 Ford Edge from them on April 10 and on May 20 Im now sitting on a $4k quote for transmission and engine work. Hayes has responded with two things: 1. you should have bought the extended warranty and 2. if the transmission shifts fine when we have it theres no reason to dig further. There has not been a statement made along the lines of this should not have happened after having it for less than 60 days, let me see what we can do. Bottom line, if youre considering a used car from them, Id suggest to request a detailed inspection including diagnostics prior to purchasing.
