Visited this place for silicone cupping on 22 dec.. very hygienic safe to visit they take all precautions for covid. They provide hot water to soak feet in while you get ready for massage. Fill up paperwork details what type of pressure oil specific points you expect etc .Great collection of massage oil. This was my first time take this treatment felt good will update review after 2nd visit
My husband and I came here because we saw so many good reviews. We both decided to get the Fusion Massage, which included body and foot. I was placed in a private room and my husband and was in a communal room. My massage therapist seemed like he was doing this for the first time, as he was just fumbling around. There was no consistency, pressure in the wrong areas, no pressure in the appropriate areas. He would go over an area with a knot and instead of working on it, he would avoid going back to that area altogether. He never used his thumbs once, only pressure came from his elbow occasionally. Initially, I thought maybe he is a foot massage guy and doesnt do backs often, but my foot massage was equally terrible. I get better foot massages with a basic pedicure. I was hoping I just drew bad and that my husband had a better experience, but his was just as bad. We basically paid for them to rub oil on us for an hour. The ambience was nice, they were very welcoming, and also very accommodating- giving us same day appointments and allowing for a reschedule when we were going to be late. However, they didnt tell us when we rescheduled that they wouldnt do any of the basics like offer us tea, the foot soak, or even the intake form. Its very close to our home, so I was really hoping to have found a great place. If atleats 1 of us had had a good experience, I wouldve given them a second chance. But we were both equally disappointed and I wouldnt go back even if they offered me a free massage.
Aliyah is the person you go to when you need a super deep tissue massage. I had never been to this place but decided to pop in to book my appt per Dr advice. He said that I have so much lactic acid buildup and need a deep tissue massage. I explained what I needed and they booked me with Aliyah. Best advice ever. Yup this place & Aliyah ill be my new normal
It was my first time here. The young lady that greeted me was professional and sweet. She asked me if I wanted to use the washroom, etc. However, once I returned, there was someone else at the front that was chatting on the phone and continued to do so for at least 10 minutes. I sat and waited with no indication on what to do next. She came by once (while still on the phone) and merely pointed at a bucket of water/note pad - I wasnt sure. I found this highly unprofessional. I assumed she was pointing at the notepad/entry form - so I filled that up. Then the original lady came by and asked me if I didnt want to soak my feet. I told her that no one had spoken to me and I didnt know the bucket of water was for me.My masseuse Yoko was phenomenal. Considerate, sweet, and very good at her skill! She gave me sufficient time even though we started late. I do look forward to seeing her again. Hopefully the experience from the point of entry will be as good as the massage itself!
This is our absolute go-to place for massages! We always call ahead to make a reservation for a couples massage. It does depend on the masseuse, but you can request certain ones. I have had great massages with Kimoko and Lynn. They start you off with a 10 minute warm foot soak, and offer green tea. You can pick your aromatics, choose the type of massage and pressure, note down any specific focus areas or injuries, and sign a waiver. We always get the same room since we do the 60 minute couples massage. The temp is always perfect and beds/covers are warm, which is good! They also play soothing spa music as well. Our masseuses were always super communicative throughout and asks if the pressure is good. I get the deep tissue while my bf gets the relaxing one. You can dress down to whatever comfort level you feel as well. It is always so soothing and we feel totally relaxed after! Now, we have been coming here for the past two years and to be honest, I have had mediocre experiences as well with other masseuses. I would recommend finding one you like, asking for their name and requesting them next time to guarantee a consistent experience. My fave part is towards the end, when they use those two warm stones to massage your body - it feels great! All in all, this is hands down our go to place for a relaxing and de-stressing massage. We usually come every other month, and its always a great experience!
We made an appointment for a 2-Hour Fusion Package. Our experience was simply outstanding. The place is very clean and pleasant. Eason did a magic with utmost professionalism. I was invigorated and relaxed after my session. I must say that these guys are magicians. Words can not explain the wonderful experience you will get at Healing Touch Iyashi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience.
So recently, I went for my first cupping therapy w/ massage session and OH MY GOODNESS it was amazing! The place was cute and cozy when you walked in and everyone was so warm and welcoming. I should’ve worn flip flops instead of sneakers though because they have you soak your feet in these cute wooden buckets until your appointment starts (free foot soak? Hell yeah!) As for the cupping and massage, I had Violetta and she did a fantastic job explaining how it works and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her massage skills are definitely top notch and she was extremely knowledgeable on cupping techniques. If you’re debating on whether to book an appointment, I would 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this place! Great space and great people 😊
We made an appointment for a 2-Hour Fusion Package. It was my wifes bday and I wanted to gift her a Massage package so that she can relax for sometime from her busy routine. Our experience was simply outstanding, right from the reception desk. My Iyashi Signature Foot Massage was done by Bin and It looked like, I was knowing my foot for the first time. He was superb. Kumiko did Iyashi Signature Full Body Massage for me, and I must say that these guys are magicians. She did a magic with utmost professionalism. Words can not explain the experience you will get at Healing Touch Iyashi.
Ambiance wise, its phenomenal. Nice design, good music and lighting. Gorgeous.Communication was sub par, could barely hear their directions and they did not repeat even when asked. They just left the room each time. Most importantly, that was beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst massage I have ever had in my whole life. I genuinely feel worse than when I came in. The place was freezing too. He barely used any pressure at all and never used his thumbs to provide proper pressure. The only time he did use pressure he used his elbow and practically just stabbed me. I could barely breathe face down, they also never asked my preference in gender. I felt really uncomfortable being massaged by a man, but I felt it was rude to request someone else.Ive never had a massage and been watching the clock for it to be over. It was that bad honestly. Dont bother coming here if you dont want to be bored and annoyed ten minutes in.
I researched some massage places in the area, and I happened to come across this place. It had GREAT reviews... so I made a appointment for today. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone was very sweet. I received the 2 hour fusion package, and it was wonderful, especially my body massage...she was very accommodating to my needs far as pressure.... She was very , very nice.I love the prices and the services , I will be coming back for sure!
I have been coming here for two years now! All the staff are really kind and Kiyomi always gets me so relaxed and I even fell asleep a few times! When you come in, they let you soak your feet for 5-10 minutes before your massage. They even offer water or green tea while you soak your feet. The rooms where they massage are always so clean and tidy too! My go-to place!
Im not the one to write reviews...but this is the one time i will write one. This is one of the BEST massage places i have ever been too, From beginning to end!! No exaggeration, i have been to multiple locations before and i was never content. This is the first time i ever felt like it was worth it!! Everything about this place was perfection. i will be going back there 10000%!! highly recommend.
I called in somewhat of an emergency because my back and neck pain were killing me from working from home. They got me in within an hour of when I called and the massage I got was exactly what I needed. Great service, ambiance, and I even got a deal on the massage. Will definitely be coming back again soon! Also they have strong COVID policies and I felt very safe.
Best Massage Ever!!! It was only $35 for the half hour & I left her a $35 tip, if that tells you anything! We walked in while waiting on our ramen in the plaza and they squeezed us in! Amazing service! Very friendly! You walk in and soak your feet while sipping on some yummy tea! Then you walk back into the massage area, which is so beautiful and quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this place!
I’ve been twice now for both the hour and 30 min foot massage and have had amazing experiences both times! This place is definitely different than a 5 star hotel spa experience, but their service and value is incredible. Both times I’ve been in a room with other beds but no other customers in it.
My husband and I went in for couples massage. We were greeted with a smile and immediately asked to change our clothes to their very cute robes. They also soaked our feet for detox and were offered green tea. (I am not a tea person but I found it delightful and like their tea) Owner Yoko explained to us every essential oil and let us smell all 6 samples for us to choose our favorite. This is the first time I had a massage and was actually asked what smell do I wanted which I think it was very considerate.Place is beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and much bigger than I thought. Very cute details in decor. Our Iyashi massage was awesome! First time experiencing a massage that combines sweedish, deep tissue, hot stones and stretching. It was very complete and professional!! We truly felt we had s little taste of Japan. Customer service is off the charts. Try their guava candy they offer at the end, they are delicious.
I went in a weekday right at 10am and they have an early bird special from 10-10:30am on weekdays so I got 20% off! I got the 1hr Fusion massage which included a foot and body massage. My experience was very pleasant! My feet were soaked in the waiting area for about 10mins and I was offered tea. My massage was great! The staff was very professional and prepared and very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.
This place is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, you get this immediate Japanese feel. The inside is super spacious and clean. They offer you tea/water when you come in and You’d first soak your feet with a quick sugar scrub and they give you a cute robe and slippers to change into to be a bit more comfortable. My masseuse was Kevin and he does a GREAT job. They’re offering 20% off on massages at the moment for their grand opening. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I wish I could give this place 10 stars because everything from the customer service to the massages itself is amazing. I went in for a body and foot oil massage with my best friend and it was the best thing ever. Ive never felt so relaxed in my entire life. Our masseuses were so gentle and friendly and the girls at the front desks were so nice. I will definitely be coming back to try out more of their massages!
Just Five stars does not do this place justice! As soon as you walk in, you feel so relaxed. By the warm welcome from the awesome receptionists and the beautiful decorations, I could tell I was in for a treat. I loved the hand drawn fishes by the foot soak! I went in with my mom and my sister and we all got a combination of body and foot massages. The communal massage room is the most relaxing place. It’s a very dim lit room with very soothing aromas and music. I did not want to leave! My masseuse really took care of my body aches. Me, my mom and sister all felt like we were on cloud nine. I have definitely found my go to massage place.
Amazing service! My favorite spa to go to and I live in Gwinnett - about an hour away. I skip the ones by my place just to come here because the staff are so sweet and welcoming. They’re always super attentive. I love their green tea and my favorite massage therapist is Kumiko (probably spelled that wrong). I’m a lash tech and I’m always hunched over at work so she knows all the right spots without me having to tell her.
Amazing experience! David was my therapist and he took care of business! He used great pressure and techniques for my sore muscles! By the time he finished, I felt soooo much better! I will definitely be going back soon... Also- the facility was very clean and relaxing.
I loved this place! When you first walk in, you can see how much time and effort was put into the interior decor. I felt as if I was in Japan getting ready for a massage! They give you a yukata to change into. After you change you are seated and you soak your feet for a few minutes. After, they take you to the massage area. The area was stunning. You walk into a dimly lit room with calm music and the sound of flowing water. The decor was beautifully placed. If the greeting area didn’t make you feel like you were in Japan, the back will. My masseuse was awesome! She made sure she put just the right amount of pressure and took her time to make sure she got all my sore/tight areas. I felt like I was on cloud 9 after the massage. This is going to be my go to spot from now on!!
Not a mere foot massage but a sublime cultural experience! Prepare for a traditional, Japanese foot bath and green tea before your massage even begins. The massage is amazing and the atmosphere will remind you that you are partaking in an ancient healing practice of the body, mind and spirit. Youll keep expecting the experience to somehow end abruptly but after your feet and lower legs are made thoroughly ready for whatever life brings, youll only know your experience is over after a head to toe pressure point awakening! The most enjoyable foot massage Ive had in the US, Japan, and even Thailand. Be sure to let your therapist know how much pressure you prefer ;)
I never leave reviews, but this one is well worth it! I can see this establishment going very far. Not only is it very aesthetic looking but the quality of their services is on point. Also, what I LOVE is that its something DIFFERENT. Its not your typical massage place; its a whole experience. I dont live close to the area, but the drive is worth it. Next time, Im definitely bringing someone with me. Support your local businesses people!!
I made an appointment for the Sakara facial. I checked in and was invited to soak my feet for 15 minutes. I filled out the form and was brought back to the room. She was nice and the service was ok but I feel like she could have been more attentive. She didnt address any of the concerns I had. I would not go back for a facial but I consider going back for massage.
This is by far the best place to get a message! Everything is so amazing from the moment you step inside. My favorite part is when they used the hot stone which was the perfect temperature! Some places make it too hot or not hot enough but they had it just right. The room has such a zen and peaceful vibe me and my friend were talking about how we felt like we were in Japan LOL. My masseuse made sure I was super comfortable the whole time and I came out feeling like a freshly warm baked Potato. 10/10 would recommend 👌
This by far is one of the best massage parlors I have ever been to. That is saying a lot, since I make it a habit to be treated at LEAST twice a month. With that being said, I have experienced many different styles and techniques from masseuses all around the world. I was having an off day and needed to relieve some stress. Right as I walked in, my whole mood had shifted. The ambiance and joyous energy from the staff made the trip much more enjoyable. They truly showed compassion and empathy through it all. Thats very hard to come by. I highly recommend!
I was slightly late to my appointment yesterday, but I received such a warm welcome upon my arrival. The staff were so attentive, hospitable, and courteous; there isnt a single fault I can find about their customer service. I signed up for the Iyashi Signature Foot Massage (a 1-hr service) and was quickly helped by the receptionist and my masseuse, Kevin.Ive gotten a Japanese-style massage in Kyoto, Japan earlier this year and I would say that my service with Healing Touch Iyashi falls little to nothing short of an authentic experience. At the start of my massage, I was given a yukata (a lightweight, comfortable kimono) and slippers to change into. After I came out of the bathroom, which was very clean and well decorated, the staff helped me get started with a foot soak, which was a complimentary 15-min service before my massage even started. The warm water is used to help relax your muscles first so that you can have a more effective massage; Kevin even gave me a quick little foot scrub towards the end of it too!I was then led to their massage room, but I felt as if I had teleported into a far away bamboo forest. Their attention to detail really sets an unforgettable ambiance to your experience. As far as my massage went, Kevin made sure that I was comfortable from start to finish. He used just the right amount of pressure on my muscles, but was gentle enough that I even almost started to fall asleep. I also appreciated the way the hot stones and steamed towels were seamlessly incorporated into the massage (its nice to know theres a massage parlor that makes sure youre getting all your moneys worth).I would highly recommend anyone to give Healing Touch Iyashi a try.
This is a great place to come relax, enjoy some peaceful me time! Me and my friends came in towards closing, and was greated by such a noce and friendly staff. They let you change into a comfortable robe slippers to wear, and lets you soak your feet in a Japanese On-Sen bath before you start any massages. My masseuse was very good, he made sure I was comfortable and and communicated well to make sure I am relaxed and enjoying the massage. The atmostphere is very tranquil, the rooms and massage beds gives it a zen vibe. They offer many different services including couples massages. Overall, a great experience, will definitely be returning again especially since its across the street from my job!Thnakyou Healing Touch Iyashi! Happy grand opening.
I don’t know how I hadn’t heard about this place until my friend brought me here. It is AMAZING! Especially for how much everything costs. They really take care of you and you can tell they know what places need to be massaged the most. I feel like a new woman. Haha 100% recommend and I cannot wait to go back.
I’ve never been sure what I want from a massage parlor but after my visit to Healing Touch Iyashi I quickly recognized I want attention to detail. Iyashi has it in spades. The moment I walked in I was greeted as warmly as the water I was given to soak my feet in. Before that treat, I was asked to change into a kimono and it coupled with the finely cultivated atmosphere helped put my world weariness behind me.The massage itself was top notch. I was asked if I had any problem areas, and not being aware of any I answered no. However, I was in the hands of a skilled therapist who located numerous tension spots and relieved me of them. Just as I was noticing how many problem spots I actually had they were kneaded into oblivion.I highly recommend Healing Touch Iyashi, not only for the miraculous massage but as an immersive escape from the bustling world just outside its doors.
The entire place is decorated in Japanese decor and makes you feel very relaxed the moment you step in. Upon arrival, you change into Japanese robes and can soak your feet in a warm rice water bath with a cup of tea. My masseus Lucy was very thorough with my foot massage and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. After the foot massage, she went on to quick massage on the rest of my body. From start to finish, I had a very nice time and will be coming back soon!
Bad experience the therapist was suppose to do my whole body but only did the parts of my body that i circled. According to their website we were suppose to get a bamboo roller but didn’t. The only good part was the robe and tea at first the massage sucked atleast i got a 10% off coupon for it would not recommend and my room didn’t have music all they did was dim the lights
I came with a small group of ladies for my girlfriends babyshower. The place was so clean and relaxing. Very accommodating and when you go to the back (“the quiet area”) you’re greeted with the most beautiful space. Mood setting drapery and candles. A very calm and tranquil setting. For a mom like me, the quiet space and meditation music was enough to fall in love with. The best part... THE MASSAGES ARE GREAT! It feels like even longer than you reserve because they aren’t rushed at all. Professional service is what you get here and I’ll definately be back for more. -Casha

2022-05-01This was my first time here and it was OK. The massage wasnt bad but the pressure came from the elbows so it was a bit painful at some points. I did ask for firm but it was not relaxing compared to firm using thumbs. They ask what oil you like on the selection sheet. I selected relaxation scented oil and got no scent.CONS- Front desk seemed unorganized and had brought their kid to work, tea had a coffee taste to it, bed smelled stale (like old oil), no scented oil used.PROS- massage was good, nicely designed room, foot soak was nice, staff was nice.Ways they can improve- wash the bed sheets with scented soap so its not stale, clean the room thoroughly before the next guest (the ones before us left their cups and napkins it made me question whether the sheets were changed), and let guests know beforehand cash is cheaper.I would come back but I would address some of these upfront: I would bring cash and just get water. I would also let the masseuse know I wanted a scented oil and firm with no elbows. If I walk in and the sheets are stale Ill ask for it to be changed so I at least know its clean.

2022-04-15The massage was great. Masseuse was professional, very communicative and willing to adjust pressure.Getting the massage was a bit more of a fuss. I called and ask if there was availability, was told there was. I walked in 10 minutes later, and it had changed. I would definitely recommend setting up an appointment.

2022-04-15I scheduled a couples massage for my wife and me for a date afternoon. The beds were basically the fold up kind used by in home masseuses. There were no walls or doors in the massage space, only curtains. You could hear everything though out the building. It felt like you were in a mall food court. The two guys who did our massages felt like they had no experience, it was painful. Save $210 and go for steaks.

2022-02-05I have been a patron of Healing Touch Iyashi for 2 year. As a massage client for pain relief for over 25ys, there has been no one or any place that can even come close to the relief I enjoy with each session. I will be a lifetime friendI cannot rave enough about these ladies. They are extreme professionals who know their art. They listen attentively to my needs each visit and I would rate every visit 100%.The last thing I will say is the atmosphere is extremely peaceful, calming and relaxing. Healing Touch Iyashi, Yoko, and the entire team have been nothing short of a true blessing to me, spiritually, emotionally and physically. And I dont say that lightly!

2022-07-10I love this place - definitely my new go-to for massages. I’ve gotten a full body and a scalp massage and both exceeded expectations. I saw a few other reviews about non private rooms, I think it depends how busy they are as I’ve gotten a private room both times.

2022-04-09Great massage!!! Just disappointed afterwards since I book appointment for the fusion massage for $100 for 2 hours. Came in and got the 2 hour massage but then when I was about to pay, the lady up front charged me $140 and she said that she put me down for full body $140. When I clearly asked her the day before, when making the appointment, for the $100 for 2 hours massage. She even said that she was the one who spoke to me but doesnt remember I wanted the $100 massage. So just be careful and specify before you get the massage!

2022-06-19Massage can be very subjective. However, three things are objectively wrong here. First the objective: the tub they use to soak your feet will not fit feet over say size 12, be warned; and, there is no to minimal privacy for some of the tables; and third, you can hear everyone surrounding you (laughing, talking, snoring, all of it). Subjectively, all the pressure is applied with elbows rather than hands and fingers which I find less effective. Not a bad price point, but overall not an experience I plan to repeat.

2022-04-03We booked the couple massage and were very satisfied. At the beginning there was a short foot bath and a delicious green tea. An info sheet had to be filled out alongside, which massage type and which degree of pressure should be applied. Especially good we found the possibility of the places where special focus should be set, could be marked on the sheet. The massage bench in our private room, could have been decorated a little more cordial. On request, the volume of the music was also increased, as some background noise can be heard from the other rooms.Elise and Aya were very attentive to our requests and were great in the Deep Tissue Massage area. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back! 😊👍🏽

2022-06-24The only place I’ll ever go for a wonderful massage. They just know what they’re doing. Between the massage, the foot massage, the hot stones, the Thai stretching in between… It just doesn’t get better!

2022-06-25Armed with his elbows and a couple of hot stones, a man named Jack worked his healing magic on my achy subscap and rhomboid, on my neck and shoulders. I asked him for the deepest pressure he could deliver and it was amazing. This was my first visit to Iyashi Healing Touch, and Ill definitely be back.
