I lived here from 2019 - 2022. It was the best apartment. I loved the centralized location in Kennesaw. During my time there I did have a few small issues with hot water or a leak and the maintenance team were great. They handled every situation so timely and were always so polite and never made me feel uncomfortable as a single woman. The grounds were always well kept and I did not have any issues with bugs outside the norm. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place. I lived here in 2020 then left when my lease ended and came back in 2022 because i loved this complex so much. Management and maintenance are amazing and are willing to help. They made my move in SO easy and gave us a nice warm welcome! The community is beautiful and amenities are kept up. I recommend this place and I’ve been living in apts from 2017 this is by far the best one I’ve lived at.

The apartments are nice, Victoria and the staff in the leasing office are great. They are pleasant and its nice to talk to them. The gym facilities are great. It even has a car wash station which I found so helpful and an understated amenity. The pool and barbeque area is really nice, resort quality.It is an apartment community and a very large one so some tenants care more about where they live than others and that is out of the control of the property management team. The cleanliness of the property has improved since I first moved in and the maintenance also improved.The location is great and the staff is great. If you are looking for an apartment where these things matter to you then come live here.

Good apartments and a great new team in the office, the highlight has to be assistant manager Victoria! Shes enormously helpful, as is the whole office staff.As for apartment life here, there are nice positives and minimal negatives. The design of the renovated apartments is great, its a good location for the price, helpful staff means theres always help with delivery lockers, and the amenities center is great.Only one small issue stands out: the trash facilities are too small to handle all the residents. Theyre making changes to accomodate, though - and trash doesnt pile up significantly anywhere but the dumpster. Its still a nice, clean complex.In all, its a good complex in Kennesaw. Also, youre literally seconds away from costco (and hwy 75) - convenient area.

Our renewal is coming and I’m really hoping we get approved for a home loan before this happens.. living here is alright, probably “best” & affordable complex of kennesaw… but what we are most uncomfortable with is with constant people coming in to fix random stuff inside the apartments but are never able to tell you when or if they’ve been done with your apartment, they just give an estimated date, its so difficult because you have to arrange your schedule & somewhat prepare, they could easy send emails with specific date for EACH building! our calls & emails are always ignored.. they should also do something to remind neighbors about not making noise past certain time, we have complained about this & pet waste, still we are ignored… oh well, really hoping to leave soon!

The size of the apartment is good. The maintenance come pretty fast. Its a few things that are terrible. My thermostat has stopped working 3 to 4 times, in summer and winter. The ceiling in the kitchen has leaked twice, making nasty damage caused by drip pan overflow in apartment floors up , not tenant caused. There was a queen mattress left in parking lot for 3 weeks, leasing office said call was not enough. I needed to take a picture and email it to them. I tried to pay my rent after using checking info stored for 2 years and I had to input my info again, ok. But that requires 1 to 3 days verification and this would make my rent late. The leasing office is not helpful after you sign your lease.

Leasing agent Maya,I had an amazing experience working with Maya, she notice my inquire from Wednesday evening reviewing the Heights Apartments. She contacted me the very next day, first thing in the morning. She was pleasant and extremely knowledge regarding your property. I asked Maya to called me back because I had other options to review, which she did promptly as well. Maya is the leasing agent that any property management team would love to have. This will be my third year here at Heights of Kennesaw and I simply love our community. I just renewed my lease and process was very simply and straight to the point. Our community is very well kept the apartment are spacious and beautifully upgraded.

The management at this complex are some of the sweetest women i have met, they worked with me and my boyfriend to get us approved for honestly our dream apartment.The remodeling done to the apartment look stunning and i cant wait to move right on in!

If i could give 0 stars i would. we got a notice that our pool would be closed wednesday- friday. come saturday it was a beautiful day when most people have off work. many people were at the pool when 2 workers came up and told us to leave then proceeded to threaten to call the cops on us (paying customers!!!) people who pay almost $1800 for an apartment here! another family from the complex said the husband was kicked out on a monday (the only day he has off) due to “a mess” that was left from the weekend. I have been to the pool many a times and a few beer cans i would not consider a mess. the workers were not professional when they approached us in the first place. everyone at the pool was trying to make the whole ordeal not a bad situation until they threatened to call the cops on us. I do not pay these people this much money to be treated the way we are. MANY MANY times has the amenities been closed due to something but our rent only goes up! if you want to be trapped in your apartment your whole life with no help from the complex this is the apartment complex for you.
