Went in dealership to look at the new/used GMC, everything was fine up until the manager of the establishment heard I’m “from overseas”. Since when can you not sell a vehicle to a customer without an us address? And made up an excuse saying it’s “this state” your competition next door never heard of that law. I just bought a $77k Mercedes-Benz Sprinter here in ATL so sir that’s a lie! And it feels as if it’s more a racial issue than a state issue!
I cannot list the numerous issues I have experienced and am still experiencing with this dealership. I have left 3 messages for the general manager and still no response. I have been overcharged, they damaged my car and didnt want to fix it. Lost the extra key to my car and told me to look for it at home. Joseph in the service department is extremely condescending. They only care about ripping you off!!.BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
Excellent experience! We knew the vehicle we wanted (2023 Buick Enclave Premium) and saw it on the Dealership website. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment to see and test drive it. Michael Reyes, LaMicheal Wilkins and Kevin Puddy were all very professional and helpful throughout the entire test drive and purchasing experience.
My initial experience with Chris Brown, Michael Tate and Jovan Price was the worst experience of my life. Dishonest and no commitment lead me to making a rash decision to never purchase another Buick or GM vehicle against in my lifetime.However, Shawn Rivera reached out to me a view months later and promised to meet any commitments he would make to me and re-established my commitment to Buick GMC.
Work was done without my knowledge of the whole situation or my approval. I feel like I was given a band-aid to a much bigger problem. Had I known that if my O2 sensors were bad then it may have damaged the converter, I would have made another decision about my vehicle. I was over charged for 2 O2 sensors that cost under $100 each and labor should not be that much. I paid $661 and my check engine light came on when I left. The light was not on when I came in. I bought my truck from Hennessy in 2017 and I have been coming there for service for it. I also bought a Tahoe from Hennessy in 2011 and used Hennessy for my mechanical issues. After this experience I wont be back to Hennessy again
After speaking with Mr Burns he strayed my car was washed although it rained. When I got to my car it had not been washed. Also the quote on the oil change was $30 less than what I paid. I thought the labor was included in the price. I will probably not come back for my oil change anymore. Mr Burns was very professional and I appreciate his great customer service.
Dropped car off for scheduled repair appt. Was called while driving home to say I needed to complete paperwork. No paperwork was requested when I spoke with the repair department on-site and they marked areas that needed fixed. I live 40 minutes away so said I would need to complete via email. 30 minutes after arriving home I was again called and told they couldn’t repair my vehicle because the repair shop was closing permanently. This is unfortunate for the employees but I’ve never seen such a disregard for customer service with the way this was handled. I understand the announcement was made that day but customers that had vehicles already there should have been taken care of versus called to pick up their vehicle by end of day. The communication should have been focused around canceling future appts not leaving current customers stranded. At the same time, the repair center would not refer to another GMC repair center. This is the worse service I’ve ever experienced. If my company treated customers this way we would not be in business. Perhaps this is why it is closing.
I came in at this location to get my Buick fix an spoke with Mr. Joseph in service center he was well professional an greeted me with a warm welcome well as the staff even though my part wasn’t in for my car he still made sure it will get taken care of the place was amazing all the way to nice refreshments an friendly staff I love it
Dont trust management ..Update 6/17/22I was hired with a specific pay expressed to me by the service director, Barry McClure, and upon talking to Lindsey, he was totally wrong. Put in the offer “prorate” or have the director express succinctly what the correct offer and pay is. There’s nobody to talk to if I showed HR the text he sent and they said “oh I’m sorry” so unless that rectified then I have nothing to say other than share my experience. I lost out on money and spent a ton trusting someone.
This makes my 3rd time coming just to get an oil change each time have been a problem I have never seen such an upscale dealership with bad customer service skills I will not be coming for know type of service not even to get put in my tires the time and money you guys put in up grading the building and appearance you guys need to put that same Energy into training your staff and will spread the word on Hennessy Dealership
How this dealership has a 4+ star rating is mind boggling to me. Since Mother’s Day weekend, the correspondence or lack there of speaks volumes about HORRIBLE customer service. Adrian flat out ignored me, then I called and left several messages for managers: Michael and Rick Williams and no return call back. The receptionist did their best to apologize for this ridiculous lack of response and promised a return call from them. I am still open to hear from management to see if they will make it right to earn my business.
This maybe long, but my experience with car dealerships had been horrible for a long time. So bad that I lost all trust in them. I did an inquiry at Hennessy Buick GMC in Morrow, Ga and was contacted by Shaun Rivera. I spoke with him and although he did not have to care, I informed him my previous experience with dealerships. Shaun promised me that he would work to restore that trust. I still did not believe it, but I must say Shaun did an amazing job in turning that around. Shaun and the team that worked together to make it possible for me, was great. I want to say Thank you to Shaun, Ryan, Kevin, and maybe one other person. I apologize for forgetting. But thank you again to all of you.
I want to start off by saying thank you to CHEVY! He made buying my first car the best experience for me! I had no idea what I was expecting but Mr. Chevy is a fantastic salesman. There’s no shady businesses when it comes to him, his personality is what made me want to buy this car. He’s polite but also hilarious! If I am able to, I will look forward to purchasing more vehicles, in the future, from Mr. Chevy
I want to start by saying Roderick is amazing and so very professional and helpful! I bought a Shelby GT500 to surprise my husband. Roderick helped me with this wonderful gift! He was always available to speak to me and that is what I loved about this transaction. My phone call was never missed, I was never placed on hold, and he made sure we were satisfied and comfortable throughout our out of state purchase! I purchased from NJ. It was scary buying a car without test driving, meeting the team but once I was on the phone with him, I was sold! Roderick was not an aggressive salesman what so ever but I was sold in 3 minutes! The managers were awesome as well and very helpful and caring! Good job guys. I am proud to say I bought my husband’s car from your dealership! Keep it up! Will definitely recommend Hennessy Buick GMC dealership to all my friends and family world wide !
I had my 2013 Buick Verano serviced…I opted not to include having my shifter button fixed. And just got the anti theft services and a new key. But… when I brought it in, just my button on my shifter was broken, But when I picked it up , the shifter is all tore up, the vinyl is peeled back and torn. It concerns me because though my button was broken , it did not look anything like this when I dropped it off. I feel like it should have been at least returned to me in the condition in which I dropped it off. I called and left a message and sent a email with no response. I don’t expect it to be replaced, I know the button was broken but I did expect acknowledgment of the condition it was returned in. I even sent in pics to show , but no one ever reached back out to me
It’s always a pleasure, and there’s never been a time that I have brought my vehicle to be service and not had a good experience since I meant Mr White. I love this royal treatment that I get from Mr White and the one that meet me at my vehicle when I pull up, so pleasant! The service is always A1. Thank you so much.
Hands down... Mazda Hennessey is the BEST. From the customer service to services.. I received the best every time. I may have had one problem but it was resolved before it was fully established. Ive been with Mazda for over 10 years and it been great I had a Mazda 6, that car took very good care of me until I got into an accident which it saved my life. then I got a CX-5 the BesT ever Im not going nowhere Im loving it.
Huge shoutout to Shandia!!! She had so much patience and empathy when it came to me ordering the Mazda - walking me through the waiting process and keeping me posted . Def military friendly . And THE ONLY female Mazda rep and does a marvelous job at what she does. Truly a blessing. And thank you Mohamad in finance for the walk through and helping me solidify the best options. This dealer ship would rather you be comfortable and satisfied with what you drive off in - rather than just a sale . Any reviews that are negative for this dealership are either due to an ignorant customer that doesn’t read/ask questions….or just an unfriendly human being . Loveeeeee this place . Thanks again
While this process was long and grueling, through all my frustration Mr. Joseph White was professional, courteous and assured me he would get to the bottom of my check engine light issue...I will continue to bring my vehicle here with this type of excellent service and reassurance!
I had an amazing experience at Hennessy Buick, Mazda GMC today. My salesperson Chevy Williams and Sales Manager Mohammed were very nice and made sure I purchased the car I wanted. I came in during lunch time and Chevy bought me lunch. I highly recommend them. Thank you Chevy.
Contacted this dealership over a very specific, limited availability vehicle that we were interested in. We had our own financing, calculated the “out the door price” of vehicle and trade value for our current and secured the deal to include a 500 deposit so that we could pick up the new vehicle and turn in our trade the following day. We were assured that our deposit held the vehicle for us. Fast forward to the next day, we were already on our way to the dealership from 2 HOURS away, when we were informed that they had already sold the vehicle we had placed the deposit on, to a customer that “took precedence” because they had already submitted a CREDIT APPLICATION and was physically at the store, even though we placed a 500 dollar deposit. Correct me if I’m wrong but considering we had already PAID them a deposit and the other individual just did a credit application, I assumed that gave us precedence. Sales guy claimed that everyone including the manager was extremely sorry and that the manager would call me and refund my deposit once he was done with his customer. They never called me and have yet to refund my 500 dollars.
I had an appointment for 1:00 for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. I was there for a little over 2 hours and my car was not washed. The price I paid was ridiculous and almost $40 more than the dealership I normally go to. I dont understand how an oil change and tire rotation can take that long especially when I had an appointment. I definitely wont be back and I will share my experience with all my friends and family.
You try not to use backyard mechanics and if I cant trust the dealership, who can I trust! My vehicle was making a whining sound while driving. A problem was found and fixed. I picked my vehicle up only to experience it still making that sound. Apparently something else is wrong but my car was given back to me. I called and left a message as to such and I never received a call back!!! Totally disappointed....
I contacted Mike Tate on Tuesday morning to see if he had any inventory of what we were looking for. He and LaMichael Wilkins were able to get me into a vehicle by Wednesday night. With the used car market being tough right now, I would say that was very impressive! Thanks to the two of them for a very smooth and timely process!!
Had such a great experience with Shawn at Hennessy while my daughter purchased her first car … We were back 9 days later and purchased another one for my wife.Everyone was friendly and professional throughout both experiences … nothing personal but think it will be awhile before we go back again … but rest assured next time we purchase a car Hennessy will be our first stop.
Great place to buy a car sales person and sales managers are great but I suggested that if you do bought a car here dont let them clean for new car delivery. Especially if you have a black one . I just bought a $70,000.00 truck first theres scratches then I brought it back to get it redone again , this was the worst mistake I wish I wouldve left it alone cause that second time made my truck looks even horrible.I probably would buy another cars or trucks here.But I will never use there reconditioning service and there services department here. 😠 😡 😤
On several occasions Ive had to take my truck back to the dealership after being serviced.Most recently had an oil change.Had to return because I had a huge oil spot in the driveway.Wife was not happy.Had to rearrange my schedule because it was extremely important after replacing an engine for bad lifters.After having replacing the transmission as well.After continuesly complaing about it.This was my 2nd gmc sierra from this dealership.I will never,ever buy another gmc!
Everyone was really friendly when I walked in the door, the sales experience was great. My salesmen Shawn Rivera did awesome with the sale of my vehicle and because my vehicle was in transit at the time of purchase, he kept me informed on the location of the vehicle. He answered ally questions and I had a lot of them. If I do purchase another vehicle, this will be my first choice. I did however experience a problem with Apex when I got my vehicle that initially made me upset, it took longer to fix than it should have (roughly about 2 weeks). I also feel I had to reach out to the dealership more than I should have, because when I first mentioned the problem, the proper steps were not taken, however when I did get to the right person, the situation was immediately handled, and they sent someone out to me to make sure I was taken care of since I live about an hour away from the dealership, so they fixed my problem and turned my frown back into a smile.
1st time customer. Appt at 815. I was there at 8am. Was told beforehand that I could get Uber- Not Available. (Missed appt i had scheduled at 830 up the street)So I Waited in the waiting room until 1015,asked for update. Service provider/ advisor???( who wasnt the friendliest)tells me , well it usually takes 2 hrs , I will check( i was never told 2hrs). I went back and she said I think it went to wash . After almost 3 hrs got in car: sales slip, clear pouch in car with key in it. I pulled out next door to Sams to get gas. My vehicle was smoking like a chimney, people were blowing at me saying your car is smoking bad. I returned and was told the tech mustve wasted oil on it. Get back in car to leave, technicians cell phone left in car on my front seat.The best thing about experience was MsChristine( redheaded woman at desk near vending) She was a gem!!!
I like how it didnt take forever for the dealership to complete the service on my car. I was able to get in and out within a relative short time. Plus the people who worked at the dealership were helpful and friendly which made me feel comfortable while I waiting for my vehicle. Also the dealership had amenities like video games and coffee to assist with the wait time.
My husband and I visited this dealership on Tuesday evening about 30 minutes before closing. Salesman, Chevy William’s greeted us, answered our questions, and recorded our contact info. We agreed to come back the following day. Wednesday morning Chevy reached out to us to follow up. When we returned to the dealership on Wednesday everyone was friendly. Chevy made the buying experience easy and pleasant.Kevin Puddy in the finance department was personable, easy to talk to, and understanding.Before leaving Chevy connected the Apple CarPlay and answered any questions we had. Then, to our surprise on Saturday afternoon we received a call from a Chevy checking on us. We will definitely recommend Hennessy to our family and friends!
Lack of communication. I had to constantly call to check on my vehicle. Every time I would call, I was told someone would call me back; no one ever did (until a day or so before I received my vehicle back). The shop took longer than my insurance alloted so I did not have any transportation (my rental expired). Everyone had different answers (parts on back order, part here but wrong size, vehicle completed and in cleanup, part still on back order, etc ) When I finally received vehicle back my auto lights weren’t working and the paint/parts repaired weren’t even.
Big thank you to Joni Barlow & Arlyn Monge in the service dept. they are fabulous. They kept me informed of the repairs being done on my vehicle; they truly made my repair experience better. I believe they are an asset to your organizations, I look forward to using your organization for all my car care needs.
VERNON FRALEY is the best salesman there. He cares about me rather than just about selling a car and getting my money.I came in, not expecting to leave with a vehicle that day, but rather to just look at/test drive one. Come to find out, that vehicle was incorrectly listed online as an automatic, but was actually a manual (which I cant drive). After I made him aware of this, he offered to give me driving lessons with a former instructor who works at the dealer, and still provided me a test drive. Later on, I came to find out that the vehicle was way out of my budget and I would not be able to afford it. Instead of turning me away because of this, he sat down with me and looked at a list of many different vehicles that were within my budget and that I liked.I did not expect to purchase a vehicle within that day, but I left with a new one.Although the detail job was not good (AT ALL) even after I asked to get a second detail done before I left with my new car, there were still multiple dirt smudges on the ceiling of the car, I am still extremely satisfied with my experience. But I am not extremely worried about the detailing since I can get it done elsewhere or do it myself.He provided phenomenal customer service and listened to all of my concerns and provided detailed answers to my questions. He is not like the other salesman that Ive encountered over the past month who where only interested in selling a vehicle.I highly recommend having him as a salesperson. He was wonderful.
I travelled nearly 500 miles to buy a quality used high dollar range rover sport from this company ,red all the reviews to see if i could trust this company ,checked car fax immaculate history ...only to find out the car had been in a rear ender and no disclosure from the sales team and manager and they said o yes the macanic backed it into a post and it looks like a drunk 5 year old repaired it ...i was so dissapointed that this dealership ..wasting all my time efforts ...make your own mind up if you think this place is worth a visit.....im disscusted
This was by far, the worst experience that I ever had with a dealership. My service advisor Jessica was ever so true. She used terminology such as I already told you, her phone presence was was if she does not care about the customer it get job. I literally had to wait to weeks for the service department to diagnose my vehicle to determine that I needed a new battery. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the service advisor team was having a very inappropriate personal conversation. This made me feel very uncomfortable.
Chris Brown and team are top-notch. We did all the time consuming processes over the phone and via email and we were in and out in an hour and 15mins when we came to pick up my truck. Customer service was A1 and the dealership is clean and spacious. I love my new GMC Canyon!
Good Day. My name is Walter McKelvey and I am having trouble with my transmission after having it replaced at your dealership. It is slipping coming out of 1st gear the engine light periodically comes on. I understand it is under warranty and there is a parts shortage but after spending over $5000 dollars I have a sour taste in my mouth about the service I have received.I must address the above statement. I went to the dealership to have my transmission evaluated and after further review it was the aftermarket cold air intake I had installed was the problem. The filter was very dirty which was causing a disruption of air flow to the engine. I had a chance to speak with the service manager Clyde and he was very helpful.Clyde also explained the below statement in detail. Although I still wasnt pleased with the outcome of the repair I was pleased with the explanation I was given about why the battery malfunctioned.Also, my Yukon was at your dealership for 8 days with no solution to why my car had a very slow start. I was told that the battery was charged and things should be okay. Next day the car barely started so I went to OReilys and had the battery tested and replaced. There were no issues after that....problem is why did OReilys know what to do but the dealership service center didnt. I am very disappointed with the service I continue to receive in your service department. I completely understand there is a shortage of parts and possibly workers BUT having to pay for Ubers, car rentals etc. and being without a vehicle for more than a week for it not to be repaired is a hassle. I would hate for my concerns to fall on deaf ears but the expectation when having work done on your car is for it to AT LEAST perform correctly. On a good note, the service desk employees were attentive and pleasant.Upon writing my review I did receive phone calls from the dealership attempting to correct the issues. I do recommend that you still take your car to Hennessy GMC just have other transportation available as the repair time may take longer than usual.Sincerely,Walter McKelvey
I had to keep calling to get in touch with the person over my account and everytime I left a msg it would never be returned... you guys worked on my vehicle & then had it for about a week & 1/2 then decided to tell me that yall do not work on cars older than 10 years..I was highly upset, offended, lied to, degraded because I had been in an accident in my car so I was told that I was a liability; I was just disgusted by my treatment & I pray that I never have to use you guys again
The service team was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle examined for a multi-point inspection. The gentleman took the time after the inspection to explain what was still pending for my car and assisted me with following up about a new appointment as well. I appreciated the customer service and would return in the future.
After a bit of a rough start, the used car manager, Jason, got involved and was able to make a much more reasonable deal. Once negotiations were behind us, the rest of the buying experience was very pleasant. I was able to get everything worked out remotely so all I had to do was show up to sign paperwork. When I arrived in person, I was greeted in the parking lot and treated well by all staff involved. I love the vehicle and am glad I purchased here.
I had a wonderful experience at Hennessy. Micheal Tate was my salesperson and he helped me with my insurance claim to get a vehicle that was better than my old one. I’m extremely picky when it comes to shopping around for my cars and he made it like I was buying a car from my Uncle. The cars were competitively priced, in wonderful shape, and includes so many features I’m still learning. Thanks mike for everything
I am very satisfied with the service I received. I am enjoying my new car. Kevin my salesperson was knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions!. The only thing was my car was not really washed before me driving off the lot. The guy came back way to fast, which I though was odd. But when I really inspected when I got home, I can tell they did not wash the vehicle. I think they rinsed it off. But I will still recommend this dealership.
When I choose to pay a premium to get my car serviced at the dealership I expect a high level of service. I came for scheduled service and a problem with a tire. A nail was found in the tire, and service had no access to the warranty I purchased when I bought the car AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I had to go over to finance and get the information myself. I would also expect that they could provide a light detail So I’d get back a “freshened up” car. Didn’t happen.
At first I was very upset about them telling me they needed to come my car for a week because due to COVID-19 they didn’t have many Mechanics at work. I explained to them why didn’t no one reach out to me so I can reschedule or try to get a rental in advance. Cynthia told me she understand we’re I was coming from and she would take care of me but it would take about 3-4 hrs. I waited about 2 hours and my car was ready. Cynthia really took good care of me she called me and told me the price of my repair and she also let me know what was covered my my car warranty. Cynthia did an excellent job. Thank you again Cynthia.
From start to finish, I had nothing but an awesome experience. I knew the car I wanted, I didnt get any hassle about choosing something else, and the employees were all incredibly personable and friendly. My car even got delivered to my house after a recall part was installed next day! Major thanks to Anthony and Mark. Everyone was awesome.
Andre the Giant helped me out during my last auto purchase. He did a phenomenal job finding me a steal of a deal that was parked on a back lot. He is also helping me to search for my next vehicle. I highly recommend him. He is personable and treated me like I was his family.
I went in to go get my window fixed and it took all day (from 10:30am to 4pm) just for them to tell me they dont have the part and tried to charge me being there longer than I had to. How could you say you have the part then double back and say you dont then I have to come back. I got my car back and there were coffee cups and a bit of trash in my car when I got it back...Never going back.
I made an appt to have a diagnostic done on my Buick. I was told it will take 2-3 days to complete. I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning so I figured my car should be ready by Saturday morning. I got a rental to use for those few days to make sure my household stayed up and running. My rental was $96/day. Now fast forward 7 yes I said 7 whole days later and I was told that my diagnostic hasn’t even been started. That was very disappointing and it was evident that no one in the service dept even cared about my concerns and about the money I’ve been paying for out of pocket for my rental. I called to speak with the service manager regarding my issue and he appeared to be concerned and assured me that he would address my issue and call me back before the end of the day or no later than 10am the next morning. That was on a Tuesday. I never received a call back from him. Another disappointment from this dealership. Finally got diagnostic done after several calls and spent over $800 on a rental. I decided to call the General Manager and speak with him regarding the issues I’ve had. This turned out to be another disappointment for this dealership. I had high hopes for this dealership and I was extremely disappointed. I advised the General Manager that I would not feel comfortable with them doing the repairs on my car if this is the treatment I am getting from just having a diagnostic done. Needless to say I will NOT allow this dealership to get any of my money anymore. No one on the staff seemed to have an issue with my concerns. I refuse to spend my money with any establishment that treats their customers this way.
I have been a customer for over 3 years now. Never had an issue until recently. I took my car to be serviced oil change including a 27 points inspection 90.00. I picked my car up and everything seemed fine a little hesitant but hey. So Im driving home now and needless to say I realized my tires were not rotated because the sensor was still showing low air in the drivers front tire.. i called immediately left a message for Rob explaining my concerns and asking him to call me back and the next 2 days I left 2 more messages and to this day 3 weeks later he hasnt called. On Thanksgiving my car started overheating first time ever..check the coolant.. well guess what..BONE DRY so now Im checking the oil and Yup Bone DRY as well.. What in the name of Jesus did I PAY FOR.. What a rip off and no i will not be returning.. Now I have to find someone else reliable to get the job done..Thanks for taking my money and calling me back.
I cannot tell you enough how much i love this place. A big thank you to Annette Newsome, she went above and beyond to help me get out of debt and into the perfect GMC truck. Thank you to Jon Carter who equally helped to make my new truck possible. Finally, thank you to James Lander, the finance guy who even helped sweeten the deal with some last minute extras that made this the overall best experience i have ever had at a dealership. I pulled up, upside down in a stock half cab dodge and left in a new fully loaded Sierra 4x4 and my payments are almost identical. Seriously the only place to buy your next vehicle.... also no, i dont work here or have any reasons to promote this place other than they took amazing care of me. I will buy from here the next time i need a vehicle no questions.
Came to get my wifes Verano serviced, after a few hours I was on my way home. The car drove great. The next day we drove it to run some errands, still good. Wednesday while in the garage, I noticed the valve stem caps on the right side of the car missing. I checked the driver side, they were there but very loose. Then I noticed an puddle of oil on the garage floor. Took it back to the dealer and explained it to Bob Allen. He took it back to the work area and in about two hours I was good to go. They replaced the oil plug, a little inconvenient but good job by Mr. Allen, THANKS.
Buying a car can be one of the most intimidating experience a person will ever have to deal with; so to say I was extremely nervous is an understatement. Not fully understanding what was presented to me, I walked out not in any way upset, but determined NOT to buy a car. However, the dynamic duo Bernard Hill and Gerren Terrell were able to calm my nerves and prove to me that what was presented was a great deal.I left not feeling as though I was taken advantage of, and if I can be honest, gaining a few friends. So much so, I came back the next day with warm cookies for Mr. Hill, Terrell and Nesbitt for putting up with me the day before.
Had picked out a used car at $40,500. my own financing in place. An employee damaged the front end of the car while moving it. waited 2.5 weeks for them to repair it. Then they increased the price 9k to cover the cost of the repairs that they caused. No customer satisfaction at all !!!! they caused the damage I waited 2 weeks and never once said anything during the wait time. RUN from this dealership RUN!!!!!!!!! unprofessional is all I can say.
I had multiple poor experiences scheduling an appointment to run a diagnostic on my truck that had a check engine light come on with an on-star alert to check the transmission.First, I scheduled an appointment online and followed up with a call to confirm that we were good to go. The receiving person let me know that the online appointment system is not working and they couldnt honor the appointment. I dont think the customer should need to be the one following up about appointments.After this, I called to schedule an appointment to run the diagnostic. I had to schedule this appointment about 3 weeks out and, because of my work schedule, its difficult to get a weekday off - which they insisted to run diagnostic tests on weekdays though they are open Saturday.When I finally arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was asked if I would like to leave the truck for the **two-week** period they would leave it there before they got to it. The receptionists words when I walked in for the appointment: Are you here for an oil change? No? Oh. Do you plan on leaving your truck here for two weeks? Im sure they told you thats our lead time. My appointment being scheduled nearly a month in advance didnt seem to make a difference.Its expensive for me to take a day off of work to schedule these appointments. This company showed no respect for me or my time throughout the entire process. I wont be going back.
I was very satisfied with the service by Andre LeBlanc the Giant at Hennessy Buick GMC. It was a tough week for me and my family because we were approaching my younger brothers birthday after passing away last year. My mom and dad surprised me with a new car and I haven’t been able to stop smiling since. Thanks mom and dad😊
Cynthia got me on the road FAST with no questions when I had a bad tire. It only took 1 day to order and install a tire that wasnt even in stock. While this turnaround isnt always possible, it was a big blessing for me because I value safety over everything.Also, best prices on service I found versus other GMC dealerships, neat, clean, and VERY organized.Mennel, receptionist is extremely patient and professional.Thank you, Hennessy!
I ordered a $42 part on Thursday afternoon. Was told it would be in Saturday (possibly Friday but most likely Saturday). On Saturday, no part. On Monday, no part. It finally arrived on Tuesday and cost $51. I could have ordered from any other dealer for $42 and probably gotten it overnight. Wouldn’t have been so bad if I didn’t get bad attitude and the runaround every time I reached out to see if the part was in yet. These guys are assclowns. Except Alan. He was nice.
I thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience with Mark Cooper. He wasnt pushy and was willing to take the time I needed in making the right buying decision. After the test drive, he helped me find what specific model and trim would fit into my budget and what the out the door price would be. He didnt push me to buy that day and was very supportive of me wanting to sleep on it. I came back the next day and he was ready when I arrived. The buying process still takes a while (about 2 hours) but Mark made it go by quickly and easily. Very happy with my car and the whole experience with Hennessy Mazda.I will add that the JB Hornes (who did the financing) sales pitch for the extended warranty was a bit annoying. But not a big deal.
Dropped off car in Oct Didn’t pick it up until December still wasn’t fixed.The rep communication was poor and my car would still be there if I had not insisted I pick it up. Then the Rep went on vacation week of thanksgiving which I wanted to do with my car but it was on their back lot somewhere. I had to call several times for updates which I never received. I brought in for water on drivers side. They brought in some specialist who told them it’s was something behind the dashboard. When it is a sun roof drain line on drivers side. I paid them a week before bringing it to repair AC which was over $2000 and I paid to have drain line cleaned or repaired.then there outside specialist quote was over $2000. Also the date you have as completing my service is completely wrong I was not in there Dec 30 and will not be back. I feel like I was taken advantage of and my problem was not addressed they just had my car sitting like 2 plus months until I came to pick it up then given this absurd price.
So from the onset...Shawn Rivera and Ryan Ellis maintained contact with me and were extremely efficient. These gentlemen made the negotiation process of car buying and trading almost effortless and is one of the best car buying experiences Ive had, (and I have had numerous). I felt like a customer whose dollars are much appreciated! Thank you Hennessy!
Service at Hennessey is always great. Dont even mind waiting of long it takes for whatever i need done. Even as I was leaving, a gentleman was passing by but if kept looking to me and I could tell he wanted to was I being taken care of. I thought that was real thoughtful and considered of him. He immediately gave me his attention. So just went in for an oil change today and it went very well. Good job guys!
I had an amazing experience buying a car at this dealership. Grayson went above and beyond to make sure that I was making the right decision, as well as making sound suggestions along the way.It’s been some years since I’ve been able purchase a car because of my credit, so I was a bit nervous going into this process. However, the customer service I received allowed for my comfort level to be extremely high and for that I am very grateful!
I called Hennessy Buick GMC dealership inquiring about a Mazda CX-5. I was, at the time, renting one and fell in love. My salesman was Andre Lablanc and he was beyond amazing. I told him about my situation, which involved a total loss vehicle, and he took everything into consideration and told me to come in. When I met Andre I had my one year old with me!😫 Not only did he take care of my car needs, he helped me with my son as I was handling business. I didnt want to test drive the car because I knew I would have to transfer the car seat. Andre made sure I drove the car before he sold it so he transferred the car seat for me. I really do thank him for all he did for me and my son. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. I got an amazing deal with great customer service! Im glad to be a part of the Hennessy family!
My experience wasn’t a terrible experience however it has taken too long to do oil changes and tire rotations each time I have had them done. I’m my many years or getting service done on vehicles I have had minor repairs done faster than it has taken to do oil changes and rotate tires with you guys. An hour and a half plus I just don’t understand why
Five stars to Mike Reyes for his amazing service as a sale representative. We drove 30+ miles, and will do as many time as needed, to have him as our salesman. He was very responsive, friendly and worked with us during the process, answering all our questions and finding us great solutions. Thank you Mike.
They had my truck for 6 week to replace my gear shaft chain link. I had to go the dealership to see what was taking so long and a week later I had to call the manager of the service department to get the work. done. I will never go back for service or purchase a vehicle from this dealership again
I was apprehensive at first, Bc I felt my last experience left much to be desired (misinformed, overcharged, dismissed). I was VERY pleasantly surprised by my service provider. His name escapes me, but he was a tall, bald, black gentleman w/glasses. At any rate, he greeted me and asked my permission to analyze my vehicle. Once I approved, he did a quick diagnostic, explained the codes, and gave me the options best suited from what he saw. He gave me quotes on those options and told me about options for assistance to pay if needed.Once, I returned to pick up my vehicle, he explained the receipt, and even got me a BETTER rate than what he initially quoted. As I walked to my vehicle, I noticed that he’d also seen to it that I got a nice little ‘clean up’ (quick wash and vacuum) just as an added bonus to my service. I was very impressed, to say the least, and will definitely be looking for him whenever I have to return. He restored my faith in this establishment.
Miata was due for service. Got quoted a 2 hour wait when setting the appointment. On arrival we found out there were two pending recalls on it. Those were also fixed during service. Despite the additional work, Hennessy beat the quoted time and I was back out in 1 ½ hour. Staff is friendly, facility ok even if waiting area is a tad lackluster, its tolerable. Only downside was that my car showed service overdue in the cluster when I got it back. While I wait for one of the service staff to have a look at it I managed to clear it after a little experimenting with the menu. So no harm done. All in all, I will return for future services and recalls
Their service department is very poor and after over 20 years of dealing with them, I’m done! Do not take your vehicle here under any circumstance! I was notified by them after they received this review and Mr. Chapman, manager, has not returned my two phone calls. I guess that is their way of “ making it right”. So goes the service at Hennessey GMC!
Let me just start off by saying do not go to this dealer! My daughter and I had the absolute worst experience of our lives. We went in to Hennessy around mid- February to look at a car that she had found online. As soon as we get there, a salesman named Kerry Moses comes in to help us with looking for the car. He tells us he will be back in five minutes with the keys to the car. Five minutes turns into 45 minutes. An hour later he comes back with the keys and at that point we are ready to leave. We go out to see the car and my daughter immediately falls in love with it. It was a 2017 black Hyundai Tucson Limited edition. We tell Kerry we would like to purchase the car and he says great hell get the paper work started. Four hours later and still no paper work started so we leave and come back the next day. We gave Kerry the benefit of the doubt because he said he had a lot on his plate so he advised us to make an appointment for the following day for 12:30pm. We arrive around 12:15 so we could be on time. An hour goes by and there is no sign of Kerry. Some of the other associates begin to ask us if we needed help with anything and we told them we had an appointment to buy a car and weve been there for almost 2 hours at this point. A couple hours later Kerry shows up and we get the manager involved to help us sign documents for the car. 2 hours turns into 7 hours of being at a dealership when we should have signed the papers at the time of our appointment. WE STILL WERENT ABLE TO GET THE CAR UNTIL THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THE MANAGER LEFT AND WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO SIGN MORE PAPERS. ONE DAY CAR BUYING PROCESS TURNED INTO A THREE DAY PROCESS AND THAT SAYS SOMETHING. The process of buying the car wasnt even the worst part. They sold us a lemon. Not even a week later, shes driving the car and as she tries to accelerate, the car started to slow down then pick up speed then repeat and the car wouldnt let me go pass 30mph. She manage to make it to the nearest mechanic and when he goes to look at it, he starts the car and tries to back it up and as soon as he backs up, the transmission literally explodes and the car starts smoking. He informed me to tow it to the dealership and when we called Kerry, he told us to take it to an actual Hyundai dealership so that they could do a diagnostic on it. Three days later we find out the transmission had been out for a while and that the Hyundai dealership said it was going to cost 4,200 dollars to fix it. We call the Hennessy dealership and Kerry tells us hes off today so he couldnt do much so I call the manager and get this, the manager said he had NO IDEA of any of the problems that I had with the car not one. He was never informed and only just found out about all of it when I called. He asked if I had warranty on the car and I told him that Kerry wrote on a piece of paper that we had a few more months of warranty left on the car and the manager proceeded to say “well ma’am there wasn’t a warranty on the car”. They havent done anything to help. Another business, unfortunately a black business, is clueless when it comes to honesty, integrity and good customer service.
I recently bought my Buick at the dealership and it was one of the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Roderick and Gerren were a dream to work with and I am so happy with my purchase. We walked away not only with a great vehicle but also feeling seen and well cared for. Thank you so much!
Made an appointment to have my 2021 GMC Canyon service for the first time included in the purchase of the truck for free, BUT when they got done with truck and called me that it was ready they wanted to charge me I believe $90 . The thing is that when I called about a week and a half before to schedule the appt. i specifically let the lady their in service dept. know that i need the service that came with the warranty for free not only that when i showed up to the appt. i let the same lady their at the service dept. know again that i need the free service that came with the purchase of the truck and she still wanted to charge me. After letting me go without paying i feel like i just got my oil change and not the tire rotation and everything else that came with the package never even got invoice .
I feel like the trip down to ATL was worthwhile and am really excited about my new Mazda 6. I searched for my car purchase for 6 months (tested a lot of cars, thought of a lot of different used and new options) and Markus Bryant the most responsive and professional salesman that I worked with. The deal we struck on my new car was very good and the deal we struck on my trade was fair and competitive. Financing was extremely simple and straightforward. Total time at dealer was 3 hours, though we had lots of emails before that.
Shawn Rivera was great to work with, I did most of my negotiating on the price of the truck and my trade in on line before I went to the dealership. Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do but Shawn made it seamless. And working with Mark Cooper in finance was great as well, I had been pre approved got a very low interest rate with my credit union and Mark was able to find an even lower rate for me. Great Job!
Chris Brown was excellent. He was attentive to me and my family. He made us comfortable, made me fill at home. I had not purchased a car in 17 years. He was so easy to talk to. Took care of the finance guy who was fantastic by the way. It did not take a long time likes in the past. It was a pleasant experience.
LaMichael Wilkins went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. My daughter had a blast at the bouncy house and playing on the playground there. Best overall dealership for customer service ive ever been too. Everyone is extremely friendly and i was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Great buying experience at Hennessy. I am 130 miles away and traded and bought a used vehicle. Andre LeBlanc was very proactive, made sure I had full information, Jason the SalesManager, The used car take in was smooth and Vernon did a fantastic job handling the paperwork. They had a BBQ and DJ outside. It was a fun day.
Went to this dealership for a recall fix because it is the closest to my home. I was very happy with the great customer service I received from Joyce Ford and the young man who helped me. Being in the customer service business myself I really appreciate great service. My car was finished very fast with no up selling and even told me I didn’t need an oil change yet! Was very happy and will use them for all my service needs.
Very impressed with the whole team. I set an appointment, to which they called to confirm the morning of the appointment. When I got to the dealership, the truck was detailed and pulled up front. The price was already aggressive and they were able to beat what I thought was an unbeatable rate from my credit union. I schedule a routine maintenance service @8:30am and my vehicle was not done until after 1pm. My entire day gone for an oil change that I could of went to jiffy lube and got done for hr or less. Not satisfied at all. I would like half if not all of my money back.Thanks
Took in for oil change and tire rotation and engine line on, Dec 27th. The turbo charger had to be replaced. I was notified a little before 4 pm I went to pick up on the 29th. I had to find a rental car which cost me over $270 something dollars for one day because the dealership did not have one available. The car was not done after I had been told it was completed. At this point I had turned my rental car in and as ubered to the dealership. The mechanic left for the day without completing his job. I had to wait another day. Thank God Chris Brown reserved the rental car for me when it came in. Here it is the 30th when I finally get my car. The oil sticker was not replaced with updated sticker. The only reason I even come there is because of Chris Brown and Bob Allen. Everyone is a big joke. You need to clean house and start all over again. Elaine Wilson
Had a very pleasant out of state buying experience with their salesman, Mike Reyes. He made my purchase as painless and worry free as possible. Great service and the staff was very attentive. They even sent me additional videos of the car and had most of the paperwork done before we even got there. Would definitely recommend. However my only criticism I have is they didn’t detail my car very well and didn’t fill my gas tank before I left.
I had a difficult experience at first with the Service Department. I was able to speak with Sam and explain the problem I had and how I didnt receive good service. He was extremely helpful, took interest with correcting my problem, and was quick to assist with making my experience better. Purchased a used vehicle on April of this year and the salesman said was serviced and inspected. Took the Jeep home, drove it three days and noticed that the windshield wipers didnt work. Contacted the dealership and was told to bring it back for service. Month later still waiting on Jeep to be serviced. Seems to be giving us the run around with no solution and Im highly frustrated. Already made a car payment and received the plates and cant even put them on the car.
While being completely mindful of the shortage of employee excuse everyone uses regarding Covid, I made this appointment to drop my truck off 2 weeks later. The drop off seemed to go seamless and according to plan.However, this experience has gone straight downhill since. It took 4 days to even find out what needed to be repaired in the neighborhood of 2k. Once I approved the repairs I was told my truck would be ready the next day. I call this afternoon only to find out that since its Friday I will have to wait until at least monday because of some part that should have already been ordered.When I expressed what an inconvenience that would cause considering youve had my vehicle 5 days already, I was told to go rent a car and I would be reimbursed $30 dollars on the cost. If someone could advised me as to where they are renting cars for $30 a day it would be greatly appreciated. In the end, be careful dropping off for repairs as opposed to waiting with youre car if you actually need it anytime soon.

2022-06-29I received my car almost 3 weeks after it had been at the location in Morrow, Ga. I hadn’t even been driving for 5 minutes and my check engine light turned on , along with the tire light , and engine power reduced signal. When I had my car towed to the location almost 3 weeks ago these lights were already on . So I am confused today on why I’m having to once again bring car to the location and yesterday I was told that it was ready and fixed . Definitely would not recommend Hennessy Buick GMC Morrow to anyone .

2022-08-11I dont usually do surveys, however, Connie Thomas was EXCEPTIONAL with the service she provided me. I was already frustrated because someone had stolen my antenna. That little piece of equipment caused so much disruption as far as my work schedule, and budget. Connie made sure I was able to get to my office, back home, and to the dealer the next day to get my car. I have been with Hennesy since 2005 and have purchased 2 cars. Bob Allen had been my service rep for all these years. I was disappointed to hear he was gone. He always gave me good service....but Connie Thomas has given absolutely EXCELLENT SERVICE!

2022-06-01First, Id like to say that I am thrilled I was able to work out a deal with Chris Brownand Hennessy Buick GMC. I have been searching for the perfect car for a couple of months and it was very important that I worked with a dealership that accepted the GM Family First pricing. I walked out the doors of 3 other dealerships because of this. Chris Brown first reached out on a different vehicle, and it just wasnt THE ONE. It didnt come with the right stuff and wasnt the right color. He worked a deal, I decided against it, and he patiently waited for the next vehicle to come along.As a mother of young children, I didnt have (or want) to spend all day in a dealership, its stressful and I cant deal with the back and forth games that are played. I gave you a number, you told me wed make it work - so lets go! He had put several hours into his side of things, and I cleaned out my car and made my way in.I will say, to no fault of Chris, I was there longer than I would have liked. There was some back and forth, I packed up my things to leave several times. Like I said, I gave my number, they were trying to squeeze a little extra. It wasnt in the budget.The team pulled together a deal with exactly what I needed. Signed the papers a little late than anticipated, but I made it home eventually.I will be using this dealership again when my lease is up. They are now my people.
