It was simply amazing!!! My sales person Chad was awesome!! He was very attentive, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He never tried to persuade me to choose one vehicle over another, he allowed me to make that choice for myself. I really appreciate the extra effort he made to make me happy.
The team at Jaguar Buckhead were great to work with. I reserved a vehicle price online in the late evening. I was contacted first thing in the morning. I made this purchase out of state. My salesperson, Gloria, helped me navigate this process by providing constant communication, photos and videos of the vehicle and all documentation needed to evaluate the car remotely. She even sent a very professional video personally introducing herself. The finance interest rate was very competitive. I arrived in ATL at 8am, she had the vehicle and paperwork ready. I was on the road headed back to FL by lunch time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I took my jag in for a full inspection and oil change. I paid over $800 only to be told that there were no issues, even after pointing out a squeaking noise that was coming from the car. I was told that this was due to the age of the car and clearly this is not the case. The strut was bad and I didn’t even receive the complimentary car wash as promised. Im highly disappointed. I tried calling to complain, but I was given the run around and finally told that they have no record of me in the system. That’s funny….my bank account has record of the payment.
We had a great experience at Hennessy Jaguar and Range Rover, Buckhead, Atlanta. Josh Benton was a great salesman and really patient with meeting our needs in finding the right Range Rover within the right price guidelines we gave him. I have NEVER had such an EXCELLENT car experience! Very Professional People!! I went first thing in the morning and had walked in on their morning meeting. I walked out and waited outside as I didnt want to interrupt. A gentleman came outside to assist me. I had told him I was looking for vehicles online so he took me to the correct dept. and made the introduction. I worked with Michael P. who exceeeded my expectations! I ended up purchasing the XE 35t and LOVE my car! Definitely recommend them!!

I recently purchased a 2021 Jaguar F-Pace and I absolutely love it! Myron, Seth, and Jeremy to great care of me and made this transaction the best experience by far in my history of purchasing vehicles. Customer Service was nothing less of top notch! Kudos to this team!
We didnt have a good experience from the moment our vehicle was dropped off by roadside assistance until we picked it up. No one answers the phone in the service department! I was constantly transferred to someones voicemail, our service advisor Lis didnt communicate well with us by letting us know our vehicle had arrived for service, and I left a voicemail for her to contact me back and she didnt. Finally, she called me after me voicing my concern to different employees at the dealership including a nice gentlemen named Spencer who doesnt work in the service dept. Why be a service advisor if you cant provide good customer service? I dont get it! Also, on the day our car was serviced, Lis never called us to let us know our vehicle was ready for pickup. I called to see if it was ready, since we live almost an hour away in Locust Grove and it was, but it was almost 3pm and we didnt want to get caught up in rush hour traffic, so we waited until the next morning. Lis was no where to be found when we arrived the next day, so again Spencer helped assist us and we paid for the service. I asked the service manager Will if he had a moment to talk or was he busy, of course he said he was busy. I told him I would call back, but felt it was pointless to. I didnt want to get transferred all over the place again. Please do better, because our treatment and the service we received was unacceptable! We will try our best to never return to this location. The next day after picking up our vehicle, we took our business to Jaguar Columbia in SC and traded it in for another vehicle.We wanted to do it at Hennessy, but after the mediocre customer service we received from the service department and being transferred all over the place, we changed our mind.
It stared rough with my car being repaired. Service provider prior to the one I had prior was not helpful. When I received new rep Cole. He has gone above and beyond you have this completed. I highly recommend requesting him to assist you while There. Not a bad place, just need the right individual that really wants to help you. COLE EIDSON is that person!
Had a wonderful experience with Hennessy Auto Atlanta. The customer service Dylan provided was top notch. I was hesitant to trade my car in in the pouring rain, but everyone helped to make it painless as possible. The entire staff was extremely friendly and worked with you to meet your needs.
Three years ago, I completed my lease with United BMW and, because of the terrible experience, swore I would never buy another BMW. I started shopping around and soon found myself at Hennessey Jaguar. I didnt purchase the F-Pace I had my eye on, but did leave with a sweet XE Sport. Over the course of the past three years, Ive worked with the Hennessey service department for routine maintenance and minor repairs. My contact in service is Tim Brooks. Tim has provided the best customer service Ive ever received at any dealership service department, ever. And, that’s quite a few. I wont share my age, but suffice it say, my Jaguar is not the first car Ive purchased. Tim is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. These are qualities you rarely find in anyone these days, let alone a service “guy” at the dealership. So, aside from being very happy with my car, the buying experience, and all of the other folks at Hennessey, I would have to single out Tim as one of the main reasons why I won’t need to shop around next time Im in the market for new car -- I will be purchasing my next car from Hennessey.
Their service department never answers the phone, does not call back and nobody can give me information on a simple quote. They like to play transfer and I am extremely polite as I formerly worked sales/service industry. I have called multiple times on different occasions since December. (I have a weekend car thats a Jag so its not an emergency repair but I have been trying to give them an opportunity to make money on my vehicle but 🤷🏻♂️). Maybe they think because I am trying to repair an older model that I am broke, lets say if I walked onto the lot I would have a sales guy ready to put me into almost any vehicle on the lot. So sales department- your poor service department has cost you the opportunity for me to even consider purchasing a vehicle from there.
My experience at Hennessy Jaguar and Land Rover was Excellent!!! They have a high Standard of Service and my representative, Jim Finley, provided the upmost level of customer service. As a novice to Range Rovers, Jims knowledge of the vehicles, ability to explain the variations in Range Rover makes and models was 2nd to none. I felt comfortable with Jim. He didnt try to sell me a car. Instead, he educated me on the experience that Range Rover offers through the cars features and the test drive. I left the lot with my car the same day because my experience was so excellent. The way Hennessy streamlines the experience through the use of DocuPad technology was also an experience in and of itself. Every person I met at the dealership was courteous, welcoming and made me feel like family. I believe anyone looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover should visit Hennessy Jaguar to where great prices meet great customer service for a world-class experience!!!!
I Had a great experience. Emile was my salesperson during this transaction. He was Easy to work with, honest, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He made sure I was taken care of. Management didn’t pressure me in any way or form. Not even for the extended warranty. But if you know like I know, you better buy the warranty. I’m happy with my used BMW X5. I waited on the car for about 30 minutes while they detailed it out. It was worth the wait. 5 stars from me
My Sales Rep Bud Sasser was very professional and accommodating. I think I was most pleased at how after my purchase, he took care of ensuring the next day the car was derailed and answered more questions I had. The Sales Manager Mr Cash, who I have dealt with before was also a Pro….Randy Merritt
They kept my car for over 2 months and returned it with lights on that were not originally on when the car was brought in, also the car door locks no longer functioned. Had to return the car to fix the new service lights, and was further charged for the new service lights. Was originally told that I needed a new engine, until they realized that they had replaced the engine themselves not even two years prior to this. I paid an additional $8500 to fix this incident, and then on revisit a(due to new service lights being on) I paid an additional $2000 after the $14,000 that was spent two years prior to install the engine. Poor customer service, no follow up. After complaining that the door locks worked when I brought it in I was told it would be a $2500 fix to get the locks working again. They did not receive a car with non-working locks, how did they secure it for two months while they they they fixed it.
This dealership provided great customer service. It was really easy to make (and modify) our appointment through the website. When we brought the car in, it only took a couple of hours for a diagnosis. The dealership also worked very quickly to find a part for our car, and it was ready by the next day. It was an added benefit that we could get a loaner car while the car was in the shop.
I am 1000% satisfied. I had the BEST car buying experience. Superior customer service. Quick and easy finance process. But what made it so amazing was Manny. He was absolutely wonderful. He listened and made sure he met every single need. He took the time to understand my current situation and what my future plans were, and worked tirelessly (6 hours) to find me the perfect car. He didnt just treat me like a customer, but more like a person he really cared about. For that he will forever receive my business and all my referrals. Love love love my new Jaguar!!!! 😊
Our experience was wonderful! Mr. Finley was most helpful and not pushy at all. We called on a used vehicle we were interested in and made an appointment to drive 2 hours to see it. The vehicle was held for us and ready to test drive when we arrived. We were not disappointed. The car was as listed on the Internet, was clean and test drove perfectly. We purchased the vehicle and are extremely happy customers. Will not hesitate to do business with this dealer in the future!
Terrible experience. They sold me a car with all kinds of warranties. I sold the car and tried to get the gap insurance and the other warranties back after paying off the loan, no one will answer the phone and the business manager, David Wardlaw keeps giving me the run around. They owe me over $2000. Go somewhere else. This dealership likes to play games.
From the moment I inquired online with Hennessy Jaguar, Blake was right on it to getting me the vehicle I wanted. This car purchase was by far the best I have ever made. It was seamless without the pressure most dealerships can cause. I will most definitely be coming back for my next purchase with Blake. Was upset at first that I was left hanging after we submitted our finance app that was pending then the next day was told someone submitted it again for the full amount not half & then after calling all day & not getting a return call we called another sales person & we were told people were buying the car as we speak. So instead of being a stand up guy he was a coward & couldn’t tell us another buyer got the car cuz they actually flew down there to get! But then after reading all the reviews I’m actually relieved that we didn’t get the car! They wanted almost 9000$ more than what was listed because LoJack was 2100$ & interior protection was another 1000+$ that already came with the car so I don’t know why they would try to charge again for it, I really think it was a blessing that we didn’t get the car!! But now we learned never do anything over the phone!
My experience started out rocky but improved with time. Initially I found multiple vehicles on their website that I wanted to view. I live out of state and informed the sales rep on a Friday what I wanted to see on my Monday visit. Upon arrival on Monday NONE of the vehicles I had selected from their website were available. All had been sold. I was beyond disappointed. My sales rep was really nice and tried all he could however I left with no vehicle. I received a follow up email from Zak checking on my experience. I emailed back about my experience and asked for suggestions for my next visit. I never received an email back! That was disheartening. I continued my search on their website and other dealerships. I finally found a vehicle at Hennessy that had all the features I wanted since a lot of features that are standard on other vehicles aren’t standard on LR. After several days of phone negotiations I purchased and picked up my vehicle. I’m still having issues with the blind spot monitor which is frustrating especially seeing as how that wasn’t a “standard feature”. Hopefully I’ll receive assistance on that in the days to come.
My leased F-Type was in the shop for 30 days here. It took 2 weeks to get the parts in (which I understand) and then another 2+ weeks to get the service done. Nathan in the service department was helpful. But management at the dealership was not helpful at all. Since this is a lease, I essentially paid for 1 month to “rent” a vehicle that I could not drive. No effort was made to compensate me for the month that I was without my vehicle. To top it off, when I finally got my vehicle back and drove it off the lot, I noticed they had not completed all the work. So when I drove back to the dealership, the service department had already closed. I asked to speak to the manager on duty (sales manager) and the only thing he said to me was “I can’t help you, that’s not my department”. If you are looking for a dealership with great service after you purchase your vehicle, this is not the place.
My most recent Range Rover purchase at Hennessy Land Rover was arguably one of the best I have ever had. The process was tight, streamlined and went faster than I expected. Melvin Scanlin, my sales guy, was excellent. He was personable, caring and listened to my concerns and then addressed each of them. The finance guy, whose name escapes me at the moment, was also excellent. He made the purchase process easy, fast and efficient. I also had the opportunity to work with my service advisor, Amanda, who showed that a read dedicated advisor can make all of the difference. Overall, a very pleasant buying experience and I will certain continue to do business with Hennessy Land Rover.
Walter, my salesperson, has provided me with phenomenal customer service since the purchase of my car earlier this year.I was disappointed with the customer service I originally received from another employee following an issue I had with my car after purchase. Ive been working with Brian (my salesperson) for a little over a year on getting a Range Rover. As many times as Ive went in and deciding to hold off on getting one, Brian was always helpful and never pushed me into getting anything I didnt want. He would consistently call and check-in. I called him Thursday and told him I was ready to pull the trigger, and he already knew everything I would like. He lined them up for me online and had me choose. The finance manager Phil worked hard on me the best deal for two days. He went above and beyond. My experience with Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead was amazing! I definitely recommend them and they will definitely be getting my business again.
Great experience here buying car. Timothy Goodale made our experience as easy as it could have been. He was so informative and super nice. Definitely the best sales rep we have dumbed into for our car buying experience. Brad Bryant was also very nice and informative. He helped a little with the finances and got us the price we wanted. I gave this a 4 star because the main finance guy David Wardlaw. He wasn’t very friendly. Can tell he was not a people’s person. When he was showing the packages of add ons to the car I decided not to get certain ones He really tried to convince us to get the gap package but when we declined his mood went from 100% to 30% in a matter of 1 second. It was kind of a turn off signing the documents even when I was trying to joke with him. Like come on I know you didn’t get the gap fee to go in your pocket but at least keep the conversation pleasant. At least he excited you sold a car. Other then that it was a great experience. My first service visit to this location as I recently moved here. Damien was wonderful to work with. He is easy to talk to and will cover the details of the service with you. All the staff members were nice and said hello to me as I was waiting outside. I felt welcomed and will continue to have my Land Rover serviced there. Thanks Damien, you’re awesome.
Love my new truck, but the experience wasnt what I had it built up to be for a luxury car dealership. When it comes to payment ask rather than assume Im looking for a lower cost lease option. Dont try to push your salvage title vehicles. If you dont have what Im looking for simply own it, dont use car salesman me into something on the lot.In the end, love my new car!
I recently purchased a Range Rover from the dealership. My experience was excellent. My salesman, Mr. Joe Williams, was kind, knowledgeable and very concerned about my needs in an automobile. He did not try to sell me something that I did not want. The finance staff was also very helpful. We are new to the Atlanta area so we were not sure what we needed for the terrain, etc. Mr. Williams worked for hours with my husband and I. We left feeling like we were a part of the Hennessy family. Great, Great, Great!!! G Green
This dealership gives Used Car sales people a bad name. I called on a Land Rover that was advertised on a couple of different sites for $XX,XXX amount. I called and expressed my interest in the car. I asked the sales person what they could they do price wise and he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. We agree if we could come to an agreeable price I would come in over the weekend and close the deal. A few hours later he called back and said that his out the door price was $8,000 more than their advertised price! Yes, $8,000 more!. The sales rep told me that in addition to the taxes, they added a number of additional items to the car like a LoJack system, front bra and a stain coating on the interior. I explained I had no interest with any of the add-ons and he proceeded to try to continue to sell me on the items. He also said that I had no alternative but to take all the items as all of their customers are changed for the same unadvertised and unwanted items. Stay away!
This was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Special recognition needs to go to Manny. From the first contact, Manny was super responsive. He pulled windows stickers on countless vehicles for me and answered every question I had. When we finally had a deal, he even drove the car to my house in another state to personally deliver the vehicle. I was floored at the customer service. I cannot recommend this dealership and especially Manny enough.
Josh Benton was my sales rep and he was great! Also David was our finance manager and he made the process seamless and a better experience than we’ve had buying cars in the past. A better car buying experienced than others and i would definitely recommend friends or family to this dealer.
Was disappointed because I was looking for a specific car that I called in advance about - drove 40 minutes - and that car was sold. However, a manager was extremely helpful and my salesman - Rodney Johnson was great. Found the perfect car - good price - and super happy! :)
Buying my car was a positive experience in all aspects. All of the negotiations were conducted long distance. Rodney was prompt in responding to all my questions. He was very patient with the situation, which involved three people in different cities helping me make my decision. The car is in beautiful condition despite being pre-owned. This business delivers a quality experience.
Can’t say enough good things about the service we received at this Jaguar / Land Rover dealer so far.Went in to purchase a F-Pace for my Fiancé, and Brian Reynolds took great care of us.Unlike the other jaguar dealerships I went to, Brian was very straight forward and transparent with every aspect of the vehicles we looked at. Never tried to up-sell us into a higher priced vehicle, and was very patient with all my questions (I had a lot, and wanted to test drive each different motor option to make a choice of what we wanted)Negotiation process went very smoothly over a couple day period. They ended up giving us a very fair value on her Jeep she traded in, as well as agreed to buy points to get the interest rate down to about nothing, in order to get her payments where she wanted them.One of the keys has a small blemish on the frame, so they had me stop back by, replaced the key at no charge, as well as gave us a full jaguar welcome package, on top of the extra jaguar promotional items they gave us the day of sale.I’m usually pretty short with car salesman, as I know the sales techniques, and typically know more about the vehicles then they do.However, this was not the case here. I would highly recommend this location, as well as Brian, to any friends and family in the market for a jaguar or Land Rover.
Hennessy was absolutely fantastic to work with! My sales person, Louis, and the sales manager, Craig, were very professional, courteous, and honest. Craig even said he was replacing all the breaks and tires because there was not enough life left in them to be comfortable selling me my Range Rover without having it done. They took care of setting up the shipping, so my vehicle will arrive right at my house!
I have tried calling the service department multiple times on multiple days and they never answer the phone. I leave a message and they never call back. They transfer you from person to person but will not ever get you to someone who can actually answer a fairly basic question: How much money for my heater core replacement and also how much to diagnose any other potential issues? Apparently my money is no good and my time does not matter.
Very well organized drop off for service. The text updates were helpful and unobtrusive. Service guys found my engine problem and the vehicle runs and handles better than ever. Ive been using a non-dealer shop for service but they havent been adjusting the engine idle or a few other things correctly. Hennessy took care of all this.
Daniel Rowland, our sales consultant, provided the best customer service!! We drove over 4 hours to purchase a vehicle, and he made sure we were greeted in a timely manner and our car was detailed and ready to go. I had an overwhelming amount of questions and he managed to get me the answers I needed and was so patient. If you’re in the market for a new car, I’d suggest you go see Daniel. It will be a pleasant experience.
I recently purchased my Land Rover sport autobiography online without seeing the car in person. I’ve done so with for all my cars but of course is always a little nerve racking when you’re unfamiliar with the dealership. They were incredibly professional and so helpful. Daniel sold the car to me and since I’ve received my car he’s been in touch to make sure everything was just right. That means a lot to any one purchasing a car especially out of state to still care that all is well once the transaction is complete. My car is in perfect shape, detailed and amazing. Thank you Daniel and Hennessy Jaguar I will be referring my friends and family to you, and will not hesitate to purchase my next Land Rover from you! Oh and may I add this dealership has the best prices out there, no hidden fees and shipped my car across the country for so so cheap! I could not be happier with my experience, 5 stars +++
Complete class act! i purchased a range rover from them and i live in iowa. catherine my sales rep was wonderful to work with and the sales manager, brad bryant was just a complete pleasure to deal with. if you are out of state, don’t hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them. they are exceptional!
I’ve gotten my vehicle serviced a few times here. This last time, it took four hours to change a tire and to do the standard annual maintenance. No text or in-person updates the entire time. The facility is nice, and they provide refreshments; however, they were low on snacks and the employees were the ones enjoying most of the items. When I went to check out, the woman seemed impatient. I asked what had been done to the vehicle and she didn’t reply. Instead, she yelled for my service coordinator across the building like it was a construction site. Wanted to order a couple of items to decorate the car, and they weren’t in stock. I owned an Acura before, and they seem to understand the quality environment that people look for a bit better than the folks at Jag, which is really surprising.
First, my shopping experience for my first new jaguar F-pace started off horrible. My sales person was off but scheduled an appointment with me and when we arrived, and another salesman called her, I heard her say, “ can you place her with someone else”! I was so upset. I started to walk out the door and then here comes Roger, the best sales person ever. He saw how frustrated I was and completely took over my experience, we even went to another dealership in Gwinnett to get the truck I wanted with the right price and everything. When we get back to north atlanta dealership, the finical advisor made me feel so uncomfortable , I am not sure if it was because I was a young African American woman or because I wasn’t dress professionally, but who dresses up to go purchase a truck and spend all day at a dealership! She told me her last make wasnt hennessey and she doesn’t make the rules, when I was letting her know I was going to go through my credit union! I was so thrown off!However Roger did an amazing job and he is the reason I have my 2018 Jaguar f pace.Also, Jermaine was so sweet, he made sure I was really happy and said he would be my service advisor!I am so thankful for Justin the manager for being really nice, I was really unhappy with it being jaguar and I feel no one should be treated this way. I would love for someone to reach out to me so I can explain further.Thank you again Roger and Jermaine!!
Josh Benton was absolutely by far the most professional and efficient car sales representative I have ever dealt with during my 40 years of driving and buying/leasing cars! Josh was professional, courteous, and followed through with all details. I had an accident a few days before turning in my current car and thought the entire deal would be off; or at least a nightmare. Josh took hold of the wheel, so to speak, and made it all work out for me with ease. Josh not only helped me find my dream car, but he took all of the stress, anxiety, and pressure out of the equation and let me merely enjoy the experience and excitement of a new car. José went above and beyond to help me days later with some minor details regarding my new car. Service Department is quick and the loan process went smoothly. Amanda and the other staff members are wonderful! I turned my car in because my AC wasnt working. I hoped it was as simple as getting the freon charged. Instead, I needed a new air compressor. Amanda checked to see if I was covered under warranty, made the necessary calls for approval, and arranged the service. The entire experience was top notch! I would completely recommend Hennessy Jaguar Atlanta. If you think youll get better service somewhere else, youre wrong. They are the BEST!
Exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, I spoke with Michael Presley in internet Sales, then with Matt the Sales manager, and finally Omar Cash my Salesman. They all answered every question and concern I had. The entire process was non-pressure, and allowed my wife and I the time we needed to make such an important decision. After we purchased the vehicle, I had a slight issue that needed attention. I reached out via email and personal cell phone to Omar (on a Sunday no less), and was promptly called back. The next day I was back at the dealership, seen right away by Gary (Service Associate), and was back out the door in no time. Nothing short of what I expected from a wonderful dealership. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and can say, we will go nowhere else. I would definitely recommend without reservation Hennessy! (See Omar or Michael...you wont be disappointed)
Joe Williams was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs when purchasing our Lexus RX 350. Joe answered all of our questions and showed us how all of the technology features worked. He stayed late to make sure we were satisfied with our purchased. Joe even texted us the next day to make sure the vehicle was to our liking. Best customer service!
Multiple irritating instances of over-promising what was eventually delivered. Specifically: quoting a price that included a tire warranty only to sit down to sign paperwork after a 2 hr wait and be told that it didn’t. Also, was told that the car would be ready on the Saturday we were to sign... then we got there and were told it would be ready in 1.5 days... and now the expected timing is Thursday.
Ive been using their service since 2014. My Service advisor, Mr. Bond, is the best! He makes sure Im all squared away with all of my vehicle service needs. The friendly reminders for upcoming service and always there for any questions or concerns that I may have.The rest of the staff are very professional, and all of them do a wonderful job at making you feel welcomed and extremely comfortable.I highly recommend using their services!
Paul was just great. We have to wait a while for my truck to be ready and he had excellent suggestions for food. Let me back up a bit, after he introduced himself we went into his office went over the service plan. A few moments later he sent me a text with him info for questions or concerns. Natalia went above and beyond to answer my questions about the vehicle, provided extra photos and video, and was excellent with communication via phone calls, emails and texts. All sales people should be this dedicated to their jobs and to providing personalized service to their clients. The vehicle I purchased was more expensive than another I was considering but her great service resulted in my confidence about the condition and I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. Wired payment and hd it delivered on a truck. Didnt see it in person until this AM and it was exactly as described.
Amanda in the service department made my experience very pleasant. She was friendly and accommodating. An extra perk was being given a complimentary Lyft credit so that I could go home while my car was being serviced. That was such a huge help! Even while I was trying to find my Lyft, one of the associates at the dealership, who saw me looking lost, took it upon himself to intervene and guide me in the right direction. Overall, staff is very friendly and I will definitely be returning for all future service needs!
Will was amazingly helpful with a tire leak issue on my Jag. And since it was under tire warranty I didn’t even have to pay, plus they gave me a loaner since they were particularly backed up. While they probably can’t always provide loaner cars for something as small as a tire leak, the service department here I can vouch for as the always providing the best customer service as a Jaguar Land Rover Dealer. I have been here before and can say it’s generally great, but Will went above and beyond with communication and action for my baby blue Billie Jag XE.-Ivan

I was able to make an appointment online seamlessly. I arrived 5min before my scheduled appointment and was escorted into Jim’s office immediately without waiting. Jim explained the process, entered some information into the system and had me sign off on leaving my car. Because I didn’t want to wait, he offered to get me a Lyft service to and from my destination.Jim stayed in communication with me via text throughout the process of diagnostics and repairs.I’m tremendously pleased with the level of service and quality of service all around.
Sales were good. Lori did a great job answering my questions and showing me the cars. I’m not happy with the finance dept. I don’t feel they explained the contract and different forms well enough. Being a buyer. After 6 hours at the dealership. The buyers are shown 20 different papers to sign. We just want to sign the papers and leave. After I left and relaxed I went thru the papers and have questions

I have been calling my service consultant for 4 days, leaving my information and still no return call about service for my car. I asked to have another service consultant. I was told it couldn’t be modified unless I make another appointment. I was transfer to a manger only to get another voicemail so that person wouldn’t return my call or resolve my issue! The customer service is horrible!
I have bought many new cars over many years, and can honestly say that my recent purchase of an F-Pace S at Hennessy has been the best car-buying experience so far. Our salesperson, Spencer Cottingham, made the whole experience straight forward and stress free. He was honest and transparent with all the details, didnt rush us at all, and was very personable. My wife and I went to Hennessy looking for a great deal on an in-stock vehicle, and they delivered. A great car-buying experience all around.

My experience has been horrible! No return phone calls, delays on repairs. This is my second car from this dealership. It was a CPO jaguar supposedly (per paperwork) but had “undiscovered”prior damage. Other than paying for that repair they have not reimbursed me for my rental expenditure or any additional depreciation. Now, after only having the car 9 months I need all new brake pads and a battery?? Really? So after coming here for at least 7 years, I won’t be back.
Fantastic team! Great experience during our out of state sales process. When I flew to Atlanta to drive it back to NC I was picked up at the airport and even offered a loaner to go to a business lunch while the car was being detailed. Very thorough tutorial session.. I have been searching for a Range Rover for over 6 months and visited several Land Rover dealerships. Every dealership greeted me with a high pressured approach and tried to sell me everything but what I was looking for. I contacted Hennessy in Buckhead and spoke to Seth Snyder. He was very professional, courteous, and was very attentive to my every need. He made my purchase a pleasant one and his customer service skills are superior to say the least. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and I’ve been too many in my years. I traded my Porsche Panamera and received the maximum trade in value, and on top of that was given a great deal on a CPO 2016 Special Edition HST Range Rover Sport. I had no idea I was leaving that night with a car seeing I got there late, and had my sales rep Mr. Joe Williams take me on a tour around the facility and showing almost every vehicle with all the color and trim packages I could think of 😁. Our sales person Brian, the person at the rental counter and Ali the tech guy are great! The rest of the people in this place are very rude and could care less if you are happy once you have purchased a vehicle.... Its a shame as I would expect better service from a higher end car dealership. Its making me regret my decision about getting a Jaguar instead of an Audi as I have never had issues with the Audi service. I wish I could take that decision back now.
I went to Hennessy on Feb 1st to shop for a newer model used Land Rover. It was a great experience! They communicated with me promptly by phone and email and the salesman (Chad) was expecting me when I arrived. I purchased a vehicle that I am very happy with and would recommend Hennessy to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
First of all, the facility is a palace...the service department looks like a high end spa. My Sales Associate, Mark Pathammavong was very helpful and very patient with me while explaining the cars functions and the expertise and deal I got from the financial people was top notch. I have yet to experience their service department, but if my experience so far is any indication, I should have no issues. I recommend this dealership as highly as I do their cars.
My first experience with Range Rover.. my dream truck! Chad was my salesman and he was great! My issues were with the overall process and experience! What should’ve been smoothe and easy turned out to be long and irritating! Finally when ready to drive off, I had no tag and couldn’t get one because the emissions hadn’t been done! Wow I had other plans and was still waiting to have something done after the truck was sold! Very disappointed and just left Harley Davidson where we were in and drove out in two hours. I’ve been here for almost 6 now, totally unacceptable! Starting to feel like my business isn’t appreciated or important! We came here looking for that WOW factor, the over the top service experience that one would expect from a Jaguar/Land Rover dealership! First impressions are everything and I’m afraid I won’t be back. Service fell flat and even after speaking with a manager, no one seemed to care, except my salesman and the rest of the issues were not with him at all!I should’ve gone to Audi, they were definitely pursuing my business and I had my heart set on a Land Rover!
I had my vehicle towed there about 3 weeks ago due to a collision. I was informed by one their representatives that the facility does not have a collision center and the vehicle will be towed to one of their companies that they out source their work to. 3 weeks later I dont have my vehicle back. Ive spent 1.5 hours out of my work trying to hunt my vehicle down with no success. Jaguar has given me 3 different numbers to call to locate the vehicle and all 3 places states that they dont have the vehicle. Im getting minimum help from the dealership, so I contacted my insurance company and they reassured me it was left at Hennessy Jaguar. They advised me to call the police and file a missing care report, and we will go from. My next step is to contact an attorney to get this resolved and I would like to be compensated for my loss time at work trying to find my vehicle as well as the 3 weeks of waiting on a vehicle that probably never made it to the shop. To top it off I just purchased to more jaguars 4 weeks ago. I wish I could give them back!!! By the way I spoke with the service manager, and I dont think he fully understands my frustration.UPDATE: Its been a week in a half and I still have not heard back from the body shop or the dealership. Ive never seen such incompetence!! The owner should be disappointed just to know how the employees represent the business.
Read the review and decide for yourself if you want to do business here.I saw a CPO vehicle on their website, inquired about it online and a sales rep called me immediately. This was on a Friday. Speaking with the sales rep he its a loaner vehicle and its currently out on loan. I asked when they might be able to recall it and he said as soon as perhaps same day. I suggested he get in touch with the client and we set an appointment for later in week (Wednesday). I get a call from the sales manager on Monday to confirm my appointment. I confirm.On Wednesday am, I get a call again from the sales manager, Casey, to confirm my appointment for later that pm. I confirm but inform them I may be 1/2 hr late due to possible traffic. Wont be a problem he says. I leave work early and get there to view the vehicle. After waiting about 10min, the sales guy comes out and says theres a problem, they couldnt get the loaner back and that he tried to call me several times; which I know is a complete lie. I inform him, the manger called to confirm early that am, so how could there be a disconnect. I ask to see the manager and is informed there are 3. Im not concerned with who comes out, as long as its the manager. Now heres the kicker, Casey comes out, introduces himself and apologizes. Im thinking hes apologizing because it was he who called, but he then says, it was a different manager Brad who called and made a mistake because Brad is new and doesnt know the process. Wow, way to throw someone under the bus, the 2nd indication there are people with no integrity working here. Casey asks for a second chance and that he will give me a call when he has keys in hand and if I come back, he will give me a great deal on the car for my troubles. Even though Im furious, I play along.Its now Sunday evening, and to no surprise, no call. Makes me wonder if they truly had the vehicle and the posting was a mistake or if they even tried to get the vehicle back. Think about it, I can understand if they asked the loanee to bring it back by Wednesday, but they ran into issues causing a 1 day delay, but not hearing from them the rest of the week tells me they either had an incorrect posting, the sales guy completely made a mistake, or they just dont care. At a high end luxury vehicle dealership with 2 sister locations in the immediate area, one would think the service levels would be higher. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and think you should do the same. Its all about service and integrity, something that is quite lacking here. You decide.
It was a pleasure working with Rodney Johnson and Shawn Stavish to purchase my new car. The two worked together collaboratively as a team to make my transcation fit my needs exactly and in a timely manner. Shawn was very detailed and patient to make sure my car selection included everything I needed and wanted. Rodney made sure I was familiar with all the technology in my new car prior to leaving the lot and worked with me again the following day to make sure I was good to go.I would love to do business with these two again! Let me start by saying Hennessy was not the first or only dealer I contacted for my Red Jaguar F-Type Coupe but I’m happy to say they were my last! Todd, Shawn, David and the entire team did an excellent job from start to finish. I’m a Sales Analyst who works in the industry. I’ve also worked for a car dealer before, so it was good to just keep it real and not play any games! I’ve had my eye on this car since 2015. I was on business this time around with a pre-approval from my own banking institute and from the time I placed my first call each team member took it serious. I was learning quickly this was not always the case when calling out of town trying to negotiate over the phone and not face to face for a premium vehicle. In fact I’m still waiting for Florida Fine cars to send me a revised bill of sale with the correct listing price and correction to the numbers – They wouldn’t negotiate anything but had the nerve to have all these added fee’s! The sales guy at Florida Fine cars told me he couldn’t negotiate over the phone! I spoke with a salesman at Honda of Lake City who said he would send me the numbers and he never did! Thanks to them it just made me stalk Auto Trader and Car Gurus harder and when I spotted Hennessy’s listing that had the extra upgrades “Panoramic roof”, Tan Extended leather, 20” tires/Rims. I knew she was meant for me and it was my sign that it was my time! I read some previous reviews about Hennessey and I saw someone say they “called” them too much. It was the opposite for me those daily calls and follow-ups reassured me that my dream car was still there, that nobody else was working it and that Hennessy were thorough! Everything was received in a timely almost immediate manner. Bill of sale (no hidden fees), MSRP, Brochure, Shawn gave me his personal cell and even went outside and took a personalized video of my vehicle in the rain. Shawn doesn’t know this but I would have continued looking and taking more time if he didn’t make one last move. The numbers had been agreed upon and I was waiting for the Formal official Bill of sale and I asked him to take one more dollar off yes $1 dollar because I wanted the number to “match” Kelly Blue Book Value and that $1 would irritate me without hesitation he chuckled and took the dollar off. Thanks Shawn!!! No Buyers remorse here! I’m truly a happy camper with a Gorgeous vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone in fact I’m leaving my Hennessey Tag cover on once the hard one comes because I’m proud to have done business with them~ Blessings to the entire team ……. Just awesome experience start to finish. Had an odd noise coming from the rear of my F-Pace. Originally looked like some components under the rear fire plate. After dropping off to repair they found a golf ball that had somehow found its way under the rear passenger seat.My service rep Damien Green and the shop foreman Jack Anderson were nothing short of awesome!
UODATE 12/9/2019 - After I left my original review (see below), Juan, the new director for the service department at Hennessy did call me and helped me resolve my concerns. I was assigned Tim as my advisor and he was wonderful as well. Needless to say this latest experience with was excellent. I hope all subsequent interactions with Hennessys service dept are this good then I will be one happy customer!_______________________________________________This review is for the Service department at Hennessy Jaguar/Land Rover in Buckhead.If Google would let me enter a 0 star review for this place then that is what I would give them. Worst service department and customer service! After one year of dealing with these guys and as someone who was a Mercedes Benz customer for 16 years, I can tell you that Hennessy treats their customers like dirt. I like the 2019 Range Rover Sport but having to deal with Hennessy’s service department makes me want to get rid of it, let alone buy another one in a few years. My husband likes the the I-Pace but given this awful service Dept he is not moving forward. Beware the sales reps, they sell a good game but you won’t even get a loaner for service and it will take you at least 3 to 4 attempts to get an appointment which once you get to it, after driving through horrible Buckhead traffic, you will find out that your rep is not even in the office! Service Rep Amanda also needs good customer service training. I did provide feedback to Hennessy after my last interaction with their service Dept via the survey link they sent out after my appointment. As is the case with companies with poor customer service, the survey is a farce at pretending they care about their customers. Nothing came out of my feedback on that survey. Once you do get the car serviced, what they do itself is mediocre and junk compared to Mercedes Benz.
The sign of a great company is not how they perform at the initial time of sale, but when follow-through on commitments is required.I was happy to buy my Certified Pre-Owned F-Type from this dealership in March of 2018. I was drawn to the fact that the vehicle came with an extended warranty and the first annual maintenance appointment as part of the cost. Today, I showed up for my 3pm appointment and when I verified with my warranty advisor, Danny, that this first service was at no-charge, he showed no record of it in the system. Danny immediately started digging in further, and once he realized that my original salesperson was no longer with the company, he reached out to his management team to inquire further. Finally he was directed to Craig Collins, the Used Car Manager, to explain the situation and get the approval to proceed with appointment. Once Craig realized the dealership would be absorbing the cost, he quickly said that it was never included with the purchase and that they would not be honoring it (without spending one second looking into the situation first). Unfortunately I took them at their word at the time of sale and did not get this commitment in writing. Since Hennessy JLR isnt honoring their commitments, Ill be taking the vehicle to a local specialist as this dealership is about an hour from me.Long story short, I would almost expect this kind of treatment from a typical dealer, but not from a high-end one like Hennessy. Lesson learned, and hopefully a heads up to others who are considering a purchase ... Get their promises in writing!

My sales guy, Omar Cash, was very confident and supportive. Finally, Jeremy Walters in finance, tied it all together. Very friendly, did not try to do services that could be done cheaper somewhere else. They wash your vehicle and vacuum.They provide awesome places to hang out while you wait, 3 different locations inside. I felt good driving away after several services. However, I left off one star because I was told one price for 100,000 mile check, then when representative printed off that quote, he said, it was wrong and added another $300.00. Original quote came from a phone conversation. I feel if computer states a price, it is quoted, then that price should be honored .Also, I shared there was a hose issue with washer, they claimed it was working as it should, but my husband had already seen the broken hoses. It appeared, they were ready for me to leave, and did not want to bother with it. Otherwise, nice, clean, pleasant and professional. They saved me money on areas, where they felt spending the money and changing lights out would not solve any issues. That was a $900 savings!!! Thanks!
Made an appointment on Wednesday to test drive a used car today. Drove 2 1/2 hours in nasty weather to the dealership and not only found that the salesman that made the appointment was either training or out of town, BUT the car was sold. No phone call to tell us. The final insult was receiving an email from the dealership stating we were late for our appointment about 30 minutes AFTER we left the dealership. Very disappointing service from a supposed high end dealer.
Service I received on my 2013 range rover evoque was excellent. That took care of my issues very professionally and in a timely manner. Bryson my service agent went above and beyond to accommodate me and with me being 3 hours away meant alot. The only negative feedback I have is with the land rover product itself. The problem I was having is in a service bulletin and all over range rover forums yet they have done nothing to remedy this situation or the extreme out of pocket expense it cost me. So to summarize service excellent product no so good.
Went to view 428i it had a flat tire and a bald tire up front. They told me they were going to fix it , took 2 days was in constant contact with them the entire time , set up an appointment once the tires were on , they called an hour ahead of time to inform me that they had sold the car out from under me , that I had already gotten financed from under the assumption that I was purchasing car when tires were placed on . This Was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a car . The amount of unprofessionalism , and disregard for my time ( had to pay for gas to drive an hour out there and child care two days in a row ) if you are looking to buy here I would change your mind .
Horrible! Purchased vehicle from here. Had it serviced routinely for years and after new management, service crew, they forget to refill coolant causing our Jaguar that was paid off, engine to overheat and BLOW! Put us in a loaner for 8 months. Yes, a loaner for 8 months! Finally replaced engine that blew in 5 months! Completely goes out! Conveniently there is new management that knows nothing about the history and didnt want to accept responsibility. Now we have to go legal route

The first day I felt like my salesman was honest and a straight shooter. I appreciated that. I first test drove a BMW they had for sales, but I also like the Jaguar they had for sale. He was understanding of me asking to see and test drive the Jaguar. When it was all said and done the Jag was for me. I didnt give the dealership a 5 star because the day I went to sign for the car was a long wait, as well as I didnt feel appreciated. It was a quick thank you and move on (maybe its because it was the end of the day). Sales person was not there the day of signing, so that doesnt reflex on him. Thanks!

I have NEVER experienced such a stress-free and enjoyable buying experience thanks to Manny Christopher. We walked in as complete Land Rover and Jaguar newbies in the market for a small SUV. Manny patiently listened to my needs and expectations and matched me to the new love of my life - my Jaguar E-Pace. He walked us seamlessly through every step of the buying process. After making some additions to my vehicle, he personally drove it to my home 1 1/2 hours from the showroom and has followed up to make sure we are completely happy. Manny does an exceptional job and is a joy to work with.
I have been a Jag owner the past twelve years and have thoroughly enjoyed my XJ experiences. I can easily say, hands down that of the metro Atlanta dealership Service experiences, Hennessy Jaguar Buckhead is THE BEST. The process of scheduling appointments, the use of courtesy vehicles and or shuttle/Uber service is a wonderful part of the experience. My Service Advisor, Paul Rasmussen takes the time to call/email BEFORE I schedule my appointment, with requested information, discusses options and makes suggestions on my upcoming visit. He also ensures that I am not sitting in the waiting area (though it is clean, comfortable and offers snacks and beverages) for hours. He greets me upon arrival, calls to update me on findings and has my car clean and pulled up when I return to the dealership. His attitude, availability, and work ethic going above and beyond make it well worth my 1 hour and 45 minute drive from South Ga. The Service experience is just an added bonus to the enjoyable driving experience! 😊

My service advisor Bryson Cantrell is so accommodating that he even take calls from my wife whenever she think she have a problem. Very pleased with the service and the dealership. I traveled from Florida guided by the vast amount of positive reviews and I was not disappointed. My experience at Hennessy Jaguar was worth the 10 hour trip (one way) to complete the purchase of my new vehicle. Omar Cash was professional, courteous, and has taken the time to ensure my drive back to Florida was safe. The assistance of Lori Mohr to close this transaction was fantastic and took away all the non-sense and stress usually associated with purchasing a vehicle. I am certain that I will doing business with Hennessy Jaguar in the future.
I was having a hard time locating a Range Rover in the color and options I wanted. Mark Pathammavong discovered the exact vehicle was on order and accepted a refundable deposit to secure the vehicle. A month later it arrived. Prior to arrival, Mark emailed me with details, including optional protections offered. I selected, confirmed a delivery appointment and picked up the vehicle. It was the quickest and easiest car purchase I’ve ever experienced.
Bryson was my service guy and he was awesome! The entire staff was great... they shuttled me over to the mall while I waited for my car and even brought my car to my home to save me a trip. I have been an Hennessy customer for over 12 years and I’m happy to know the service is consistent from Lexus to Range Rover
Great experience, even when we were buying used. Very straight forward process and everyone was very helpful. For three days after our purchase, I got atleast 2 phone calls a day from either the salesman or a member of management making sure that I was pleased with the purchase or if there was anything they could do for us.
Craig Giddens was an absolute pleasure to work with. I did not go into Hennessy to buy a Velar, just to test drive one. He was so personable, I never felt pressured to buy a car from him, yet he was very knowledgeable and willing to work with whatever parameters I had set and actually got me to walk away with a brand-new car that I love! I will definitely refer any friends/family to him in the future
Heads up: If you make the mistake of requesting information on a vehicle from this place they will borderline harass you. I was/am getting calls multiple times per week including a phone call at 7pm Christmas Eve. I don’t know if they are just desperate for business or think they can harass you into buying a car but it’s amazing that anyone would think that this type of constant bombardment is ok or appropriate. I was in the market for a Range Rover and may still buy one but I will not be buying one from this dealership after this experience.

I just purchased my 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport from Hennessy Jaguar/Land Rover. My sales rep was Chad Gall and he was fantastic! The dealership staff was so helpful and supportive. I had a great experience! I highly suggest asking for Louis, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. At first, I was interested in getting a Range Rover but Louis helped me pick out a 2018 Jaguar F Pace Premium instead that I absolutely love! High quality cars with high quality customer service! You gotta love that combination!
They (Hennessy) want to sell new vehicles. But when you try to trade one of their own vehicles, they will “low ball” you. This has happened to me two times. One at Jaguar and the other at a next door Hennessy dealership. They are friendly but have a set price for your trade in. Each time (2) the salesman kept looking at “his” watch. Hint, get lost. Set the “table” before you negotiate.
First time buyer of a Jaguar... had done my research of the vehicle I desired to purchase. Saw the F Pace advertised on Facebook and called the dealership for more information. I spoke to Mark P. Very knowledgeable about the car and within 2 hours I was test driving this SUV. Mark was very easy to talk to and patient with so many questions I had. The finance manager, David made everything very streamlined and comfortable. This was an excellent experience!! Thank you!!

The entire service department is great. They are all nice, and acknowledge me right when I walk in the door to make sure I am being taken care of. Getting my car serviced isnt first on my list of favorite things to do but this place is the best at making it a nice experience. My service rep Paul Rasmussen is awesome .
Hennessy Jaguar has a really great selection to choose from at the best prices. I was able to get my dream car for the total value of the vehicle based on what my bank valued it at AND that final price included all of the tags, GA tax, etc. Very happy with the price + selection.
Low Coolant light came on a few days after service, I tried rescheduling a followup and was told I need to pay for diagnostic. No previous problem whatsoever before I got the vehicle serviced.Edit: The service department reached out to me to schedule a followup, the issue was resolved promptly. Special thanks to Will!
I was in a very bad car accident in November, and the last thing I wanted to have to do was go car shopping... normally the worst process! I was so grateful to have the BEST experience buying my car at this dealership! Shout out to Chris Marseglia, my sales person. I bought a used Jaguar XJL from Hennessy last month. The engine was making some noise a few days after I bought the car. Jose, my sales guy told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Even though I bought the car As-Is, with no warranty, they did take care of it at no charge. Jose even brought the car back to me when it was fixed. Great all around buying experience. Thanks Jose, for taking good care of me.
Overall a lack of communication has made this a disappointing experience. I keep having to send requests for updates and it seems that the sale isnt a priority. Its been two weeks and still no light at the end of the tunnel that my vehicle will be shipped when the salesman said they ship all the time and it wouldnt be an issue. For an $80K purchase, Id expect more attention to detail and support through the transaction.
Purchased 2016 Jaguar back in December, was promised a second set of keys, three months later still do not have. Moreover, was told that the car was detailed, it wasnt. Gum wrapper in the glove box, along with the previous owners insurance and registration cards.Media system not working at all and was told that the batteries in the remote just needed to be swapped out - that wasnt the case at all. Took the car into another Jaguar dealership, over $9,000 in repairs needed but thankfully the warranty covered it all.Unfortunately, buffing work to the front bumper was also promised and since I live in SW Florida and purchased the car in Atlanta we coordinated the Florida dealership to complete the work and Hennessy would pay the other dealer directly. Thats not what ultimate happened. Florida dealer couldnt get a response from Hennessy and to release the car payment was needed. The Hennessy sales guy called me and asked me if I could do him a favor and pay for the invoice so that the car would be released and that they, Hennessy, would cut me a check. Over a month now and still no check and no responses whatsoever as to when it will be issued.Steer clear of the used sales department - lots of empty promises and poor communication.
The staff at Hennessy Jaguar were very respectful and nice, but overall we just couldnt make it work out at this dealership. Time management was lacking but even after everything they still supported me and my wife would recommend if you are looking for a new Jaguar or land rover.
Had a bad experience with wholesale parts. Bryant took care of it last week and told me it was an error with their catalog. I was pleased. Went to place another order today and was told they dont deliver yo my store anymore because its too far.... It wasnt too far last week. From now on Ill just get the same factory parts on E Bay for a 3rd of the price...and better service.
The entire experience from the initial phone call through the entire transaction was very prompt, efficient and professional. Everyone from the receptionist, Melbe & Pat; Emile Diabate, our sales guide & Jacob Montague, were all very courteous and helpful. Emile was extremely knowledgeable, easy & fun to deal with and forthcoming with all our questions.As a customer from out of state, it was well worth the time, effort and trip and we highly recommend this dealership for its vast selection of vehicles and exceptional customer service.
Poor customer service! They tell you one thing to get you I n the door and then another thing when negotiating! Their is little negotiation and they come back with “better” but it is basically you buying down payment so basically they just represent same offer in several ways! Total waste of time!
Worst car dealership of Atlanta. The sign of a great company is not how they perform at the initial time of sale, but after the sale how they treat you afterwards.Very poor service, commission based salesman who will breathe down your throat and lie at every opportunity.Worst decision of my life to trust Hennessy.

Jose Alonso was not just a salesperson but a partner to us throughout our buying experience. We really felt like he was on our team and wanted us to be satisfied with the deals and the car that we bought.This dealership truly goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. Our car arrived a little earlier than expected and we were not in the country at the time. Hennessey Buckhead was really patient and kept the car for us and was really friendly during the whole process. We whole-heartedly recommend them to others.
Very Disappointing Incompetent Service. We had my mothers car towed to this dealership as we have in the past. They called to state she needed to have her fuel pump replaced which was just replace a few years ago. This would cost $2100. Being that my mother is 80 years old and only drives to the store and church, we questioned how is it possible the same part needs to be replaced and its only been 3 years. We were told by Tim Brooks, Service Representative that it may be due to the car not being driven as much, which made no sense to me. I then asked to speak with a Manager and spoke with William Houston who said the part may have had a bad seal, ring, etc which could have caused damage to the fuel pump. Again, this made no sense to me. We had the car towed to another service shop and after he performed diagnostic testing and told us that the relay switch in the fuel pump was the only part that needed to be replaced. This only cost $193.22. After contacting both Tim Brooks and William Houston with these findings they made no attempt to even apologize or refund the Diagnostic fee of $179.00 that it cost to misdiagnosis the problem. They were very dismissive, unsympathetic, and defensive. I have no doubt that had we agreed to pay $2100 to have the car repaired they would have taken our money. I will never purchase or have a vehicle serviced by this dealership. At this point, I am seeking an investigative reporter to warn other consumers.
I just recently came in from Tennessee to receive my Jaguar XJ and I could not have been more happy. The way in which I was treated was absolutely wonderful and unlike anything else. I am very satisfied with the way Denise handled my purchase and the way she was patient with me during my purchase. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Great service!
I actually visited the dealership first time around the first or second week in December just to inquire, and met Omar, I gave him all my particulars. I went back the day before Christmas to purchase. Omar was very tentative and patience to see what i wanted and how I wanted to purchase or lease. Patience means a lot because i dont like to feel rush. I did purchase a 2019 Land Rover Evoque and would certainly recommend Omar.
Wonderful service. The process is very quick. Pulling up and leaving with my loaner car took all of 10 minutes. Bryson has been my service advisor for 5 years and he has never disappointed me. My next car will be another Range Rover and I plan to make the purchase from Hennessy Jaguar in Buckhead.
Preowned vehicle seekers, please be very cautious the entire time from start to finish at this location. It’s not necessary to mention names or to go on a rant. Therefore, simply put. I purchased a vehicle at this location to later discover during a random appraisal I had performed that the title was branded. I was offered half of what the car was supposed to be worth upon the appraisers return . Although, this may come as a backhand compliment. Once, I brought the concern to Hennessy Jaguars attention the Manager was kind enough to offer options/ways out of the vehicle. However, at that point I had no interest in becoming a repeat customer, for the trust had been broken. I elected another dealer to assist with my transition out of the Hennessy Jaguar vehicle .
Had a great overall experience with this dealership. I flew into Atlanta from Virginia after not being able to find the Jaguar XJ I wanted. I pre-arranged my visit with my salesperson Manny who had everything set and ready to go. Manny had the vehicles I wanted to see ready for test drives and got me started on the financing part right away. The financing and final deal was a little long, but everything was completed to my satisfaction. Manny got the car ready for me to drive back to Virginia that evening, things worked out great. Would buy another vehicle from and recommend them to people I know.

My Range Rover’s suspension air pump went out just before Thanksgiving (Friday). Jim, my service manager, jumped right on it, and my vehicle was repaired in 3 business days. He was extremely communicative and concerned for my vehicle’s safety and my overall satisfaction.
I normally dont go to dealerships to purchase cars, however I saw the perfect car for my wife. So I reluctantly went to Hennessey. I was pleasantly surprised as the Mr. Davis was the epitome of professionalism through out the entire process! He even had the last minute request for a red bow on the vehicle when we picked it up.Thank you sir for a pleasant buying experience.Ron
My husband and I had a horrible experience at the North Atlanta location. Then we found Tony Sellaway at the Buckhead location and he was amazing. He was very sympathetic to our experience and has gone above and beyond to make us feel better about purchasing a car from him. Hes my salesman for life!!!! We recently bought a pre-owned certified Jaguar XE from Hennessy Jaguar, and the experience was great. Their staff is very friendly and they made the whole experience quite enjoyable. We worked with Melvin Sandlin, and we will surely want to work with him again when we are ready for our next Jaguar and/or Land Rover in the future!

I have always had great service at Hennessy in Buckhead. I really on’t mind waiting because of the customer waiting rooms. I can bring my laptop and get some work done while enjoying coffee and a snack. I love going to the second level where there are desk and a conference room to work or make a phone call. All of the staff are always friendly and available to answer any questions.

2022-01-11I had a great experience working with Omar on selling my vehicle. Not only was the dealerships offer competitive with CarFax and Carvana, but I was able to get everything completed very quickly and with flexibility. Omar is a man of his word. Finally, one thing to mention is that since this is a family of dealerships, they do not cut a check on the spot. This was concerning to me since I had to give car and title. But everything went smoothly and I received my check overnight. Thanks again Omar.

2022-03-15Brandon in Land River is absolutely amazing as is Omar! The issue I have with the company is the fact Finance shopped my credit around when they were advised not too. I already had my credit union approval and only needed to find a vehicle after an accident. It has been 8 months and to date I’m still getting bounced around to have a problem resolved. It should not take that long to draft a letter to creditors regarding a problem that should have never occurred! So much for buying another vehicle from Land Rover or Jaguar.

2022-06-06Do not buy a car from this branch. My car broke/ blew engine within months and you will never get anyone on the line. I had to contact corporate just to receive support after purchasing a defective vehicle from this “ reputable” dealership. It’s horrible that they are doing people like this. I needed A new ENGINE after 7 months…. Also, don’t buy the warranty they attempt to sell, it’s a waste and won’t cover anything! I was Ensured that all major repairs would be covered, now 40k down the drain ! Scammm!!!

2022-04-07Services that go above and beyond!Call this a first for me...I had an absolutely amazing time getting my car serviced today. Coming in for scheduled service on my F Pace and I just had a wonderful experience. I came right when the service department opened, so they were a little busy. I was worried I was going to have to wait a long time when they said my service advisor was assisting 2 other customers, but only a few minutes later I got the privilege to speak with Cole. Hes a joy to chat with any really helps his clients understand everything. He even arranged for Uber to bring me back to my house. I love the text communications Hennessy uses, it makes me feel informed and helps things run smoothly. Thank you to Cole for all of his help and attention today. Truly made my car purchase seem like the right one with follow up service like I experienced today. Thanks again to Cole, the service department & to Jaguar LandRover Hennessy!

Im not going to drive an hour just to hand them my credit card when they could do it over the phone (or god forbid, online) like a normal business. I guess they dont actually want to sell those pricey Rover parts anyway
