I purchased a car from Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta and the process was smooth as silk. My salesperson was Grant Brewer, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the options, and also about what competing models had to offer. I had set up financing through my credit union, but to my surprise Chris Velez in the finance office was able to beat the rate significantly! The follow up to the purchase was both timely and helpful. Ive reached out to Grant and Chris with some questions following the purchase, and the calls were returned promptly and the questions answered and issues resolved completely. I had a great experience buying my first Porsche from Hennessy and working with Garland Helton. I custom ordered a Cayman T. I was given a realistic timeline for both getting an allocation and for then receiving the car. I was given a good amount for my trade and there were no surprises throughout the entire process. When my car arrived at the dealership they got it ready quickly and made the whole delivery process feel special. They tinted the windows for me and their price for that was reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate to work with Hennessy Porsche and Garland again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to a friend!

Jason Mazer was my salesman he was excellent and deserve a five star rating. The finance department explained everything and went through everything that I needed to know. He deserves a five star rating.The car I bought was a 2015 Boxster GTX. It was sold as a certified Porsche vehicle. The carpet was still dirty in both trunks and the detailing was not up to standards that I would expect. (Rims were still dirty on the inside, both trunks had dirt that needed vacuumed out , the inside door jams were not detailed .) I believe cleaning and detailing would’ve been a three star rating. I traveled from Ohio to pick this car up. When I got home this evening I started cleaning and vacuuming. Decided I would just pay the $350 and drop it off and have detail.
My wife’s 18 Macan S went in for 40k mile service and an airbag light that stayed on continuously on the dash. In diagnosing the continuous airbag light they discovered that a mouse chewed on some wires and damaged it. After being told the harness is on back order and 24k estimate to fix we were told to pick the car up. When my wife got home I asked her did you get any pics of the damage and she said no. I then proceeded to pull the intake cover off the car and noticed insulation from the hood is spilled all over the valve covers and intake that could have caused a major fire. After spending 2300 for the 40k service and a diagnosis for 24k to fix an airbag light the technicians left insulation from the mouse all over the hot motor. Can you say fire and safety hazard! My insurance will pay for the damages from the mouse however I will take my car somewhere else for service since this could have a been catastrophe for not just taking time to get insulation out of the engine bay.My wife drove home 1.5 hrs with this all over the engine bay. I will never use Hennessy again. This is not a true Porsche “experience” that everyone raves about. Keep away from Hennessy
We were very pleased with our salesman, Robert Brannan. Beyond his knowledge of the vehicle, he really made buying a car a fun experience.The dealership did not start off with a low-ball trade in price and the new vehicle was priced fairly. This is very unusual and refreshing! The finance manager was also very upbeat and entertaining. I will recommend Robert and the dealership for sure.

Both Gene and Scott do an amazing job of helping you design and build the car perfectly to how you want it, and explain the whole process in detail and keep you informed the whole way of designing, building, ordering, and purchasing the car. Scott is always available to answer questions and will take time to explain anything about the car or a question about a feature, no matter how minute it may be. Chris in finance has worked with me on both cars and has always worked tirelessly to get the best prices and rates, and knows and understands the importance of it just given the overall costs and investments that are involved. Both Scott and Chris have always been friendly and available to answer any and all questions, and they give genuine honest assessments of what is needed and what is probably not necessary and essential given a customer’s unique needs and uses for their cars. They never try to sell any unnecessary dealership add-ons or options, and even will explain what is critical to purchase and give reasons for their recommendations, whether it is premium equipment for the car or tire and wheel protection for the car, etc. The whole staff at Hennessy Porsche is always welcoming and my parents and brother enjoyed our visit to their dealership on both occasions, and they treat you like family when you are there. Scott and Chris even have so much knowledge about just any car and vehicle on their lot and showroom, and can give you comparisons about different 911 models right on the spot if needed. Both times I have purchased my cars, the staff at Hennessy Porsche have always followed up with me to make sure that I did not have any questions, and they wanted to make sure that I was enjoying my car to the fullest. You have already decided that you want a Porsche, and now you are trying to decide which dealership in Atlanta you should choose. That is the only reason to be reading these reviews.I have purchased from Perimeter and Hennessy, and believe me when I tell you that you want to purchase from Hennessy. My experience here was great from research to delivery, and everyone involved went above and beyond to make the process smooth and transparent.I think the biggest difference between the two dealerships you’re considering is how you will be treated. I won’t turn this review into a screed against Perimeter, but the difference is night and day between the two. Do yourself a favor and go to Hennessy. If you are buying a Porsche you are excited and you love the car, don’t let a bad dealership experience detract from the excitement and experience.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Porsche Macan last Saturday (Mar-12) and the experience was EXCEPTIONAL. In addition to being very knowledgeable on vehicle, our salesman Grant was nice, professional and did not pressure us into decisions. Our next interaction was with Greg, the Sales Manager. His approach friendly, low-key and professional further enhanced what was a great customer experience. He also demonstrated exceptional attention to detail by sending us a personalized video via email thanking us for our purchase and ensuring we felt comfortable leveraging the team at Hennessy for any additional learning or other assistance we needed with our Macan. Our experience concluded in the Finance Department with John. I know the finance area is one that many people dread about the car buying/leasing experience. Well simply put, John too was exceptional. He is extremely likeable, knowledgeable and takes an informative approach on products to consider adding to protect your investment versus trying to sell you everything he has to offer. My view is he also trusts his ability to inform you and allows that to guide your decision making versus making you feel pressured which is far too common when buying a vehicle. I want to start this review by saying I have worked so incredibly hard to afford myself the luxury of buying a Porsche along with the experience of such a purchase and this was my first experience.I bought the car over the phone from Charlotte, NC. I took my last remaining time off work and flew in to pick up the car. We agreed on many details and I showed up ready to make a deal, that was too much to ask for. While asking questions I would get responses like “it’s chill man we’ve got it all figured out” when in fact they did not. During the process there was a huge lack of transparency. For example they were trying to register the car in a state where I don’t live so they would have less work than doing it properly or if they had just done it right the first time, if I hadn’t been paying attention they would have, and with double the sales tax.I flew to Atlanta to pick up the car on November 1st. After getting in around 9 AM, I bought myself a ride to the dealership, I suppose a complementary ride should not be expected. After two hours of waiting I was informed my paperwork was not ready and that the mail would not arrive until the next day, they asked if I could stay. Baffled by the lack of ability among the salesman and finance manager I purchased a flight home that day.November 13th, I flew back to Atlanta and bought myself another ride to the dealership. Then began the endurance test of a condescending finance manager, having me sign incorrect paperwork “don’t worry, they’ll fix that later”, “If you buy the rim protection maybe I can shop around for a better rate”, like a used car salesman’s parrot. I felt like I was being lied to and didn’t trust a word anyone at Porsche Hennessy said.I’m still waiting for a call saying how they messed up A, B, or C, and I’m due some excess burden of time and finances. Still blown away at the lack of customer service provided. Still, finding issues that should have been addressed as a CPO like Door panels, hood hydraulics, and too many detail aspects to list, with the product quality prior to purchase.Luckily for the competence deficient team at Hennessy, a Porsche is a Porsche. Heed my warning and steer clear of Hennessy Porsche. The best part of my experience was leaving the lot. I expect higher levels of professionalism are displayed on dirt lot sales floors.The dealership agreed to buy my flight home and issued me a “we-owe” to repay me by check in “2-3 weeks”. Over 10 weeks have now passed and after checking the mail everyday I called the salesman, it turns out the finance manager “didn’t do his job” and a check was never sent after I asked 3 times and was assured one had been. I feel like an idiot. Update, I did eventually receive the check. Hennessy provided such a poor experience and somehow still delivers on abysmal customer service. I will never be back.
What should you want from a dealer? Answer questions about a potential purchase, and then efficiently handle the transaction so it is fun and simple. Seems easy. Lots of dealers get it wrong. Hennessy proved to me why they are a top dealer - easy fun experience (and, the car is great also).
Ever since I had a poster of a 911 on my wall as a kid, I’ve always wanted to own a Porsche. After deciding exactly what I wanted I patiently waited years before I finally found what I wanted. However, in order to get it, I was going to have to buy the car over the internet, sight unseen. Needless to say this was a very nervous thing to do. Richard Jennings at Hennessy Porsche made it a breeze. He sent plenty of pictures and kept me informed of everything that was going on. He even helped set up shipping for the 911 and for my trade in. Working with Richard and John Sargent for financing was a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend Richard and John, as well as the entire team at Hennessy Porsche.

Avoid Hennessy Porsche. Whats your worst nightmare related to a large dealership? Excessive costs, poor service and unreliable maintenance. You get all this and more at Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta. You walk in and the dealership seems really nice, almost museum like, but thats where the good stuff ends - the owner and management have their priorities upside down - they have built a beautiful facade but its just that as under the hood, the experience is terrible. They leave your car outside and pull it up wet and/or dirty. This happened to me twice on two recent visits and on the second visit, an empty coffee cup was left inside courtesy of the test driver. Drinking coffee in a customers car - really?! The dealership was also unable to resolve my car issue. I had to return again for the same problem. They guaranteed that it was fixed the second time but two miles from the dealership and the issue re-occurred. I am done with this dealership. Go to Atlanta Perimeter instead.
The BEST experience I’ve ever had with a service department! I was in Atlanta for a work trip and my purse somehow got locked in the trunk of my bosses car and we couldn’t get it open. I needed to catch my flight early the next morning and the team stayed late and came in early to make it happen. I’m so thankful for Dan, Paul and everyone else who saved my sanity. They are all so kind, professional and excellent at what they do. Thank you again for an exceptional experience!
Garland was relentless in letting me know when a vehicle similar to what we were looking to purchase is or was soon to be available. Garland is extremely knowledgeable in regard to most brands and was very helpful in finding us a vehicle. He communicates well and touched base with me continually during the process. Best place to buy a CAR! Notice I didn’t say buy a PORSCHE! This is the ONLY dealer (and I have dealt with many including Mercedes, BMW, Bentley etc) that really rewards loyalty. 15 years of buying Mercedes and they still want to charge over MSRP for a current purchase (even a special order). This is my 5th Porsche since 2020 from Hennessy! Shaun Freeman is absolutely awesome as a salesman - very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Was in line for a Taycan, but decided to go e-hybrid instead. Reached out to Tito to see if they had anything coming in and he said they had a Cayenne that was still available. Was a great experience purchasing the vehicle and Tito kept us updated on shipment and progress! Was easy to work with and not a lot of fuss/hassle that I have experienced in the past. E in financing was great as well and not overly pushy with tacking on extras as many finance guys are. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Porsche!

This dealership beware!!! First off no one calls you back I left messages with Charlie regarding our car concerning a air bag light. The car was sent there through a body shop to diagnose the air bag light. They claimed it was going to have to have a wiring harness at the cost of $1,400 to repair?When I called to inquire as to what happened no one calls you back!!!!Think before you go to this dealership as it’s horrible!Update Charlie called and talked with me about our air bag light issue and he is taking care of the problem.Thank you Charlie for reaching out to us and clearing up these issues with our car!

Horrible Service advisor! You gotta have 911 gts or taycan, so they can pay attention to you. Cayenne is not as fancy as the others so they don’t start conversation with you. I’ve seen my advisor hanging with another customer for extensive period of time talking about cars even though he said he would get my car out the service for pickup. He had really hot conversation with the guy who owned the 911 gts modified with bunch of shiny body parts. Even though I was waiting in front of his face, he did not even make an eye contact, passed by me twice without looking. Another service rep who I talked to reminded him that I was waiting for him and he grabbed papers and explained the service I got that day. Before this happened he forgot to schedule my Uber pickup within the timeframe I provided to him. I had to call and text the dealership to get the attention. Next day, The management sent me a text asking for feedback. I called and talked to the lady about my experience and all she said was to defend every single thing I said to her. No apologies, no emphaty. I miss Paul Miller Porsche so much in New Jersey. Honestly, I also had very pleasant experience with David Beamer in the past but he is no longer with them.

I had a long ---- wait but WOW it was worth it! The ride is fantastic and I thought I already had that in my 2015. Evidently I can be wrong. Smoother, handles like a dream.The patrolmen were like fleas so I cant say much about that end but its there, no doubt!! You can feel it. Beauty on wheels!!
I purchased a Cayenne S remotely from Hennessy and the experience was excellent. This was my first remote purchase and Gene McClure worked with me throughout the entire process and was just great at answering all my questions, doing the video walk around and sending additional pictures/information as requested. The car was delivered to NY in just a few days and the transport company Hennessey used was also great. The driver sent text updates throughout his trip with pictures and was delivered as promised to my front door. The finance and registration team were also very responsive, professional and fantastic to work with. The car was a great deal and am thoroughly enjoying it. I purchased a 2020 Cayenne Turbo from Hennessy Porsche and couldn’t be happier. I originally ordered a Cayenne S Coupe that was delayed until May of 2020. This was going to be a delay of almost one year from order to delivery. When I expressed my concerns to my sales professional Gene, he offered me an alternate at a great deal. The Turbo was in stock and had every option I could want. The entire experience from Gene, my sales professional, to Sara my finance manager, was outstanding. I highly recommend this dealership and especially my sales professional Gene.

So I was at this dealership. Very empathetic lady at the reception. The certified sales guy named bruce was very offensive. He called my suite of car choices boring and when we asked to look at the key fob, he told us that its very expensive worth 500 bucks. I would have considered adding porche to my suite but with these kind of sales guys and their cheap mentality, I am gonna pass this and opt for other options. Porche you lost a customer because of lack of empathy, rudeness and egoistic sales people like Bruce.

I have been a Porsche Panamera owner prior. When it was time to replace my Panamera, I searched searched and searched. I found this Panamera the day it was turned in. This was a fantastic experience----again. This is the second Porsche we have purchased from Tyler in the last two years. We purchased a Cayenne first and now a Panamera GTS. Customer service for service department is awful. Dont schedule online if you have questions because advisors wont contact you or return calls. example#1 (May 2020 - Bryce): scheduled service online with questions but no answers, showed up for my appt and was told that they could not work on my car (its an hour drive to their dealership). Example #2: (Thought Id give Hennessy another try) scheduled recall service online but needed to know how long it would take. Left messages with advisor (Dan) but no return calls. After several calls, finally called and asked for any service person and found out that recall parts are not in stock. At least I avoided the trip this time. Just wish there was another Porsche dealership in north GeorgiaUpdate 8/2/22: tried to schedule my recall again. No service advisor available and (a week later) they never called back. Going to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter - At least I can get a service advisor on the phone.
First let me say, buying a car long distance isnt easy, however I was lucky enough to get Gene McClure as my sales representative. I live in New York and finding the exact car you want in Roswell, GA makes this difficult. Gene described the car perfectly and sent me many pictures that I bought the car sight unseen. When I flew down to this beautiful dealership the car was perfectly as he described it to me. Being an ex-Porsche technician makes him very knowledgeable in every aspect of the car, and he spent a great amount of time doing so with my son and I. In addition to Gene, we met Jamey Holt the Finance Manger who made the whole process of purchasing and financing very easy with no pressure. Abraham Caracheo was my Brand Ambassador at Hennessy Porsche. I ordered a new 718 from him the first few days of its release in August 2016. My experience was perfect in every way. Abraham was incredibly knowledgeable and made my purchase easy. Abraham kept me informed during the entire process. Mark Venti his manager was also extremely helpful and fair. I worked with Michael Caldwell when I picked up the car last October. This was also a perfect experience. Because of this I upgraded my old Cayenne S to a Macan Turbo. Again I had the same terrific experience. I am a long time Porsche enthusiast. I also own a 1992 968 6 speed and 1990 928 GT 5 speed. Simply put there is no substitute for Abraham Caracheo, Hennessy Porsche or my four phenomenal vehicles.

Scheduling my very first service with them after purchasing a used Porsche from another dealership was meh. Not bad necessarily, but somewhat indifferent. I was ready to go ahead with ther service anyway until I spoke with another Porsche owner who praised a different dealership. I contacted them, and was very impressed with how proactive and informative they were. So I canceled my appt and rescheduled with the different dealership. I have to wait a bit longer, but now Im supremely confident that I will receive first class service. First impressions still count.Sadly, you can see from the response that the dealer didnt even read the review or they would have noted that I didnt actually take my vehicle to them for a service. Also, if they were truly interested they could find my contact information in their system and reach out to me. They may, in fact, be excellent, but my first impression pointed me towards a different dealer.
I have to say that my experience dealing with Sam was quite painless. I knew exactly what I wanted and bought it. Sam went out of his way to take care of a problem with the vehicle and brought it to me the next day.He was extremely polite and courteous. Hennessy Porsche is very lucky to have such an employee.

Our recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle was our first transaction with Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta. We have made well over 20 automobile purchases over the years. This was, hands down, the most pleasant buying experience and the most pleasant team we have ever worked with. We have owned several other luxury brands. Its not even close. Heres the wild part--we didnt even purchase a Porsche. We picked up another brand that had been traded in. That didnt seem to matter. We received a level of attentiveness and service that sent the message that we were appreciated. And Greg Jordan...what can I say about this gentleman? An absolute joy to meet and work with. He took the extra time to look out for us. Ill put it this way--and I mean this--Porsche had not been a serious consideration for us until this point. That might have changed a bit. If we ever make that move, it will be because one person took the time to help us make an extremely important purchase late one Thursday afternoon. No matter where we are in the country, if a Porsche ends up in our garage, that sale will go to Greg Jordan at Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta.
3 words…. BAIT AND SWITCH!! If I could give zero stars, I would! Do not waste your time. I saw a 2016 Porsche 911 Carerra 2 door coupe black edition listed for $69,5000. I have been looking for this exact car and had every intention of purchasing it. I made an appointment with the dealership to see and drive it. I took time away from my business to go to my bank to procure the funds, drive to Roswell, take it for a test drive and planned to bring the car home.I drove the car and knew it was exactly what I was looking for. We sat down to agree to terms of purchase and was told the price is $78,950 non negotiable. I showed them the picture of it listed the day before for $69,500. I was informed that was a mistake, there was no way they could sell it for that????? Funny thing about the whole situation is I can afford a 2022 Porsche 911, but am so turned off by the deceitful sales practice I will never do business with them.The manager was too busy filming a Christmas video to take time to talk to me. That was the end of it. Total waste of time.
We purchased our Panamera in Destin, FL. In less than a month we started having issues with it, so we brought it to Hennessy. Issue was with the battery and we were told by Destin - Gregg Orr that it is covered by the warranty, since this is a certified vehicle. Long story short, they lied and offered to split the cost with us and I advised no since we owed the car less than a month. Hennessy stepped up and changed our battery and delivered the car back to us. Dave and Steve were great at communicating and even found a tracker on our car which was removed. 10 stars if I could! Thank you guys!

I live out of state & Ive been searching online for a 991 CPO GT3 thats in overall good condition for a fair price. My search led me to connect w/ Scott Hamilton @ Hennessy Porsche. Scott had a GT3 that appeared to be what I was looking for, He accurately described the condition of the car so I knew exactly what I was getting & he also offered me a fair price for my trade in. After we agreed on a deal the shipping of both cars was handled professionally & quickly. My new GT3 was delivered to me nicely detailed & full of gas. I buy a lot of cars & its very rare for me not to go & inspect one 1st. But I had faith in Scott & Hennessey Porsche that they would treat me fairly & they did. I recently had to take my car in for repairs. Between the frustrations of the events that caused my need for repairs, delays caused by supply chain issues, and a less than stellar initial service experience I was about to swear off the Porsche brand all together. It was at that point that Mitch Standfield took over my service account and provided such amazing service that even in the face of another surprise repair bill I am actually, in a strange way, looking forward to my next visit to Hennessy Porsches service bay. Mitch really lived up to and surpassed the level of service that one would expect from a prestigious brand such as Porsche. I cannot recommend enough asking for Mitch by name when you need to service your car. You will not regret it.

After a painstaking month of homework [thanks to COVID lockdown!], I decided to purchase a 2020 Porsche Macan S. Shopped inventory online, called and spoke with agents at Hennessy Porsche, and Jim Ellis Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Shaun Freemon was my dealer at Hennessy. Shaun was a pleasure to speak with, and invited me to see/test drive one of only two Pre Owner Certified Macan Ss available. I made an appointment to see Shaun at Hennessy at 10a.m., Saturday, August 15, 2020; I had a later appointment at 3p.m. at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Shaun appeared excited and eager to brief me on the Macan S product and the Pre Owned Certified warranties. He is personable, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the start. After a bit of back-and-forth, I was happy enough to trade in my 13 year old Lexus IS 350 for the sole POC Macan S at their dealership. Next, I dealt with Jamey Holt in Porsche Financial Services. Jamey is such a pleasure to deal with: super efficient and patiently walked me through all the financing details. Dealing with Shaun and Jamey was such an amazing experience, that I ended up purchasing my first Porsche within 3 hours of walking in at Hennessy Porsche. [I did remember to call and cancel my 3p.m. appointment at Jim Ellis Porsche Atlanta Perimeter!], I highly recommend speaking with Shaun if you are deciding to purchase anything Porsche. Im a car guy, and through the years Ive certainly had my share of bad experiences with sales agents and the dealerships they represent. From day one Abraham and all the staff at Hennessey treated me respectful and professional like I was now part of their family. I never once felt I was being misguided or taken advantage of in a predatory way that you sometimes you get with auto sales and their sales techniques. My original impression a year ago was great for this dealership. The post sales and service experience has made me decide I no longer want a Porsche. I love the driving experience of my Panamera but dread the need to go into the dealership. This is a deal breaker for me. Also, the popping of the tires in cold weather is horrible and startling. Ive been told the caster settings on the Porsches cause the popping but my last Panamera didnt do this... Nonetheless, Im turning in my Porsche keys for good.
The new service manager Steve Richardson is terrible. I brought my 2012 Porsche Cayenne in for service because of a check engine light and told them that another shop checked it and said it’s due to my catalyst converters. After service technician from Porsche did he’s evaluation Steve called me back and assured me it was not the catalyst converters and that it was something else which will cost around $3000 to repair. I asked Steve if he is absolutely sure it’s not due to the catalyst and he confirmed it was not. Them being a Porsche dealer I took he’s word for it and agreed to the repairs he recommended thinking they should have better technicians and testing equipment then the previous shop(I was very wrong). About 3 days after picking up my car from Porsche the check engine light was back and on top of that this time I started smelling a bad burning oil oder in the car too. Tried calling Steve right away but could never catch him(they would always have an excuse and transfer me to he’s voicemail which he never returned). Finally I called and asked for another service adviser (Charlie) who answered right away and tried to help. My wife dropped of the car for them to inspect it again and guess what they found the reason for the check engine light: “the catalyst converters” which I told them from the beginning caused the light..... By the way Charlie didn’t realize that the vehicle was worked on by them a few weeks earlier...and as soon as Steve found out that my car is back at the dealer and the diagnostic this time was what caused the problem in the first place, he immediately took over again (which I thought was very strange and suspicious). When I asked Steve what Porsche is going to do about miss diagnosing the problem the first time and charging me $3000 for something that did not fix the problem he said it’s a different problem and to fix it would cost me another $7700 🤯 and $1500 for the valve gasket to repair the oil smell that they caused. Long story short Steve Richardson along with Mark Ventei(general manager) did not even try to correct their mistake and left me with a broken car, check engine light, oil smell that I didn’t have before and a $3000 bill that was not necessary in the first place. The service department is awful and their technicians don’t know what they are doing if they couldn’t discover the correct problem the first time even after I told them the problem. After this incident I don’t think I would consider buying another Porsche for a long time and definitely not from this place because their service department is terrible!!! If you want peace of mind and a smooth service experience I would take my Porsche to a different dealer then Hennessy Porsche of North Atlanta👎🏼
I only have amazing things to say about this place and the experience was made special by Mike McPherson who helped me from the time I was configuring my car until the delivery of my car, and he continues to follow up with me to make sure I do not have any questions about the new car. In a time where sales associate are pushy and want to sell you everything, it was refreshing to deal with Mike who is the most honest person I have dealt with in the car sales industry. At times, he advised me to not go for some options which didn’t make sense for me to get which saved me hundreds of dollars (if not thousands).John Sargent was another person who was just splendid to work with in the finance department and helped me get great rates for my auto loan and made the experience so much simpler and stress less.If you’re looking to get a Porsche, without a second thought, go for Hennessey Porsche and ask for Mike (and John when you’re dealing with finances).
My wife and I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Cayenne from Hennessy Porsche last night. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.We worked with Richard Jennings, and in all the years I have been buying cars, he is the best with which I have worked. Richard asks the right questions and is open and upfront. He kept in touch while we shopped around, but he never made it feel like we were under pressure to do something. Buying a Porsche is not really an inexpensive proposition, so regardless of your financial means it is nice to have your time and research respected.Once we had completed all the paperwork Richard spent almost an hour walking us through the features of the vehicle. My wife and I are both very Tech savvy, and yet this effort was truly necessary and appreciated. Richard customized the cars electronics and helped setup our smart phones to work with the car. We know the Richard had already invested a lot of time on this transaction and he could have asked us to come back another day, as he had been there quite a while with us. He never made us feel rushed, or that anything was more important than our experience.The other pieces of the transaction were effortless and almost invisible. We interacted with Drew Borges, one of the managers, and he was exceptional. You can tell excellent leadership when managers let their team take care of things and dont get in the weeds. Drew was simply there just in case, which allowed our time with Richard to truly stand out.I know this is a long review, but Richard and Hennessy deserve a full thank you, Throw away all the stereotypes about salesmen and pressure. If you are in the market for a Porsche, stop at Hennessy and ask for Richard.

I found a vehicle that I really wanted via search on Porsche USA website. This led me to Hennessy and I clicked on the vehicle to get more info. In no time flat, Gene McLure reached out to me with more info to the car which helped me learn more, even on a Sunday! Gene provided his cell phone so we could discuss first thing Monday. I took him up on it and I could tell within 30-seconds this was the kind of guy I wanted to deal with, let alone 5 states away and with my trade that had a story. Over the next 5 days, I could tell he was working for me to make the deal happen. Needless to say, I was able to buy the car of my dreams and minimize the loss I incurred on a nearly new Porsche Carrera GTS. Gene is a genuine and stand up guy. He even came in on his one day off to deliver the car after I drove 10-hours to get there. On delivery day, he made it very special and memorial for both my wife and I. This was the best long distance vehicle trade/purchase I have ever done and cannot imagine how it could go any smoother.

I started communicating with her on a Thursday about a car I really wanted and by Saturday of that same week I was driving it home. If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. My experience here was unlike any other car buying Ive ever had. Shaun is the man and he deserves a big raise. I flew in from Houston, TX to pick up my Porsche and drove back almost 700 Miles in a single tank of Diesel. I have purchased two cars from this dealership and the buying experience was fine. They have quite a lot of selection. However I have had issues every time I went to a service appointment. They did unauthorized work, charged extra without asking, and took all day for an oil change while having me wait in the lobby. I assumed they were just sexist and sent my husband for my next service but he received the same treatment. If I ever buy a Porsche again I will go to Chattanooga or Perimeter
About a year ago, I was about to give up being a Porsche owner. I love my Cayenne but the services I received from another dealership in town around perimeter was extremely poor. I was very disappointed because I was always treated excellent from Porsche dealerships in West Palm Beach, Naples, and Fort Myers Florida. Since there are only 2 Porsche dealerships in GA, I decided to try Hennessy. Im glad I did. Everyone at Hennessy especially Bryce Crawford and the Service Manager made me love being Porsche owner again. Bryce is an amazing service advisor. He is knowledgeable and sincerely care about his customers! You can tell that he loves and enjoys his job. Working with advisor like him makes a big differences. Other advisors are very nice as well. They always greet me and help out while Bryce is still working with other customers. I strongly recommend Porsche owners to try the service here! I dont have comment about selling department at this point. But Im sure I will write/update a review once I get my new one.
I ordered a 2021 718 Cayman in mid October working with Scott and just took the delivery of it. As expected through previous Porsche purchase experiences, this time was better than before. Scott and his team was on the case from the build, ordering, tracking and delivery cycle. I was always in the communications and got a bit of thank you discount as this was the third purchase from the Hennessy. Paperwork was simple and straightforward, no drama for upselling unnecessary products. In and out less then an hour. Most of the waiting was for paper organization and thorough explanations.There are two Porsche dealerships which is roughly same distance from my home. There is one and important reason for working with Scott - proactive and thoughtful communications. Spoke with Gene and I may come back next year when we need to replace the Lexus.

From our initial meeting he was patient, polite and demonstrated excellent knowledge on the vehicle and it’s features.He made the ordering process simple and straightforward and he kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Communication is key as well as promptness in responding and he did a great job in both areas.What separates good reps and great reps is the post sale customer service. And so far he’s met my expectations.If you’re planning on buying a Porsche give Hennessy a look and ask for Grant if you want somebody who’s honest and attentive to your needs.

2022-03-29I had such a wonderful experience with Hennessy Porsche as a purchaser from out of state. Pickings are slim these days for Panameras, but working with Greg Jordan I got the car of my dreams. I was hesitant to buy a car I had not personally seen or driven, but I trusted Greg and he was very patient with me throughout the process. Hennessy’s in-house “banker” John Sargent was also extremely helpful and courteous and the car was delivered with exceptional care within a week. I can’t thank the team at Hennessy enough for making a major transaction so easy and comfortable. If you’re considering buying a Porsche from out of state, please don’t hesitate to buy from Hennessy. Their reputation and execution are the best in the country.

2022-04-29My experience at Hennessy Porsche was exceptionally well! Heather is such a great communicator and kept me updated on everything concerning my purchase. John with finance was great as well with a great sense of humor. I’m so glad I purchased my 2022 Porsche Macan from Hennessy. My car rides so smooth and handles the road well. Because of my experience with Porsche, I don’t think I will ever go back to Chevrolet, Nissan, or Ford. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.
