I had a emergency with my rental which I noticed the next day I reached out to them multiple times I work a lot so timing to get to see them in person never work because they Close too early at 4pm and they never answer their phones which is very unprofessional and when I picked up the vehicle it wasn’t clean I had no choice to accept because they had no vehicles and my Insurance company already paid for The vehicle to use but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent at this particular location and to be honest me personally I would never rent from hertz ever again. As a person of color I also feel very disrespected because you go to Hertz rentals in suburban areas you get treated way better they answer their phones their very professional with decency and give you cleaner and nicer cars with different choices of vehicles to Choose versus Southside areas they don’t treat their clients seriously especially if your a person of color and they give you what they wanna give you which isn’t right and reading these Google reviews everybody’s pretty much saying the same thing of how unprofessional they are so beware.
This was the worst car rental experience. The people are very unprofessional, and have have no customer service skills whatsoever. Made a same day reservation, but according to the sales rep, that doesnt guarantee you a rental (though you get an email confirming the rental). Then was told all they had were SUVs and that was an extra $30 a day. The final straw was being told they charge the whole rental amount plus a deposit, and you cant use a Visa debit card. They need to retrain their people or hire a new staff, because their current employees are garbage.
Hertz did an amazing job at helping me solve my problem when they had a major problem of their own!!!! I was scheduled and booked to rent a cargo van from their Macon, GA Location on a Monday. Well over the weekend they had a little flood from their next door neighbors sprinkler system which just about knocked out the whole strip center. When I showed up Monday morning to get my rental, needless to say that wasnt an option because of safety. I emailed the Area GM (JEREMY MCKELLER) and to my surprise he was on it - working out the best way to get me a vehicle within 15 minutes of my message. I did have to drive to Morrow about an hour drive to get the rental, but I have to understand the circumstances. If I would have had my Hertz Gold Membership active, then they could have brought the vehicle to me, but since it was my first Gold Membership rental, they had to process the rental in an office. That seems a bit outdated in todays technological times. That would be my only complaint, but I understood and know it was nothing that could be fixed that second. So big thanks to Jeremy Mckeller, Christopher Winslow, and Tiffany (sorry Tiffany I didnt get your last name) for making my experience one to remember and I know that I can count on Hertz to get me where I need to be. Next time you can bring me the rental!!! =).
Brandon Haden And VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. He lied over the phone. I told him my monthly gross was 3900 and i had proof and he turned me around after all this time . I went to enterprise and bought one and love it. I Have good credit and income he just wanted to be rude because he is so lazy and disrespectful . I loved the salesman nut THE MANAGERS RUIN THEIR DEALS WITH RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!!!!!! DONT GO !!
Spoke with a gentleman named Chris who took my reservation.. very informative and polite. Cost friendly rental company in my opinion. When I came to pick up my rental I was politely greeted and taken care of with prompt attentiveness. Waited maybe 20 -25 mins as he and the other gentleman took care of the customers ahead of me. It was a seamless experience and I will definitely be using this location again for my rental needs.
So first I would Say, the only reason I rented through hertz because of the insurance company. Now I would say it was easy to pick up my rental, now I would Say the 3rd day I’ve had their rental the breaks started scrubbing really bad , I called the rental place multiple times including their customer service line and at this point . I’m not a satisfied customer. This shows poor customer service and that they do not care for their customers concerns. I had To drive all the way to the location to even advise them of their car issues with the rental that was provided. It also was dirty when I picked It up. I’m not satisfied with this company at all. If this is how you treat customers, when it comes to their customer service part just close the company already.
There was a mishap with my card as I got a new card after I placed my reservation. Hertz can’t even switch cards even if it was for the same card. So I had to cancel my reservation. I tried to get the car I already reserved on the spot in person, but the lady told me they can’t do same day. Just reservations. I’m never going through Hertz again. Especially this location had a long line at 8:30 am and barely had 2 people working at the desk.
Overall a seamless experience. Each staff member was polite and greeted me with respect. Thats the reason for the 5 stars. These folks are working hard in a busy, busy, busy location. Its hard to find overworked staff keeping their smiles but they did on the day I was there.Id remove 1/2 a star if possible because it wasnt super easy to find.
This is the worst car rental location in Atlanta. You call and explain that you need a specific vehicle no substitutions, then you get to the location and they want to substitute a different vehicle. This is after they tell you they will pick you up at 8:00am and dont show up til 9:30.
Reserved a car to pick up next day at Hertz location in Morrow, GA at 10:30 am only to be told no cars. No one from Hertz contacted us to advise before we drove over there for nothing. Gave excuse that the main reservation lines system not in sync with each locations inventory. Well that is ridiculous. Poor customer service poor technology if they cant figure out how to have systems on same page.
Reserved a SUV arrived at pick up they said didn’t have one and they had a KIA small car for us SMH! Didn’t call or nothing which really had me going they simply said take this car or nothing. The staff on-site didn’t try to help us he said maybe try the airport. I’m a Gold Member Also.
Unprofessional and terrible service provided by Hertz. Picked up my car last week that was full of trash left by the previous customer. Empty bottles, food wrappers, etc. The stench was unbearable. No one bothered to even look into the car to even pretend to clean up the vehicle, let alone vacuum. Informed corporate and the rental facility and am still waiting for a response. Disgraceful...
I flew in from CA to visit family and waited 2hr from my vehicle. I made a reservation 1week before arriving. The customer service was horrible. They lady at the counter told me and my cousin are cards both declined for the holding deposit after telling another customer the chip insert had a malfunction so we had to get back in line to finish the process and re slide are cards. We were both tired from are flight. I didnt get the car I requested and was given a small suv and was told it was an upgrade lol. After returning the car the day I left it was 540am I received voicemails calls stating I didnt return the vehicle because they still didnt close out my account. 4 different transactions were taken out my account. I tried calling over and over and kept getting voicemails. After awhile someone finally picked up and kept me on hold for 30mins to explain she didnt know why the charges were being taken. My family had to drive to the location because Im back in CA to see what was going on. Now my account is closed and now they are finally refunding all the transactions taken. Smh NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! Oh and the manager blamed me for my rudeness after stealing my money and making me wait 2 hours for a car I didnt ask for. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Please dont rent a car from hereI wouldnt be surprised if they go out of business soon.
One their employees Mike needs to be fired . He is doing under the table business in exchange for a cheaper deal on a rental . He would have you cashapp send a certain amount of money $60-$80 . I know I am not the only one he is doing this to. He took advantage of a single mother, to get some extra money because he isnt getting paid enough, i dont know but this is bad business and I want my money back.
I will never use this location ever again. They tell you to call an hour prior to coming in so that they can get the car ready...hard to call when no one picks up the phone. Had to contact insurance agency to have them get in touch with them. Lady that I was speaking to was rude. When I got done at the body shop (mind you, this is across the street), they called Hertz and were told that they would send someone to get me when someone was available. I waited for an hour. They never showed up. So I called insurance again and they cancelled Hertz and set me up with Enterprise. Enterprise showed up within 5 minutes and they were very polite, efficient and customer oriented. Was done within 20 minutes. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a rental not to use Hertz...go with Enterprise down the street instead. They care about their customers.
You get great service at the location, but to get in touch with them over the phone is impossible. I called the location for 2 days and only once did they pick up the phone. They told me they would call me right back, but they didnt!I made a reservation online, hoping that they will be able to fulfill it. The next day I drove over and they had the vehicle for me! The person behind the desk was most kind and really helped me.It is a small location and is in the Landmark dealership. They dont have a printer, but I was able to use the one at the dealership. I dont understand why they dont pick up the phone.I would go back and rent from here and just make sure to book a few days in advance.
Reserved a car and paid the full amount up front. Once I came in to pick up the car they gave my car away...I booked the car from a third party app but was charged by hertz. Once I asked about my refund I had to personally reach out to customer service to get my money.Look elsewhere like enterprise.
I usually don’t leave ratings for businesses but this was a must. Do not rent from this location! please find somewhere else. The customer service was terrible and they NEVER answer the phone. I waited 2 unnecessary hours to get my car because the young woman working the desk “forgot about Me” because she was too busy behind the desk playing on social media. They never know what they’re talking about so it messes you up in the long run when you return the rental, and they can be a bit rude. I had a beyond horrible experience with this location please avoid this one if you can.
This location is a complete joke and so is the staff. I prepaid for a rental almost a month in advance, I drove to this location from McDonough, GA to pick up the car today only to get there and all cars be sold out. The sales person as well as the manager were of no help whatsoever. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office as well as better business bureau. I took time off from work to be inconvenienced by these people and I will NEVER use this company again for rental car services.
The worst customer service of any Hertz location and I rented from many global locations . I had a reservation at 9am, but got to the counter at 8:50am. I signed in and was shown the type of vehicle I was receiving. After that, I wasn’t acknowledged nor given information on the hold up. I finally received the vehicle after 10am. I’m usually in and out within 15 min. And I’m a Gold member so I shouldn’t have to go to the counter at all. Spend the extra money and save yourself the hassle by renting from the airport.
I arrived and the car I booked and wanted was not available. The Hertz agent named Destiny was very helpful. I waited and she was able to get me in a nice car. Destiny explained all the details and was very pleasant. I kept the rental an extra week and when I called with questions, the agent Tommy was polite and helpful as well. I was pleased with great customer service from Destiny and Tommy. Thank you!
Im about to file a formal complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, in a few minutes,this place over charged me and wont give me my money since MEMORIAL DAY,Ive called went back to the store talked to MANAGER NAME CHRIS,took a picture of the screen and still no money.I dont have time for this.every week being told in another week.Discussed Customer !
When I picked up my rental, I was advised to drop my rental back at Hertz and not the body shop so I won’t get charged for rental. I took the rental back to Hertz BEFORE I picked up my vehicle from the shop so I can get dropped back off at the shop. As usual they had no drivers! So I was told by the people at Hertz to take the car to the shop and that’s what I did on 5/29. I even tried to call Hertz back to say hey the car is there right after I dropped it off. I have been getting charged everyday since the contracted date of 6/6 and I have called the location several times and I NEVER get an answer! I have talked to Hertz customer service twice and they said they have sent emails to the branch but I’M STILL GETTING CHARGED and I have not heard from anyone regarding this situation!!! I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was actually nice but the process is NOT efficient at all!
Spent nearly 3 hours picking between all the cars, eventually my parents let me get the car I wanted and none of it would have been possible if it was not for the awesome crew working here, special shoutouts to Kerri Ann Hamilton for being such a great car salesman and thanks for letting me find the car I wanted (much easier for me then my parents because I wasn’t the one paying for it) but seriously a great experience.
I placed a reservation for a car at midnight and got there for them to tell me, they didn’t have any cars. I need to make a new one for today and wait 24hours for them to have one ready.. I have a job to go to and the inconvenience is very troubling. I ask to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. I ask for a number and all the sudden he was the assistant manager.. please put something on your website that it needs a whole 24hours in my case it was 12hours! Worst customer service ever!! DO BETTER!!
Reserved a car online this morning and received a reservation confirmation. My car died on me last night and I had a funeral service to attend today . I pay $20 for Uber to take me to hertz , I stand in line for 40 mins and was not even greeted when approaching the counter , no apology for the wait , no greeting , nothing ! I tell the woman I have a reservation and she says no we don’t have any cars , were over booked .She could have cared less like oh well not my problem. Ummmm ok so I just took an Uber here , there’s no cars now I’m stuck ? Had to pay Uber again to get home and will now miss my family members funeral service for wasting my time all morning with Hertz . Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Hertz needs to not allow themselves to be overbooked !!!! Take your business elsewhere !
Wow! Called to check on the charges for my rental. A young lady answered the phone and put me on hold until the office closed. I see why their reviews are so horrible. Training our young people in customer service etiquette will probably take care of some of thier bad reviews. I gave them 3 stars because the young man that helped me out at the beginning of my rental was very professional. Unfortunately i cannot say the same for the person I needed help from on the phone with closing out my rental. Im just saying....
Reserved a full size car for Thursday 9 a.m. We arrived a bit early but staff was efficient and we drove out at 9 a.m. sharp. Returned car on Saturday at 9 a.m. Staff was again efficient and friendly. We almost didnt rent from this location because of previous reviews, but we were glad we did. We had rented here years before and had a good experience, therefore we decided to give it a go. We have no complaints.
The car I wanted was not available even though I reserved it over a month ahead of time. Then I had to wait for the car to be cleaned which was additional time wasted. After I left with the car I called back to ask why I was charged a 200 deposit on a credit card, however no one ever answered the phone. I called continually on the 30 minute ride back and still no answer. When I got there I literally walked in while the phone was ringing in my hand and they are just standing around having a casual conversation and no one was answering the phone. The short response I received when I asked the question was to call the 800 number. Totally unprofessional and unprepared. Will never again rent from Hertz. Will return to Avis which whom I have been renting with for years. Its ashame because Hertz had better deals but not worth the hassle.
They treated my mother with an abundance of disrespect and unprofessionalism after renting her out a car that was having mechanical issues. She returned the car and in the most abhorrent manner possible, they told her that they didnt have anything else to give her. The staff doesnt take the time to thoroughly clean the cars, as the one my mom rented had a full check book still in it full of blank checks.
This was my best experience renting a car and I have been renting cars for years. This is my first time renting at this location and the agent was very pleasant . Its nice to do business with a company that makes you feel like youre valued. The Hertz store in Morrow makes me feel like a valued customer and I appreciate that. Will definitely rent from them again. Even though the store was super crowded I got in and out in a timely manner, and I got a car that was in excellent condition.
Every time I come here to get a rental while my vehicle is being serviced, the men that work here always have an attitude and are rude. The service advisor within that dealer would tell me I have to receive a Chrysler-branded vehicle which all the time they say we dont have them when outside I see some just sitting. One time I received a rental and the car was shaking in the highway after I received it only to find out it had a nail in the tire which put me through sooooo much the next day trying to get the car to the airport for an exchange. The airport locations customer service is waaayyyy better. Nothing compared to this locations trashy service.
I will never rent from this location again. I had a rental for two weeks through insurance when I turn the car back they told me to take it to the collision center where my truck was that was 9/15/20 and I came by today and they have not picked up the vehicle but they charged me 108 for the car but insurance was paying for everything. then they charged me 52.00 I told them before I leave someone is going to have to go get the car.
The customer service is horrible and wait times are ridiculous! I only used this location since my insurance agent, State Farm, indicated Hertz was the recommended rental agency and the location was close to the dealer repairing my vehicle! I called for nearly two hours and no one picked up the phone. It took me calling my insurance agency back and requesting they transfer my rental claim to Enterprise across the street from the repair shop that someone finally answered the phone (only because State Farm called directly). Hertz did send someone to pick me up from the dealer and one hour later, I’m still waiting on a vehicle to be cleaned. I should’ve gone to Enterprise! I did not look at the reviews and vow to always check any recommendations first! NEVER AGAIN!
I have rented twice from this location while getting repairs done to my car. My experience was good I didn’t have any issues but the only thing I didn’t like is THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Even the insurance company had a hard time reaching them. An when I was up their waiting to rent my car they were just letting the phone ring. Very unprofessional and that will cause you to lose business.
I cant even qualify my experience today at this location as service. I get a call less than 24 hrs before my reservation advising me they have no cars and no suggestions but will work on it and call me back. I did not receive a call back nor did I receive a call the next morning. I had to call them and the alternative that they give me was a dirty, smoke smelling vehicle that barely had 1/4 tank of gas. Changes need to be made at this location ASAP. I will be notifying as many Corporate professional to make sure they are aware that this location is a misrepresentation of the Hertz standards.
I called Hertz rental in Morrow Ga. and spoke to Jasmine the day before picking up a vehicle comparable to mine for work reasons, she told me they had plenty and to come in. I explained to her that I would be in the next day (24 hours later) and when I got there the idiot told me all she had was a Prius. Doing you all a favor... DONT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! They are awful. Go to the one in Fayetteville . They take excellent care of you. Worth the little drive.
So, they take for ever on get your automobile ready, plus I prepaid and when I arrived ON TIME they told me they dont have the size of car I needed so (because I was in a rush) I had to take what they have available, smaller than I needed. Oh! but if you cancel the order they will charged you for notifying late. It makes no sense theyll charge for something that they dont have.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I rented a car from them on yesterday August 5, 2017. And once the paperwork was done and I received the keys I went to inspect the vehicle and noticed it had a flat front tire and scratches all over the vehicle. Not to mention the vehicle was filthy on the inside. I went back to make the Hertz employee know of my concerns. And they told me that they had already documented the damages and that they would fix the flat tire. They then drove the vehicle around the back to get the tire fixed. Upon returning they told me that it was due to the cold weather and that there was nothing to worry about. The next day I go to get into the vehicle and notice the tire is flat again. I tried to change the tire with the spare in the back and apparently someone has used it before because its missing everything but the spare. I will never use Hertz again, we as consumers spend our money on quality service, and I didnt receive that this time.
Worst service ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute time-waster. I would give a negative rating if possible. State Farm set me up with them to pick up a rental after an accident. Understaffed is an understatement. How is the customer service rep also the car cleaner??? #HowSway?? So after you get your paperwork, you still have a 30-60 min wait time for your car. Wait times are ridiculously long, they dont pick up their phones when you call, and then they had the nerve to tell me they only had SUVs left when I wanted a small compact car since I had to pay 20% of costs. I spent over 2 hours of my life here and I just wanted to scream #ReclaimingMyTime the entire time. This place is an absolute disaster!!!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
If you need a car rental, use the Conyers location. This office doesnt answer calls and has bad customer service skills. I cant believe that a car rental in the same location as the Jeep dealership would be this way. Definitely wont be using them again and I definitely wouldnt buy a car from that dealership.
Made a reservation at 10am, 4/3. When I came in on time, they said I have to wait because they are out of cars. Therefore, I had to wait for 1 hour to get the car. If I had to wait 1 hour, what’s the point of making reservation? I have often rented cars from different rental car companies, but this is the WORST experience and will never rent a car from this branch. Seeing reviews from other people, it seems that this situation happens often and other people also had the same issue. This branch should go out of business if they keep doing this.
If I could leave zero stars, I would.for starters, trying to get someone on the phone at this location is merely impossible !!I had a reservation for 9 AM, and they didn’t have any rental cars available until 11 AM. When I finally got the rental car and was on the road traveling to my destination, I realized the alignment on the rental was too unsafe to drive for a road trip.I ended up having to exchange the car at the airport because of course this office didn’t have a car for me to exchange.I was told by the manager Jasmine that when I return the rental, she’ll make adjustments.I did just that and I was told I couldn’t receive any adjustments because I returned my rental to the airport location (which was apart of my rental agreement). I was then told they’d issue me a certificate via mail to use for my next rental.well that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive anything in the mail.I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and Jasmine doesn’t need to be managing this place, she’s clearly not doing her job. They need a whole new staff all together !
I want to express my utmost gratitude to Hertz Rental Car, especially to Mr. Tommy Wells. Who provided me with over and above quality customer Service. He repeatedly, with composure and care, answered my questions for me to fully understand the rates and terms of my rental contract. Personable, kind and offered me the best of what Hertz had to offer. Now, thats great customer service. Also, shout out to Destini as well.
This is the worst company and location ever. Brad, a customer service representative is unprofessional and plays too much. First, I received incorrect information three times on the processes to rent a vehicle here. I was told I could use a debit card with three forms of I.D. When I got there to pick up the car, I was then told I needed a bank issued debit card. I was never told about a $200.00 hold, so I had to put the rental in my mom’s name. However, I was told I could use my card to pay at the end(really)! The car was dirty. I was told the washer was broke, but the car had been vacuumed. That was a complete lie. There were three baby spiders and rocks on the passenger side. I was told to get the car washed and would be reimbursed. On the fourth day, I tried to extend the rental. I was told no information could be given to me, they would need to call coporate. I was told after four days it goes into a weekly rate, however, in the office a different employee told me after five days. However, no rate could be given about that either. I went into the office to extend rental once I got back into town and Brad(terrible) closed out my account and told me there was nothing he could do to help me because my account was closed. I never told him to close me out because I asked about an extension in front of him. IIt was almost closing time, so I assumed they were ready to go and didn’t have time for any further transactions. He took the key from me, unlocked the door so I could get my things, went into the building and closed the door. I had to take a Lyft home because I wasn’t able to extend my rental due to inadequate customer service and uncaring individuals. This was my birthday trip and they made it less than enjoying. If you need a rental, go any where but here and if you do rent with Hertz, go to another location.
Waited at caliber collision for 40 minutes while they called hertz front desk and GM but no answer from either. After the 40 minute wait i had them switch to enterprise who answered first call and came right away. I would advise never using this hertz location unless u have time to give away.
Dealt with Hertz because it was the car rental company we were sent to after our vehicle was involved in an accident & insurance was setting us up with a rental. Hertz really had little to no involvement in the process, but when I went to return my vehicle they acted like they were doing me a favor by taking care of me. The guy who checked me out was short with me and was less than pleasant. I expected more from this company especially since I extended my rental four days beyond what insurance paid.
Set up the order online 2 weeks in advance for a large SUV. Get there to pick it up and they don’t have any SUVs. Gave me a minivan instead that was more expensive. Then waited almost an hour for the van to be “cleaned”. This place is run by a pack of idiots. The lady that greeted us was rude and had an attitude for no reason. It’s like they’re trying to see who can do the least amount of work. I will never visit this location or company again.
They waited 30-40 to come and get me and drop me off 15 minutes before they closed. Would NOT recommend they’re way too high and it really isn’t worth it. They had no idea what the insurance company was talking about and they just walked out leaving me there in the building by myself for over an hour. I was stranded. Who leaves a customer in a building until 7:20p? Not a word they just all walked out of the door. The manager should talk with them (TOMMY was at the front desk Friday 08/03/19) because anyone else would’ve called a buddy and stole everything up in there. Foolish. And garbage customer service at it’s finest.
No complaints worth complaining about. I used Hertz as my vehicle was getting repaired at Riverdale Collision. The gentlemen at the Morrow location were helpful with fulfilling my reservation, pick-up and drop-off at the collision center and a 4 day extension over Memorial Day Weekend at the same rate. I called the extension line to finish up the extension and it was a breeze.The wait time wasnt outrageous and I ultimately recieved eveything I requested, which was a decent car and transportation to and from. I will definitely return in the future and recommend this location to others.
Horrible customer service. Waited a least 45 min for someone to assist me. No cars available. The cars that was available smelled like smoke and was extremely dirty. The employees didn’t care at all. And overall my experience been terrible. GO TO THE AIPPORT save your self some time!!!!!!! Hassle free
We rented a truck online for one day..pick up on a Friday...we get there and they are closed..no phone call to let u know..not even anyone at the desk but sure can make a reservation at a location that is closed indefinitely....shady..and they will let u prepay for a vehicle too knowing they are closed.
Beware:Please check the car they rent you, mine had engine and tire pressure lights on, had to return vehicle. My sister was given a car that completely went out on the expressway. THESE ARE DANGEROUS ISSUES. I feel bad for the young staff working. Management do better please! Will never use this location again!!
Well where do I start.....OK so Igot to Hertz to rent my car The guy that check me in was OK he asked another girl in there to go and check to make sure the car was clean and she came back in and said yes its clean. well I finished everything and went to go put my stuff in the car and when I did there was some kind of food sauce dripped all down the side of the center console, cigarette ashes all in between the seats, windows were filthy, the front bumper was cracked and when you turned on the car the smell of cigarettes smacked you in the face. I went in and told the guy that had checked me in and he said ok I will notate it in your rental agreement. I was not offered another car or anything at all! I asked the guy what was that girls definition of clean? He just shrugged his shoulders. When I returned the car I was given $50 toward my next rental but dang this was ridiculous oh and when I was given the $50 off the manager never even came out to speak they just stayed in that little office.......dont know how they expect to keep people coming back with this mess. Just sad!
Vehicle was dirty with plenty of hair and a stench I could not get rid of no matter how much spray and Little Trees air freshers I put in there. Once I returned the vehicle the rep had an attitude like I was wrong for turning the vehicle in when hes the one that signed the vehicle over to me this one is connected to Landmark dealership so rental BEWARE
If I could rate this place less than this I would. Employees are unprofessional and rude. I have rented many cars. If they don’t have the size available they normally upgrade you. This guy says we don’t do that unless you pay for the upgrade. But I booked an intermediate and you want to downgrade and charge for an upgrade. Who does this! I’ll never go to another hertz
The Morrow location gave me the best customer service that I have experienced in a while. This was my first time renting a car and the women at the front desk was patient and exceptional helpful. She thoroughly explained everything to me and my car was freshly cleaned. Defiantly will be returning!
I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. DONT RENT HERE. THEY CHARGED MY CARD MULTIPLE TIMES KNOWING MY INSURANCE WAS PAYING RENTAL FEES. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR IT HAD A 1/4 TANKN OF GAS IN IT AND UPON RETURNING IT I GAVE IT BACK AS I RECEIVED IT. THEY THEN CHARGED ME $115 GAS CHARGE SAYING THEY FILLED IT UP AND I BROUGHT IT BACK ON EMPTY. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDED PROOF THAT I LURCHASED GAS THE DAY BEFORE THE RETURN. THE SERVICE WAS BAD ALL AROUND. I AM THANKFUL FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT HELPED ME SHE WAS GREAT.

I will never rent from Hertz again. I made a reservation through Expedia for an Economy car. When I tried to actually pick up the car, I was informed that they do not rent economy cars from this location, but they could put me in a bigger car at a much higher rate. What?!?! I asked to speak to the manager. The only option he would offer is to wait UNTIL THE NEXT DAY to get a car at the same rate. It took going all the way to the corporate office to get the situation resolved, and I still ended up waiting forever to leave with a car. The car they tried to put me in first was dirty on the inside and had not been washed or vacuumed. Do yourself a favor. Rent from someone else. The customer service with Hertz (especially the Morrow location) is horrendously bad.
Guy at the counter did not seem trained to do his job the other guy had to keep helping him gave me a car that needed maintenance picture include and a car that was out of gas so how I filled it up and I guess they will just get extra gas out of it I dont like the way they sneak the customer survey in there so you sign that everythings okay and dont know youre doing that they only asked if you would like the picture sent to you and you send them to your email and sign the customer surveys in there too and they go ahead and fill it in and Mark everything great and dont tell you
Location is terrible, tossed me the keys straight from the manager’s hands (didn’t trip I run a business saw the clerk had some cool shoes so I took the cool route and pitched my business to him) HOWEVER, AFTER January 18th 3:30pm, they lost their minds, when I called to let them know I was dropping the car off at Corzav’s Collision Midtown, they said they didn’t have drivers and would be picking the car up when they had some, just leave the keys with the collision center and they would pick up when they could, cool, so why every week my card has been charged, restricting access to my money, cutting off avenues from me to receive payments from my shoe customers, and THEN charged $657 after a different location picked the car up and closed the ticket, a full month and a half, Hertz your company has lost your ever loving mind, however I’ll make sure my attorney costs you way more money than you’ve cost me, because you will SURELY be hearing from them soon, Thanks again “Corporate America”.
This is the worst location to rent a vehicle from , unprofessional and inadequate with their information in regards to your rental . They don’t even posses professionalism , the girl at the desk gives no cares in the world about your issues, not to mention her bad attitude . I returned a vehicle the agent didn’t even take the time to truly inspect the vehicle properly .
Booked and paid online for 9:00 pickup Saturday morning. Waited in the long line for 20 mins. Was told there would be another 20-30 min wait until there car would be ready and ended up waiting another 50 mins instead. It began with 2 representatives, which was already not enough to handle the crowd on a Saturday and then 1 left ( Im assuming to help with preparing the vehicles outside). Staff was friendly but they need more representatives on staff.
They were so busy that we left and went to Fayetteville. If I had not had to use them through my insurance company, I would have gone with another company that is closer and not as busy. In their defense, they are in the parking lot of a car dealer/repair shop. However, the line was to the door. It was about 20 per person and there were about 25 people scattered around the room waiting but I’m not sure what they were waiting for.

2022-07-09Tim Hardaway and Joshua Hill are the most asset to hertz. These guys were swamped with customers inventory was low. They ripped and ran to get cars ready for standing reservations. Not one time did they show a sign of frustration. I left with a car and I am very pleased with their service!!!! They closed at 12pm and did not turn anyone away. I was the last customer at 1pm.. you guys go!!!!! Keep that positive energy keep moving with a kind heart

2022-06-03In need of a rental ASAP booked online for same day pick up no issues got to the location today at 2:45pm 6/3/2022 and was greeted by “TIM” he assisted me smooth process I was in and out in 15 minutes tops. No long waits he was busy I could tell but got me in and out I will recommend and I received a nice clean rental until Tuesday thank you Tim! For making the process smooth

2022-03-19The staff was friendly. I came about 15 minutes before they closed on Saturday to return my rental. They were still patient with me and showed no signs of rushing me out. They were professional and completed my checkout swiftly. I had no issues returning my car.

2022-07-06Worse experience ever. I have come here two or 3 times. This was the worse. I like to deal with professional establishments which is why I chose Hertz. This location is the worse and I will not be back. The lady behind the counter at the front door does not greet anyone. I stood there for 10mins before I heard the other rep tells someone else to sign in. There is no sign on the door or at the counter so how would I know to sign in. The lady was too busy having a full personal conversation on her cellphone while in the process of serving a customer. Literally heard her say out loud while von her phone, girl she did that to me 2 times shes not going to do it to me again Also, the young lady who I am told is a branch manager, was using profanity. Josh another manager came back from lunch and then disappeared for another 30 to 40 mins, with a lobby full of customer. Is this what I have to expect from Hertz customer service ??? However, BRANDON was the best. I wish I could give him a raise!!

2022-05-24One good thing is, they’re pretty quick compared to other locations. I was in and out. However, They don’t give you the class car you PREPAY for. Then refuse to give you a partial refund. If they don’t have to car you pay for they’re supposed to upgrade you for free, NOT downgrade or at least give you a heads up. Ridiculous

2022-05-13The second time I’ve reserved a car with the dates I wanted weeks in advance for them to call me the day before and tell me they have no cars for that date. Literally sat on the phone with them to rsvp my dates, listened to them repeat my dates then tell me the day before I have to pick up my rental, that they don’t have a car. Not sure what they are doing over there but they definitely need to get it together. A big inconvenience for me. Unacceptable!

2022-04-08Very slow severice.My wife and i waited 2hours for a rental.Then the car we originally picked, they rented it out,After knowing my wife and i were coming back 1st thing in the am, dew to bank issues.I highly recommend going throgh enterprise for your rental severices.

2022-06-06This place is the worst! My rental pickup was at 9:00 AM. I got here at 8:55. Why am I still here at 9:40??? I made the reservation last week. On top of all this the lady at the front desk has an attitude problem. Ill just go to the airport next time.

2022-06-02I wish I could leave ZERO STARS! This will be your worst rental experience if you chose to rent from Hertz in Morrow, GA! My reservation was made for 9am and I waited until 10am for them to bring me a clean vehicle. While half way out of town I realized I was irritable. It was due to pet dander & several dogs hairs in the seats, the trunk, and even on the dash board of the vehicle. And I swear I have bites on me that werent present before I got in their vehicle. I would not doubt if its infested with flees! And here is the cherry on top! I returned the vehicle 3 days AGO yet theyre still charging me daily for a car I do not have. Ive spoken with Customer Service regarding this who said theyd fix it, but that was lie because another charge came from Hertz today!! I am on my way to Morrow now..... This is so very inconvenient! If you cherish your sanity. Do not rent from Hertz EVER!!!
