This Hibbett store has the worst customer service ever. We were there to exchange a free shoes that was given to my grandson from smaller size to a bigger size. I heard one of the cashier said, they cant get cash back. We do know that because it stated on the letter. None of them explained to us that you can get any shoe, we will just have to pay the difference, number two the man that help to get different size of shoes does not even help my grandson son. He just stood there watching us trying different size of shoe. Usually they would unlaced the shoe and help the little boy with the shoe, ohhh not him..he just stood there like a big Buddha...and then he hands us the shoe. We put them in the box and take it to the register. I am not saying that I am, too good to do all of this and I would have understood if the place was busy, but we were the only customer and he act like we were bothering him...so people go to different Hibbett store than this one...all of them should go back to learn about customer service, and stop being judgmental to your customers.

I was greeted immediately and the guy was ready to help. He was very knowledgeable of the shoes and checked other locations for the cleats I was looking for.

Walk into the store today to grab my son baseball pants and to try to find him cleats. Four employees never said hello and it was like it bothered them I asked for help. I was waiting in line to checkout behind a guy doing a return and the lady was determined he needed an account to make returns even though he had the receipt with him. The other 3 employees just stood there watching and never offering to check us out. I gave up on waiting and walked out. I don’t recommend this place and will never spend another dime in any of their stores.

2 employees looked me square in the eyes and said the shoes I was there to pick up would arrive the next day.....won the shoes thru a raffle and had a window from 10-12 to pick up and pay. I left and received an email reminding me to pick up before noon.....called the store and the shoes were magically there💫 I guess they wanted to keep the shoes for someone they knew, but wow.

First and last time visiting this store location. When paying for my shoes I seen it said transaction approved and even showed the proof I was charged. Instead of acknowledging that it was either his fault or their system he told me to run my card again. Basically I was charged twice. That happened on the 9th and I had to call because LIKE I TOLD HIM I was charged it wasn’t pending on my account. I had to call and wait 48hrs for a response from them to state the obvious of me being charged twice. Manager at the time was Jay smh. That was an additional $96.30 I was charged. It takes 7-10 days for it to go back on my account smh. So annoyed about this. If your system is known to have problems then do what needs to be done to fix it instead instead of making it seem like a common problem when it clearly charged me and said transaction approved. #lostacustomer

Says they close at 7pm on Sunday. Showed up around 4pm and the doors were locked. No signs. No nothing. Disappointing.

Has better sales that are diff from warner robin locations. Has more stock shoe variety. Has brtter workers whom are actually interested in helping. They dont follow and harass you. They always offer to find or help find something if they dont have it. Place is smaller but has better layput and display and choices. Would love to see them add on to that space

Kameron and Pate were very helpful when I was trying to get my son shoes he won a raffle for. He is a college student that lives two hours away. To save him a trip these two did everything to help me after proof. Thank you guys cause he really is a deserving kid.

Best sales, best equipment, and best employees in the area. We bought a free standing Basketball goal from them at Christmas. When we went to pick it up, someone else had re-sold it. Without asking, they called another store..gave them our address...and had it delivered to our home. And this during the busiest retail time of the year. Great store... I salute you.

Upon entering this store, I walked all the way to the mens shoes and no one tried to help me. There was not a single person in the store. I did observe a store employee engrossed in his cell phone. He was texting Someone! Sale was lost immediately! I did find a pair of shoes that I have not been able to find in any other Hibbetts store. Oh well, I will continue shop elsewhere. Maybe the sports Academy will show some effort in helping me.
