Given room on main floor had to move at 11 pm due to a constant compressor turning on and off. Apparently water heater.Breakfast didnt start until 7 am . I travel and stay all over south east. Never seen or hear of no breakfast until 7 am. Very inconvenient and disappointed stay.
This place is a low budget Hilton Garden with expensive rooms. I arrived to check in my room was reserved by my job the front desk clerk kept saying the room wasnt paid for to only find out 30 minutes later they were wrong. Finally got to my room the air conditioning doesnt work only the fan and the thermostat is rigged that way. So I was uncomfortable all night. Got up the next morning went down for coffee no creamer for the coffee. They advertise free breakfast on the website but when you get there they actually charge you for breakfast. Housekeeping attempts to come in your room at 9am on the day your checking out when check out is at 12 noon. I walk out of my room to find a pile of dirty laundry at the door of not just my room but almost all the rooms on the floor. This place can do better. This is my second stay here and each time the same thing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! FRAUDULENT TO SAY THE LEAST. The people are nice but thats the only nice thing! Im trying to find a way to report this place to a corporate official.
The guy working the front desk is very rude and has the personality of a wet mop. We had 3 adults and 4 children but yet he gave us two rooms on opposite sides on the floor and it was a king bed in each room. Mind you, we found that out only after getting all of the kids and luggage up to the room. Once we went back down to the lobby to get a double bed room, he literally did not say one word. Thankfully the rooms are decent and clean for the most part. The fridge was shut off and the room felt like I had just taken a trip into hades. Oh and the air conditioner makes this awful noise that sounds like someone is breaking into the room. The breakfast isnt free either. its $9 a person.
The hotel is nice and the bed is super comfortable. However, it could use a bit of an upgrade especially for that area. The room could use better lightening. It needs some brightness to it. It could also use more pictures on the wall. It wasnt indicated on the website that you have to pay for breakfast. It was $9 to be exact. Most, if not all other Hilton Garden Inns Ive been to breakfast was included.
Positive: The king suite was spacious and felt very homish. The hotel was very quiet and nice. Negative: I didn¿t like long drive to this hotel. This location is about an hour from Atlanta in traffic. This is not a place for someone who wants to commute back and forward to Atlanta for the night life. If you like the suburbs, this is a nice hotel for you.
Positive: The hotel was very convenient to the places we needed to go. Negative: Our hotel room bathroom was very dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hotel front desk person was EXTREMELY RUDE and for a moment I was convinced he couldnt talk. You have to pay $9 for a horrible breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.
Housekeeping never came and cleaned when I asked. It was dusty, dirty and its definitely not worth the price. The tub is horrible, whatever you do don’t try to take a shower here because you are liable to slip and fall. Oh and I had to ask 5 times for toilet paper, towels abs wash cloths. This is as bad as the super 8. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!there are stains in the carpets, there is gunk , dust and dirt on the wall. It’s ridiculous.they are stingy with the toilet paper. And everything else when the room costed enough. Book early so you don’t have to end up here. Only nice thing I can say is the temperature control worked. Oh and let’s not forget the slamming , booming , banging and racket all day and night. And housekeeping knocking on peoples doors earlier than 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Guest Services doesn’t know what they are doing . Automatically placing people on hold and waiting to be asked stuff 5 times before possibly making it happen.
Positive: The room was very clean the ladies at the front desk pretty cool Negative: Theyre kind of going through staff changes with housekeeping youre lucky if you get the housekeeper that has been working there the rest of them kind of have it attitude they dont want you there but somehow still want to have a job
Positive: Definitely clean the front desk people are in nice Negative: Housekeeping is a little pushy and has an attitude at least I guess where they said were the new people who work there then they also asked to hold a $50 deposit that they keep for a month before they give it back to you
Does have a good location. There was some problems with the room however. Desk lamp broken, fold down seat in the shower(ADA room) and bed felt like it had seen it better days. Reported to front desk however no work was done while we there. Would also not recommend breakfast. The juice was kept in the fridge and had to be pulled out every time someone wanted a drink instead of having a drink dispenser. Food was also to be desired. Did have a friendly staff which provided extra towels when asked for.
First of all, great staff specially (Anoli & Steephanie) and Teresa as well. Great location, was here last May. Breakfast is good and the room was clean and comfortable. I wish the bathroom had a vent. Floor decors start to show its age but I am sure it will be upgraded in the future. What stands out is the customer service experience. I wish other places were like them.
This is the first place I have been in a long time where customer service was excellent . We had a problem with our first room and later the bill, however, both the issues were quickly taken care of by the staff without any hassle. They went above and beyond to also assist with my elderly grandparents, which was heart warming. I want to thank the staff for their hard work and dedication to their customers.
Very poor value. Breakfast was extra and of poor quality. Condition of property is average at best, had to request housekeeping services. Was not give a proper discount for the group I was with. Property next door which was also a Hilton brand was newer, cleaner, more modern, included breakfast and less expensive. I pointed this out to manager and just gave me a shrug.
Not a fan of an apparent credit that I couldnt use. Serve breakfast at 7:00? Too late for me. Room didnt feel clean, was run down and the bed was terrible. Too soft and warn. Suffered from 2 fire alarms over 1 night, staff was not as friendly as I would have expected. I travel often but will not stay at this hotel again. Its also hard to get to if you dont know the area...
I selected t h e Hilton because I was scheduled for a medical surgery procedure and need to recover at your hotel. I selected 1 rating because I had made reservation for 1 room with 2 double beds a week In advance. And I took time out and came to the hotel 2 days before my reservation date to make sure 2 double beds on the 1st floor would be available and was promised they would be available. But the day of my reservation my room was given to someone else.I suffered greatly in pain by having to wait in the lobby on the day of my surgery, while a 2 double bed room was cleaned and prepared. The front desk did not seem to care or show any compassion about my issue. The previous front desk person 2 days before even flagged my reservation as DO NOT GIVE AWAY THE ROOMBut the room was given away anyway. It was of the most misable experience I had ever had at a hotel. Thanks for nothing.
This hotel is the epitome of filth! They bring shame to the Hilton brand. The fitness center hasnt been cleaned and youll be afraid to push the elevator buttons because of the thick dirt around the buttons. They only offer breakfast and the bar might or might not be open. The halls and rooms smell damp and though the room was the only area cleaned thoroughly, the dampness was disconcerting.
The location of this hotel is great. Its close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. However, my stay wasnt great. The room I stayed in seemed clean until I found a long strand of hair that looked nothing like my hair on top of the bed comforter. I didnt find any more hair under the comforter but finding hair on the bed does make me wonder if the room was throughly cleaned. Thats not something I want to wonder about in a middle of a pandemic. Not only was the cleanliness of the bed questionable but the sink in the bathroom had some plumbing issues that caused the water to drain really slow which was a little annoying. Me and my fiancé were also rudely awakened by somebody twisting and yanking on our door handle around 9 am and were unable to go back to sleep.
Our stay here was nice! My room was clean and I appreciate that. The shower doors didn’t properly close in our room so I had to keep closing the door after it would slide open during my shower or take a cloth and wedge it between the two sliding doors at the top to keep the doors in place; showers took longer than anticipated. Also, the prices of the snack bar are a rip off, drive to the stores close by if you can.
The service is good. However, all the guests DO NOT wear masks. People need to be more AWARE of coronavirus and its impact. When I entered the lobby I was shocked to see a whole bunch of people having a meeting on the table in waiting area WITHOUT masks. I dont know why does it hurt to follow a simple guideline. Our household has an immunocompromised person and it is NOT okay. Some of the staff members also take off their masks during working hours. I hope they try to improve this situation. The guest service is great. I was provided with fresh towels and all the necessities on request really quickly. Complementary wifi/gym/pool is included.Reply to the business: Your staff is doing a tremendous effort. But if possible, please make the masks mandatory for the public entering your hotel so that vulnerable families (elderly/immunocompromised) feel safer. Thank you!
Amazing stay and wonderful staff.Thank you KC for your hospitality. He was very welcoming and graceful, I am also a team member and this is the 1st time somebody acknowledged me and thanked me. I really appreciate KC for his hospitality.People who checked me out on 9/6 morning were also wonderful (I forgot to ask their names). The room was very clean and comfortable.Thank you again for your Hospitality.
I checked into the hotel for a basketball tournament and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was amazing. The moment I walked in Anoli and Kc greeted us with warm smiles and positive attitudes. Kc recommended a great wing spot that we I enjoyed, and anoli helped with all of our needs. We stayed for four days and during the stay I met jeoff and George. They were both great with information on the area and conversation. George was great overnight and Jeoff helped with all my needs. I felt good staying in the hotel because they all were very sweet nice attentive and had amazing smiles. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be back. They made me feel like I was at home away from home, and if you’re ever in the Atlanta area, I definitely recommend John’s Creek Hilton hotel. it’s a little further away from the city but the quality makes up for the 20 minute drive. The quality of the hotel and the staff. I thought I left a jersey, but I didn’t. I ended up finding it in the trunk of the car. However, when I called to inform them that I left it there anoli remembered me by voice which was amazing to me. They were all very attentive. Jeoff helped me with info on laundry and it was and all around ten start. Thank you all for an amazing experience
We had a power outage in our neighborhood and needed somewhere cool at 3am. Geoff the assistant manager was amazing! Smooth check in, super helpful and understanding. We had issues with our AC the next day and the girl at the front desk promptly got us moved and comfortable! Would definitely choose to stay here again if needed. Thank you!!
My first time to Atlanta and I am glad I chose to stay here. Although it was a 30/40 min drive to downtown there was still plenty of restaurants and shopping malls close to this hotel. My stay was wonderful, the staff was great, my room was clean, a very comfortable bed, and an amazing spa tub im my room. This place is a beautiful gem in the Johns creek area. I will definitely stay here again with all the great amenities it has to offer for such a good price.
Worst experience ever!!!!Not only did Harvey at the front desk at 11pm check us out of a room we had for 2 nights...instead of apologizing and taking care of the situation he had the audacity to get irate with me in front of other guests. Absolutely ZERO customer service. You made the mistake....you should have rectified it. Your General Manager will hear from me as well as your corporate office. Dry embarrassing and unacceptable experience for a Hilton property. I expected better service. Harvey should not be working at the front desk!!
When checking in the experience was excellent.. on our second day there was a horrendous fire alarm going off at 6:00 a.m. in the morning.. Ive never been scared out of my sleep like that before. Definitely the mistake..but what was more upsetting no one was concerned of their guests no one spoke to any of us. Not even an apology so for that not a good look
I really appreciate the hospitality of everyone working there. Each employee, from the front desk manager, to the bartender and hostess at the breakfast station were top notch. No complaints. And the room was clean and well presented. But one element of which the staff has no control, is the structures design. You can hear everything.....Whether the next door neighbor, or someone in the halls. If you are a light sleeper, you may have issues. The walls are paper thin. And the doors have no gaskets etc to help for the halls.
Drove out of the way and paid over 130 dollars to stay here because it had a ev charger when I got there it didnt work. Man on the phone told me it worked but didnt know what kind of charger or anything about it. No info on the website and was pressured into joining the rewards club. Wont be back although he was very nice didnt understand anything I was saying.
This is a clean hotel. However, Internet was extremely poor in my room. my credit card was charged 5.99$ for something I never bought or consumed. I called their front desk to remove this charges. They promised to take care of it. Of course, it never happened. So, be aware and check your bank account after staying their.
Stayed here for a few night when visiting Atlanta. The stay was great, the lobby is spacious, clean and open. The rooms are very nice. We did some swimming in the pool and the kids loved it along with the small heated pool (jacuzzi?). The pool was a salt water pool so no harsh chemicals, which is a nice touch. The breakfasts were good, the kids had plenty to choose and made fresh waffles and a wide assortment of fresh fruit. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. We had a drink at the bar one evening and talked leasurly in the nice relaxed atmosphere of the lobby. Staying here again if we are around this part of Atlanta. It exceeded my expectations of a nice hotel and my wife used to work for Marriott.
This hotel is truly incredible! First off, it’s beautiful. The lobby is very welcoming, the facilities are clean, the rooms are spacious and luxurious and above all the staff is incredibly kind/generous. I am blown away by my experience here and truly grateful to the amazing staff! I’m here during a busy weekend and they’ve taken care of us well! A thousand thank you’s and my highest compliments to the management. I’ve stayed in a many a hotel (even high end luxury hotels) and this by far is my best experience that I’ve ever had.
I stayed there this past weekend, the fire alarm went off at like 530am, had to evacuate. About an hour of standing outside. When all clear and able to go back to my room, a lot of yelling and babies crying in the hallway outside .y room. Unable to go back to sleep. For the price I paid for my stay, I expected more
Clean! Extremely clean, also smells clean not chemical, allergy friendly. Plenty of light to see by. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom had all of the things that I didn’t pack but needed. The staff is very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about our stay there.
The Hilton is comfortable, but the beds are hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor and the pillows were extremely too flat. However, my family always travels with our own pillows. I was grateful that we made the decision to get the double bed with a living room attached, because I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch. Believe it or not the pull out was comfortable for me. The doors to the rooms are quite heavy, but you can hear traffic from other rooms and the hallway. The maid service was exceptional except for the one maid who tried to enter my room without authorization from me. I was taken back by how disrespectful she was to my minor daughter who stopped her from entering my room. We have a 9 day stay and I am 100% sure that she heard me asking her to give me a second because I was not dressed. We only have a few days to go and I will give a final review.
Although the hotel was attractive, with a very nice lobby, complete with a bar, clean rooms and the usual amenities, it was the staff that was excellent. They were helpful, had time to answer your questions and were always smiling. Charee and Kelly were outstanding with lots of energy and wanting to make sure you did not want for anything. Good job.
Rooms were better than expected. They look to have be recently relocated and if not then kept looking very nice. My wife and I stayed here while in town for a friends wedding and the location was key for us. Friendly and helpful staff, we would definitely stay again if in the area.
My boyfriend & I stayed here just for a night away for my birthday. I am an employee of another Hilton hotel in Atlanta so I try to be very understanding as to the fact sometimes things just happen & sometimes people just have a bad day. But we ordered room service & it took a good 45 minutes for us to get it (which wasnt an issue.) what my issues was that it was cold, & not very good. Which is frustrating when its as expensive as it is. I also had some rate issues which like I said I understand sometimes things happen but the manger at this hotel was very rude and make it very unpleasant to correct the error. And when you have crappy management you have crappy staff as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay there again.
This doesnt let me do negative stars. Kept losing our check in ..had to go down every day to get cards redone. The bathroom had no working fan. One morning at 6am someone entered our room without knocking, I can only assume this was due to the computer glitch that kept telling them we were checked out. The only plus was the courteous staff, all apparently in training (tags said so) on how to say i am sorry and its proximity to our venue. The rooms were clean. The lobby was comfortable.
They have bed bugs BAD, promised to reimburse me for my items, luggage, and my stay, never heard back from them. Went to the location and they called the police. I have videos of their bed bugs, they are infested. They claim they brought an exterminated but did not. Avoid at all costs.
This hotel is undergoing renovations (July 2017) so I thought I was reserving a King with whirlpool, but upon arrival I was told they dont have this type of room anymore. Thats fine but dont advertise as such, as it is misleading. Also, my room smelled funny and was very sparse in lighting, furniture, and bedding - hardly a 3 star hotel. Called Expedia and they were thankfully able to move me to a different hotel.
Avoid this property. It’s as if walls are made out of cardboard. Up all of first night from machine noises because I was next to “machine room”. Second night was restless with very loud ac unit, sounds from hall and rooms next to mine. Tried to work from room last morning and they were changing locks so I had a crew in my room that took away my privacy and made a ton of noise. The People here are super-nice and try hard but property is awful if you like a quiet room.
We chose Hilton Garden Inn because of the events we were in the area to see. The accommodations are 5 star. However, the front desk staff could definitely use some customer service training. We arrived and during the check in process I asked if we could arrange for a late check out, due to timing of one of the events we were in town to see. The desk clerk began a word game of when do you want to check out? Rather than simply saying that check out was at 12 p.m. and if you are an Elite Club member other times could be negotiated the staff member played a game of 20 questions. To simplify the check in process, because other guest were waiting to check in, the clerk could have provided me with the simple answer of Check out is 12 p.m. however if you are an Elite Club member... I was willing to pay extra for a later check out. At no time during my check in was I asked if I wanted to become a member of the prestigious Elite Club or the benefits of being a member. His teammate just stood there smiling, and never offered any input to help solve our problem. All this to say, we are stuck wandering around the city for 8 hours with nothing to do. Thanks Hilton. We will make sure our business travel friends know this.
Location was great. The greeting staff was excellent. The next morning I ask for a receipt since I hadnt received one. I was given one in a envelope for a lady with a strong accent. Come to find out is was not my receipt. I called and spoke with the same lady that had given me the receipt nd ask her to email me one she said I should have it in a couple of minutes. 3 hours later I called back because I had not received it. The young lady that helped was successful. I would have given them 5 stars except for the one staff member.
The room is great, amenities nice, and staff very friendly ... Lost stars because breakfast costs extra and their system puts a hold on your card for EVERY transaction. In the case of a $27 room service (for salad and a kids meal), a hold for $60 was put on the account. Horrible for anyone on a budget.
I am a Hilton member and I have never had a worse stay than here!! I complained about a smell in the hall way as soon as I got to this hotel. It smelt like weed everywhere!! Horrible customer service, they didn’t even come spray the hall after I complained. But Somehow I got charged a smoking fee? Ok this is madness. Trying to speak to a manager here is like pulling teeth because they are so busy with there pips bursting and renovations!
I dont normally write reviews, but I felt one was truly deserved here. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Johns Creek earlier this week. The hotel was good - a standard Hilton Garden Inn hotel. But, what sparked me to write this review was one specific employee - Sandra Alcala. She manages the Housekeeping department. I was in a rush when checking out and accidentally left my phone charger plugged in. Not only did she get promptly get back to me when I inquired about it, but she also kindly agreed to mail it back to me - no issues!I think this customer service is beyond the norm and shows that this particular hotel has rockstar staff. Sandra - if you read this - thanks again for your help - it is very much appreciated!
I called to make my reservation 2 weeks in advance and requested a pack and play crib as I was travelling with my 5 month old son. After driving 12 hours we arrive only to discover they dont have cribs or pack and plays. We asked the lady why we told we could have one, her response was well it says you can have one if its available but since we dont have any its not available. We asked again why we were told we would have one and she rudely said we should have called them directly instead of through some 800 number. Which is hilarious since I called them directly. The kind people at Marriott were able to immediately accommodate us and they have a better definition of hospitality. I do not recommend this Hilton.
Stayed here for business for a week -- Ive never written a review for a hotel before, but the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful that I felt it necessary. Janine (I hope I spelled your name right!) especially went well above and beyond her job description to help me on several occasions. Once you have an experience like this, its hard to justify staying anywhere else.
Wow, I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and my experience at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North was so bad that I will cancel all future Hilton reservations and will share my experience with all of my friends, family, peers! Front Desk Management was poor and unacceptable. I tried to pay the night before to use a different credit card, split charges with the other registered party for my room - and the front desk would not allow me to pre-pay? I tried again before I went to bed approx 11pm local time - the desk attendant told me that there would be a person at the desk when I check out for an early AM Atlanta airport departure. I got to the desk at 345 and asked the Assistant General Manager (Mr Geoffery Dawson) who was manning the desk if I can check out - he said no as he was doing an audit. I asked if I can pay using a different card - answer was no. Can I print out and review my charges? Answer was no. When will this be done? His answer was I cannot tell you when. I told him I have to leave in 15 mins to start my way to the airport - and he did not seem to care. I argued with him that I had tried to pay 4 hrs ago and was told No. I am now trying to pay and he is telling me NO again? I want to review the charges and I received the NO again?? I asked for a cup of coffee (for the drive to the airport) from the lobby coffee pots and he said he would not be making any in the near term? WHAT is this? I left with the inability to check out, the inability to split the charges and inability to review my charges! And no coffee to boot! So I left the hotel LATE, FRUSTRATED and so ANGRY that I vow to never stay in another Hilton again if this is left unresolved! Future travel planners - BEWARE - be ready for unprofessional practices from this hotel and unacceptable Assistant General Manager support of customers. Payment of a hotel is a simple process and the Asst GM gave excuse after excuse why I could not pay in advance and at checkout. I was not even able to check out? What kind of hotel is this? Is this consistent with Hilton standards?? In addition, the lobby restroom was closed which made part of the lobby smell like urine for my entire weekend stay Thur to Sun.
Very clean. Nice touches with granite counter tops in bathroom . Fresh baked cookies, coffee and lemon water available when you check in. Free popcorn in lobby. Nature trails around hotel. Swimming pool. Free wifi, microwave & fridge. No free breakfast, but restaurant in hotel or I-hop within walking distance. Laundry room. Would stay here again.
Stayed here for our Anniversary/family vacation for the weekend. It was nice and i was excited to stay here. We had our kids. And i had our trip planned down to the hour. Very disappointed Went and got some doughnuts for breakfast b4 the family woke up and sat them on the desk while i took a shower. Came out about 15 mins later and the desk and our doughnuts was covered with ants. Went to the front desk to see what could be done about this and the lady was like like wow idk what to do let me get back to u. About 30 mins later she called and said they could spray our room for ants, so we would have to take ourselves and dog out of the room for about 45mins. Not cool this was throwing our vacation time off. She said that she could not give us a new room but didnt say why. Came back and you could still see some ants around the window. Not to happy about that. Spent the rest of the time in the hotel room worried about ants. Dont know if i would stay here again.
Being a person that has never written a review of anything, let that be your first sign of my experience thus far with this property. This property management team is pitiful...will not return calls and incredibly non flexible for cancelling reservations...it is a money grab location that will take advantage of you...STAY AWAY!!!!!If you need the details continuing reading....I am a HIlton Honors member who has stayed exclusively at Hilton properties this past year as we traveled the southeast with my daughters travel softball team. 12 stays so far...all have been great. This includes property, staff, management, etc. During this time, I have used the app on my phone to make and cancel reservations as needed. This past weekend I had a room booked at a Hampton hotel for Friday night as our situation was not one that needed a Saturday stay...until the rains came and postponed everything. I immediately called the Hampton I had checked out of that morning and they had no rooms available for that evening...very predictable as this is a great location. I immediately got on my app and started looking around that particular location for other Hilton properties and ALL were booked...I found the Johns Creek Hilton Garden Inn as the closest property to the desired location...I reserved the room around 12:30 pm that day and continued to look just in case something came open closer to where we WANTED to stay. About 2:00 pm something did open up and I reserved that room and was very excited things had worked out...until I went to cancel the reservation at Johns Creek...I have had this same situation play out at least twice previously this year and without hesitation the property manager allowed me to cancel my room without penalty and thanked me for being an Honors member. I understood there would be some type of cancellation fee but it was never charged and I was incredibly appreciative...so appreciative I have continued to stay at Hilton properties even when the team did not...I called Johns Creek and was told they could NOT cancel my reservation without charging me for the room due to the 24hr. cancellation policy...Of course I told them I had just made the reservation less than 2 hours ago and there was no mention on the app about not being able to cancel this room if booked...I also mentioned it was before 3 pm and I was well before check in times. Again, no mercy...no apology...Oh, and NO MANAGER ON SITE TO DISCUSS MY SITUATION. I was told to call Member Services to see if they could help. Of course I called Member Services and was told this is a Property Management decision. Member Services did help by sending an email to this Property Manager asking them to review the situation and possibly waive the fee...($138 at this particular location) Member Services was very apologetic for the situation and continued to thank me for being a member and that it was typically a situation where the Property Manager would review and agree to waive the fee. Very much like my other experiences...Johns Creek however is NOT LIKE OTHER HILTON PROPERTIES...They not only charged me the fee but will not take my calls to discuss the matter. I have called twice this week and left one message...both times the manager would not pick up the phone nor call me back.It is unfortunate for Hilton to have someone like this running one of their properties...
Booked a pre-paid reservation online. Made clerical error on date of stay. BEWARE after 3 called to hilton customer service they would not change the date of the reservations 1 minute after it was made to correct the typing error without paying again. Will never stay at Hilton again.

2022-05-16I stayed in this hotel exactly a year ago, and everything was fine. I booked again this year, and the entire hotel has gone to hell. The only saving grace is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. When I first checked in, the deadbolt was broken. I was moved to another room, and the deadbolt was inoperable in the new room as well. However, it was late and I was tired. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The shower is a vast cavern with a teeny shelf, so all of my products had to stay on the floor. There is zero water pressure and no bench or ledge for shaving. On the second morning, I woke up to water dripping from the ceiling. The carpet and my sons shoes were soaked. I called the front desk and the lady I spoke with was very kind. She offered me another room, but I really just wanted to leave. She graciously let me cancel the next two days I had booked, and I moved to the Hampton next door.Again, the staff is great but the hotel should be leveled.

2022-05-09The good: There were plenty of movies to watch on the TV and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The Okay: The room was very dim, even with all of the lights on. The room overall feels like it needs a bit of an upgrade. The frame of the bathroom mirror is coming apart, paint is chipping off doors. The frustrating: We were there for some quiet time away from home but we could hear every time the neighboring rooms would come or go because their doors would slam shut. We could hear people talking through the walls, and I dont mean loud conversations. These were just regular conversations. And there was noise that sounded like it was within the wall. The noise was loud, and sounded like a machine or a loud vacuum that wouldnt shut off. This noise happened twice during our one-night stay and lasted about 20-ish minutes each time.Overall it was okay but not worth the $155 total for the night.

2022-06-14Very nice hotel in Johns Creek. Not overly upscale but much better than average. Good location right off Medlock Bridge Road. Professional staff, solid amenities and quality rooms. Very comfortable. You cant go wrong staying here.

2022-05-12Had a great time staying at this property. Bar tender on Friday the 6th of May around 10pm was awesome. Breakfast was good and priced well. They get you on the 5 dollar beers but you can buy them when anytime.

2022-03-13TV is not a smart TV, breakfast was horrible... eggs were powdered, links were straight out of the frozen food section, and orange juice wasnt real...its kinda dated and had to change rooms because of ants. The foyer was beautiful entering the hotel but not so much of a thrill in the room

2022-03-15Positive: Nothing. Negative: The temperature the night I checked in was in 20s, yet the heat in my room did not work. I reserved a King suite and was given 2 queen sized beds, which were actually 2 full sized beds.

2022-05-09My wife attended a funeral in Johns Creek on Saturday May 7th and thought shes spend the night after the services. I used 30,000 points to reserve a room for her. At the services, she was invited to stay at the familys home with relatives, so she didnt need the room. This was way beyond the 24 hour cancelation time frame. I called the hotel and explained that my wife no longer needed the reservation and could they please refund me my points. Without hesitation they refunded my points!! It helps to be a Gold Member! thanks again Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Johns Creek!
