Decent hotel. Everything seems really clean, doesnt seem run down or anything. I had a kind size bed, with a decent size TV. It has a bathtub, which I think sucks. The shower head is not meant for taller people 6+. The room is setup nice, the cooling/heating is setup properly with the stat on the opposite wall of the unit. Has a nice working area and plenty of lights. There is a really nice window shade that seem to block out all the light which I really like. I cant sleep with light shining through. The pillows are very fluffy and soft. Breakfast does cost 12.95 and is made to order but I wont be spending money on that. They seemed to have a nice pool setup by my stay was too short to check it out. Overall Id stay again and maybe get a chance to check out the other amenities. Oh one last thing the lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant. I really appreciate positive nice people, not all hotels have people like this. Thanks
My husband and I celebrated our 36th Anniversary with an overnight stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kennesaw. The lobby was festively decorated and clean. Our room was clean and I really appreciated the staff allowing us to check in early, since our reservations at the Restaurant was for 3:30pm. Everything worked out perfectly! We had an enjoyable evening with close family and dear friends and Hilton made it so easy for us. Thank you for having great staff and being a great vacation spot to relax no matter where we travel the reputation holds up everywhere!
It was good for the most part, my first room smelled like mildew, due to the AC. Room 404I got another room and the AC wouldn’t get lower than 70 which wasn’t optimal for me, and it made a clicking noise. Room 403Beds was comfortable breakfast was good, bar was a bit overpriced. Staff was amazing.I’d suggest having someone go to each room and commission them to keep them up to the Hilton’s standards.
We were there4 days and never had any room service. The booking said daily room service. I called to have service as stated on the bathroom mirror ( which is unacceptable to have to call) They said they never received any request and everyone was gone for the day. I asked for some K-cups refills. They said they were out. This is the worst experience I had at any hotel. Had to make up our beds after gone all day. I would suggest any other hotel would be better. Even motel 6 might do a better job. This hotel is not cheap. Such a awful experience.
I had to drive to Georgia to see my father who was ailing in a nearby hospital. I actually had to call to come in a day earlier as he had taken a turn for the worse and the staff was able to accommodate. Every single person I encountered at this location was kind, friendly and helpful. I was even helped with adding on an extra night. My father did pass away and the clean, quiet, calm room was really my sanctuary for the entire stay.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Kennesaw Town Center. My room was one of the most spacious I have been in and very clean. Plenty of room to move around in, we never felt like we were crowded. The food was great. I loved the idea the bar and restaurant (and room service) were open until 10 pm. Bring your appetite - the portions are not small. Only complaint would be a little more variety on the menus.
Nice staff and a clean room. Only thing I didn’t like was that they charged upfront fee for incidentals. That’s a first for me and shocked to have it added to my bill before I even popped the door open to my room. Makes you wonder what type of people stay here for them to have to do that. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean. We opted out of the 10.50 breakfast they offer and grabbed breakfast elsewhere.
Everyone of the staff members were.as helpful and as nice as they could be. Breakfast lady was so sweet! Wish I could remember her name. God bless her. The cleaning staff were so sweet and helpful. Pretty clean. The vending machine sort of stayed empty of some items, but not bad considering what is going on in the world. I will stay there again.
I was extremely please I wish I had the time to participate in the pool, business area, and workout but will on my next visit. The pool is a indoor outdoor design with a separating curtain between the two areas so you can simply swim under it and be outside or remain indoors ... your choice. Id highly recommend them also its literally walking distance from MALL, shows, food.
There was hair on the toilet before I even sat down or used the rest room. Over all the stay was great. I decompressed and had some quality time with me. 3pm check in time-- make it happen! I checked in during the week so no excuses. If youre short staffed, then mgmt should step up and make sure guest check ins are done in a timely manner.
Wish we could have stayed longer but this was just a stop on our way to Tennessee. I took a star for cleanliness. The shower was a little dirty & the whirlpool was pretty dirty too. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Nice and quiet. I checked in with my phone & used it as a key so I never had to speak to anyone. Everything but the shower & tub were very clean. The remote was in a bag that tells you it was disinfected. The bed was a little noisy but the walls seem thick so it was fine. The bed & pillows were very clean & comfy. The housekeeping staff & very efficient & gracious. Id definitely stay here again.
The story of the Worst Wifi everThe hotel was great, however there is poor signal and the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. I honestly believe that hotels in 2021 should have good internet to be able to work and stream. Especially for a Hilton. Honestly coming out of the hotel room at midnight because the wifi wasn’t working was not the best experience. Especially considering the fact that Hilton makes you pay for Wi-Fi. 10 dollars wasted and an entire weekend wasted because nothing will load on the screen, until this problem is fixed I will not be returning to this hotel. I do however appreciate the fine amenities that this hotel had to offer
Nice place to stay. The beds were comfy and the staff was nice and had great manners. They are reasonably priced to be right down in the middle of all the action in kennesaw. They do have an indoor, outdoor pool, and a library, and fitness center! We were looking for a new place to stay for visits to Georgia and we have found it. We will be visiting this location again to enjoy!
Recently stayed at this hotel. The room was decent andcI love that this hotel is right next door to a Target. Now, for the not so nice. You have to request that your room is cleaned daily. This was not explained at check in nor was there a sign in the room that guests must do so. Finally, what was MOST inconvenient was that the internet was UNRELIABLE. I have stayed at many hotels all over the US and never experienced this before. I was in room 203 and I could not get on the internet and my phone calls dropped consistently. At one point, it started to rain and the TV did not work. I called the front desk about both the internet and TV and was told to keep trying. In this new normal of covid, working remotely, etc., internet access is imperative. In fact, crucial. So, although, the staff was very nice (Shout out to Ms. Eva who does the breakfast), I would not consider staying at this hotel again.
I book trips/ hotels through booking.com all the time. Never had the experience like I had at this place. The girl at the front counter (braids) was so rude and condescending. Then she charged me $120 more than my booking.com confirmation. Only activated one key , told everyone else who was checking in about the bar, restaurant/breakfast, etc. It’s a good thing I was in ear shot distance because I wouldn’t have known. Definitely mentioning on the show this weekend
Every amenity you could want for a single night stay. The down pillows on the bed were the best part. The mattresses was not the most luxurious mattress but it comfortable and gave us a decent night sleep. The sheets were a bit scratchy but they made up for it with the soft comforter that felt like satin. Dreamy. :)
Stayed for a week, my suite was pretty clean. I booked through another company and I didn’t know that breakfast was not included, so it’s about 10$ per adult. I noticed that there were dehumidifiers in the hallway and everything in my room was unplugged. Maintenance helped! Breakfast and the bar was good! Definitely will return, I prefer the Embassy overall.
The purpose for our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was to take a break from the kids and enjoy ourselves. We were definitely able to do this. The people, including maintenance staff were wonderful and easy to talk to, the soaking tub in our room was spacious and in great shape, and of course it is in a great location. The only improvements I would suggest are better comforters for the bed. Not a great bed, but good enough. The room was also a little small, maybe because it had the big tub, but felt kind of narrow. Had every amenity you would need, though, so very pleased with our two-night stay.
Well located approximately 20 minutes outside on Atlanta’s. Affordable rates and good attitude made my stay a most pleasant one. The dinner service is simple with limited options but well prepared. The breakfast buffets is small but substantial and Javier will make pancakes, crepes, omelettes or French toasts on request with lots of great attitude at no extra charge, he was truly caring for the guests. The rooms were ample, comfortable and perfect for a casual stay. Hotel amenities and facilities are impeccable kept. During January ‘19 they were undergoing renovations at their 5th floor but went unnoticed. I would go back without a doubt.
I have to share how fantastic the staff is at this hotel! I asked about a better hair dryer because the one provided was not getting the job done. A team member ran to walmart to purchase a better model and another staff member found me in the workout room to hand deliver it! Now, that is awesome customer service! I highly recommend this hotel!
Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. The decor was Modern and chic! The fresh to order breakfast was amazing! Totally worth the $10 per person. The room was just as nice. And the beds are amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.
The rooms were clean and the restaurant was great. The breakfast was really good. We got room service and it was also pretty good. The only drawback was the pool is small and freezing. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely polite. We will definitely stay here again.
Checked in yesterday, 11 Aug 2020.. We pulled in with 2 motorcoaches.. as we were pulling in, a gentleman from the hotel came out, guided us in and told us where to park... Holy great service Batman!!! The same gentleman answered questions for my clients as to where they needed to enter, as well as other information for myself and the other coach driver. The hotel is modern, VERY clean, all the staff I came in contact with were / are genuinely helpful and friendly. The room was massive! Had we not been in this covid situation, I would have rented the other half out on air bnb.. 2 huge beds, very nice work station with several plugs for 110v and USB.. large flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, modern bathroom, plenty of hot water and the bed was extremely comfortable.Limited breakfast at this time, but there was fresh scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurt , some hand fruit and dry cereal, nicely staffed and maintained. We are back in the area on 18 Sept and I look forward to staying here again
Our stay was March 9-11 2018 Most of the staff was absolutely amazing, I had an off the wall special request and the lady at check-in fulfilled it 5* kudos to her. The beds were very comfortable and the heated pool was amazing, especially considering it was cool that night, and we were granted a late checkout. Unfortunately thats where the good review ends, the lady that was working the desk that first night was rude. You have to have your room key to gain access to the hotel as they lock the doors at night. We used our key to get in and she still treated us like we werent supposed to be there. I told her what room I was staying in and she proceeded to play 20 questions. I told her my room number, and she wanted my name, I told her my name and she wanted my address, I told her my address and she kept asking questions. I finally just walked away and left her there trying to tell me that the floor I was going to was reserved for honors members... I know I 60,000 of my points for that room. The room must have had 0 humidity because it was so dry we couldnt sleep. When the back or your throat sticks to its self its too dry. We went to the target and got a humidifier. The towels had brown rust looking stains on them. The good helped to out weigh the bad so I give it a 3 out of 5. If they fix even some of the issues I would gladly stay there again.
Walking into the hotel it has a pristine look, and you’re greeted by a very professional receptionist. The rooms in this facility are nice, and their beds are very comfortable! While the hotel is nice, they do not accommodate handicapped/disabled persons. My mother had to take a class at this said hotel, and the whole time she was in it, all that she could feel was pain. She was in class 10 plus hours, and by time she got out of the hard, and uncomfortable chairs, she could hardly walk. After her class on Sunday afternoon, she came out in so much pain, then had to bare with the pain, on our three, and a half hour drive back home. Is there no way she could’ve gotten a different chair that would accommodate her better? Even like a pillow to put between the chair, and her leg? I was very disappointed to hear what my mother had to bare throughout class.
Turn on the ac or heater soon as you arrive. You might notice an incredible funk so try and get use to it quick by leaving it run for a bit. Rooms are moderately clean but Id shed the comforter and not sleep too close to the headboard to avoid getting stick on ya. TVs are the old style flat LG and suck but they do offer decent channel selection. the empty mini fridge is nice. the fitness center has very light dumbbells so plan on not using them in your workout routine. the indoor/outdoor pool was covered in pollen during my visit so i passed. breakfast is decent. very good location for food, shopping, hiking, whatever..
We booked a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pull out couch as our party contained 3 adults and 2 children. We booked and paid for our room. Once there we were told there were no rooms like that or anything that would comfortably fit our party. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast that was at the hotel with a surcharge was not as good as breakfasts that come free at most hotels. The pool was clean and well maintained. Not to the standard of any Hilton Ive stayed at.
We stayed here for my 16 year olds birthday so he could have a bunch of friends over at the pool and they could all have their own rooms. The staff were great and worked with us on a number of aspects of the party. They treated us wonderfully and the rooms were excellent. I definitely recommend these folks, not just for a stay, but for events as well.
The location is convenient for the area, near restaurants, shops and the freeway. Common area was big and clean, I didnt eat breakfast but my travel companion said it was really good with made to order eggs and other options. Room itself was comfortable and clean, standard Garden Inn layout. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
Hotel and room were really nice but not much anything else. 1st issue I had was I wasnt able to do early check in on the app and when got to hotel they didnt have a room for me. Im glad they were able to get me a room since close to Christmas and busy. I also paid for the Dine and Unwind but was told it was not on my reservation. Tried to pull up on phone and laptop to show reservation but website was then down along with the app. Was able to receive passes next day after site was back up to bring down proof and show front desk. 2nd Service in bar area was not very good the first night of my stay, bartender didnt know answers to a lot of questions about food or drinks, my seafood pasta came out first, salad second 10 minutes after when saw in widow under the heat lamp and asked for it, and when got my salad it had 4 cherry tomatoes and lettuce. That was all that was on my salad. I had to all for red onions was told they were out of all other salad toppings. My question is why did the chef even serve it or bartender not offer a different side? Second night I was back down in lobby had drinks and was told before bar was closed I was no longer allowed on patio. I mentioned I have a key to get in and was told by a guy employee that doorkey was disabled for safety reasons...again confused thought that is what the key was for. I travel across the country for work all year long and my main office is right there in Marietta so having these issues for first time staying at this location put a very bad taste in my mouth. I did receive my food off for first night by manager or assistant manager.
The rooms are very nice except for the bathroom they need to be updated and the stove top could be better as well.last the cleaning schedule is not good at all .i need my room serviced everyday we pay good money to stay in your hotel so thats all I can say about my stay at Hilton garden inn
The staff are so accommodating. I was able to check in early and I was able to upgrade my room to a more comfortable choice. The only unfortunate thing was we could not swim in the indoor/outdoor pool because of the freezing weather that was able to escape into the room. I wish something could be done so that everyone can take advantage of an indoor / outdoor pool. Other than that personal hiccup everything was wonderful.
This place is super-nice. Its pricey, but EVERYTHING here is. We thought our breakfast was included for the (large) price, but we got there it turned out to be $11.99. It is a great, great breakfast, but we expected it to be included like it is at most other hotels. Its about 15-20 minutes from SunTrust Park, in case you were wondering... Happy trails!
The room was okay besides the beds being hard and the bathroom still had used wash rags in it when we arrived here. I’m from here but my brother and father had came for a visit and the room seemed a little small for two “ Queen “ beds. We all felt very cramped up and cluttered and ended up leaving the next day to stay at a suite at the embassy suites here in kennesaw. The place seemed pretty well cleaned other than the used wash rag incident and the people who work there are very sweet.
The hotel was great but we got ripped off on the pricing. I asked at the desk about the extra military discount I was told to ask for when I arrived and I was told the price was under 150$ already so I was just fine with that. Well we were actually charged 215$. I was told this was because I called through Expedia. Tell me how going through a discount site is going to cost me a lot more than going through the hotel themselves when the discount sites are supposed to be there to give you discounts and why I was told that the desk it was going to be one price but I was actually charged another price because I use that site.Either way...we were done very wrong on the pricing.
I accompanied several attendees to a mens conference. Access to the hotel was easy (right off the highway). Where it is situated, it is convenient to area shopping, such as gas stations, and a Target was really close by. Breakfast was included. There was a fitness center and a small pool. Very clean. Good experience.
Very well kept hotel. The location is off the highway, but close to the back roads. Therefore you can get our and around as you please. Front desk is helpful and beds are comfy. However the best thing about thos hotel is the breakfast. Oh my, they had pancakes, waffles fully loaded omelette, french toast, and skillet scramble for only $11.00. As well as tdd he hot bacon, sausages, and roasted potatoes, this breakfast is the thing you want to wake up to. Especially if your working and staying at this hotel. Ofcoarse the have free Wi-Fi as well if anyone ask.
The room was very clean, but they neglect to mention that they are doing construction. It is not listed in the app at all. The front desk is in a makeshift room right now. Restaurant and bar are NOT open (even though the clerk said it is). The front desk employees seem to just want to chat with each other and text all evening. Not impressed with this property one bit.
Room.waa very spacious. Had a king size bed, modern decor, 45 or 50 inch tv, the table was also a desk, counter and had a bench on the side. Multifunction furniture. The colors were teal and burgundy which were soothing and yet very modern. No flower prints here, and it even had a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig. Downstairs there is a small buffet and bar area, even a few comfy couches in the lobby to pass time and i saw an indoor pool downstairs
One of the nicest garden inns that Ive stayed at, easy access, friendly employees. There are a lot of good restaurants very close and a lot of shopping should you need something. I am back at the hotel 3 weeks later and the room I have this time has problems- bathroom door wont latch, curtains wont close all the way, the fridge was off and the room smelled terrible because they had an ionizer running in the room all day and they rented the room without removing it.
The front desk service was very bad. the lady seemed not willing to answer my questions. As a silver member, I did not receive the bottle water when checking in. I asked but the lady was not happy to give it to me. I booked a room from 5/11 to 10/11, but added another day (11/11) before arrival. I asked the lady when checking in to make sure I will have the same room until the last day. On 10/11, I received an email receipt. I was not sure whether they know it or not, so I called the front desk to double check. Unsurprisingly as I would expect, the lady told me that I have to switch to another room. I was at the airport to pick up a friend and all my things were in the room, unpacked. The lady had to called me back to inform me that I donot have to switch to another room. The breakfast was not worth $10.95 given the food choice was not changed everyday and the quality was not as good as $10.95. Overall, I felt very disappointed with the experience at this hotel and will definitely not recommend friends or myself to stay there again.
Absolute nightmare for my best friends wedding. The incompetence of the event management team seems unrivaled as they managed to not only double book rooms for the bridal party and try to charge us for them, but also rescheduling the guest shuttles last minute. We were also never informed that in order to ride the shuttle, guest must first have signed a waiver of liability. It was not until guests arrived at the wedding venue that the wedding party found out that the hotel shuttle would not be driving us back to the hotel as we didnt sign the waiver before we left for the event. And to match this embarrassment, I had to hear several guest at the wedding say that the two shuttles only had room for 7 guests each and many guests were forced to drive themselves or Uber. I would have expected a hotel, that otherwise has wonderful google ratings, to have the slightest idea of proper wedding etiquette or at the very least adequate communication with the bridal party. Would not suggest this location for any events.
Room are nice and clean, and staff has been friendly. But be aware, if you have a room overlooking the patio you can expect to have a party outside your room every night, two nights already. They do not have a closing time as a respect for the other guests. The first night they were out until 2 am, and it was because I finally complained to the front desk. Tonight is already 11 pm and they are back.
The hotel accepted a booking for 5, despite not actually being able to accommodate 5 in any room. The listed amenities included a jetted bathtub and Sleep Number mattresses. Neither of these were present in the room. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked about the same as most hotels complimentary breakfast, just at $11/person, and with no ability to accommodate a person with Celiac. All in all, a rotten experience.
Ive stayed there several times for businesses meetings, but this last time I stayed it was just horrible. The room wasnt clean properly. In the bathroom sink there was still hair from where a man shaved. There was still hair on the floor as well as blood on the wall. It looked like someone just wiped their bloody finger on the wall. I also want to mention when I asked for more pillows (because Im 6 months pregnant) the staff said why didnt you bring your pregnancy pillow 1: because that mess is huge & 2: Im only staying 1 night, can you not bring me just a large pillow? she replied well you should always have your pillow with you & to top things off the server at the breakfast bar was just utterly unsatisfying. The have a sign stating to wait to be seated never once where we asked anything. We had to pull the front desk staff to see the heck was going on. Must say the worst experience.
The room was the only good thing about this hotel. There is no restaurant or bar..its just some tables in the front lobby what a joke!! The pool is super tiny. I was very disappointed and will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to stay in Atlanta.
Had reservation to this hotel. Went to ck in and the receptionist told me they did not have a room available because they allowed a guest to stay an extra nite which would of been ours! They suggested hotel next door which also was a Hilton. Asked about price, which was more!!! I was told I would have to talk to them. When I did, I was given the run around and told I should of talked to first hotel. I explained to them I had, and a discounted price would be offered. Finally got into a room, WHICH WAS HANDICAPPED. Discovered no bathtub to bath my grandson. It was late, so I decided to let the front desk know in the am about what they had done. I was very clear with receptionist the nite before that we needed a room with fridge (formula) and we had an infant. When cking out the next am, I suggested to the front desk person that you do not give a handicapped room to a family with an infant. We were not impressed with hotel.
The place was clean and the guy at the front desk was helpful. But we got a room and we went up there and they had a sign on a machine that said ozone depletor leave this room immediately. So we left and they guy at the front desk said theres only one room available and it was smaller then the one we bought and they charged us for it. Besides this everything was ok.
The company I travel with booked a credit card with the hotel but they still demanded another credit card for incidentals. Other hotels I have stayed at did not require this so that was annoying. Also, the breakfast is NOT complimentary which the staff failed to tell me until later.Everything else was fine.Be careful, these places are sneaky with extra charges!
Great location to shopping and restaurants. Quiet for such high traffic area.Lots of quiet space available indoors and outdoors. The biggest plus to this hotel for me was the friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone was overly nice and went out of their way to help out. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kennesaw.
This is an excellent choice to stay. Wonderful staff that act like humans instead of computer mambo jumbo. Excellent management, staff and as most Hiltons clean! I will continue to stay here and know Im in good hands. Thank you for treating me like royalty. Its rare these days to find helpful, kindness. Most reviews are a negitive way of blowing off steam and usually about getting money back. Im so happy to post a really good review that is honest and from the heart.
Ok I travel for work and this will for sure be the last time I stay here. The 1st lady that checked us in or started to check us in was very nice a red headed lady but then this other lady just took over was rude and slow took like 25 mins to check in. Then we leave and come back late the guy at the front desk was rude wound not even talk to us or help us at all. My wife asked if you have bottle water his answer was “do u see bottle water”. Then he said u should just drink what’s in your room. Very rude!!!! I will be needing a hotel for many weeks but it Will not be hear ath this place. Will say the rooms are clean
My last three trips to Atlanta I have stayed here and its all because the first time I came Carla (manager i think) went so far above and beyond her responsibility to make sure that we had a good stay. We checked in late the first time and found out I had booked the room for the next month on accident! I expected to beg / fight to have it fixed without having to pay extra...... .she fixed it before I even finished explaining what went wrong and even text me to make sure everything was going great with our stay. Good job HGI Kennesaw
I stayed there for a few days to visit family during the Holidays and checked out a day earlier because of the renovations they are doing to other rooms. Seems the weekend I was there they were working on the rooms near me so from 9am - 6pm it was hammering and banging. I have terrible migraines and actually had to leave the hotel to go lay down at a friends house. Also, when I changed my dates they inactivated my card and had to go get new cards when I found out they didnt work.
I would of given this hotel a 4 but there was a food charge on my room and I didnt purchase anything from the food service. That got it down to a three. I didnt look at the bill until I got home(my mistake) so I called about this as soon as I got home and someone said they would look and it and get back to me in an hour. HE DIDNT(not acceptable) - I called back the next morning and talked to the operations manager and she said she would look into it but it would take a Full DAY. I explained that this was my second call and this needed to be cleared up sooner rather than later. She was not interested in speeding up the process and took the road of I wasnt here last night (now my review is a two) If this is the service I receive than I will not stay here again. There is a Hampton Inn across the street and another nice on the other side of this place - I would think the competition would be enough for the management to go the extra mile to clear up a bogus charge quickly.
The hotel is located in a centralized area of Kennesaw, which made it easy to get around the area, to and from the office, and the amazing amount of eateries in the area. The rooms are conferrable, with high def TVs, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and more. The only issue I have is that the heavier curtains do not close all the way, which made me a little uncomfortable.

2022-03-19We stayed at room 403 for a week and we felt pretty comfortable in general. It was quite spacious inside the room, the mattress was like a medium firmness which is very decent, and all the beddings were clean and refreshing. It was pretty quiet and that allowed us to get good quality of sleep. However, there were two downsides though, one is that there might be some ladybug problems since we saw quite a few walking along the wall and some were near the heater.... but fortunately, we didnt spot any nasty insect like cockroaches. Another unpleasant thing is that $155/night is certainly overpriced because it is technically not a fancy hotel, and also the fact that it does not come with much free amenities nor a decent shower.Breakfast was delicious though, and we liked that they offered a variety of options for your main meal, such as customized ingredients to put in your omelets. Last but not least, staffs in the front desk and those at the bar were all friendly and nice. We really appreciated that!

2022-05-30Hilton Garden Inn (room 416) was a good experience. It was in a great location and close to what I needed while in town.Upon arrival I was greeted by Jessica who was very nice and accommodating.I will say, the line of hotels are very nice however this particular one was just a tad bit over priced. It couldve been the particular weekend we needed.Upon entering the room, we were welcomed with a clean room and complimentary waters (due to my member status).Breakfast was nice but I do feel for the price of the room, it could have been included. The bfast host was working by herself but did a great job at serving all those that were seated for breakfast. Mr. Javier was nice as well and cooked a fabulous breakfast. It was cooked to order in front of you.Overall, I will probably stay again if ever in the area.

2022-06-22Sometimes word can not express how delighted ones experience are. The staff and quality of this location was superb. However a special appreciation should be given to the breakfast staff in the kitchen. The cook goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. Please take a look at the plate I was served, keep in mind this a motel. How could you articulate near perfection ? Instead of offering words of contentment I will simply leave you with a photograph and let you be the judge.

2022-05-06So far not so good. I walked in excited about my getaway however I was greeted or not so much so by two front desk clerks who acted as if they couldn’t see me standing there. One even made eye contact and kept on her computer. Then they chatted with each other for a second until they finally decided it would be a good idea to greet the paying guest. I hate bad/rude customer service. The room is clean so yeah that’s the good part.

2022-02-04Great front desk staff. Jacoya was really nice and friendly. I love the contactless check in. The room was clean and plenty spacious. The hotel was busy due to a basketball tournament, but every inch of that was clean and neat at all times. Plan to stay right here next time I am in the area.

2022-03-17Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Just cant get use to the marshmallow pillows. And the bare floors are different. The office chair is a hazard because of the bare floor, it moves out from under you when you get ready to sit in it. They need a small rug under it to keep it steady. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

2022-05-10Positive: Good location near restaurants and other shopping Negative: Our original room had very poor sound insulation. The room opposite the elevator and above the pool which had lots of activity and loud children. The loud children activity continued thru 1am Topping that there was a smoke/fire alarm that obviously fail

2022-06-14Great location and service in the restuarant.Rooms where pretty standard for a Hulton Garden. Could use a bit of upkeep in bathroom. I would probably stay again if in town.

2022-04-14This Hilton Garden Inn is a favorite. The staff was extremely polite professional and friendly. I felt warmly welcomed and appreciated. The made to order breakfast was outstanding and the housekeeping team is absolutely over the top great, the entire establishment is super clean and it definitely shows that the housekeeping team takes pride in their job.
