The overall stay was okay. Only complaints was that the water turned ice cold 5 minutes into taking a shower and remained cold, even 20 minutes after getting out of the shower. We have two toddlers so we brought along some toys for them to play with while in the room. As we were packing to leave, we were checking the room to see if we had missed picking up any of their toy cars. There was a lounge chair in the corner of the room, and when we checked behind that chair, we found an old bra that clearly did not belong to us and looked as if it had been there for quite awhile. Our oldest is autistic and either one of our toddlers could have gotten ahold of it, Lord knows what could have been on it. As we were checking out, we told the lady at the front desk about it and her response was Oh okay, Im sorry about that and nothing more. I know places are short staffed, but seriously, it was in a spot that housekeeping should have been checking for trash when cleaning a room. Plus not having hot, or even warm water for showers was terrible, especially when having toddlers and warm baths/showers are sometimes the only thing that helps an autistic child calm down from sensory overload.
Had two rooms for two nights. Not happy with the stayβ¦ the desk staff was nice, but we received no room cleaning service and there was only one towel for a couple. My kidsβ room was much the same. Weβre rewards members and Iβm glad I didnβt use rewards points for this stay.
Clean and well lit rooms. Front desk, housekeeping, and dinning staff were very accommodating! I was traveling for work and had a few hiccups but Revee at the front desk was a Godsend! 10/10 service! Will be staying at Hilton Garden Inn if Iβm in the Peachtree area in the future.
We stayed 2 nights and the first night we found that the shower was not getting hot. Because they were fully booked, they repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience and promised to move us the next day. Petra and a female manager went above and beyond to make the issue right. They took care of a night of our stay and even moved us into a bigger suite at no extra charge the next night. I would stay here 100 times over just because of the amazing customer service!! Thank you all so much for your hospitality.
Room was clean. They brought us a roll away bed which is near impossible at most hotels. Service went above and beyond. Food was awesome. Turkey sandwich and fries, and Brussel sprouts. (Dessert was not that great) We were not expecting that from a hotel restaurant. When we left a few items behind, the concierge, Mike, went above and beyond to get them to us. 100 A+ for service and staff.Pool and grounds could use some upkeep. But I would for sure stay there again based on the service and food.
The front desk staff was very good and the hotel was clean. Overall in that respect I could recommend it.However dont waste your time trying to have breakfast the staff was very rude, lazy and the food is with out a doubt substandard. If the hotel management could fix this issue it would be a nice hotel. So if you dont want breakfast it a nice place, if you would like breakfast find the local MacDonalds youll be a lot happier.
The staff is simply amazing!!!!! Petra greeted us by name as we left and returned. She did everything necessary to ensure we were comfortable and pleased with our accommodations. The property was extremely clean! This is the only place I will book for my family members.
It was clean. Great location. Affordable. All staff was very nice. They had the indoor pool but I was too tired to use it. Nice outdoor seating area. I would say they have too many reserved spots. Im a single woman with kids and having to park far in an area that wasnt lit well was concerning . The staff was amazing though.
Even though some of the staff apologize(the African American workers) we faced discrimination from the guest and some of the staff. As soon as me and my wife checked in I was asked by a group of white drunken guest if I was a Sumo wrestler by the woman and the man ask my wife to come sit on his lap. I had to be quick on my feet with a response to the ignorance because it would have been a bad confrontation. The clerk apologize that night. The next morning a different clerk heard what happen and gave us free breakfast. The white staff woman wanted to know why we were given the free meal. The other women who went to quietly talk to the front desk woman understood. We sat down and started whipping our table off with sanitizer and she got up set about that saying theres no need I cleaned it. I asked whats the harm mam. She stormed off. She then for the duration of our breakfast stared and walked around us. I dont feel like black people or people of color are welcome here. I drove 5 hours to come to a wedding to deal with this discrimination. (BEWARE)
We were so glad we decided on a whim to stay here. The room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. (Loriβs service at breakfast was really top notch.)The location is absolutely convenient to Peachtree City, tucked away, yet next to everything. Would stay here again.
LaTonya was a pleasure to work with. I am a Community Manager of a local apartment community. When I needed a last minute booking for a resident who was having repairs done in her apartment, LaTonya went above and beyond to make sure that they would have zero issues when they check in. I appreciate her inviting spirit and excellent customer service!
Though I did not stay at this hotel I never will. Was simply trying to deliver diabetic medicine to a guest and the front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude. I simply asked if I may deliver to guests room and she goes on to say I cant and that they have to call them down to recieve them. Thats fine but theres no answer and I ask if I can knock on their door and she says and what if he dont answer, then what with an attitude. She then calls housekeeping and gets an attitude over the phone with them too. She then says angrily that if they dont answer it will be put in the fridge. The housekeeper was extremely nice and allowed me to go up with her to ensure delivery. But Im just flabbergasted over a place as prestigious as a Hilton hiring someone so unkind.
Super nice room, comfy bed, tastefully decorated and VERY clean! Called last minute and got a wonderful rate, an awesome room, and were disabled so Timothy made sure we were near the door to transfer stuff from the car. We were literally six feet from the room to our car. The front desk staff, especially Timothy Gregory and Donna addressed all our needs and were over the top friendly. Coming from Miami it was an unexpected breath of fresh air, enough for us to consider property in this area. Well be back often until we buy a new house. Keep up the the great work!πππ
This hotel is very clean. I did lots of research and review reading before booking a reservation at this hotel. I was relieved when I arrived and saw our room. I inspected the bed and everything and all was good. All the staff were so nice. The front desk staff was very organized. I had requested early check in on my reservation since we were arriving for a soccer tournament. When I arrived, the lady had already looked at the reservations for the day and made sure that I had a room as requested, even though check in was at 3 normally. I would stay at this hotel again. The area was good and nothing is too far from the hotel, but the hotel itself is tucked back in a quiet little area. Grounds were kept up and sitting at breakfast you could watch chipmunks and birds and squirrels. Managers here are involved and it shows! Nice hotel!
I would not recommend this hotel. Unfriendly staff as soon as you enter. The suite was not what I expected. There is no doors between the bedroom and living room area. If you use both TVs at the same time they both are back to back. You end up with a volume fight with your spouse. The lobby is not dusted or vacuumed when most guests are showing up at 3. The bathroom is old and the tub is chipped in a big area.
Great customer service upon entry. I could not stop talking to the front desk person. We had so much in common and she was very welcoming. The rooms were clean. The pool was nice and I even spent time in the hot tub. Location was amazing and I will definitely recommend for rest and relaxation.
Great place with a good conference room, if you are hosting one at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and are very attentive. They have a very modern interior design that is contemporary. The lobby is very airy and is very colorful. If you are staying in peachtree city, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only reason why I didnt give this establishment five stars is because its location is not clearly visible from the street. So if you are not using your GPS it can be slightly difficult to find. Other than that, I will definitely be returning.
I stay here every time I come to work in Fairborn and the staff and cleanliness of this hotel are excellent. Every is very nice and attentive to the guest. I really have to call out Donna who works the desk in the evenings she makes me laugh every time I come here and makes sure I have everything I need!
This was a great, clean, and quiet hotel. We can from Florida to do a walking dead studio tour and it was the best hotel we could stay at. It was very clean well kept. The staff was friendly more human then most places they were happy to help with everything and not so robotic lol. All in all highly recommend.
This hotel outside of Atlanta provided a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff left a sweet note in my room and the front desk staff was helpful. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The restaurant and bar staff were great. Barbara and Heather were engaging and friendly. They chatted with customers and made us feel comfortable. I definitely would stay there again.
The first night I was kept awake w a constant knocking on the bathroom walls ( plumbing)?I finally went downstairs at 4 am and got another room. Donβt get rm 422.They should provide water each day. Pillows are flat. People were nice, especially Joe the restaurant manager.
The rooms are very spacious, look very nice, and the beds super comfy. The staff here is super friendly and helping to people not familiar with this area, and are always willing to help you. The food is amazing and tastes great here at the hotel. And the amenities such as pool, work out room, and bar are very nice, and kept up very well. Everything is professional, but very welcoming and pleasing at the same time. I will be happy to come back here everytime
Very nice. Very clean. Quiet location. Trail access. Near shopping and restaurants. Nice clean room with refrigerator and coffee. Very clean indoor pool and hot tub. The only reason I took off one star its because the beds are super firm hard as a rock. I had a horrible time getting or staying asleep, I dont think Ive ever felt a bed so hard.
This Hilton is being renovated! DO NOT stay there if you plan to sleep at night. Attending a conference there (sixth year the conference has been held at this location), I was NOT informed that they are renovating and the fire alarm went off 5 times during our stay. The first alarm was during our lunch at the conference. Three of those alarms were during the middle of the night while we attempted to sleep. The final alarm was at 8:30 in the morning, while I attended a conference session. When I asked what would be done about this, the manager was NOT IN. When I called back to speak with the manager, she offered to comp 1/2 the room and my golf cart cost at first. I informed her that I enjoyed the golf cart, but didnt sleep a total of four hours and comping 1/2 the room did not make up for my night of fewer than four hours straight sleep. I had to mention calling corporate before the room was comped. I have never stayed at a Hilton with this type of attitude toward customers sleep! I am very disappointed. The highlight of this visit was Mike (concierge) who treated us wonderfully, and Kennsyle who waited on us so graciously with the golf cart. The morning desk personnel were both nonchalant about our night of NO sleep.
In my opinion much success to a business can be linked to the quality of its employees. Went in for dinner and had a truly great experience. From the friendly and professional greeting to the nice, hot, tasty burger, it was all great. The associates made me feel as if they truly appreciate the opportunity to serve me. Yes, there wasnt a room filled with other patrons that were demanding, but there were some others and I didnt get the feeling I was being given less service or I cant find my server. Even the salad I had was great and they accommodated me by having dressing on the side instead of just tossed on the greens. I think if you want to eat a good dinner then start here. Basically you could do so much worst, but try to stop here for one of the best experience you will have.
Our vacation has been perfect. This hotel is very cozy and cute. The customer service is great! Helen, Keren in breakfast was so sweet and polite they deserve a 10. Olivia at the front desk kept us laughing with her Witty personality. The housekeepers spoke Everytime we passed through the hall.
I donβt usually write reviews on hotels because itβs times consuming and can feel petty. But for 136 for a night you would think the room would have real curtains to block out the god forsaken light blasting in from a street light. The walking and pounding you can here from above and the buzzing and groaning of some sort of machine all night long.. I came here to get some rest after a long days work going into an early long days work and I think I would have been better off sleeping in my car for a few hours. I was afraid I was going to fall asleep at the wheel so I booked a Hilton thinking itβd be great sleep- now Iβm broke and still worried Iβm going to fall asleep at the wheel. Iβm embarrassed for you Hilton. Get some real curtains.
I was there for a graduation celebration in the Ballroom. The room was sizeable but it wasnt huge. It had two projectors. The staff was very attentive. The parking upfront was limited, though I assume there was additional parking in the rear but I didnt see out and didnt see signs fire additional parking. Overall the experience was pretty awesome.
The hotel is nice. The beds are firm. Bring your own pillow! The pillows feel like someone threw a hand full of cotton in and sewed it up. We stayed on the 4th floor. Our room is really noisy at night. There are pipes in the wall or something. It sounds someone knocking on the wall all night. Other than that the rooms are really nice. The staff is really friendly. Rent the golf cart and go riding on the trails if you stay here. Breakfast is $10 per person not worth it to me. The indoor pool and hot tub are awesome. Peachtree City is an awesome town to stay in.
Wonβt be staying there again. Front desk woman was just bad. She was the exact opposite of what you would want working the front desk, the first person to interact with guests. We arrived after 7 hour drive for a wedding, my wife went to check in and the woman asked her to wait a moment because she was busy working on the computer. My wife stepped aside to allow her some time to compose her self and while doing so 2 more families arrived to check in. Instead of helping my wife after she composed herself her went straight to the new people walking in. It took us an hour to finally check in and during the whole process the woman was rude and unprofessional.I worked in the hotel and hospitality industry for many years and Iβve never experienced such horrible service at a Hilton hotel before. We love Hilton and always have great service and thatβs why we chose to stay there every time we travel. This place was the exception. Front desk really ruined the experience for us and because of this wonβt ever choose to stay at this location again.Other than the worst front desk staff, the room was just ok. Housekeeping left a note for a different diamond member in our room, the tv didnβt work because there was no digital encoder in the room so the amount of noise on the cable line made it impossible to watch anything without cutting in and out the whole time. When we arrived home from the wedding we were followed and stalked by some random man, I had to use my personal weapon to escort my wife inside because she was so nervous about the gentlemen that was sitting in the parking lot. We told the over night woman working who replied only with she had no clue what was going on because she was watching Netflix. As we walked inside the gentlemen outside waved to us in a threading manor from his car. I was unsure the reason why he was outside but looked as if staff was not equipped to deal with such situation. I felt nervous and I am an army veteran with combat tours. How can you expect people to feel safe at your hotel when your staff is not equipped to deal with an issue such as this. Iβm not sure what would have happened had I not had my weapon with me, would we have been attacked right outside your hotel while the night worked watched Netflix? Would you want all your guest brandishing weapons to enter the front door at midnight on a Saturday just to feel safe they wonβt be harmed?Needless to say I never expected this from a Hilton branded hotel and never will I stay at this property again. I wonβt be surprised when I see this location on the news.Just a bad experience all around, only reason I gave 2 stars is because if we had gotten good service at the front desk we probably would have had no issue returning. I donβt mind dealing with some undesirable people outside and it could happen anywhere, but no one should be treated how we were when we checked in. Iβve never advocated for someone to lose their job but she was awful and should just not be in the hospitality field. Maybe a transition to housekeeping would be better for her skills because guest relations was not her strong suit.
Very nice 2 day stay at this hotel. It is located in a nice area close to eating places and other services. Hotel room very clean and fully stocked. Hotel has food service but they do charge for breakfast. Food was good and Follett made to order. I would stay here again.
We stayed here to go to an event nearby. Never having been to Peachtree City, we werent sure what to expect; but it wasnt this. The hotel itself punches far above its weight class: the interior is a gorgeous modern style Ive seen in resorts that were far larger. The room was very clean, and much larger than one would expect for the price range.Wifi was acceptable, but few hotels have exceptional wifi. The indoor pool was clean, although I did not use it.The gym I did use: small, but efficient. Go during off hours, because it feels like a large walk in closet.
I decided to have my fathers surprise 80th birthday party at this hotel. I thought it would have been difficult since I live out of state, but Lea made it simple from the moment I began the planning with her. She helped me with the menu, decorations and room selection. Shawn, the executive chef, was friendly and extremely helpful the morning of the party, even helping with the audiovisual equipment. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Gina, our server, masterfully handled the party, enabling me to really enjoy the event without worrying about a thing. My family commented on how nice the hotel is. I would not hesitate to host another event at this hotel!
We were in Peachtree City for just one night to visit nearby Senoia. The hotel lobby was clean and updated. Our room was also very clean and looked recently updated. Comfortable bed! The pool area was clean as well. The pool was very warm! We enjoyed our short stay.
This was a AMAZING time had by all. Birthday celebration was so beautiful. Hats off to Heather our hostess. She made sure your plate was clean and cups were full. Came around to each table during our celebration to make sure we were ok needed refills on anything. I want to thank the chef. For making a vegetarian so happy. All the food was great everyone had a great time. I loved the string beans all the raw veggies the salad cheese & fruit platter was delicious. Thank you gina for hospitality and making sure i can the vegetable soup home safe without spills...i had a great time thanks hilton.
Great hotel with one glaring exception: the beds. They claim they can be adjusted (which they didnt tell us upon check in) from firm to soft but even the softest setting is way too firm. Was very surprised a hotel like this would choose to have beds like that. Other than that it was great.
We had to come to Atlanta because a family member was sick. The husband reserved two rooms for one night. When we got there we waited 45 minutes to be told that they didnt have but one room. Thankful the family member that lives in Atlanta printed the confirmation page when he rented the rooms. Very unprofessional. Not one apology not even a free bottle of water. Got to the room and water was 1.50 a bottle, really WTH. My husband works at a Hilton in Roanoke Va and they give water away all day long. The best part of our stay was the bartender. I had fallen and she got me an ice pack and made sure I was very well taken care of. The rest of the idiots that work there they need to go back to training class or find another profession. Never will stay there again. I will go to a Motel 6 first. And who makes you pay $10.50 for a small breakfast bar. Most cheap places gives it for free. For the kind of money you pay here it should have been free.
Horible, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Tried to organized a business meeting there. First sales never pick up the.phone nor return your calls.... Then once on site get ready for a bunch of lies and lame escuses for not meeting their commitments. My team members who stayed there all had problems..In the end I took my business somewhere else.If you read carefully the 5 star reviews below you will notice a patern.... I highly suspect all these a fake.
Super clean, pool and jacuzzi with handicap entry chair, workout room and small bar and restaurant. Very nice Hilton Garden Hotel that is conveniently located off the main roads, 2 elevators and an outside patio for the pool and one for the restaurant. Reasonable rates, even last minute.
Always a friendly crew at this small hotel in Peachtree City. Food is consistently good (the French toast is excellent - this coming from one who prides himself on making tasty fr. toast), and the double-oink burger was two full meals in one (pictured - you need a very wide opening to get this burger into your mouth) accomodations are comfortable and clean. Just discovered a trail amongst the trees behind the bldg.
For the price paid no special amenities, no free WiFi, no breakfast etc. Not sure what makes them more expensive other than the location in a nice area. Plus AC not working properly through out the hotel. Previous trip stays at Holiday Inn Express or Drury Inn were just as nice facilities plus free breakfast/small dinner buffet, free WiFi, pool, etc. Would not choose Hilton Garden Inns if other accommdations are available.
Paid a little extra so I could take a nice hit jacuzzi after a long day of driving. Too bad the jacuzzi was luke warm -- even after I requested they check the temp before I checked in. Its the little things that drive away a repeat guest -- maybe the next place I stay in this area wont skimp in the jacuzzi temperature.
The guy at the counter Saturday march 17 at 9:30 pm, was very rude, he was telling me that I could not use the counter to let a customer of mine sign for there credit card, so they could get there pizza order. I was going to get a night to stay there next weekend but nvm now, I will go to the holiday Inn instead.
We were there for a birthday luncheon, didnt stay in a room, located at the top end of peachtree city 30269, very large parking area in the rear of the building, did notice a heated pool, the lunch was amazing, and the service you couldnt have ask for a better waiter, he was friendly and at the top of his game, talked to everyone as if he was a part of the party. Definitely a 9 even maybe a 10 out of 10
.My daughter and i spent the night and i must say our experience was great...it was my birthday and Olivia who checked us in was fantastic as well Lori who waited on us for breakfast...I highly suggest staying there and look forward to other times when we head to Peachtree City...They will have us as guest again....can you say 100% and treated ever so kindly...Hilton is the BEST !!!!
Horrible Housekeeping manager ERICA, is unprofessional and she acted like she did not want to help me... She needs to work somewhere where theres only ppl of her same race OBVIOUSLY..I told her the room I stayed in was not properly cleaned and she acted as if it was my family and I that caused the mess that was there.. I did not like the way she responded and reacted towards the situation. Ill never come back!

2022-06-12Rooms were very nice! Spacious and comfy.Food was great! Nice flavor and lots of options!Staff was friendly and welcoming!Only gripe is pool area needs to be cleaned and scrubbed! The floors have mold building up. The pool smells funny. Itβs way to warm in the indoor pool area.Building could use a nice cleaning (pressure wash)I love the location.ππ€π½ππ

2022-03-17Nice place to stay. Recently upgraded and has a lot to offer. Breakfast is the only reason I didnt rate 5 stars. Still good, but can be better to be more in line with other hotels with full serve restaurants.

2022-03-17Great place to relax and stay. The breakfast at the restaurant can be slightly improved to provide a better selection for the continental. The 3 egg omelet was fine off the menu, but I would recommend adding some sides to the breakfast meals such as toast, etc. to complete the meal.

2022-05-08Bathroom toilet was dirty and disgusting. There was a ring It looked like used by someone and not cleaned when I checked in. And the room was never cleaned during 4 nights stay. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. Sorry for the unhealthy picture but this was what I had during my stay.

2021-08-12Positive: The managers/staff were wonderful. We dealt more with the night managers & they were fantastic. Any problem we had were taken care of immediately. They were always very nice & answered all questions with a smile. The open pool/hot tub was great. Negative: Not thrilled with housekeeping. I understand since COVID you donΓΒΏt get your room cleaned daily but there was a candy wrapper in the bed when we got there. Coffee stains on the desk where it wasnΓΒΏt cleaned up. Managers refilled rm snacks cause hk did

2021-10-04I was very pleased with this HGI! Petra and Sharon and the front desk were both extremely helpful and friendly. I was part of a class reunion group, and the location was convenient for all of our activities. In a thoughtful, safety-conscious move, the TV remote was already in a plastic bag!The only other feedback I would have is for a one night stay, maybe the housekeeping staff could wait until after I check out to try and come in my room to clean. At about 10:30, while I was trying to finish with packing and getting dressed, the housekeepers repeatedly knocked until I rushed out of the bathroom, and hurried to put on enough clothes to answer the door and ask them to come back later.Overall a very nice, clean, safe, pleasant experience.

2021-08-15Very nice room. Good food next door. Tub wasnt installed level so all the water from the shower poured onto the floor from the ledges. The pool was freezing in the hot tub was lukewarm. And even though it is a 3-star hotel and a higher quality one, there is no free continental breakfast in the morning. $200 a night and you dont even get a bagel. The staff was very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable for my wife and I personally but the kids slept fine.

2021-12-01Clean, inviting, well lit. Itβs a typical HGI but thatβs a good thing. Location was convenient for me. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet too. Employees are friendly and greet you every time. Stay here and you wonβt be disappointed.
