Pros: The hotel and grounds are nice. Indoor pool. Nice selection of snacks, drinks. Ample parking. In a semi secluded location but right down the street from many basics like Target and various food. The gentleman who works the audit/over night shift was really nice and friendly and always had a smile on his face.Cons: Communication is sub par for any needs. I booked this location for our family of 3 to stay for two nights. We arrived after 9pm our first night. I reserved a Junior King Suite, reservation was correct. Room 513. The AC thumped as soon as it came on, every time, and screeched as long as it was on. Horrible. Next morning notified front desk on our way out for the day. Upon return that evening checked with the desk and the agent told me that they didnt keep a log for maintenance and wasnt sure anyone went to the room. I recorded it on my phone to show. No offer to have someone actually come fix the issue or move rooms but thought to try and give a free breakfast card which I refused. The bed was comfortable but we never got to enjoy good sleep. Didnt feel appreciated as a guest.
I checked in to this hotel on April 22nd for a business trip. Before I had booked the hotel, I spoke with the receptionist, told her how long I was going to stay and she gave me a complete rate on the phone along with an email with my receipt. Once I arrived and checked in on the app, I noticed that an additional $200 dollars had been taken out of my bank account. The original amount was supposed to be for 251. When I went to the front desk to ask about this charge, the receptionist said that they charge an “incidental fee” which was suppose to come off after I checked out. It would’ve been nice to know this information when I booked on the phone originally, or at least have gotten an email with the information. Neither was done. On top of that, or room was less than desirable. The carpet was dirty, there was hair in the bed, the bathroom light was dim and the room was outdated overall. If I had the choice, I would not book this hotel again..
Stayed for our anniversary..very disappointed noise from slamming doors all night and towels appeared to be wet from either a lazy laundry crew almost like they just picked up.last Tena ts towels and put them back folded. And a loud toilet from flushing almost like a screeching noise.Breakfast the food was hard especially the bread I opted for yogurt husband didnt eat anything because his food was hard as well. Ive stayed here before but without breakfast so basically I paid 27.00 for yogurt and apple juice.Ive never left a bad review anywhere until now. Also I never seen anyone sanitizing any high touch points. But I did see puddles after they mopped but they did have wet floor signs out. However once dried when I came back through our shoes were aticky. I did hear a few foul words from your laundry/ janitorial area although Im no stranger to the words I still felt like it was unprofessional. Upon checkout the ladybasked if I wanted a printed receipt I said yes after a minute or 2 she said I have to email because I dont know how to add the breakfast to the bill so a little more training for the front desk maybe, however she was polite. Not sure if Ill stay again at this point .
STAY AWAY! I Found SEVERAL insects in my room. I was moved to another room that was absolutely FILTY (food, hair and trash on the floor). Was told to contact management in the morning by night staff. Was told by person at front desk in the morning there was no management on-site. Tried 3 times to call manager (Amy) who never returned my call. I had to drive back to the hotel to speak to her (she offered no real resolution). We used to stay here frequently before the pandemic and it was ok. ABSOULUTLY TERRIBLE now STAY AWAY!!!!
Nice place. Biggest complaint is about the pillows. 3 small pillows per bed doesnt work. One is too small and that leaves one person per bed with only one pillow. There should be 4 pillows in each bed, 2 per person. Ive never seen this at any other hotel much less a Hilton.
My car was broken into on Super Bowl weekend. My belongings was stolen . No help from hotel . Staff stated there was no cameras. I parked by side door I front of a camera. Come to find out the cameras do not work ( none of them ) so please keep this in mind . Also do not miss the blue signs hiding behind bushes that state u park at your own risk (which is their parking lot). I won’t be back ever again .
Just needed new mattresses everyone was very nice makes you feel at home update July 19 2022 disappointed in the room we had last night I feel if the hotel allows pets and charges a non refundable fee that room should be cleaned (especially the floors) and deodorizer to not smell like pets were in it so the next person who gets the room doesnt have an unpleasant experience
My husband and I stayed for two nights (M-W) while in the process of signing for our new home. It was an extremely affordable stay in my opinion, and the service we received far surpassed that dollar amount. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and hospitable, and it really gave me a much more positive attitude about moving here. We went to the hotel bar one night, which was also extremely affordable. I was not expecting to be able to purchase drinks at a hotel bar for 4 to 7 dollars. Breakfast is not included in this stay but can be purchased for $10-$13, someone said that prices change a bit depending on what items are available that morning. There were plenty of breakfast options that included cereals, pastries, juices, fruit, and hot bar items Like eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and potatoes. The gentleman in the kitchen was also available to make other kinds of potatoes and made to order omelettes for no additional charge. Even though it was a buffet style breakfast, there was an employee around to help clear plates and make sure that we were having a good experience. The food was on or for the price of breakfast, in our opinion. The fruit was fresh and the bacon was crispy so we were good to go 😂This hotel has a pool, small fitness center, and office center. We did not utilize any of these facilities, but I walked around and they all look very clean and well-maintained.Everyone that I interacted with, whether it was to ask a question at the front desk or making small talk in the elevator, was so kind. That is the most important part of an experience for me, so I really appreciated everybody that was there during our stay. Ms. Wanda at the front desk even brought out a booklet of activities in Columbus and gave me a few recommendations when I checked out, when I told her we were just moving here.I wish I had gotten more employee names, but anyone who was working 11/1-11/3 was fabulous and we are so thankful for you!!
First off, the staff has been very friendly. After that, it’s all downhill. The pool area is very pretty and well-maintained. However, the water and the air temperature are ice cold and absolutely nobody was using the pool; why would they risk hypothermia? The lobby was very cold and I asked the main desk why the fireplace was not on. That was because it was broken! They had no idea when it would get fixed.Even though the room was large, all of the lamps had rust pits on them; disgusting. They had only one arm chair and no small table to eat a snack at. Very poor planning for such a large room. The breakfast Buffet was a complete and total rip off. It was $9.25 and the grits were completely inedible because they were way too salty. When I asked the chef if they were planning on making a new batch of grits, she said no. She also told me I couldn’t use the large plate. At $9.25, I think I should use whatever plate I feel like. Two days in a row they only had honeydew melon. I am violently allergic to it and they did not have any other cut fruit. they didn’t even have a waffle machine which we have found at complementary breakfast buffets in other hotels. This meant that I had a disgusting cold breakfast. The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday evenings so that after a long day of travel, we had a first go into town to get our dinner. When the restaurant was open last night, they have a very limited menu. Only sheer exhaustion forced us to stay at the hotel. The bartender, Marquis, however, was great,All in all, I absolutely would not return to this hotel. When I bring my children to this area again in the spring, we will book at another hotel.
Pool was closed. No free hot breakfast even though it was advertised. We went downstairs and it said $9.25 for continental breakfast! 😳 bathroom light was super dim, no fan in the bathroom and bad water pressure. Bed was lumpy. Staff was very friendly though! We paid extra for a nice hotel with amenities that we didn’t get 😖
Got in late for check in. Walking in, it looked like a nice room but once we got settled, noticed the toilet hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly and the shower drained super slow.So annoyed—just make sure you check your bathroom out before you shed your clothes and get comfy, ok? We really should have asked for another room 😞
Our stay was excellent from the moment we walked in till we walked out! Patrick at the front desk is AWESOME. Rooms are spacious, super clean and very comfortable. The shower pressure is amazing! The only complaint I have is that the pool was so cold that you could not even use it and I was really looking forward to a pool day!
Booked hotel soley for indoor pool for the kids during our stay for 2 day military ceremonies.Pool was so frigid...Eskimo cold...the kids couldnt swim. Hot tub was filled in although the site we saw it on had it listed as an amenity. Staff did nothing to try and warm pool or address the issue period. No compensation or credit or anything. Worst hotel experience I have had in many years of travel. Stayed at 5 different hotels on the 2 week trip and this was the worst one. Not the cheapest but still the worst. Will not stay here again.
We reserved a king bed and ended up with two queens. Not a big deal. The hotel room smelled like a wet dog. They were overbooked, so we were stuck in that room for the night. We were moved the next day thankfully. The staff is amazing to say the least. The room was super clean.
I requested to check-in early (2:15 vs 3pm checkin). Rather than tell me they didn’t have availability the lady at the front desk rudely informed me that check-in was 3pm. I was shocked at the rude reception. I went to my car and checked-in online with a digital key and was in a room within 10 minutes. The mini-fridge in the room did not work and the sink didn’t drain well.I have stayed in this hotel 4-5 times in the last two years. (The location is convenient for my work.). However, I will never stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated with respect.
Stayed here for the day using the Day Rate. It was my first time using this rate so I was curious to see how it works. I arrived bright and early, 7am. It appears you can’t use the digital key for this rate, so I went to the front desk who got me into a room right away with a key card. I booked this rate because I was going to a concert in Macon that night and heard it’s not a safe area. Especially for me, traveling alone with an out of state plate. So the plan was get ready for the show in Columbus, attend the show, then head to my next destination. The room was wonderful! It gave me the opportunity to do everything I needed to prepare for the concert - nap, shower, have a nice meal, dress up, etc. The only downside, and why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the side door would not open with the key card. I had to use the lobby doors, and because I was preparing for a concert it meant bringing in a wide variety of things from my car. I’m forgetful and had to make 3 trips in total to my car. The hotel is kind of a maze, so it was inconvenient not being able to park near the side door where the elevators are located.Besides that everything was great. Checkout was a breeze and just as smooth as any other booking. Staff was super friendly. For those who need a room for the day (and not overnight) I would definitely recommend! The room was only $53, oppose to the nightly rate of $110.
I am one who is extremely particular about hotel visits and usually does not write reviews but had to write one for this visit. When entering the premises of this hotel, it is secluded , quiet, and private. Upon entering after 8pm, EVERYONE welcomed us. It was extremely inviting. Christy at the front desk was impeccable!! She is TRULY one to have on your team and was knowledgeable about the hotel. She went out of her way to welcome each guest as they entered. Her personality and energy was the best. The cook on duty was patient/ friendly, and prepared meals after his shift had ended without any gripes. He truly wanted to ensure that patrons were satisfied. If anyone was not satisfied, he prepared a new meal after hours. The bar, The bar..... sooo much fun with karaoke after a class reunion. Everyone in the lobby was participating in some way. Everyone was happy, smiling, and enjoying the stay. Guest even left their rooms to hang in the lobby. The ONLY negative was the next morning at the breakfast buffet. As a patron of nothing but the Hilton Brand I am aware of the hotels expectations. As I entered the buffet to begin the breakfast routine and asked for ALA Carte, I was reminded that breakfast was not FREE. Hmmm..... I was aware. This is only mentioned because as I observed the entrance of everyone else that entered No One Else was reminded of the charge but was welcomed with a menu and seated. There were several other patrons with ala carte as well as fruit/yogurt. As I prepared fruit, again, the employee working 11/7/21 reminded me that fruit was not part of the ala carte. At this point, I am aggravated. Paying for the meal was definitely NOT a problem.Despite the one negative, this will be my number one choice when in the area!!!
Only reason it gets one is because the staff were so hospitable and polite. The pool is ice cold and the pool area is blowing ac ice cold. Never have I seen an indoor pool area freezing the way this was. I got a refund and immediately checked into the Marriott. The room was ok but felt very damp.
5 night with no one cleaning the room. Had to get towels, toilet paper, cups from front desk all week. Cut myself on bed framing. Shower head sprays all over bathroom. Breakfast is burnt and cold all at the same time. Re-doing floors in several units, loud and no notice. I could go on but you get the point.
Let start with the HVAC being broken since COVID started. The hallways and common areas were sticky with humidity. The room carpet was nasty and slick. Roaches in the rooms coming from around the Widow unit. I stayed a week and not one time was my room cleaned even after asking! I had to go to the front counter to get new towels. This place used to be my go to but now I suggest everyone to stay clear! The hotel food was limited due to not enough food on hand. I will say that the staff was very nice.
Staff was great. The Jr Suite was lacking. The lighting is bad. The walls are stark white, shiny stucco or something. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. The whole thing needs some minor upgrading to make it feel comfortable and welcoming. The bathtub is old and scarred. That wouldnt have mattered as much if the living room had been great. Bathroom sink was clogged, running very slowly. Called the front desk about it twice. On the second call he reported he had not had time to call maintenance. And still we wait.Over all I think I would choose a different hotel.
I was not informed about any food credit, the bathroom was not very clean this time. Very Dirty on the AC unit. Hair stuck on inside of bathroom door, the shower was not clean, no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower, Rude lady at from desk when we checked , and she was also rude to the folks ahead of us. Rude person at the front desk in the morning as well. Very disappointing. I stayed there twice earlier in the month and the only issue then was that the room smelled dirty. Carpet??I have stayed there many times and had much better service. I do not plan on staying there for business again.
Been here a week so far after a Recent stint at Homewood Suites. Far more superior and clean. Front Desk is very helpful and accommodating. For most of the week the hotel was full and for good reason. I have to say Patrick has went above and beyond his job to make guests feel welcome and to meet their needs. I had a small issue and he was quick to see that it was taken care of. I cant express his professionalism and generosity. Give this man a raise!
I am forever done with Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was good, but their primary job is to apologize. The hotel is not properly maintained; windows in our lake view room are so filthy, I can’t see the lake, carpet and flooring throughout are worn, hallways not air conditioned, no vent in bathroom, no safe in room,p-trap clogged, (cannot think to long on this-GROSS),ice machine broken, ATM broken, pool closed by the State of Georgia!, no water on check in, no coffee in lobby after breakfast AND, your room is only cleaned if you request it! Sorry, this would be a great place for a hotel….DO NOT STAY HERE!
This Hilton is hidden away in a beautiful wooded location with a lake, right in the middle of the city. It is an absolutely beautiful location, the staff were very courteous and accommodating, the hotel is well maintained in great condition, absolutely no complaints. It is well worth the stay. However, make sure you arrive early enough in the day to enjoy the actual location and the beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. One of Hiltons nicest, if not the nicest one, Ive ever stayed in.
Very nice hotel, guest service horrible, in door pool was freezing and air conditioning was on blast in the freezing pool area. Sign said jacuzzi but there wasnt one. Elevator smelled like dogs were in it and it made me throw up every time I had to use it. I would have given 1 star but the pond just sooth your soul looking at it . A young lady name crystal made my last few days stay great bc of her quick to action thinking to try and fix my last few days stay with accommodations. THE LADY OVER HOUSE KEEPING WAS SO UNPLEASANT BUT I PUT HER IN HER PLACE REAL QUICK .Breakfast was disgusting and it cost 9.75 or more. I will never choose to stay again!
Location is great! This hotel is tucked off in its own secluded location but less than 5 minute access to major roads with restaurants and shopping. The hotel is up to date, very chic and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The access and view of the pond and ducks is beautiful. Plenty of parking with access to a side door that is located at the elevator which makes your husband happy when he has to carry all of your luggage! Oh and its very affordable compared to other hotels in the area!
Stayed June 23-25, 2021. I have been a Hilton member for 10+ years and only stay at Hilton hotels. At first I thought this was a wonderful hotel. It was in a secluded area and the first day we had above and beyond service but the 2nd day our service was anything but great. Everyone was rude and just plain mean to not only me but my children. When we booked online it said breakfast was included like all the other Hilton hotels we have stayed in but apparently it’s only for Diamond members. The first day we had no issues eating but the 2nd day the lady doing breakfast was extremely rude to my kids who are 17 when they were trying to get breakfast so when they came to get me she was so rude to me I tried to go to the front desk and they were no better. Then when we checked out they had charged us for the breakfast from the first day and we didn’t even know it. Needless to say we won’t be staying with them again.
We pretty much used the room to sleep and shower. Resturant is closed, pool is closed for maintenance(and has been). Those were the two main reasons for choosing this hotel and it would have been great to know before hand when I called and specifically said I was looking forward to the restaurant and the indoor pool.
The room was nice but Im disappointed due to the pool was closed because of high chlorine levels which could have been corrected in no time, the restaurant was closed and they wanted to charge $9.25 for a continental breakfast that should have been included with the stay for the price of the room, over all the stay was ok but still disappointed due to the enemties were not what I expected.
If I could give a 0 star rating I would, the hotel is filthy! From entrance to halls to elevators to rooms. We arrived tired from driving and simply wanted a clean room to sleep- not too much to ask correct? We were wrong- our room had hair on the bathroom floor, bathroom doors, the comforter and sheets had hair and was filthy, I see now why the lights in the hotel room are kept so dim. There were dogs barking all night, our heater screeched, the rugs had unknown dark brown stains on them, the elevator had spilled stains, tissue was on the floor, guests were not wearing masks in common areas nor were they asked to. My advise- do yourself a favor and run from this place. The only positive was the front desk staff who were very understanding and apologized.
My nearly 1-hour check-in experience was horrible. After a long day of driving to Providence Canyon to hike we were starving, thirsty, and just wanted to shower and go find a good place to eat.Im not sure what happened to cause my card(s) to decline, but he didnt try to help us figure it out. 3 different cards, several swipe attempts, and even manually trying to input card info yielded decline after decline.3 or 4 other people checked in while my mom, sister, and daughter and I tried to figure out how all of my cards were declined. I called the bank and they said they couldnt even see a transaction attempt to decline. My credit card I use for travel had a $0 balance.I did receive a fraud detection text alert from my credit card company after the agent manually tried to type in my card. I told the agent he might be typing in some information incorrectly. He said he wasnt. It was frustrating and embarrassing and so my family and I finally just thought to purchase through priceline. That worked! Even though the agent said, Priceline declined it, too, but well have to settle with them. That is NOT EVEN POSSIBLE!My mom had to use her debit card for incidentals. We finally got checked in. Not once did the agent ask if we had been to the property, he didnt explain any of the amenities, and he never seemed concerned with our frustration. He didnt even call anyone to see what could be done or what was causing the issue. After we showered, we went to Long Horn Steak House. My debit card worked fine there. When we got back to the hotel, I bought 2 ice creams at the front desk (a different agent was on duty by then) and my debit card worked! At that point, I was convinced the 1st agent was intentionally doing something to cause my card to decline. I have no clue why. We were respectful and patient and he even gave us drink vouchers (I never even got to use mine). The room was fine, hotel was clean, most people wore masks (the staff didnt), my mom and sister said the bar tender was nice and made good drinks, the breakfast host and cook were awesome, and we loved the grounds. My checkin / customer service experience was the worst Ive ever had in the history of my 25 years of traveling.I would really like to know what actually happened.
2nd bad experience, will not be returning. Stayed here for a total duration of about 4 days. On the last day I kindly asked could I have my room cleaned or my room switched since a manger had JUST changed my room earlier that week for cleaning anyway. I was told I couldn’t switch rooms due to Covid & also told they couldn’t completely clean my room due ton Covid. Completely absurd if I’m paying over $100 a night for a room, I accept my room to be cleaned every day. Furthermore, I just had traveled from Texas by vehicle & we’re dealing with a very stressful situation. Power hadn’t been on for days and is currently still off. That’s not how you treat a valued customer. Literally disgusted but I got the vibe that’s how they treat their POC customers. Just do yourself a favor & book at the Home2 by Hilton or the homewood suites. Much much better! With up to date rooms & great customer service. Shame on the sales director and thin twiggy looking manager.
This was my very first time in Columbus and I wanted to stay at hotel I was familiar with for cleanliness. When I arrived I found that Expedia had oversold my room. I was upset because the hotel was limited with rooms due to having two really big groups checking in. Needless to say Chris came to my rescue and worked his magic! He was amazing and I cannot thank him enough for making the accommodations I needed. Thank you so much!! My room was clean and fresh, the bartender Kia was awesome, and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel
The housekeeper Ann was very obnoxious & rude. Kept knocking abrasively on my room with inquiries of my check out. I spent 3 days at this location. I am an American Express Platinum member with Hilton Rewards! I will be filing a complaint! Poor service! Please train your staff better! I was on a business trip to be disturbed by untrained staff.
Ive never stayed in a Hilton brand hotel that was more in need of cleaning, maintenance and a makeover. My room had a bad odor. The air conditioner made a loud squealing sound that was really annoying. The maintenance gentleman kindly offered to put in a service request but said it would be the next morning before they could do anything, which would be after my checkout time. I had to put in a service request for the TV because it didnt work. Which I overheard another customer having the same issue. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The main lobby area looked nice, even though the floors were sticky. The hallways had wallpaper falling off. The ceiling was literally falling off in my room (see pic). Most of these issues are somewhat expected in other cheap hotels but not with the Hilton line, of which Im a frequent customer. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would recommend anyone looking for a nice clean room to look elsewhere.
My wife had a medical emergency and I couldnt even get in touch with her. Tried multiple times but kept getting someone in India that kept putting me back into the prompting section of the call. Finally got in touch with the front desk and they said that they couldnt connect me. Really? There was a phone in there earlier in the day as my wife called me from the room. Poor service guys. You let me and my family down. And BTW my wife is going to be OK. Shame on you for the stress you put our family through.
Hotel was mediocre at best , stains on my comforter , yellow stains on ceiling of bathroom , and to top it off I had to take a cold shower due to no hot water . When I told the desk lady she simply said ill get maintenance on that thanks. Staff was great at night , polite and friendly
We stopped here to rent a room a few nights ago on Saturday. The front desk told my husband that they were booked. They then told my husband that the Clarion Pointe hotel was a sister hotel to them and for us to go there. There was no way that was a sister hotel. We ended up having problem after problem with the hotel he sent us too. From now on we just wont stay anywhere in Columbus GA had we known how bad it was.For the future I wouldnt be sending other families with small children to the Clarion Pointe saying its a sister hotel because its a waste of money and dangerous place to stay.
Air conditioner was broken.... not working plus literally broken like someone was hitting it with a hammer. Moved to New room. Around 10 pulled sheets back to find a full size fitted sheet on the queen bed 🤷♀️ had to call for a sheet that fit ..... they also must be running low on towels we had two for a double queen room with three people staying in it .. other than that it was great...Our friends room had pubic hair oll over the toilet and blood on the back of the toilet.... other than that.... nevermind... no it wasnt fine!
The hotel is in a beautiful and secluded area, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. However, the room needs a refresh (things are worn, there was water damage in my room and the bathroom smelled mouldy), the walls are thin (so you can hear your neighbors, not fun when they decide to bring friends over at 2:30am), and doors slam shut. This location could also provide what is now becoming an industry standard amenity -- reserving charging parking spots for EV with a cone upon guest request.
Hair in the shower, broken mirror, a drink can and bottle left from the guest before us. The beds where smaller than we booked, hard ,uncomfortable, and the pillows needed to be replaced. Did I mention the room door wouldnt close without being pushed shut. Other than that the room was ok and clean
This hotel is in a nice location. The grounds are maintained well and there is a nice little lake adjacent to the hotel. I was greeted as a diamond member when picking up my room key at the front desk and given my bottles of water. The staff was very nice and cordial. The hotel seems to be a little older but well maintained. Breakfast was what I expected from Hilton Garden Inn and the server went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I would certainly stay at this property again in the future.
We had the most wonderful time at the hotel. All of the staff, cleaning and serving were great. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great each morning with lots of choices and the wait staff was great. The rooms were clean and nicely organized. We were there for a reunion and everything was organized and done with precision.
Hoping the renovations help, but this place is not what it used to be. Staff was friendly, breakfast was phenomenal. Bathroom had a bit too much mildew in the shower for a hotel like this, the pool needs service and was FREEZING cold in July! And what happened to the hot tub! Its been removed and tiled over. We used to enjoy this hotel for our trips to Columbus but this has become nothing more than a Hampton Inn with room service/kitchen.
Nice room. Friendly front - desk. Didnt give 5 stars due to the method they use to determine whether you have a meal plan included with your reservation. AFTER youve gotten your food, and are eating, someone comes around to ask you your name, and determine if you should be charged. I think maybe they could establish this during the check-in process. That way there are no surprises during the meal.
One of the most beautiful locations Ive seen for a budget hotel, sitting on a lake. Rooms are nice. Stayed in a king size room, standard amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig) My first morning, the staff had some difficulty getting breakfast ready so choices were limited during the time I had available. Overall a good experience as a business traveler.
The rooms and service was good. Just all the trash cans on the floors and outside were overflowing the time we were there. And it only got worse. Trash throughout the parking lot and in the bushes everywhere. Housekeeping would come in on the side of the building and just walk on by. Other than that it was good.
When we arrived my coworker went in and two ladies at the desk were laughing and cutting up. They didn’t acknowledge my coworker until she said excuse me!!! And got their attention. We had some reservation issues so we had to contact our main office for our company. A lady named Brenda said she was the manager and her attitude towards us was very degrading. I felt that if we walked in with money or nicer clothes we would have been treated better. I say that because once Brenda found out that our companies owner is a diamond club member her attitude changed completely! Then when we get to our room our fridge did not work the ice machine on that floor was not working . Overall It was not a good experience. The front desk needs to be trained or something in hospitality for EVERYONE that comes in that place. And being a Diamond club member or not should in no way affect how you are treated.y coworker and I contacted our home office and requested to never be booked there again . As for Brenda she needs some serious customer relations training or she needs to not work there.
Pool, restaurant/bar is closed due to covid (was told after reservation, so Im giving you heads up)... Everything is ok; bathroom sink backed up, tub faucet and a/c unit taped up, make sure to check your towels and be sure to double check for any personal things left behind before departing!! FREE washer and dryer🤷♀️
This was my second time staying at this Hilton. The first time I had a pretty good experience, as did my husband and children. This time was not the same. The room had plumbing issues, the bathroom sink drained very slowly as well as the bath tub. In order to flush the toilet you had to hold the handle down until it went down. On the morning of our check out day I was washing my hands and the attachment to the faucet shot off and got water everywhere and on my body and belongings. I notified the front desk and they said they would let a manager know but we never heard back. My husband told them a second time during checkout but we heard nothing back from anyone. Not sure that I will choose this location the next time we visit.
The gentleman at the main desk is very friendly and pleasant. The exterior is attractive. Very good first impression. The room is clean, not quite bug free, my number one concern when traveling, found a roach on the wall on our third day. Disappointing. Had to edit my original review.
This will be 5 stars after renovations are complete! The staff makes up for the physical aspects that are undergoing upgrades. Stephen made checking in and out was a pleasure. Chris was also super courteous and went out of his way to help me with a Door Dash delivery. He answered the phone with a smile and was super pleasant. Jessica single handedly waited on a full dining room with speed and a smile! Mr Ralph served up crispy non soggy bacon, delicious eggs and an omelet pretty as a picture. I will be in Columbus a lot and this will be one of my go to locations. I cant wait to see the new room renovations. The fruit infused water was super refreshing Kudos to good customer service.
Rooms are very clean and well kept, its pretty much the standard for most Hilton Garden that I have stayed in in the past. The room that I was given was a little smaller than normal but for one person its quite cozy. I would say The only discrepancy I had was that the bathroom was Tiny Im sure there are other rooms, based on the map view that are larger. If you are a gold and diamond member you are given a choice between extra points or breakfast.
There were 8 of us staying in 3 separate rooms to attend my sons boot camp grad ceremony at Ft Benning. We had planned a cookout and the hotel had a gas bbq grill on a very nice patio with a waterfall and tables/chairs. It was perfect so if anyone got cold or wanted to go up to the room they could. Steven was very helpful even before we drove there with everything! Thank you Steven!!!!!We had breakfast at the hotel one of the mornings and the lady was great! I wish i knew her name she had a St Patricks Day hat on :) Super friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean. I understand they were still renovating but i didnt see any evidence of that in our areas. The cleaning staff was very friendly as well! She was outgoing and easy to talk to. Did a great job with what we needed!Overall everyone was warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. It was a wonderful visit and we plan on booking our rooms there again in April for my sons final graduation ceremony! :)
Very disappointed with our stay. This hotel was one of the most expensive in the area. We thaught that would equal quality. It did not. I understand they are under going renovations until they are completed there are much better options in the area. The carpet was worn and dingy. House keeping was awful. I passed the staff mopping the floor. The mop bucket was full of black mop water. She was basically spreading filthy water around. This probably explains why we found a long black hair on the bathroom floor and two empty solo cups left behind the nightstand as we were searching for a misplaced cell phone. We had to change rooms because the showers faucet was leaking badly and the refrigerator was not working. The staff responded quickly and was friendly but it was an inconvenience. The area around the property was peaceful with beautiful landscaping and a pond with a walking path. Once renovations are completed and the housekeeping improves it might be a good choice but for now stay away.
This place is very well kept and super clean. The room is very inviting. Although it is an extended stay it is still good to stay here. No breakfast in the mornings. Since it is an extended stay there are movies you can check out and a multitude of snacks for purchase. There is a fitness facility. Its a pretty standard one but that expected from a hotel.
Booked the hotel based on the fact they advertise hot tub and got her and they have their hot tub filled in. Big mad. Additionally the pool (which is indoors) is so cold you can’t even put your feet in it. We thought this was just scraped at the bottom but when my husband checked it was dirt! MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL I’ve ever been to.
Nice and clean rooms. With a nice pond next to it some rooms overlook the pond and its pretty to look at. Staff is very friendly however if you are looking for coffee or tea or really anything after 9 the answer is always we dont have anymore. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels and they always keep coffee and hot water in the lobby at all hours. Need shampoo at 9 PM? Well they dont have anymore. The gym has 3 treadmills but one was broken when we visited and the second broke while we were here for a week. The pool was also closed the entire week. Lots of parking outside as well with multiple entrances. There is a pokemon gym just outside in the parking lot and a poke-stop inside the hotel.
We loved our stay here! After searching and searching for an available room late one night before going to watch my little brother graduate. We had previously left a hotel after taking just one look at their room! We were so incredibly happy to have found the Garden Inn! Thank you to the wonderful staff and so thankful for the comfortable clean rooms! Me and my sister are pregnant and we absolutely LOVED the beds and the breakfast!!! Haha
Everything was good at the hotel but what put the stay over the top was the restaurant. Ive stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns but no comparison. So much better and more extravagant meals. I had a pistachio crusted Salmon with spinach and grilled polenta in a delicious sauce - Phenomenal! Once again at breakfast just a few extra ingredients not normally found made my omelet extra special. A good hotel (slightly older), with a great restaurant.
Me and my fiance wanted to reserve their venue for our wedding. Took 2 weeks to get a response through email! During this time we had both called and left messages. Finally after talking to the reservation rep we had agreed we would come in the next day and pay the deposit because they had the date available. She assured my fiance she would be at work and available til 5:30 the next day. When we arrived the lady at the front desk informed us she left work early. Not only that but she was rude herself. Im sorry but were talking a few thousand dollars for a days service at this hotel. I would think she would have held up her end. We left a message for her and still as of yet have not heard back from her! We took our money elsewhere! This hotel is very unprofessional and we will not be recommending them for anything in the future. The only person who seemed excited to have us hold our wedding there was the bartender. She was excited to meet us, very friendly, and talked to our kids! I am very disappointed! ZEREO STARS!
Worst Hilton branded hotel Ive ever stayed in. Room was dark and poorly lit. Housekeeping had left an open soda and bottle of wine from previous guest in the fridge. Bathroom lighting at sink was awful. Who thought it was a good idea to put the handicap rooms as far from the elevator as possible? The controls in the shower are placed so that you have to reach thru the water flow to turn on and has no hand held shower attachment like most handicapped showers do. While the room darkening shades were nice, it took me five minutes to find the switch to operate them. Buy the way Hilton, who charges for breakfast anymore. Its in a kind of weird location too, in an office park area away from restaurants and shopping, etc. Very disappointing facility and even tho I am in Columbus on business regularly Ill never stay at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
Hotel rooms are filthy. The showers smell really bad like humidity on the curtains from so old. The furniture is very old and I also asked for a crib and the lady in front desk said dont have one then She said she was going to check but that I had to give her time and never even bothered to advise if she had one or not. Lazy. The front lobby looks really nice like a new hotel but thats it everything else is old.
Very disappointed at my weekend stay. I had to change rooms due to renovation after I had already settled in and someone barged in the room thinking nobody was in it even though the do not disturb sign was on door. Luckily, I had the lock bolted and they basically told me to get out and then I received a call to move to another room. I received a $25 gift card for restaurant and chose to use it on room service and it came in styrofoam to go boxes and the food was cold not to mention one of the sides missing. No tray, salt peeper or condiments. Not even that little glass of water that normally comes with it. It was handed to me in plastic bags from a convenient store! Worst room service I have ever encountered. The indoor pool had no towels. The channels on my TV did not match the actual channel guide and MOSTLY when I went to order my room service which I had initially planned to order since earlier that day and frankly, looking very forward to it..well it was no longer on the menu and I was told I had to go downstairs to get the new menu!!! That menu had nothing even close to what I had my mind set for. My head set on the phone in the room did not work I had to use speaker phone to get through to anyone. I went to Business center to make a copy and the toner was empty and could not make copies. There was an event with music that continued on until late hours and I could hear it while trying to sleep 4 floors up. I live in Columbus and I work in Brookstone Center where this hotel is located and I recommend this hotel to all of the out of town guest that come to my office. I will not be able to do this any longer. I hope this will allow you to check into these matters in the future.
I don’t know why this took me sooo long to write this review. My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel about 2 years ago. From the moment we booked reservations to the end it was fabulous. We’re from California and was there for a military graduation. I told my wife about southern hospitality and how they are so friendly and She loved it couldn’t believe the change from west to south The staff at the hotel were sooo nice. Such a big difference from California. They made the stay a delight. I would recommend the place. Good memories.
I booked a room double bed room online, when I arrived to the hotel, I was told they over booked and only had King available. I explained that I really need two beds since I had two small children with me and I refuse to sleep in a sofa. The young man at the front desk called two close by facilities but they were also sold out. I Asked what’s next and I was told just check down the street. I asked about a credit and I was told my card was not charged. I was disappointed but I understood. I ended up finding a room at another hotel. The following morning, my card was changed. I called the toll free number and after holding for 12 mins, I was told they couldn’t refund my account because the manager was not available. After my 4th call, I finally got to a manager who stated I will receive a refund in 3-4 days. It was not until I mentioned that I was disappointed that he apologized (8 mins later). I will update on the status of my refund
My normal favorite hotel was booked solid before Christmas so I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Columbus. I have to say Im glad I gave them a chance. The staff was very friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again. I hope you consider the Hilton Garden Inn as well.
Wow so clean and the prettiest gardens. Wild life surrounds this quaint setting with a pretty view of the lake in the back gardens. Best of all the whole staff including the front desk, housekeepers, and maintenance took every opportunity to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Talk about southern hospitality, this place felt so relaxing and comfortable I wish I stayed longer. Sweet Stay! Ray Pisco, St Paul MN.
For the area I think it is ok. If you are used to modern climate control in rooms typically accustomed to in similar hotels in other Hilton Gardens be warned the AC is quite loud. I heard it over my earphones at a pretty high volume at night and took me a while to get to sleep. Also was first Hilton of any kind in a while I’ve stayed in that had no recycling not just not in rooms but not centrally. No complimentary breakfast which is fine but the AM on offer was a little pricey for the area and especially given you have to drive everywhere in this city anyways. Able to check into room via app which always is great. Unlike other Hiltons I’ve been in like that they’ve made an effort to bring my HHHonors perks up (I’m Gold Status) even If I’ve self checked in. Staff were nice. If you are in town for business and takes you downtown probably better sticking there. My first trip in town and if I come again will probably do that. If you have business or family very nearby it’s ok. Just plan on heading to one of the better quality and less pricey breakfast spots in the area.
Very close to Columbus airport, around a 10min drive. The service is amazing, all the stuff are well spoken and polight. The room service is also amazing and the food is really good, when I travel in the USA I usually try to stay at Holiday Inn. And comparing to the Holiday inn Jopin, this once food is prepared a lot better. Guess the Southern folks know how to cook their meals. Only downside I saw was the washroom were not that great in my room 207. In the bathtub the water didnt drain. For sure the washroom need to be renovated.
The breakfast was VERY good. They even had corn beef hash which I havent seen at a HGI before. When I checked in it was fast and they had my reservation and room keys ready. The in room coffee Keurig machine was clean and well stocked, coffee was great. The bed was not the comfort dial mattress I am used to seeing at HGI but quite comfortable. I actually never liked the comfort dial mattress. Water pressure in the shower was great and hot enough, and the bathroom was clean. The property is very nice and a little secluded with the water feature near by.
My husband is stationed at Ft. Benning and we stayed at this hotel for Memorial Weekend. Its a very beautiful property and the interior is also beautiful. Our room was very clean and house keeping also did a great job on a daily basis. Great water pressure, great whirlpool tub... everything was great!
The Hilton Garden Inn really went above and beyond our expectations. During planning, we were working mostly with Gayla, and for the day of, we worked mostly with Brandon and Amanda. I must say that those 3 really did their best to make all of our guests feel special and love their stay. We used the Hilton for our wedding reception (feel free to ask for pictures), and I could not have asked for more from the staff. The bartenders were tons of fun, and the serving staff the night of even joined us on the dance floor towards the end of the night! We did have 1 small minor issue the evening before with the front desk, but that was all taken care of by Amanda & Brandon. Really, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for making our day such a special, memorable day.
I am a Diamond with Hilton and I stayed in a suite, room 401. It was a horrible stay. The suite was nice for the money. Layout and design was very similar to that of Homewood minus thr kitchen. We had a broken sink (did not drain), mold in our shower, and the alarm went off from 5am to 9am. We even unplugged the thing and it kept going off.Heres the real kicker, when we complained the front desk agent acted like we were wasting her time and she could not do anything since the manager was gone until following Monday. It appeared as if she had a few complaints and was frustrated by her inability to be proactive. 5 days later someone called me from the hotel to tell me they would talk to management. 2 weeks later I was asked to fill out surveys did so reflecting my disdain and then management finally responded. As a Diamond with Hilton and Spire with Holiday inns, Id have to say the service and the attitude of this staff is one of the worst that I have seen in my many travels. This does not reflect hospitality.
It was nice. But we only stayed for one night and only because they had a pool. Well we wasnt informed at all by the staff the pool was closed and had been for a week. Another guest informed us then we checked with staff. They shouldve at least apologized or knocked some of the room rate because all facilities was not in working condition.
We cant say enough good things about this hotel. We were evacuated from Florida because of Irma and couldnt have lucked upon a better home for 5 nights. The staff was a amazing . From the welcoming desk clerks to the gracious morning servers to the bartenders, everyone had a beautiful smile for us. Asha, Misty, and Adrienne in particular should all get raises! Seems like Fort Benning visitors in the know and other business travelers have found, as we did, a welcoming refuge. Nice pool and hot tub. And Columbus itself won us over... check out the infantry museum and downtown. Well be back!
Poop splatter on the commode tank, stains on the sheets, queen top sheet on a king bed, broken bed caused the mattress to sag in the middle, and a front desk attendant (Chrystal) that seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than work. After moving to a second room that was almost as bad as the first, we changed hotels. Lesson learned.
Just hosted an event for Serenity Hospice fundraiser for Relay For Life and Serenity Foundation. To help the fight against cancer and make lives easier for our patients. The staff was incredible. They gave us an awesome deal and believed in both causes for the event as much as we do. The food was great and we had a blast raising money. Mrs. Gayla is heaven sent. We are forever grateful to you all and all of your hard work and big hearts.
Well where do I begin. The staff are polite, friendly, very professional managment. Everyone, here from cooks to maintenance and grounds keepers and yes the housekeepers take the time to say hello as you pass by. Its refreshing to feel the pride they all show in their jobs.Theres a full menue breakfast with custom made to order omelets. Great Coffee in the rooms with Keurig they even have Bigelow tea in pods with real half&half instead of non-dairy creamer.Theres fresh grout infused water in the lobby and the lobby is a great place to be with its open design, large windows warm and very inviting. The hotel is off the beaten path giving you privacy and a much safer environment to say the least. The Hotel grounds are designed to allow you to stroll along the pond in the afternoon to gathering on the large deck overlooking the pond surrounded by large native trees giving both groups or couples a wonderful place to take in the evening air and prepare to turn in for the night. My room only on the 2nd. Floor still gave the feel of being higher and looked out towards the pond with wild geese taking a break on their way south for the winter. I enjoyed just sitting by the window looking out at the grounds. This hotel makes ypu feel special and respectef. I almost forgot to mention that the white bed covers sheets and towels are WHITE.I can say with no doubts this is the best place to stay in Columbus, Ga.Its almost Halloween and I have a companion with me. TIMMY JOE has made himself COMFORTABLE.... Hes always been good at that.Enjoy. JLC
Beautiful upscale lobby its a neat getaway. For me even a nice hideaway from the busyness citys grind traffic and all. I have been to several events to include where I was a Wedding Coordinator & directress to just last weekend Entertaining a bff visit from out of town. The restaurant food is amazing [Kudos to the Chef]Rate a 10+And the 🍸Bartender... I would say they have the best food in town.Hope theyll get a blender cause; Im coming back for my Bahama Mama drink as promised at the bar 🍹.-GiGi
Check-in was a breeze because of the friendly and prompt service. The lobby and var area was clean and furnished well. My room is comfortable. Free wi-fi, mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. There are outlet s all over the room so it makes it easy to charge all of your devices. Theres also a pool, jacuzzi, full bar and fitness center. What more could you ask for. I would certainly stay here again.
Terrible customer service in the reservations department. I had to attend a class for 3 days and was told that I could get a discounted room rate ($89). I called to reserve the room and was told that the discounted rooms were full and that I would have to pay full price ($139). Now there were only 18-20 people in the class, so I find it hard to believe that there were not enough rooms available. I received no offer to make it right, even though another person from my same department was going and got a room at the discounted rate. Very rude lady....so I proceeded to go on the website, I work for a government entity, so I put in my government code and received the exact same room for $83 per night. :)
The hallways were so hot. Could not find a cart for luggage. Im handicapped and so is my boyfriend. Im on crutches and had to take luggage one at a time to our room. Went for breakfast. It was old and dry. Jucie was sour. Wait an hour for ham and cheese omelette. Never got it. Asked and they said they ran out of ham. But everyone else got served. When I told check out he just looked at me and said we might can give you some points. I will never stay at a Hilton again. Brother is in ICU on life support. I dont get mad easy but I was ticked and stressed.
I was very very disappointed with my stay the rooms are old outdated and crawling with roaches not to mention I was double charged for my room. The front desk lady Charity was very rude and didnt help me at all. She was very much acting like i was just annoying her I have never been mistreated in such a manner by someone in the customer service industry i wont be reccomending anyone to stay in this hotel minus stars
Attended a formal event in one of their event halls. ATM was down and the bar at the event was cash only so we had to walk to the front lobby bar for each drink to use the card. Some of our guests did use the cash bar but the bar tender disappeared many times througout the night without warning. At one point there was the stench of weed outside during a time the bar tender was missing. No way of knowing if it was the staff or a customer staying there. The food provided was mediocre at best. Instant mash potatoes were bland, the cobbler was stuck to the pan, and vegetablemedly was a soggy mess. Not impressed to say the least.
Banquet there. $100 a person and 3 hours later (at the end) people still didnt have entree. Salad on a saucer plate, lettuce half slice cucumber and a cherry tomato. Entree, chicken which was good, mushy over cooked brown carrots and thick woody asparagus. People who stayed said apparently hot water costs extra. Do forsee a other reunion here. 250+ at dinner with 3 servers, no rhyme or reason bringing in 2 plates at a time. No thank you. Not again.
Bug in room, pool closed, bug in our Pastor room, tv worked when it wanted to until they came to fix it, our friends room tv didnt work at all the whole 4 days. We had to switch rooms, my Pastor had to switch rooms, hall flooded a little on 5th floor outside my friends room in which the light fixture was hanging from the ceiling. The rooms cost too much for those issues.
Worst Hiiton Hotel I have ever stayed at! The manager Mr. Donato Nosce is definatly not customer focused! He went so far as telling me directly that since I was using the Hitlon Government rate for my stay that I was already not paying what a normal customer was paying. It also took them three days to fix the micowave in the room.Bottom line was that Mr. Nosce made me so upset that I switched to the Hampton Inn for the rest of my trip.P.S. Hampton is is the better Hilton property in Columbus GA.

2022-02-26I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, during my stay my room was NEVER cleaned. Trash never changed and I had to walk to get extra towels. This is unacceptable. Upon arrival I was NOT treated like a valued Diamond member. The check in staff was rude!. I will never stay at this location ever again. My room had ants and the toilet looked like it hadnt been cleaned. When I complained they told me they were sold out. The bar never had a variety of chasers or liquors and the kitchen waitress was rude.. Horrible establishment. The fact that my room was NEVER cleaned but their room prices NEVER went down for my nights stay is unreal. I would recommend the Marriott up the street. They have daily cleaning and a better variety of food and drinks in their bar. The staff has been trained on customer service. Just an overall better experience. I will be filing a formal complaint with this establishments corporate office and management team.

2022-02-22It’s was amazing. I will be returning here. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar have reasonable prices on drinks. It was clean and every corner you turn it had an Sanitize station. The room was very nice and cleaned. Our stay was 02-18 - 02/20/2022

2022-02-15Overall it was a nice hotel. Couple things though… there should be more than one set of towels in the room and the lamps should have bulbs- one of mine didn’t. I also felt the lighting in the bathroom was rather dull. I couldn’t put makeup on in there. It just wasn’t bright enough for that. The shower water pressure was awesome. The view was beautiful from my window which I enjoyed and the bedding was comfortable. I slept well. The staff were very polite and kind. The decor was very pretty also. I could stay there again if I needed to.

2022-05-19Loved the experience here. Beautiful patio with a view of a large lake, trees, and adorable ducks just swimming along. The bartender is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. The grits at breakfast oh my goodness 🔥I’d come back in a heartbeat just to eat those grits again. Flexibility on early check in. Nice print shop on-site. On-site restaurant, bar and breakfast and great location and service. Can’t really beat that. If you are in the Columbus area, stay here. It’s worth the extra drive to your destination. And if you are entertaining, restaurants are five minutes away.

2022-06-23Check in was a little interesting at 3pm as the front desk restarted both of their computers so we sat in the parking lot waiting to be checked in. But the room was comfortable and the bed was soft. Plus the food downstairs in the restaurant was affordable and yummy. It was really a mixed bag with this Hilton location. No wifi. But it was quiet so we slept through the night.

2022-03-14We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s removed from the beaten path while still being close to shopping and restaurants. There’s a lovely lake and the setting is beautiful. The staff was attentive and friendly and the room was clean and quiet and comfortable. It’s not the most luxurious, and it’s a little dated, but the atmosphere and friendly staff make up for any shortcomings. I look look forward to staying here again.

2022-04-08One of the best kept secrets in Columbus, GA. I enjoyed this hotel. The Bar / Dining Staff was phenomenal and Wanda at the Front Desk was one of the best Front Desk workers Ive ever encountered. I plan to come back and stay real soon. Even if it is just to relax.

2022-04-05When I booked this hotel (2 days prior to arriving) I called and asked 2 questions before booking:1. If the pool was open2. If there was a door in the suite to separate the living area from the bedroomThe associate who I talked to reassured me that both of these things were available to me. Unfortunately, I was lied to. And according to the worker I shared an elevator with, the pool had been out of order for quite some time. On top of this, when I ordered food I waited 45 minutes for it and received cold chicken tenders and burnt chips. Once I finally got up to my room I called the front desk and asked if someone could bring up a blanket to my room. I was told I could have a blanket if I came down and got it.I am a single mom traveling with a 1.5 year older and a 6 month old. I asked for the pool so that the boys could get out energy after a day of traveling in the car. I asked for the room with a door separating the living room from the bedroom so that the boys wouldn’t wake each other up through the night. I asked for a blanket so that I could put it down for the babies to play on in the room since the pool was closed.I ended up packing up the babies and leaving in tears at 4:30 in the morning after a night of almost no sleep. The only thing that was good about my stay was the front desk associate who helped me in the morning. He helped me get my luggage to the car, made me a cup of coffee for the road, and asked me if I was okay (since I was in tears checking out). I am extremely disappointed with my stay and do not plan on ever returning to a Hilton hotel. For somewhere whose most recent advertisements center around a place for families to stay, there was nothing family friendly about it.

2022-04-21I felt very unsafe during my stay. The room across mine looked like someone broke into the door by force. When I arrived my room door was open. The following day when I was leaving for work I noticed guests outside looking at their busted out vehicle windows. They were parked directly in front of the main entrance. I feel like guests should have been informed of this instead of it being swept under the rug. The digital key doesn’t work on the side entrance where everyone parks. The ice on the 3 rd floor did not work. I found a mouth piece under the table by the bed, that concerns me with how clean the room is. I contacted guest services in the app and I was never contacted by the hotel. I’ve stayed in Hilton properties 42 nights this year alone and this was by far one of my worst experiences.
