Pleasant staff, especially at the dining room and bar. BUT stay was less than desired. First room air conditioning didnt work so then moved us further down to back of hotel. This room was pleasantly cool, however the water was unpleasantly ice cold. Torchered granddaughters through cold showers and couldnt bring myself to take one. Other than that and the fact we couldnt secure the room, because the sliding door didnt lock, our stay was just not what I would have expected from Hilton.
Room was nice, the pools were HORRIBLE!! They need to be cleaned and scrubbed! The whole hotel needs to be pressure washed! We had balcony that we couldn’t enjoy because the spider webs were so thick, then the dirt and pollen build up made it no better. The menu was ok. Stayed at the Hilton around the corner from here was much nicer!Overpriced for sure.Pressure wash the building and clean the pools and hot tubs! Indoor and outdoor! No towels at pool.Everything looks very old and dated on outside!Rooms are nice, bar and restaurant ok.🤪🫤👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
This hotel is located basically in the middle of no where Bring your own food there is nothing available. We did google and find an Italian restaurant a few miles away…. Front desk staff ( there was only one lady) so I stood in line for a while to even check in…. Was not friendly and did not offer suggestions as to where to get something to eat but in fairness she was rushed there were four people ahead of me in the line and she was alone…. Probably my expectations were too high. Room won me over. The balcony’s are a bad idea when the pot heads next door or above or somewhere close didn’t think about their smoke drifting into our space…. Couldn’t really enjoy fresh air…. Have to walk quite a distance to park your car..
I’m usually Air BNB travel guy but we had a wedding deal where my wife’s best friend, she had her room here so We Joined Along. Now it’s been 2.5 years since pandemic started,Now I know why I’m not big on Higher hotels. Or hotels at all. (Not 4 start it’s a 3) barely1. Handicap ramps- place was out of date on this and with my child’s Stroller, the front entry to Lobby had no access Ramp at all. rare I have to step up a 12 inch + curb to enter a hotel. And to get to pool with stroller I had to take 2 elevators and walk through fitness center to pool. (No signs or Direction) Pretty Dumb no Ramp For pool as well. Last on this was luggage carrier. Since no ramp in the front, You walk 50 + ft right to find ramp and cars can park in front it. (Put a ramp front entry and pool access2. Amenities- smallest Fridge ever seen/ no where to hang dresses and clothes in closet / no microwave, (yes they will charge you for that / LAST WIFI, YES THEY CHARGE… from marketing perspective, why nickel and dime customers for all of this?! We pay for all this???3. Pool (besides no Ramp access) poolWas ok but the hot tub look like a spring break mess From not operating and running. Water was turned over bad looking. For 198 bucks I feel like trade Off not there when I can get a lot more on Town home with pool Or Something Air BNB. WiFI was BS part also. We Pay Enough. Sorry I will not be a Hilton reward member. I have to be a member just for wifi So they can email Blast me Promotions everyday?!Place Was barely A 3 star. Room was solid if u just need to just shower and sleep.
The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I ended up running into the bottom of one of them and cutting leg really bad on the sharp edge of the frame. The bathroom doors were strange and while it was a peaceful location getting hurt on the bed and waking up with a horrible backache soured the experience.
Gene, the maintenance gentleman, needs a raise! Im working remotely, in my room, while my wife attends an event. Internet troubles happened and nobody can seem to help. I try to figure it out for 2 hours (troubleshooting, calling Hilton customer service, calling wifi provider, etc.).Then Gene arrives.Gene calls his connection in Hilton corporate, and my problem is solved almost immediately.... upgrade and software issue they resolved in no time. I probably would have wasted more time but for Genes quick help and positive attitude. Thanks!
As soon as I pulled in the extra long driveway, I could feel the stress from driving in Atlanta traffic start to slip away. The lobby is huge and very open which further takes stress away. The grounds are beautiful. Big trees providing shade and beauty. The front desk staff were amazing. I didn’t get to interact with the third shift, however first and second shift girls were on top of every request I had. Didn’t try the bar however it looked like they had enough to make any drinker happy. The dinner I chose was the brisket with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini. Wow! What a great choice! One of the best meals I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. The breakfast was very good and the omelettes I had were cooked perfectly. I’m a diamond member so they applied a credit and made the breakfast even better. The fitness room is more like a full size gym. The outdoor pool and lounge area is amazing and has a working jacuzzi!Forget the hassle of downtown and high price to park and seek this extremely comfortable and relaxing property. You will not regret your choice
Ive been staying at this property for business trips for over 27 years and its never looked better. The recent top-to-bottom remodel by current ownership is amazing. It truly lives up to the Hilton brand standard. The GM and entire team are amazing friendly and professional as well. Resort type setting and long list of amenities make this a great choice for business or personal stays. Highly recommend this hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel. We had large group staying for my daughters wedding. Our group had a great time enjoying the amenities. There was plenty of room to gather at the pool and near the lobby and bar. The staff is super friendly and professional. Even though we had alot of moving parts and individual needs, everyone had a great time. Great job Hilton!
If any of you read the reviews about the front desk people being rude, put them to rest. These ladies are amazing! A good friend once told me that there are two sides to every story and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. Well, folks, look to the middle because there is absolutely no truth in that review. Our stay was pleasant, the room clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing and we look forward to coming back again and again!
Positive: It¿s a beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean. Negative: The pool is dirty. My daughter and husband stayed there two years ago and now I understand their complaint. Thought it would have been better by now. Holiday Inn and Suites has a smaller pool, but sparking clean. Will stay at HI in the future.
The staff (except for the man a the breakfast bar) were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the Hilton is nice but they missed the mark on some items such as no mirror in the room except in the bathroom and not enough outlets. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillow.
This is a beautiful facility in a wooded setting with a friendly staff. Do not miss the breakfast, which was wonderful! The multi-level pool area looks like it should be at an Orlando resort! And the fitness options were top notch. Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this hotel if you are in the area. Will definitely stay here again.
First of all, the location is amazing. Youre right in the middle of the wilderness with a beautiful view and only the sounds of nature when you step outside. Also, the room was very nice and clean. There is a wilderness-like theme to the room as well which is a really nice touch. Would definitely come back again if Im ever in the area.
This is a very beautiful property hidden away in the woods. The interiors are newly refurbished and are beautifully done. All the hotel employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Staying here was a very restful experience and, if my work takes me back to Peachtree City, I would definitely stay here again.
This is unequivocally the worst Hilton property I have ever been to. I travel the world for my job and I have been to hotels in developing nations that were far superior to this one. The property is old and worn, the AC does not work, and the staff are rude and incompetent. I checked in with a 4 month old reservation at 5:30 pm and was told that no rooms were available. I then watched 10 other folks check in with no issues. I inquired and was told that a different room type would result in a higher charge. 2 hours later I demanded a room and one miraculously appeared. I entered the room to find it at 78 degrees in Atlanta in the summer while it was 95 outside. I would stay at a motel 6 before returning to this property.
$15+ for buffet style breakfast that was ICE cold. Really, it should be included with the price of the room if it is going to be served cold. Glasses were dirty, lipstick on rims. Not a good healthy presentation. Staff, overall, was rude. Rooms were not ready by 4pm and excuse was not enough staff; so provide better service, free breakfast. While rooms are nice, it lacks in amenities....there is NO housekeeping, which is ok during these COVID times, but 1 towel each for a 5 day stay...really! There also were insufficient hangers, no place to hang wet towels in bathroom, no response at front phone calls, had to go to front desk and request items. When I complained no one was answering phone, said she was sorry....no staff. Again, adjust rates if you are not providing service.
The staff is very outgoing and professional. Room service was great as well the room was spotless everyday we came back. The food at the buffet was nothing that I would eat twice or cold, and not the best. Although the waitress and waiter was very friendly. Nice rooms for the price and even with the renovations they were quit while her for the Christmas season. I would stay again if I was in the area.
We just spend two nights at this fine hotel and glad we did. This long-time classic property was recently added to the Hilton Family and in the middle of a MAJOR renovation when COVID-19 hit. One needs to give them a little grace as they finish up the gym, pool area, and landscaping. Once completed, the gym will be outstanding complete with lots of cardio machines, an indoor pool and hot tub, and plenty of weights. The outdoor pool and serene surroundings will complete what promises to be an outstanding resort! At this point, the guest rooms have been completely renovated. Rooms are quiet, comfortable, and have lots of work space. Most (all?) rooms have an outside balcony. The common space is massive with many spots for friends to gather as well as workspaces when one needs to mix some work with pleasure. Even the bar has built-in power plugs for laptops and USB chargers for your phone.Whatever might be temporarily lacking until the renovations are completed is more than made up by the excellent staff. Everyone we interacted with including the front desk, our breakfast servers, and sales staff we happened to meet were all very accommodating and did what they could to ensure our expectations were both met and exceeded!
Stopped in for the night on our Georgia roadtrip this week. The location is off of a main road in the trees but feels secluded like you are out in the woods. The rooms are updated, very nice, and clean. In covid times there was a wrap around the remote, tape seal from the door frame to the door (indicating the room was clean and ready) that you would break upon entering the room. Any service or amenities you need, youd call the front desk and they would get delivered with no contact. I loved the room, the view from the little balcony (along with the peace and quiet), and the location. If it wasnt for severe storms that were approaching, we wouldve stayed another night. The next time we come to stay in the area again, this place will be at the top of the list for places to stay.
I travel for business. If you are looking for peace and quiet with a great selection of restaurants nearby and a lot of other amenities this is the place. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. A place to jump out of the rat race to get some R&R so that your ready to do it again the next day.
Cons- Room wasnt clean. There was a used face mask under the bathroom sink. (Posted a picture). They didnt clean our room while we were out the first day so we came back to a full trashcan and no fresh towels. They for some reason didnt have extra towels (only had 2 towels for 4 ppl even when we asked for more towels), the staff was not very helpful either. The hallways smelled like Marijuana (i guess they cant help that, thats the guests but still if I want no smoking I expect there not to be ANY kind of smoking going on). The smell seeped into our room as well. I would not consider this child friendly. Parking isnt great but nothing you can really do about that. The app says they have virtual keys but this location doesnt use them. Also because of covid you cant get breakfast to go. Which makes 0 sense like because of covid I have to eat in the same room and close to other ppl in the hotel instead of taking my food to my room to eat not around others. Make it make sense.Perks-great size for a conference lots of room in the hotel. You can see the peach tree fireworks from your hotel balcony if youre on the side that faces the entrance of the hotel.I usually like Hilton hotels and recently stayed in one for 2 months but this one i would never return to nor would I recommend it.
Too confusing of information! Desk staff told us hours of restaurant, was told restaurant open till 11pm, at check-in The restaurant was open only till 10pm. Went to the desk, and. Spoke with clerk, she then had an attitude that I was wrong, and the staff would never quote those wrong hours. My wife heard the same thing I heard. I then asked the clerk what time the bar was open till. She said 11pm, so I go over to the bar, ask the bartender Eva, how long she was open to, and she said 12am on weekends. Clearly the left hand doesnt know what the right is doing! So, will be considering other options for us to stay in the future.
They are going through some much-needed renovations, so hopefully it will be better in the future. The room was nice, and the outside setting was nice. Great outdoor pool, good workout room with quite a few options. The HVAC smelled horrible any time it came on, and stopped working twice, so hoping thats a part of the renovation. The water never got hot in the shower, so thankfully it was pretty warm outside and that wasnt a huge problem for me. The food was pretty terrible, but the bartenders were great and made good drinks. Bed was reasonably comfortable, and Im not sure if I was lucky and had great neighbors or if the walls were thick enough that I could get a restful sleep, but didnt experience a noise problem while I was here. Staff was fantastic. Would probably stay here again if attending another conference here.
Have stayed here for the last 4 years and I must say that the food this year was bad. very bad. Our conference has two lunches and the second lunch was out of a lot of the food the first day, not much better the second day. I know yall are under going some remodeling but this was very poor food service. The bar food was a long wait and either cold or burnt. The new beds were great but the base the bed sits on is a very poor design. It sticks so far out that it was easy to hit your shin on, and several ladies did. The staff has always been very nice and friendly.
POOR! I would rate them a zero!!!None of the amenities, (pool, fitness, restaurant —NOTHING!) they advertised was available. We were a party of 3, I called down to ask for more towels and wash cloths as there was only enough for two—I was told NO, housekeeping has left for the night , (it was 7:30 pm), We don’t have enough staff .I was told I could speak to the manager in the morning, who responded—“ oh , yea, I’m sorry,I’ll check the website to make sure it’s updated ...and yes, we don’t have staffing!!GrrrrrDO NOT STAY HERE! It’s bad enough that they are not what they advertised but staff could care less
Attended a seminar/boot camp there and it was lovely. The auditorium had about 250 seats and was spacious. Large stage too. The food they served was delicious and the servers were kind. The rooms are in the process of being updated and I saw the vision boards for each renovation and they are awesome. The manager is very friendly too!
Terrible! Our booking was put in the system incorrectly and our bill was charged on my husbands dads room even though it was prepaid. This happened just because they have similar names and the staff is apparently incompetent. After dealing with the initial process of booking I went through several rooms before finding a bed without a bug in it or blood spots on the linens. While going through this process of checking and changing rooms my Driver’s License was lost and never returned. I was told the rooms were checked and it was not found. I know this was not true. The girl working at the front desk on July 1st 11am was very rude about my license missing. I also spoke with the human resource director and she kept pushing me off telling me everything was checked not offering further help and proceeded to take care of other guests while we were still discussing it. This was a terrible experience and we have stayed here several times before. I would rather go back to the older rooms nicer landscape and staff as it was before.
Very nice atmosphere. My room had its own balcony. The hotel is off the road in a wooded location. Its a very quiet area with a fountain in the front. Very good for either a romantic get away or for business. Room service is provided, but is a little pricey. There are a lot of nice restaurants that are close by. Rooms usually range around $125 a night. Cant wait to go back again.
While in the process of moving to the area, I stayed here multiple times. The room and balcony were always clean. The beds and pillows could have been more supportive. The lobby looks to have been recently renovated. Its a nice place to play a game of chess or read. The restaurant was good for breakfast but you have to pay extra. The pool/gym area is very nice. The outdoor hot tub has not been working for months though (good thing theres an indoor one too). Also the mens locker room has a steam room that isnt advertised but works great! This is the place I would recommend you stay when visiting the area.
Excellent experience. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Private balconies. Down alternative comforter. The hotel was under renovation. Some small repairs needed the sink stopper didnt work and the soap dish in the shower was discolored. These were minor items. The pool is beautiful. As is the courtyard. The restaurant was delicious and much better than expected. By the way parking is in the back...Enjoyed my time and would definitely return.
We stay here once or twice a year. Our most recent stay was this past weekend. I was very impressed with the room renovations. Our room was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. We ordered breakfast to our room. It was very good and everyone was so nice.
Staff was very friendly. Room was kept very clean. Except the balcony and pool I felt should have been kept better. The balcony had a Mud dauber nest and spider webs and cheap plastic chairs. The pool tiles had so much scum on them people had drawn pictures and words of profanity on them. I would expect more from high rated hotel.
I stayed for work and had a great time. The food at the buffet was middle of the road but the bar menu had some good eats, especially the fried catfish. The bar and lounge area is very nice and the courtyard is large. A lot of places to sit outside as well as an indoor and outdoor pool. Every room has a balcony which is a great perk as long as you get an unobstructed view.I have two complaints that will likely be taken care of after the renovations and the Hilton name gets put up. The beds were awful. The only room available had two full sized beds that were lumpy and uncomfortable. The other issue was the plumbing seems rather sluggish. You have to depress the toilet handle for a good 5-7 seconds before it actually flushes. Even then, it backed up very easily. The staff were all exceptional and I look forward to my next visit but I will request a queen sized bed next time.
Disappointed with this Hilton property. Rooms are nice as they have been renovated, but the grounds are run down and need maintenance. Brown water comes out of the shower when you first turn it on. Convenience store had almost no stock. Restaurant was not open. I wish I had chosen another location for my stay.
I came for a conference and I was shocked at how nice this place is! Its beautiful, everything (except the lunch buffet) has been wonderful. The people who work here are the most helpful employees Ive ever encountered at a hotel, they go out of their way to help you be comfortable, carrying our luggage, giving us a ride to our car so we didnt have to walk so far, even going all the way across the hotel to get me a cold coke! Our rooms are spotless, pretty all white bedding, a balcony overlooking the pool, mini fridge, and free wifi. Ive enjoyed myself so much that I cant wait to come back!
My trip was for leisure, so my review is based of only the areas of the hotel I experienced. As a rewards member, I inquired about a room upgrade but was told they were sold out. BEFORE I asked, I checked online to see if the room I wanted was available for booking since it wasnt at the the time I originally booked. It was. I even verified it was available for the duration of my stay. Still I was told they were sold out even though I could book the room (and a couple others) online still even after I accepted the room I originally booked. The room itself was fine. I booked a king, so theres a nice couch for sitting. Along with bedside lamps, there are adjustable reading/night lights on each side of the bed. Bed itself was comfy, and I got a good nights sleep. I could tell the balcony had little to no use since there was no view. There were spider webs on the fence and furniture. I get thats nature, but theres a difference between webs from overnight and webs from days or weeks of no one cleaning or using. A MAJOR lack in the room is a full length mirror. I dont know if it was removed during renovations or just a lapse in design. The bathroom mirror is nice, but Id like to see more than just my head to thigh. Breakfast was good. Full hot bar with cook-to-order options, bread area, fresh fruit and dairy. Breakfast attendant Justin was very...attentive! Chef Francis was very warm, sweet, informative, and a good cook! The shower ran brown water for about 10 seconds when I first turned it on. That was concerning. The pools are smaller than they appear in pictures, but still large enough to enjoy. Google earth is a much better representation. One pool I think was a hot tub, but it was so murky I wasnt even interested in getting in to find out. If it was, it wasnt bubbling, just murky still swamp-like water. The lobby seating area was nice. There was a section set up like a library reading area, another section set up like a den with a fire place, and then the bar area. There were elevator signs distinguishing which car to use, but I rode both, and they each took you to guest rooms. Dont know what that confusion was about. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Id stay again on a solo trip (like this one), but I dont know if Id recommend my friends and family to stay for special occasions. Especially not a girls trip. Wed really need that full length mirror!
First week at this hotel and does have some issues as well as some good aspects.First the good; this hotel is currently going through renovations so that means lots of new stuff. The room I stayed in was spacious and has a balcony overlooking some trees. Its near winter so I would think that in the Spring there would be some flowers and other plant life that would make it worth sitting out on the balcony but Im going out on a limb to think it will be good.Next, the associates are nice and show that they are willing to help if you have an issue. I was standing waiting for a team mate and they wanted to assist me.Now, these same associates need to work with each other to communicate information. I arrived at 6:45 from a long drive. I asked about the buffet since I was hungry and was told that I had missed it. Not a big problem but the next day I saw the sign with the times and it said the buffet was from 6:00-10:00. The person didnt know the times!Lastly, I am grateful I missed that buffet. The next night I went and they had Chicken Pot Pie. I had a couple spoons as it looked great. This was just awful. The pie crust tasted undercooked. It had a raw, bland, rubbery like consistency which could have been better if the dough was at least cooked. The filling in the pie was also not very tasteful. It makes me think that somehow the chef has less knowledge about seasonings than baking . The backed potato was good and hot but the butter must have been out for just a few minutes as it was too hard to really spread. I had to shave it off to get some to put in the potato. With only 4 toppings as an option, butter being one, I think its limited imagination. If you give them a chance; You might have a good time but in my opinion dont visit for the food.
Great property and cant wait for their planned upgrades. Toiletries are wonderful. Lobby and pool area are lovely. Bar staff was pretty unfriendly and did not serve me the right drink. Wasnt worth another 10 min to get his attention and get it corrected. For $15, I expected better service.
We stayed here last year and the staff and facilities were friendly and super nice. The new staff is extremely rude and has poor attitude. The facilities outside and inside are nasty. Please bring back the old management and get rid of the front desk lady that was working the day shift on Aug 1st.
Recently remodeled rooms are well equipped. Extremely comfortable beds. Service has well past exceeded my expectations. Myles and Stephanie really made our stay wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. We came for the Thanksgiving dinner at the Terrace restaurant. So worth it! Buffet style and some of the best turkey that Ive ever had. Only bad thing is the pool is dated and the hot tub wasnt. Definitely would come again.
Found and caught two cockroaches in my room, and wasn’t offered anything for compensation, besides moving rooms. I am staying here under my companies dime, otherwise I would have packed my things and moved to another hotel. I do like how the rooms are laid out for organizing my things. I stayed here for 3 weeks. Every time you turn the showers on, rust comes out for the first couple of seconds. A large portion of the hotel is under construction. The WiFi in the lobby is absolutely horrendous. There is also no cell phone service, which led to me having to go outside to use my phone at all while downstairs. The Local, the restaurant downstairs, is actually very good. The bartenders and security guard are so sweet and amazing. They have stayed late more than a few times for us, and are very attentive. I called the front desk a few times to order room service, but they never answer the phone. I called 3 times on 3 separate occasions. The pool is alright, the gym is alright, but they have racquet ball courts which I thought was cool. The hotel is right across the street from the Night Market, which happens once a month. It’s an outdoor music fest with food trucks. Other than that, you really can’t walk anywhere. There are some restaurants close by, with a short Uber drive. Overall, the hotel is okay, but I would stay somewhere else if I had to make the choice myself.

2022-04-29Overall I enjoyed this stay. The room was very comfortable although no fridge or microwave. I dont mind not having the room serviced regularly anymore. The hotel was clean and facilities pleasant. Food left something to be desired. Restaurant menu was limited and no coffee or food within walking distance. Good restaurants within a mile drive. Lake, golf course and cart paths adjacent.

2022-02-16I loved this hotel. Very nice rooms, huge lobby, good breakfast but it is not free. I recommend booking the breakfast with the room so you only pay $10 for your whole room instead of $22 a person when you get there. It’s an incredible upgrade from any hotel breakfast I’ve ever had so definitely worth the $10, it was cooked to order. The only downsides we had- no microwave in the room, and the snack/drink selection for the lobby was empty. Only sprite and Coke Zero for pop selection, but overall I would 10/10 stay here again.

2022-06-08Okay…. First let me say that the rooms are nice and spacious and they keep the hotel clean. The gym is excellent and the pool is acceptable. The service… This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced in my stays throughout the world in hotels. I have been to Third World countries where the service is more professional and diligent.I am not going to single anyone out, but I wouldn’t stay here unless you really have to.

2022-06-29The front desk woman was very nice! Check in was smooth!Stay away from the elevator!!!!! It beeps every 15 seconds! Non…. Stop!!!! I slept terrible. The hot water is hit and miss… I took a shower, waited and waited for the water to get hot, but it was constantly warm…. Told the front desk, she sent someone down and he said to just have me run the water longer….. (it didn’t work)… after my workout I came back to shower and the water was hot! But only for the first bit, then it was back to being warm.Bed was comfy, room was dark (hard to find with hotels!) and the pillows were great too! :)

2022-06-11I would never stay at this hotel location again. Half of the amenities that they explicitly brag about were broken. The pools that were not shut down were disgusting. The waitress in the restaurant, Shara, does not listen to your order, and got ours incorrect. When asked for my steak to be cooked medium, I received a hockey puck. The steak was advertised to come with a cauliflower purée, but there was nothing like that on the plate. This meal also had a hair in it, so the it was not added to our bill. Housekeeping is only provided upon request, which I understand and appreciate. I would not have known that if the guest checking in at the same time as me would not have asked. For the roughly $190/night, our room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I’m not sure how such a small room can cost so much. I don’t leave reviews ever, but I feel strongly about the low quality of this location. When I called to get a refund, the Supervisor never called me back. Peachtree City is delightful, but not Hilton Peachtree City.

2022-05-10I spent over $200 for 1 night. They charged me $25 for a microwave. A microwave should be included in the room. My Moms nails and my nails turned green permanently after swimming in the outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub and indoor pool. I had to call the hotel and tell them to bring us towels because they were none at the pool. The outdoor pool was cold and dirty, unlike the pictures posted online. They gave us a room with a parking lot view and there wasnt many people staying there at all. Breakfast buffet was cold and overpriced at $22. Only gave us enough shampoo, soap, etc for 1 person even though the reservation was for 2 people. Everything else was perfect.

2022-05-12We had a large block of rooms for guests attending ours son’s wedding in town. There is no shuttle service between the hotel and Atlanta Airport. There is no complimentary coffee or drinks of water etc in the lobby. No complimentary breakfast. Restaurant is only open for breakfast buffet and light dinner meals. Restaurant and bar do not have enough staff.Positive: The staff was friendly and tried to give good service with the guidance the were given.

2022-03-24My top 3 for good and not too good things here.It is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel; I came to a couple before; however, it is the first time I realized how fantastic everything is and the different value-added things they offer. My rating is positive, but I will share some good and some not-so-good things. Here are my top 3 things about this hotel:1. Food/Snacks. Lets say you are getting to the hotel late, as I usually do, at a time most kitchens are closed in most hotels. This hotel is not the exception; however, they have a little grocery shop inside that has beer and wine and offers some salads, sandwiches, and snacks. Its pretty convenient.2. Fitness Center. If you like to work out while traveling, the amenities around health in this hotel are pretty good: Super big fitness center, with many machines to at least cover the basics. Plus an indoor swimming pool. Plus an outdoor swimming pool.3. Rooms. The rooms are big and nice. Most of the time get a double queen, and most of the time, I stay two nights, so I use one bed per night. Here are my top 3 (negative) about this hotel:1. Theres no water in the fitness center area. I understand we are in COVID times, but the water fountains are off, and they do not offer a complimentary water bottle.2. Related to the point above, fitness centers do not open until 7 am.3. Breakfast is not included and is a little expensive. At the time of this review, $22 per person. However, it is excellent service and food options.Im also attaching some photos. I hope you enjoyed my review. Please be aware I took the room photo at the end of my stay, so it is not the best one, but at least you get to realize how the rooms are.

2022-07-02Id give 3 1/2 Stars..Pros:LocationMeeting spaceCustomer serviceRooms were niceCons:Brown shower waterA/C not working properlyShort staff which meant no room service/receptionist answering/getting towels, etcDull looking exteriorOverall, this is a nice hotel. Once the plumbing & hvac system are updated, Id give it 4 stars. The location is perfect, with eateries, stores, & entertainment nearby. Meeting space is excellent. You could easily have a wedding here
