Had what I needed, plus the help to go along with it.
I do some shopping from Tractor Supply the cashier has worked for them for years and needs a raise! I cannot purchase cat food from tractor supply because they dont stock enough cat food on the shelves. I can order from chewy.com and not pay the shipping. i had hoped i could talk to Tractor Supply store manager explaining i have a small cattery and buy alot of cat food. I hoped to see more cat food on the shelves but no such luck. They have no control on ordering the bigger parent of the company does the ordering for the store. They lost my business. The cats need fed. I wanted 100 cans but i ordered from chewy.com instead. I spent alot of money when i am raising kittens. Guess Tractor Supply doesnt see it that way.
Always enjoy my trips for feed and getting a chance to browse. Great place for Fathers Day gifts.
They are Great. Everything about them is Good. I lost my keys Today and they are Sweethearts. Very Helpful. The cashier was holding an Older Mans hand and walking him to his Truck. Feels like Home. Cant say enough...
Ordered a grill from TSC online and had it delivered here. They were GREAT about helping me pick it up and load it.Got it home and it was damaged. Called them up and they had another one. I got back from the store and my wife said, Wow!? That was fast! Not only did they accept the damaged on, they helped me unload it, wouldnt let me help get the parts inside, and loaded up the new one for me. In and out in about five minutes!Al and Dan did a great job for me, today and Ill be back.Oh yeah, great prices.
Dont trust what price is in front of you. Two items werent the right price and the cashier wouldnt take the time of day to even go look. It probably was sitting behind the wrong tag. Really? Thats it?? Any time Ive ever been to this store Ive had one good employee.
Once again the staff at my Tractor Supply has saved the day! A quick in and out this evening allowed me to get home unload the feed bags and tend to the animals before dark! Thanks to the great crew!
Really enjoyed visiting the store, didnt realize all they had to offer as far as a store until I got in there to browse! When I attempted to pick up the merchandise I ordered & paid for the gentleman wasnt sure how to run their PC to retrieve my order. He called for the Manager only to find out one of the items was processed thru that store & the 2nd item was processed thru another store on the other side of the city!! I had to pay again to get the other item or I would have had to go to the other store to pick it up!! Now Im hoping the other store credits me for the item I had to pay twice for!! One would think the store would have a MUCH better computer system or Much better Application processing customer orders, especially in this day & age!!! One item had been opened & resealed with tape, I can only hope all is there when I try to install it on my truck!!!

Amazing alternative to the canton store in hickory flats. Greg has ABSOLUTELY turned this store around, not only by cleaning up the store but also by cleaning up the staff, his management staff are soooo helpful and considerate and we drive from Marietta past the other location just to avoid dealing with mike coggins. Greg and William have helped us on multiple occasions, William is young but he is respectful and helpful whenever my wife and i come in for our weekly shopping, It really means a lot to us when he stops what hes doing to take his time really figuring out what were looking for and how he can help us save some time looking for things, he really knows his store and the products, when he doesnt know something he stops and asks another associate or looks it up to help out. He needs his own store my wife keeps saying. i cant remember our cashiers name but she had a lisp and was extremely rue to us and seemed uninterested in us being there, when we brought it up to William, he apologized and gave us a card to leave a review about our experience which well be doing shortly. great job Greg on your amazing staff!!
Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores because of all the things there that help you do things yourself. There are lots of horse and farm animal supplies and food and basic meds. There are supplies and food for cats and dogs, too. There are hand and machine tools, and clothing and boots at good prices. You can also find old movies on DVD. It makes a country girl smile just to walk in there, especially when they have the baby chicks.
I went in there with my husband. I was pleased to see a lot more than tractor supplies. Great stuff like greeting cards, dog stuff and cute t-shirts. Ill be back without my husband 😉
Often they have what I am looking for & at a competitive price. I do wish there were a few more organic feed options, but thats what ya sacrifice going to a big box hobby farm kind of store.
This was my first time at Tractor Supply Company. I just came in to buy two fence posts. I looked around; its really nice. They had an adorable little rocking horse.
I went to the Macedonia location to pick up an online order. Turned out I ordered it at the wrong location. Jonathon was able to cancel my original order and gather the items at his location. Saved me time and a drive to the other location

Associates go out of their way to help figure out what items are needed for any particular honey-do-list that just keeps expanding... They also point out the good deals and clearance items that might be tucked away or out of view. Also, thier pine pellet bedding for horses is a great (cheap) alternative to cat litter products.

This tractor supply store sucks. They are always out of the chicken food we use. Even when we call ahead and ask. There are very few staff in the store, so theres almost always a lengthy wait for assistance. There computer said they had 3 bags of the goat food we needed, yet it wasnt on the shelves, and none of the staff could find it in the back. From now on, I will just go out of my way to the Dawsonville store. Im tired of giving this store chances. Such a waste of time

I went into TSC looking for a tube for my TRACTOR tire and was told that TRACTOR Supply Company does not sell inner tubes for TRACTOR tires. The employees were quite rude as well. There were only 2 employees working so they were short staffed, which is understandable that they might be flustered with the amount of customers in the store. However, when I tried asking one of them a question, she told me to get in line! Really?? I would definitely rather make the drive to the Dawsonville location than to go back to this store.
This is a great store, the employees are always friendly. And theres always something cute to pick up.! Today I got another set of wind chimes. 🙂

Great place to work and shop. Waide is the cutest guy ever. Murwin is too big for his vest. They have multiple cats, none of which like people.

2022-03-11Staff is nice but overcharged me for my items and won’t help fix it unless I’m in store. The young woman I spoke to (Sierra) don’t seem interested in offering a solution.Update* They actually customer service not attached to the store fixed the problem that the store said they couldn’t.

2021-12-24We utilize this store several times per week. I have found the selection, staff, and service are always excellent.They are knowledgeable in livestock care and helpful in regards to choosing the correct product to care for the matching animal condition.

2020-08-21Always have what Im looking for at a more then reasonable price and have great customer service. That being said its myself being who is diabetic its a little disheartening that despite the sign outside stating that masks are require of people for them to enter the store I saw was too many customers without them. Nobody was enforcing the requirements but I do commend all the employees for wearing their masks correctly.

2021-12-12Would not recommend this place to ANYONE,they used to be very helpful and always tried to help. Myself and my company has spent thousands of dollars here and you would think they would have alittle customer service skills to work here. I’m in the store atleast 2-3 per week to buy propane and every time I go here it’s something different why they supposedly can’t fill the tanks,I completely understand if your out or if it’s lightning outside,but to say it’s to cold or it’s wet out, or they have even told me they have already locked the gate, first of all the gate stays locked unless they are loading something big from outside. Poorly managed and very poor excuses,I honestly believe they should just close this store down and let someone who cares about their customers come in and take over. Shannon is the only one there willing to help anyone

2021-11-27Worse experience of my life.Store manger JOEY is the worse. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t sell me a pallet of TCsenior horse feed. Would only sell me 10. I asked if I could get the pallet discount since he choose not to sell it to me and he said no! Will never buy my horse feed from there again. I have never been declined a purchase EVER. I spend thousands of dollars a month purchasing feed for my farm. Today the store manger JOEY denied my purchase. I hope everyone reads this and walks airway from this place

2021-08-28The entire management staff is a joke and has no business being in the customer service industry. I went in to buy 50lbs bags of whole corn. Price tag on pallet said $6.95 it rang up $12 a bag. When I brought it to managements attention I was told that was the price for another item and I was making a big deal out of nothing. Any other store including any other TSC. Would have honored the price listed instead of telling me that I was making a big deal for nothing and could either pay the $12 a bag or just leave the store. You will never catch me spending my hard earned money in this joke of a store ever again

2021-03-07The only items I’m interested in are pet supplies. I’ve been ordering them online and received my items promptly. The prices were great. Today I went to the physical store to see what it was like. I didn’t see the variety available online so, for me, I still like Tractor Supply but their website works better.

2021-04-21Drove here because the Tractor Supply in Dawsonville was out of everything I needed. This store had everything and I was told they were low on inventory. The Dawsonville store needs to take a lesson from this store! Employees were helpful and friendly and helped me carry my stuff to the car. Impressive!!!ⁿ

2020-06-20Tractor Supply is my favorite store, and I always go to this one because they know me and they are so very helpful. Great store, good selection, competitive prices. I wish they would carry more choices for horse feed (more Triple Crown and Crypto Aero would be AWESOME) but I know there is a lot of negotiating that goes into that.
