My wife raves about this car wash. We pass 2 to 3 car washes to come here. Always fresh clean towels plenty of spray. Strong vacuums and a really clean operation everywhere else. Brian made my wash today over the top good. Thank you for the great customer service
Giving this place 5 stars for a few reasons. This is not your souped up flashy lights, $40 car wash place by any means! This place is just a local, get in and get out kind of place which I can’t complain with. Very good value for the price of the wash, pre soap completed by car wash technicians on site, free vacuum, free interior cleaner, and scent sprays with towels. Vacuums seem to always be working and not clogged. 5 stars because I support local Acworth businesses and happy to see this place thriving and serving its community!
Anthony and Enrique was absolutely wonderful. Both were very helpful and extremely polite. Anthony went above and beyond on my detailing. He took his time and made sure everything was clean. He didn’t miss a single spot. Once he was finished the tires still had some dirt in the creases and he gladly pulled me back over to the wash area and scrubbed the dirt away! I will definitely be coming back again and again!
I took my husbands car here--his usual car wash place--for a wash for his birthday. It turned out great, but Ive been staying away because of a bad impression I had of the place due to the prior owner. Im happy to find its been under different ownership since 2019 and will be returning soon because, frankly, theyre better than the car wash a little bit south on 41 where I usually go!
Update: subscription canceled. Car wash no longer cleans the car. I moved to Mister Car Wash down the road. I pay a few dollars more but well worth it.5 star - I pay a monthly subscription and wash my car every week. Great value for the price and the vacuums work very
I had a good car wash experience there.
The new owners really are putting forth a good effort to please everyone. His workers do a pretty good job. I seen the manager cleaning the inside of a car and hand drying it. He even put armor all on the tires. This was done for a older couple who a disabled husband. He couldnt do the work, so the manager did it for him. Awesome.
Love Home Town Car Wash! I am really enjoying my unlimited car washes, the car wash is always clean and the staff are friendly! I love the idea of having towels to finish cleaning your car. Would definitely recommend!
Reasonable prices, especially in comparison to some other car wash places. Attendants are always polite and helpful. They always have clean cloths and cleaning fluid customers to use along with the vacuum tubes after the Drive-through wash. Most spaces for parking and vacuuming have an awning overhead for shade.
My wife took our vehicle there for a car wash today. Their equipment cracked the windshield. The manager even checked the video and confirmed that the windshield was not cracked prior to going through the car wash. However, he refused to take responsibility and pay for the damage. I would not recommend using this business.
They do emissions testing here, quickly and at a good price ($18). For $5 more you get their managers special Ultimate car wash ($22 value). Friendly service and theyll answer questions about the emissions testing process.

Spent around $20 dollars on the best car wash and my car was still filthy after It went through the wash. When I told an employee that my car wasnt clean he said he couldnt do anything about it without my receipt. I chose the no receipt option when I purchased my wash to save paper so I was refused a rewash even though it had only been 2 minutes since I went through and the kid demanded the receipt was the one who scrubbed my wheels before I went in. Wont be back.
A nice carwash but way beyond this in customer service. My truck was very dirty from sitting up for over 6 months. It didnt take very long before they realized they were dealing with a handicap older man. Then they went far out of the way to make sure my truck was cleaned. Very thankful for this type of service. I will be back.

Ive washed my cars here before, with good results. Today was a big disappointment. The first time through, the back of the car was still dirty. The second time through it was cleaner, but there was blue soap dripping everywhere. I had to used paper napkins in the car to wipe everything.Since my last visit they no longer have paper towels, glass cleaner or scented cleaners. The vacuums were not strong enough to clean the carpets. I had to vacuum when I hot home.I will not return.
Wide range of car wash services from cheap to thorough to a monthly one payment unlimited use plan. Quick and easy emissions that couple with a car wash for the best price in the area. Always free vacuums; sometimes I go just to vacuum, no wash. They have car mat cleaning stations and restrooms. The majority of the employees that greet you are teens so per usual service can vary but its minimal. I have many similar businesses closer to my house but I only use Car Nutz.
Signed up for the wash membership thing but after noticing how much my car was scratched by their machine I wanted to cancel it. I called multiple times and left messages stating this and they never called back and were still taking money out of my bank account. Theres no email address or any other way to contact them. Tried to block them through my bank but I guess because they keep charging different amounts it keeps getting through anyway. Definitely would not recommend this place.
Love this place! Always the best wash and my wheels always come out clean. Very little left over work for me to do. Vacuums are great and I love that they have a clean restroom. Been coming here for years! I ONLY get the $6 Wash and thats been perfect for me.
Solid car wash, we have the monthly plan and use it frequently. Vacuums available along with towels for wiping down your vehicle. Windex and car deodorizer as well, although I will say the deodorizers are really watered down and not very fragrant. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, we enjoy the service and will continue to use them.
For the middle of the road car wash price of $14, I got a 3 second bumpy horrible car wash!!! What a terrific price for unsocial, inept staff and streaky car wash experience.Maybe they need to rethink this out if they want repeat business.

I had got emissions done here the guy offer $22 car wash for $5 so I got one and guess the wash was not worth $5 forgot about $22 wash ,when wash was done I complain about stains and wheels are black dirty they said that’s what come for $22 and can’t do anything more he not even offer to Check forget offer to clean one more time or get a hand clean which usually other car wash offer . I had to spend 30mins to clean all stains outside body and tires wheel they show me going thru they not even bother to ask if I need help .I will not recommend this placeThanks
Friendly staff and our cars came out very clean .. complimentary vacuums, air pressure hoses for those hard to get spots, and towels available to dry your car and clean your glass as well as your interior .. the $14 monthly subscription is the way to go allowing you to pull up and pull in without having to fumble around for money or CC
My car went through and next thing I know Im pushing the person in front of me through the car wash. The person in front of me did not tap their breaks despite being accused of doing by the owner, which I would know because I was behind him and never saw his break lights. Hardly got so much as a sincere apology from him, no refund, nothing. Was told to go to the police to report it. Next thing I know all the employees are staring me down and calling me out on stealing their products because they were sitting in my car as Im actively cleaning inside. The workers told me Im trying to scam them JUST for a bumper. JUST FOR A BUMPER?! There may not be a lot of damage but my paint is ruined and that is expensive. Workers are cussing on duty, well within hearing distance of customers and have an attitude problem. Customer service is NOT there thing. Im not the first to experience horrible service, but good luck here.

My experience in this car wash was horrible. The owner was very rude and acted like he was on drugs. He was cussing at me the whole time because something happened in the wash that wasnt my fault. He seemed like he was really geeked out. He told me I had a piece of crap car and his BMW race car was much faster than mine. I highly recommend not coming to this business, as you will be very disappointed.
Attendants guide you into automated system and it does as good as expected. Dont expect if you hadnt washed in two months for it to be perfect but at $17 top of line it works. Free vacuums work very well. Two sized nozzles. Free window cleaner and paper towels as well ad spray deodorizer I like the Vanilla and normally dont opt in for such but theirs is great so I do.
I purchased the $14 wash package for my wifes car. The first time thru, it took almost an hour afterward to clean all the missed areas, not to mention the wheels looked untouched! I spoke with manager on duty, had him look at my wheels, and said, Just run it thru again! After spending time drying and cleaning the still dirty areas, I declined, not wanting to dry it all over again. He then returned and sprayed tire shine on the rubber parts. I called to cancel any possible renewal charge by phone message, and requested a response to confirm cancellation. NOTHING! The AUTO BELL just down the street does a superb wash, with minimum drying for $5 if you drive thru for an exterior wash! Well, worth the time savings!
Pricing seemed high for the range of services offered, granted it’s nice to find a car wash able to hold my large 12p van, the price for nicer washes seemed high.Note the number of open vacuum vary, for some reason 2/3 were cones off leading to wait times as well as close quarters for vacuuming
I have been a loyal customer for years now and the way I have been mistreated and not been taking in consideration is unacceptable. This past Thursday I went to get a car wash for my mustang GT and have very expense wheels on it. During the process of getting the car washed, my rims got damanged. I brought it to the workers attention and they gave me who they claim is the ‘managers’ number. I spoke to the ‘manager’ Ed , who he claims to actually be the owner and not the manager , the following day and not only did he not take into consideration what I had to say but he also hung up on me multiple times. That is just not a way to treat your customers. He denied my claim without even looking at any pictures of my wheels and with no real explanation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AGAIN.
$6 dollars lowest level package gets your car washed. You can then vacuum your car out for free. They also have glass cleaner, scented sprays and paper towels. There is also a floor mat wash station, where you can spray them down with soapy water, scrub with a scrub brush and wash off. The upper levels say they offer more soap and wax options. But how much better can it get by going through the same automated wash??? Your option.
Strong vacuums, good DIY supplies. Wash is automated and does NOTHING for wheels. You clean the inside yourself so that experience is up to you! They do emissions testing here. Techs love to remove the gas cap while your car is running which triggers an engine code. I watch for them to reach for the fuel door and shut off my engine right away.

Took my Jeep in for emissions last year, and went to get it done again and the lane was closed for whatever reason. So I Googled other options and came across the reviews for Car Nutz. From what others have experienced, along with their stupid qanon conspiracies, theres no way Im giving them my business. So I went down the road to get my emissions done elsewhere. When the tech pulled up my information there was a big discrepancy with the mileage. My Jeep only has 66,000 miles on it currently, and the mileage recorded last year was 166,000 by Car Nutz!! They had added 100,000 miles to my vehicle!!! The tech there said that they see errors all the time from Car Nutz emissions records and I believe it! They are awful! Go elsewhere!
I think the new owner has improved the professionalism of this place. Apparently the Q-Anon dude is gone so it is a non-political business again for anyone who was either shunning it or going more often! ;) They have made some improvements to the wash process and may have a full service option in the future once we get past the covid19 crisis.
Hit or miss on quality of service. When the owner is on-site (Cleave) the facility runs somewhat normal. Once left in the hands of his very young careless staff it turns into their great monster truck wash with no one left to tend to the customers for de-bugging and rear pre-wash. What a joke!Car wash also leaves plastic scuff marks on sides from rollers. This place used to be great but now just marginal at best.
Very disappointed in this car wash. Mister Car Wash was down for maintenance, so we decided to give Car Nutz a try as they are just next door in the Walmart shopping center. I paid $14 which should have included tire shine. Wheels are filthy, the tailgate is just as dirty as it was before I went through, and the vacuums had low-suction. Needless to say, we wont be back.
Pros: The cheapest car wash is $5,and if you go between 8am and 10am,you can save $2.Cons: Soap is always left dripping down the back window of my Toyota Sienna after car wash. Always have to ask staff to wash it off.
Worst carwash in the atlanta area! Do not waste your time or hard earned money going to this pathetic excuse for a carwash! There are several extremely good places within a 3 mile radius to get your car cleaned. Rude incompetent staff and equipment is not properly maintained. Owner is no help either and acts as if hes doing you a favor!
False advertising. It’s not “free vacuum” if you have to purchase a car wash in order to use them. I exclusively use this place for car washes and emissions testing. The one time I go to use the “free” vacuums as advertised I get chased off for not buying a car wash. Won’t be back. Bye.

Been on the All You Can Wash program with 2 cars for about a year. Not a bad return value for the price. Only issue is the old saying when the cats away, the mice will play! When ownership leaves, it is a crapshoot whether or not the place will be open or down for maintenance. They are definitely NOT open the posted hours state!!!!!!! Very sad that the owner seems to have a problem hiring someone he can trust to do the job he is getting paid to do. You state that you are open until 1900 M-Sat, you need to make sure that happens!!!!!!!

Customers that impersonate police officers (Blake Smiths father) and belittle the City of Acworth Police Officers will not be tolerated are told not to return to property. Yes, I am the owner ;)

A lot better wash than the one down the street. No wipe down people but the wash is pretty good and free vaccums. The one down the street has wipe down teenagers. If you get a girl great. If you get a guy forget clean.
No towels, no cleaner and no window cleaner. When several of us asked for some products, a boy named, Anthany took his sweet time bringing more empty bottles our way. After 10 min of waiting, two people left and I waited to ask for his name. No personality and we all felt he took his sweet time just because he could! Or family has been taking our cars here for three years and Anthany is not representing the great customer service we have had in the past!
Great place for emissions and a quick wash. Real paper towels and a rubber mat washing station (scrub brushes and soap/water) are unique features in addition to the typical vacuum/windex.

I paid for the $18 package today since a Just returned from vacation and knew I needed heavy cleaning. I drive for a living so had no time to stop and complain but the whole front end of my car, all my Windows and my tries look like the have not been touched in a year. No wax on my car nothing. Very very disappointing, will never go here again
Great place for a quick cleanup. Everything always works, and there are always plenty of supplies to use if you want to do a more to detail your car, than just a wash and quick vacuum.
I always get my emissions done here but today was extra fast as Kaitlin tested 2 cars at once at the same speed as many could test a single car.
The wash does a good job. Very little for me to clean after going through. Good vacuums. They have paper towels... I would like real towels much better.

I live in Cobb County and I pass by this business at times. The parking lot is dirty and the signs look dated. The worst part of it is that they put up a billboard in support of QAnon, a fringe conspiracy group which spread lies about murdered children. Then tormented their familes for years. Disgusting. Do NOT do business with these people.
They brush around your car before going in to help get it clean and if there is a problem (example tire shine doesnt apply properly or at all) we have nicely said something to an employee and they would help to rectify

I went here for an emmissions test. They used to be 15 but now are 18. My test failed only because I had the battery replaced recently. I went back for the free retest, but the testing was closed. It is too hard to catch them when they are open. Iam going to go to Dekra with a coupon from now on.
I get the managers special it always does a good job cleaning the car sometimes it doesnt get the wheels totally clean but a lot of the other car wash places cant get them clean either.

The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. Work was sloppy and incomplete. The environment is very uninviting. I feel like they go out of their way to make sure you know that you are not welcome around these parts.

The owner of that place is an absolute nut case somehow while I was in the middle of the car wash my truck slipped off the track, next thing I know the owner is at my window cussing me out one side and down the other! my parents were in the car behind me and of course they said something to him and he cussed him out as well, this man obviously has mental issues and needs to be put out of business!

2022-04-07This place was AWESOME! I was excited for the AMAZING deal on emissions and car wash combo! Great price! Then when I locked my keys in my car, Bryan went above and beyond to help me! He was so kind and generous. He stayed with me until I was able to safely get my keys. Bryan showed incredible hospitality and made me feel comfortable and safe while waiting. He was the best!

2020-12-27Best car wash in the area, and after living here for 12 years, I’ve tried them all. Been coming here for years even before the name change, I’m a monthly member. Caitlin and Enrique are always friendly and do a thorough job prepping my car before the automatic wash to maximize the results. Great job!

2022-05-21Good wash for an automatic carwash ($11 to $23, to wash super cheap when you add it to your emission check). Plenty of bays to dry, vacuum, and clean your interior. They provide vacuums, compressed air, clean rags, dry mat cleaning stations, wet mat scrubbing station, and multiple clean scent options.Employees were friendly and helpful.

2021-11-17Its a great car wash........WHEN ITS NOT BROKEN! I loved this place but every time I go to pull in its down for maintenance! Not a good look for people who pay for memberships. I sadly had to get a refund and take my business elsewhere!Its the cleanest in town. Ill give u that, but that tire shine all over my car was hell,thanx to a hydraulic line bursting a few weeks ago!

2021-11-13This is no doubt the best deal around when it comes to monthly membership car washes, but you do get what you pay for. The wash is always great and the vacuum and cleaning area is also great, but it is closed about 25% of the time for maintenance issues. At least, this has been my experience. It is frustrating to pay for a monthly service and not be able to use that service. Maybe they could do maintenance on there car wash after hours?

2020-05-22Big improvement over previous operation (Car Nutz):The pre-clean with soapy brushes to get dirt and marks off car works well... (Quality of this service depends upon the staff. Lost a star for this area.)No longer leaves black marks on the spokes of my left wheels.Air dryer leaves less water droplets to have to dry.Matt cleaners have automatic feed and clean very well.Big Thing: Vacuum hoses are now hung from the roof between cars. No need to try and coil then up after use.BONUS... Colorful light show during Wash & Rinse if you upgrade (not sure which level show starts at). Very Psychedelic Kids will love it but younger kids might get scared the first time. A definite E-ticket ride for a Car Wash.Finally, (per emissions operator) testing is 7 days a week from about 8:30 AM to around 6:30 PM. Very professional service.

2019-06-17Not very happy! I always get an expensive wash thinking my car will be cleaner but thats not true. Yesterday I got my car washed here and I was not happy as usual! My tires/wheels didnt even look clean like I had to hand wash them when I got home. I dont think the guys even touched them before my car went through the machine like they are suppose to. Then I noticed none of my tires had tire shine on them and the package I got you get that. I have pictures!! Oh the vacuums were messed up and not working quite well. Then the slot (pvc pipe) the vacuum goes into was broke and laying on the ground, which I tripped over. I use to like this place but for the price it isnt worth it! The kids that work there are useless and they sit around chit chatting! No customer service! I will not return!!!

2021-09-08You often don’t pay attention to everyday services until you do because someone was just so good at their job you couldn’t help but take notice. Katelyn was so informative and helpful while I was getting my emission test. She even let me know about a recall I was unaware of for my car. Great service!
