Rooms were fine standard fair for home2 suites. Staff was polite, the bed was fine but unfortunately for the several days there I didnt get much sleep. This of course isnt the staffs issue but I stayed on the even number side rooms which is right next to a very busy and noisy intersection. Loud car noise all night revving of engines semitrucks Harleys etc. If you want to sleep I would suggest getting a room on the odd side numbers maybe its less street noise.
I am at my 9th day in this hotel. There is no housekeeping. Even I am asking for my room to be cleaned for the last 3 days they didn’t arrange housekeeping. And today they are telling that they cannot guarantee to do that today.By the way I am a diamond hilton honour member.So this is the service and this this is their membership program.
WORST HOTEL EVER! I got hired to work there as housekeeping. I have never worked at a hotel before and the hotel manager knew that and the housekeeping manager knew that before they hired me. I started on August 12th I shadowed someone who doesn’t speak English at all and cleaned the guest rooms for 9.10 hours on my first day the manager of housekeeping kept getting on to me about how certain things weren’t clean or “dusted” properly. I apologized and took notes on what I did wrong. My second day I cleaned guest rooms again with the same person I shadowed who doesn’t speak any English at all and got pulled half way through cleaning guest rooms to get trained for Laundry. I was relieved because the person who trained me spoke English. At 3:30ish that day the housekeeping manager asked to speak with me after I was done eating my lunch. I finished and walked around the hotel to find her. I couldn’t find her at all. The housekeeping manager finally popped up and found me to fire me telling me I don’t clean well and that I’m not catching on. It was my second day at work and I was paired up with someone who didn’t speak any English NEVER trained me properly. The housekeeping manager knew I had never worked at a hotel before and there were other housekeepers that spoke English. I was told to pick up my check the following Thursday. I called them Wednesday to verify and get told by someone who has a heavy accent that I had to wait 2 weeks to get paid. This seemed a bit odd but they were withholding my check which is illegal to do. I called them on August 23rd to ask about my check and get told to pick it up anytime on August 25th. I went in to the hotel on August 25th and get told that the checks won’t be in till noon and that I might not get a check since GM is still “approving” my check. The staff now is making up lies out of their butts left and right. The staff is horrible rude and disrespectful as well. I went around 4:40ish to pick up my check and they had it but I told the staff what they did was illegal and they had been lying to me the whole time and a big black guy tried to grab my arm and said “come here we’re gonna have a talk cuz you not telling me how to run my business” I made a scene and told him “DO NOT TOUCH ME and we’re not talking I’ll go home” Rudest place to be or work at
I booked a month in advanced and paid extra to hold me room. Check in was at 3 and we got there at 4:30 not only was the room not ready but there wasnt even a time table for when we would get a room. After setting there for an hour with no timetable and watching mutiple people come in pay and get a room even though prepaid a month ago and had to wait my gf went up and complained so they let us put our bags in a room however we could not check in till later. My girlfirend had no time to get ready for our event and had to go in her travel clothes. Even though they told me id recieve a lower rate i did not very disappointing after i paid extra for what i thought was a good hotel almost ruined the whole trip
Was surprisingly happy. Ive stayed at many hotels this summer, including several five stars, and I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I have three young children, so I literally give free room cleaning services when we stay at a hotel. I wiped down and sprayed the entire room and their was minimal traces of dust/dirt. Would stay again if in the area.
We recently stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and updated. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would highly recommend it. We had a party of 6 and stayed in a suite that had two queen beds and a pull out bed. This was perfect accommodation for 4 adults and 2 children. The location is extremely convenient to anything you could need!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! They don’t have your room ready upon arrival. The first time myself and my husband booked with them, our room wasn’t ready. I just chalked it up a one-time issue they had that day. We booked with them again at a different location, and yet our room wasnt ready…again! I will be filing a complaint and will never come back here if I can help it. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
My wife and I just spend our first two nights of our honeymoon here as a layover stay until our flight and have been completely impressed with this hotel. The rooms are equipped with almost a full size kitchen with the stove being available for usage upon request. The front desk made my check in time just under two minutes and my check out time literally seconds. It is clean and very spacious and very romantic. Most importantly the view we had from the 4th floor was gorgeous! Definitely would recommend to any family, friend or business partner.
Wow what a beautiful hotel!!! And the price amazing! The lobby huge and great coffee and amenities! The rooms spotless! USB outlets everywhere... Loved it!!! 2 big counters. A couch and a divider between bed and couch. Loved the kitchenette!!! Big refrigerator! Even a garbage disposal!!! Friendly staff and everything you need to make you feel comfortable!!!
My first stay at a Home2 suites was a bit disappointing. Staff made no eye contact nor attempt to speak up so I could understand them over the lobby noise. The room was decent, clean, and sufficient. Checking out was similar to checking in, though more helpful and the staff member smiled.
My husband and I stayed here for one night only when are home lost power for over 24 hours because of a hurricane. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to be friendly every time I encountered any of them. The room was exceptional, with a comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and nice and spacious. The breakfast in the morning has been tweet to be certain that it can satisfy the new requirements for sanitation and social distancing. I was glad our power came back on, but I really hated to leave.
They oversold their rooms and did not have anymore for me. It is on their fault, but their front desk service only treated me so poorly until I was offended instead of showing some apology. They were yelling at me, repeatedly saying We dont have a room, call your travel booking company and ask them for a refund!, as if Im a dumb. I was so irritated and left without saying a word. Never going to book this place again. Their customer service is the worst one among those Ive experienced.
Buford Georgia location very nice. Extremely clean, quiet, great amenities, coffee in room very good, full fridge , micro, dishwasher and complete dish set comfortable seating area and the bed was comfy. Although I did not eat breakfast the selection was big and the location is great for shopping a food. Very close to highways.
This is my new spot to stay when I travel near Atlanta. Extremely clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. The hotel is right near anything you need and the Strippers stadium is just a short drive south. Really hard to find a complaint on this place. A++ stay.
Opened August 2020, door has a blue Lysol clean guaranteed seal, obviously modern, VERY cozy bed, stainless steal appliances, spacious room, and large window! Good, not great parking, tons of great food options around the hotel, and more. The only “sketchy” thing was the elevator...it was doing that thing where it’s like 2-3inches above the floor level when the door opens.
All of the day and night staff at front desk have amazing customer service skills. Except for the night auditor. He is not customer service oriented at all. As a Hilton Diamond member, he could have cared less to make our stay nice and easy when I was sick during our stay. My door was opened by cleaning staff twice without knocking first. They do a wonderful job cleaning, but need to have the do not disturb tags available to put outside on the door handle. The building vibrates either due to construction across the street or the washing machines are not level.....you seriously think theres an earthquake, but then you realize its everyday.... a lot of the day. This hotel has only been open a month so Im willing to give it another try once the kinks are worked out.
This hotel just opened up recently brand new and you would think they are on top of their game in sanitizing each room especially during this pandemic. The room that was given to our guests, they were not sanitized before given. Overlooked the hotel reviews and the cleanness of the place gave me satisfaction to book this place. The whole management team is very poor in coordinating when helping the custom and assigning them into different rooms that were already taken. The unknown customers were checking-in into our guest rooms and that is not acceptable for anyone. Also, humiliate our guests to ask when they are checking out or paying for their stay even though its already paid. It was a big mistake to send our guests into this hotel that was just opened and barely knows how to operate the system or keep customers happy and safe. Its a terrible place to send your guests there and ruin their trip to what they have come for during this pandemic. I did a big mistake on relying on these reviews and booked the place, but I dont want anyone else to go through this as our guests did!
When we first ordered the room they told us there was nothing but a queen size bed available. when we got there though the bed turned out to be just a full size bed and me and my wife are too big for a full size bed. As soon as we got there we put our stuff down and left to go eat. On our way back we got a call from the hotel saying that someone smelled and saw us smoking weed when we was not even there. When we got to the hotel and at theclerks were saying that we wasnt charged no fee or anything while we was asking them how could we do this if we was not even there. I guess they realize their mistake and started profusely apologizing, but told us we shouldnt be smoking in the room at the same time . The room has a nice design if not for the small bed if it was a queen it might happen better but that bed was a full. Overall the Home2 suites in Perry Georgia was so much better.
I showed up with my husband and four kids expecting a wonderful stay and they told me that they did not have anything available for me even after confirming my reservation. I had booked 2 double beds with a pull-out.They told me that there was no way that they could help me since they only have 2 kings left. I asked her what I needed to do and she said that there was no way that they could help me and that I would need to go somewhere else.
DO NOT STAY HEREI have reservation on this hotel and im waiting at airport 4 hours and they still did not have it room ready and front desk girl was so rude she hang up my phone and last call she put on hold 37 minutes and after that she hang up without any answer and also she never answer any call after that for 1 more hours this so poor service.
When we checked in our room hadnt been cleaned at all. The staff on site promptly provided us with another room, so service was good. As a Hilton Honors diamond member, though, the perks were below our expectations. Were supposed to get a snack credit and we got a small bag with some candy and a quarter of a KIND bar in it. Im aware that makes me sound like a brat, but added to the room problem it kind of left a sour taste. Also the breakfast wasnt very good either. Again, staff was great, very friendly. But I expect more than microwaved breakfast sandwiches.

The place is new but very bad attention, discrimination, I stayed 3 nights and they did not make room service a new place and the microwave did not work, we reported it and nothing really one goes on vacation to have a good time and pays for a service that they do not and you have a hard time

2022-06-12Excellence award goes to this specific Hilton hotel. We have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions probably totaling over 30 days or more at this point. We appreciate the accommodations they made for our four legged babies and their helpful friendly faces that greeted us at the door each time. They made check in and check out simple and fast. Our rooms always were clean and super comfy! I highly recommend staying at this Hilton if you have a chance!

2022-03-06Very nice hotel! About a year old. Staff very friendly. Dog friendly with waste stations in various walk areas. Close to mall of GA and lots of restaurants. Room’s well appointed. Ours had a mini kitchen. Breakfast was awesome with a variety of hot sandwiches waffle’s muffins etc. very good coffee.

2022-01-20Family of 6 here. The staff were all super Accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely clean I felt good knowing my kids were sleeping in the bed and using the pillows and sheets. The shower was very clean also. There was a lot of variety in the free breakfast they offered. My kids were fed and satisfied. They had actual food for breakfast and not just packaged breakfast bars like other hotels we’ve stayed at. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here in the future.

2022-08-18A recent stay here was perfect for our family. The room had a mid-size fridge, dishes, and even a dishwasher. Everything was clean and in working order. The breakfast was a little lackluster and the pool was occupied past posted hours (with our window directly above it) on one weekend evening while we were there. They’re operating on minimal staff which can feel a little strange when no one’s at the front desk, but we were always able to get help when needed.

2022-03-31The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. Especially Maria that was working the kitchen at breakfast. Super super nice. Only thing I had a problem with was the shower floors. Couldn’t tell if they were dirty or just stained (I had 2 rooms). Other than that, it was nice. I’d stay here again!!

2022-06-16Location is amazing! Next to the mall and so many restaurants and stores. Perfect place to come back and stay. Rooms are nice and comfy. Has a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Also has plates, silverware and toaster and a microwave. I brought my own stove top to cook for my kids. Highly recommend this place

2022-08-10Typical hotel stay minus the preparation. Had a room block for a company event. Many people were late to the event because they did not have the rooms available for check in for several hours after the 3pm check in time. I was under the impression that reserving these rooms would ensure they were ready on time.

2022-04-10One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in (and we travel quite a bit). Only issue we had was a missing tv remote which was remedied quickly. Great room with full kitchen, and a veryyyyy comfy bed! Within walking distance to the mall…will 100% stay again when in the area!
