HomeGoods in other cities:
This location is often very busy but somewhat a good location to shop. Workers often have cart to unload in way of aisle. Though often find what id like. It is kept up pretty good but a small Homegoods. Be alert to easily moody, weak minded, rude workers here.Today i decide to get a glass pitcher, Homegoods is a good place to look☺. Found one walk around keep up other items get to register problem. Bagging; I tell cashier (young female teaching another) to not bag glass with pot in such large bag she became rude basicly threw (tossed) one item at me, her tone harsh/nasty change when spoke have nice day. I am a customer i do not go to store to praise,cheer-up, ego stroke, or pamper the miserably employed. Homegoods have employees to put a sheet of paper around breakable item bag with items to clang about. This ruins a decent already not-so-great experience.
Whoever the manager is “in charge of furniture” is going to be responsible for Home Goods losing repeat customers. I wanted to purchase a light pink chaise that had dirt on it and no price tag. He informed me it was $60 (because he “remembered” seeing it before; gave me no hard evidence), and said he didn’t see any dirt so wouldn’t discount the price. Barely even looked at the item and was incredibly obnoxious: “I’ve worked here for 3 years I know how much it cost and I won’t take money off because I don’t see any dirt.”The nice woman working the register was very accommodating and made sure I had the receipt to return it immediately upon being treated that way.Might as well buy things on Amazon if you can’t get a reasonable discount for items that are damaged, and I won’t give money to places that treat customers so poorly.Try At Home, Marshall’s, Target, or Walmart for better options.
Awesome finds. You better buy if you see it and want it at this location. People love this store..I do too. Always fun to be a treasure hunter there..because you absolutely will find something youll treasure at this location. Located in Buckhead right off Piedmont Road. There is a Starbucks nearby too..just saying.
You can find anything home related in this store. You can also find great deals. I love the wall art. Especially the motivational and uplifting saying. The store can create sensory overload because theres so much in the store. It helps if you are able to take your time and look. Doing so allows you to find great deals.
You WILL find cool things at this location! You may even see celebrities..because they frequent this location as well. If you are going to get any credit card, get this one. You can use it at Marshalls and TJMaxx too. I found a beautiful Venician vase for $14.99. Ive been to Venice..it cost wayyyy more than that there.😂Trust me. Btw, youll also find healthy food items there..like Himalayan sea salt chips for example. Great store.
HomeGoods is the perfect place to suit the taste of Keepers of The Home Front, They Keep it fresh, They stock all The latest designs to beautify Home Work Place are Gifts for Others. Once You enter This Utopia Dream You will definitely have Everyone asking YOU to design Home or Office for Them...
I came here specifically to look for a couple of lamps, not knowing they had a huge selection of very unique and classy lamps. Many were Ralph Lauren brand which Ive owned before, and are of very good quality. There are also plenty of accent pieces of furniture to choose from. Prices are reasonable.
Overall love the store and their selection. However, quality can be an issue and we have had to return some items as they broke, etc. in less than a month of purchase. Secondly, the staff isnt the best. One time we had an issue with a refund for an item as the cashier wasnt refunding the tax, but she kept saying that the tax has been included. After we tried to understand it more and ask a few questions, she got angry and tried to rudely give us a 10 cents as though doing us a favor. This was very bizzare and the manager stepped in. The cashier never apologised an kept giving us unfriendly looks. The manager did apologise.Unfortunately, there arent a lot of stores like Home Goods and we keep going back. I really wish they could improve the attitude of their cashiers.
Awesome products; staff badly in need of customer service training. Picked up an item that was marked down---red tag was affixed to the item.Got to the register and the staff rang the item up at regular price. I pointed out the sale price that was on a string attached to the item---both staff members became extremely defensive, loud, belligerent, disrespectful and inappropriate when I challenged the decision not to honor the sale price as marked.Manager came and had to ask wild, unprofessional and unruly staff to step away (as if it were a high school fight). Manager did not honor sale price, either. I had to contact corporate to see if I could get a resolution.Terrible customer/product practices.

2022-06-16Saw a cute young lady, wearing these cool glasses cleaning and I asked her to help me move an item, she offered me a cart and helped me with a heavy item, which was so nice. Love how friendly she was..it made my day!

2020-10-28I consider this one of the better Home Goods locations in the Atlanta area. Since reopening after COVID shutdown however, the inventory is nothing like it used to be. I haven’t been to any other locations since stores reopened so I can’t compare. Still came across some great finds (because it’s Home Goods, duh).

2021-09-28Fine stop. No real complaints. Store was clean and organized enough for a home goods. Staff was friendly and masked, which I always appreciate. Plenty of parking. All good by my standards!

2022-01-09Prices are okay, sometimes good. This store in particular though is extremely messy so good luck finding those good prices.
