5 sarcastic stars: as today, 11/6/21. Will be my last time I step into this store location. A short guy in a white outfit, in a rudest out loud attitude approached us and said : “didn’t you see me I was coming by “?We were 10 ft away !! What kind of employee you hire there ? 🙄
I walked into this Home Goods location tonight at 9:23pm completely aware that the store closed at 9:30pm, but as I entered, the greeter (an African American woman with short hair and glasses) yelled You got 4 minutes. Seriously! The lights are turning off in 4 minutes! I have never been greeted in such a rude and unprofessional manner in my life. Please dont ever greet another customer this way.

Excellent store with great prices. Really good to find some inexpensive yet very elegant and decorative items for the house to give as gifts. Kids toys and pets related stuff are also really good and practical and at great prices.
They had a great selection! I was helped by the sweetest cashier, I believe her name was Adrian. She took her time wrapping my items and was very sweet and kind to us! Will definitely come back again!

Great store, great selection, the only thing I would change is their lack of cashiers in the front. Overall a great experience. It’s just a tad long of a wait. I waited 10+ minutes last time I was there.
I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent at this store. It’s within walking distance of Mount Vernon flats apartments and when I was a SAHM with no car, this store was my saving grace. They have a great selection, especially with the clearance.
Normally I like shopping at this homegoods. While looking for throw pillows. I reached for a set and a few others came down with them. Not a big deal. Except this time there was a tiny dog next to me. Dog owner screams at me for purposely trying to hit her dog. I told her its not my job to look out for pets while Im shopping in a store. 😠😠
Fantastic selections of all kinds of household items to choose from! I absolutely love this store. The staff was helpful and returned an item for me without a receipt. So kind. I totally recommend this store. I will be back.
Today I spent an hour and one half shopping for the perfect gift until I found a dominos set. After standing in a long holiday line I found out the the item had two prices on it. One price showed $19.99 and the other was $12.99. The cashier rung up the item for $12.99 then told me to hold for a moment because there was two prices on it. The manager (Ray) told her to charge me the price, which was higher. After hearing this the cashier stated, didn’t you see the higher price? I told her I did indeed see the higher price, but after seeing the lower price I assumed it was on sale. (Just like any other place i shop) I asked to speak with the manager and he said he could not give it to me for the lower marked price. I then asked why there was a lower price on it. He stated that he did not know and the way it is placed on the merchandise did not look like they placed it there. I guess he was implying that I must have put it there. I was pretty upset and embarrassed because people were watching and it caused a scene. I’m sure people thought I placed the sticker on there as well. This was the first and will be the LAST time I shop at Home Goods. ☹️
It was fun shopping in the store!
Had some cool stuff here. Aisles are marked with arrows to help you flow through the store and promote social distancing. We did get one cool picture for our babys room for $25. Found another cool painting for $29, but it was ripped across the top. It was on canvas and we were going to try and cut the front off and reframe it, but the manager only marked it down to $20. Definitely should have marked off more for the damage it had, so we didnt end up getting it.
This place has got a lot of cool home goods and furniture at very reasonable price. Recommend this place.
This place reminds me of a great flea market. You can always find something unique and interesting but everything is new and place is always stuffed with different merchandise. If youre interested in buying something but are thinking of getting two, you better buy it at that time because you may not ever see the item again.
My place to go for all my home goods such as candles, snacks, olive oil, spices, bedding and decor. You will never be disappointed.
This is one of my favorite places to shop. The employees and manager are super friendly and customer focused.... its like going to visit family each time I enter the store

Hmmmm.... my wife cant go into this store without saving at least US$100. Im not sure about how I can give a better rating than OK, because of extreme mood swings it causes me to experience. Yes, the house looks great, but cant wait until its finished. Just when I think it is, its time for a change. Argggggg. All in all, its OK, just dont make me go in.
Decent selection of home goods including storage, bath, kitchen, and linens. Good customer service and pretty good prices on some items. Easy parking! Beware, there’s so much stuff, make sure you have a list or you’ll be there for an hour!!!
I shopped at the Perimeter Circle in December 2017 and I could barely move around the store because merchandise was all in the isles and unorganized. I went today 12.21.18 and noticed an improved store. I took the time to tell the staff, but also wanted to write a comment about the improvements I noticed.
I always find a great deal here. The excitement comes from going to different HomeGoods and seeing what you can find. I even do it out of town
This was my first visit to a a Home Goods. Oh my, what a mess it was. There was merchandise that was out of place all over the store. I understand that it was on a Saturday, but I looked like nothing had been re-shelved or reorganized in days! Lots of good items for home use, but it just bugs me when a store is soooo disorganized.
I found some stuff i didnt know i needed and i got checked out quickly at the register. The employees are friendly and overall a pleasant shopping experience.
I used to shop at this store a lot and spent thousands of money at Homegoods. But today I experienced unhappy shopping experiences. I tried to return a wall decoration which I brought last week. I had my receipt with me and the product I return are in the original condition. The cashier first said they cant recognize this product, said the product description in their system is different from the one I return. And then she called their manager. When their manager came she is rude and said the same things plus said the product is damage and cannot be returned. I felt humiliated by them and be treated unfairly. I have my receipt and everything and still cannot get back my money ! Its not my fault that their system cant recognize the product ! Its their fault ! If they dont trust me they can check their store camera. The details of when I bought their product is on the receipt. And their manager is so rude. And hear a lot of other people complaints about the store manager. Homegood should be shame on their damage system and incompetent store manager. As a longterm Homegood customer, this experiences hurt me so bad and will think twice next time when Im planning return to their store.

I love HomeGoods. Maybe more of an obsession even. I enjoy the hunt, as he must to enjoy any of the TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Homegoods stores. HomeGoods is probably my favorite just because of the variety of things you can find for unbeatable prices! When I expected HomeGoods that is often overlooked, they have a ton of gourmet grocery items and a lot of organic foods, spices, teas, condiments, pastas, cookies, etc.
Shelves are much more organized than old normal.. as well as checkout is fast even with lot more customers..
This location always has a great variety of products. My only complaint is they usually only have a few registers open so the line can move slowly.
This home goods was nice very organized and clean. Seems as though they also had some higher end higher prices pieces which was nice to see
7 customers in line, 5 staff standing at check out with their backs to us. Only one checker. Her name was Rhonda. This Home Goods staff needs to go back through training.
The lady at the entrance is very sweet and provides face masks and hand sanitizer. The people are very nice and helpful. Very accomodating.

Awful place. Store clerk ripped off the sale tag on the rug we wanted and then charged us full price saying there was never a sale tag. You put it in your pocket and lied about it. Will NEVER shop there again!
DONE with this store. The lines are absolutely RIDICULOUS no matter what time I come in. Over it.
Called the assistance phone twice and was still standing around waiting for help after 20 minutes. Even when the guy did come, he had no clue I had been asking for help and was totally apathetic. Horrible service!

2022-04-19Just want to say that the Dunwoody, GA store is amazing!!! The store associates were super friendly and helpful! In times like these it is so heart warming to walk in a store and see employees that actually want to work and get things done! I didn’t feel like a burden, which is how I’ve been feeling lately since the pandemic. I just want to say thank you for hiring some amazing people!I will definitely keep coming back!

2022-03-20The best HomeGoods in town, IMO. The store manager is a top notch leader and a professional. His willingness to assist and provide positive shopping experience are much appreciated. Accordingly, their staff are also very helpful and friendly. We love shopping at HomeGoods, especially this particular location. My mom who speaks limited English enjoys shopping here, and many of the staff here have been so helpful and kind to her, which I really appreciate.

2022-07-17Clean store. I recently come here more often as they seem to have a lot more paintings in stock, plenty of which are on “red label” sale too. Good selection. Good customer service. Take away one star because selection is not consistent (don’t blame them). I recall I was disappointed in their painting selection for a couple months (maybe because supply chain problems?) but it has improved a lot recently. Prices on everything are a bit more expensive than TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Kirkland, Hobby Lobby etc but their buyers are good curators in general.

2019-09-05I came by this location with my kid to check and see what they had in the store. We were looking for some items for her apartment and specifically the bedroom. We found three items in this location which we purchased and was on our way to the next store on our hunt to fill her bedroom with plenty of unnecessary stuff... LoL
