My experience at this nutrition store was not good. The shakes and teas were good and made well however the customer service was terrible. I use these products at home and know what products I like in my teas. I was on vacation and so excited that I found a local nutrition store. I have been to many nutrition shops and have never had such a terrible experience as this shop. The workers would not clarify or provide accurate information on what products they were putting in the tea that I was purchasing because they didnt want to give out their recipes. I clarified that I didnt need the recipes but wanted to know what products were in the teas so I can know which tea I want. They were incredibly rude and never provided the information that I wanted to make sure I would like my tea. I have never had any distributors or workers from herbalife be so secretive that they wont even tell you what they are putting in the tea you are purchasing. My friend that was with me is a distributor and knows what you can and cant do. When she said she was a distributor they still didnt treat me or her any different.

We were so excited to find a Herbalife Lit Tea place only to be disappointed by the customer service attitude of the young man at the counter … basically dismissed us when we asked him to make a Lit Tea like we get from the town where we live… he didn’t even try to offer substitute for what we were asking for just said “We don’t do that and turned away from the counter …. POOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…. All he had to do was say “sorry we don’t have this or that, but let’s see what I have that’s close to it” we were there to get 4 Lit Teas and left with nothing because if his attitude!!!!!!!

Love finding Herbalife while traveling! They said this was the customer favorite and i see why my shake The Cookie Monster was delicious and so pretty!!! Get you a shake!!!

Ok this place is the real deal. They have great workers here everyone is really nice and friendly and the shakes are perfection every single time. If its your first time coming here try the number 29, itll change your life
