If i could give zero stars i would. But the star i had to give Is solely for one lady at the counter, she was the most helpful so far. We got here, the whole place smelled disgusting, tv on etc and no toilet paper in the bathroom (not a big deal), had to go ask. Well we go to take a shower, the towels are wet and smell like a man! Dirty towels folded and put back.The lady literally walked me to the laundry room and handed me all she could. (Housekeeping quit and they had zero towels). The bathroom door is broke, btw it is bent so bad. Anyways, last night somehow the toilet got clogged, we are two adult grown women we know how not to clog a toilet lol. But the office was closed. Doesn’t open til 11am. The toilet went down eventually. So we thought problem solved. We were afraid to use it anyways just incase. Well this morning and mind you no one is in the office til 11, i wake up and hear water dripping. Our WHOLE ROOM FLOODED. Both emergency numbers at the front door do not work. And no one comes in til 11. WHAT A JOKE.
Positive: The part when we left to stay at another place. Negative: Didnt get the room I booked for. first room they gave me hadnt been cleaned and the second one didnt have working ac. The carpet was filthy. It was a miserable time.
It was absolutely disgusting and made me feel very unsafe. There was an awful smell, mold in multiple places, nasty floor, roaches, fridge was dirty and the stove had was covered with grease. Do NOT stay here! Cheap but definitely not worth the price.

Positive: Spacious room Negative: Hotel is located in bad part of town. Druggie were all over the place. Will not stay again
Negative: Got there and they said our room had not been cleaned so we would have to stay somewhere else. (We had already paid for room) they told us to come back the next day for a refund and then refused to refund. Trashiest nastiest hotel I¿ve ever seen.
Positive: Nothing it was gross and Nothing worked in the room. Negative: The TV didnt work the room had mold on the ceiling and the floor had smelly water coming from underneath the laminate flooring.
I have stayed at hometown studios multiple times. Each time I have enjoyed my stay there. The rates are great they have refrigerator, microwave and table. As it says in the name its a studio apartment at reasonable rate and nice clean rooms as well as the staff and management are wonderful. Security top notch. I would recommend to everyone that if they are looking for room for night or more to try hometown studios, even if they are going to conyers or Walton counties I recommend they still stay here . Its worth a short drive.
NEVER again, soon as we get there, we were given a dirty look. We were told to go check the room out and come back for our ID. Went to check the room out and couldnt even get into the room without having to force kick the door open. All the lights and TV were on.. There were roaches all in the tub from adults to babies. And when we went to walk out the door handle came off and we couldnt even get out of the room. It reaked of smoke. It was disgusting all the way around. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I’ve never had such a thoughtful and caring person help me out. Ms. Francesca will make you feel like family and jeep you laughing at the same time! Would highly recommend!
Long story short, I booked here 3 weeks or so in advance to spend a weekend here with ny girlfriend seeing the town where all the vampire diary franchise was filmed and this hotel was absolutely disgusting. the 2 people at the counter when I arrived were very nice and friendly but the condition of the hotel itself was very poor. as soon as I walked into the room I seen roaches scatter when I turned the light on. the blankets and sheets in my room had cigarette burns in them and there was wires hanging down from where the smoke detector was suppose to be. I was able to get a refund easily and quickly but it just sucks I had to go pay for another hotel to stay in when I already paid for one.
Absolutely horrible I never even got to check in and I’m kinda glad I didn’t just from the outside of the facility dirtyyyyy and the staff was rude!!!! Showed up at check in time and she said it would be at least another hour or more after 3 pm then it was no rooms available whattttt don’t waste your money
Positive: Nothing Negative: Hair in sink. Appeared to be urine in the toilet. No phone. TV did not work. Door security was questionable.
I loved it with the kitchenette and all I guess thats so many people live in the its always packed unless you do it online its hard to get a room on weekends

Im a contractor and stayed in my share of hotels, but Ive never stayed where I seen so many roaches in my life! People throwing trash on the ground, totally disgusting!
Whats the term? OH! The road to hell is paved with good intentions!! Good people working hard to get it right but the place struggles to keep up maintenance. Awesome if you like DIY... Its a fixer upper!!
First when I got there receptionist said she was suppose to call me because they didnt have a room with 2 beds like I booked, second they gave me another room with king size bed went to that room it was a mess Never cleaned from previous rental, so then they put me in another room and when I went to that room the keys wouldnt work office was closed so i had to call the 800 number and wait 30 minutes before someone was located to help me ..finally got in my room about 8:30 pm
Dont even consider staying at this place! At check-in, the man in front of us told the clerk that there was someone already in his room. They called the room and the person said theyd be out in an hour or so & the guy agreed to wait! My husband said to them we wanted to check out the room first & guess what, there was someone in the room. We told them we wanted a refund. On the way out, the manager told us that covid evictions are beginning & that because it is considered a long term stay hotel, they ended up with a lot of people who had no where else to go. There were people paying their past due balances with cash.
Check in took forever and once I got the key to our room, we open the door to someone already staying in the room. When I go down to the office, it again took forever to even talk to the person at the desk because he was taking so long. When I tell him that someone was in the room he said oh no one is supposed to be in there, they must be squatting I told him to give me a refund and cancel everything. Which again took forever because they have no manager and he didnt know what he was doing supposedly. They had people in and out paying cash which to me was sketchy because hotels dont do that much anymore. I believe they are allowing people to stay in the rooms cash and keeping the money... At the end of it all I waited a hour and a half and he didnt do the refund. I had to call Expedia and Red roof to get it done... Which all of a sudden once red roof called him he was able to refund it... very sketchy place do not stay here.. they need to close it down!!!
It was a much better experience this time then it was a month ago. Actually able to sleep without a huge amount of craziness going on around me an without bugs crawling on us . 💜
The most absolutely disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in. we had to leave after being there for a few hours bc there were bugs crawling everywhere. it reaked like someone smoked in there everyday for 20 years. any metal fixture was completely rusty and the knob on the sink broke off. the lock was broken and the people staying there made you feel unsafe. also their office doesn’t open until 11 am but if you have a pre reservation it tells you to call a number so we did and both times got hung up on and said we don’t open till 11. do not stay here spend your money elsewhere
If I could give zero stars i would. This place is beyond disgusting. We were not even there an hour. I demanded my money back because there was hair EVERYWHERE. The sink had some red sticky candy on it with hair in it. The sink didnt drain because it was clogged with hair. There were dead baby roaches on the wall. The floor was disgusting the ceiling was falling. I could go on and on.
03/30/2021 is today’s date and the reviews before mine are true. It was so uncomfortable I couldn’t stay.Just the look and the surrounding made me not want to stay. I booked for two nights and only stayed 3 minutes.kids crying people out there rooms yelling and banging on the walls. I heard a dog but didn’t see it. No parking space available near my room ( oh nooo)The room was okay for some one able to over look details (just not for me). You can see stains on the bed and covers and on the door. I could see dirt along the edge of the floor. I just can’t accept any room in any old way.Hopefully I get a refund of the next night and my depositI just couldn’t stay
There is a $50 deposit when you arrive. We were told this was refundable and could be paid in either cash or on a card. At check in they advised us that the office is closed on Sunday and since this was out check out day it would be better to do the deposit in cash and when we called to check out they would just bring the deposit out to us. We were given a number and told check out was at 12 but we were welcome to check out any time just to call the provided phone number. When we tried to check out at 9:15 am we were told there would be no one in the office until 10 to call back later. At 10:20 we called again we were advised this time that someone would be there in 10 minutes to check us out. At 10:40 we called again and were informed the number we were given was only for maintenance and he had no access to the office but that the office manager lives in the hotel and he was outside the door at that moment trying to wake up the office manager to come check us out. After we found this out we were able to watch the maintenance man we had been speaking with knock on the office managers door and the office manager then gave him our deposit (he was holding it in his room) and the maintenance guy came and gave out deposit back and “checked us out” at 11am. I fully believe they asked for the cash deposit because they intended to keep it once we got tired of trying to check out. If we had been flying instead of driving we would have had to leave without getting our deposit back. The office smelled like marijuana at check in and the room was filthy. At check in they first put us in the wrong room and gave us keys to a room someone was already staying in, awkward. Overall horrible experience would recommend going across the street to the days inn
This place was horrific. Construction was going on and there was nothing warning us about it. We drove around the hotel 3 times trying to find the office, no signs, nothing. I started calling the office, it rings & rings, I let it ring from 6:44 to 7:06, no answer. I needed to find the office. Finally a resident showed us where the office was. I walked in the office still on the phone & letting it ring. The dope head behind the counter was so smoked up and talking with his doped up friend and letting the phone ring. It stunk so bad of marijuana, before I could think I blurted out OMG, what is that smell. I am about to throw up. Then I figured what it was. The dude behind the counter was so high. I was told that we had to pay a $50.00 deposit that was not mentioned about. I let it go, I am ready to get in my room. The room was so disgusting. Stains on the bedspread, slashes in the curtain, food left in the refrigerator, the stove was missing a burner. toilet holder torn out the wall with it laying on the counter like we were suppose to fix it, the light in the bathroom flickered on & off, roaches - YES, ROACHES, TV would not work. I called the front desk again and no answer, finally walked up there for them to have a close sign on the door. Luckily the desk attendant was so stoned that he forgot to lock the door. When I walked in I told him the TV was not working, instead of him trying to fix the problem he just starts yelling, I told them not to buy those TV, no one is going to know how to operate them. The construction maintenance person was there and said he would take care of it. He did. Shower was horrible, no pressure and had to turn it all the way to hot for it to be warm. Beds were horrible, cheap frames, headboards and mattresses. The rack to hang clothes on had an inch of dirt & dust. I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I only gave it 1 Star because I had to give it something to get my comment out there.
This place had great rooms clean and efficient they give super customer service and the new manager I met Crystal was super nice and very helpful I will stay again and let all my friends know as well
This place sucks. I booked a hotel through Expedia. The room had roaches everywhere. I left immediately. I have tried multiple times to get a refund. Management at the hotel blows me off and Expedia customer service is a nightmare.
Hotel scam.... I paid for my room on hotels.com the day before and call to confirm on my way and the hotel said everything was good to go. I let them know I would be a late call and they said that’s fine. I even called hotels.com to confirm after and they said that was fine. I arrive to the hotel with the front desk door locked. I talked to a man named Peanut and he said sorry we don’t have a reservation for you and you will be getting a refund tommorow. So we had to sleep in out car because nobody in town had any openings. I still haven’t received my refund and hotels.com said the haven’t called back yet to confirm our refund. What a scam and they stole my money!!!!!!!!

For $90+ for a night. Its ashame the room doesnt have towels or even a shower curtain. The floor definitely needed to be swept. Just the cleanliness could have been way better.
I was only there visiting someone, but the rooms are tiny. The A.C. didnt work. The roof was falling apart. I wouldnt want to live there. I can tell you that the fire alarms work though. Someone managed the set the dryer on fire and the alarm went off.
EVERYTHING is dirty. Beds filthy with hairs and stains. Bugs dead and alive. Never again. Broken toilet, maintenance is taking FOREVER to come fix the toilet. We got here around 4, and have been waiting ever since.. just disgusting
Cockroach infested. Dirty floors. Horribly uncomfortable mattress. Lights not working. Loud neighbors. Cupboards falling off hinges. Lobby was locked and unattended even during open hours. DONT GO HERE!

These people are crooks. They will come at you with any excuse to take your retainer fee even if you clean the room before you leave. When we got to our room that we reserved ahead of time we had to wait 20 min to get in after a long tiring drive. The woman that cleaned it was Michelle and she lied saying we left it messy and we didnt at all. There were also roaches and ciggarette burns in the blankets. The curtain on the window was very see through and the bathroom door was made too big for the door frame so we couldnt shut the door and those two things are both privacy violations.
Dirty cockroaches come out at night.looks nice until you drive up . lot of construction and people hanging around with but cracks showing. Just not livable or suitable for my babies. No refund thru 3rd party. Staff nice but just not for me

If I could Give this hotel a ZERO stars I would.We booked it for a bachelorette party and the minute we walked in we walked right back out. There was BUGS every where. It was disgusting!! We went back to the front to tell the staff and they responded “we figured you would have a problem with them” although the staff was very friendly, the hotel was so nasty. The rooms do not look anything like what is shown on computer!! Some of the staff actually lived there as well. I definitely would never stay here!!
The staff was nice. The room smelled like cigarettes and it’s supposed to be non-smoking. The microwaves were dirty, their were cigarette burns on the bed cover and hair on the sheets, roaches in the room, and very noisy. This place needs to be shut down.
Killed a roach within a few minutes of checking into my room. The bathroom light didn’t work. The bed sheets were stained, significantly. As my husband would described “it looked like someone died in it.” We booked a room next door at the Super 8 within 5 minutes of seeing our room here.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was my nieces birthday get away and the room was infested with roaches and was refused a refund. We had to sleep in our car scared all night. This was absolutely horrible place! And I will contact upper management! This place should be closed, and after reading the reviews I hate giving this place a chance!!
Me and two of my friends was there the floors was nasty the tv u cant change the channels roaches was everywhere when u turn ur head mold in the bathroom I will be calling the health inspector Department yall really need to be shut down u dont give people their money back u allow people stay there with out paying
They put us in a room a lot of roaches and toilet stopped up no desk clerk at night no phone in the room tv only worked on 1 channel the bathroom sink leaked so bad that anything on the counter will be soaked afterwards than they over our rooms to another room. That they was stink bugs everywhere than they told us we can’t accept payment on Sunday and put us out very I’ll satisfied
This place was extremely nasty. I have never experience a place like this before. I would not recommend this place at all. They had dead roaches in the cabinet and roaches crawling on the mirror. We stayed no more than 10 minutes in this place and decided to book a different hotel. By far the worst place to stay
Absolutely terrible experience. When I booked this place, it looked nice on the outside for a two night stay but when we arrived, it was totally not what we expected at all. Pretty sure this is a crack hotel, the people who were just sitting outside made me and my friend very uncomfortable. This man was staring at us and followed us. When we finally got to our room, there was a very apparent odor of weed. When we saw the beds, there was tobacco and dirt on the sheets. There was an awful smell in the room. Dirt all in the floor. The toilet in the bathroom had no top on the tank which was absolutely disgusting. There was something red on the AC unit. We decided to book a different room and try to get a refund since we didn’t even stay in that room for more than two seconds, management said that we messed up the room and left it in a complete disaster. Housekeeping is definitely not a priority. They hung up on multiple times. Wish I could give this zero stars.
This is not a good place to stay. The hotel is dirty the rooms are worst the roaches will crawl all over you the moment you walk in the beds are run down the interior is filthy and needs to be redone for the amount of money they asking for it isnt worth it at all. The pictures online are not what you get qhen you get there i advise do not stay here. Unless you want roaches all over you

We checked in and the front desk is deceiving. The guy was nice, the front was clean. He gave us a room assignment and 2 key cards. We were forced to park in the back due to the 8-10 people hanging out smoking in the parking lot taking up spaces. We go up and swipe our card and it unlocks the door. Attempt to open and the inside bolt is on. He gave us someone else’s room! Back down to the front, got new assignment. Went to that room...walked in. 1. It STUNK. 2. Bugs were everywhere! And all the doors and cabinets were open like it had just been fumigated (*newsflash, it didn’t work) . 3.It was DIRTY. Bathroom, sink and refrigerator was gross. 4. The air conditioner was pushing out lukewarm air ...5. The bed has some kind of stain on it and when I went to pull back the sheets there were bed bugs. I feel stupid because I UNKNOWINGLY took 3 teen girls with me into this situation where someone really could’ve been hurt. We drove down expecting a decent place...not extravagant but at least clean and all we got was a stinky hot room and riff raft hanging out outside. I immediately got my kids and left without setting anything down or touching anything else. I took the guy at the front the key cards and told him we weren’t staying due to those factors listed above.I highly doubt these people will have any decency about them to give me my money back. $130 is $130. 😑never again.Ugh I’m still scratching
Dont do it. Not only did they not honor a reservation made 8 months ago, a family left and they tried to offer us this. Instant headache from the smell. Stay safe 🙏

I came to this place to get away for the weekend, me, my husband & 15 month old. I knew it wasnt a 5 star hotel but I didnt think it was like this. Too many people hanging outside, checking in was long since I had to wait 15+ mins (I had a reservation). They said the room was clean but it isnt. Hair in the bathroom sink & tub, there was a long artificial nail on the floor of the room, roaches (dead & alive) in the bathroom, the trash under the kitchenette sink was not completely dumped, it did not look completely clean especially with this COVID-19 going around... The staff was nice, thats all I can say nice about this place. I will not be staying here again, EVER!
This place is truely discussing roaches everywhere and not sure who cleans the rooms, but they dont know what their doing there was hair on the sink and after about an hour here I was regretting be in this nasty place. The next morning Also I went to work and came back the curtain was open and but the room wasnt clean. Thank goodness I didnt leave anything of value because it looked like someone went through my clothes.
Very dirty room. Lots of hair on sheets, pillows and bathroom towels. Towels was super dirty, looks like nobody wash them. There is a kitchen in our room with no kitchenware 😂😂 What is the point to have a stove without kitchenware??? AC in our room smelled like wet old dirty socks. We decided to turn AC off and to sleep in the hot stinky room. In the bathroom: there is no shampoo our conditioner, empty tissue box and 1/4 of roll of toilet paper. Floor was so greasy. I feel like I was figure skating every time I walk to the bathroom. In the morning I went to front desk to show our towels and guy, I dont know hes name, not even said sorry. He ignore my complaint.This motel is in my black list.
We checked in around 6pm, went to sleep and woke up around 12 AM and there were roaches everywhere, including in the bed! Called maintenance because it was after hours and was told there was nothing he could do, I would have to wait two days to speak with someone! Cigarette butts in the drawer of the room and trash under the bed, the towels also were dirty, the room smelled of marijuana, and very noisy outside all night. Will not be returning
Only good thing about this place is the price. Roaches all over the place. Housekeeping never brought towels even after they were asked repetitively. The office is on open a short time and not at all on Sundays. They never answer the phone and still havent got my deposit back.
Infested with roaches for sure. I didn’t even stay the night. I was in the room for less than a hour and the roaches started coming out. Luckily I didn’t unload my luggage and it was in the car. I had to shake my shoes before leaving. It was small roaches but this was in the daytime so I’m sure it’s worse at night. The room wasn’t appealing at all. I didn’t expect 5 star but geezzz. The heater didn’t work at all and it was actually cooling the room. The bathroom was nasty and I mean nasty. It was plastic bags under the sink. You do get what you pay for but this was horrible. I would never step foot here again 🤢. Sleep tight don’t let the bed bugs & roaches bite 🐜
This is an unprofessional experience. I booked a room and was given a after hours 24/7 line to call for my room number and access number upon arrival. I called went straight to leave a voicemail. Called hotel customer service was gave the run around and told to call booking.com bc my reservation was made through them even though my payment was made via hotel. Called booking.com lady told me to call the hotel. Called the hotel told to call booking.com. The hotel customer service and booking.com has tried to reach the hotel via phone and email no one will answer. Very very unprofessional establishment. Has guests outside screaming at each other late at night as I sat in the parking lot waiting on the phone with customer service. Construction on one side of building. Hotel is off in the cut of the road. Looks like apartments and not a hotel. No office that I could find. I do not recommend this place at all! I give 0 stars if I could but I have to give at least 1 start to post.
The customer service is terrible, the front desk attendant didnt really know what he was doing.The rooms smell and are stained yellow from heavy cigarette use. It smelled like a damn Casino. Dont waste your time or money. I only gave it 1 star because Google doesnt give me the option to not give a star at all.
I can only think the positive reviews are fake, there is no way they are for the real hotel. The no-smoking room I reserved for two nights in August, 2017, reeked of smoke, had old, beaten-up, mismatched furniture, a hole broken into the back of the bathroom door and was, overall, very shoddy and not particularly clean. I did not stay even one night. However, I was unable to check out at the office, since they closed at 7:PM, just after I arrived. I left a message with them and the guard they have patrolling the grounds after hours (they need one apparently). The next day I returned at 11:00 AM when they opened(?!), only to be told that the staff there did not know how to process a refund for the first night, but would have headquarters process it. Needless to say, now I see I have a charge for both nights on my Visa card. I will get Visa to remove the charges. If you are just coming off of being homeless and on the street, this place may be an acceptable option. Looking for a hotel? look elsewhere!
It is what it says it is but this place is expensive for extended stay especially considering theyve downgraded the beds the TVs the cable output and now theyve got roaches galore, pretty disgusting in my honest opinion!

Check in took forever because only one person was working, literally stood outside for 45 minutes. it says the hours 11am to 7pm however they do not open until 3pm to check in. Got in the room had to use the bathroom no toilet paper, no soap, no towels. Looked at the ceiling saw a roach. went downstairs to get the stuff i needed and the local people who live in the rooms said they had to get roach bombs. DO NOT DO IT.
Everyone likes to throw some huge shade but my stay was very enjoyable. At first I almost got put in a room with no bedsheets and paint chips on the floor but that turned out to be a room under maintenance and so, the kind man put me in a much nicer room closer to the front desk (bedsheets included).One of the few motels Ive ever been to with a full sized fridge. The amenities were all standard but still enjoyable, well, except for the TV (no guide option to switch between channels, buttons didnt work half the time). Bed was comfy and staff were very friendly.The reason I dont give it a five, in addition to the small gripes up above, is that the fire alarm kept going off for the whole building during my stay. Made it pretty hard to get stuff done. Oh, and there were some bugs here and there. But yeah, if youre looking for a nice, quaint, cheap place that happens to be right next to a small burger joint, a waffle house, and a liquor store then HomeTown just may be for you.
The rooms are disgusting. Room 329 has grease stains all over the walls, you can see where multiple bugs have been swatted on the walls in the dining area, the kitchen stove is atrocious, and we found roaches in the bathroom and one in the bed. We stayed a total of 15 minutes. Long enough to pack up our things and leave the room.We called for a refund. We were told that someone would be in the office on Saturday between 11am and 3pm. There was no one in the office all weekend. When we arrived Monday, the two women at the front desk said that they can not issue refunds, and that we need to call corporate.We called corporate, and the number took us to a reservation service for the slum hotel. I was told that they would submit a request for customer service to contact me. They took down my number and email address, and when I asked for a number to contact the refund department, they refused to give me one. Terrible business for a terrible hotel. Stay clear of this place, unless you want to bring home the cousins from Connecticut with you.
It seems like this place is in the middle of a big renovation process. Main parking lot is torn up and its a little bit confusing. Also I think they are to busy to keep up with the renovations and cleanliness at this point. I saw a few cockroaches.. staff seemed over worked.
Rooms were FILTHY and INFESTED with roaches. Smelled like smoke and when I wiped the counters down my wet wipe was black with dirt. They would not refund us our money and we had to find somewhere else at 11pm with a baby.
This place cancelled my reservation at the door. What? Me and two ok there groups. Claiming it was our credit cards. They didnt cancel my reservation 3days ago when I made it. And my card worked just fine next door.
Drove Intown to visit family and decided to stay in this awful place. There was no room service , the sheets are dirty and the rooms are COVERED in roaches. When we flipped on the lights after going out to dinner roaches just scattered. The roaches got to the point where we were taking our luggage with us to the car. The bathtub was covered in sand and did not drain. The neighbors would sit on the steps and smoke marijuana and play music very loud. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO STAY HERE. The neighbors are permanent residents and every time we stepped outside we would be asked a thousand questions about staying here & if we were moving in permanently etc. we did not know what we were getting into. This place needs to be shut down .
Nasty . One word ROACHES! I have been here for about a month now. They dont like to clean the rooms. When I first came my shower curtain was filthy. For the amount of money I pay weekly I should get better service than this they only want to give you fresh towels once a week. Thursday their wash day as they say. The towels and linens have stains all in them. This place needs to be shut down. They treat you like your in prison telling everyone to be in there rooms by 7pm. Cant even go outside to smoke. Not to mention they play about the price of the rooms per week. One week I paid more than others. This place is just disgusting. I have never seen anything like it. Less than one star.
Not to be too blunt, but roaches 😬.. Microwave didnt work (didnt get hot). Dog feces on the walkway by the elevator. Desperation would be the only thing to keep you there. One towel in room for two people No excuse for this
The a/c was cold and the room was reasonably clean. But the parking lot and stairwells were full of trash and were otherwise absolutely filthy. I didnt use the handrail for the stairs because it was solo sticky. The walkways leading to the rooms was sticky too and needed to be pressure washed in the worst way. I am posting a picture of the stairs so you will know I am not exaggerating.
We booked at this hotel because we were in town for my dads funeral. We arrived at about 10:45 at night. We booked online and paid with our card. When we entered the room it was disgustingly dirty! The floors looked like they haven’t been swept in forever and mopped NEVER! The bathroom was disgusting, & there’s no WiFi! Tried several times to contact the after hours number and it goes directly to voicemail! Absolutely disgusting establishment and they lack tremendously in any kind of customer service!
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life. I would expect this type of nastiness at a cheap run down motel maybe! First day we arrived we seen how dirty the stove and sink were there was grease all over the stove on the back splash area as well as in the sink. The sheets were not clean and neither were the pillows so we asked for new linen and never received it. So after long deliberation we went down to walmart and purchased a sheet set and new pillows. After that whole fiasco we went to take a shower turned the water on and seen there was NO shower head on the pipe. Went to the office the next day to let them know our situation had to wait til the next day because the office closes at 7p. They told me they didnt have shower heads available. So I asked them of I went and bought 1 could they reimburse me. The maid or whatever she calls her self decided to butt into the convo and tell me to just take it back when I check out of the room. Just so you are fully aware do not expect to get extra towels or even a change of towels during your stay here. We had the room booked for 4 days only stayed 3 because I requested fresh towels after 3 days and they refused to bring new clean towels to the room. That was the straw that broke the camels back for me so I packed up and left
First off before I even start, roaches everywhere,sheets dirty like they havent been washed in years, and the place was just disgusting. We stayed for 2 nights and decided we were better off somewhere else we also had to buy about 200 dollars worth of things just to clean the place up and after all that they (by they I just mean the manager) refused to give us our money back unless we left, I dont think we honestly packed up so fast before. Oh I almost forgot they kept the money from when we stayed the 2 nights this is not a place you wanna take your kids just for a family vacation.
It was awful, Im reporting them to the better business bureau ASAP, I stayed for two nights and switched rooms three times, the first room was just fumigated and it smelled awful and there were huge bugs in the room and moths flying around and holes in the walls. The second room had dead rollie pollie bugs and roaches everywhere the bathroom looked like someone got murdered in there, had to wait until morning to change the room, my family and I couldnt take a shower, the sink was clogged, and the kitchen grills were broken so we couldnt cook. There was no TV remote and no cable in the room. The third room seemed fine until we turned off the lights and a bunch of roaches started to climb on the beds, and into our bags and into our pizza we left on the table, we ended up packing up and sleeping in our car till morning. This place is horrible I would not recommend my enemy to this place. There were bums and crack heads outside the establishment, we didnt feel safe inside or out. And, everywhere was dirty or broken.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed it, waste of $365 for a week. They have roaches, told the front desk after 3 days they said they would come spray and never did. The laundry mat on site would not take any of my cards and they did not have a change machine. There is a 24 hour number to call after hours, called several times with no answer. They gave 2 key cards but only 1 works. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to stay here.
If you like sleeping with roaches and only getting “clean” towels and sheets once a week if that, (which are stained to hell..) then this is your place! Robin at the front desk is amazing and Jimmy the maintenance guy is cool but they are the only reason I gave this place even one star...
Husband had to stay here for work but left to work elsewhere & today we find out that theyre still charging us & he left on the 5th/6th of this month so we want everything that was taken out of our account from then until today put right back in there we will be notifying our bank of this it is fraud & theft - your rooms need to be kept cleaner too or the health inspector might need to be called as well because you are supposed to have people cleaning the rooms
My wife reserved a room over a week in advance and when we got there they told us they canceled our reservation. Why not call us when you cancel our room so were not trying to find a hotel room last minute?
I live here and have for going on two months. Ms. Robin and all the staff are friendly and always try to accommodate your needs. The only reason I didnt give a give star rating is that the office closes at 7:00 P.M. Ive had friends come to visit who wanted to get a room here but were not able to because there office was closed. Other than that we love it here!
If you want amazing service and want a place that feels like home then come to this hotel cause they have a employee Dennis who will go out his way to make sure you have everything you need and will work hard and to perfection
We only stayed one night for a doctors appt. The staff was nice but could get no coffee in the morning because the office was closed!! That sucked, and the room I was in the fridge was too big for the space it was in so it would not close! But it wasnt terrible for just one nights rest so I didnt have to come back to Conyers from Temple for our second doctors appt probably next time will pay a little more to get a bit better room.
I booked in advance hoping for a good trip after seeing this room ...i would not even put my bags down ....there were live and dead roaches in the bathrooms...i contacted booking comp n hotels refused my refund even after I didnt stay...guess this is how they make their money to stay open!#NASTY!!

Dont stay here. If I could give it a negative rating I would. Most of the people there live there, there are kids everywhere. But the room cleanliness is just bad. And the room smells like wet dog. And then you have the roaches, not just a few but it likes like they were having a family reunion, when I turned on the lights they ran everywhere. I left right then.
My air conditioning unit was linking and making my soaking the carpet! Jimmy Ingram (THE Most Excellent Maintenance Technician EVER!!) Was in my room within less than 5 minutes and had the problem taken care of in less than 10 minutes!!! Way above and beyond he went to make me THE HAPPIEST CUSTOMER!! MADE MY DAY HE DID!!😀
DO NOT STAY HERE. The company is a thief. They overcharged me TWICE, then proceeded to treat me like I was an inconvenience for wanting them to fix it. The whole experience has been horrific and huge mess. Over the course of a week I have tried numerous times to speak to someone and have been lied to. No one has returned my phone call. The overages caused my account to overdraft. When I spoke to the manager, Lisa, She was rude and lied to me. When I asked about being refunded BOTH of he overages, She claims she would have to check because they didn’t charge me a second time. So now I have to go through my bank to submit proof that they charged me twice.Save your self the money and headache and stay at one of many other hotels within walking distance of this place. Even if it’s a few dollars more you will end up saving money in the long run. I’m pretty sure the other hotels wouldn’t look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a month. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. There was a long stringy hair all over the floor and the only blanket that you get is the paper thin duvet cover. It was disgusting.
The owners are trying there best to fix the place up but the cleaning is sorely lacking.the carpet is too nasty to walk on and the maids use the same mop water for most rooms from what Ive seen.i mopped and mopped and the floor was still black
Theres to many cockroachs Some of are food has fallen behind the fridge and when I checked behind there where 100s of cockroach eggs and many cockroachs pls dont come here I would give it a 0 star if I could
The customer service, cleanliness, room has a at home feel, the amenities all worked properly and if any problems its resolved in a timely fashion. Amazing and quick service! The general manager was amazing! I went to check in and I had accidentally scheduled the wrong days, and she said she would try and fix something for me! She was amazing and understanding! Definitely my go to hotel now!
For an Extended stay hotel, this has been a comfortable and affordable place to stay while we transition between homes. The hospitality and housekeeping staff are friendly and very accommodating within the limits of the hotel. The Wi-Fi is reasonable but not great. They were pet-friendly as well. The only problem I have had is with other guests and they were usually gone the following day. Management wont put up with unruly guests!Theres no real designated area for kids to play and no pool. Just a hill where guests walk their dogs, which the kids call poop hill for obvious reasons.

Do not recommend to come here this location is extremely prejudiced the room really sucks so is the service the AC unit makes a loud noise where I cannot sleep in it leaks fluids onto the carpet which the carpet is completely wet and smells bad I did not receive any towels I think that made convenient for me one side of the hotel is nothing but Black people in the other side are mostly whites or Hispanics because one side where the Black people are located were playing loud music and making a loud ruckus where the other side is completely quiet this is by far the worst place I have been to but I have been worse so by far do not come here at all.
Short & to the point: Never go here...ever. As an evacuee due to hurricane Irma, I made reservations 3 days prior. Even at that time, most hotels had no vacancy or were price gouging. I drove over 6 hours with pets and children in tow. Upon arriving to the office to check in, the appearance gave the impression that cleanliness was not a priority, which turned out to be correct. As I began to explain that I was an evacuee & show my reservation number, the staff person interrupted and said that she was not honoring reservations. I stated that Id made the reservation 3 days ago; she said that they were supposed to stop taking reservations 3 days ago. She said that there were no empty rooms, but then said that there was only 1 housekeeper & that she wouldnt sell rooms that hadnt been cleaned yet. I arrived before check in time and waited in line, so by this time it was after 4pm (check in time). She instructed me to wait if I wanted a room & she would see. As I waited for well over an hour without much in the way of options, she sold a room to a woman that stated that she had made a reservation at 8am the same day. She sold a room to another family as well; although, there was a disagreement about whether they had prepaid or not. A person who had checked in, returned after seeing the room and cancelled. Finally, I was given a room key without any other info such as a wifi password,location of the room, available amenities. As I was signing paperwork, I commented on the tall counter. The staff member said that it kept people from swinging on her. At the bottom of the stairs leading up to the room, there was a large area of some sort of substance like old cooking grease maybe that had been tracked up the stairs. The room was absolutely filthy. Smells of cigarettes, marijuana, & incense, filled the air. I am sure that the wait was not for room cleaning. There was a thick layer of hair, grease, & filth flaking off of the headboard onto the pillows (which I obviously never used) that were placed against it; old food splatter & whatever else on the walls, window sills; flies; etc. The pillows inside the cases were a dark, dingy brown/gray. The blanket had a hole over 12 inches in diameter and cigarette burns in it. There were dirty hand prints on all door knob areas, peep hole, etc. Every corner had built up gunk. I was glad to see the floor was laminate except the carpet under the bed. I immediately bought bleach spray, scrubbies, clorox wipes, bed sheets, etc. and went to work. No room cleaning service, fresh towels, etc. were ever offered or received. Other reviews accurately describe the types of long term residents here. I made sure that we were busy all day & only used the room to sleep while implementing all locks. When I checked out, the office door was locked. A lady, who was talking with others outside, identified herself verbally as a manager. I stated that the blanket had a large hole, I cleaned the headboard, etc. She didnt seem surprised nor concerned and offered no apology. The only good thing I can say about Covington is that there are kennels available in the surrounding area. I wouldnt take my dog to this Home Towne Studios. I would rather weather a hurricane than stay here again. I bought lice shampoo on the drive home, just for my own peace of mind.
We stayed at this hotel because it was close to our Warrior Dash. The overall cleanliness was lacking, but it wasnt disgusting or anything. The staff was ok, but the office closed at 7 PM and you would have to call if you needed to check in, or had any questions. I do have a few gripes though. One, when I reserved the room I had reserved it for 3 people and when we got there we only had 2 towels. We also ran out of TP (started with about a half roll?) And when I called the office to request another towel and TP I was told it was not provided. It was rather weird that I had to purchase a towel and TP for my room. Two, we had almost no water pressure in the room. It was a steady trickle more than anything. All in all, it was a place to sleep, and that is how we treated it. We were out and about most of every day and it served its purpose, but I wouldnt stay there again.

Our Family was at this location for a while and we just loved the staff. Always friendly and happy to help. Awesome is how I describe the Manager Ms. Lisa. She truly cares as does the members of her team. Ms. Robbin, and Mr. Stacy were always amazing, these employees know how customer service is done. Thank yall so much!
If I could give negative stars I would!! I could deal with the dirty rooms and no room service.. At least the employees were sweet and helpful.. I stayed for five weeks and three weeks into my stay the management changed. Now the employees are rude. The manager is a witch. The rooms are overpriced for what you end up getting. They dont give fresh sheets or towels.. I needed a plunger for over twelve hours and then had to go get my own. AND then the fleas came.. And the bed bugs... Everywhere!! Im checking out first thing tomorrow morning! This is by far the most disgusting and the absolute foulest hotel I have EVER stayed in in my entire life!! My only suggestion to fix it would be to burn it down and rebuild from the ground up. Never coming back and never giving a recommendation. And watch out for this permanent resident of the hotel named Kelly.. She calls police on people, spreads rumors about others, causes more drama at that hotel than any other person, and is just a nasty human being in general. Be warned!! Terrible place!!
There was no TV, a fight had broken out downstairs before we got there so they took the TV out of our room and put it downstairs, oh and there was a pad outside of our room.
My stay at home Towne Studios was awesome the GM Michelle is very professional as well as courteous. employee Robin which works the front desk is also very polite as well as professional, she greets the customers with a smile and a welcome home! The head maintenance man Jimmy is very helpful and prompt with attending two maintenance services. Irate hometown studios as a five-star hotel with a staff that makes you feel at home!
Shelly is the nastiest person Ive ever come across! She was rude and belligerent! She checked me into a room without working AC/ Heat. When I brought this to her attention, she simply asked if I wanted the room or not. I told her no, I want a room with working AC. She refused to move me or refund my money. I asked her for the contact information to corporate and she gave me her friend Doreen Diaz number. Doreen was no better. She also refused to refund my money. Im planning to report your company to the BBB.Note to potential guests: do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
At first I was very curious about this facility, due to it being an extended stay hotel. But the staff welcome me in, especially Matthew. Smooth check in and out. I love my room, the people was extra nice. The only thing I hate was I forgot my pots and pans, other than that everything was wonderful.
Made a reservation two weeks earlier, drove from Northern Ohio and arrived at 730pm. Called prior to 7 to let the front desk know and asked if I could pay over the phone or possibly have someone wait. Got a direct no and that was the end of it. So I drove 12 1/2 hours to have no place to stay. Hope the building burns
If i could give it a negative i would , my room was infested with roaches and bed bugs .. it was so bad roaches were literally falling from the ceiling not even kidding . i had to beg the house keepers to give me a towel not to mention it looked as if it was dirty . when i first checked into my hotel seemed as if someone took a dump before i checked in . not to mention it smelt like dirty socks and cigarettes . i know they didn’t wash the comforter because it was a speghetti noodle on it . there was trash all out side and under the bed of the motel . DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A STAY IN THIS NASTY PLACE THEY CALL A HOTEL !!!
Management give none employees access to tenant rooms while they in their room without the person being aware whose entering their room. I will not rent there because it is unsafe.

This is the first time I have shopped at kohls and it will be the list. First this is not a reflection on the Conyers store but the companies policies. I purchased 3 item online and earned kohls cash. I used the cash in the store and after trying on one of the items I purchased online decided to return it. On return the the $10 kohls cash was taken off the price of the return they charged me a transaction fee and did not give me a reduction for the shipping cost. So on a return where i should have received at least $31.20 I received $13.98. More than a 50% reduction. Kohls you have truly lost a customer.
I want to put zero stars but Google wont let me.Im so disappointed that Red Roof Inn owns this facility. The roches dont run when they see you its more like they chase you. My baby sister was staying at this location with her two kids only to be kicked out on a Friday when they paid for the week, this was on memorial day weekend and she was told that the money they paid would not be returned till Tuesday now she doesnt have all the money for new place. Apparently the fridge didnt work and this location refused to get rid of the bugs or fix the issues. We always use Red Roof Inn when I go out of town or to anime conventions because of this I have to now say Red Roof has lost my money.
Great that it had a full size refrigerator..... but the room was infested with roaches....and had several maintenance issues.... the desk clerk offered me a bottle of roach killer... I was originally going to stay for 2 nights but checked out after the first night as soon as the office was open to do so.
Really disgusting ive been here 2 years ago the place was clean outside as well as yhe rooms . the managment was great ... Now the place os a dump mold in the rooms roaches . trash outside in the parking lots. Holes in the wall hafe a** fixed appliances in the rooms handles broken lights barley work you have to play with them to work... Very bad place

If you can afford to stay anywhere else, I suggest you go there! The room was not very clean , soiled bed covers, peeling paint, roaches, rude tenants hanging out in laundry room smoking marijuana and drinking beer! Covington Police were there weekends since thats when extra activity picked up on the weekend. David who works at the front desk was the only great part about staying there.

While the room was ok..the staff at the front desk..that is another story!Was there for almost a month ..they overdrafted my fruends account..because they had his card on file after I told them to change it to another card..they couldnt fiz it...corprate took it iff though..it took them over a week to correct it in the system...then they didnt charge my card when I tried to pay..I was sent to jail for theif of services...spent 38 days...they had gotten the money and charged stuff at big lotts and kmart on my card online...while tthey had my info...I was released and warrantt that they had issued was dropped...I did nothing to deswrve this...they are a fraud!!!

Very rude staff except for the the white manager in front desk but everyone one else specifically tall black man has one nasty attitude. The way this guy threat the guest it clearly shows that he hates his life, cause this man has attitude all over the place, along with him been so races. Yet they still allowed him to working in this place.

Came in town on a 20 day business stay and stopped by this place to have a nice quiet spot to finish a deal up. The morning desk guy was very very very rude and totally ignored me and my business partners who came. Apparently a few other people had the same problem and he wasnt even trying to help them nor us waiting for dam near 45 minutes looking in his face while he smirked at all of us as if he didnt care who we were! Ive been all over this world and stayed in countless hotels on business and THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!! He was very unprofessional and this is NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!! AVOID HERE AT ALL COST if your in town on business. I recommend conyers just up the road but avoid this place!!
No heat in the room temp was 19 outside. Told office said they would get someone to look at it. No one ever came to look at it. Stayed 4 nights did not even offer another room with heat. Will Not Recommend

Wish I could give zero stars. Besides the fact Everytime we had to re enter the room we had to have the key reset & blamed for. The guy no lie told us we cant have it by a TV.....a TV is in the very room we need the key for. We traveled all night so I wanted to shower n rest. WHYYYY didnt the shower work?!! Then bruh man from the fif (I mean the spelling) floor comes up (with attitude) like we are inconveniencing him! Now hes mad cause he has to go get tools n fix it. Now its morning I have an event n forgot my iron. None I the room...its cool cause its extend stay so maybe they keep it at the desk NOPE!!! Cick was hella rude about it. Worst place I ever stayed. Room marked no smoking smelled like a pack of Pall Mall was packed n smoked in the room. Not the place to visit but if youre between living situations maybe a better deal

People let me make this clear now. If you are looking for a safe clean quite place, this is not the place. This place actually have full time permanent residents. Kids from just born up to teens. People looking and living in poverty. Its loud and noisy from guest and kids running up and down the stairs. There is no staff after 11 pm to 11:am. No security at all. Its in a very high crime rated area. My girl friend and I were there for maybe 4 hours and we left to go to a more familiar location. Im not angry, I didnt fall out with any one there, Im just telling the truth. If youre a low life and or like living with the crimnal element, poverty stricken area then this place is for you. I would never go there again. In fact I will never even stop in Covington, GA not even for gas..
Just make sure the previous occupant didnt have a shedding pet, that the room has been thoroughly cleaned, and your neighbors arent smokers in the non-smoking section.Other than that, peace and quiet.
The first time I stayed at 9161 city pond rd, it was called the Covington lodge. The service was poor, the rooms smelled horrible. After it was under new ownership, it was changed to Home Towne Studios. Every room I switched to all had the smell of marijuana. It is the cheapest hotel in the city of Covington, but its not recommended for those taking vacations. This is the worst hotel in the city. The Holliday Inn, the Hampton inn and the La Quinta inn are better than this crappy hotel. The Travelodge is the second worst.
This hotel was extremely convenient. Its located right towards the Centre of town near all the shops, and also right near the square where a lot of important events happen which is why I go. If I had to stay in Covington again I will stay here because this is like a tiny apartment or studio apartment and its at the price of way cheaper than any hotel room in the area at $53 a night after tax and everything, it was pretty much worth its worth its while if I have to stay again like I said I will stay here

Been here for awhile I love Robbin the front desk lady she is amazing the maid service sucks dont ask them to wash your comforter you wont get it back anytime soon they also say they will come back but dont fridge doesnt work stove doesnt work and tub barely drains and when you ask for them fixed they come leave say I will be back two months later your still waiting
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. room was infested with roaches and some even crawled on the bed as well. if negative star was an option, it certainly deserves it.
I checked in. 503.50 for one week. Then i get a cLl today that im getting kicked out and no gwtting a refund. I paid this last night at 6pm. I will make sure this place gets shut down if i dont get my money.
WORST hotel ever!!! Do not stay here. There was so many roaches, hair in the sheets, toilet wasn’t clean, and there was not even a shower curtain. Could not even stay the night left with in an hour of checking in but was refused a refund
Being real with every one I dont know what that got going on with there whole parking lot is a work zone. The driveway used to go all the way around .. Not now that is for sure. And there is a lot of b/s around there On God
First of all staff is the best!!! Second of all I’m very pleased with my room. And have never had an issue in it.
While I was staying here a maid tried to walk into my room unannounced (without knocking) but was stopped by the inside lock bar. When I got to the door she was already retreating down the hall. I called her back and asked what she wanted and she nervously said that she was there for the towels etc... I gave her all my towels and wash rags and she told me she would bring back clean ones in an hour. The next day, when I still didnt have the towels back, I walked down to the office and was rudely informed that no maid had came by to get my towels and that I was lying. I wasnt rude to the female behind the desk, so Im uncertain why she immediately accused me of lying... she also informed me that I would not get any more towels and would have to wait until a certain day before I could get any ( which happened to be two days after I was to check out). So in short, the fact I stopped a maid from entering my room when she obviously thought I wasnt there was enough reason to treat me like Im untrustworthy. Very sketchy place, I wouldnt trust any valuables in this place and make sure to take pictures so you have proof if something happens.
To be honest this hotel is a great place to regroup in between homes management is understanding and willing to accompany your needs and anytime youre approaching the front desk you want Robin to be behind it they make sure you feel right at home.

Horrible place I got a room online and when I called to check in the after hours man told me they canceled my reservation and I asked will I get my money back he hung up on me and I still have yet to get my money back would not stay here ever would not recommend!!!!!
Understand families reside there...not an environment to stay for the night on a cheap budget...Dont fault the families or their circumstances...as many are becoming homeless
Awful horrible place. Dont bother making reservations because they dont keep them instead they give it to someone else and still expect you to pay . When everything is booked and youre evacuating because of a hurricane , prepared and made reservations ahead , only to get there tired with children and worn that they gave YOUR reservations to someone else . Awful people, unsympathetic, and terrible terrible service .

This place is funny we pay weekly and dont get any services. And if you dont pay your money on time they will knock on your door to ask if you staying or leaving but I think its sad every time I need something I cant get it its sad I cant stand these people

I loved that the allow dogs. They also have a small electric two stove setup in the rooms. They also have day, week, and month long stay.
This place is dirty it has lots of roaches you dont get your room clean but once a week when they do come in they do a very bad job I see people doing all kinds of stuff over here its 😝horrible I would not be coming back here and I regret coming here you make a complaint they dont do anything about it I bit up by bed bugs.

The place is barely in its remodel stage from what I can see, but from what I have seen its family friendly an the General Manager is vary professional.
Great extended stay! The rooms are nice and while it may seem sketchy the people all keep to themselves and nobody bothers you. The staff is lovely and the prices are more than affordable

Room had dead and live roaches, commode would not flush unless you put water in it, no telephone or remote for the TV. Complaints go unanswered.

Living accommodations are pretty good slight noise sometimes at night but the manager on site really knows how to take care of any issues that you might have.

2022-03-28It was off the highway. Reasonable last minute prices, but the bathroom had a strong odor. Smelled like the pipes were molding or rottening. Also very hard to get towels, and lastly upon checking out we saw one roach.

2022-07-05I have never seen such nasty rooms. rooms we walked past were swarming with flies and smelt like someone passed. Mold in the ac unit. Roaches in the room all over the tub and floors. Burn marks on the bedding and floors cigarette butts in front of the door. Outlets covered in tape instead of being fixed. Carpet coming up in the corner, tv was broken, fridge barely opened, stove was nasty, I can go on. Were having trouble getting a FULL refund which we need and deserve considering we IMMEDIATELY checked out after seeing the conditions.

2021-12-27Very unclean! We had to literally kick the door in after unlocking it with our key. The tv was on and there were countless stains everywhere. The key itself was very disgusting. It was sticky and had lint all over it. The people that were staying here made me feel very uneasy and unsafe. Not even ten minutes getting to the hotel we were offered pills and other drugs. The bathrooms had no soap or toilet paper. The beds had countless stains and cigarette burns. Please please please do not waste your money here.

2022-05-18Dumpy room for the price they charge. The door wouldn’t latch shut, wifi did not work, no sheets on the bed, zero hygiene amenities except for only a towel and two bars of soap, much of the furniture had been broken or unusable, the refrigerator was the only properly working appliance in the room. If you have to leave early for a medical emergency they will not refund your money. Save your time and money and find a better hotel to stay at.

2022-05-14Rented room for 3 consecutive nights. After the first night I left my personal belongings (including my seizure medicine) in the room then left to proceed with my day. When I returned for the second night, I went to the office to ask for a different room because the bed frame was broke causing me to roll off the side. However, I was told that my 3 night rental was stopped and I could rent two more nights or leave. I couldnt leave because my personal belongings were removed and locked up in a different room. Because the manager was gone for the day no one had a key to get my personal belongings. I spent an additional 2 hours to get my belongings. Afterwards, I left the property to find a different place to stay. I dont recommend any one to choose this location, even though it is the lowest price.

2022-05-10Positive: Hometown studio is in poor care. I don¿t understand how this business isn¿t shut down. They will not refund me my money. Didn¿t even stay there because I booked a non smoking room and it was full of smoke. The smell alone gave me an instant heada Negative: Staff was very rude. Didn¿t know what she was doing or just didn¿t care. No manager was on site to talk to.

2022-03-21Positive: The front desk clerk was very nice and she was a little overwhelmed from the lack of room available because of others not checking out. Negative: The first room had someone else staying in it, then the second room had live and dead roaches on the table and in the bathroom tube. There was no toilet paper holder or toilet paper.

2022-03-17If I could give negative stars I would. As soon as we walked in there was an odd smell. Went to take a shower that night and my towel was damp! Come to find out whoever cleaned our room just refolded the dirty towels! Then our room flooded and we had to wait 5 hours for the front office to open because their maintenance line didnt work! Now we are fighting for a refund as we refused to stay for the rest of our time booked! Dont do it not worth it!

2022-04-13Checked in about 6 days ago. The staff has been wonderful to us. They have made it feel like home instead of a hotel. The room is clean and I’ve seen zero bugs. ❤️
