We Tried going to this location when we were in Atlanta, we were greeted and told to seat ourselves, the restaurant maybe had 15-20 people at tables(it was very empty) We sat at a table where there were constantly waitresses walking by, after 15+ minutes of waiting no one came to take our order or tell us they would be with us shortly. Waitresses walked by continuously and were doing nothing except talking in groups.
Server was literally chopping it up with other coworkers every time we asked her for something lol and to top it off my wings came 30-40 mins later after I ordered was not even busy, and everyone i came along with had finished their food by the time mine got there. Pretty upset about my experience there but the food was good.
So excited! The customer service was awesome. Stephany was our waitress and she was very professional, kind, polite and a fast worker with getting our orders into the kitchen and out to us in an timely manner. We had buffalo 🍤shrimps, buffalo boneless🍗 chicken wings, curly fries, onion rings and soft 🥖pretzels. Yummy Yummy for da Tummy 😂😋😁
Service was slow. Took almost an hour for our food to get our table. Our server never once check on us, cause she paid more attention to her friends table and her phone than us. Nobody came to us tell us what’s going with the food in the kitchen. Well not be back to this location
Where else are you going to go with 9 kids when the wait at Longhorn is over an hour? Hooters, of course. No wait for a family headcount of 16. Kudos to that. Especially on a busy night of a busy week. Although we may have been early, as much of the crowd started to show as we were preparing to leave.P.S. The staff was efficient and exceeded expectations, for what its worth.
We arrived our waitress we think told us to seat ourselves at a table that was dirty. It took her a good 10 minutes to come clean our table and take our drink order, she then left for at least 15 minutes she was running all over the restaurant mind you there was another waitress just standing around. Our waitress finally came back because she hadnt written anything down and couldnt remember what drinks are wanted we ordered our food relentlessly and she came back and said they were out of one drink so my man told her to bring the same drink I ordered. Another 10 minutes goes by and we get our food still no second drink this was the worst service ever and our wings werent what we wanted but to avoid more chaos my man just ate them...needless to say TERRIBLE experience and we will not EVER eat in there again!!! Only order to go from now on.
Went out with 5 of my other friends Saturday night. Our waitress was HORRIBLE. Not attentive whatsoever, wish I got her name. Checked on us maybe once after we got our food? She had curly brown hair to her shoulders, think she was Hispanic? I don’t know. We asked for a shot, she comes back and says “the bartender doesn’t feel like making that shot” I am a bartender. I would NEVER refuse to make a shot because it was too complicated or because I’m being lazy. I know this is not the waitresses fault. This brings me to the bartender. It was a black girl with braids down to her butt. We paid our tab, my friend and I decided to order a drink from the bar while we wait for our Uber. The bartender was not only extremely rude but very unprofessional. She was screaming across the bar to her friends laughing all while we tried to get her attention. Just very rude. Girl.. cut those long nails!!! They are not attractive.
Im glad my father and I chose to have lunch here today. Were celebrating Fathers Day early and could not have had a better lunch experience today. The food was perfect in every way. Elizabeth was our server. She was very friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and the entire staff seemed to work as a team to keep things running smooth. I will definitely continue to come here for great food, service, and atmosphere. Great jobs!
Ordered sliders through grubhub today and they were so charred and burned it was not even edible! Disgusting that someone actually sent this out as food! On top of that, no one answered the phone when I called to complain. Looks like the owner only responds to positive reviews here, while ignoring the negative ones.. and thats probably part of the issue here.
My girlfriend and I came here for the first time. We instantly regretted sitting down after 10 sec! It was late and options werent there; so we sat by the bar close to the kitchen. The cook and several of the employees were loud and obnoxious! They were dropping F-bombs every 15 seconds and I could bearly hear myself talk. The bartender had a nonchalant I cant wait to clock out demeanor. My date and I ended taking the food To-Go, to avoid any further disgust and cringing.
I ordered grilled boneless wings, traditional wings and a beverage via UberEats (the closest wing place at that time). The restaurant forgot to send the beverage (160z drink worth nearly $3!), the traditional wings were O.K. but the grilled wings were absolutely disgusting! They presentation was terrible; chunks of chicken breast brushed (barely) with sauce. The lemon pepper looked even worse since they had no color. The texture of the grilled boneless wings was chewy and had a dirty chicken taste. Our expectations werent high since...its Hooters, but the total before delivery fees and tips was just above $30. NOT worth it.Will not order again.UPDATE:I contacted their customer service the day the stores response was posted. I still havent heard back from anyone.
I like to give exceptional food and service experiences however Im sad to report that we had new girl waitress and a series of down spiraling events that earned Hooters the 2 stars. From the beginning of our 1st order, 2nd order, food orders coming out 15 to 20 mins separately, ppl seated around us(who came in after us)receiving their food before us, incorrected food orders served, manager had to be called to our table and lastly our change, for the bill was never bought back to us, smh. They received 2 stars based on my order of smoked wings were pretty tasty, even after waiting nearly 40 mins for them.
The food is always good. Two times in a row I have ordered 15 wings. one time I got 12 I said something and they brought over the other three. The second time I got 14. I have been here several times. Sometimes you get a good waitress and sometimes you get a horrible one that cant be found and doesnt check up on you. I keep going there though because I love the food and the staff is nice but its kind of annoying not getting the right wings and inconsistent service. I have had to get the managers involved twice both times they were very nice and helpful. Thank you.
Our server was not good... brought cold food and checked on us one time after we flagged down another server. Never brought refills.... Food was cold, we ordered hot and garlic parmesan wings only to receive mild wings with garlic parmesan, didnt get our dips and the fries were brought to the table 10 minutes before the wings... I guess unless youre consuming alcohol you arent a valuable customer. But I tipped her more than 20%, I respect her position but I wont be back with that kind of service. We only came to celebrate the life of my father in law who passed away last night SMH its sad
Very attentive, friendly staff. My waitress Kary made the BEST Margherita Ive had in a while!! I ordered the Wings, lemon pepper flavor and fried pickles to go. Very crispy, not hard fried and not greasy. No long wait...and Kary (she) made sure that there were condiments for my to go order. Well be back, havent been here since 2011!!
Sadly this place has seriously downgraded from when I ate here years ago. The food used to be really good, this time it was very underwhelming. My chicken wasnt even fully bathed in the sauce. A good portion of the chicken was still dry like they just poured sauce on it after it was done... Service was terrible, the server I had was hardly available. Even asked for a cup to go, the server took an hour to bring it literally. Even had to ask another server who also took about 20mins. They brought them minutes between one another... I definitely didnt expect that type of food or service...
Terrible. Went there tonight at 830 before the game and ordered food. 1045 and still nothing. Told the manager and she said sorry. Waited another 20 and they forgot to put it in. Still charged us for everything. Called the police on us after we asked what we are being charged for. Screamed at me. 4 tables came after us. Ordered. Ate and left. And we still didnt get our food.
This WAS one of my favorite locations but this spot has really fallen off. They were VWRY understaffed for a football game. The place was completely packed and they only had one bartender. I am very familiar with the service industry and that poor bartender was drowning. There was no one running food and there was no one on the service bar. I was there with 2 other people for the Steerlers Cowboys game. We ordered 3 pounds of crablegs and all of them came out ice cold. I cant even blame the staff because the scheduling is definitely not thier responsibility. There should be at a MINIMUM 2 bartenders and 1 food runner during football season. I watched my food sit in the food window for 14 minutes. The bartender had to throw $60-90 worth of food in the trash. Unless Hooters is in business of flushing money down the toilet they need to do better with scheduling. I wont be back anytime soon. Its way too many restaurants in Smyrna to deal with cold food and sub par service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Its 2021 and this restaurant concept is pointless. Every server I passed acted like they were afraid to give eye contact. I get it, Im sure they get approached negatively a lot but how can get remotely decent service if everyone there refuses to look back you? 🤔 I was only there for a quick lunch but it felt like I entered a high-school cafeteria. The food was just ok. But with service being so sub par and everyone I came into contact with looking the other way I just dont see the point in spending money there🤷♂️
Been coming here since 2001 and have seen it change so much. I love the manager, she’s a hoot and even gave a regular some free wings because he was so lit and in need of food to sober him up.Not a big fan of the wait staff. I know it’s a Hooters but the CashApp Me Sugar Daddy advances I heard towards nearby patrons was a bit off-putting.That’s Atlanta I guess.
We waited 20 minutes after being seated to be served. The manager half heartedly apologized then took our orders. Drinks came, but PART (half) of the food came out 45-50 minutes later (she said it would take 30-40 minutes); 10 minutes later a second part arrives. I ordered 2 appetizers for dinner (mozzarella sticks and loaded tots); we finished everything else, but tots never made their way to the table. The manager agreed to remove them from the bill. My issue is there was no attempt at service recovery; I realize it was a busy Saturday evening, but there was no follow-up when orders were brought to the table, no follow-ups to see if we needed refills or new drinks orders. The implied sentiment was what do you expect, its Saturday night.... This was an underwhelming, disappointing experience that we will not repeat.
Paid my tab and was drinking a beer at the table. Got up to use the bathroom and they threw my beer away while I was gone. Didnt get my order right (which I didnt complain and probobly should have). There are many other Hooters locations that are worth visiting...this one is not.
Night of the NLDS everything at the battery is slammed so we decided to pop on in to the hooters, fairly busy but not out of control. Walked in at 6:45 - walked out at 7:05! Shay is a total rockstar!! Daytona wings in Bbq are totally the move! And the Braves won!! Will be back for sho!
Recommend. I had the chicken philly with curly fries. It was delicious but didn’t like how huge the chicken cubes were. I expected smaller pieces of meat similar to a Philly cheesesteak. The fries were also good but would have liked for the fries to be warmer. My husband enjoyed his lemon peppered wings ! They had our order prepared on time and I loved that being it was 11 at night on a Friday.
Look, its Hooters ok. People drive for Miles for the amazing french fries. ;) It absolutely belongs in my DITD tour. I have been in this Hooters many times and have always been greeted with friendly service and good food. I have had some good times there. P.S. I really do love the fries.
Went Saturday night night with a friend. We were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. Several tables were available, many needing to be cleaned (easy trade off vs making a customer wait.) We were seated within the time we were told, right between two dirty tables. The waitress came about ten minutes after we were seated. She was apologetic and said they were having issues behind the scene. I let her know that it wasnt behind the scene and very obvious that they were having issues. Overall she was nice and accommodating as she could be.Food took about twenty minutes to come out. Ive been to this location before and it was a completely different experience. It was football season and way more people then and no issues. The waitress said there was a change in management, and several new crew members. Several people walk out because of the wait. Hope they get it together soon!
So the food was good.. ya dig? But it was cold af in the restaurant for the first hour and a half. Luckily, I had a hoodie on so I wasnt that cold tho.. by the way I got a byob burger and curly fries for my first time here.. shoutout to Sierra for the good customer service too.. peace
Been coming to this location for years, most recently the service wasnt great, wings were ice cold because I watched them sit at the counter for a while, waiting for the rest of our food to be done. It was Sunday of the Masters and they didnt have the tv audio on, not sure if they usually do that or not though. Kinda disappointed, and my expectations arent out of reason for a Hooters.
Worst Customer Service !! DO NOT place TOGO Orders! They will have you waiting for hours for food and on top of that while you wait they will have another customer stick their dirty hands into your food and say “sorry we are backed up” to cover up the fact that messed up! Be safe out their with the places you decide to trust!
The food was okay and the service was not too bad. The atmosphere for watching a game was great though. Our server was able to handle multiple tables and keep up with our orders on time. The reason for the 3 stars is because it was just a typical bar experience that seemed a little over priced for what we ordered. But it was still a good time bar experience to watch a sporting event.
I came here on my birthday because it was kid -friendly and because they also have unlimited wings. It took someone 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and also to be seated. Our party was 8+ people. Only 2 of ordered the unlimited wings and it was hard to put in the orders because our server would disappear. Collectively we were only able to order 3 orders of wings which the 3rd order we never received. This was a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this location at all. My birthday dinner was horrible.
The worst service ever! Waiting near 15 minutes to be served, plus the drinks took another 15 minutes to come out. I ordered a double cheeseburger and received a quadruple burger. They tried to charge me $14.95, But it clearly says $11.95 on the online menu, so theres a discrepancy between the online menu and what the waitress rings up. Also, I had to convince management that the pricing was wrong. He told me yes, the price is $14.95 for that particular Burger; I said Hey, this is not the correct price. I showed him the pricing online, and he ended up correcting it, but overall, the service was horrible. I would never go back.
I have visited this particular establishment numerous times, and have yet to encounter a bad experience here. My server tonight was more attentive than I have received in some of the more luxurious restaurants. The food is good on any given day, and the drinks are what youd expect from any other bar. They obviously feature sports on the numerous televisions surrounding the establishment. You just feel relaxed when you enter Hooters. I cant describe it any other way.
The experience at this location was disgusting. Got a waitress that was extremely rude, had to damn near beg for a refill. My wife and I ordered the all you can eat wing special. We could not eat all of them, plus the customer service was God awful, so we were ready to go. She brought the check, didnt bring a box for us to take the left over wings home that we didnt eat. She tells is we must finish them at the restaurant. The wings that we did get took forever and the place only had four customers. Hooters lost valuable customers. Never again.
I was very confused as I came here to pick up an ubereats order. They are next to a burger bar and they basically share the same name. However you have to go to Hooters to get the burger. 🤷🏾♂️ But the staff was welcoming and I actually came back for a beer and some wings.
Its 1am, waited over an hour for a $50 meal, and when its finally ready, the little worker dude decided the fight that was on tv was more important than my food. Then he had to turn around and go back to get a pepsi that he couldve brought out with the rest of the food. The girl at the counter had this looked as if she wanted to say something, but didnt want to make a fuss.... Will not go to this location again, EVER
Ordered takeout on a Friday night. Probably a mistake. Wings (usually my favorite) tasted like they had been cooked in very old oil and the fries (tiny serving for $4.95!) were cold. The place was packed though so Im giving 3 stars based on friendly staff and quick service.
La Jaa was the worst bartender/waitress in my life. Seems like she hated her job and made me felt like I was a bother by making annoyed faces. Who ever is the owner, you should take heed of who you employ because this experience sealed the deal in me never returning. Also, the food could’ve been cooked better. Despite the restaurant being clean, the experience/environment is what makes the restaurant great.
I had a nice meal after a stressful morning. Kamilah did a great job and was a bright spot in my day. Shes pleasant and was very helpful with options on my order. If you want good service, go to Hooters near Akers Mill. Yes, go now.STOP. !!!!!!Put down what youre doing andGO NOW.!!! 😁😁😋😋😋💯👍
Excellent Food, terrible service. Was without a drink for 30 min, no utensils, no extra plates. We asked for the ranch to be on a separate plate since not everyone in our table likes it and it usually spills on the plate, when we got the wings, ranch was all over them. Waiter never came to check on is until we called her, ended up asking for our tab since no one came, at the end manager came over once to asked if we needed something and we asked her for a to go box. Which she also forgot. Waiter was Marla. Not sure why service so bad if it wasnt busy. Hardly anyone in there
We stopped by this Hooters on our way home from the Atlanta airport. It was raining, we were tired and hungry. We went inside. It was bustling like most Hooters restaurants are, but the service was amazing, our server Marla never let or drinks get anywhere near empty. She made sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience. Hooters is always good, but this was phenomenal.
Each time I have been here I have had issues with my food: wings aren’t cooked enough, fries are cold, and the most goes on. Haven’t not been in a while I assumed that the issues I had would be resolved; unfortunately I was completely wrong. The same issues exist and maybe even gotten worse. Then on top of that the sauce for their wings / chicken tenders is poor. I almost assumed that the sauce at all of the locations were the same, however that is not the case. I have been to the location in Chattanooga and no complaints ever. This location should survey the Chattanooga location to improve. And to top it all of one of the Hooter women told me, “I really didn’t have to help you but I did.” As she walked off with a half smirk on her face. Her name tag was covered up, but as soon as I find out her name for sure I will be adding it to this post. That was my last time returning to this location.
I ordered take out and had a bufffalo chicken sandwich and steak fries. I was given a total of 6 steak fries that were really half fries and 3 whole ones. I called and talked to the manager who wasn’t as sympathetic as I was expecting. He sounded like he really didn’t care which was an issue for me because I also am a restaurant manager. I think he should have handled if a little bit more compassionate to save a guest who lives around the corner and comes frequently. They have lost a guest due to this lack of care.
Do not eat here.Seriously.I went here on a Friday night around 9:30 and although our table of 6 was seated quickly and our 6 waters were ordered then, it took a while for our server to return with them and take our order for appetizers. No big deal as it seemed like everyone was moving quickly to handle business. She left again to attend to another table and we didnt see her again for thirty minutes when she returned to take our order for apps and entrees. This time when she left we didnt speak to her again for almost 40 minutes and all our concerns about our meal were relayed to random servers walking past us.Eventually, a random drunk patron came over twice to chat us up and became verbally abusive. Kiana (who was wonderful and attentive to our grossed out expressions) came over to check on us and told the manager about the customer. The manager apologized and we vocalized again how we had been there over an hour and hadnt received any sort of food. She said she was going to go check on our order. Around 10:50, our initial waitress (I wish I would have caught her name to make a formal complaint) made her way back to our table and said she had checked on our order and it would be ready in a few minutes. She left for a few minutes and one of my friends made a comment about how all the waitresses were standing near the window eating their own wings when we hadnt received our appetizers. Our server returned about 11pm with our checks and let us know our food would be out soon. This was the final straw for my table and we called another server over to see if we could speak to a manager. 15 minutes later, with no food, no manager, and nothing but jealous stares directed from my friends to our inattentive waitress chewing in front of us. We decided to leave after 105 minutes of bad service with no refills, no food, harassment from drunk patrons, and a bitchy waitress whos only remark when we left was Im not paying for that table.
I always have horrible service at this restaurant but tonight was the worst. My friend and I came tonight which was the National Championship game. Laija was our waiter. We wait 8 minutes for her to even address that we were there and when she did, she didnt even greet us. She wrote her name down and said what do y’all want? We gave her our drink order and food order. After bringing back our drinks she disappeared and we waited about 45 min for our food. She didnt bring any refills or update us on our order. She came over with desserts and told us that they only had one cook so we could have a complimentary shooter. We declined because we didnt want desserts before our meal. 10 min. later once The game was over when she finally returned with our food. She went back and got my fries which were stale and cold. I gave them back to her and told her the issue with them and she snatched them out of my hand without apologizing or acknowledging anything I said. At that point we didnt eat any other food. We got up and left. The girls that work here Re completely careless and are more conceit maintain there look than they are on doing there job. This has been my experience every time I visit this location.
I wanted to give this place 5 Stars. I just couldnt. The hostess was over worked and flustered. The manager took to long to handle payment issues with other people waiting for to go orders. Which total defeats the purpose of a To Go order it I have to then wait even longer. The waitress could improved customer service slightly. The food finally came and it was cold. Which is silly cause was was right by the kitchen. Like I said I wanted to give it more Stars but the chicken was ok and my fries was cold. Maybe next time if its a next time I could bump it up to a 5 Stars..
Our server Claire was amazing she was relatable and she suggested a really great appetizer for the table which the family loved. Our food came out nice and hot but it seemed to be a lot of breading on the wings but other than that it was delicious. And we would absolutely come back to this location.
The times I have eaten here, the food and service was pretty good. My faves being the strip cheese sandwich, the buffalo shrimp (hot) and the crab legs. However, the last time I went there, I didnt end up eating there. I walked in and was greeted with blank stares. There was no , hello, hi welcome to hooters, sit wherever youd like... Only stares. Awkward... Id rather go some place more inviting to me. That was a real disappointment as I used to work for the company some years ago and I always look forward to going to eat in a hooters and having some of my favorite dishes and deserts. Perhaps an ironic suggestion is to be more female friendly.
Aya was our waitress.. she was great.. but I literally sent the wings back 3 times and they still came out wrong. Done! With! It!Kitchen staff was a joke.. watched them playing around throwing food at each other.. I wish I could record them.. manager took some money off.. but ya.. no more
Went to watch Monday night football with friends. The place was not busy in comparison to previous visits. The staff took 30 minutes to come over to speak. 15 minutes later I had to hunt the waitress down for a food menu. 10 mins later I Called the waitress over to tell her that there was a roach crawling on the ceiling above us. She said oh. So I called the manager over, he told us that they sprayed outside so they were coming in.I advised the manager and our waitress that we would be leaving as the table next to us did for the lack of decent service. We then Told the hostess what happened and she had nothing to say either. This place has really declined since last football season. Will be going to the Hooters downtown from now on.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! I was in town visiting and when I tell you the manager on duty was horrible, The server act like she didnt know what to do! We waited 30 minutes to get cold fries and burnt tasting sliders,The Grill team need help as well as proper training, The manager didnt even apologize, Talking about he would take care of the bill,I didnt ask for the bill to be taken care of! I simply told him to Train, Coach,And Develop his employees on Guest expectations and hell have a successful shift however if you go at night youll be very disappointed.
I order from here all the time but never again. Waited over 5mins for the kitchen staff to decided if they were going to serve me while I litterally watched. There are plenty ofresturants you can go to and order sauce and pay what its worth. They wanted to charge me double that and give a container that wasnt even full. The Girls are nice but kitchen staff is inconsistent and lazy. Way to lose a customer that orders multiple times a week. Ridiculous
I have frequented this location solo and with friends over the last 6+ years. We have always had great service. Its a nice touch that even when you havent visited in weeks, many of the great employees still remember you and your ordering habits. As a non resident of the Atlanta area (only here for work), this place makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Unfortunately, that has not been the case at so many other establishments weve visited around Atlanta. Ive had some really appauling experiences at other eating establishments. Thanks for your hospitality at The Cumberland Hooters. The managers should be proud of the great employees they have. Good people.
Absolutely disgusting! Ordered breaded wings, they brought out naked wings with cold HARD fries. Sent it back, this time wings were burnt. At this point I just decided to ask for my check pay and leave. Called the manager to let him know of my experience because I didn’t have the time to sit there after being there for an hour and he blew me to the left not even offering a refund or a complimentary meal. If you want wings might want to go to Wingstop or Marietta wings and more down the street‼️
Terrible bar service! OK, I did go during fight night, but only two bartenders working a crowded bar? And after ordering a beer, watched the bartender do everything but get it; wiping glasses, rearranging napkins, etc. Tried again with another bartender- same thing!! Never got my beer. Who trains these people?
Our servers name was Taylor, our Managers name was Demarkus,I mentioned their names because they gave us Excellent service from being seated and offering us samples of their upcoming menu specials to bringing us our orders in a timely fashion Hot and Tasty!!!This is my first dining experience at Hooters...and it will not be the last!!!The Smoked wings are an excellent menu choice!
Confused and uncommunicative waitressing staff.Needed a meal with some friends around 6:00 and needed to be somewhere by 7:45 so figured wings at Hooters. Arrived at 6:11, and we all placed our orders at 6:20 after getting beers. Three plates of wings and fries with different sauces, all breaded. After waiting 30 minutes (6:50) we were told our food was coming out. At 7:15 after the manager was stopped talking to another Hooters manager dining for almost twenty minutes, we began to loudly gripe, but she continued her conversation. We continually dodged glances while our server carried out order after order of other tables food. Finally at 7:18 we got the fries and were told because another waitress took some of our order and it had to be made fresh. By 7:22 we had our wings which were hot and fresh. Paid full price, left by 7:40 feeling full off beer and only ate three wings because after MORE THAN AN HOUR we had lost the appetite. Not returning to dine in here again.
We showed up a hour before closing time after watching a Braves game. You could tell they were pissed because we were there. We ordered a few Bud Lights and they were all good and fresh. We had to wait on our food for over 20 minutes. We could see our food sitting on the counter for nearly 10 minutes before the waitress ever brought it to us. The food was surprisingly good. Very disappointed in the Hooters. The waitresses were not friendly at all. I know it was late and they were ready to go home but u should treat the last customers just like they were the first.
Food is ok. But service is terribly slow. I stopped coming here and was going to the Roswell Hooters for the same reason. Decided to give it a try today but nothing has changed. When we reached there most of the tables were empty. After we were seated, no waiter came for 10 mins until we called one. The waiter who came said our waiter is busy and she will serve us instead. Placed an order for just 6 wings and nothing else. Took whole 30 mins. The food was good though. Then had to wit another 10 mins for cheque. Everytime same excuse. We have waiter availability issues and kitchen is busy. They have a hell lot to improve.
My girlfriends & I visited this location on a Saturday afternoon. There were only 2 or 3 other tables with customers in the restaurant when we arrived. So, not busy at all. We were greeted by a very nice young lady who seated us immediately. Our waitress Miss W, came to the table 5 minutes later. Her demeanor was not friendly to say the least. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there. She never smiled, never said, you’re welcome when we thanked her. She brought our drinks. She seemed annoyed that we asked about substitutions on a platter. Orders placed so we wait. She brings us refills. 2 gentlemen come in after we received our drinks and sit across from us. A different waitress took their order. They received their food, ate, paid their bill & left & we hadn’t seen our waitress since the refills. No communication from staff. Now 40 minutes after the refills the waitress comes to say the kitchen messed up the platter & that’s why it was taking so long. We asked to substitute bone in wings for the boneless wings. Yeah, should not have been a big deal! We could see the kitchen from our table and we saw orders up but never our order. We decided to leave. One friend returned to speak to the manager, Terry. Terry apologized & said he could have the order read in 8 minutes. I was not comfortable with eating the food at this point. Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before we stopped at this location. We were in ATL for a girlfriends quick getaway. We have visited the location a few years ago & received great food & service. Also, we visit HOOTERS in our local area with good service. We ended up ordering from a Dowtown ATL location & the service & food was excellent!
Rude waitresses arguing with customers telling them to leave after asking for their online and delievery orders. Waitresses yelling at customers that arent even being served waiting in line. Place needs a complete change in staffing.Waited over an hour for an online order and hearing staff yell at customers while management hides in the back. Everytime I visit w friends or alone never a dull moment of terrible service. Better service elsewhere.
VICTORIA gave us the worst customer service my family and I have ever had. I ordered a sweet tea and I got one. I then ran out of sweet tea so I asked for another glass. She brought me another glass of tea, not sweet tea. I then told her it wasnt sweet and she looked at me and said she would have to go back and make another bin of sweet tea and I said okay cool. Then she just stared at me and said what else would you like to drink? I told her I would take a glass of water.I cant believe she was too lazy and couldnt go make More sweet tea. It was only 8pm. Could you not go make more??? Then she had the nerve to charge us for it!!!!!! Then the people behind us and the people beside us had to get up and ask for a waitress to take there order! Who in the hell is running this place because its going straight down hill!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!
Sitting at hooters for more than 27 mins but the waiter did not come. Table was not cleaned till 15 mins and went to front then the lady came to clean with the manager with excuses! She said our server is Sydney she was roaming here and there but did not bother to say hi to the customers. Within 27 mins she attended only 3 tables where 2 table for cheque, another table they filled their drink and another one with order. Very disappointed and poor service. Even the manager came up with the excuses. If weekend is this much busy then they should hire more people. Very unprofessional.
When you go in for a to go order, your card shouldnt be ran 3 times. People should learn to get orders right! Especially if the customer is extremely hungry and didnt notice they were charged $10 more until they looked at the receipt. When I got the wings, they were the smallest Ive ever seen and Ive seen a lot because I used to work at Hooters. This is by far the worst one Ive ever been to.
This was my first and last time Ill ever go to hooters. Im so disappointed. The manager was nonchalant about the customer service. My family and I waited on our food for almost an hour and a half. When we received our food.. Our fries was old and dry.. You can tell the fries had been sitting for some time. Other people around us (who came after us) had been serviced and given their food before us.
Terrible food.Ive eaten at a hooter before and I was so excited to go there again for their wings and disgusting!I ordered wings, medium and I do not taste the sauce rather the buttery and or grease!!! I throught it was sauce underneath the wings but it was actually JUST GREASE!Im trying to eat them but I just feel like I ordered wings topped off with butter/grease!!My husbands wings, which were suppose to be lemon pepper are also flavorless!! It just tastes like a regular fried chicken!!Disappointed!
Waitress Alex was very RUDE. .She didnt greet us as she came to the table. When she took our drink orders, she was very short tempered and dry. And when she did return with the drinks. She placed one of the drinks down on a menu, that was being looked through at the time. We left and the managers response was oh wow. Very poor customer service!!! Will not EVER eat at Hooters again!!!!!
Worst place ever waited 5 min while waitresses stood at booth doing nothing but twiddling there thumbs! And after I asked is anyone going to seat anyone they finnaly decided what they were going to do. And then it still took them 5 more min to do something. Then I was seated with no condiments no towels and just a table i ordered a pitcher of bear and i was told I cant buy a pitcher of beer! I asked why and was never given an explanation nor did the manager bother to come by
If you love WAITING ON FOOD, this is certainly the place for you!!!!The only reason these guys are in business is because of the single competitive advantage they have:They are open after 10pm where most businesses in the Cobb parkway area are closed. Seriously. They have the most chaotic and disorganized systems in the entire chain-restaurant category. So the few times Ive tried this place have been for takeout orders after 10pm, when Im desperate for something to eat and all other options are closed.NEVER will the order be ready. They ALWAYS take care of take out guests only when they are bored and all dine in guests are taken care of. At the same time, it appears Dine in guests are usually waiting longer than usual for food. There is no respect for the customers time here. They need a dining room with 5 tables max, and no take out business. Too complicated for them. technically 5 tables is probably all their kitchen and kitchen staff can handle. Its absurd. Most recently, I ordered over the phone through a central corporate Hotline, I show up at the store and NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. I was furious. Had to place the order in person again. Big waste of time.Go here if you Love waiting. :)
I tried to come in for a very quick bite at the bar but was told I needed a reservation??? Ive been a customer here for 4 years! I need a reservation because some clowns are fighting? Who cares! The put me in the back!Regulars who are often customers who bring in money should not be slapped away because they arent on the reservation.Im not longer ever going to this location and telling my 12+ friends to never go get again, because theyd be just as mad.
Not a professional location at all would not recommend this location to anyone. Kitchen staff was rude and lied about remaking my food for me to wait outside for 30-45 minutes to then say no to remaking because they had closed AFTER me coming in several times and them saying its not ready yet just a few more minutes
I will not be returning to this location. Unfortunately, the wait staff considers its customers an inconvenience. Also, if you don’t like rap music or r&b, your not going to have a good time. If you play any music other than their liking, expect the volume to be turned down till their music comes back on. Hooter Corporate needs to take charge of this location by reviewing, retraining and reanalyzing their waitstaff and management choices.
There are other restaurants in the area; AVOID THIS ONE! Our food took FOREVER and when it finally came out, it was TERRIBLE! The waitress was okay but not really interested in doing her job. We waited so long for her to grab the payment, we just left a $20 bill and walked out and they chased us and accused us of leaving without paying!! I corrected the manager because they said that the food was 50% off, yet they charged 65%. He said that the charge is for tax but the receipt taxed the higher cost line item, which means I would have been taxed twice. The fact of the matter is that it was not 50% off; otherwise, it would be listed as such. This place was gross and I will try to avoid it at all cost.
I like this hooters. They consistently have some of the best wings(honestly, lol) and positive servers with a smile. On busy nights they can lose track of you while they are providing customer service. Something you wish was a little better, but grow to expect. Wings, sports, and lovely servers will bring me back.
I pickup for UberEats from here. It is not a good place to pickup from. The restaurant is too small for the amount of people that go there (seriously Hooters, youre a huge company, pay for a larger building, or buy out the stores next door and reno into it.). The parking is horrible, especially on busy nights (and if youre picking up for delivery, its a hassle).Last trip there (May 13th), it looked like they were down waitresses/hostesses, had a manager at the register who looked out of their depth. I driven 15m to get there, which should have been more than enough time to fix, but there wasnt even a bag sitting in their to-go slot. I waited another 10m before leaving. They still hadnt seated a party of 4 that was waiting when I got there, and yes, there were tables available.
Came in expecting something else...like timely service and flavorful drinks. I ordered the hula hoop pina coloda with strawberries at the bottom and it still taste like water. Lajaa was our waitress and spent more time behind the bar trying to learn how to make drinks than actually taking our order. Megan the manager (amazing and very observant) must have been able to see the expression on my face and somehow got our waitress to give us at least enough time to ask what we wanted to eat. Ironically ONE of my professions is BARTENDING so I am usually a huge tipper regardless of service but I can’t get over the lack of service from our waitress or me having to get her attention while she was behind the bar learning while she had guest and then putting her finger up telling me to hold on while she continued her lesson. Megan saved the day with her attentiveness and amazing personality. Megan definitely corrected the situation and because of that I am wiling to give it another try also the food was really good (crab legs and cheesecake).
My husband and I decided to try this Hooters out and it was horrible! They are very unorganized and their entire wait staff needs to be retrained. We were there for about four hours to watch the UFC fights. To be fair we started off with a waitress,Ashley, who was polite but clearly overwhelmed. Which is to be expected on an event night at a popular restaurant. However, the okay service ended there. I received a drink order after 20 minutes, and she didnt even bring my husbands saying that they were brewing the sweet tea. For 20 minutes? After another 30 minutes goes by we decided to stop any random waitress to get the rest of our drink order. We were turned down by two waitresses because someone else was supposed to be waiting on us. When they finally got our assigned waitress, Gina, to come to our table she had an attitude and told us to hold on because she was very busy. My husband and I are both soldiers in the US Army. We have sacrificed for our Country. It is unacceptable for a server to be so disrespectful when she is working for tips and her job is to provide customer service to us. We will not ever be going to this hooters again. Also, we will be spreading the word about this shabby establishment to anyone who will listen. If we were able to actually get someone to our table to get us the check there is no way we would have stayed as long as we did. Spend your money where they appreciate their customers.
Went to this Hooters 2 nights in s row, Caylee was the best waitress. Since she was off the next day I ask her who would she recommend. She said Victoria. Well the next night my coworker and i mentioned to the host who we wanted to serve us. Well the host did not sit us in Victorias section. But when I mentioned to Victoria I requested her section she acted like she didnt need the money. So our waitress was Rolla. Rolla took our drink order and shortly brought out our drinks. My coworker and I put in our order for food. An hour and 15minutes passed by and Rolla asked are we OK? I said Hell no we havent gotten our food yet. After another 30 minutes I decided to leave. The manager NEVER came to our table to explain the mix up or to apologize. We still was required to pay for our drinks. Thank you Caylee for your wonderful service. But this Hooters gets the middle finger!!!! My team of coworkers or myself will NOT be returning.
Service suxs... ffries cold replaced with fresh cut. Grandson ordered BBQ wings mostly chicken fat covered with fried bread crumbs...the traditional hot wings I got appeared to be re fried then covered with hot sauce...all skinny flats little or no meat.Paid and left for Buffalo Wings accross the street. Never again!
That is back to back horrible experiences here. This last one took the cake though. The food took forever, the one order they got right was cold and poorly made, the waitress Chrissy had an attitude, messed our food up really bad (twice), asked for the manager who never came, and ultimately just walked out without them even noticing (and we walked out reeeeally slow on purpose!). I would give negative stars if possible.
We had horrible service! Idk if it was because it was my husband and I or what but our waitress was the worst! I was a server for 4 yrs, I know how a server should behave and act and she was awful. I guess because my husband wasnt paying her any attention. We never got refills, she didnt know what a mudslide was. It was just the pitts.
Holy s#!t. Our drinks tasted horrible, we werent offered water while the trainee came back 3 times to ask about our order and drinks which were very simple and we gave her our full order as we sat down. Sadly she couldnt remember our order 15 min later when it was sitting out in the very obvious expo window for 5 min and basically walked by us and took BOTH our meals to someone eating alone who arrived after us. Restaurant policy anywhere is that you dont ever set down the wrong dish to a table and take it to the correct table, which she ran back up to expo and you could see her debating with the trainer whether to bring my wings back to our table or not, they debated for long enough to build suspense and I thanked goodness as she tossed it but it still made me ready to get up and leave. But my friends crab legs were given out to the solo guy and they now expedited boneless wings for me that were clearly cut up chicken tenders, severely drowned in sauce and passed out a minute later while my friend still waited for crab legs thatd been handed to the other table. When they arrived 5min later they had entire legs and segments missing, most were pretty small and some were so overdone the meat was dry and wouldnt even come out of the shell.Ive served for a while and never took half assed things to my guest, I have blamed the kitchen before in the heat of a rush when Ive forgotten to ring something in but it was not a rush, she delivered our food to the wrong table after I watched our food sit in expo for more than 5 min wondering when theyd pick it up, and finally when she realized she delivered our food to the wrong table and it took her at least 2 min to realize her mistake and finally came back to say theyre still working on it, itll be just a minute. I understand making mistakes and blaming it on the kitchen but *suuuper eyeroll* I JUST SAW WHAT YOU DID. They need some help or to at a bare mimimum separate the kitchen and dining expo so its less obvious when servers make mistakes. Plus a manager asked how we were basically while we arrived, waiting for drinks and never made a round again. But the trainer Courtney needs to pay attention, she was clearly terrible. Unless she had 15 tables on the opposite side of the place, theres no excuse for being so uninvolved. I never do it but I gave 10% since it was rung out in her name not the trainee and as trainees you dont get tips. Courtney deserved absolutely nothing so 10% still hurt to write down for her saying hi once, disappearing, and not instructing her trainee to be more aware or preparing her to give service. And for both of them ignoring the expo window for soo long. Ive visited a few times and this is the final straw, Ive seen food sitting in the window for a long time while our server and every other ignores it and have to question picking it up myself or to let it sit there. The trainee did get one drink taken off since I let her know I would like another but our vodka sprites tasted like mostly vodka + water, not even soda water since there was zero carbonation. But still dont think Ill ever be back.
Presently waiting on an order that I placed close to 1 hour and a half ago that still hasnt even left the restaurant and was estimated to be here 50 - 60 minutes after I placed the order. I called and the MALE who answered the phone is not helpful at all, super disappointed and starving at this point! last time ordering delivery from here since i see they have poor operations and cant make a simple meal and have it out in a decent time frame.
Uber driver: Got there about 11:37pm, told , my orders (2) would be ready in 10mins. After 10mins (Still not ready) 2 more Uber drivers come in. With in 5mins of being there, their orders come out of the kitchen. My (2) orders are still not ready. I wait a total 20+ mins. Both orders still have not made it out of the kitchen. I cancelled the deliveries and left.
Worst food ever. Service was terrible. I was able to see into the kitchen, after I finished my food, and it was disgusting! The manager, said he could only offer his apologies. After he realized we had video of the kitchen he admitted to the issues and comped the meal.
The worst hooters ever! I had to ask 3 times for water!! Every time she was saying yes sure and then would come back after 10 minutes asking if everything is okay!!! And finally, when she brought the water it has ice (I asked for no ice) and has no lemon (I asked for lemon). The store was not busy at all so Im not sure why she wasnt focus on her job.
Took 15 minutes to be served . Waitresses could careless. 4 waitresses took care of one table and neglected everyone else. They need to all be fired!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and the manager is clueless.. Guess y’all don’t want my money .Service is terrible here.
I would show pictures of my food but you wouldnt be to tell if it was dog poop or dog poop!! When I think of Hooters I think of beautiful women, but Oh No, not here, the girls look like Wild Chimpanzees!! I looked like Zooland not Hooters. All the girls either and stinky way over due wigs or weaves, they were all walking around slapping their heads due to the itching from their old and dirty hair do. Im so glad we dont have this problem in New York. Hooters really need to tighten up because its all about the image and presentation.
Anastasia. I appreciate your courtesy in giving myself and my friend meals free!!!!! I rated 3 stars because SHE made a bad experience BETTER. NO NEED TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS Because they were mentioned in others reviews. Im grateful to Anastasia, the Manager and the second shift waitress Jasmine Gayton was the bomb.comedy!!!! She saw my displeasure and quickly attended to My complaint. Thank you Beloved Ladies FOR your hospitality!!!!!! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
Visiting a restaurant to look for the good-looking waitresses is like buying a car based on what color shirt the dealer was wearing at the time, but yet Hooters persists. The food sucks just as much at this location as it does at any others (the benefit to a chain restaurant), but being the mothership restaurant due to its proximity to Hooters HQ, it serves as the location for many promotional shoots, and obviously they want the hottest girls there, so they bus them in from other locations. I saw three girls working there that were featured in the current calendar that theyre pushing on all the diners, and they were happy to give autographs. Im sure those women feel a small sense of superiority for being chosen to be the face of this restaurant, but theyre still the ones refilling my water glass.
Our waitress was Taylor. She took our drink order and then proceeded to sit at the bar and talk with the other waitresses until we decided to leave after waiting over 10 minutes for just our drinks. Terrible service. Rude waitresses. One of the waitresses even rolled her eyes when having to get up to seat us.

2022-05-14Pretty sure I will not be returning to this Hooters. They did not have 911 wings, took forever to get 3 mile island. To make up for not having 911 these were swimming in sauce which would have been fine if it was hot. Waited almost 20 minutes for a to go box, and a different waitress took my check and payment because mine was not paying attention. Food was fair at best and restaurant staff was not welcoming like you would expect from a Hooters.

2022-06-04Awesome staff and excellent customer service. The manager Melissa made sure my cousin & I were seated promptly. They were really busy, but never lacked in the unique experience. The music was good & diverse even heard Kirk Franklin play a couple times. Our server, Paloma, had a beautiful presence about her which was genuine, warm & welcoming just like the atmosphere there. We’ll be back!

2022-05-23Love this place! Food is always great, and they are willing to follow to their best abilities specific requirements and desires for your food preference. The servers are such hard workers yet they never fail to show a smile on their face. I honestly feel everyone reviewing negatively is just the average American used to FAST food, people are beginning to forget the restaurant experience REQUIRES waiting a little. The people runners this place are doing a great job because from what I’ve experienced MULTIPLE times I’d say Hooters of Cumberland deserves FIVE STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

2022-04-19Aside from the service being exceptional, the food left a LOT to be desired! Im not sure what happened to the recipe for the breaded wings but it truly needs to be revamped or brought back to its original lustre! I enjoyed the wings here because they stood apart from other restaurants, the breading was magnificent in offering that extra crispiness and with the sauce on them! What I had yesterday was no different that had I literally just made them at home! I could have saved that $15.50!!!!!!!I dont know, maybe yesterdays visit was just a one off but I fear many things have changed that Im just not privy to since I dont go there often, but seriously guys if it aint broke............!😳🙄

2022-05-11It took forever to get our food..we could actually see the cooks playing around in the kitchen. Our drinks were never refilled nor were we asked if we wanted one. When we got our food the fries were cold the Buffalo shrimp soggy and my friend still had to wait another 20 minutes before they brought him his Philly cheese steak meal. Would not recommend 😕

2022-03-15Terrible visit today. The tables were dirty and took a long time to get cleared. We ordered food witch took an hour to get served to us. A burger with tots and an order of nachos should not take that long. Yes it was busy, but that is a bit outrageous. A couple came in 45 minutes after us and had their appetizer to them before we had our food. All that says, the waitress was very pleasant.

2022-04-10Ordered delivery & the food was cold. Now that may be the fault of the driver but, the sliders here are unacceptable. They give you an extra tiny beef patty & it was burnt. The chicken slider was covered in sauce but, dry/overcooked. I didnt even eat what I ordered. I got a partial refund & Im upset because its not the money I want. I wanted my food correct.

2022-03-02Went in today looking to see who I could bless with a complimentary haircut and Megan was amazing. She knew one of your team members visits the location where I was working that day and suggested it. He is coming in and I wanted to publicly thank Megan & Eugo for entrusting me.Hooters, those guys are great!
