Walked in and was told to sit anywhere. The waitress never came to the table. Watched the cook eat chicken wings and wipe his face with his gloved hand. Left without ordering anything as we were grossed out.
Thanks for the food posioning. We ate there Sunday and my kids and husband and myself all have food posioning. Everyone had the wings and ranch dipping sauce. Not to mention your prices are Entirely to high. Will not ever eat at any hooters again.

The only redeeming feature of the Hooters was our wait person. She was a lot of fun but the food and the wait time for the food to come from the kitchen was ridiculous. What a disappointment as I love Hooters wings and Hooters restaurantThe wait person was wonderful
Menu has NO prices. Wings were 16.00 for 10. Had to wait on refills. Only few people eating there. Then shortly after everyone who ate there ( my family) all got sick. We all had the mild wings with ranch. We ALL are sick to our stomach fighting for the restroom.
Nice friendly staff. Wait time wasnt bad given how busy they were and short staffed. They did forget to bring out some of our food.
Normally this location is about a 4. Last night it was more like a 2 so I gave it a 3.Pick up experience was less than great... slow and unprofessional.
Food is great girls are pretty and nice, atmosphere is awesome. Sry about the empty plate or shells lol ate it all 2 knuckles an order yummy.
I like Hooters, I think they could do better paying attention to details.. like if Im supposed to get fries with my wings actually bring the fries. Or if they did forget something at least take it off the check before bringing the check to the table.
Visited the Washington Rd on Saturday and had one of the absolute worst experiences. Jayla, our server, was very forgetful and slow but even worse she was incredibly rude. There were several times I caught her rolling her eyes at us as we ordered or reminded her of the things we had asked for. We seriously considered asking for a manager so we could get a new waitress but Jayla hardly let us get a word in before running off. There were many instances we could clearly see her laughing and joking with the other waitresses and playing on her phone which wouldn’t normally be a bother but it becomes one when you’ve asked for something multiple times and you’re not able to enjoy your food because your waitress won’t get the things you need. With twin peaks right around the corner we’ve decided it’s not worth trying this location again.
Wings were okay... This was the third time I have been to this Hooters and the last two times it seems like the breading changed on the wings. I have been going to Hooters since 1987 in Lakeland FL, and been to several across the United States including the original in Clearwater FL. Im not sure if the recipes have changed or if the wings are not being cooked long enough or both. The meat is cooked but the breading seems kinda doughy and lacking the crispness of fried chicken. Yes I realize the sauce will effect that but it doesnt seem to be an issue at other Hooters. I can still eat them but not enjoy as much.
I travel a lot due to work and I always stop by a hooters when I have time. Yesterday I went to the hooters on Washington rd as I have several times before and the experience has been up and down. Sat at the bar and ordered a Long Island and some wings! I absolutely loved the Daytona wings, came out piping hot, my fries also were fresh. The bartender uliee (sorry if it’s botched) was SPECTACULAR she was such a delight all smiles and very attentive and my drinks were so on point! I’d love to come back again and see her at the bar for more drinks and food! (I suggest the Daytona wings!)
I would be embarrassed if I was running this restaurant. If you work for Uber eats as a side hustle, prepare to wait 15-20 minutes for the order to be finished and don’t expect any personality or urgency from the girl doing to-gos. This is the only restaurant on Uber eats that I have to continuously wait for the orders to be finished. Not to mention, Uber notifies us when our customer has had missing items from the restaurant previously and Hooters almost always screws up these peoples orders. From reading the reviews, I can tell I’m not the only one that feels this way.
Got seated at a dirty table, so we knew it wasnt going to be great, especially since we had to pass six servers hanging out in the vestibule doing nothing. Ordered appetizers, the server brought them, and then we didnt see her again for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, servers are walking around with their airpods in. No ranch, no fries, no service. Im going to assume people dont go to this location to eat, only to ogle servers, because if you want to eat, good luck lol

Disappointed. First time visiting this Augusta location. Waitress complained about how tired she was and I had to ask other waitress for condiments and silverware.
Pretty nice overall. The waitresses are very engaging and on top of their game keeping your mug full. Id recommend stopping in for a beer... or five.
An alright experience. Restaurant was not busy yet our order did not go in once it was taken. The waitress came back and told us so had to wait another 25-30 mins to get our food
Placed a to go order and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I ended up waiting at the store over 45 minutes. I asked a couple of times how much longer and was told that the store takes care of in house orders before the bother with to go orders. The restaurant was not that busy and no one seemed to care that it took nearly hour to take care of an order.Either treat to go orders as equally important to your business, or dont offer to go orders. But, this customer will be removing this store from places I do business with.
Ask for Haley very sweet girl always stays on top of her tables. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She gives the best service as you should receive!!! In all honesty she treats you like family. Thank you Haley. Hooters you have a good server

Food cold, seen my waitress twice, she was more worried about setting and talking with friends at the bar. Still not the worst Ive been to.
Good service but bad bartending. Ask for a double shot of Jack. She poured the smallest amount for a double shot. Came back late and asked for a single shot, mind you I kept the double for comparison: Practically the same amount. That aint right!! Then the bill says a lot about this particular Hooters, they charged $8 dollars for the double and $6 dollars for the single. What wait!! seems like I got over charged or I got the hookup. Never bothered to discussed it with the manager, he was too busy trying to fix TVs for guests. Like I said service was good but the drinks aint worth the money Im spending. 1 star

I had no problems with the quality of the food here. But the service was less than desirable. The restaurant was not at max capacity, and yet it took over 55 minutes to get all of our food and the waitress rarely came to check on us. Unexpectedly really good food! We ordered Wings, a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Fries, Onion Rings & Cheese Sticks Appetizer & it was all better, cheaper & more than any other local restaurant where Ive ordered the same things! We will definitely be back! ALOT!

The to go server has attitude towards customers who ask them questions about their orders. And half the time your order is not correct .

We eat at this location in Augusta quite often and this was first time food was not up to par and customer service was HORRIBLE! Two of my children got to restaurant first and I showed up a few minutes later with my daughter. Waitress came took our drink order and went and told another server could she get two more drinks because more people showed up at the table. She said it like we were bothering her, um I thought you were there to work, my mistake. Got our drinks, placed our order. First came two orders of fries, they were cold and stale and cheese sauce didn’t taste like usual. Waitress came with some of other order and we told her about the fries. She informs us that they just came out. We told her to taste them to see if it tasted like they just came up she denied and took our fries. Left with attitude again. Informed kitchen that were not happy with fries and wanted fresh ones. She is talking about us with other servers I guess we were difficult because we want to eat good food for which we be paying for. We are seated within ear shot and also see the food coming out of kitchen to be served. We see our server and another server or hostess take some fries from our plate and bring it to us. I was appalled that I actually saw this server bring us the food she just touched. When she gets to us we let her know we don’t want those fries or any fries, that we saw her and other girl touch our food. She says the other girl didn’t touch food that it was her who grabbed a French fry from the edge to make sure fries were fresh. WHAT! Appalled again that she admits to touching our food and still wants to serve it to us. Left with attitude again. We ask for a manager, we see her talking to I believe is manager but is not the same one who came to our table. We explained our situation and he says he is sorry he will discount food. We don’t want discount, we want the food and service we are accustomed to. I have been in customer service for years and I know what we got today was not it. I am very disappointed that the moment we were not satisfied a manager did not come out. Our problem was heard by everyone in the kitchen and servers and not by us but from our server. We were not disrespectful at all just not happy but I server was. What if I was someone from Corporate coming to eat? What if I touched your food and then served it to you? Hooters please make sure your workers want to work and are people friendly.
Alayah(?) the bartender was awesome. Made amazing drinks, friendly, and great service. Moved to a table where Kana was the server. Some of the best service in the city! Made GREAT recommendations, very knowledgeable and very down to earth! Ask for either of these ladies if you want EXCEPTIONAL service!!
Very disappointed in my first and only experience with Hooters. We ordered take out consisting of two grilled chicken Caesar salads and wings approximately 3 weeks ago. When we arrived home to eat our dinner, I was shocked and disappointed to see that both salads had the salad dressing already added. The result was a sloppy soggy salad - unappetizing and unappealing. Frustrated, I called the manager on duty and he offered to credit our card , but the order was paid for in cash. So, I said it was fine to put two replacement grilled chicken Caesar salads in the book because it was too late to go back out. The manager apologized and put the information in the “book” and said they were now sending take out salads with the dressing already applied and I shared my thoughts on that being a bad idea as I like very little dressing on my salad and the dressing also makes the salad very soggy on the trip back home. So, I go to place my order for these replacement salads tonight and I spoke with Mitchell and he is unable to locate these salads in the “book”. I tell him the whole story and I asked for the names of other managers that may have helped me to see if it can jog my memory- and he tells me that they have had 7-8 guest managers the last few months . So, with all the guest managers , you don’t think it’s possible that they fumbled the replacement salad documentation? At this point, Mitchell has made me feel like I’m making up the soggy salad debacle and I’m trying to con them out of two chicken salads. I ask for his manager’s name and number - Mitchell says this is against policy. He offers the number to corporate . So, I just spent 20 minutes filing a complaint about two simple salads because this has really irritated me. I wanted to give management an opportunity to fix their mistake before I wrote a review, but if my complaint to corporate is met with as much indifference as Mitchell showed me, it won’t be resolved anyway. Waste of money, waste of time, serious lack of customer service.
For the 1st time in a long time, my food was On Point! My Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was cooked to perfection and my Pretzel Bites werent burnt. Whoever was in the kitchen tonight did a great job. Our Waitress Mac was a absolute BLAST! We loved the way she joked around with us and made sure our food was brought to us in a timely manner. She never let our drinks get empty and even went behind the bar to make sure our shots were made right. She should be a team leader to some of the other employees that work there. We hope this trend continues. Weve been eating there since they 1st opened this location. Other than the fun times we had with Roxanne years ago, this was the best time we ever had! Thank you Mac and the cooks for taking care of the patrons! We will be back! Keep the good times coming!!!

Took about 20 minutes for a server to come to us, another sever saw us waiting for someone & all she did was stare so another server helped us. It took 10 mins for the server to get our drinks. The food was okay, but could’ve been better. Feel like i wasted money.
Ive been to a lot of different Hooters in different states. This Hooters in Augusta is pretty much the worst of all. I ordered 3 different types of chicken wings and all of them left a lot to be desired. Very small wings, dry and overcooked. Not coming back.
Usually the ladies are pretty kind at the front while they try and distract everyone from noticing their excessively long wait times on prepping the DELIVERY and MOBILE ORDERS lol. Overall the people dinning in eat first which sucks because the mobile and app orders are sent in first before drivers arrive but the food is RARELY Ready when drivers arrive.
Tell me this…what’s the point of placing a to-go order hours ahead of time if I’m gonna have to wait 20+ (and counting) minutes past the scheduled pick up time? It doesn’t make any sense. Waste of my time.Edit -- It took 45 mins. Wont be coming here anymore.

Saturday night and they are out of the items for the tropical retreat and watermelon-rita. Music was really loud and wouldnt have been an issue if it wasnt for the completely blown speaker rattling like crazy above us. Food was decent. All in all it was a really bad vibe. Wife wanted to pay for the appetizer and leave, but we toughened it out. Itll be a while before we try this Hooters again.

Saying this experience was terrible is putting it lightly. We found 2 black hairs in our food on the chicken wings & the Buffalo shrimp. The food was absolutely disgusting and we sent everything back. Fries were not cooked and everything was cold. Took extremely long & the hostess was wearing sunglasses the entire time walking around. Everyone seemed high and unbothered. When asked to speak to the manager, “he is really busy right now” was the response. Autumn was very sweet though and apologetic. This place has gone way down hill. We will not be returning. Enter at your own risk!!!!

Tried for the first time. Food was decent, though personally I didnt like the cheese sauce for the loaded tots that much. Waitress was friendly but she didnt check on me after I got my food, even though she passed me a couples times. I needed a fork and couldnt even stop any of the waitresses to get one so I ate with my hands. Thankfully, its was mostly finger friendly, just messy. Seems you can only get cursory attention if youre not a man. I tipped $10 but had planned to tip $20 (only ordered two apps and a drink) because I wanted to bless someone but the lack of real service kept that extra $10 in my pocket. 🤷🏽♀️
The service was decent and the food was average at best but we ordered a burger to go and OMG!!! we ordered sauteed mushrooms and sauteed onions on the burger which cost extra and the burger that was given to us was enough for me not to ever go back there again.. I just cant believe someone would give a Burger like this to somebody..smh. the burger had no sauteed onions on it and dry plain mushrooms on the burger straight out a package with dirt still on the mushrooms put on the burger underneath a cold peice of cheese and burnt bacon...I would not recommend this location to anyone.. I only gave a 2 star cause the waiter was great about everything it was more like a 1 star experience tho

Its hooters. Our server kinda seemed like she didnt wanna serve us or was having a bad day or something but we still tipped her well. They didnt have a couple things on the menu we wanted either but we mustve just come at a bad time. The server should probably ask though if wed like something in replacement rather than just bringing something random and adding it to our bill.

The only issue I had with the service was one set of our wings were hot and the second set ( which came out together) was cold. The manager did fix the situation. Other than that the food and sweet tea was good.

Ok we wait 15 minutes as 3 or 4 waitresses walk by our table not even looking at us or saying a word, I asked my husband are we invisible 🤔 ok so the reason I say if a man walks in with his woman he doesnt get service is because there was an empty table right next to us and 4 guys walk in sit right down and get service right away 😳 as 2 more waitresses walk right on by us, Im sorry but THIS is JUST not good customer service at all. We are from Lakeland FL. And we absolutely love our Hooters there the food is great and so is the service so sad it couldnt be the same in Augusta Ga.

Love the wings and beer but this time we were on lunch from work so all I had was the sliders and a Pepsi. Still food was fast and very good. Only concern was the waitress we got took our order and delivered our food but than never came back. A guy in a suit came by and took our food from out table and another waitress had to refill our drinks. Everyone else who worked their was friendly and visible.

Ordered shrimp tacos and a chicken salad. All I got was a house salad. Dont know if the delivery stole my food or what. If he didnt, this was a trash experience.

We did an oline order ($70 worth)what a horrible experience. We arrived to get our food the servers were distracted and rude. We watched one server with our reciept varify the order was correct.. After arriving home we were missing our boneless wings and a side order of fries. I went back and explained the issue. After 10 minutes they gave me a bag of food. I arrived home to find the side order of fries were (5.99) were still missing. I called and spoke with the manager Reggie who was so unprofessional!! Never going back! By the way we did not recieve our fries!!

My favorite place to get smoked wings. They have fewer calories than fried wings and the cook time is shorter. Three new dry rub flavors arrived with the new smoked wings also that include, Caribbean Jerk, Texas BBQ, and my personal favorite Habanero Garlic. Although the wings taste great in any of the three new dry rubs they can also get tossed in any of the signature sauces as well.Try the tasteful smoked wings next time you have the urge for something different in Augusta. Your tastebuds and stomach will thank you.Hooters has seafood! The Hooters brand is known for its, now, world famous wings. But did you know that the brand has a wonderful seafood option, also? I ordered a burger with fries 10 mild boneless wings( they gave me bbq, well at least they were boneless right🤷🏾♀️...WRONG!😡 I ordered 10 traditional mild wings with fries and I wanted my wings fried hard(I didnt get my fries and my chicken wasnt fried hard at all 🤦🏾♀️) I worked a hard day and depended on Hooters to come through in the cut... I was not satisfied... The take out waitress was rude Everytime I asked was my order ready. Hooters DID NOT GIVE WHAT IT SUPPOSED TO GAVE😤
Went to hooter for supper Jessie our waitress was training a girl Niya . Both were vary observing to whatever we wanted and efficient and getting it to us. However, took kitchen 40.minuted to get our stuff out. After dinner husband asked about splitting the tip bc we left 20.00 for our order and Jessie said after taking it. That Niya got paid hourly while in training. Jessie kept the tip...We.both said oh? Okay, but shouldnt she had at least gotten something ...
I wouldnt come here again unless its for take out. There is just too much going on and I felt exhausted after. Like the place wasnt very clean. There was bits of food every where. One of the waitresses or Girls tried to seat up in a dirty booth. I also got a sticky cup. Im not talking a little sticky Im talking about where my hand was sticking together it was so gross. The food was great though.
Iyana is the best waitress at Hooters! She took care of our large party of 18 and did a great job! Food was ok...and bartender wouldnt fix our drinks.

I am a long time patron of Hooters but this location was a little disappointing. The service was slow and the wings were under cooked and greasy. I still think this place deserves another visit and I would recommend it.

I said something about my salad and it seemed like it was a hassle to do anything about it i mean it looked like it had set out for days and it was slimy at that Not even close to being a fresh salad. Glass of tea set empty for 20min and Never got refilled. Waitress came to my table 3 times total once to take my order 2nd to bring my food and the 3rd to bring me a check. No how is your food ,no can I get you more to drink. I dont think Im asking for much in my opinion.

I had literally the hardest steamed shrimp I have ever eaten in my life. My shrimp were extremely over cooked. As well as, my cousins shrimp taco shells we crispy.
Ordered curbside. Was told the food would be ready at 10:35. At 10:53, I checked the app and Hooters had already logged my order as delivered. I called, sitting outside the restaurant and saw a server take the phone off the hook. I then had to walk in to pickup an order that was meant to be curbside. Customer Service-Terrible
Ordered online through waitr twice. The first time they were out of tots and curly fries. No substitution was offered for the appetizers but I opted for a side salad with my Mahi Mahi sandwich. When it got to me all there was in the sealed bag was the roll and fish... no side salad... no tomatoes or cole-slaw on the sandwich. Tonight we figured we would give you guys another try and you guys held true to our first impression. Our experience was nothing but a big disappointment! You guys called us 4 different times to let us know you were out of something on our order. Including what we were told you had that you could substitute for our original item... our food arrived shortly after the fourth call and everything was cold.I have worked food and beverage for years so I understand everyone has their off nights. But come on now... ordering inventory to get through your weekly sales and giving good customer service is not that hard. Pretty sure we wont be giving you guys a third try.

The service is excellent at late night. While other places may complain about the kitchen closing in 30 minutes, Hooters just informed me and delivered quality food with a smile. Clean restaurant, professional service, and beautiful ladies. I will return for wings.
Love this location. I mainly get to go food, and have never had any issues.
Went to hang out with the family. Server was super nice, kept having to ask for drinks and the food took forever. Most of the flavors we got were a joke, they didnt taste right. The buffalo was gross and we ordered the 2 spiciest wings you guys offer but they had no spice at all. We all got super sick after visiting this location. Money wasted.
Fried pickles were great. Wings needed more flavor but still very good. We will go back again .
On 10 July 2021, the Hooters in Augusta GA, exploited paying customers by broadcasting free preliminary fights for UFC 264. Upon transition to the main events, due to their failure to pay the PPV charge, the fights were no longer viewable, because it transitioned to the main event fights.The restaurant was filled with paying customers who bought drinks and food. Consequently, when the manager was asked about the UFC fight, one of the waitress responded by informing us they were experiencing technical issues that prevented them from displaying UFC main event.Bad business management…As a caveat, it took them nearly 2 hours to bring out our meal.
The food is good if you can get it in a timely manner, it often takes 45+ minutes when its not even a busy time. Ive also habitually received the wrong flavor on the wings.
Its Hooters Beautiful women and delicious food plus they are getting a new lunch menu and updated regular menu. My server Platinum was sweet quick to take care of anything and always near bye. Great attention to detail
I am sad about how this restaurant has gone downhill. Today, we went for Fathers Day with our family. The store wasnt that busy when we got there. Our order was taken relatively quickly. Our server was new and was doing an ok job. After we ordered, we sat for a very long time. When our food finally arrived, over half of it was cold, to include the shrimp in one of my parties order. One of the trainers came over and we told her about the food, and she had the cold food remade. At no time did we ever see a manager or anyone other than a server to apologize for how long it took to get our food, nor how cold it was when we got it. I have eaten in the store hundreds of times and based upon my past few experiences, I wont be going back. Truly sad because I used to love this restaurant and ate there often.
Our experience was a little disappointing (we have eaten there before and it was much better) unfortunately our waitress forgot to put in our appetizer and it was rushed.... As a result the onion rings batter wasnt fully cooked ... The manager did replace the rings but by that time we were ready to go. I think this place received a 4 or 5 star rating from us on the past.
I went solely for the wings and they were delicious! They were the hot wings and they were flavorful and crispy. Our server was very professional and attentive but not overbearing. The place is clean...even the bathroom which is major for me. What made this visit even better is that the good and drinks came out pretty quickly.
Was good, went Weds afternoon after the Masters and the place was packed but we were seated very quickly. The server was very friendly and attentive but was from VA due to the volume in business. My order was messed up but was taken care of quickly. The beer was cold and the wings were hot. Food came out quick.
Food was great. Watched a great fight. Just wished our waitress was a little more friendly. It was a very cold experience. The other Hooters girls were wonderful but the girl who got a tip wasnt friendly at all.
For the amount of people in the store the service was lacking. Maybe due to the stipulations bc imof covid so I didnt complain. Took awhile to get service, took awhile to get drinks, took even longer to get food and not the full order. However getting the check and payment was quick

We went there on a Sunday in July. It was very slow, only had a couple of people at the bar and a few more at 2 tables. We asked for a high top and then had to walk past literally ALL of them because they were not cleaned since the last people ate at them. The girl had to wipe one down for us.Did I mention it was slow?I had the hot wings and she had plain. It took a long time to get them. They tasted like the batter was soured. I had asked for all flappers and received the standard mix instead.This Hooters has the standard corporate menu and is well below average.

Had a great time, place was a little slow which is fine by me, Had the best waitress I could ask for, I believe her name was Sage! Ask for her, she was on top of her game, very friendly and checked to make sure I was good. Dont forget to tip her or any of the waitresses for that matter!
The food, as always was good. The down side to my Las visit was the quality of the experience. Two of the people in my group ordered water to drink. The water had a funny dirt taste to it. Our food came out at different times even though it was all ordered together. We were going to wait on everyone to get their food before eating, but after 10 minutes of waiting, it was not worth waiting. When we finally got our food, things were missing and the orders had to be remade. They seemed to pay no attention to what you actually wanted to eat, until it was time for the bill. None of the addons that we wanted were ever given with our meals, but we still got charged for them. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Restaurant was filthy, food was not delivered together and I finished my entire meal before my husband got his plate. Food quality was poor, but our server was kind and helpful.

First time Ive been in a couple of years and the wings were not good at all. They use to have the best wings but if thats the best they can do then I wont be back.
The food was really good, but being ignored for about 10 minutes when we first walked in then being approached and seated by a young lady only to have been forgotten about for another 20 was kind of frustrating. We were told they were low on staff that night but they only had a couple people in the restaurant especially because it was midnight so I just felt we could have been served a little sooner.
Kedra the waitress is awesome, took 5 orders by memory and kept refills coming! She was a sweet spirited person!!

Not good at all, it was a slow Sunday evening, not many patrons in the whole place, though waitress was friendly, two of us never got our drinks at all. Finally we got water. Food was not hot when it finally arrived, orders came out at various times, mine was wrong completely- not at all what I ordered and cold. I finally just asked for fries, figured they could not screw that up. They did. They took forever and when arrived were cold. Waitress told me they had several employees walk out that night. Is a sports bar so didnt expect high-end restaurant quality food but it wasnt even Hooters quality. I wont go back. In fact, I insisted we go elsewhere a few weeks after this visit when my friends wanted to meet there.maybe theyll improve but I am not interested in finding out, there are too many other places to go.
Fresh Hooters Original bone in Wings and sauce...man, nothing else like for me. There are alot of other items on the menu for whatever ur in the mood for but those wings are all I ever eat when I stop by.Service is always good and friendly. Even with Covid in 2020, it hasnt stopped great service by the staff. Will always return!
Really wanted hot wings for dinner so we ordered here. We ordered 2 different kinds of wings (boneless with their own sauce and bone in with their own sauce). When we got the wings the sauces where ON THE SIDE. The wings were completely naked and you had to dip the wing in the sauce as if it was blue cheese/ranch..). We also PAID EXTRA for cheese tots which came with NO CHEESE and an order of extra crispy fries which where SOGGY .We did not speak to a manager as we spent extra money to have a delivery service bring it to us, so by the time we got it there was nothing we could do about it. There should have been no miscommunication as the order was put in online.
I have been going to Hooters for years and I decided to take my brother there for lunch and we ordered 10 wings hot and breaded which I always order. The wings looked different when they were brought out and when I tasted one it was very hot. I was told they went from a butter base to a oil base which is not the Hooters flavor that I like. I really hope they go back to the old receipe.

Excellent service from Aubrey on morning shift. She always made sure we were taken care of and was very professional. The food itself was great as well. Daytona beach wings were made perfectly and the buffalo shrimp was juicy and flavorful. 10/10 would recommend.
A lot of people may think that the only reason to go to Hooters is the winds, and I agree. No, Im just kidding, at this Hooters the wings were great, the service was great, and it was very clean. I didnt have to wait long for my food, I think about 10 minutes or so. My drink stayed full (this is a huge deal for me, because if the drink is empty then that means Im not getting any service). I really enjoy coming to this Hooters (Washington Rd) because I know that Ill be happy when I leave.

Great service my waitress Victoria was as sweet as could be she went above and beyond. The food the wings the choclate moose cake was all delicious my compliments to the chef.
Restaurant was fine. Tuesday night so my expectations should have been lower, food was fast service was good. Should be 5 stars, but the wildlife was not so spectacular. I guess if u went to the Hooters for the food...
Waitress was great. Food was bad and took an hour to get. Of our party of 5 three of us got our food and part of it was cold. 15 min later the other two got theirs. The waitress apologized multiple times for the wait but we received no discount. The girls are super nice but the management needs to be replaced.

So today was game day. They told us that it would be a 25 to 35 min wait on my food. Myself, my husband and my autistic son was there and very hungry. The wait was so long that he went to sleep at the table angry and crying
I often wonder how this place is still open... lol maybe its because of the nice views. But overall the food is mediocre and taste food I can get from the freezer isle of the grocery store. The staff is always nice. The drinks are the best the food isnt the best, but I will continue to visit with my boyfriend since he seems to love their wings.If it was food only if rate it a 1 but the friendly atmosphere makes up for that and thats why I rated them a 2.
My last experience just reaffirms my dislike of this place. Ordered another drink and was told it couldnt be made because last call was made....yet for 30 more minutes the bar made drinks and served them throughout the restaurant. When we inquired about this we were told she didnt know why drinks were still being made. Someone from out party went to the bar and was able to get several drinks without question. And food- when it finally made it to the table it was cold/room temp. Waitress maintained an attitude when our concerns were voiced.
I Come to your restaurant all the time but after this visit Im not sure if I will be back. Arrived at 12pm for lunch. Got sat at a table and waited 15 minutes before anyone came to take order. After that it took about a hr to get a chicken sandwich with fries and 3 chicken tacos. The chicken tacos had 1 small piece of chicken and the rest was a pile of lettuce and tomatoes. By this time our hr lunch had past and we couldnt even eat . We had to get to go boxes to take back to work. I did ask to speak to a manger but they didnt come to talk to me. It wasnt even busy at all when we arrived. Not a good experience at all.
Our waitress was fabulous. Platinum is what they call her. Go tip her big but with that said they said my free wings because of Chases win both had to be boneless. Well at the one across from the Daytona international speedway they allowed me to get bone in wings. Well I came home and asked the right person and was informed they were incorrect. Next time because LOVED everything we got!! It was amazing and Check out my whole cake. 🤤

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant and fast service. I ordered sliders and a very large mug of beer (Sweetwater). Delicious! Plus all the servers were hot.Came back here today (9-15-17) and felt my business was not wanted. It took the server 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence, then another 10 minutes to bring me a beer and they were out of what I wanted. When I paid, I didnt get the correct change back, so I didnt leave a tip.Not sure if any of this was Dinas fault or poor staffing choices by management. Either way, I wont be back until changes are made.

Got here at 9:20. Six tables had people seated, so most of the restaurant was empty. Was sat fast. Waited till 9:45 to get my first drink. Waited till 10:00 to get my second drink. Waiting for over 45 minutes for my appetizer. Garbage managers, serve food to people who are sat after people who arrive before them. 0/10
Would have given it 4 stars but the hostess told us the wait was 10 minutes and we ended up waiting 40 for a table. But, Dasia my waitress was a joy, she was so sweet and tentative to what we needed even though they were short staffed.
Beer was room temp at best. Worst location Ive ever been to. Wings were cold and burnt, after it took an hour to get them to the table. Gal gave us wrong appitzer, then wrong ticket. Was a total cluster f*¢✓.

Nice, clean and well-lit. Looks like maybe was upgraded recently. Lots of newer TVs. Not really a bad seat in the house. Food was fresh and hot. I sat at the bar where Bailey was my bartender. She was attractive, professional and kept my glass full. Wasnt really into conversations or small talk. My only suggestion (if the manager reads this) is that it would be nice on slower nights if the waitresses wouldnt gather together and chit-chat but maybe walk around and be a little sociable with the clientele. If youre driving a truck, theres a shopping center with a big parking lot right behind the restaurant. I crashed for the night at the far end along the access road and nobody bothered me.
Since the renovation, theyve stepped up their atmosphere and food game. The fried pickles and french fries used to be meh, but were on point the last 3 times Ive been. The wings have never been a let down, and service was great the past few times as well, even when they were slammed.

We love the atmosphere, servers are friendly and food is great but this is the second time we have run into someone that is not handicap parked in a handicap spot. With a family member being handicap to the point they are unstable and having a date night is not always a given we hope to visit an establishment that doesn’t take for granted the handicap spot.
Ive been to this location quite a few times they have proudly sponsored a few events that I ran the foods always delicious and of course the waitresses are always what you expect at a Hooters this manager is top notch in my book
I went to Hooters on Monday. Ordered wings, curly fries and a drink. My total was $21.67. I gave my waitress Jazzmonique a cash tip and paid with my debit card. Last night when the debit cleared the back I was charged $46.67. The waitress Jazz altered the transaction, therefore stealing from me. I called the restaurant and talked to a manager. He said I would get a refund on my debit card. I have yet to get it. I hope they have fired this thief of a waitress. She committed a crime while on duty.

I know, I know, Im a chick rating Hooters as a 5, but I have really missed Hooters in Ohio so I took the opportunity while in Augusta to have dinner at there and it was phenomenal! The food and service. I sat at the bar and was totally comfortable and enjoyed chatting with the bartender and the locals. They were very welcoming without being obnoxious. In fact I went back 2 evenings later and had the same experience! The bonus is the prices are very reasonable and they pour a really good drink! O how I miss you Hooters! Come back to OH Im pretty sure the hubs would be happy too😉
It was a curbside pickup so I dont know if the kitchen treats that in a different manner or not because you know people are taking it home its going to be kind of half cold by the time you get there anyway and theyre not going to be there to send it back to the kitchen but it was all right I guess could have put more shrimp in that shrimp dinner

This used to be our go to place for wings I dont know if they got new cooks or what but the food is subpar now Wings are bad. We ordered the Buffalo shrimp They served them raw. They werent even cooked through. Then they slapped the Buffalo sauce on them. Yuck!! ! It was bad This was not the first time having a bad experience there lately.
I came for the Hooters Burger and it was all right. The talent is seriously lacking here. Twin Peaks has better looking girls and seems to be nicer. This Hooters is located on Washington which is one of the main roads in Augusta. But the area isnt as nice as Twin Peaks. This Hooters is on a huge plaza with a small dollar movie theater and some stores and restaurants. I would definitely choose Twin Peaks before this Hooters.
I really do love Hooters wings and when I dont have time to eat in the restaurant I order to go. However, tonight when I placed an order and my boyfriend went to pick it up they got the order right- which was 20 wings- and thats what he paid for, but in the box there was only 14. I get that it was toward the end of the night, still over an hour and a half from the time that they stopped serving food, and I get that they were probably tired, but I cant justify anyone miscounting by 6... its ridiculous. While Im sure it wasnt the bartenders fault who too the order (which was right according to the receipt), the kitchen needs some major talking to from management. That or math classes. Regardless, if youre placing an order for takeout I advise you ensure its correct before leaving the restaurant.
Service was decent, ticket time was a little long but acceptable, store was clean, fries were stale, wings had an unusual taste, coleslaw was not fresh. The fried shrimp, however, was fantastic.
Went for lunch with a friend, and had Kia as our server. She is absolutely PHENOMENAL! So warm and friendly, and so prompt with everything we needed. Cant wait to come back, and we will definitely be asking for Kia again!
The girls working there work really hard. My server had almost 8 tables and did an awesome job with it. The manager Tracy does not do the girls right. I seen a guy verbally disrespect one of the girls and he did nothing to defend them. He just let it happen. He doesn’t care about his employees because I have seen this happen more than once and he did nothing to interfere or keep it from happening. He needs to do a better job at respecting his employees.

The absolute most horrible service we have ever had in Augusta, GA. A group of 6 of us came in for a football fantasy draft and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our drinks each time. I also had to go to the bar twice to ask for our drinks. I’ve never been more disappointed than this service. And to them, it’s always some excuse.
I must be getting old. The bartender had never heard of Killians. Which at one time was served on tap. By the pitcher. The food was alright for it limitations.

I got there and waited about 5 mins to be seated now if they were busy I would not have been upset about that but inside they had about 20 people and when she did finally walk up to us and ask about seating we ask if we could sit outside she said sure then handed us our menu and our silverware and said go sit oook so we did then sat outside and had two waitresses walk passed us and not speak or anything we waited 20min and nothing so we left , now if it was a busy day I would have understood completely but it was not . They have been on a decline for a while now and wont be going there anymore .
Ordered takeout with a variety of wings and chicken strips. The smokehouse wings are very good. The lemon and pepper was missing in the lemon pepper wings, and there was no seasoning to the chicken strips. We were very disappointed this time we have not had a problem in the past.

As much as Im a fan of the franchise, this location is less than abysmal. For starters, the hostess should never have to clean a table when there are plenty of staff and I see you tapping your gums before I entered. Thats laziness. I order some samurai boneless wings, tots, and a macaroni and cheese. How I got wings that seemed like they were room temperature and sauce thrown of them baffles me. The toys were crispy crunchy, not a good thing, and the server who tells me the reason my mac and cheese was taking so long is because they had to put it in a different pan because it wasnt heating up so I get that 15 minutes later and guess what, it tasted like it was thawed out of a stouffers microwave meal and heated for 30 seconds before putting it in a baby cast iron skillet that was cold. I had a way better experience at twin peaks and Ill just return there when Im in Augusta because this location on Washington rd is the last place Id ever eat at in Augusta. Never again!!
Right when I got there they rudely tell me that theyre closing the outside area. After I ordered food, theybrought my salad to me and asked if I needed a fork. Idk about you guys but isnt it common sense to eat a salad thats drenched in dressing with a fork?! When she finally brings it to me, its a butter knife inside a napkin and no fork. She never refilled the drinks. They werent even busy. I will never eat here again!!!!

Wing sauce was poured over the wings leaving the wings mostly plain. I advised the server and no manager came to the table to ask about the wings. The wing sauce was bad and the wings tasted plain. When asked why the manager didn’t stop by she said he wa busy. Very poor experience and food.

Average for a Hooters. Wait staff was friendly. We wanted to watch two different baseball games and a football game. They figured it out, letting us watch all three from our table. That was actually pretty impressive. Would definitely go again if ever in town.
The wings were covered in sauce this time. Food was exellent. Only reason I took away a star was because I was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I said no. The way the hostess acted was like i was a bother to sit. I was by myself. If it wasnt for that they would of had 5 stars
You could eat at worse places. I go here at least once every two weeks. Its a hit or miss type situation for the most part. Sometimes you get the BEST hostess ever & other times you get a hostess that clearly doesnt want to be at work. Ive been ordering my favorite (24 piece buffalo shrimp) as of late and I havent been disappointed yet! The drinks arent too bad either, good selection. You could do worse if youre looking for a place to view your favorite sports team(s) and have a decent meal. I gave this particular Hooters a 3 just because of the not so great hostesses Ive encountered on more than one occasion. I usually prepare myself for the worse case scenario and hope for the best when I decide to go.
For the most part great Hooters and great atmosphere. Had one terrible experience however. Had a waitress named Savanah who also goes by the nickname Savvy, who after receiving my tip written on the receipt, somewhat jokingly told me that the tip I wrote wasnt enough. I laughed and brushed it off at the time, only to realize that she went back and changed my tip on the receipt. She took out around $7 extra dollars for her tip and when I asked other Hooters girls about it later, they told me that she bragged about doing this all the time. I told he manager about this and she provided me with a refund. However Im hoping something will be done about Savannahs dishonest behavior before others get stolen from. Besides this experience, almost all the other times have been great and the Hooters girls are fantastic.

Messed up my take out order. No cheese on the tots, no extra queso with the tots, no side of dressing. It sucks that I paid extra money for toppings that I didnt get. Order took 10 min longer than I was quoted for pickup. The wings were good, but thats it.
Customer service is hit and miss here. Wings are still good.Update on 11/01/18Be aware they charge you more for a to go order and dont tell you when you order it. Also the price is not reflected on the menu or receipt. Seems the quality of service and food is going downhill here.
We ordered the wings (no surprise) sadly they were just ok (room temp not not hit from the fryer like Im used too) .. Messed my sons order completely brought him out a burger 🍔 instead of wings (lol) including both of our salads (wrong dressings). Paid good money to watch the Mayweather vs McGregor fight.. The fight was great but our server kept talking to people outside the deck sitting in the parking area that didnt pay to be there.. It made it kinda hard to get the service that we expected and look forward to when we come to Hooters.. It was good to see the manager come out and tell her to get back to work.. Honestly I wouldve rather him asked us about our food and experience..

I don’t know what it is but all the buffalo sauces taste like they are pre mixed with Ranch or bleu cheese even when you walk in the door the strong odor of ranch is overwhelming I’m from Miami, FL and the sauces are totally different in smell color and taste it’s so bad that every time I visit Miami I have to go to hooters because I know when I get back to Augusta it doesn’t come close it suck because it’s one of my favorite restaurants
My family does like the food except the Philly sandwich (I believe is the name of the sandwich) always clean and to be honest the only complaint I do have and we would eat more often if we could afford it.My complaint is it is not for a family because it is VERY expensive.
Terrible!!Awful service!!! I had to ask to be served at the bar,and had to make the bartender wipe up the spill in front of me that was there from the previous person!! Took forever to get a beer, and wings!!! Never going back!!!!

Online ordering system is not user friendly and it told the restaurant that my order had not been paid for when it was. However, the manager, after discussion, corrected the situation to the best of his abilities and apologized.

2022-05-28First time coming to this restaurant and must say I was impressed. I stop going to Hooters because the food was terrible. It doesnt matter to me if the waitress is attractive, if the food sucks I wont go. I was invited to go and must say my friends were right. Hooters has gotten better with their food. Especially now that they have smoked wings. Smoked meat is the way to go. My only issues is I think it was over smoked when it came to how hard the outside of the wings were. But with how that lacked the flavor made up for it. The flavor alone rates 5 stars. Also the customer service was amazing. I had Taly. She is an awesome lady. Would highly recommend to ask for her when you visist. She was so nice and helped every way. She has personality which is a plus. Looks arent everything. She has the entire picture. So my experience was perfect. I would recommend the smoked wings to everyone and I will definitely visit again. Thank you Taly!

2022-02-06I just received an order from this establishment via Uber, and this is by far the worst I have ever received. 1) The driver had to wait 45 mins for the food (I understand if they are busy there might be a longer wait, but that would mean that the food would still be hot, right? Wrong) 2. I ordered a burger, fries, fried pickles, and a caser salad. all the hot items were ice cold. 3) the salad, which costs 12.49, was literally a handful of romaine lettuce, dressing and some croutons (see picture). This is unacceptable , and I will not be ordering food from here again. If i could, i would give zero stars

2022-01-31A group of friends went to Hooters in Augusta, GA. (Washington Rd.), & waiting for almost 30 minutes for a waitress. Then we had to wait a additional 1hr-2hrs for our food to come out. Then, when the food came my fries had hair on them. Plus the manager of the establishment was drunk & so were some of the employees!!HOOTERS WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN!!

2021-10-13I LOVE the food here. I ordered the Mahi sandwich, grilled. The fries were hot and seasoned wonderfully. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Mia was an excellent waitress.

Hooter waitress walk past us several times. It was fewer customers here this time. 2022-04-08Shout out to Milo the manager at Augusta. I have Celiac so Milo walked me through the menu for some great options. If you are super sensitive I recommend other options but I am not and he nailed some great menu items. Thanks to him and his team. Great time

2022-05-05The food and the service at this facility were very good.This Hooter has a large horseshoe shaped bar. Havent seen this anywhere else.Compared to most other Hooters restaurants, this one was cleaner than most.

2022-02-11Service was bad and the food was greasy and stale. Blonde hair server was pretty, but had an attitude. Drinks were good and the beer was great. That’s why I am giving two stars. Hooters used to be good, but now it has just gotten trashy.

2022-04-11Me and my boyfriend visited here today on the last day of the Masters. It was very busy and crowded in there. My boyfriend requested the manager to our table because his tenders were a little on the small side. A manager by the name of Adrian came to our table. I was expecting an attitude because of the hectic environment but he was very polite and respectful and definitely professional. He fixed the problem with no hesitation. I give him 5 stars!

2022-05-08This place is the worst , we waited 30 minutes before a waitress even acknowledged us. Then she axt she was upset that I said something, a group of white boys came in and they were immediately attended too. Once we got the drinks they were watered down and the food taste like the grease lived in it. We will not be xoming back here. I give this place a 0 out of 10.
