So apparently posting reviews for this organization only produces automatic responses from the owner from what I have previously read.As a big fan of Hooters, I never felt the need to check the reviews when stopping to eat as we were passing thru Brunswick. HUGE MISTAKE on my part.Just like the previous reviews I will start with no hostess. Which is fine if someone notices you walk in and need to be seated. However, after standing there for almost 10 minutes I started to wonder if we were going to be seated. As a side note the manager was visible and was on his phone talking to some people at a booth. He saw us along with a group that came in behind us but never assisted the wait staff with seating anyone.Finally got seated and the waitress was friendly. Got our drink order and took about 15 minutes to get our drink and order our food. In the meantime, my boyfriend went to the restroom to wash his hands and there was no soap in the restroom. This was mentioned to the waitress and she stated she had made her manager aware again as he was already aware of this. However no soap was ever replaced in the mens bathroom. Which means no place for employees to wash their hands after they visit the restroom. Real sanitary. I’m sure the health inspectors would have a field day with this one. I finally opened the door to the womens restroom so he could get soap and wash his hands. The state of the restroom was less than to be desired but I felt like brining that up would fall on deaf ears at this point.Finally ordered our food and 50 minutes later received it. The place was not busy at all. And there were plenty of customers that were seated well after us that received their food before us. The food was good however not worth this kind of wait with the place not being busy at all.I would have to say poor management definitely plays a part here. The “manager” was visible the entire time we were there. However he was only interested in his cohorts and being on his phone, mind you not talking but playing. He never walked around to speak to the customers. He planted himself in the booth that was shown in previous reviews with employees food and personal items on the table and pretty much stayed there. He was not interested in service or really any work from what I could gather.In my opinion this was the worst service I have ever received at Hooters. It definitely will make me look at reviews prior to stopping at another one. Which is quite a shame as it was one of my favorite places to eat. This is what happens tho when customers continue to write bad reviews and the only thing that happens is automated responses. There have been no issues addressed “immediately” as previously replied.
What a terrible way to run a restaurant! Ordered from here using the UberEats app, although it was advertised as Hooties Burger Bar, so I thought it was a new hamburger place in town. Nope, just plain old Hooters. Got the food, one burger was supposed to have triple patties and triple cheese. And they were supposed to be half pound patties. Nope, single patty, single slice of cheese, very soggy bread and the patty was small. Like, a quarter pounder from McDonalds has more meat on it. Called to see if I could get it corrected and the phone just rang an rang. Never got an answer out of 6 phone calls. Terrible burger for the $17+ that was spent on it. Dont bother wasting your time or money with this place. After spending some time to read other reviews of this place, it appears that this is definitely the worst run Hooters franchise in the entire chain. Seriously, how do you not answer the phone when customers call your business? This couldve easily been corrected, had a competent person actually picked up the ringing telephone.
Food was terrible. Chicken was over cooked and missing seasoning. The Big fish sandwich looked like it was torn in half after cooking (in burnt grease) and split between myself and my sister. The waitress (s) the waited on our table kept getting the drinks late and there seemed like a couple of our drinks were missing the alcohol. Blown double date night 🤬
4* manager, waitress was good HOWEVER🤔 they need to contact the town re: The NASTY SEWAGE SMELL in the FRONT DOOR AREA..I truly think it was the rubber mat 🧐that just needed to b thrown out.. it was so bad 🤔we asked to go out the side door WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE..👀Come up to the times those little panties in the winter that they make the girls wear or anytime is a thing of the past 🗣️get a new look PLEASE 🙏
Hooteraid is always my favorite signature mix drink from there beer cheese and pretzels were amazing . Wings were so fresh they were actually hot had to let them cool. Amazing tho and even tryed a new dry rub . Staff was okay . I dont know they just seemed a little off like it was a incovience she was nice but she just didnt look happy at all . First time to this hooters and Id definitely go here rather than Pooler a hundred times over
We were seated immediately, then waited over 10 minutes for a server. It wasnt even crowded. Food was good, but the service was not.
Wost place ever... I went yesterday and it was not busy, waited for the food for like 2 hours, the plates were missing items and my plate, which was only 6 wings and fries, never made it to the table... they will never see my face ever again... not recommended at all.. dont waste your money...
Very above average visit. Our waitress Ansley, was excellent and attentive. Only 1 cook, but still got out meal in a very timely manner. Hot food. Wings were not completely covered in sauce. Only area I felt was lacking. We got Medium Buffalo bone-in traditional breaded and Chipotle Honey naked wings. Both tasted excellent t. We also had a buffalo chicken dip. Most full Buffalo Cup Ive ever had. Overall our visit was fantastic and will stop in again if ever in the area.
Wings are over breaded and order was cold. Onion rings were burnt I tried calling 6 times before placing order on Uber eats but no one wanted to answer the phone. Will not be ordering from this place again. If it was possible I’d give them a negative star rating..
My first time at any hooters. Wings were amazing, sliders and fries were very good too. Tots not worth it. Prompt service..attentive.
Came in to eat. No one was at the front stand so we seated ourselves. Noticed several employees including the manager sitting at a booth just staring and laughing at us. After 20 mins of no one coming up to us. My father asked the manager and he said that we will have to wait bc we seated ourselves. Poor service and horrible management
Wings were good I got the ceasar salad for 8.99 what a joke they are ripping people off me included. The parmesan was the shelf stable one cheap ingredients I didnt call about it because i wont be back.The place was empty
Service was terrible, sat for an hour, after 30 minutes I stopped, a young girl ask what we wanted to drink we told her and never got those. We wont be going back. My husband walked to where she was standing and told him she had.8 tables and she.would get to us when she could. I wanted to rate this a ZERO
Very poor service went in and no one at the hostess desk so we sat ourselves with the workers looking at us but sat in the back talking to each other goofing off. We sat there for 20 minutes still no service. Had to get up and get someone and they still took 10 minutes to finally send someone over but we already decided to leave I guess all the other reviews are true should’ve looked at that first 👎 waitresses weren’t even cute 🤷🏼♂️
Greeted with a smile and seated right away. Server was friendly and brought drinks out quickly. Food time was slow on this particular day. There was only about 10 or 12 of us dining in and it took over 30 minutes to get 3 plates of boneless wings, 1 order of waffle fries and 1 order of fried pickles. 1 order of wings were fried extra extra crispy the other was okay. Not the best experience Ive ever had here.
One of the most modern and spacious Hooters Ive been to! Beer selection was pretty nice but they seemed to be out of everything I wanted to drink 😐 Food was spot on and cooked perfectly though.The only bummer was the employees that werent on shift yet were lounging in a booth next to the kitchen and didnt seem to mind how loud they were about their personal content conversation, and the bar area hadnt been sweep in a while with lots of food on the floor but that couldve been probably taken care of. But Ill definitely go back.

Its a nice bright atmosphere and the foods pretty good (a little on the high side. I gave it a 4 because this employee smoked In a no smoking area then another worker came out (some little guy employee) and went straight outside to smoke. Makes you wonder how the rules are followed in the kitchen.
Great customer service but drinks were very weak and they served iceberg lettuce, and powdered cheese as a Ceasar salad. The chicken was really good.

I ordered a 20 piece naked wing meal with a side of fried pickles. My meal was great but was made even better by my waitress Teariney. She made sure to every few minutes check on the table to make sure we were pleased with our experience. Definitely hope to have her again.

We arrived at 7:02 pm. Our waitress finally took our order about 7:20pm. We didn’t receive our food until 7:53 and it was only part of the order. When asked where the rest of the order was, she replied ‘it’ll be right out’. The order was never placed. I asked to see the manager and she was very rude. As I was talking to her, the waitress came by with the rest of the order. We have been to this Hooters several times before and it’s always slow, the food is fair and the service is horrible.
Im eating 1 service at the Hooters location in Brunswick Ga. Waited at the entrance for approximately 20 minutes. Barely any customers, about 4/5 hooters girls sitting down chit chatting on their phones, I sat down at the bar. They saw I was there standing and made the comment of hold up dont look at this TikTok. After 45 min a different Hooters girl came to me and ordered a beer. Took about 15 minutes, eventually came back. I ordered my food and waited roughly 40 minutes to get the food. Again barely any customers. My whole experience was just horrible, about 2 hours just to get food. I could see if there was an event or something but this was on a Tuesday night.
Very poor service all employees sitting around talking with each other. Had to approach a manager and a employee to get someone to come to the table and still didn’t get service for almost 10 minutes. 👎🏼👎🏼
Chelsea was a great waitress, very helpful and attentive. The wings were awesome, as usual. The bartender was very nice and helpful also. The only problem is, just like many places now, understaffed, and close early, at 8.
Experience was terrible. Had a table of 6, was sat and then forgotten. The waitress literally came and said yall were sat but no one told anyone. Took drink order 15 minutes later get drinks but no straws ask and waitress says your actual server will bring them. My husband ended up getting some from bartender, drinks ordered from bar had to be gotten from bar by someone at our table. Three year old was given regular cup and was told out of cups with lids, spilt it and bus guy brought him guess what cup with lid. My chicken was raw food was terrible service was terrible but our bill was 191.00... not happy at all !!!
Out of all the hooters in Jacksonville, fl and Brunswick, Ga this is the best hooters! Have been here twice just this week. Me and my husband get the 10 piece naked wings hot and a burger with American cheese and ketchup and mustard. Simple meal that is delicious! We bring our kids here as well and they love it. We come by 1:00-3:00pm and it’s not busy whatsoever. The girls here are great and their service is awesome!
First time at this location. Im not sure how long its been there but it looked fairly new. A lovely young lady by the name of Lauren took care of me and was very attentive, checking back regularly to see if I needed anything. I had the Buffalo platter and it was tasty as usual. No complaints.
After waiting to be seated ( very few people for a Sunday ) it took another 20 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us and take our order, the food was good, after finishing could no fid the waitress to take our money, ended up paying at the bar. The hostess was rude and a lot of the tables were not being cleaned off. What a shame we grew up on Hooters Ft.Myers Fl

I just had the most frustrating experience at this Hooters. I placed an order online for a pick up order and was given a pick up time of 7:51. I arrived at 7:53. Walked up to the door and found a locked door. I was confused at first thinking I went to the wrong location because I just moved here 2 months ago and am still finding my way around. I checked the address for my order and found that it was correct. So I walked around where I could see people inside. I waved trying to get someones attention and then started calling the restaurant. I could not get an answer on the phone. So I continued to walk around in front of the windows trying to get someones attention with no luck....even though I could see people and could see that they were seeing me. I finally walked around and found an exit door where I was able to get inside and was met by the manager. When I told him I had been outside trying to find a way to get inside to pick up my order he simply said they had to lock the doors before 8 to make sure no one else could come inside since they close at 8. When I said well I have been calling and could not get anyone to answer, he said he had been on the phone with his manager. So there is no call waiting I guess? Aside from the policy to lock the door so on one else could get in and being on the phone, if you KNOW you have a pick up order waiting for someone, then someone should be watching the front door for that person to arrive to ensure they can get in. If I had not been persistent after finding a locked door and no answer on the phone, I would have gone home with no food and would have been even more upset. Truly disappointing service at this restaurant.
At first we were frustrated because we were not greeted at the door and waited for 15 mins while 2 different people came out to tell us it was a 15-20 min wait. We were about to leave when the bartender Kelcey came to the rescue!! She managed the bar and served our table flawlessly and she was an excellent waitress. I will keep coming back just because of her excellent service.

Trying to get a waitresses attention, get seated, get a menu, place an order, or get the order correct (bartender! did catch an item was never ordered by the waitress and corrected it)...and given the place was not crowded nor busy, completely unacceptable.Fast on getting your bill to you though...Found the waitress to be snooty and couldnt be bothered with their job. (Bartender was good on her service)Food was decent. Not great, but above fast food.
For some reason the kitchen staff failed to check the date on the guacamole for my nachos, which ended terribly. The salad my wife ordered had brown lettuce and the very bottom part of the head itself and my kids french fries were cold when the food got to our table. The waitress was very apologetic and took the nachos off our check. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat unless you want to sit at the bar and have a drink.
Clearly the worst restaurant in town. No one wants to wait an hour to get their food even when the restaurant is dead. Waitresses hardly make eye contact so they can avoid you unless I guess they think that youre a guy whos into their body. News flash, you need a brain and work ethic, too. Horrible experience the one time weve eaten at this location and will NOT pick up another door dash order from it either!
Service is very slow here, waited 45 minutes for our food and when it came out we were missing food that the waitress said oh they forgot to cook it. We waited another 10 minutes for that while everyone else had theres. Never came to refill drinks until we were almost done with our food. The bathrooms are disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere, all the toilets looked like they hadnt been cleaned in months. Floor in the dining area is sticky throughout the restaurant. As for my family we will not be eating here again.

Our server was polite and friendly. Our wait wasnt long and of the course food was delicious. My son had the bbq wings and I had the buffalo chicken sliders with a side of onion rings. All the food was awesome but their onion rings are out of this world! They slice the onion thinner than most places so the batter does slide off the onion when eat them. 😋
This place is terrible. They dont know how to seat people. Waitress couldnt even read my ID card. Slow service. To top it all off, I found a hair in my wings!
My family and I waited for 21+ minutes never got served, we were just seated by the host. A couple and their children who walked in got a server in no time, we just got up and walked out. I really wanted to eat here because we came out of town, I had to explain to my 5 year old why we had to leave without eating. Maybe proper training should be done.

I cant even say it was bad service because I never received ANY service. Stood at the front hostess bar with the sign please wait to be seated with my family for over 10 mins while the bar tender and manager watched us but no one greeted us or ever came over to seat us. Finally just left. This treatment of paying customers is why people dont want to leave their house to go out to eat anymore. Unbelievable.
I’ve been a Hooters fan for 20+ years and was looking forward to stopping here during a long road trip. When we arrived, we were told there was a 15 minute wait to let the kitchen catch up. I understand these things happen but the restaurant was at about 25% capacity. I also thought it was strange that the hostess still took a couple of ‘to go’ orders while we (and a couple of other parties) waited for our tables.We were seated 20 minutes later and it took another 12 minutes (at this point I started timing everything) for a waitress to acknowledge we were there. Placed our drink orders and 5 minutes later she did a ‘drive by’ dropped the drinks at the table and didn’t say a word or even look at us. 6 minutes later and she came back for our food order (23 minutes after sitting down), 1 app and 2 orders of 10 wings. It took another 31 minutes to get our food, of course the app and the wings arrived at the same time. The app was stone cold and the wings were slightly warm. Fresh wings are usually too hot to eat right away, these were barely warm.During this visit, our waitress showed no concern for the wait time, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Never checked on us just did the bare minimum (drink order, food order, here’s your check). Never saw any kind of management presence during our stay, which was almost two hours in total.I wish the best for this location and the Hooters franchise but this was not a good night for them and they have several areas that need a lot of work to be successful.
Nice clean modern Hooters. Good food and service. Servers are very friendly and entertaining Averi is a top notch bartender, definitely my favorite.

Were surprised this location can stay in business. It appears several staff recently quit, the cook was new, and the waitress spent over an hour apologizing. We were told the manager would come talk to us but he was watching over the cook. Our food when it finally came out was lukewarm. It was not prepared correctly but never corrected. I sent an online complaint to the corporate office with more details, asked for a call, but no one ever contacted me. A year ago we walked out when we waited over fifteen minutes for a hostess to seat us and several others who had been waiting longer than us. Steer clear of this restaurant location.
Ok service. Waitress didnt listen well and we only got half of our order . Good food of what we did get.
Came in at lunch, music was so loud you couldn’t hold a conversation at our own table. Ask if they could possibly turn it down just a little, was told no. Oh well, won’t be back!

Went in at 5:15 pm asked for a table she said she needed to clean one despite the fact there were 3 table open in the area she was cleaning.. I went to the rest room and it was so unclean I bet the toilet had t been cleaned in I don’t know how many days there was a pink ring at water line. I checked the next stall and I flushed loads of used toilet paper .. I washed my hands and my husband was still waiting for a table. Two other families came in and the same hostess that went to clean our table took a family of 8 proportions to our seating. We left after 16 minutes of waiting.. thanks for nothing we will not be visiting anytime soon
HORRIBLE!!!!!! placed order online said it would be reant at 10:15 so I wait about 30mins before going an didnt get my food till 12pm an the ladies wasnt very helpful with finding out how long it would be b4 the food was ready. An then when I got the food it waa hard and cold..... my rating would be no stars if that was an option... very upset wont be going back!! I know everyone is short staff but make it seem as if you care some...
Madison was our server, first we got there waited over 15 minutes for her to come to our table, barely came to ask if we needed something, finally ask for dessert and couldn’t eat it because it was hard as a rock. On top of that she never came back to get the money, another server took the money. Never got my change back, so we spent $91 dollars, wasn’t thinking about giving a tip due to poor service, but I guess she really thought it was for her, they just said have a good night but never came back with the change. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! First and last time I visit that place.

My boyfriend and I had wings - amazing per usual. Fries were room temp. Atmosphere was great for a game day; huge tv front and center of the bar. Annemarie was our server - very nice and attentive!
What can I say, HOOTERS ‼️ If youve been to one before, then you know what they are the menu at this particular one is no different than the others. I will say this one is relatively new in the area and wasnt unexpected treat in my overnight stop in the Brunswick area. This is a new building in this vicinity and I was absolutely stunned by the size of one of the televisions which was actually nine televisions 3x3 and about 80 in across each. I sat at the bar consumed my dinner, and received attention from the bartender that I would expect. The food was the quality of the food you typically get in a Hooters. I would return when passing through or stopping in the Brunswick area. This is an easy on-off Interstate 95 at exit 38.
Stuck up non friendly hefahs they screwed my order up twice never never never never never never never never never never never never going back PHKM ......definitely need to go back to ORANGE SHORTS instead of half of yo azz hanging out with bright orange thong , belly hanging over shorts EEEWWWWWW NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!

The waitress had no personality and was never to been seen from. Took forever for our food to the point of the actual food came out and we ate all before the appetizer even arrived. Once the waitress returned to give us our check to her another 10 minutes to get our payment after walking passed us and ignoring us. Let it be known there may have been 5 people in the whole restaurant.
Food was terrible did not taste right and the hamburger was flavorless they only had one waitress the sound system kept going in n out will never go back

This is our third and maybe our last visit to our local Hooters. First visit this summer was right after they opened, it was nice sitting on the covered deck. Service was good, food was good.Our second visit was about two months ago. We were looking forward to a couple pitchers of beers and a couple dozen wings, our waitress never returnEd to our table, we had to go to the bar for a drink, And we asked to see the manager after that visit. I would’ve stayed longer and enjoyed a little bit more, but there was nobody to take care of us.Our third visit was tonight. We’re looking forward to watching a little bit of football, and after we ordered they told they were out of Mc ultra on draft. No worries, surely shortly they would have in bottles. Nope. And sadly our waitress didn’t really have the personality to try to convince us to stay anyway.

Never been! First time experience Was Saturday night! When I came in I had a cake for my friends birthday ask the hostess if we could sit on patio and if we could smoke out there. The table she sat us at had nothing on it and she didn’t even offer us an ashtray. I asked her if she could hide the cake and she said she would ask our server. About ten minutes of waiting for her to come back I had to find her before my friend walked in and give her the cake. It took twenty minutes to order a drinks. We also tried to place our food order and the server said the kitchen needed a break if we could just get drinks. We waited! She came about 40 minutes later took our order. Me and my boyfriend got apps and my friends got burgers. After waiting another 30-40 mins they had gotten there burgers from a different server. They were done eating when I got my app of wings and shrimp... that was cold! She also said that I had already gotten my app of cheese stick, pickles and fries. I told her I didn’t then she was like I’ll go get it. My boyfriend seen the manager for the first time all night go out on the patio to check on a table where the girl was wearing a hooters uniform to tell him we were not happy, he then said he would comp the 8 dollar app. That was fine until he came up to our table and said here’s silverware it free y’all should have this, we were already done. I took it as an insult like I’m cheap. I understand being short staffed but the only time I seen the manger he was catering to off the clock employee. When he came to our table I feel like he could of busted our table instead of being short and rude. Our server was a sweetheart, I just wish the service was better.
First, our waitress was very sweet. I think her name is Shanika and she was attentive and efficient as she could be under the circumstances. The restaurant was clean. The food was good (for a chain) and served hot. This is the end of the positives...Hooters is SLOW. We were seated within 2 minutes, which seems quick until you understand the restaurant was practically empty. Our waitress was prompt to the table to get our drink order (just lemonade) but slow to deliver due to the fact she needed to wait for the bartender to make it for her. ???We both had the passion fruit lemonade which was very tasty. She took our dinner order which was a ceasar salad and a couple of orders of wings. This took probably 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour to get to the table. Again, I hold our server blameless because when it did arrive, it was hot. So unless she forgot to put the order in promptly, I guessing it was kitchen. The bartender got our refill drink order wrong and we ended up with passion fruit iced tea instead of lemonade. We did get our correct refills for free.To sum up: 3 stars for the disappointing wait and easily avoided mistakes especially considering how slow the restaurant was during our visit.
Absolutely terrible! We stood at the door on Fathers day waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant. A party of 6, we waited for 30 minutes next to the sign that said please wait to be seated and were never even spoken to. We were not acknowledged by the staff at all. So we left and went to Shanes rib shack.
First of all, they didnt let us put our tables together when we had a large group. Then, they were out of three separate beers that members of our party ordered. Next, the wings were ice cold for everyone but one person. Took forever to bring the check back too. Our waitress was amazing -- but management had no control of the building or service.
Always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the upbeat service from all the waitresses. Food was fresh hot and quickly prepared. Would recommend anyone to drop in.
I ride motorcycles with a group and we eat a Hooters in just about every town we ride to. I have to say this is the WORST experience we have ever had at one. The bartender had the most awful expression on her face the whole time! It took the waitress 15 min to get our drink order, when we finally got our food order- almost 45 min later the chicken was raw and several of the oysters were bad. The only saving grace was our waitress was very apologetic and that the raw chicken was taken off our ticket and a 50% off was also applied. We understand that this is a fairly new hooters but if they don’t get it together they won’t be open long!
Food was hot and fresh took a little bit to get it. Shift change not a good time to go 4-5. We got the wings very good flavor. I had lemon pepper and hubby had spicy and sweet. Fried pickles had a good flavor. I dont recommend the tea you can see though it. Taste like color sweet water.
I was looking forward to the new Hooters. I was just in there at 2:45 in the afternoon. I sat at the bar for 5 minutes. I was not acknowledged. The place was mostly empty and two bartenders having a long conversation on the other side of the taps. Attentiveness is key to good service and its easy. Not sure Ill be back.I left without ordering anything. Wow
Busy Friday night, place was packed to the gills, so we place a to go order. We wait an hour for our food, check it in the car and our order is not only incorrect but also incomplete. We went right back in, a manager showed up right away and immediately offered us a refund and a remake of our order. Way to correct a bad situation! We got our order, it was correct this time but the food was cold! I think our original order just sat around and we were given the first order by mistake. Either way, we got a free dinner and the staff was super friendly! Well give them another chance in the future 😊
Great food, and generally good service. Biggest complaint is that the last 3 times Ive been, the restrooms were more disgusting than a truck stop during taco week. But again, great food!

Food was excellent! Been to all 3 in Jacksonville and the wings had a lot of sauce on them, cooked good and was good service. Wanted to buy a pitcher of beer for myself and was told I couldnt but could buy the 25 oz big mug. I had 2 of them sooo, 50oz compared to 64oz. Think this was bravo Sierra. They got more money for the 2 drinks than 1 pitcher. But I will go back and see if this is the policy of the restaurant. This is the first time this has ever happened to me and my wife was with me as the DD.
Walked in today and they had a sign saying they were short people. Im OK with that but waited 5-6 minutes to be seated then waited another 10 before we walked out. Never had a waitress who walked past us 3 times ask or say she would be with us in a few. Just rude.
Been there three times now. Fries have been cold every time, even asking specifically for hot fries. Wings were way over seasoned the last time. Service was very slow and unattentative on two of the visits. Manager on duty has not stopped by a single time to check on things. I really love Hooters and hope this one can get it together. I know it is new but they have a long way to go.
Great experience! We had wonderful service from Reba & great conversation as well. We were visiting with our 7, 5, & 3 year old after a baseball tournament. Our food was perfect & beer was SUPER cold. We will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area!
First off, let me just say that customer service was absolutley HORRIBLE at this specific establishment. I walked in and stood by the Pick up station for about 10 to 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged by anyone, even though several of the employees towards the back were fully aware of me standing there. I finally get one employee to come up to me out of coincidence because she happened to be leaving and told me to head over to the bar in order to pick up the food I had ordered. She acted as if it was something I should have known. You would think you would be able to pick up your food in the designated area...but what do I know? I really hope management will take initiative and educate their staff about the importance of customer service and knowing how to engage and acknowledge customers efficiently and politely.
Great visit for the first time! Had Heather for a server and this was the first of 5 trips that was finally good. Ordinarily would stop after 2 bad visits but this is the only Hooters for an hour either direction so I hate to give up on them and tonight was finally worth the trip. Thanks Heather you were awesome.
Cool ambiance. My wings came cold, but w.e. it was busy. The wings though had a weird texture, but maybe it was me. The drinks are weak, but Ive kinda given up on getting good drinks at chains as such. Fries could use some seasoning, but I would go back and try again.
I am a wings-enthusiast who is thrilled that have a Hooters in Brunswick now! I had never been to a Hooters before and I was pleasantly surprised by how good their wings are. I especially like that you can get them with bacon wrapped around them! They only recently opened and still have some kinks in their system, especially with some of the employees. My boyfriend and I had a waitress who did not know how to change the channel on the television, which meant that several people on our corner of the restaurant had to watch some sort of political garbage instead of the race (and I am saying this as someone who normally likes politics, whatever channel it was just didnt have anything newsworthy on it!). We had long wait times just to get our glasses of water as well, but I am hoping that the staff will become more efficient as time goes on.
Brand New Hooters. Food and Facility is 5 Stars for a Hooters. Food was very fresh and served fast. Service is 3 Stars. Our waiter had probably never waited tables before but was nice regardless.Wait was 15 mins on a Saturday night.Overall decent experience.
Our Wings were warm, but the cheese fries were lukewarm when my husband got them. He should have sent them back, as they were cold underneath some warm ones. We have had better food there. However, it is no longer a fav place.
Sporty atmosphere, welcoming environment. The wait staff here is friendly, polite, and on top of their jobs. There can be a bit of a wait for food (beyond what is expected), but otherwise a good restaurant.

The outfits are completely inappropriate.my daughter thinks so too,why do the workers have to wear such short pants?I feel like they should have a choice if they are comfortable with the shirts and shorts or not.
When arrived to the restaurant a hostess sitting down texting told me I had to go to the bar to get my order and told her I dont think its right. When I received my order of a cheeseburger and onion rings, there were only 5 small onion rings. The burger was fine but the onion rings were only warm. As I left the hostess was sitting down texting. Will never go there ever again!!!!!
Great Beer, good food, decent service but the manager was the worst. We asked him to come over and he deliberately ignored us. Later he want us to follow a clearly made up rule that he was not making anybody else follow.
Bad service, chicken tenders no flavor, the waitress never offer refills for drinks, fries cold. Really bad experience.
I waited an hour on a pickup order. No apology on the wait time at all! On another visit I received frozen tater tots. I also witnessed another male employee cuss and scream at a female employee at the bar area to the point that the police were called. I think I’ve given this place enough chances.
Visited the new HOOTERS in Brunswick GA today, this makes the 3rd time, and the food was actually great.Our waitress was Cheryl and she was on top of things, my wife was impressed. We had dinner and a drink and both were awesome.We will be back!
As so as you walk in the front door it smells like a dirty bathroom, it was slow when we can in and it took 15 mins to get a table, both bathroom were so nasty and dirty men’s bathroom had throw up on the wall, service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, we will never come again!

My waitress Briana was very good but my food came out wrong and was cold. The restroom door was broke so when you went inside you had to pry your way out!! They have a lot to work on!
We came in an there was no person in the front to wait people to a table .... the manger came out and said one of the waiters were suppose to tell us a 20 min wait but DIDNT .... we sat down it took them 30 min to take our order when she came she asked for our drinks , only two of us got our drinks .the others were Just sitting around while the waiter was waking around in Lala land . More that 1/2 hour to get a drink. Line at the door, three hostesses, while there are several tables not cleared. Management seems to be absent. Still waiting on food one hour in.I understand its new but lots of missed. opportunities.
Abysmal wait times, abysmal service, cookie cutter food. The management must not care, or is ill equipped to deal with opening a restaurant. Being in a position of management at my place of employment myself, I noticed several scenarios in which management acted rather unbecoming of the title. Ill update this review after I try them again, I always give places more than just one chance.
Went on a Thursday night.. not busy at all. There is 4 of us and my oldest child ordered peel and eat shrimp. They bring us out all our food but hers and proceeds to tell me its still going to be a few minutes for hers. It dosent take much to boil some shrimp. Not only did that happen but we sat there for 1 hour exactly before we even got our appetizers! Manager on duty thought it was funny and had a smirk on his face the whole time I talked to him! Never will go back and want tell anyone else to go!
My food wasnt hot. the temperature was probably 31 degrees, thats how cold it was. They did offer to get me another plate, but all I could think about was my first plate wasnt hot enough and if I ask for another one someone may spit in it.
This Hooters has a very bad customer service. You walk in and it takes forever for someone to acknowledge you. I’ll go to Buffalo Wild Wings next time.

I went there and this beautiful girl named Brionna was our waitress and she was the sweetest most fabulous waitress Ive ever had. Awesome personality very funny and very personable every time we go we are only gonna sit in Brionna section definitely an asset to the Hooters brand!!!
My husband and I love some Hooters!!! I myself have been to Hooters all over many states... I collect shirts with the girls signatures on them. I have never had a bad experience at Hooters. I recommend Hooters to anyone that wants a great meal.
We come here all of the time and always ask for Shanika! We ask for her because she’s always so good! Our food always comes out in time and she always makes sure everything is right. She’s so funny too! If you come make sure you ask for her, you’ll have so much fun! Food is always so yummy!
Was not very pleased with this restaurant. Server forgot almost every part of our order. Ran out of the beer that we were drinking after only 2. Out of other brands that we asked for. Hopefully it was a one time thing but probably will not go there again.

The few times I have been here with family, I have had a poor experience. The food came out cold, it took HOURS for everyone to get their meal, etc. etc. It left a terrible taste in my mouth and I do not intend on returning.
The waitress was good. The food was terrible my curly fries were cold. I send them back they come out cold again. The wings were terrible they were warm when they serve them to me.
Ordered online was supposed to be ready at 9:31 at 10:01 still nothing and nobody is even updating on status. Would love for the owner or manager to know they wont answer the phone either, Id be disappointed to know Im missing out on money if it were my establishment. Wont be coming back here any time soon. Truck drivers beware !! The Food was nasty! Did a Togo order me and my husband and the wings were burnt and cold the fries were cold and hard. are drinks were watery with melted ice. Don’t waste your time, energy or money !!!

Bar tender worked her backside off, but Took about 30 minutes to cook 15 wings during a slow night. Even though I was told 10 to 15 minutes. Paid for 15, go home and found eleven. Bar should be wiped down more.

Open Thanksgiving... Good food and the waitresses were so pleasant for working on a holiday. Great dinner with strangers when you were traveling and couldnt be with family and friends.
The manager name CURTIS with dreads is very NASTY and rude to the employees. He worked them to death with no days off and they work doubles then he still turns around and treat the employees like sh**. A few girls left out crying yesterday. If they dont hire new management fast, he is going to let this place go down. Its sad that management treats their staff like that and dont appreciate their hard work. ps.... *they dont get breaks either*
Ordered the big hooty Burger on Uber eats. did not get a Burger with 2 patties,got a Burger with 4 small patties stacked on top of each other Had the take the Burger apart to be able to eat it because it was stacked so high no Mayo no catch up no condiments....

The wings are Excellent Great appetizers the sliders are very tasty the Facility is very clean and the Hooters Ladies are very Beautiful there. it is hard to eat there for all the looking around.

Love hooters food as always....great new restraint just built in Brunswick ga.. the only thing I found wrong to me was the background music is a little loud, so you have to almost yell to talk at your table... especially in the bathrooms its really loud....but service and food was great as always...all the new girls looked a little nervous but were doing great...
Was in restaurant getting a to go order of winga and salad. Took 1.5 hours. Manager finaly came out as we were leaving, saying my kitchen staff had walked out that night. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!

Food is pretty darn good. Try the smoked wings....garlic habinero...not spicy hot, fantastic...now if they could just not run out of things....like beer, limes, etc...

2022-06-16First time at this location. Food & service was very good. Our server Lala was awesome! I wish they would bring back a dish that we had in FL. I cant remember the name of it, but it was thinly sliced taters, topped with bacon, cheese ranch dressing. Will most likely go back.

2022-01-07This is by far the worse Hooters I have ever been in as far as cleanliness. I should have know when we pulled in off the interstate and there were very few cars. The Cheddars across the street was packed for reference. Trash in parking lot and even dirty used diaper in handicap parking space. They had just opened an hour earlier so I gave them a chance. The bathrooms were disgusting. This didnt happen overnight, mold in all the toilets and trash everywhere. We should have left but had already ordered food. They just made my decision to never eat at a Hooters again easy.

2022-03-14I never post negative reviews. But I’m so over giving this place chance after chance and every. single. time. we are disappointed.There is never a hostess. Ever. A waitress might eventually come by and seat you, if she has time in between basically managing the place.If you’re lucky enough to actually get seated, it’s a guessing game as to how long it will be before someone comes over to your table. Last time we went, they literally had 3 people working the front of the house…two waitresses and one bartender…during a Saturday lunch rush.I understand staffing is super short right now, and my husband and I are some of the most patient, understanding people. We don’t blame the waitresses, it’s obviously a management issue. But as I said before, we have given them chance after chance (because we like Hooters food AND want them to succeed locally) and it’s always the same. Like two or three workers doing everything. Its just not fair to them, honestly.I want them to succeed but it’s just not gonna happen if they keep operating like that.

2021-10-11We go to Hooters quite often but this one was disappointing. We sat at the bar looking at 2 tables covered up by bunch of stuff that belongs to people who worked there. Bathroom wasn’t clean, service was terrible and after all that we lost an appetite. Food was just ok but this place should be in a better shape and taking care of.

2022-02-07I really just wanted to give it a 2 1/2, I was there around 8pm on Saturday night. The food was pretty good, I had wings and fries, but the service was absolutely horrible! They werent very busy but the snotty little blonde who finally seated me after standing there for ten minutes quickly informed me that she would be my server and it would be 15 minutes before I even got something to drink. I was just passing through on my way home from Florida to Kentucky but if Im ever down that way again I think Ill try another location!!!

2022-05-29Worst Hooters food experience ever! Wings were awful. Literally couldnt eat them. I LOVE Hooters wings! I dont think Ive ever eaten anything else in the 100+ times Ive been there... I didnt even know they COULD mess them up! They were greasy to the point that it took 3 paper towels soaked thru with grease for ONE wing. There was almost no sauce on them. They were bland and dry. Service was great! She got the manager to take ½ off my wings... however the manager never even came to the table to apologize or check on us or anything. The restaurant was not clean looking. The hostess stand and gift shop area were disorganized and cluttered.

2022-05-17There was a couple of things they were out of. Then we both ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. Come to find out they were out of the bell peppers that guy in the sandwich as well. Well I ordered something different and my wife kept her order. Her appetizer came out the same time as her dinner. The real turn off is even she found a 3 inch hair in her sandwich. I like Hooters but will never be back at this one. Ill stick to the one at the Beaches in Jacksonville.

2021-07-10If I could rate under one star I would. This is probably the saddest buffalo chicken salad I have ever seen. My mixed greens was horrible and bitter and only iceberg with the core of the lettuce included on top of the that it was wilted horribly. I did try to eat the three pieces of buffalo chicken that were placed on the salad after being fried in old grease. All three of my kids orders came out cold which I thought might have been because two of them where kids meals however my sons western bbq burger also was cold. Our server was understanding and had to return my husband nachos to the kitchen because the guacamole had turned. Idk what was going on yesterday but this is ridiculous they only positive review I can give is the fact that our server was always on point as were the rest of the servers when she was slammed suddenly.
