This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. The food is bad, you can tell the manager is only for the money. The air is not properly working, very hot in the area. Ice machine is my ot working properly. This place needs corporate help.

I am not the biggest fan of Hooters in general but came to this location with my family. You can’t help but notice the new uniform the waitresses wear. There is quite a bit of controversy surrounding the new look from both customers and the waitresses themselves. The food is decent and it was a decent experience overall.
My waitress Tabitha was by far the best Hooters Waitress I have ever had. I have been to Hooters all over the country, none others compare! She was in super high spirits, and highly attentive to me and all of her other tables on this Thanksgiving! Thank you for your smile and presence! I recommend anyone in the area to visit Hooters and ask for Tabitha!
First time in been Hooters in several years. My wings were good but expensive and small. Service was good. My friend got grilled fish. He said it wasnt very good
Cant go wrong with Hooters or their wings. Although this last time I went it was lousy! I got a meal I never got before but it was still a pretty simple dish, but my food came out like 12 minutes after my familys did and the chicken fingers were POORLY breaded, unseasoned, and damn near undercooked. But Im super paranoid so i never send food back in fear theyll spit on it or something worse. Next time I go I hope its back to normal. The waiter was sweet!

Its been a few years since Ive been to Hooters, but we stopped to grab a few drinks and apps.The food was okay, the drinks werent very strong.The wait staff is now in what can best be described as womens underwear, much more revealing than last time Ive been there. There were quite a few creeps around the bar. I guess its to be expected...The overall experience was uncomfortable. I wouldnt stop here again.
Hostess was a knockout, all the ladies were beautiful, however, why does it take 45 minutes to change out a keg?service wasnt very good

Wings are good but I disagree that Im only allowed 1 blue cheese at this size for 20 wings. Why are you guys stingy that you charge extra for dipping sauce when it cost over 30 bucks for 20 wings 🤔. No hate but dont be cheap on customers.
Servi e wasnt great food came out at different times we had alcoholic drinks but there was barely any alcohol in them. Food was nasty

Unexpectedly, but they have really great salads! We love their boneless wings and curly fries. The pretzels and beer cheese dip was ok. Beer on tap is nice and cold. Service was really good today!
We had a great experience. The waitress, was very friendly to my kids and when my youngest dropped his chicken strip (untouched, plate had literally just been sat on the table) she instantly said no worries I will go get another. My family and I had a wonderful time and will be visiting again!
Waited at front to be seated and I was not waiting on anyone for 5 min, wanted to get food but waited 15 min and no one came to take my order so I left worst Hooters ever and it was my first time never again!!!!!!!

The food is almost always on point in here and we love coming. We sat at the bar tonight and Chelsea was bartending. Im gonna be honest here if I ever come back and ask whos bartending and they say Chelsea Im just gonna ask for a table. Ive never met a more rude or careless bartender in my life. Oh well. I didnt have to tip because the service was terrible. She saved me money!
Average at best. The interior needs an update bigtime. We added chicken to the nachos appetizer, it still wasnt good. Smoked wings were pretty good. Probably wouldnt eat there again.

I dont know who owns Hooters now, corporate office needs to go back to the way Hooters use to be. The girls had fun at work and you could tell it and they made Hooters a fun place to go. Not as much fun as it use to be.
Terrible service and incomplete order! I ordered a burger and fries with mild wings. I ordered this online and went to pick it up. Came in and there was no acknowledgment from the waitresses or staff. They just kept walking around talking to each other. It was no where near busy btw. When I got the order, there were no tomatoes, lettuce, onion, etc. Who wants a burger with no fixings?! On top of that, I open up the wings and theres no sauce. Just greasy dry wings. This is why they are losing money. Poor excuse for a restaurant.
Good food.Horrible service. Barely acknowledged by our waitress. Came to our table a total of 2 times. After a few drinks asked her for a glass of water so I could sober up. Never came. Asked her 3 more times and never came. Decided to stumble to my car to wait it out and fell on my face. Very dangerous to not even try to sober up your patrons Wont be back to this location

I normally dont do 2 * but I order online for the family and the Wings Are Really Nasty dont taste like wings it seems it was undercooked. I dont blame the driver it someone in the kitchen. Waste of Food And Money. I tried this because a friend revered and trying some thing New Not ordering again
Waitress was new; we wont discredit her. She earned the 2 stars. Menu updated eliminated one of the best features of their restaurant, the all you can eat wings. It was fine; my family ordered something else. Wings were supposed to be 5🌟 heat level and were not. Manager tried to resauce the wings instead of making them fresh which made them very salty. Food wasnt made correctly, so things had to be substituted. I dont blame this on covid. Theyre quality has declined greatly. Huaband said that was the worst experience weve ever had at Hooters!
Look the food is good. Good bar food. The service is just not that good. The waitresses seem to have better time with each other than they paying attention to the customers. Drink was empty almost the entire meal.
Ive had mixed feelings about the restaurant based off a bad experience a few months back but I gave it a second chance and the staff won my respect back. I will definitely be back!
My hubbs n i are regulars waitresses are nice service is fair but slow sometimes my only pet peeve is that the ac is not working cant sit in side its been like this for about 3 to 4 months so we ask the waitresses n manager when there fixin the air they keep sayin next weekend well thatswas 3 months ago ugh ! First of all i love the food. But kendal is such a bad server. She’s so tacky and doesn’t know professionalism. All she thinks is about earning money. Her face is so chaotic to the point that you don’t even wanna eat. Hope she will find solace because she’s so flirty and unprofessional. Im not coming back, don’t eat in here. Their servers are all about who gives good tips. But they don’t care about their customers.

Staff seemed very lazy and doing only minimum to see to customers. Seems to be overall theme in Columbus GA. AC was set to warm temperature. Hope you guys try better in the future.
Service was AMAZING!!!! Kahia was our waiter and she was truly wonderful she was fast with our drinks and our food was delicious, hot, and fresh. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing and she was very friendly and fixed MY mistake and the kitchen quickly got my food out to me, then she came over to check and make sure everything was okay. This Hooters is the BEST Hooters I have been to!!! Amazing service!!!! If you go ask for Kahia she was amazing!! It was just what we needed before we made the drive home to Louisiana.
The lawn crew dosent do a good job. They Brown all the trash into the road instead of cleaning it up. Then they dont even get all the trash out of your parking lotYou shod be getting another crew.

Seemed to be short staffed. Waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. No one else was waiting to be seated as restaurant was not busy, it was about 1pm on a weekday. Food was marginally good, nothing to brag about, and WAY overpriced. My husband an I had 2 entrees, one appetizer and 3 drinks between us and tab was $65. Wont be going back any time soon.

We ordered to go with delivery with Uber Eats to use a promotional offer for $30 which still cost $35 for three people. All we ordered was 6 roasted wings which were dry and flavorless; 8 boneless wings which were very small and cold, a Buffalo chicken sandwich that was good and one order of fries that cost $5.99 which was shocking to see how small of an amount there was for that price. The intent was to share the fries. We were extremely disappointed and felt that the Food was certainly not worth the price. The best thing that came out of our experience was the very pleasant Uber driver.

Horrible service, snotty, short, moody waitresses. Food, if you could eat it. Was way below the bar. Very small amount of people dinning in yet it took 15 mins to take our drink orders and waited just over an hour for the food! Upon arrival, it was cold. All in all? Just a typical night @hooters.

It’s a hooters, so the food should be above average bar food, the beer ice cold and the girls pretty. The food was actually pretty decent, the beer ice cold. But it’s columbus so it can’t be perfect. The girls all could quit something, either quit eating so much or quit doing crack. (The girls were either fat or looked deathly skinny with dark circles under their eyes and acne)The restaurant was fully staffed, there must have been 8 waitresses and it was almost empty. It took waiting for 5 mins to get a water refill or even silverware, also when I asked for something from a waitress that wasn’t mine because mine was probably texting in the back she rolled her eyes and was rude.In conclusion the food is what you’d expect from a hooters pretty goodGirls looked and acted horribly.Two stars
Decent service, I think we had a new waitress, she was off on her timing for checking on our table, but she was friendly and I could tell she was trying. Considering how slow it was when we got their, the food took a long time to get to the table. The food was okay. Not great, not bad, just expected more flavor.
This is the second time this summer that we have done this. My spouse loves the Margaritas and I the beer. We enjoy sitting outside on the balcony and having a few relaxing while talking with old friends. Only issue was my spouse doesnt care to be around smokers and thats where everyone in the restaurant goes to smoke. It didnt bother me but you may want to avoid the balcony if it does you.
I placed a to go order. The server who helped me, Amanda, was super nice and that was a positive experience.So by the time I got home the wings were extremely soggy and rubbery. I expected to lose some of the crispiness with the to go container and steam, but not to the point that it was when I started eating. It makes me question if the wings were even crispy to begin with. Ive had hooters to go in other locations and it was not this soggy. Im wondering if corporate has changed some things over the years that I havent been near a location because my parents in another state have stated their location has gone downhill in terms of food quality and I am just wondering if the story is the same here now to. Also, the prices have definitely increased. I may go back and try a meal in store and see how it is. But Im hesistant.
The waitress erika decided to up her tip by 10.00 without approval.Wrote 10.00 as a tip,checked my account and 20.00 was taken.not worth the trouble or the value.i will not be coming back.

The waitress asked me what side I wanted, and I said curly fries of the choices she gave.The bill comes out and its $5 for a bit of fries added on. I thought it was included! I ask if they can do anything about the misunderstanding.Nope says the managers. CheapskatesWINGSTOP includes curly fries for free as part of their meals, which is what Im used to now. And the wings taste better. Going back there next time.
Seated for dinner with four friends. Waitress did not want anything to do with us. No beers available.. took her 4 times to go back and fourth to see if it was available? Worst part was we were told if we bought desserts she would be cut early... Came up with what looked like shot glasses of chocolate and a waste of money. Never got a water refill and it wasnt even busy. Lastly, the only thing that could save the day the wings... Really good in taste just super small in quantity. Got the 10 piece with fries. Some boneless wings were the size of a dime.Will never go back to a Hooters.

I went to this place and ordered 20 wings and two chicken salads. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I dont know if the regular cooks were off due to Covid 19 but everything was bad. The hot wings had no heat or taste whatsoever just bland. The chicken on the chicken salad was bland also no seasoning. To top it all off everything was cold. I am currently waiting on my refund. I will never visit this place again!!!!
Although it was Christmas Day & crowded we were seated quickly (*5 stars) & the waitress was attentive & very good service (*5 star) the FOOD was awful ! Regardless of regular wings & sliders & fries were tasteless, burnt & salty. Very dissatisfied *1 star.

They were slow to get the food out.The food itself is overpriced for the taste and quality. The fried pickles at other locations are amazing, but at this location the batter is different and they cut the pickles so very thin all you get is a mouth of grease and hard batter. Yuck! I was super bummed and sent them back. The pickle inside had almost withered to nothing. The side of veggies I got came out burnt black on top and the portion size was ridiculously tiny.. especially for the cost. Im just super unimpressed with this location.
It was gross. ordered fried shrimp which arrived soggy from some nasty room temp cole slaw or something which was caked on the bottom. shrimp made me n gf sick. oh and btw this isnt some place called hooties bait n tackle..its hooters, even arrived in a hooters bag. not only do I dislike hooters for other reasons, but I also feel deceived. the restaurants logo shows delicious fresh gulf shrimp. I know we hrs from the gulf but i mean atleast semi fresh, shrimp basket pulls it off and they right across the street. also paid 30 bucks for 24 shrimp but got like 20. idk if that was hooties or the dasher tho. atleast I take solace knowing that if she ate my food then she prob got sick too. will never order this again promise u that.
We were seated shortly after walking in but thats where things went south! Awful servers, took 20 minutes to place a drink order and 45 minutes later to order food. I ordered a salad and it came to the table brown and slimey in some places. A pretty bad experience for my entire party of 7 people. Poor customer service, mediocre food, unpleasent dining experience. Will stick with Wild Wings or Wing Stop in the future.

The air conditioning was broke down and it was 90 plus degrees outside. Only giving one star because the waitress told me the air conditioner has been broke for over 3 months!

Beer is super cold! Lots of tvs to catch whatever sport youre into! Although the guacamole that came with my tacos was brown and had obviously been sitting outBut overall pretty good.
Food and service are always amazing! We frequent this restaurant atleast once a week and it’s the same quality of food and service each and every time. Best wings and chicken tenders in town in our opinion. Awesome team!!
I was not pleased with this establishment. It certainly is no where near the respectful place it used to be. A blonde worker seemed to be flaunting herself to an old guy [ like she was on victory dr]. The bathroom was disgusting! The silverware literally had something dried on it. The food was not good like it used to be. They have went down hill bad! On a brighter note, the manager came over to ask about my experience, and well I wasnt as brutal to her as I am on here. She was very nice.
I love Hooters wings. I havent been in about 10 years and Chase Elliot won at Talladega so I figured, what the heck! Prices were a lot higher than I remember compared to portion size. Our server wasnt attentive but I am a female with two younger girls in tow. Food was delicious though and made for a nice nostalgic dinner. My 12 year old daughter was a tad uncomfortable but she loosened up at the end. Wings were fresh, sauce variety great, little dessert shooters were a hit. This missed the 4 star mark because they were out of several items to include tater tots. Acceptable experience.
My family and I have been going to Hooters in Columbus, GA for 18 years now and have seen a lot of changes, but this last time was horrible. Giving a two star was being generous.First the waitress wasnt very friendly. And the food we ordered came out wrong. It was a 20 piece half hot/medium. The medium was a mild.. very greasy and no taste at all and the hot was half covered in sauce and lots of Grease.. not a good thing to say about the wings at all. We brought it up to the waitress and she said the formula for the wings had been changed and offered to bring me some Hot sauce to dip my wings in, was way hotter then our flavored Hot wings, so we figure they were the medium wings we ordered. Plus we asked our waitress for our check and had to wait 35 mins before she came back around to our table to ask for our check and a Togo box for a second time.Second complaint, the manager was walking the floor and I only saw him speak to ONE customer the whole time and he must had been a regular because waitresses and manager spoke to him... we were there for well over an hour because we were watching a game.I was very disappointed because this has always been my familys favorite place to eat and have even stayed friends with some of our waitresses over the years that use to work at this Hooters.
Im a grub hub delivery driver. Management was good to work with. Very polite and efficient. But the restaurant was dirty especially the entry area, and theyre was no one there to greet anyone. Had it not been the lady I worked with to get my order, this would be an easy 1-2 stars.
Great clean place to eat! Food was excellent we were served with a quickness and our waitress Ragan was very nice and took care of my wife and I along with my baby boy! The place appeared to be spotless and We were very happy with everything! We will be back!
Absolutely worst service. Ordered ranch dressing with dinner. Never received it then asked for it then ignored so asked again and was informed that cost extra. I told her I dont care to bring it. Then as I was eating last bite finally received it. To late I was done but still got charged for it. Then when paid bill with credit card she asked me if it was mine just to make sure. However the other guy at table paid with a debit card that wasnt his or even have his name on it and she took it just fine. 1st and last trip to this Hooters I promise that!!!!
Service was beautiful and super sweet. Whoever cooked my wings must have thought i would just eat anything. The wings must have been sitting there and they just dropped them in the grease and just sent them out. Or the grease must have been dirty. Normally Hooters wings are fresh fluffy and hot but not these. My first time coming to hooters In a actual restaurant and I mean the food was amazing here the girls obviously fine and beautiful as normal like the could work on reaction time a little bit on waiting for people at the door instead of showing people pictures on there phones and standing in corners talking to each other but its cool like if your in the mood to see some beautiful women and eat good food come on down to hooters yall have a good one and a blessed one god bless the United states of America
I normally like coming here, but tonight was NOT one of them. I chose this location for my sons 18th birthday because I thought it would be fun and the food would be good. However, I was wrong. We had a party of 16 and we barley got any attention. I work in the food service industry so I know what is good and bad when it comes to this. Part of the food was cold when brought out and still cold even after getting it remade per the manager. We barley seen our server and even after twice of letting her know it was my sons birthday it took us tracking the server down to getting his birthday moment at this restaurant in which is EXACTLY WHY I chose this establishment. Sorry we werent the group of younger gentlemen that had a birthday at the same time as us and seemed to get ALL the attention.
Joseph was the best and took over when we had a few kitchen issues. He is so personable and very attentive to the customers!
Service is very exceptional and prompt. Server/ Waitress provided outstanding service and we never stopped once while we visited with family to even have to refill drinks. Great job Hooters Crew.

My husband and I love to watch the UFC fights - so we planned a date night and showed up early enough to make sure we got a table. The place was not packed however it was a little busy. The hostess sat us in a six person booth, even though there were plenty of smaller tables available at the time. Whatever, we were glad for the room as we were going to be hanging out for 4-5 hours. Our waitress showed up to get our drink order, we really had not had a chance to look at the menu, so my husband asked for water. I already knew what I wanted but she did not bother to even look my way. After about 10 minutes we get our water, and we are able to place an order. Our drinks and food came out in a decent amount of time, however the wings I ordered, lemon pepper, were absolutely disgusting! Way too much seasoning! I have had these here before and they were great, this time not so much...should have known the evening would go down from here.This UFC fight was one of the biggest of the year so far, so the place got packed pretty fast. We were sitting watching the fight when a hostess comes up and says that the manager is saying that it is now stadium seating, so they were going to set other people in our booth. I am sure you can imagine that this is rather awkward! Especially when we see that the people that they want to sit with us are for decently sized men that are a great deal younger than us. My husband asked if this was going to be the case - why wouldn’t they have sat us in a smaller booth or ask if we would want the bar? The girl is flustered and I guess some seats opened up somewhere else so they sat there. A little later two older gentleman were sat next to us. Obviously conversations are not really good as now all of us are seated next to strangers. My husband and I are trying to enjoy the fight while the two older gentleman are eating. During all of this time we maybe see our waitress once. She does come by to take the other gentleman’s order bring them a drink and what not. We would occasionally see her walk past, with not even a glance to see if maybe we want another drink or a water refill. Keep in mind that my husband and I have been there for now almost 4 hours. The gentleman finish their meal and have to wait a good 30 minutes before they can pay their bill. We still have another hour to go, never get checked on. Nothing. Finally with the last fight of the night I was able to holler at her “check please” as she zooms by our table.This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced! We would have left but the only other establishment to watch the fight would have been Buffalo wild wings and by that time there was no way we would have gotten a seat there. we now know better and will start our evening at BWW for future fight nights.Teach your waitress’ some decent service tips. I guarantee you that we would have tipped a great deal more than a table of four single soldiers! So would have the older gentleman that were seated next to us.
I ordered two meals through Waitr tonight and the food came fast and hot but the chicken had a bad smell to it and it tasted even worse. It seemed like the chicken was either cooked in bad grease or it was double dropped. Even the buffalo sauce couldn’t mask the old feeling to it. I’ve always had good experiences with Hooters so this was very disappointing.
The atmosphere was very delightful very family-friendly Kayla was a very nice person you help with all orders I wish we feeling I drink asking if you need anything. the staff would ask you if you needed anything to which was very nice all the more reason I would come here again to have a meal.
Food was ok. Beer was good. They can only serve 5 pitchers to a single person so for partys plan to split the bill. Service was nice. There was no motor sports playing while i was there but all in all a fairly good experience

Highly disappointed with my experience at this place. I’ve eaten at a different Hooters before and thought the food was amazing but here you could taste the poor quality of food. The boneless chicken strips upset my stomach and I was sick later. I will never go here again.
Worse wings ever I would not feed my dog with them. Pinky size Wings. Also it took them three times to get my bill right. Nasty and not a clean place. If u paid me to eat there I would not go. Wow. Where to start. We were seated quickly. Our server didnt bring us silverware. We asked for it. She replied i will get it when i come back. Finally we flagged down the manager half way through our nacho appetizer. Burger came out, dry, burnt and missing all toppings. Fries were unsalted. The absolute only redemption was the manager who spent more time with us then the server.
Not much to expect from this location. The food good. The service lacks. Not very attentive, even when place is empty. The girls spend a lot of time in a corner on their phones. Even at the bar. Good thing the beer cheese pretzels are awesome.
Tabitha was very attentive my cup did not run Drive and my food was delivered promptly. Unfortunately this isnt the case for most haters but they werent that busy I cant complain about my visit at all The only discrepancy I had with Hooters as they dont do partial appetizers considering that most of their clientele is single men.
My Bride - Michelle - and I enjoy the atmosphere at Hooters. The Wait Staff are nice and friendly. Tried the Daytona boneless wings. Average tasting. The passion fruit teas were tasty. Asia is an awesome person!

If I could give it a 0 I would. They had to redo my husbands sandwich 3 times and by the time they did, all of the other food was cold. The order wasnt right to begin with. We placed a to go order and they told us it went to a call center before they got it. I have to say, thats an excuse Ive never heard before. My wings were cold, the onion rings were cold and the pretzel and cheese dip was the nasty, cheap nacho cheese you get at a drive in movie.
I try to hit a Hooters in most cities I visit, especially during football season. I went in for Thursday Night Football, and it was packed. The service was great, despite the crowd. The food was disappointing. I had buffalo shrimp, wings, and fries. The wings tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Nice cold beer though..........
Cute waitress, she was pregnant.Food slow but good.Sad to say our 6 month prego server was the pretties one there.Lot of old and young biker looking guys as customers.Last time there.
Ordered online, had to walk thru the restaurant to pick up my order. You couldnt my any changes to items on the app, like no mayo. The Texas cheese was messy, but it tasted good. Lots of variety on the kids menu.
Wings were terrible and that’s a compliment! I asked for extra crispy, mild. I don’t even think they put sauce on it. I didn’t even finish it. Won’t eat there again a total waste of time and money.
I love the food. Servers are friendly. I went for lunch on mothers day. I did not feel like waiting forever some place else. They gave me a free mothers day meal. Nice
Service was horrible, greeted property but no service, Lyric (the waitress) forgot about us and after 15 minutes we stood up and left. Went to Texas Road House and had me a steak. Will not go ever again to Hooters.
Ordered the shrimp platter with garlic parmesan sauce batter, onion rings with ranch and a yuengling(beer). The beer was good enough to have seconds but ranch was watery, the onion rings were okay.....same to say about the shrimp....if tht, really just okay I guess!They switch shifts and I asked for a lemon drop! Not only was it watered down, but the second shift lacked in attention to the females and families in this location!
This place has had a little remodeling a couple years ago, ever since, the quality of the service has got noticeably better. They still have the same food and drinks as any other hooters tho and no local specials. Usually there is no wait to get seated but on certain holidays, its jam packed.
I went there once with my sons and the waitress we had was not friendly at all. She acted like she was too good to serve us. Too bad because I usually leave a $20 tip for waitresses, I just left her $5.
This location has great food and service consistently. Ive never had a bad meal or a bad visit. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. I love bottomless wings on Wednesday.
Our food was good, even though it took forever to get it, and no they were not busy. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and when it came there was no chicken with it, took another 6-8 minutes to get my grilled chicken. Was very disappointed in the service. Dont think we will go back.
We just left from here. We have taken our boys every year for their birthday. The waitress got our order wrong, came by 1 time to check on us and never did anything for our sons birthday after I made her aware,No singing,no balloons, Nothing! We sat and waited on our check for 35 minutes after finishing our meal. She and all of the other waitresses were sitting in the front talking. They just screwed up our 12 years of tradition. Thanks a lot!

It took 45 minutes for a chicken salad, then when it came out, it had NO chicken on it. Sent it back, took anther 15 minutes. It had the smallest 3 pieces of chicken on it.
Nothing super special about this one. The food was not bad but I do think baffalo wild wings or Dixie Wings have better wings. The one nice thing was we went their around lunch time on Saturday and we didnt have to wait to be seated. Food came out fast as well.
Food is sub par and overpriced, service is forgetful and slow even when the place isnt busy. Dont even bother going there to watch a hockey game either, because I had to ask nearly 10 times to get it on a TV and by that time the game was halfway through.
The place was a very great environment. Everyone was really nice. Especially my server Abby. I hope I didnt spell the wrong Abby or Abbey. But you wont find any server as nice as her. So big props

The food is off the chainBest BYOB (burger) It isnt just about the Hooters girls anymore. Its a cool place to go for drinks & appetizers after work or lunch & dinner. They even have great desserts

Service was great, ufc was on ppv, the other guys sitting at the bar were quite friendly, the staff was upbeat, and the food was outstanding. Great location with plenty of high quality tvs and sports on; slightly smaller location so it may get packed from time to time.
The food here always smells amazing. And the workers here are really friendly, they dont just act friendly for tips. They have many TVs on diffrent channels. And the girls here look really nice, if you were looking for that kinda review.
Came for dinner alone. 5 ish on Friday... The place was not really busy, but enough to keep the staff moving. The food was great Sat at the bar. Mariah, my bartender/waitress was nearly perfect. I got fish tacos and onion rings and two beers. Service was fast, the food was great, and Mariah did an excellent job juggling the bar and her customers. Great visit!

Love Hooters here in Columbus. Always a great atmosphere amd the chef always hooks us up with steamed oysters. No better wings on the planet.

The food was mediocre at best, and they were very slow about getting the food out. One of the waitress brought her child to work with her, an tend to the child more than the customer. And the bartender was slow

How do you market for the public to watch NFL playoff games at your establishment yet you dont have the proper staff or manager to cover the demand? The service was slow and terrible, food was disgusting, and the restrooms were overflowing with raw sewage yet there was no our of order signs on either doors! When we got there we told the chick how many were in our party, she said give me a moment and never came back, wth? The waitress kept blaming the bartender for the slow drink service and cooks for the slow food sevice yet never came to our table to ask if we wanted refills or checked to make sure our food was correct before bringing it out to us an hour after it was ordered. (Hmm whos fault was that). It was not at all packed, there were plenty of seats available but no one was getting their food. I hardley ever come to Hooters and definitely will not be coming back! BWW will be my 1st Choice next time.
The fries had way too much salt but my chicken sandwich was excellent. The air conditioning was not working either was very hot.

The food was good (had Baja shrimp tacos) but this is the first Hooters I have been too were the food was better than the service. Our server Kayla was nice enough but the rest of the waitresses in the place all seemed so unfriendly! Not a single one was wearing a smile or made an attempt to be friendly. In the other Hooter establishments Ive patronized the waitresses at the very least know how to fake being happy or friendly. Im pretty sure most of them werent but thats the part of the job they chose. Maybe they hate their jobs. Maybe they hate wearing outfits that make them feel like they are being objectified. Maybe its a generational thing where millenials feel like they dont have to do things a certain way because theyre entitled. I realize in this post #MeToo era women are fed up, standing up, and dont want to be in positions where they are objectified, but whats that have to do with good customer service? The only smile I saw were from the greeter at the front when you walked in and from our server Kayla. Even when new people walked in, when waitresses yelled Welcome to Hooters! it was a yell with no smile or emotional reaction. I just recently moved here but I cant say I will come back to this restaurant.

There wing are good...Not sure why bone-in cost more than boneless, or why a small blttle of angry orchard is $8, or why a drink that is advertised as pink was served orange TWICE...but there Cajun rub is awesome!!
There was a bug in my sauce and while I appreciate that Management handled the mistake and I had no bill, it doesnt change the fact that there was a bug in my food. After this, I hope they do a deep clean and have the kitchen checked over.
First time coming to this location. Food was ok and alcohol beverages were made perfectly.
Apetiezers took longer time arrive than the main course itself. The first time I tried fish tacos, but I can assume this is not how it should taste. Service was slow too.
Fries were not hot. Food was average The young lady who served us was very nice. Great to watch games.

My wife and I was seated and forgotten. 20 minutes of sitting with no Beverages , not even a Menu. Seated and Forgotten! How is that even possible sitting across from the Host area while making Eye Contact with employees. (Under staffed, poorly trained and Bad attitudes. .That how it this happens).
We waited 10 min got a drink from one girl and ordered pickles ...excuse of shift change..second girl giggled and it was shift change, sorry ,now 20 min.... 3rd girl actually waited on us 25 min into waiting..food came out first...had to reorder appetizer ....the folks right beside us didn’t wait on shift change at all...I’m very dissatisfied ....never had this bad service here not even during a big football event.....

Been a regular there for last couple weeks, and have found the waitresses jasmine, Natalie, and halley are great and always took great care of my party, even if the place was packed. The wings and burgers are great and well priced.
The food was pretty good. The service was terrible. None of the waitresses were doing anything but sitting at a table. Burgers were burnt. The only time I noticed the waitresses doing anything was when the manager came out.
Poor employees working in the heat. Not a good idea to dine in with hot wings and hot air. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING!!!!
All you can eat Mondays with the whole family, lots of friendly waitstaff, great with kids and always attentive... great drink specials and the all you can eat keeps us coming back every week!

Great time! Stopped by on the way to Birmingham for one and had to stay for more! The bartender was awesome!! On Point, funny, and beautiful! Next time Im passing through Ill surely be stopping by!

I was pretty much ignored when I went in to pick up a togo order. Place was almost empty, but staff saw me when I went to the bar but they didnt bother acknowledging me for over 5 minutes.

I asked for a rum runner and showed them the ingredients , I then watched the bartender shuffle through various ingredients as if she was blind folded shrugging her shoulders ..... Our server was too busy flirting with my husband to get our order right. She even had the nerve to bring him a refill and never brought me one and I was the one with the empty glass.

I was here 3 yrs ago when my son graduated from boot camp...We had a party of 8...waited for drinks over an hour for food then the food was wrong over cooked and nasty we didnt even eat it....Me and my husband just moved here so he thought he would try it again since its been year...once again poor service..long waiting time on food and wings were dry....we love Hooters always have....never had a problem in fl or nc...maybe they can come train all of you
I give this Hooters, & their management a zero.... negative number if I could.Came and & was seated by a rail thin hostess who looked like a heroin addict with vacant eyes and zero personality. Was seated in a back area against a 5 high wall in a regular height table and couldnt see over it at all - and Im 6 tall. Got to stare at a wall or out the window.... after all, thats what people come to Hooters for, right. Ordered a drink, wings, fries and a side salad.... sat & waited.... my drink came out... waitress was friendly, smiling... sat & waited (looking at the wall, & out the window at the darkness)... salad didnt come out until the wings and fries did... I mean. really?!!!Hey, managers.... put HI-TOP TABLES against the wall in the back. People arent coming to Hooters to be put in a hole.... the view is your trademark! Left my glasses. Called two days later and hostess said she could still see them on the bar. Said she would put them in the managers office with a note. Swung by the pick them up. No glasses. Called twice and manager who was clueless said other manager Nicole would definitely call me back. No call.

Was here for promotion for fathers day and was trying to get a free boneless wing promotion for buying 10 wings get ten for free and the hostess said I could do for to go and later the manager threaten to not honor the deal if I didnt dine in which clearly was not advertised nor stated in app or a sign at bar shame on this establishment to treat a iraq army veteran likes this bad customer service although my waitress was awesome

I understand regulars are regulars, doesn’t mean you leave other guests for over 30 mins without attending to them at all.

2022-06-25Online order for pickup. That went very well. Food, however, is not hitting it out of the park. Meat was on the far side of well-done small patty with a thin smattering of out of a bag shredded cheese and none of the carmelized onions at all. Bland, slightly undercooked curly fries. Other orders for my family missing items or wrong one sent. Efficient service, thoughtful packaging and generous condiments keep this from being fewer stars.

2021-01-09I travele here , this Hooters is the spot for me when I am in town. However, EXTRA SAUCE is EXTRA MONEY but the server isnt always CLEAR. I will remeber or try to remember that I dont want EXTRA SAUCE. HOWEVER if yall ask me Ranch or Blue Chz without mentioning an upcharge I will request for it to be removed from my bill.The food is always absolutely delicious. The chicken is absolutely delicious. The dessert is absolutely delicious. The service is always absolutely amazing.However , please stop talking around us , it honestly sounded like the server was talking about us and another server had to explain to HER why we was using hand sanitizer every 5 min. You should never speak about customers around other customers especially when we are eating. Just walk away and speak somewhere. It honestly felt as if youre talking about us and even if you werent its rude to speak about anyone else around other customers.I will be back 💯🔥 Dope restaurant

2022-03-13It was a little crowded, that was to be expected. However, beer was warm, and 0ne of my friends dinner never arrived. So, 4of us ate dinner, and the 5th just watched us eat. The so called manager kept avoiding us and when asked to change the tv closest to us to another channel, he kept giving excuses and then avoided us all together. We could have easily spent $200, but decided to pay for our dinners and left. To me it was a waste of time. Never again.
