Extremely slow service. Waitress very un attentive. Took 2 hours to get wings and our lunch. Asked for something to be removed and cancelled. She said ok never came back with the check and the other food came out. Then she took another 15 minutes fixing the check. To only charge on two checks.
Wow. Just nasty...look at restroom pics. Our server was ok. I understand being understaffed..my hands were dirty..so I decided to wash my hands. Lord almighty.Looked liked a tornado hit the place. Smell of urine, trash all over the place. Rest rooms hadnt been cleaned all day. Geez. Service was slow...as it is at all Hooters. Food was ok. Just disgusted by restaurants overall appearance. No mopping at all.
We LOVE Hooters and dont have one anywhere near where we live. We stopped at the Duluth Hooters while in the area. It was awful 😖We sat there waiting for our food while 3 other tables came in, ordered, and received their meals. The place was probably 15% full, at most. The staff seemed unmotivated and not invested in their jobs. My husband asked for the manager and asked him why we still hadnt received our food. The manager asked our server and her response was I dont know. I dont work in the kitchen. She stated that twice! During this conversation, people in a nearby booth suddenly sprang from their seats as a massive cockroach was crawling up the wall from under their table!! They had a sleeping infant in his car seat and they were rightfully grossed out! The manager was standing right there and did nothing to compensate them before they left. Our food eventually came out but our stomachs were turned from the experience. We had a 2 hour drive home and will never EVER go back to that Hooters location.
This location is gone down the hill for a while now. Cold wings soggy’ charge to switch the dressings’ crowd is totally different. Really sad. Service is hit or miss. Might go to the mallOf ga location or Lawrenceville. Food quality very low ‘ server not that good anymore.
Ordered Togo food last night 04/27/2021I don’t ever post reviews but I had to take the time. For $36 in Duluth I could’ve eaten ANYWHERE, the French fries were probably the worst I’ve ever eaten and they were literally white. We also got two burgers that were by far the worst burger ever eaten in my life I would’ve rather had McDonald’s. ( and the woman who gave me my food purposely said my girlfriends name to let me know that I was using her card even though we share one lol )
I see why they have low ratings. Terrible customer service I don’t understand why thoses little girls act so jealous of female customers and treat us customers with bad service but I guess misery loves company next time I will let my money speak and not TIP since you waiters like to be haters I will give you good reason to hate me and let my speak louder
Service was good but speed was lacking. Food selection was in poor taste. Ordered a chicken salad was told no lettuce for the salad. Asked for carrots was told no carrots. Ordered a hamburger on a brioche bun and got a Hoagie bun instead. Guess why...no brioche buns. Major food chain restaurant out of food products.Bacon wrapped wings were good.Wait staff was friendly.
Haven’t been in a about two years because the last time I went the food wasn’t good and the service was worse. Went today and it has changed a lot! Amazing food and some of the best service I’ve had since the pandemic started. It seems a lot of places have accepted sub service as the norm but not at this Hooters. Ask for Mandy she was great. My only regret is I hadn’t given it a chance sooner. Back to the great food, great service and great fun that it used to be.
Just stopped in here. We ordered a pitcher & 15 wings.. 8 naked lemon pepper and 7 breaded habanero bbq with an order of fries. Our food took forever, though the restaurant was far from packed, then when it did comeshe brought the habaneros and 3 lemon pepper. We were told that the kitchen did something wrong so they were making 4 more wings for us and our fries. We tried the lemon pepper an they were way to salty so when she returned with the fries we told her we didnt like the lemon pepper so could we change to jerk before they brought the rest of our wings. When she returned she brought 4 jerk wings, didnt even replace the ones we said we didnt like. The jerk wings werent great but we did enjoy the habanero bbq.
I have to give credit to the Manager Nick Perrone. I highly recommend going to this Hooters. He took excellent care of me and my guest. Highly professional, excellent customer service and top of the line treatment for his patrons. In this environment when restaurants are shutting down or employees dont want to work Mr. Perrone is definitely leading the way for change. Hospitality at its finest!!!!!! Go to Hooters Gwinnett Place and ask for Mr. Nick Perrone. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF MY FAMILY!!!!!
I have to pick one star because is the only way I can post the review. But they dont deserve it. The service sucks. Took 25 minutes before someone can take my order. My first and last time at this place. Really bad experience. And by the way I have to to go back today because they charging me twice 😒 🙄
2/3 of the order was correct, properly prepared, order was ready very quickly, the people at the restaurant were pleasant. There was an issue with delivery, but that was more the website, not the restaurant. Everybody is shorthanded right now & thats understood, but even the food that was correct just wasnt all that tasty.
Not a good place to eat. Also; we ordered some wings from this place last night and felt horrible the following morning. I’m not sure if the wings were under cooked or there was some cross contamination but I don’t recommend this place. I added the picture because I don’t want them to say I didn’t order from here.
Omfg. This is the greatest food ever. Had the Philly..and lots of tots..and two mixed drinks..Im so in love now !! Best food .. and best service. Mia was so patient with us. Made great suggestions.. and excellent service. She was on point with everything!!! I definitely and I do mean definitely try this place..
The bartender was on her phone the entire time I was there. Why is the manager allowing this? When a single person sits at the bar it is nice if the bartender says few words occasionally. There where 4 guys and 1 girl all sitting alone and everyone had to call out to her for something. Just sat on the cooler and texted. I always thought that they promote the best servers to be bartenders, I am afraid to return and sit at a table. Wont be back to this location.
I never do a review i am a server myself so i know the life but tonight we came to celebrate my sons birthday a server sat us and left then 2 other servers asked us if we sat ourselves i said no..it does say up front please wait to be seated...so we sat there for like 15 minutes no help....i have never had bad service here until today...dang i wont be back after today....
I’m sitting here with my family as I type this review. SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We have been sitting here for a hour we got our drinks 10 mins after sitting down now a hour is here our server has yet to check on us,see if we need refills or anything. We only stopped by because we’re on the road. Didn’t offer anything for the longggg wait ! But yet and still she’s running around playing and sliding up and down the wall ! Just poor customer service . I was a server for 8 yrs and this is just horrible!!!!!!! We have kids here with us ! Drinks are currently watered down .
I went to watch the Fury fight and expected slow service. It was a busy night, and the servers did a great job. I ordered a cheese steak sandwich that tasted like it was scraped off the bottom of an oil pan. My lemon pepper chicken wings were not any better, and Hooters always has good wings. Learned a lesson, do not eat there on a fight night!
First, its been a LONG time since Ive been in a Hooters restaurant.Im glad this restaurant was open because it was worth the visit!My wife and I split the tater tot appetizer, then had salads and 2 different types of wings.Chelsea (apologies if I misspelled it), was a great server. Very informative, friendly, and her many visits to check on us, were appreciated.Take some time and find this location.... its worth it!UPDATE: They no longer have Guinness on tap....NOT GOOD!
I definitely feel like they need to 1. More staff. 2. They need to retrain most if not all staff members. The host was rude and sat two parties that came in after us first. I dont know about the rest, but I expect good service at any dinning establishment or anywhere I spend $$. Customer service is important in any business. Especially if you want them to be returning customers.
Waited for 45 minutes for service. I walked to the bar ordered my beer waited another 15 minutes. I understand it’s busy but acknowledge your table. My friend ordered Michelob ultra and never received them. They said there kitchen closed at 11pm when they actually close at 12am on a Saturday. If you come here on main events be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour, or not get served at all.
We were seated quite fast, once we sat down we waited for almost 10 min before the waitress asked us what drinks we wanted. Once we had our food the waitress didn’t bother to check on us or ask us if we needed anything else until the very end when she asked us if we were ready for our check. Even to pick up the method of payment she took awhile, her manager noticed and had to call her over to attend us. The food wasn’t bad the service could’ve just been better.
Interesting experience at this location today. They apparently are closed at 9pm now on Saturdays. We didn’t know. We walk in and the hostess greets us, appearing interrupted, at 8:28pm with “We’re not seating any more, we close at 9”.We leave then wondered if we could order to go. Went back asked, she had to check. Cleared. We order to go but it won’t be ready until about 9/9:05 so we ask if we can have a drink in the interim. We sit at the bar. She walks over to the bar to make sure the bartender know we are not to order food while seated. All while eyeing me and offering a fake smile.Bartender walks over and ask “y’all order your food to go yet?” This is a management problem.Despicable.
Sat at the bar on Saturday night just before 7pm. Restaurant wasnt busy, maybe 10 guests in the place, but it still took the bartender 15 mins to get my drink order. 10 mins later she started pouring my drink and asked if I wanted food. I said yes and told her my order of 6 smoked wings and a salad. Tool another 15 mins to get the salad a d when the wings came they looked and tasted fried instead of smoked. After finishing the food I was basically ignored, drink never replenished and had to ask for my check which took another 20 mins. Bartender seemed unenthusiastic. I dont know if its the current state of things in todays world that had the place off its game or what but this was an underwhelming experience. I may wait a long while before coming back.
Waited at the host stand for about 10 minutes (maybe only 4 tables max in there and a couple guys at the bar) I thought I was cutting someone and they said, no we have just been waiting on someone. The host comes up, sits down and points to say you can go there and you can go there and the QR code is on the table! We asked for the game to be turned on several times. Our food did come out quick but then we lost our server! I asked for my bill to be split and the wrong amounts were put on the two cards after me repeating it. I get home and go online and realized I’ve been overcharged. Still tipped but not a good place to dine and watch the game. One more thing, when I walked in to pay after waiting for my server to return, no one knew who my server was but was serving next to her all night.
My second trip. I gave them a chance because we all have bad days. Standing at please wait to be seated sign for 20+ minuets I’m sure it wasn’t a bad day. Just poor staffing & management issue.Hopefully someone will read the review and attempt to fix staffing problem.
Where to start,So I took my family out for my uncles 60th birthday and the experience was nothing I would want to come back to. First of the food is overrated and very overpriced. The waitresses act like they didn’t even wanna be there. And even though there’s a pandemic and there’s half the compassionate our food still took over an hour before it even got brought out to us. I guess the only thing that I can say that was OK was the trainer waitress tried to make things better with a 10% discount and a birthday cake slice for my uncle.
We were very disappointed. We asked for a low table with chairs and was seated in a corner. We were mostly forgotten about. My fries were cold when I got my order. After an extended time without the server checking on us, she finally made her way to our table. I asked for hot fries. When they eventually were brought to the table, they were also cold. NOT HAPPY!
Went to another location months ago and had an amazing experience. This location on pleasant hill I don’t know how the hell they are still open. To start we waited 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. The margaritas had 0 alcohol. We asked if they can fix the drink or at least give us a shot we were told the margaritas are “mainly juice”. Secondly I order a Buffalo platter my food was fold and my fries tasted like they have been put the the microwave. Your best bet is to right next door to Chili’s. The service is fast and food is consistent. Never coming back!!!!!!!!!!
I got the spicy garlic wings which said on the menu had 5 flames but nothing bout it was spicy. The flavor was there the heat was not. Our servicer was a young lady by the name of Jada or something like that she was ok. Felt like she was rushing us the place wasnt even busy so we didnt understand why the rush. On top of that 2 young ladies *they work there* one was polishing her white shoes was having a conversation the reason why Im talking bout them is because the one who was polishing her shoes said to the other one b*tch, shut the f*ck up and they both started laughing. Very unprofessional
Arrived around 8:30p hostess told us 10 minute wait. (Party of 3) Several moments later she told the next guest the wait would be an hour. After waiting 30 minutes we decided we would just sit at an empty table and flag a server down. Sayana was great, very friendly and attentive to our order. However we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. We watched several couples who were seated 45 minutes after we sat down receive their food well ahead of us. It is clear this location lacks efficient Management. Ill make the drive to mall of ga location before returning here.
We stopped by on September 12 at 6:30 pm and this place was beyond filthy. The floor was sticky and extremely dirty. The table that the hostess sat us at was leaning, had sauced smeared finger print stains, the table was dirty. I looked around and the entire restaurant was dirty. It look like they have not mopped in years. This was not a typical “we clean at the end of the night.” They are not cleaning at all at this location. I am calling the health department tomorrow when they open. I know the kitchen got to be nasty as well.
Awesome service!! Chelse was the server and she was awesome!! Working in a restaurant myself I know how crazy it can get trying to fill sauce cups and check on guests. She did it with ease. Melanie was not our server but she was awesome too!! And the cooks made the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve had in a while.
Had the worst service today. The girl took our order and never seen again till we were walking out the door. Everyone needed drinks none were refilled. Asked for napkins. None were given. My husband had to find someone to pay so we could leave after waiting a while after we ate. Foods good but they really need to hire better people.
Idk how this place can be open, we got there and almost all the tables were dirty, but the girls were just standing around talking to each other. We placed our order only to find out our favorite bbq habanero and 911 sauce is no longer on the menu. To top it off we ordered fried shrimp appetizer, a burger and 20 wings and the bill was 130! I think that’s ridiculous for bar food when I could’ve had a steak dinner for less! Only reason I gave two stars because the server was nice. This place has lost its touch and a regular customer. Now I understand why they only had 4 tables on a Wednesday evening.
I hate to be that person, but I really feel like you get quicker service if youre a dude. Maybe the girls think they will tip better? Idk (haha unintended pun) but I met up with two guy friends here and server was totally attentive with them, friendly, and when it came to me she literally asked what do you want? And didnt even give me a confirmation on my order, she just walked away. All i ordered were cheese sticks, something that does not take too long to make, and I saw that people who came in after me were getting their food a lot quicker. Full meals! Food is good though, but the service is meh. (Btw this review isnt based off of just this one visit, Ive been here several times and its always the same. I only ever go when friends ask to meet here.)
Waited for 20 mins to be seated, waitresses walking right by us, not saying ANYTHING? Other waitresses sitting in booths, we are still waiting? Hooers has just gone down hill i did not even eat all the wings. Fiat there sauce is just not as good as the old one. And secound i think they rebreaded some old wings and served them too me. They were terrible. Last time they were at least ok. But they are getting worse. Hooters you used to have my favorite wings. Please get you restaurants in order before its to late.
Edit: They reached out and offered to remedy the issue. They were kind and remorseful. The redo was a much better experience. And we will be back. Thank you Vincent.It wasn’t enough that they forgot items in my $100+ order, but when I got home with the forgotten items I found several fried JALAPEÑO PEPPERS in my fried pickles. More than 1/4 of it was jalapeños. Y’all need to get your employees right. There is no excuse for jalapeños in your pickle bucket. Ridiculous. Won’t be back. Just go somewhere else it isn’t worth the cost.
Called in my order on my way to meet up with friends, the person who took my order said it’d be ready in 25 minutes. My husband walked in the store when the 25 mins were done, and he was told our order wasn’t ready. 20 more minutes passed and then a different girl says our order wasn’t placed? My husband informed the new person helping him out that the previous girl had told her our order wasn’t ready and to wait a couple mins but wasn’t told our order wasn’t there?! He was told there’s nothing they can do and we wasted close to an hour and NO FOOD
The place was pretty clean for and older structure. Of course I waitress was nice/ courteous however I ordered oysters and they were brought to the table after my food. I get that it was her 1st day but it wasnt everyones 1st day... the food was good, fresh, and had a good presentation. Sorry no picture this time...
Horrible service. Our waitress was Kelsey. We had to get up to get our own silverware & ask twice for refills. It was not busy at all & it took 45 minutes or longer to get our food. Only checked on us once when we stopped her for sauce. Finally got sauce once we were done eating. She was quick to bring us our check once we asked for them but took forever to get my change. We visit Atlanta very often but this is the first & last time we ever visit this hooters!! Hope she gets more experience with serving so she can make customers happy!
We decided to try dine in service as it is something we have really missed. The service was wonderful and one of the things that impressed me the most was the kids meal we ordered our daughter. Often when you order Mac and cheese off a kids menu you expect some kraft looking store bought meal. This was real mac and cheese that someone took the time to make. You know when a 4 year old digs in then it is some good food. They took quite a few precautions to protect their workers and their customers. We will for sure be back.
I never thought Id rate a Hooters experience less than a 4 until this Hooters visit. To start off, we had zero problem with the 45-minute wait, but after another hour at the table in which it took 20 minutes just to get a cup of water, this Hooters was going to be different. Ive been to 84 different Hooters over the years, 3-mile island wings and friendly staffs are always on the menu. So after the 2-hour mark, we find out we were assigned a new server who asked if we needed anything...are you kidding me? It was then she said our order was just put in 5 minutes ago...well my friends I could go on forever, but here it is in a nutshell: the manager finally comes out and says our food would be out in 15-20 minutes but he could offer us a 20% discount. I was so angry at this point that I reminded him we had already been there for over 2 hours, it was now past midnight, and we had a 3-hour drive ahead of us. You have to be a complete idiot to offer a 20% discount, so Im sorry, although I have had less than super service before, this would be the very FIRST time I would ever leave a restaurant without eating after more than the first 5 minutes of looking over a menu and realizing you didnt want to dine there. So I told him we could no longer wait and to cancel our order, then I told my wife I would wait in the car cuz Ive never gone off on anyone that handles the food Im going to ingest into my body, but I was close. It was another 20 minutes before I saw my family again because, get this...wait for it...this manager tried to get her to pay for the food even though we were leaving because it was already being prepared. Are you kidding me again? We were at the 2 and a half hour mark, our order wasnt even put in until the 2-hour mark, and he wanted us to pay for something we never got, but then again, this respectful, courteous, and helpful manager did offer us a hefty 20% discount!
The food was good...I had the fried shrimp basket tossed in the buffalo sauce...nicely breaded and they didnt skimp on the sauce. Only complaint was the service was kind of slow, even though the restaurant wasnt busy at the time. But, as always, the scenery was great.
This location has one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. I live less than 3 min away, been here about 5 times and the service is always the same. Came in last Monday night, was seated and ordered a pitcher. Took them 25 minutes to bring us our first pitcher and it was almost empty inside the restaurant. Ordered wings, took 40 minutes to come out. 2nd pitcher took another 30 min to come out. On top of that, the servers look like they all hate their life. Last place on my list to go get a drink.
The food was very good as usual... The service, Not so much :-( Waiter was very indifferent almost seemed annoyed by talking to us. Did not checked on us, had to call her several times just to get drink refills and to ask for the check. Maybe they were understaff however doesnt excuse the lack of attentiveness.
Terrible, terrible service. The bartender, Kayla paid zero attention to my girlfriend and I when we ate at the bar. After 15 minutes She had poured us beer, but didn’t give us menus. We had to ask for a menu from someone next to us. Once prepared, she gave our food to another couple at the bar before they had to tell her it was our order. She delivered our food, which was decent for the establishment, but forgot the sauce we asked for. Also no napkins were provided (in a wings place?).We told Kayla multiple times we were finished but waited another 15 or so minutes for our check. When she finally brought it, it had an extra beer we did not order on it. Good luck getting Kayla’s attention to get the check adjusted! LolI went to find a manager myself who fixed it without as much as an apology for the misring, much less any curiosity about how our experience was.I get it, it’s Hooters, what can you expect? Just half way decent service, honestly. And maybe some napkins?
The ONLY thing half way decent was the service. The food was not good to say the least. Underdone potato products and Im pretty sure I got screwed out of the draft Heineken beer because that was not a Heineken! Should have said something but I will not be back. I honestly think the only thing going for this pain is T and A. Sorry to put it so bluntly but thats really how I feel! You should do better the quality of your food. People deserve better quality ingredients and higher attention to the preparation if theyre going to pay those kind of prices. Theyre not extremely expensive but for what I paid a really walked out feeling like I should never have spent that money. I will not be back! This location or any other because it seems that the quality of their food is consistent wherever you go... Bad!
Did pick up. Customer service was horrendous. Seemed like everyone really didnt want to be there and they let it show. Didnt receive all of my food. The food I did receive was cold even though I showed up on time. First bad experience here. Hope there arent anymore in the future.
Second Hooters today. This one in Duluth was fine, but attention to detail from the kitchen may not be the strong point. Waitress attention was fair, but seem like long times between her checking on my needs. Food was typical but over use of the Old Bay for my taste. Its Hooters, you stop here, you know what your getting.
Was there for a birthday party and the staff was very nice. Our waitress Danielle had a lot of request and with a smile during the entire night took care of and granted every one of our request the food was not that great but they are known for their wings and I did not have wings. This is a place to go to Just for watching the game and having being waited on by great staff
The WORST ever Hooters meal. 55 minutes to get 2 orders of wings. The boneless wings were hard and the regular wings had a funny taste. No silverware in the rolled up napkins. The waitress was extremely slow. We had 2 drinks in 1.5 hours because it took so long to get refills. It was all you can eat wing but we never did get a second serving again because it took so long to make them. We will not go back to the pleasent hill location. This is the second time in a row it was just like this. From now on it will be Mall of Ga Hooters.
Extremely disappointed with this location. I’ve never rated any restaurant at one star. This one deserves just that. With a near empty building, the host ignores my request to sit at an open table. She then walks me to another open table that she preferred. Actually nearly every table was available. Once seated, I waited for around 10 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge that I was in the building. Looking to the opposite side of the dining area, 4 servers stood there chatting it up, as if they were doing us a favor just by being in the building. Two of them even making eye contact during this time. I’m in the area weekly. I’m always on business and don’t have time for subpar service or concerns with sanitation. My time is important. I simply made my exit with no additional attempts at achieving service. The place is filthy. I did see two males laying in a booth asleep. I’m sure they went unnoticed by the staff, that’s nothing less than disgusting. If they’re so comfortable in position that they ignore the customer. I can’t imagine that they worry with hand washing or sanitation either.
Ordered a pick-up order. When we got the order home we were missing items. I called to let them know my husband would be coming back for the items and was hung up on by the manager. When I called back the manager was rude. I work in food so I know stuff happens but there is no excuse for the rude actions of a Manger!
First Impression is my last!!! This isnt new fights being shown at this establishmentThe lack of customer service along with adequate staffingWaited an hour for drinks and food !!! When my food arrived it was cold and my fries were hot. When I requested hot food was told it would be another hour. Cancelled that order needles to say never going back
Bad experience for me. Look for another place if you want good food.Seating was quick when it wasnt busy, but the food took at least half an hour. The curly fries were lukewarm and chewy, definitely frozen. The chicken and beef tasted like they forgot to add salt, which meant flavorless sandwiches, even with wing sauce. The bread was untoasted and soggy. The sweet tea tasted like it was nothing but sugar... a lot of sugar. And all of this for normal restaurant price? Yuck.The only thing worth mentioning are the wings, and even barely; theres better options.Waitress was nice but she forgot to take off the previous customers order from the check, meaning she almost charged me 12$ more.I am not coming back to a Hooters: the food is genuinely dreadful and overpriced.
Absolute the WORST experience I’ve ever had at this location, or any location for that matter.I visited with my family for my birthday dinner tonight. We came in at 7pm, and besides the bar, it was fairly slow. Long story short, from the time we sat down it took 1 hour to get our food! All we kept getting was, “the foods coming up” over and over. I’ve gotten my food way faster when they were slammed.Our server was pleasant overall,but seemed completely oblivious to our frustration.Needless to say, I probably won’t be back to this location.
Slow service and it was not busy. Parts of our orders came out incorrect, but we decided to just roll with it since getting food took so long period One dish took so long the rest of us were done eating. They did comp us for it, but it did not make up for lazy service and sub par food. Had to remind our waitress for drink refills and finally got them a bit before we left . We have been to this location once before and had a similar experience, but thought it might have been just a bad night, that happens sometimes We love going to other Hooters generally, but will never be returning to this location.
Placed an online order at 9:40 and came in at 10 and it wasnt ready. 20 minutes wasnt a problem so I waited at the bar. Waitress was nice and informed be itll be a little longer since they were getting flooded with online and third party orders. I asked for an update on my order at 10:40 and it was ready and bagged. An hour seems like a long time to wait for an online order of 1 burger and 6 wings but I was informed the restaurant was busy so I can understand a bit of a wait however, Id recommend more staff or the pausing function for third party orders if the staff is overwhelmed. Delivery is an excellent option but dont forget the people who drive and come into your restaurant too. At least youre guaranteed the full sale without commission deductions!
For a restaurant that has 5 waitresses, 1 bartender, and a manager, this is a very slow service dining experience. Between the 5 waitresses, there were 15 tables. 2 of which were friends of staff that were not eating or drinking off of the menu. Our waitress couldnt get the orders we told her and only came back to bring the food and the check. I had to ask the bartender to place a to-go order, since the waitress was MIA. My complaint to the manager fell on deaf ears. She acted like she did not care about how displeased I was with service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER WINGS AND BEER! TacoMac is right up the road. I will not be coming back to this sad excuse of a restaurant.
Placed order via app. Arrived for pickup, was told food not ready. 5 mins later Im walking out the door with what I found to be cold, stale food and they forgot the drink for my kids meal. Tried to call up there was left on hold for over 10 mins, called back 3x and no one answered the phone. My money, Groupon and time were all wasted. For my 1st visit to any Hooters, it will definitely be my last
I came with two other people after a concert to grab some food as we were starving. One person came late (got stuck in the parking lot) so my friend and I got started with an appetizer and a drink.We were seated promptly and after a few minutes, our server come over and got our drinks. We placed our appetizer order in shortly after as my other friend was still on the way. Things went downhill from then. Our server was apparently new as she mentioned whilst commenting/complaining about another table just leaving after she had gotten their order and that shes going to get in trouble, etc. I was on the phone with our third person so I didnt hear much, but as much as I can empathize working with the public, there was no need to talk about that to us... Customers who were just seated.It took roughly 20 minutes for our tots appetizer to come, in which time our third person had already arrived. When we got our appetizer, we were asked if we wanted small plates and we said yes. Minutes go by, no plates and no one came to ask if our third person wanted a drink. Some more time goes by... Still nothing. Our server was checking out another table and finally walked by and I was able to ask for plates again and water for our third person. She walked away as I was talking before I could ask if we could place our order... No big, Id just place my order when she comes back with water and plates for us. She never came back. After another 15-20 min, I asked another server that was working a table near us for plates (third time now) and water. It took a few minutes but we finally got both! But again, our server kind of awkwardly walked away so we were unable to place our order. At this point, it was getting pretty late so we thought, whats the point now? At least we were able to enjoy the game. As for the tots, you could taste old oil. Possibly because it was nearing the end of the night? About 5 min til midnight (when they close) our server finally comes to us to ask if we needed anything... I think everyone knows to do not place any orders when the place is about to close so we just asked for checks. Never coming to this location again. I cant comment too much on the food since I didnt even get to eat here, but just based on service... Its just a no go for me.
This was by far the worst service in any place. We constantly had to ask for a waitress for they were either talking with one another or sitting at the tables with regulars. One was on her phone the whole time. She walked around having a conversation and she had an argument as well. Ive visited surrounding hooters but this was by far the worst.
First off, our server Ashley S. was amazing and super kind. She gave us incredible service and was 100% on top of everything! We came in to eat on Monday night 9/24/18. My friend and I both have service dogs and when we were greeted we were asked if we would like to eat on the patio. Assuming it was because of our service dogs, we didnt want to make a fuss about it. Later we changed our minds and asked to be seated inside. I assume the manager is whom came to speak to us about our request. She illegally asked for documentation for our medical equipment and didnt care to read the information card we showed her explaining the laws for the ADA. She then had us seated in a booth, segregated from the other customers. Which is also illegal. She would have known that had she taken the time to inform and educate herself. We chose not to call anymore attention to it due to our medical issues and the effect that stress and confrontation would have on them. We encourage that the company please educate their staff on the rights of those with disabilities and are waiting to hear back. We also hope that this does not continue to be an issue in the future. Came here with my wife Sunday night around 10:00pm. Place was practically empty. We ordered 10 wings breaded in 9-11 sauce, and a burger just meat and cheese only. We waited literally one hour for the food to come out. When our food finally came out, it wasn’t even our order. They brought me naked wings in some kind of sweet sauce, and a burger with an entire garden on it and like 2 lbs of cole slaw on top. So I kindly told the lady it wasn’t our order, she insisted it was. We got up and walked out. I will never walk back into this place ever again. The absolute worst.
Im giving this three stars because the food is good. The management wasnt that great. I had a messed up togo order and the manager offered to discount my next one. When i went to redeem that offer, i was questioned for over 10 minutes and then finally denied. Like hey its no big deal i can afford to pay full price but its just the principle of the whole thing. They offered to right their wrong to appease me and then when i went to cash in, they made me feel like i was petty for even asking.
Service was ok but the food took soooooo long! We had to wait about an hour for it and yet the restaurant had maybe 4 tables. Super slow. The food quality was also just ok. Wings could have been cooked a little longer and when we ordered a drink the cup was full of ice but the drink itself didnt fill the cup. Felt shorted. If youre going just to watch a game you should be fine but if youre looking for an awesome dining experience probably pick somewhere else.
The food was fair, the service was subpar. I watched as my drinks from the bar sat for 10 additional minutes as our waitress restlessly flirted with another patron. If she wasnt flirting, then she was cleaning tables as it was an hour before their scheduled closing time. She got our order wrong twice and there may have been 6 other guests in the entire restaurant. A guy walked by, who i assumed was the manager, asking of our experience and I exclaimed how we were simply waiting for our food, in which he brought right out, only for it to unfortunately still not be correct. Under more busy circumstances, Id be more forgiving, but this type of service was unacceptable.
This Hooters has gone down hill! It looks like a dive bar on the inside, that only regulars go to. Service was terrible. Manager and staff sat in a booth talking to each other or on their phones. My server took over 5 minutes to acknowledge us after we sat. Then, it took a while to get our food. The food was not hot and she got our order wrong. I asked for a to-go box and check; she forgot the box and brought our check. I would not recommend going here, ever! Poor management!
Looks like my initial review was deleted, I wonder why 🤔 anyhoo....We came in 8/12/19 for all you can eat wings roughly 2 hours prior to closing and we were sat up front near the kitchen. We ordered refills on wings that took over 40mins to come out, ended up having to take them home. The kitchen staff was way too busy yelling, CURSING & blasting profane music (which clashed with the music in the dining area). Soooo unprofessional! Fries were cold. Restroom was a mess. Several tables in the restaurant were left dirty during the duration of our visit, including a large table directly next to ours which was very unappealing. The servers were busy sitting down on their phones. The manager either doesn’t care or has zero authority over staff because she did nothing to address the issues. Must be “the norm” at this place. I will NEVER come back here & recommend others to proceed with caution.
Good food. Had the 10piece naked wings with caribbean jerk. Cindy was our waitress and she did excellent.Staff was nice. But they did have a rowdy one that was causing a ruckus and going around to peoples tables. Took them awhile to get her thrown out. Entertaining actually.
Bad service + expensive food + cold food = 2 stars. Food tasted good but 2 beers 10 wings and onion rings for $31 before tip is not a good deal. Service was not good. Waited 10 mins after being seated for service. Ordered drink and food at the same time. Did not come back until i was finished with my meal. Ordered another beer and the check at the same time. Wont be back to this location.
Watched the NCAA Womens Semi-finals. I and my co-workers had a great time. They ordered wings (I had a few) and they were delicious. The vodka martinis were reasonably priced and the snow crab legs I had were outstanding. The fries at Hooters are always excellent. Well be back. Great place to watch sports and chat with friends. Great place for an after work happy hour with work colleagues. The staff is incredibly customer servive focused.
Today I paid for an take out order of 10 breaded wings with sauces and blue cheese on the side. They charged me $.89 for 8-3 inch pieces of celery. The wings flaps and drums had to be the smallest I’ve seen and most of them were not cleaned well, with feathers all over them. I’ve dined here before and was never given anything like this. I will never order to go here again. So disappointed. 😠
I was served basically an entire order of raw breaded chicken. Once I brought it to the restaurant attention, one of the managers in training questioned how long was it that I purchased the wings before I was able to bring them back. The actual manager came out 5 mins later and also seem to question the validly of my statement regarding being served raw meet by the location. He offered to re make the wings and I refused because the customer service lack so much empathy regarding be served the raw meat. I told him to return the money and he seem a little upset, I will never return to that location again and will tell others the same.
This was terrible. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to take our order. She didnt bring our whole order to the table. The nachos were sloppy and just bad. When she checked on our table, she would ask is everything good and before we could answer, she would already be off to the next table. It was just an overall bad experience. I wont be coming back. I could go to many other places with better food and service.
I stopped by the location to grab some grub went in order my usual boneless chicken parmesan garlic rub bit into the chicken & it was rubbery I immediately spit it out given I was hungry the other 5 boneless was cooked perfectly. Make sure ppl you tell the waitress to have your food cook well done... Other than that great craft beer they have on stock.
Placed my order online. Was informed it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes later. Still had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. When I finally recieved it, my wings were still not sauced properly. No sauces were included in my bags at all.
So once I get inside I sit down with me to tell me that theyre not serving anymore the girl looked at me was a Harry Reid reaction and kind of looked at me like I wasnt supposed to be sitting there but I just arrived in the restaurant so they may want to retrain the employees or woman doesnt matter if they have on skimpy shorts or not customer service should come first and she should have better attitude about clients that spend there money like you want them to be there at the location
Very fast service. Our waitress Michelle was super sweet. The only thing I can say is literally right when I left my kids and I all had diarrhea. Like it was horrific. I cant be 100 percent it was them so it is what it is. Other than that I liked it. I would recommend
The only thing that was good was the drink! I ordered a salad and they forgot the cucumbers, the tomatoes on it was bad (mushy) and the lettuce looked a little wilted. When i informed the server she was very nice and took it back but the kitchen just threw cucumbers on top of the old lettuce and mushy tomatoes. I ordered a regular size I received a side salad size. My 1/2 pound of shrimp were baby sized and filthy and were not seasoned. No one cleaned the shrimp, I felt that I wasted my money for the 1st time in a Hooters.
I ordered two house salads online and 12 buffalo shrimp. When I arrived my ordered wasn’t prepared. The girl at the Togo counter didn’t know anything about the order. The kitchen received it and never made it. Then she tells me it will take 4 minutes and I end up being there for 45 minutes waiting and still no food. I DO NIT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
Its not like the Hooters that I remember just seat your self. In recent years now a Male hostess will seat you. The waitress failed to keep up with all her customers in resulting poor service.I can understand seating customers so all waitress can make good tips, unfortunately out each Hooters theyll be only one waitress who will always appreciate her customers no matter how many customers she is tending to shell make you feel like you are her only customers.
Terrible. Service was ridiculously slow. Waitress was clueless. Drinks were watered down. Food delivered late and cold. Had to go to the bar just to get drink service. What can I say thats positive .... Hmmmmm. Convenient location and reasonably clean. DO NOT EAT HERE! Many other local options.
I usually do TOGO because they take forever to bring food out.Came 03/04/2020 i ordered the Hoot Punch,had to send it back I didn’t taste any alcohol. Next I tried another drink with a hint of MT Dew & that was weak. Definitely not the place for drinks or maybe retrain staff how to make them properly. Staff friendly,I’d only return for the food.
We only went here because nothing else was open. The service was good and the girl was friendly, but the food was not good, even for hooters’ standards. The garlic parm wings I got, the sauce smelled like it was expired, and it tasted pretty awful. The drinks had no alcohol in them hardly. I feel like this restaurant is struggling to make margins, because it was only half busy on a Saturday night.
Went there about a week ago with a friend to have dinner. Horrible service. We walked in no one greeted us or sat us down. People kept passing us and just looking at us for like 15 min straight. Still no table or seat and no one speaking to us. They werent busy only had like 6 people in there. Finally went to the bar and asked the waitress there was anybody gonna assist us and she gave this look like I was bothering her. Someone finally came over and sat us. Horrible service. Wings were wayyyyyy too salty. Too salty to even eat. Customer service sucks. Paid $25 for crappy wings and horrible staff. Manager had came out and just looked like he was ready to go. This particular location is a mess. Would not return.
Multiple roaches sighted after receiving our food. After looking around it became clear that there is a roach infestation problem as even more could be seen underneath other occupied tables. Informed the manager on duty and was told they’re “water bugs.” Definitely know what a roach looks like and that’s exactly what they were.
The food was absolutely amazing.The waitress wasnt very attentive to us at all.3 of our party, had to get up and hunt forks to eat with, Get a refill on drinks.. Needless to say her tip wasnt as normal as would be..We was not happy with tvs waitressing. Other waitress in another group had to help us at 1 point.
Very poor experience. I walked in this place on a Monday at 9pm. There were maybe 10 tables seated. Needless to say they were not busy. I was here to get food to go. I ordered 10 boneless wings and paid for them. I was told they would be ready in 15 minutes. I was ok with that and I took a seat. I scrolled social media watching videos and I realized I had been here for a while. I looked at the time and it was about 9:45. I was sitting right by the to go section in plain sight of the to go girl. I asked if she could go check on my order and she stated because she had a foot injury she couldnt go check. But she texted someone on her phone. She said it would be right out. 10 minutes goes by and I asked another girl to go check on my order and if it werent ready then I would just get a refund. She apologized and stated they were backed up. I looked around at the emptiness and then looked at her. She knew what I was doing. I was questioning her excuse. She again stated they were busy. I said well let me get my refund. I turned around and boom... Like magic my food was finally here and it was past 10. I grabbed the bag and talked out the door. I checked the food and the wings were barely covered with sauce and were burnt on a few of them. I said no. Im not paying for these. I went back in and said I just want my money back. Now I paid with a credit card. The girl didnt know how to do a refund. I had to wait 15 more minutes for a manager, who they said was in the back cooking, to come straighten out the problem. Im disappointed in this visit. There was a food delivery guy there as well and he even stated he goes there twice a week and they are always late. He said he was going to stop accepting orders from them.
The hostess was very nice when we came in and were seated, but we sat at the table for 20 minutes or more and no one ever came over to the table. We never got any of our order taken, no drinks, nothing. We ended up leaving. So if youre looking to actually be served and get food at this location, wouldnt recommend.
This is the third time I have had issues with an order from this restaurant via Ubereats. This time they not only sent the wrong order and items but the fries were not cooked all the way and cold... Not too mention I didnt order curly fries. Well, I got them . I ordered all beef sliders and got a mix and its ice cold. We also ordered mild wings with ranch, and extra ranch and celery. none of this was there and the wings are cold.
I will go back to Buford hooters. I went here last night with my son. We were seated right away. It took 40 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order. We put our food order in she came back and said they were out so he changed order. We got the food in ample time but waited 30 minutes for check because she stated she was cleaning up so she could leave fast. That was horrible customer service. And on the check they were going to double charge me. Buford hooters always takes care of me when I go in so I won’t be back. 🙋🏼♀️
The food was made perfectly and the service was great. The problem is they need to change the name of this Hooters. They need to collect the cellulite Hooters. Even the thinnest most attractive female here was overweight.None of these girls should be wearing tight clothing. And the push-up bras really don’t help.
Wings were good. Nachos were messy and cold. Server was nice. It was after 10pm. Very obvious her boyfriend was hanging out in the corner waiting for her to get off. Watched another patron get drunkenly mad and flip over a table and chairs before storming out. Stay classy Gwinnett.
This restaurant is half full /or empty depending on which way you look at things .But lets get this straight I was just told we couldnt be sat because if we did the kitchen would have a chance of backing upWhat lunacy management is in place here .This place will never have to worry about being full or having a line if this how guests are treated.I will have my wings because I Do not want to drive to another establishment as I am with my son ,his girlfriend and there son.But Hear This we will never come back to this location ever again.!!!And I will tell 10 people and I will ask them to tell ten people. .
I was in there on Thursday. It is odd with all the basketball March madness and not one TV was on to this. It was on soccer and lots of sports talk shows. We asked to speak to a manager but no response.Secondly the wings were fatty and just tasted funny.Although our waitress was great and I felt bad for her. She tried to accommodate us but did not get much help from others.
I have been to many Hooters Restaurants around the country and usually enjoy the service and atmosphere. However this particular time I felt like we were dumped off on a server that really didn’t want to be there. We were told by the hostess that we would have one server and then another server showed up. When one of my friends went to the bathroom before we were waited on, he over heard two servers arguing about who was going to serve us. It’s unfortunate because I’m sure that this isn’t always the service that this location has, but I really don’t know.
Place was empty, there was 3 people working and we stood at the please wait to be seated sign where no one acknowledged us. They didnt put in our order for the wings. Took an hour and 40 minutes for two orders 10 PC wings. Server was friendly but entire atmosphere was terrible and food was not great.
This location has horrible time management skills went here on my hour break and waited 40 mins for wings that never came don’t go here they will have you waiting .. then the server go tell me she don’t know how long their go take . The food took way too long to come to us, then when it did come out they brought out a one or two dishes at a time. When my fries came out they were completely cold. They allowed a dog in the restaurant the man let him us the restroom in the of the door, & he did NOT pick up the poop I told the people inside & they did nothing. Me & my family saw a hugh roach crawling on the ceiling & we was done at this point.
Not busy at all when I came in. ordered the blackened shrimp which was suppose to come with guacamole. dish comes out, no guac... when server finally brings quad out, one bite if the stake chip... asked another server to grab my server... by the time fresh chips came, my food was pretty much gone. upon leaving, the hostess and a server where holding themselves up at the hostess desk, chit chatting away, like long lost buds... not even a thank for stopping. two more days in Georgia. this place is close to our hotel... not a chance we will be back!
This review is coming from someone who was a server for 4 years, so I get it. But there’s really no reason why we shouldn’t be greeted with a smile (especially when it’s not busy whatsoever). Okay whatever, maybe having a bad day.First, we were brought the wrong drinks. (Just my boyfriend and I). Okay.....no big deal I guess. But it’s just drinks...just kinda shows how much you listen or pay attention to your guests.Ordered the food. My food came out first. About 6-8 minutes before my boyfriends. Out of respect I waited until his food arrived to began eating (even though he assure it was okay). I still waited. His food finally came. We ate, the food was subpar. Asked for sauce, waited about 7 minutes for that.Never asked how the food was. Never asked if we were satisfied. I don’t know, maybe things are different up here in Atlanta. But basic common courtesy was lacking....heavily. I always loved the Hooters back home in Savannah because the food was amazing and the service was also amazing. The young ladies were cheerful and it was just a fun atmosphere. Didn’t feel that at all here.These girls have to have more than a pretty face....They need better training. Period. Won’t be coming back for subpar service. That’s not what Im paying and tipping for.
This place is slow as it gets and the service is complete crap. Our server Tiffany messed up our order and then forgot about us. Then when we were done she took the plates and proceeded to sweep the floor and clean other tables without bringing the check which we finally had to ask for. When she brought it the prices were all full price for happy hour apps that Apps have been half price. Took forever to get a corrected ticket.
This is the 4 piece boneless wing combo my son received when placing a delivery order through uber eats. My sandwich had nothing on it that was supposed to be on it. My onion rings looked old like they had been sitting in grease for days. I didn’t receive the drinks for the kids meals. The salad looked like old lettuce. It was disgusting. I guess because it was a take out order they didn’t care how it was delivered. Then when I called they tried to blame the Uber driver. Bad business. I will never eat here again. Would not recommend either. If I could give 0 stars I would. People told me not to but I did it anyway.
I have come here a few times and everything was ok, however this time it was not the case. I had a very rude waitress named Kimberly who served me. It would be a great benefit to her to learn to keep her big mouth shut and leave her absurd opinions and comments to herself. The other waitresses have always been polite and remained professional, perhaps they could teach her a thing or two about being a proper waitress.
I ordered online while at work as I knew I would only have to time to drive and pick up order on my 15 minute break. I ordered buffalo shrimp. I set my pick up time to 5:00 and arrived at 5:03. The girl at the front had an attitude as soon as I walked in. She got my food from the back after I paid and when she opened the box there was no sauce on the shrimp. I told her there is no sauce and she went back and forth with me. I was going to take the food but when I took the box they were very cold. Advised her I wanted a refund. She walked off and didnt say anything. Another employee came out and did the refund.
My rating for this place has slowly been going down as I was a usual customer for dine in but now with a newborn baby Ive had been taking out and almost every single time I place a order with them no matter how specific and how many times I repeat my order they some how get wrong. Its coming to the point that I just dont want to place orders there waste of time. Had rated this restaurant one star and after today still the same thing even in person they cant get things right there Im not sure what it is maybe they just need a new manager or a new staff
Customer service is just too bad! Not going there again. After placing order at 10:14, i got my order at 11:35. There was no staff to answer your order queries. Even after getting my order, it was not the same what we order. They gave us boneless with some different sauce. Even after reaching them to provide feedback and give them chance to fix it , they did not had courtesy to contact me. Too bad. Never going there again.
Went to Hooters tonight and sat at the bar. Not the bartenders fault but service was slow. Izzy seemed overwhelmed. After 45 minutes n 2 drinks, inwas still waiting on my food. I ordered the buffalo platter and a side Caesar salad. I couldnt get a salad in 45 minutes. SMH!!! Anyhow, someone who sat at the bar and ordered his food 15min after me, got his chicken sandwich and was surprised to find out it was raw in the middle after he took a couple of bites. Thats when I decided to pay for my 2 drinks and leave.
Management is horrible. manager (a tall older guy) walks around like a zombie. never acknowledges customers. waitress Katy saved the day as I was going to walk out. this place is lacking in leadership big time which trickles down to service. manager needs to be doing something else besides running an establishment like this. a mortuary perhapson a + note....wings were good.
Horrible service. This is the third time going to this location get seated down 20 min later no service. Not even a drink. And then you see people getting seated after you and their order being taken. This so horrible that you can’t even go in and receive food. And it’s the type service I receive at this location only. So not sure if the servers don’t want to work or just refuse to serve some customers. Which honestly I find disrespectful either way.
Im a guy who loves beautiful women... So, do I need to say more. Oh, the wings in this place are to die for.... I think the wings are even better than the pretty ladies!!! And they always have hot babes there!!!! So, if you have never had Hooters wings you are an underprivileged child of God! They also have a pretty decent selection of beer on tap! You definitely get your moneys worth!

2022-02-01I’d give it less than one star if that is possible. My wife and I ordered burgers. Her Cali burger with bacon came with just the meat patty, some wilted lettuce, and an onion. Not to be outdone in the level of “we aim to displease”, my smothered mushroom burger had nothing but a hockey puck on it. I understand times are tough with staff shortages and supply chain issues. A simple phone call to say they were out of stuff would have been great. No problem. But this level of ineptitude or lack of care goes well beyond anything comprehensible. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I sincerely hope the management and staff find different career paths because this is not in their wheelhouse.

2022-01-09It took forever for our food to come and when it did my fries look like scraps. Everyone else’s fries look full and fluffy. Others came after us and got their food before us and the regulars ate two helpings before we received our appetizers. The drinks are weak! Two margaritas taste like juice. When we entered, we were told there would be a fifteen minute wait and the seated the party of 5 behind us before they would let us speak. There were empty tables everywhere. Then they say someone else a party of one that was also behind us at an empty table that was never offered to us. This is the worst it has ever been. No it wasn’t crowded and the weren’t short staffed according to other staff.

It really meant a lot being that I haven’t been out to eat since my wife passed 3 years ago. I look forward to coming back to this location in hopes to be serviced by Erica. 2021-09-28Ordered 10 mild wings, well done, flats only, they told me they don’t do just flats anymore… cool! So I still ordered them when I received my order I went home without checking it…. BIG MISTAKE! I only had 9 wings, they looked raw & I had 7 legs and 2 flats. WOW!!!!! Go to a real wing spot for wings everyone!

2022-06-08This was a somewhat good experience. Obviously, the taste, texture, and juiciness of chicken is subjective based on different taste buds. However, I was expecting a consistent experience with a well done chicken wing meal. The wings definitely needed to stay on the fire for another 5 minutes. I wouldnt have mind waiting, but this definitely wasnt the best meal Ive had here. They need to have the option of well done chicken, or quote unquote juicy

2022-04-15I went to Hooters at Gwinnett and had a horrible experience. My husband and I went there for our Date Night. It was beautiful day so we decided eat outside. As we were walking by the outside seating we noticed how nasty and unclean it was, so we decided to go inside, when we entered , there was no one there to greet us, so we went to the bar. After going to the bar no one ever greeted or acknowledge us. After several minutes of just sitting and waiting for someone to at least give us a menu we decided leave. This is worst experience I have ever had at Hooters!!! I will never recommend this location to anyone I know. What a disappointing experience!!!!

2022-02-17Though the kitchen pushing out the food was incredibly slow, our server Monday night for Valentine’s Day was amazing! Rachel was so sweet and she was absolutely amazing! Wings were amazing too of course!

2022-03-01My husband and I go to this location often the service we received from Ms. Erica a couple weeks ago was refreshing she has great customer service and always has a smile. If you ever go to this location ask for her. My husband and I always have a great time especially when you have great service that is the most important thing for us.

2022-03-12Poor customer service. One server or Hooter girl whatever the position is cause work or providing service wasn’t it!! I placed an online pick up order, walked in close to the order pick up time with hopes of a quick in and out. Nope!! I’m standing in the foyer with no host, no greeting and one girl walked by looking at me 3 times, nothing or not even a one second from her. 3-5 mins… NOTHING! I literally stood there calling the restaurant from my cell and the bar chick with blonde braids with no level of service offered after I expressed I’ve been waiting this time with no help. No “I apologize” or not even a dang thank you after I paid. I’ve been to this spot a few times and this was definitely not desirable at all! As I waited for her to even address me, 4 girls at the bar rallied doing nothing at the bar. Customer service skills don’t take much or even just common courtesy for someone walking into an establishment that they don’t have to patronize.

2022-06-24This has been the absolute worst experience. We came to this Hooters because literally every other restaurant that was opened after 9pm was packed and there was no where else with any dining availability. My first red flag should have been that this place was still open with only three other tables being waited on while a full staff milled around. Our waitress came to the table with two waters and took our order. That was at 10:40. It is now 12:02am and we have not spoken to another employee until the guy washing the dishes came out to ask us if we had been waiting for a really long time. We told him that we had been waiting for over an hour and never even saw our waitress again and he said that he was sorry, that he had been washing dishes but he would be happy to go back there and make our food for us. Enraged is not even an accurate description. Don’t waste your time at this place. It’s been going downhill for a long time, I’m just sorry we attempted to give it one more shot.
