I LOVE the infrared sauna workout. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Even when I really push myself. It’s never crowded. I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to go at any time. A huge plus! Sometimes I go and just stretch and enjoy the sauna. You can exercise in a room all to yourself, so works perfect for these times.
I love this place. Literally joined a week ago and have been in daily. The staff are super friendly and encouraging which had been really helpful. They are constantly cleaning which puts my mind at ease with everything going on in the world. I just love that I have a place that I can come workout and get a good stretch in. I especially love that I get a sauna all to myself so theres no pressure at all.
I LOVE HOTWORX Sandy Springs! The workouts are amazing and you see results very quickly. The class options are great. And the staff is phenomenal! Always helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. This is the one workout place that I am always excited to go to! Go check them out :)
Joined this gym a few days ago wanting to get in shape for my wedding next year, I’ve only been a few times but I love it! The staff is very friendly thus far and helpful. The most helpful thing for me is the instructional videos being someone Who does not go to the gym regularly just makes the workouts very easy and helpful
Been a member since August. Great workout. At least while everything was functioning. Every single room has a broken machine at this point. Every time I have asked, I’m given some runaround answer about a change in management and how they are in a fight about who has to fix the machines. My advice to people thinking about joining us other than just doing the walk thru, check out all machines. Look at the broken knobs, look at the broken foot pedals, etc. For the sake of all existing members, please ask them to fix these machines before you join. I will happily change my review when everything is finally fixed.
Hopefully next time when I’m having issues at the door with my own code that once I enter the manager on duty would troubleshoot my issue instead of trying to argue.
I came for a free class last year but with my work schedule I just could not commit. Fast forward to COVID-19 and a weight gain of 50 pounds, I needed to get active. I was contacted and went in for another free session. The workouts are amazing and short which is what I need with my busy work schedule. I signed up and am looking forward to losing this weight and getting healthier.
Previously working out at the same club & routine, my body no longer responded to various workouts, no matter how much I tried. I accepted an invitation to visit Hotworx & was hooked from the start. Never knew working out on high degree could be such a hunger within. The staff are attentive & very helpful. A great network avenue also. My journey to shed inches, lbs...gain mental stability 🤔 (more) meet new associates, extend workouts, shed toxins, introduce a newcomer to a metabolic work out is my goal. It works for me, Im HAPPY working out again. Dont knock it till you try it.Thanks Sandy Springs 😎
This establishment is so unprofessional! All they care about is money! They show no appreciation to members. My account was frozen and without notice they charged my bank account during Covid and refuse to issue a refund. They are unsympathetic to financial hardships. They never answer their emails, return phone calls or messages. It took weeks to finally get ahold of someone. Highly disappointed in this establishment. Save your money and go to a gym that actually cares
I have been a member of HOTWORX for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. Staff are always super friendly, encouraging (especially when you don’t feel like working out), and helpful. Also- the manager is always on site, available to answer questions at any point. Definitely recommend this location.
I’ve never been here but they keep putting flyers on my car and it’s getting annoying. i have pulled two off and threw them away in the last hour.
Avoid this location at all costs. The owner couldnt care less about its customers. Charged a wrong amount for my monthly fee and now they are avoiding my calls and online messages after promising a refund that I never received. I have left countless voicemails and online messages and the next step is to go there myself to speak with someone in person. If you choose Hotworx, please choose any location other than this one. Extremely disappointed and glad I cancelled my membership.
I LOVE this gym! Open 24 hours a day so there is no excuse to not do the work! I was down 7 lbs my first week! It’s hot but so good❤️

Love the intensity of the workout! Can get a whole workout in a much shorter time frame. The environment is also great and the staff are super friendly and helpful!
This is a really nice place. Classes are varied and the option to have virtual instructor led workouts while exercising alone is great. The IR technology and 24/7 access can’t be beat.
This place is great! You get 24 hour access to a variety of infrared hot yoga classes that really burn fat. A 45 minute workout is like running 10 miles.
HotWorx in Sandy Springs is fantastic! My husband and I love the owner/staff and the flexibility to do infrared sauna workouts when we can! Great workouts, great people at a great price!
The staff at hot worx is AMAZING. They always are attentive whenever I have questions and have great customer service. By far the best hot worx location I’ve been too hands down. I’m a happy customer. It is always clean and I would recommend any one who wants to try should join!

10/10 recommend! The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating. The fast workouts are perfect for anyone’s work schedule. They are challenging, but are only a maximum 40mins long. The fact that it is open 24/7 is a huge plus. I’ve gone at 4am and felt completely safe due to their limited access door locks, adequate lighting, and surveillance system. The facility itself Is extremely clean and well maintained, which is important since the workouts have you sweating bullets.

2022-08-15Came in for a workout and had an amazing time! It was my first time being there and the staff kindly explained every room and showed me around. When I went in it was extremely clean and once I got out of the sauna, the girl at the front went in to wipe it down. Cleanliness and kindness seem to be a priority! Will be a returning member!

2022-03-10I would definitely recommend this location! The new ownership has definitely improved the entire facility and the vibe. From the time you step into the location, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. If you have any questions or concerns, they are extremely knowledgeable about the workouts and benefits of infrared therapy. The workout was awesome! This team is amazing!

2022-06-11Maybe Ill get my request honored by leaving a review. This location does NOT answer the phone in a timely manner , they do NOT AT ALL return calls to members. They dismiss and ignore them. I am pretty sick and tired of it at this point. Is there a reason why you blatantly TEFUSE to contact me back? After numerous calls? I didnt realize Id have to show up in person as an upset customer to have a conversation. A 2 min call could have rectified a lot.Pretty disgusting to see new management or rather mismanagement handle customers in such a poor manner. Should have known to manage my expectations an not expect for service to get better. I guess they spent all their money on new equipment and is why they are AVOIDING customers and treating them poorly. Understand that doesnt keep them it makes them LEAVE!!! And also qs another member mentioned yes the door codes half work!FED UP!!!

2021-11-14I joined about a month ago and am SO glad I did! The staff are so friendly and I always leave feeling like I had a great workout.If you think you will hate hot exercise - I did too. The infrared though is game-changing and I highly recommend trying it!

2022-03-02The concept is great but the equipment is not commercial grade and things seem to have issues a lot. Also there are quite a few very loud patrons and inside the hotboxes the sounds seem to be amplified so if you’re looking for reasonably quiet yoga experience this is not for you.

2020-12-18After my former gym stopped offering all of my favorite group fitness classes, I decided to give Hotworx a try because a couple of my friends raved about it. I joined in September and have loved it! The flexibility alone is the best. The staff is friendly and the classes are great!

2021-01-07Omg I LOVE hotworx!!! Quit my prior gym to go here because who doesn’t want to burn extra calories and detox while being instructed so you don’t lose focus?! It’s a win win fa me!!! And the Manager here at the sandy springs location is so kind and helpful. It’s always a pleasure seeing her. Love it here highly recommended!!!!!!! It’s so peaceful, your own sauna and you can keep it at any temp you want. AND a mini gym (with everything you need) when you dont feel like being in heat. Ugh love it here!!!!!
