Pulled up at 12:40. 4 employees sitting on curb out back smoking. One stands up and says sorry, but we close at 1 oclock. I said, is it 12:40?, he replies well yeah but we already shut the grill off. we aint had no customers in 45 minutes. Ill bet they were still on the clock sitting out back refusing to cook! Cant even order to go. Ridiculous.
My son was visiting from out of town and they went here to eat last night. My son did not see the absolute CRATER in the parking lot and hit it. Now there is over 1,000.00$ in damages to his car and a very expensive tow truck back home to Murfreesboro. To say that we are livid is an understatement.
Left very much to be desired, food cold, waited an hour, understaffed, waitress doing all she could was very polite. Behind the counter was filthy.

Well the food was ok, the service was terrible, the Restaurant was not clean. The attitudes of the staff was not pleasant at all. There is so many jobs out there in todays environment if you dont like working at Huddle House then quit and go somewhere else. I was told there would be a wait of 15 to 20 minutes, I am good with that but when that time is twice that and then some then it begins to bother me.
First of all it took forever for her to take my order. it was free waffle Wednesday which means you order entree and you get a free waffle which I didnt care whether I got it or not but she brought it anyway and it and my omelette was floating in greece and then when I went to pay she charged me for The waffle anyway and when I called her attention to that her computer conveniently broke down.I dont believe Ill be eating here anymore👎
Who the heck closes at 2? Whats worse, if you close at 2 why were we turned away at 1:45?
The food was mediocre and the standard of service we received was even lower. The waitress was not friendly at all, the order was incorrect, the eggs in my omelet were way over done and the bacon was burnt. It was pretty hot that day, but there was no air conditioning and the rest rooms were not very clean.
If you only give good customer service to white people, I say the whole business is trash! How dare you make people feel uncomfortable because of their skin color! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog! Just horrible!
The food was terrible, the establishment was dirty, and the cook had a very loud conversation voicing his disappointment with not flying the confederate flag. When I looked up, he was staring at me. When I attempted to pay, he said he was the best cook in the county.
Exceptional service and great food. Rest rooms as well as the dining room were spotless and.plenty of supplies. Great parking. Our waitress and the cook checked with us several times to make sure we were doing ok. Will go there everytime we are in Trenton. Overall, the best dining service we have had in many years and we have traveled all over this country.
Im here 3:46 pm saturday Jan 22nd 2022 says there open lights are on theres one car here but the doors are locked nobody answering
I was in Trenton on 7/6/21 and stopped at Huddle House in Trenton, GA. The food was delicious and the building was very clean. The building is an older one but don’t let the look keep you away. Workers were happy and ready to serve
Restrauant appeared dirty. Ladies restroom needed toilet paper in one stall. Paper towel dispenser was jammed. Ordered quickly and it took forever to get our food. Very few customers in the restrauant. Sent waffle back due to it being cold. The butter didnt even start to melt. Omelet and hash browns were also cold and small servings. Worse Huddle House food Ive ever tasted.
Ive called Saturday morning and Sunday morning to order breakfast take .They not answer the phone.
Went there before work. Had to wait 20 min to be seated which was ok. Ordered western omelet with hash browns and waffle. Waffle was the only thing that was good. Even the pepsi was nasty. Service sucked. The cook had on a nasty dirty looking jacket. Her sleeves touching people food. Ill never go back.
Nice southern people. We are from Clinton, Tn, visiting for the weekend at Cloudland Canyon State Park the food was great and the people were nice. Only place open for breakfast lol.
It was friendly service but very slow for not having very many customers and poor quality of food didnt get what I ask for and the person that was with ordered pancakes and sausage got the sausage 10 minutes before the pancake
Ive been coming here for 25 years. Been away for about 7 and came back to visit family. The restaurant is disgusting. Flies everywhere, none of the employees are wearing masks or washing hands or wearing gloves. People randomly coming in through the back door with staff after obviously having just had a meth break. The food was so bad, and took 30 minutes, with only 1 other table in the restaurant. So disappointed. This used to be the place I came to eat and hang out all through my teens, and now its just a garbage diner that makes a truck stop look fancy. Dont waste your time here, youll either catch Covid, get food poisoning, or botulism. Keep driving.

Shorthanded today when we stopped for lunch. Fryers werent working and out of hamburger and chicken. But the food we ordered was great and the one waitress that was working was pleasent and handling everything great.

My experience was entirely wonderful, with the exception of the seasoning of the green beans, which is a personal preference, and no reflection on the food.The cook was personable and polite when answering my questions, and my waitress was prompt, efficient, and friendly.As a former waitress, I know the attitudes of the employees are in direct relationship with the management, because the manager creates the work atmosphere and establishes the acceptable behaviors of the employees; therefore, I can determine the manager is doing a great job with this team.Keep up the good work!
I asked a couple of questions so that I could decide on what I wanted, the waitress placed the order as she answered my questions and then had an attitude when I said I wanted something else! The cook FINALLY came to take our order and we left....all of this took about 30 minutes. We got our food to go and thanks to the cooks hospitality, understanding and customer service.....Im giving 3 stars. (I have yet to eat my food so this is solely based on the experience!)

This place has an old look and smell to it which I liked. Maybe 100 years old. Really Hungry rt now. Ordered good old fashioned buttermilk pancakes. Insides were runny batter. Messed my night up. Was really wanting pancakes. Stuck with coffee only since it ruined my appetite. I was shortly joined by an ant walking across the table. Cant seem to get a refill and waiting on our check is making me ill.
Quick service but I came in at 10pm. BLT on wheat could have used the bacon being drained a bit. Half and half tea was good. Overall good place to have a conversation and quick meal.
Very poor service. Waitress ran out door as we walked in with some people. She was outside over 20 minutes. Im guessing manager finally brought us silverware and asked what our drinks was. Took over 30 minutes to get our food and the manager had to go outside and yell at the waitress to get back inside. Food was not good. Scrambled eggs was overcooked and hash browns was hard. Basically had to beg to get our drinks refilled.
Not a mask in sight!!!! Cook looks like he hasnt seen a shower in a while. Hardly a soul in the place but took 10 minutes to get a menu. Emergency exit has huge padlock on it nobody getting out in a fire. Does this place even have a district manager. Or does the thriving metropolis of Trenton not have a health code for restaurants or a fire marshall
What a great little spot ! The ladies were so friendly and accommodating, and food was good too. After traveling for 2 days from new Jersey to New Orleans, it was nice to just take a break and talk to the locals!
I stopped by September, 12th around 4 or 5PM ro get some waffles. Im been in Montana for a year and cant remember the last time I walked into a Huddle House. Anyways, the service was perfect. The manager, cook, and server were all wonderful!
We sat there for like 2 hours an when we got our food it wasnt what we expected. My friend ordered hash browns with cheese in them an we got them with a piece of cheese thrown on it. Very disappointing. The biscuit she was eating looked dry🤢. The waffle I had was cold when I got it an keep in mind there was one only like 3 or 4 cars there. An the sausage was gross and cold. No what we expected. I would advise not going back to Huddle House unless your are getting lunch or Dinner. Stay away from huddle House of your getting breakfast
Staff and food quality are head and shoulders above any other local restaurant, chain or local. One of the best breakfasts Ive had in years. My order was called in to-go, and ready as soon as I got there, which is more than I can say for any other local restaurant early in the AM hours. Other drive thru places in Trenton usually take 30-40 minutes in the morning.... Yes, I typed drive thru, just to clarify. Employees were very cordial and professional, and not only was my order 100% accurate (also a rarity for most other places in Trenton), the food was even still hot and perfect when I got it home! The dining room could use some renovation, like the HH in Fort Payne received. The grill and cooking area and the rest of the restaurant was clean, but the hood vents keep a lot of smoke inside of the place, and the wallpaper, fixtures, and facilities have seen better days. Still well worth it to take out meals! Staff is awesome and food is supurb. I will be back again soon! Also, props for using non styrofoam trays on take out orders. Thats whats up.
We were very sceptical when we first got here. Weve been sitting here for about 20 minutes to get our food. The waitress is sick and then tried to remember our order without writing it down and got it all wrong. Not happy with the service at all. I shouldve know to listen to my gut instinct instead of my hunger.

Food was ok but the workers and manager gave us a horrible time getting the free kids meals with adult entree purchase, Which is a promo they advertise for out front. They rang in wrong and wouldnt substitute hash browns or eggs instead of the meat since we are vegetarians even though Im pretty sure the meat is more expensive and would save them to substitute hash browns. We said that was fine so we figured wed give the meat to the dog. Then we ordered two sides of eggs for our kids. They never brought the meat and then were only going to give us one free kids meal even though we ordered three adult entrees which was supposed to give us three free kids meals. We didnt give up though and talked to the manager and finally got the kids meals off. What a hassle!!!
The second waitress we had was very friendly, the cook wasnt wearing a uniform, the food was ok but thw Philly cheese steak was pitiful. We enjoy other Huddle House locations but this one is in need of a decor update. The lid of the toilet was also just sitting in the floor.

All 3 times has been horrible. 1st visit I had to refill my own drink twice even though I was the only person there eating. 2nd time they had me wait 45min after my meal because they a problem with the card machine. 3rd time I left because they said we could eat there if we wanted to but we get served for over an hour because of 2 large parties. Place wasnt even full. Go somewhere else.
This is my breakfast place when I come to town . I always order egg whites and they do a great job keeping them white and not greasy, or tasting like the grill.Poor waitress was overwhelmed today because it was so busy and missed a few things.. they made it up to me. Thats great customer service
Very disappointed the last two or three times we have been. Very slow service and not enough help and the help they did have walking out to take smoke breaks when everyone was waiting on things. Dont think Ill be going back
Prime example of a great mess up wouldnt recommend a dog with parvo to eat there just down right s sorry place to eat and I will leave it at that mad at myself for even going there health department is not doing there job or got a buddy in system some were learnt my lesson so hopefully that this will save you some trouble thanks

Our waitress forgot my toast, and said sorry. She then told chef she needed white toast. Next thing, our waitress goes outside and sits in a car with her boyfriend/ husband whatever and was smoking while I was waiting for my road. I got up and asked for my toast. The chef gave it to me. I was nearly done with my breakfast when our waitress decided to come back in. She came over and asked: Is everything ok? I dropped a drive by comment on her and did not leave her a tip..the other waitress I would have hired in a heartbeat if I owned a restaurant. She was very nice apologizing for our bad service..We will never go back to this place.
Server was not nice and said thats how you ordered them. The eggs was almost raw then 2ND time got burned eggs and served that way. Never got his grits. The young person just payed for his food and left because he didnt want to say anything.This world is getting sad.
The mushroom swiss had Bbq sauce for some reason, the omelet was ugly but tasted ok. Service was almost nonexistent. If you order water dont drink it all because the waitress never came back. Price was about we would have paid somewhere else. The last couple of times we have eaten at huddle house the food and the service was definatly lacking but we may have just chosen some bad ones.
Stopped at the Trenton, GA Huddle House on 6-16-2013 after leaving Cloudland Canyon Park. We were greeted by the staff and Melisha, our server, promptly waited on us and took our orders. Our breakfast order was served within 10 minutes. I had the Steak and Egg breakfast combo and it was fantastic. Not Ruths Chris or Flemings steak, but very tender, tasty and cooked to order. My son had the ham and eggs and he was equally pleased.The establishment was clean, the food and service were great and the price was fantastic. I will definitely go back!!
Went in and sit down. Waitress came and asked what to drink, brought it 20 minutes later still has not come back to take food order so I got up and left. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really depends on the time of day I guess that you go. Have been early and service was great, went late and took over a hour to get food, and there were only 3 couples in there! Food has always been good!

Order the chopped steak with gracey tonight the gravey was rotten I had to send it back. The mash potatoes was cold they put them in the microwave to warm them. Trenton GA huddle house is Probably the worst service Ive ever had in my life. absolutely rude and unfriendly. Didnt even get silverware for my meal in the first 10 minutes I was there, had to walk up and grab all the condemints, not impressed one bit.
They used to not answer the phone for call in orders. I reported them and that finally got fixed so we begin eating there again. Now its always something small wrong which is no big deal as long as they fix it and they always have until today. I had a double order of hashbrowns with cheese and onions. One of the 2 had cheese visibly clear and on the other there was clearly no cheese what so ever. I showed the girl working the front and she said oh the sandwich just broke into. It does have cheese on it. And I said no it does not and these are a double order of hashbrowns not a sandwich. So the cook comes over and fusses with me that yes that side has cheese as well as the other so I asked why I could clearly see it on the other side and not this 1. At this point he takes his finger and tries to push it down into the hashbrowns to show me said cheese so I moved the plate back because to me that was very nasty and I walked out. (They could have offered to lay a piece of cheese on top). The girl went and sit down with a costumer and the guy went out to smoke. We will NOT be eating there again anytime soon (until new employees). The girl working had piercings all in her face and the guy had long hair and was just nasty looking. Come on huddle house have some class and make your employees at least look presentable. The older ones that work there are fine and very nice.

Called in a to-go order. When I came to pick it up, everything was correct and hot, and the server was really friendly. The only thing I would suggest is putting gravy in a bowl. Gravy in a to-go box is not conducive to traveling up the mountain. Lol.
Terrible service waited for 10 minutes before anyone even came to my table to wait on me wasnt even greeted when I came through the door the atmosphere was very lazy. Im the only customer here in the restaurant. The tables are full of old food etc etc worse experience Ive ever had here.

Umm place is horrible Cook the toothless lady went outside to smoke cigarette came back in didnt wash hands. the service is terrible yummy i love the taste of cigs on my food lol. When max owned this place it was fine. Now i dont know needs to clean house and get better training for this people .

I live right down the street from the Trenton location and go often during day shift which service is always great stopped in tonight with my family and the service was a little slow due to only 1 server but she was hustling to get everyone my main complaint was the cook he was very rude to the server and making comments about the customers returning orders because every order of eggs that came out were over cooked and hard and just had a piss poor attitude he was going to get smart with my girlfriend but noticed I was standing next to her I will not return if I see him working
Food is what you expect. I wish they would get their app issues worked out. Still cant order online and I went twice and wasnt able to record points because they have electronic problems or dont have knowledge to record.

This place is boo boo. Crusty levels over 9000.Honestly, I even watched some roaches turn down this food. I tried to feed left overs to my dog and he ran away.

2022-05-22A neighborhood place to have breakfast and lunch. We stopped here for breakfast and it was a much better choice over the regular fastfood staples.Waitress was friendly. We were the first ones there when they opened so service was fast. A number of people came in later on so it looks like a popular place.Cuisine is a typical American breakfast. Parking is adequate. The restaurant is small. It may seem a total of 20 or 25 people.

2022-01-15Went to get food on a Saturday a little after lunch time. The doors are locked there is plates of food on the tables where people have ate. No one would answer the phones or come to the door. There are two cars parked around back and one up front. Absolutely P O about this. I will never go back here.

2022-01-30The worst Huddle house I ever been too we order tips mashed potatoes & I ask for a potato did not have. itI ask for green beans did not have it .I ask for a coke and they didnt have it lol wellThey didnt have much and a bum looking guy that could not cook a steak was my steak was burnt too a crisp.......my wife was eggs hash browns baken and toast eggs was not even cooked food cold nasty and the store as nasty!!!! & Ask for a discount not a dime the Trenton ga location

2022-05-24I would say it was a bad experience, except for the fact we didnt actually get to eat here. We went for early breakfast and there were maybe two cars in the parking lot, so not busy. Cool. Trouble was, there were employees behind the counter cooking but the front door was locked. They knew we were there but wouldnt let us in to sit. One person walked out with a plate of food and went straight to their car. When we asked what was going on, They smiled, waved, and drove away.Keep in mind, it was posted that they were open that day and the sign even said open.How is this place even still open at this point?Whats the point in having a restaurant where you refuse to serve customers?Have never, and will not ever eat here. If anyone asks, Ill tell them to steer clear. Ridiculous.

2022-05-25We were in the area on vacation, and Huddle House is usually a nice place to visit. Unfortunately, it was very unpleasant. The coffee cup I was given had food on it, and inside the cup was full of coffee stain. Same with the silverware. Food was OK, actually, but it was hard to enjoy because of the cleanliness issues. When I was checking out, I saw the cook wiping his hands on his blue jeans after handling raw bacon and eggs, and continuing to cook. The spot on his jeans where he was wiping was filthy.The waitress was nice and working hard, btw. However, her shirt was very dirty as well.

2021-09-04Unfortunately this was the only place open for breakfast today near our air bnb. The service was fine, no complaints there! The food was terrible! The fruit was clearly temperature abused. The rest of the food was soaked in grease and had cold spots. Would not recommend.

2022-05-29Disgusting. Overpriced. At one time the Huddle House/Waffle House experience was one of good priced home cooking at a convenience. This location at least never got the memo. Their interpretation is a little like what you would expect from the food from a Kitchen Nightmares episode.

2022-05-11Short staffed. Had to wait for a waitress. Food was meh... hashbrowns were almost raw even though I ordered well done. Omelet had its own problems. But it had the potential to be great if someone could show Cook the secret to making a wonderful work of art!I think Cook was new or untrained. And NO...I dont send my food back! I wouldnt want it to be returned with any number of YUCKINESS attached AND I would rather give praise than to bring embarrassment to hard working folks. Area where employees cook and prepare food was sloppy. This HUDDLE HOUSE has potential BUT THEY MUST GET ADDITIONAL STAFF!GOOD LUCK🤞

2021-05-22Establishment was fairly nasty floors had not been swept ceiling had not been maintained it was dirty ..very loud place. place actually looks old enough that it would need to be torn down and rebuilt but a little cleanliness will go a long way didnt get the order right waitress was very attentive didnt make up for everything else it was wrong
