You’re going to have to be a bit crazy to handle this place but most of us are 🤣 with that being said, there is never a dull moment! Walk into high energy and a handshake then it doesn’t stop until the Coaches say so! You will burn, sweat and laugh your way through any class for sure and leave empowered!! You won’t be able to give up on yourself around them, If I had friends here, I’d definitely pull up with them 💪🏾
