So I have purchased 2 Toyota’s from the dealer and I was ready to do a trade in on my most recent one and I had a horrible experience. So I was wanting to trade in my 2020 rav 4 hybrid for just something smaller and they really thought they could screw me over. They wouldn’t even allow me to walk around the dealership to look at cars they only would pull specific ones up for me and they were way less quality and cheap in comparison to my trade. They were also very pushy and wouldn’t give me my keys back!!!They were trying to cheat me and didn’t think I could look the cars up myself and see that they were literally taking a high quality car of mine and putting me in something almost 20,000 cheaper but wanted to charge me the same payments!! It was ridiculous. the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership . I will never go back to Toyota.On the plus side though that same night I went to the Honda dealer in town and they were amazing!!They let you explore the parking lot and look at cars on your own and will be there to answer any questions that you have and they are super friendly!! They also do not try to cheat you. I ended up getting a new car from the Honda dealer at a fair price and a great trade value!
I am a repeat customer with I-95! I have owed 4 vehicles now from them. I so love my Toyota truck!It has helped me tremendously with building our home and picking up supplies.I recently noticed a squeak on it. When I took it for its 10,000 mile service the service rep Chris Ford jumped in with me (masked up to help social distance ) and rode with me so I could let him hear my squeak.They fixed her right up!I really appreciate it!See you in 5,000 miles for my next free oil change!I love my truck!!!
Fantastic car buying experience. My sales representative, Ms Kayla Frey was knowledgeable and a skill negotiator. And working with Josh the Sales Mgr. we were able to quickly come to an agreement. And now I love driving my 2022 Avalon Touring.I’m only sorry this is the last year Toyota will make the Avalon. It’s a great car at a great price point.I-95 does not Toy Around — Straight shooters.
Bought my first car today and was dreading the hours and hours of signing paperwork and waiting. But i overall had a really good time. Carey Steele helped me find the right car for me. Service department personnel were quick to greet me and were very polite and attentive. I showed up a few minutes early to my appointment. They finished my service in about 20 minutes and it was done completely with no problems. The service department was professional and made me feel like I mattered.
My appointment was for 11 o’clock and my car was taken right away for its 55,000 mile check up. My service person was very professional. I waited for the car. There is a nice area to wait with comfortable chairs and a TV and also private areas. Thinking I waited just over an hour and the service was completed. A very nice experience.
Came in and was greeted quickly by Mr. T Campbell. Looked at what I was wanting and he even got it down some just for one thing it didn’t have that I wanted!!! Loved the banter and was very comfortable with my experience. This is my second time shopping with them and not at all how it was from my prior experience. Chris Ford made our experience amazing! I am passing through from a long road trip, and could not believe the great service. Chris talked to us and was relatable. They do the job and they do it well. JC has been taking care of this Highlander for 6 years and is always helpful and to the point. No one *enjoys* taking their car in for service, but I know that when I bring to i-95 (where it was purchased), it’s going to be taken care of and done with efficiency and honesty.Plus the waiting area is very comfortable and they now have a coffee bar and lunch cafe!
We just bought a new car from Miss Lisa A. Gotta say she’s an awesome sales lady. I was ready to walk out on the deal, but she talked to me and convinced me not to walk out, and she went to bat to get my needs met. I was unfortunately in a situation where my vehicle has broken down one to many times and decided to jump into something new. I was about 3 hours from home and pretty stressed out about my situation. I had my 150lb Mastiff with me, which naturally complicates things.First and foremost; I would like to give the biggest shoutout to Brittany Moses and Christina Rayner. They made this experience for me. They were not only extremely hospitable and knowledgeable on their products, but they ensured my dog was comfortable and taken care of throughout this experience. They were absolute rockstars and I am grateful for their service.The one complaint I have is lack of transparency on vehicle pricing. Luckily a friend of mine is in the business and walked me through each step of the process. Without them, I would have paid more than I should have. The listing price online was almost $5k lower than the price they initially offered me. It felt a bit like false advertising to me. Lack of transparency never makes me leaving a situation feeling good. Though again; Christina and Brittany really saved the day with how they made me feel throughout the entire experience.
We went in to get an appraisal with no expectations of purchasing anything and left with our second vehicle through this dealership. Their sales rep, JB Barbary III, was absolutely fantastic to work with and they offered an unbeatable deal on our trade-in. Looking forward to at least 5 more years of great service.
Went in to see if I could test drive an SUV not expecting to do so with the market being as it is. As I started to walk to the building, Amos came out side and met me before I even got to the door. He was very helpful with the whole process. He mentioned he had a RAV 4 that just came in. I had been looking to buy for a while and ended up being able to leave that day with my new car
Called and spoke to someone about a specific vehicle. They said they would have it ready and on the lot at 9:00am sharp for me as they knew I was on a tune crunch. Showed up for them to tell me they didn’t have the car. One guy said it had been gone for weeks. Another guy said it got pulled from the lot that morning to go to the body shop. They were attempting to lore me in to look at other cars. It was a very big waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
Scheduled my appointment online and the service department handled my car’s regularly scheduled maintenance in a timely and courteous fashion. The waiting area inside had free WiFi and a coffee bar to help pass the time. Very pleased and will be back again when next service is due. Thanks!
I worked with Christine Rayner and she provided excellent service. I ended up purchasing with a different dealership because of the deal that I could not pass. But I recommend anyone to go see her. Regardless of if you purchase or not, she provides excellent hospitality and that is rare.
I use i95 Toyota in Brunswick GA for all of my car’s maintenance needs. Dustin was my service consultant for my latest auto service. He was friendly and efficient in looking up my service needs. i95 Toyota performed the service quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be using this dealer again for my service needs.
Normally I would not be one to leave a bad review. However, my experience at I-95 Toyota has been nothing but awful. When I bought my car, I had asked the sales rep and the shop manager to take care of damage. This was left from the previous owner. I was told that they would repair the damage at no cost to me. However, six months in—calling and asking at every single appointment I brought my car to—nobody reached out to me.I was repeatedly told every time that I called and every time that I went in and spoke to somebody that I would receive a phone call from the person who did interior detailing and repair. I never received this phone call. With that being said the cosigner on my car and I both had to email about this issue. We got it handled in the piece was fixed after almost 7 months.After that any time that my car needed service, I would be scheduled with none other than Sean or CJ. These people are surely wonderful people outside of work. However, their demeanor and their attitude in work—their body language; everything else—says that they don’t wanna be there and they don’t care. They don’t want to service your car. I never walk in. It is always appointments. So why am I made to feel like a bother when you were just doing your job.Other than that, I have recently been told that my brakes need to be replaced. I took my car to another dealership for a second opinion. Not to mention the fact that they aren’t charging an arm and a leg, they are honest. they don’t charge as much. This dealership wants to squeeze it’s clients for all they are worth. With that being said, the dealership I took my car to told me that my brakes aren’t even an issue. All of my brakes are fine. I went and inspected them myself. Save yourself the hassle: do not buy a vehicle here and take your car somewhere else for service. -10/10

My husband works hard; really hard. He’s wanted a Toyota Tacoma for more than a decade but always put that dream on hold in order to put that money towards providing for our family instead. Recently, we moved cross country and decided it was finally the right time to buy him the truck of his dreams.Carey Steele treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire purchase process. As a woman, the unfortunate reality is that my experience at car dealerships has usually included being spoken down to or flat out lied to; that was not even remotely the case with Carey Steele at I-95 Toyota. He always extended the same level of respect to me as he did to my husband and I will absolutely be back when it’s time to buy my children vehicles or to replace my own.Who represents you matters and I-95 Toyota knocked it out of the park when they hired Carey Steele as a sales representative. You might be able to buy a vehicle elsewhere but you’ll only get the Carey Steele level of care at I-95 Toyota of Brunswick.
They are very professional and treat you with a lot of respect. Dont do a lot of waiting around for your appointments and I do like looking at the newest inventory they have . Jason (service writer) is the only person I trust with maintenance on my vehicle. I never feel pressured to purchase unnecessary services and my vehicle is in/out before I know it. The waiting area is always clean and the addition of the screen to see your vehicle’s progress is so helpful. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
I was Harassed for a week and a half about I95 about trading my used car in for a newer one. As I went for my oil change appointment. The female that was suppose to be persuading me into give them my car was twerking at the financial service desk, ate a snack at her desk while I was outside walking around in the pouring rain. No one came to ask if I was okay, or interested in anything. As I sat at the cafe this female decided to take her lunch and ate in front of me. When she figured out who I was she threw her trash away and walked all the way around the store to avoid me. Would not recommend this place at all. I only continued to go because of the free oil changes and because of Elizabeth in sales advisor. If it wasn’t for her I defiantly wouldn’t go.
My salesman is named Carey Steele, he made a what started out as a hectic day a perfect car buying experience. I traveled an hour and a half to this dealership because no dealership close to home had what I wanted, Carey had exactly what I wanted. Will certainly give his information to anyone in need of a car.
Purchased a vehicle on 4/2/2022. From the moment I stepped foot at I-95 Toyota, Mr. Carey was awesome all the way through. I traded my Honda CRV for a Camry TRD. Carey was knowledgeable and very patient with me. I can be indecisive at times and he like I said he was very patient with me. All I can say is that he was awesome sauce through the whole process. I tried to get my husband to get a different color of the car I purchased. That’s how great the customer service there was. 5 stars rating for Mr. Carey
Carey Steele helped me purchase a vintage 2008 Avalon that spent its entire life at I-95; purchased there, serviced there, sold there. At 142k miles, running strong as I drove it 350 miles home. Carey went the extra mile by picking me up at the airport, buying me lunch at the I-95 cafe...thanks, Sarah ... and fixing a slight alignment problem. Purchase of a new 4Runner.Lisa Anderson and Alex Elliott did an outstanding job with assisting my wife and myself with the purchase of a new 4Runner.Both members of the sales department listened intently and took quality notes of our must-haves, no-gos, and even paint colors we didnt want. At no time did we feel pressured in leaving with a vehicle we didnt want or need.This is the closest thing to a retail style transaction I have ever experienced at a car dealership.Communications were on-point. With an all time high demand for cars, difficulty in inventory, and an unprecedented amount of waits for everything from any manufacturer the expectations were far exceed.Many dealerships are being limited to what manufactures will allocate based on regional sales so many times custom orders are few and far between. Not only did we get more than we asked for (third row, all options, and a great color) we didnt have to wait more than 3 weeks after we put the deposit down.The sales processes moves to the financing and paperwork finalization. This is all digital with simple explanations. They even take no for an answer. 200k mile coverage is included but there is a whole menu to choose from and to any flavor of your liking.All while this process is going on, Lisa interacted and kept an eye out for our daughter while she played, colored, and was able to just be a kid.When it was all signed Lisa helped us move over our belongings and double check we had everything.Be patient if youre looking for *that* perfect car. It may come on allocation, the dealer may have to trade inventory to get it for you. Alex and I95 WILL work with you. On our way out Alex and Lisa got my wish list for the all so elusive GR86 and were going to start the hunt.I have no doubts or reservation on coming back to I95 Toyota.The facility is clean, neat, and orderly. Think nice hotel. The bathrooms are clean, mens smelled like orange sherbert ice cream. During operating hours there is a Cafe, but there is a Coke machine and vending machine. The service area reception is spotless. Overall, we were impressed.
Where do I start! I arrived at I95 Toyota today with the feeling I would not leave empty handed! My car salesman Christine went above & beyond to get me into not only the vehicle I was looking for BUT something way better than what I actually came in for.Christine made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process & even made my favorite iced coffee while waiting for everything to be processed😊.Oh & Christine also made sure to help me set up my bluetooth so that i could enjoy my music before i left the lot💜 Im in love with my 2019 Toyota Highlander & I definitely believe I made the right choice purchasing my vehicle today at I95 Toyota!!

My wife and I spent some time at I -95 Toyota.The car we were interested in was already sold but my what a experience, we met a salesperson Lisa Anderson who was Extremely knowledgeable and just seem to be the kind of person you would love to wait on you when go for such an important purchase.This country girl will make you feel welcome and see that you get every opportunity to get what you need.
I was traveling in the area on business and needed an oil change before traveling back to central Florida. I wasnt able to make an appointment, but the team had my car done in less than an hour! They even washed it before I picked it up! If Im in the area again at oil change time I wont hesitate to bring it to the team at I-95 Toyota of Brunswick!
I let the servicer know that the transmission or differential was making noises unlike my 17 Tacoma and he excused it right away by saying noises were hard to duplicate instead of assuring me they both would be checked. And as promised it was dismissed for those reasons.
As far as making the purchase they are wonderful. However, when it comes down to getting warranty work done, even if you have paid extra for a more inclusive warranty, they love to TOY you around at TOYOTA. (Funny since their new slogan is you don’t get toyed around at Toyota) It has been excruciating to get warranty coverage work done. And of course when you’re upset that you can’t get the work done and they want you to keep bringing it back until your warranty expires and it still never gets fixed… and you are already at wits end… let’s go talk to our extremely rude “service specialist” to get nothing but attitude and salt rubbed into the wound they ripped. All in all… if you use them to buy a vehicle then buy a used one with no warranty and be prepared to fix it on your own or take it to a mechanic because if you buy new you will be doing that with them anyways! EDIT TO ADD DUE TO GM RESPONSE:The vehicle I am concerned about is my brothers vehicle. Which was purchased in 2017. Not my vehicle which was purchased without a warranty.

Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, a Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.
I like going to a place with knowledgeable employees. Heather, in the service department, is always helpful and willing to answer all questions. Over the past year, the work completed on my two Toyota’s has been fine. The waiting area is clean and spacious.I can easily get work accomplished if I have to wait rather than drop off the car. I was surprised to see they sell food too. I’m sure that’s helpful to employees who work there.

I arrived to the I-95 Toyota dealership to checkout there selection of vehicles and Ill tell you that when one of the sales persons by the name of J.B came out to welcome me to the dealership -- the experience was one of the best that I will ever know. And then the level of happiness went from that to excitement real quick
I had just left my bank in a very bad mood, due to another dealership trying to pull a very bad deal over my head. I had to find the perfect car for me, but I was on a time limit. I went to I-95 Toyota in Brunswick, Georgia. I explained to my sales representative (Zachary Leggett) my situation.He was very understanding, and he brightened my day. He spent about 2 hours with me walking back and fourth getting keys to a vehicle that he thought I might like, and then out of the blue he remembered a vehicle that they just got in the day before. He took me to look at it, and instantly, I fell in love with it. I sat down in the drivers seat, and I knew this vehicle was mine.Everyone at I-95 Toyota was extremely nice, and even met me in the middle with what I was asking. They werent pushy, and were completely helpful. They didnt have any hidden fees, and were completely honest with me. I asked them not to run my credit, for I am using my bamk, and they respected my decision.They put new tires on it because it is a used vehicle, I have free oil changes for life, and warranty.The next day my husband went to look at it, and he drove it. He was extremely happy with the service he experienced as well. The papers were signed, and now the vehicle is mine.Thank you Zachary for all your help. I purchased a new 2022 camry for my wife. This is not the first vehicle but the fourth one. Two cars and two trucks. Can not say enough how I have been taken care of all this time. This last one I processed through Zach and he was amazing. I havent had any problems at all and the customer service has always been very friendly. I would recommend anyone needing a car or truck to go there and look around. They are awesome.
Recent visit to I- 95 Toyota went well. I had problems starting my Prius V (2014). I called for an emergency appointment & the receptionist Heidi was very helpful. Once I got the car to the dealership I was told that someone would call me with their findings once a diagnostic was done. Shawn called & explained all the issues involved & the cost factor plus the anticipated time it would be done. Very courteous & helpful.

I can’t recommend sales or service department due to experiences over the last 30+ years.I don’t foresee buying any other vehicle than a Toyota but past experience has taught me to always be on my guard and inspect all work even getting an outside tech to verify that diagnosis was correct or incorrect.Case and point I was told SEVERAL years ago that my 2005 sienna had a Rack and pinion leak and my mothers 2007 Avalon had a transmission leak, to this day neither has required any fluids. These are only a couple examples.Companies typically serve with profit in mind but a company that seeks to serve its community will gain greater monetarily as well as the loyalty of the community its serves.

When I took my vehicle in for service, I was told that it was for an oil change and tire rotation indicating that both were free. However, I was charged $28.92 for the tire rotation. I am on a fixed income and dont always have the extra cash that these people charge. When I bought my vehicle, I was told that the first payment wouldnt be until January 1st. When we signed the contract, it was October 1st. I will never buy anything else here.

I have had nothing but luck with this dealership! the service was great! Talked with a guy named Chris Ford. Really took his time with me and got me good price. He also gave me his full attention without a bunch of interruptions and discussions behind my back. I appreciated that part. Would choose here over Mavis or Good Year for service any day.
This was my second experience with this dealership. My family and I moved from Illinois this past April and needed an oil change when we arrived. Unfortunately the person we had then was not very friendly and made us not want to find a different Toyota dealer, but then we ended up with a nail in our tire and went in last week to have it looked at since its only two min from our home, and we ended up with Chris Ford as our service person. And what a difference he made in our opinion of this dealership. His attitude was amazing. He was helpful and personable and just an awesome guy to talk to. If you need anything done I highly recommend talking to Chris Ford. He is what all customer service personnel should strive to be.
I bought my car from Toyota in 2017 (Brand New) and have been with them ever since! I came in today to have some service work done. My original appointment was for 11:15am, but I called to change it to 9am. When I got here, Chris Ford immediately came out to my car to greet me! Somehow my appointment wasnt changed in the system, but he still was kind and quick! I appreciate that. I would recommend working with Chris!
Recently purchased a Toyota Rav-4 here and I am loving it. The service department is doing an excellent job. Very professional. Super friendly and patient. They dont ignore you, service was busy but knowing that I had an appointment they got my oil change done very quickly also take time to wash my car before handing the key back with the smile on their face. Seems like this dealership treats their employees very well, because this is reflects on their attitude towards to the customers. Great job. Thank you very much!

Bad service when concerning warranty work. We purchased a vehicle brand new off the lot that had and still has an issue.( Fuel Leak) We have taken the vehicle in to the dealership multiple times regarding this issue and nothing was done. The vehicle is now back at the dealership regarding the same issue, but now with expired warranty. One would expect the dealership to fix the vehicle due to the fact that is was brought in for the same issue while well within warranty, but I was informed by my service advisor that there are no records of the vehicles previous visits regarding this issue. We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership( more than five). Since we are a multi time customer, one would expect them to help us out. But they have refused.

Great service department! They always strive to get me in and out in a timely manner. If there are any delays, they let me know about it. Shawn is my regular service advisor and is always honest with me and keeps me informed about what I need for any upcoming services. Everyone here is always friendly and inviting.
I bought my Toyota Highlander there and the buying experience was super easy and I got a great deal. I also get my services done there and it’s always a good experience plus I get free oil changes and car washes for life! I always wait while my vehicle is being serviced. Everyone at I-95 Toyota is wonderful and there to help. They were very straightforward which is something you generally don’t expect in sales. They go above and beyond with assisting you with the goals you walk in the door with. Everything that I went there for was achieved and it’s because of the wonderful staff. My husband and I were assisted by Jackie, a product information specialist, to find the right vehicle for us. He was very knowledgeable about his product, answered our questions fully and did not employ high pressure tactics. That is a good thing because I usually walk away and go somewhere else at the earliest hint of pressure.After we made our choice, Greg helped us with financing. He was also knowledgeable about financing and worked to find the best financing option for us.Our overall buying experience was without question the best auto purchasing experience we have ever had. Best place to rent a car! Yes, you read right to rent a car. Best price and you only need full coverage insurance, DL, and major credit card. I’ve been working with Julia Phillips , for a month as my car part has been on back order. She is fast and friendly and accommodated all my needs. The service at I-95 Toyota was amazing and Chris Ford was a life saver! As a young woman I almost always feel talked down to whenever I go to a car service place and very confused through the entire process but not at I-95 Toyota! Chris was so respectful and kind through the whole process and truly did his best to figure out what was wrong with my new vehicle. I felt that he was in my corner the whole time and explained things so I had a better understanding of what work was done on my car and left very pleased at the whole experience.
This past Friday evening about 630 my son and I got a flat tire, I drive a Chevrolet Malibu, I was distraught to say the least. I was trying to put the jack thing under the car but I have never been shown how to do that stuff. A gentleman pulled up slowly and asked if I needed a hand. Obviously I watch TV and dont really trust anyone these days. I happily but hesitantly accepted his help. He told me to have a seat in my car and keep it running so my toddler and I would stay cool. It was about 130 degrees it felt like. This man changed my tire put all the stuff back in the trunk and with his dirty hands and pouring sweat waived to me and said have a better rest of your day. I tried to pay him and he wouldnt take it. I noticed he had a Toyota shirt on and I asked if he worked for Toyota he smiled and said yes I do, in the service department, come see me. Wow is all I could say. I asked his name he said it was Chris and not only am I writing to acknowledge him but I will be coming there to see him in the future. When I came to I95 Toyota I expected high prices and high pressure sales. I dealt with Chris Ford and he was amazing, this man needs a raise for sure. Recently had some much needed work done to my 2003 Tacoma to make it run like “new money” for another several years. New head lights. A/C heat control assembly. Over Drive switch. Spark plugs.Seal and gasket replacements for small oil leaks. Wanted to replace all seals while in the shop, but my servicewomen Julia and mechanic Eddie advised against “fixing what isn’t broken”. Imagine that. Putting my best interest over charging more money. I 95 has my complete trust, and that’s why they’re the only ones who have ever serviced my truck for 19 years. I’ve never had to bring a repair back.“Fix it and forget about it.”That’s been my experience with I 95 Toyota’s Service Department.

2022-06-20Highly recommend I-95 Toyota, especially their sales representative Carey Steele.I’ve wanted a truck for several years but kept pushing it off due to the other demands of life. Recently, this beautiful “inferno” Tacoma hit their inventory so my wife, kids, and I drove down from Savannah to check it out. The kids had a great time playing in the children’s play room they have set up and the staff made everything about the purchasing experience run as smoothly as we could have ever hoped for. I’m now the proud owner of a truck that not only matches my beard beautifully but is also one of the most reliable pickups on the market and is even named after the city in which I was born and raised (Tacoma, WA).While I don’t anticipate replacing this truck for many years, I do know that I’ll have several vehicle purchases in my future and I-95 Toyota will be my first stop thanks to the exceptional experience I had with the purchase of my Tacoma (six kids to buy vehicles for… think they’ll give me a punch card or something? lol).

My son was having a bad day an Chris was so patient and done everything he could to make him comfortable. He didn’t seem annoyed by the screaming and he was so understanding.
