I was in town for buisness and needed a massage. This place was amazing. The masseuse really helped me with my shoulders. I feel almost brand new. Definitely recommend. Side note. I like firm pressure and they delivered👍

NEVER GO HERE!!! The massage left me in pain and when it was time to pay, they wanted to argue about the amount I chose to tip. Hello, a tip is optional, you cannot force customers to tip, especially if they dont feel like you deserve it. When I looked at my bank statement later, they took an additional $5 anyway. NEVER GO HERE!!!
Felt rushed...but the man who did my massage was nice and kept checking to see if I was enjoying it. I didnt have the heart to complain. He had good hands but he was going too fast.

I got a full body & foot massage for $90 & it was great! Only complaint is the setup..not enough seclusion. I could hear everyone that came in & every conversation that was had. Hopefully a better build out is coming!
I have been here several Times and Jason never ceases to amaze me! If you have had a stressful day, week, month or year he can make it go away just like that. My sister first gave me the massage as a gift and I have been going every since. Recently my spouse went with me and he’s now hooked. Ladies and men if you need a great relaxing day just one visit will melt all the cares away. I love it here, I will definitely keep coming back.
I took the whole family for a foot massage - everything was fantastic and the staff took great care of my 11 year old son who spent most of his time feeling ticklish!!

Only problem I have wit this place is they basically force you to leave a tip a 20% tip at that even if you dont like the massage they will become rude and really try to force you to pay or not let you leave... I think they dont understand what the meaning of a tip is
Lets be clear. The massage was great. Foot and body was $130 for two people. Now this is why my 5 star went to a 2. When it was time to pay the attitudes changed quickly. As soon as my card swiped I was presented with a 20% tip sticker stating it would be “appreciated”. I told them I would go to the atm and they basically tried to hound me for the tip right away. Acting as if they didn’t understand and trying to force it on my card saying “that’s not enough” They were very nasty about it. They even tried to ask my spouse for cash. I told them I would go to an atm and they tried to watch and follow me. I explained that a tip is a choice. It took them 5 times to finally agree. This was extremely unprofessional and showed there true character. Will not return.
The Manager Jerry is very rude. I didnt get my card stamped on my last visit I reminded him of it He didnt want to stamp my card. I asked him to review his camera. He would see I didnt get a stamp. He got very angry and told me not to come back. He eventually stamped my card. But was very angry about it Ive been going here since they started on the bottom floor in 2019, when Chad was there. No worry. I wont come back. Its plenty more places. Also he pressure ppl for a tip. Like its a requirement. You dont know if ppl have the extra money so stop applying pressure for a tip. They charge you a dollar on top of your price before swiping your card. Then the card machine charges you another dollar. I told him what hed doing is illegal. Youre cheating your customers. I will take my money elsewhere. The young female that works there was recording me with her cellphone. The whole entire time I was talking to the manager Jerry.

The massage was amazing but what turned me off is a mandatory 15% tip, first of all we are already paying for their services and many people wont even know its mandatory until AFTER they finished. They need to appreciate their customers better
Mediocre massage at best; nice people, but I didnt appreciate the 20% suggestion AND how they tried to get over when I paid. I said 20% tip, and that amount of $130 (2 foot massage for 1 hour) is not $30 (what I was charged), but $26. I had to go back and they gave me the $4, but I dont like having to look over receipts with a fine tooth comb and catch people trying to get over. 2 stars for it being clean and then being nice.

They kept leaving the room and talking on the phone during the massage. When I was out into a room, there were no instructions on what to do. I choose their 60 minute option and was told that I would have had to do a 90 minute option to have the feet worked on? The drapery during the massage wasn’t even professional, just putting the sheet wherever he felt fit. I would not recommend wasting your time here. I’ve worked at MANY massage places previously, this one was not professional at all. I hope they take into fact that people come in to relax, it’s a little difficult when your massage is interrupted by someone on the phone during your massage.
I had a real bad tension headache. Jerry worked on my neck and shoulder muscles to alleviate it. The headache is much reduced and I know Ill be needing his help again.
If you need a deep tissue massage, this is the place to go!! For a deep tissue massage, you can choose the chair massage for 30 minutes or more. Its very relaxing!!
Stopped by with wife for the first time as a Christmas gift from her. I had an outstanding experience with this location. Wonderful staff and management. They start the massage with a timer so you know that you will get the full minutes youre paying for. Free hot stone is a plus. What a wonderful treat! Definitely will come back.
I called before I came and asked if I could combine two reflexology prices to get longer time. I also asked what was the best time to come. They shared that I could come right then. I told them that I would be there within 15 minutes. They also confirmed that I could combine the services. When I got there, 10 minutes later, they said they could only give me 30 minutes because they had too many people coming. I told them I had just called and they had no reaponse for that. Needless to say I left, I was disappointed because going there was the sole purpose of me driving to the mall!!!

2022-05-05I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love them. My pain in deep! Like, PTSD deep. And, they always know just how to fix me up. Often, they use heat pads and neck cream to sooth my muscles and its much appreciated. Yes, I can be sore after. But, I know getting a massage is like working out for the 1st time. You gonna be sore! If they push too hard, tell them. They are happy to oblige whatever pressure. Please tip them accordingly! I have noticed their prices have lowered, but I just dont feel right not giving them the same tip. Totally worth it!

2022-08-13My daughter and I went for mom and daughter massages. She is shy and the lady that massaged her was very calming. My daughter loved it! I fell asleep during my massage. Great experience. We will be back. I was concerned because it’s in the mall. I forgot I was in the mall!

2022-04-27My husband and I got the 60 minutes couples massage, the overall service quality and experience are superior. The masseuse was very experienced and professional. Soft music, charming fragrance, deep tissue massage, all this has brought unprecedented release to my body and mind. After the end, I felt completely renewed and relaxing. I definitely will come back for the 90 minutes

2022-04-15Dont get me wrong... the massage itself was great, but the checkout experience was awful.I get very bad migraines that stem from work related tension and stress, so Im always looking for a good place to get a massage. This was my second time here and apparently I forgot my first time, but they quickly reminded me why I would rather drive all the way to Marietta. I only went for a 1 hr massage, based on my budget this week, but my head was hurting so bad I let go of reason and stayed for a 2hr massage. So I figured, Im spending double what I intended to spend, so thats a win for them. Well... NO. As soon as I gave him my card, he told me that I needed to pay him a $26 tip. First off.... TIPPING is a matter of choice, and not a mandatory thing you must do. Some people dont have that extra money, and should not be pressured and made to feel bad if they dont. He became very rude and almost shooed me out the door. Thats when I remembered they did the same thing the last time I was there. Needless to say, I wont forget this episode and I wont be back, and Ill never recommend this place to anyone. Their manners and courtesy are all forgotten when you dont tip them what THEY WANT... What a horrible experience...

2022-07-18I chose to do the full body massage for 60 minutes but the person didn’t adhere to the service because he didn’t do my hands nor feet, as if the were not the body. Strike 1.Also, I told him he was too rough and it hurt, he told me “ no pain, no gain “. Strike 2.When checking out I was using my card and the guy was pressing buttons adding money to charged to my card without asking me and would not let me use the machine in my own, followed by a “ we charge $1 for cards “. Strike 3First and foremost, these people aren’t even licensed massage therapist and it shows nor professional. Forcing people to tip because of what you say but not for the quality of the service. Also, you can’t even relax because they’re trying to up sale you while you’re getting serviced. I’m definitely going to the BBB about this because I’m sick of businesses infringing into neighborhoods and treating us any kind of way.

2022-06-20Everything was ok during the beginning of the massage. It was Father’s Day weekend, so me and my friend took our husbands for a couple massage. They were a bit ruff, and the men thought it was not a good experience, and said they would never come back. Ok at checkout I agree with the other viewers. I’m used to tipping so I gave $5 a piece to each person that did the massages. They bought the money up front, and gave it to the man at the front. I was wondering what was happening, he then ask, how much was your tip, I told him, he then pointed to the screen and told me my minimum tip was 15%. This is insane! Even though I could have told him no, we just paid it to be done. A day later we are all sore as hell. They are ruff!!! I’m not use to a massage feeling this way. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Views are always correct, read the views and go by them!

Basically paid $81 for a 60 min massage.They need to let customers know up front before they decide to use them…. Hey we have a mandatory tip policy no matter how u may feel bout the massage afterwards!!!

2022-04-24I come here all the time, especially for anniversaries and birthdays and we always come out so relaxed, refreshed, and most importantly happy! I recommend this place to anybody whos looking for a parlor with very reasonable pricing. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Check them out 5 stars!

2022-08-01Headlines: no private parties held here. No v.i.Ps invited....This mall massage parlor was very straight laced. April was really kind. Gentle at first, but then she threw in the perfect amount of pressure. My thigh muscles actually hurt more than my back did.Dressing: i took off everything except my boxers. So right off that bat I knew its wasnt that type of place.Someone else did comment on how feet werent touched? True..to that person..my chest n stomach wasnt touched either.No problems with tip begging. My only minor complaint..a felt a little suffocated as the face hole at bounty papers towels quickly picking up my oxygen.Otherwise if I actually lived in the area...id go back for a normal than most asian massage. OH! First time that I see an actual real young girl do the massage. Usually its the opposite. You see pictures of really pretty asian young ladies and then upon arrival its women in their mid 50s.
