Only 1 star because zero stars or less was not an option. 3 tables... Maybe 6 people all total in the restaurant. Food was not edible, Service was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in years. Waitress (Nicole) was unapologetic, rude and definitely not caring about her customers satisfaction even in the slightest. Now I see why there were no customers in the restaurant at dinner time. They have already learned not to return, as did we.
Went here for breakfast on Monday April 25th. Staff was friendly enough. Order Strawberry Banana pancakes. Been craving pancakes for a while.Waitress was a nice girl. Friendly, but seemed a bit scatter brained. Didnt like to make much eye contact.Giving 4 stars simply because there was no wow factor in the visit. Left kinda quietly. No complaints. If you are a breakfast person, stop in. Id eat here again.
Scarlett provided Excellent service. Brandon went above and beyond expectations providing great quality control and very friendly service. It was very clean and well ran. The food was served fast, and was delicious. By far the best IHOP experience I have ever had. My family and I will definitely be visiting again!

The food came out very quickly. Right now, they have pancake specials. The pumpkin pancakes are great. My daughter also enjoyed the Cinnamon pancakes. Since coronavirus, they dont have the syrups on the table or the salt & pepper on the table. But theyll bring you everything you need.
The omelet with spinach and mushrooms was really good with hash browns and pancakes with coffee our waitress McKinsey was pleasant & kind. It was a great experience.

First time at this particular store and everything went well. I went in for an order to go. I had been wanting to try a sandwich that I had seen on the menu. I did ask for no mayo and I got no mayo - that makes me very happy since its something I just do not like. I would definately get this sandwich again. It was the turkey bacon avocado roasted cherry tomatoes melt on whole grain bread - yum!I also ordered onion rings, something I havent had in 2-3 years. I dont know if Ill get those again. The first taste was sweetness of the batter and then the fact that I didnt smell or taste onion for the most part. I like crunchy onion rings so when I got home I put them in the oven to crunch them up some but really all I could taste is the sweet batter.The staff was helpful and nice and I got my order very quickly and correctly. Even though I didnt care for the onion rings I would definately go back for the sandwich and any of the many other breakfast foods.
Food was delicious but place was very busy. I had newyork cheesecake pancake. It was delicious. Quantity of the food for the price was good. I like their service too.

Awesome experience. We are not much into chain restaurants. Stopped in one night(6pm)because it was there. Will was our server. He was the ONLY server that night. He was on point. Was taking care of everyone, without fail. His demeanor was as if they were fully staff. True Grace Under Pressure.

As many as times as Ive been in Kennesaw I have never eaten at this IHOP however for it to be my first experience it was absolutely amazing the waitress was priceless shes very sweet and very respectful as well as full of great customer service.

Ive had bad luck with IHOP up until my recent visit so I begrudgingly went with the family who out voted me. Glad they did! They were a little slow with service, but Im sure that has more to do with being under staffed due to the pandemic because our server was great. Food wise my only complaint was the hashbrowns were a little over cooked, but that cinna-stack was on point. Well be stopping in again when we meet up with family heading past us on 75!
Our waitress was Erica she was really good. Shes very sweet and very inventive. The food was not so great mt husband had an omelette which he gets for breakfast we go there. Instead of shredded cheese on it and on the inside there was sliced cheese barley melted on it.

Great day for hassle free pancakes,bacon and eggs!Absolutely NO crowd so we were seated immediately on a Wednesday morning around 8:30. The crowd starts at 9.Out waiter, Daniel was young, polite and attentive!We asked for well scrambled eggs and crispy bacon and all was delivered as expected. Those eggs were yellow and fluffy!This is an older location dating back to the late 80s! Shout out to those who remember the Kmart and Winn Dixie in this shopping center!Its been refurbished and really looks good.A few of the original employees are still working, so please support this business!
Food was lukewarm/cold. I had to send the pancakes back to get hot ones and all they did was microwave them ( they became hard on the edges). Service was very slow. We will not be back.

Me and my wife came to eat. Our drinks were brought in to go cups and as we looked around we noticed everyone else had glass. I feel it’s only right to have a wonderful experience. When I asked the waiter about it he said people drink a lot and he didn’t want to keep going back and forth for drinks. At the same time me and my wife witnessed the waiter come out with four glasses for other guest. I don’t want to drink out of a to go cup while dining in. It’s about the experience and me and my wife did not enjoy the experience.

Great location as it does get busy during the day but the service is pretty good with reasonable prices! Take out is perfect good here too! Make sure to get here during non peak hours to avoid the line and to have a more comfortable experience!
Excellent food and friendly service. The NY Cheesecake pancakes were awesome. It took a while to be seated and the food was slow coming out, but they are having staffing issues, thanks to Covid, so be patient. It was all quality when it arrived.
Service was good but slow. They are very short staffed. The restaurant was about half full at dinner time on a Sunday evening and there were only 2 folks waiting tables. Someone else was hanging around the order up window we thought he was gonna pull our order and bring it to us but unfortunately he was only back there to get himself a drink. The food, although a little cold and the ice cream a little melted from sitting in the window to long, was pretty good. I had a real bad experience the last time I went to an IHOP many, many moons ago and I swore Id never go back. I havent either till my daughter and my daughter-in-law talked me into going with them and the grand kids this time. Im glad I did. IHOP had a new $3 and $6 dinner and breakfast meals menu and we all ate from that so it was super cheap for the 6 of us. Thanks IHOP! Job well done! Keep up the improvement and well be back! 🥞🍧🍳🥓🍔🍟
5 stars if only the cooks wore a hair net. We found a 5 inch BLONDE hair follicle embedded in our hash brown.The manager never addressed it, but via our server/ waited deducted $20 off the bill.The server was Excellent! Apologetic and very fast. We gave him a $20 tip.
Slow service and bad food. They had to send the meal back 3 times and never got it right. Asked for the drink to be changed into a water because it was just syrup and got charged double. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

We used to enjoy this location, but after our last visit we will not be back. The servers and manager are very nice but the store has serious issues. After eating we noticed the heavy dust, crud and MOLD on the ceiling tiles and vents! We asked to speak to the manager and pointed out the mold, her reply was that the roof is leaking and they have notified the franchise owner but they refuse to fix it. All they do is switch the stained/moldy tiles around to less busy areas...ugh. I am already immunity compromised due to chronic illnesses so I have to be careful. The food is good here, but not good enough to risk my health for. I hope the owner sees this review, your staff is great but they shouldnt have to deal with this health hazard. Maybe it is time to call the Board of Health?
Friendly atmosphere, great service and food. My family and I had good experience at this restaurant. On weekends it is best to visit early to beat the crowds.

Came here with a group of 12 people. The service was absolutely stunning! If you ever go here, ask for Candiss as your waitress. She took all our complicated orders by memory! She was so sweet and kind. Candiss is the type of person every establishment would want as the face and core of their company. I wish this IHOP was in my area.

I have always ordered my favorite dish the harvest wheat and nut pancakes. I ordered these because they had more texture and content to them then the regular buttermilk pancakes. I am sad to say there was only one small piece of a nut in my pancakes have the texture seemed very light.
My Chicken Fajita omelette was delicious along with the whole grain pancakes. Through no fault of IHOP the waiting was too long. Ill attribute it to the lack of people wanting to go back to work. Service was excellent, our server anticipated our needs.

We love IHOP so weve visited a few in the area, this one is the best! Our food was beautifully presented and 5 stars to our server Daniel G. Daniel was extremely polite and professional, his service was excellent! We need more young men like him 😊 I looked around and saw at least 2 other servers (a man and a woman) that were also joyful and kind. Awesome IHOP! (if you eat glutten free they have gluten free pancakes and waffles🥰 and they are delicious 😋) We will definitely come back 😊

We have been here many times over several years. This location is small compared to some, they always have a wait, so that says they are good for sure. The staff has always been friendly and the location is clean and service is prompt. It is worth the wait.

CHECK YOUR BAG, if you are placing a to-go order. I am usually a regular customer at this location. I order the crepe combo. When I got my order the first time, I had sour crème instead of vanilla cream. THE SECOND time I received mayo instead of the cream.. even after I took the sauce out the bag & asked the manager if it was cream & she verified that it was . I am very disappointed. I will probably start going to a different location.

You could never go wrong with a stack of Ihop pancakes! Though the menu seems to have been downsized, they still offer their core items. The food was not greasy 🙏 service was friendly efficient and the establishment looked clean.
Just had the absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. Our waitress did not bring drinks for 20 minutes and we had to go up to the front multiple times to get her to even come in the direction of our table. She never brought silverware or our waters, or any of the coffees we ordered. She did return to our section but did not even look at us. After the waters were brought by someone else, she never even apologized. I am a server and this is not how you treat your customers. The manager was also very rude and defended the server - that is when you just apologize for the atrocious service and make it up to your PAYING customers. Will never go back. Do not waste your time or money. So horrible that we got up and left because our order was never taken and God knows how long it wouldve taken her to put in our order or bring it out. IHOP get it together with your repulsive staff and their awful service.
The food was really good, our server was VERY friendly and it was like she knew exactly what we were going to ask for before we asked for it. I was very impressed very nice woman! I was also very happy with the Covid modifications, it made me feel much better as a customer. I was seated back in the little room that used to be the smoking section FYI just a few other people WELL spaced out.
This IHOP is awesome because the Manager cares! Its worth traveling a longer distance since the IHOP near us is not good.
It was very good. I watched all the employees and they all had on face coverings. After they bused the table of a booth that had finished. They came over and cleaned it, and sanitized it. (They really went overboard on this.) They were all very polite and courteous. The food was prepared perfectly. It was a overall wonderful experience. Great Job IHOP!
The waiting time was long (Saturday around noon), first outside and then at the table. The service after that was fast and friendly, food was tasty and the price was ok.

Went here with my husband. The food was delicious, service was delightful... but the next morning, horrible food poisoning! For both me, and my husband! Not sure whats up with the food, but be super careful if you go here! I wouldnt recommend it at all.
As soon as we walked in the door, my friend and I were greeted (granted we came from our overnight job, and were the first people there, but still! Lol). We were seated, and the waiter, Bill, came right over smizing and joking around with us. He was very friendly, and personable to us and other customers that eventually came in. Our food was hot, and very good! Overall, our experience was a good one, and we will be returning!
Worst experience ever! 🤬 this place doesnt deserve even 1 star. We waited 1 hour for our order event though the place wasnt that busy. On top of that they completely messed up our order and in the end told us that our order was lost. I dont get it how? They could just come up to us and ask again what we want, its not a big deal. We are usually very patient with people but this time the waiter didnt seem like he cared much at all. SO, WE STILL GOT THE WRONG ORDER, HAD NO TIME TO EAT, PAYED $32 AND WERE LATE FOR WORK.
Upon entering the restaurant we were immediately seated in a high traffic area, where wed often be passed by people entering and leaving the restaurant. I didnt care to sit there since I was going to be eating and not every customer was moving around with a mask on. When our server came I just politely asked if it were possible for us to be seated in a different spot. She immediately took an attitude and just told us to ask the host. We did, and he moved us without an issue. The next server we had was very good. The food was as Id expect from an IHOP so I was pleased. 1 star was removed due to the rude server in the beginning but the second saved the dining experience so that is why I gave 4 stars.
In town helping my parents look for a house. We stopped by this location for breakfast and I was blessed with the absolute best experience Ive ever had at an I Hop thanks to our server Stephanie. Stephanie is literally one in a million.Make sure you keep Stephanie happy I Hop bc I already tried to bribe her to come work at the beach.Lol
This location was pretty good. The food was good and the service was courteous and hospitable! The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 is because the bathroom was very dirty and broken fixtures. So if you need to go, maybe hold it until you get home 😊

The food was delicious! It was cooked just the way I ordered it. The coffee was hot & fresh. The server was amazing! She kept our coffee refilled & made sure our food was correct. I will always go to this IHOP!
The food was good. Service was good. I question any restaurant choosing to mop and scrape the floor in the kitchen, bringing in from the outside mats that were still dripping with water. I realize perhaps :turn around time is difficult to do such chores. However, I question seating guests within FEET of the smell, sound and vision of the cleaning ordeal. Either choose to seat people AWAY from the kitchen, as was this issue, or CLOSE EARLY.
Had to go food from here this morning and the gentleman as very nice on the phone. Everything was correct and hot when we got it hone. Breakfast burritos are amazing and you just can’t go wrong with their pancakes of course!

Came at 10:20 pm on a Tuesday. Keep in mind, they close at 11 pm. I attempted to call ahead and place my order knowing they close soon. We wanted 2 Philly steaks and fries. I got dial tone, upon calling. My wife and I called a total of 5 times between us both and got a dial tone everytime.Another couple arrived shortly after us and 2 employees inside purposely avoided eye contact to not explain why their doors were closed 40 minutes before the posted time. We watched a couple that was already eating inside walk out the same doors we tried to open, meaning they were purposefully locked from the inside. All while both employees stood there and watched us. One woman even started trying to count the drawer down just so they could close early.Sad part. Ive been to this location before and was never treated this way. Communication is a wonderful tool and I hope those employees learn to use it.

The service wasnt the worst, I just had to ask for lemons in my water 3 times. I finally received them toward the end of my meal. They stopped selling potatoes, so its a little harder for vegans to enjoy. Overall, they are doing well with their Covid limitations. The building was clean and social distancing between tables was observed. The food was good and wait times were all minimal.
We stopped in for dinner which was very pleasant. Our waiter Richard was one of the most courteous and polite young men I have ever encountered. He made our evening so much more pleasant.

This was the first time we tried this specific IHOP and it was the Best IHOP food we have had in awhile. Even with the limited menu due to COVID there was many items to choose from. Staff was friendly. The steak omelet I ordered was hot, fresh, and filled with steak.

We had Milton today. Great fast food and service. This manager needs to go to the IHOP on Dallas Highway AND Barrett. That store is dirty and the manager needs to be replaced. Qe have never seen or heard a manger treat Staff like she did. Will return to Cobb Parkway location. Keep up the good work.

I swear u dont want to go here on a busy day. Especially if u are picking up a Togo order. I watch sevral people come in an place orders togo, get there orders first. Plus they came in after me.. this location must have very messed up system or something. They had me waiting almost a hour to get one door dash order. When I finally got the manager attention is when they hopp to it. All of the employees that are working the morning shifts need to be a little more polite and acknowledge the costermers more.

Food was delicious here. I could tell our server was new and he did a great job getting anything we needed. Refills, napkins, more pancakes, etc. A regular size orange juice is extremely small though.. not the servers fault but I just thought it was kind of ridiculous the size of the cup for an adult orange juice. Looked like it was for a kid.
It was pretty busy. The table behind us ended up walking out. Not sure what the deal was there but our waiter was good to us. The busboy (man) came out with his finger up his nose. After assuring me that he wasnt the cook and that no one touches the food besides the waiter before it comes out, we ordered and waited a reasonable amount of time. The coffee was good, the good was good, the waiter was good and overall it was a pleasant experience. It usually is.Mr. Three Knuckles Deep needs a lesson in tact though. Keep an eye out.
I used to really enjoy IHOP, but since covid, they have replaced everyone. The food is still good, but the service is slow.
I drive out of my way to go to this specific IHOP location. I know its clean, has courteous employees, coffee brewed by the pot and my fave, split decision! ( Eggs/bacon/sausage/french toast AND pancakes.)

Best iHop experience I have had in awhile. This one actually got all of our orders correct for a party of 7 and the server was super sweet and attentative. I didnt catch his name, but a younger petite guy that was working monday night. The food was tasty, even though the potato pancakes and cheese sticks were over cooked. But great dinner and we will come back to this iHop instead of the one closer to where we live by the Big Chicken... avoid that one!

Interesting transaction. We ordered breakfast for four people through the IHOP website. It went through Door Dash. The food arrived a little before the estimated time, but it was stone cold. The driver did not have use any kind of hot box or insulated container. On the tracking, we see he had a stop before us. So the food got here, and he left. (20% tip) We opened the bags, and noticed our 3 OJs were not with the order. I called the driver and asked him if he had them. He did not, but he said he would go back and get them. I called the IHOP number, and spoke to the girl answering the phone, and explained the problem. She was so defensive, saying there wasnt any way they made a mistake. Then had no solution. She just basically said tough luck. So, i admit is was a little miffed, so I told her she was useless and asked to speak to the manager. She hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to David, the manager. He handled the situation PERFECTLY! Being a manager myself over the years, I understood the position he was in. He could not have handled the situation any better. By the time the call was over, I didnt ever care if i got my $10 credited back, and will definitely order from there again. Yes, he was that good. I wish all managers were like him. eventually we got our Orange juice, and a credit on our bill.
Took my kids for breakfast, they love coming here. The staff was coordinated and the social distancing was right on point. Waiters wearing their face masks, gloves. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Good location.
Sitting here waiting on food, watched 1 server grab something off one of the plates and pop it in his mouth. Another server came up preparing pancakes and used his hands without gloves to put some chocolate chips on the pancake. Nobody washing their hands.
Been going to this location over half my life. Always grate service and wonderful people waiting on me. The place is always set with grate ambiance and clean. The food is always out just the way its ordered and presentation is always beautiful. And I do believe for the money that you spend service any establishment with the sudden service are great for the price.
We went pretty late at night was getting close to closing time the food was okay but our waitress was wonderful I think we would enjoy it more if we tried it a little bit earlier than 9:45 p.m. we had the deluxe bacon lettuce and tomato and the fish and chips was okay well go back again but at a much earlier time. Our waitress was awesome she kept us laughing our entire visit

I have always love going to the IHOP late at night for something to eat, my friends and I went to play pool and when we got back we decided we were hungry. Our waitress was great and had an excellent attitude towards helping us figure out what we wanted to eat, the service was good and the food was amazing. I go to this IHOP particularly whenever I go bowling late at night to because its right around the corner from Bowlero
I love the blueberry pancakes🥞 with eggs and turkey bacon.#yumyum 😋 The overall service is good. Just be prepared to wait longer for seating because this place is just that popular.I give out 3 stars because my waitress forgot twice to serve me my orange juice and had the juice billed to my tab😕😩. She had to remove it of course, but overall I enjoyed my time.
We had the most amazing waitress, Joelyn! The food was delicious and all the staff were so friendly with us, great prices and short wait time :) My favorite thing about this place was how everyone was so sweet! Had the most amazing iced coffee- toasted marshmellow.
I would give Zero stars if I could! My husband and I went to eat in the evening. We usually eat at the IHOP in Woodstock which we LOVE but we’re closer to this location on this particular night. It was a slow night. We were one of 5 tables that were occupied that night. Our waitress took our order and then about 10 minutes later we heard our waitress and the cook yelling and cussing at each other! It was about an order apparently! Thankfully there were NO kids in the restaurant. It was so disrespectful and shocking! Finally we watched as our waitress ran off crying. We waited for another 15-20 min then another waiter brought out my husband’s meal. Mine took another 10 minutes. It was so awkward as we watched our waitress re-appear at the front and tell her coworkers what happened. Also, our drinks were NEVER refilled. I felt bad for the waitress but this should have never happened! Very very disrespectful! I will NEVER come back to this IHOP ever.
Service was excellent. When being seated, he was extremely friendly and welcoming. And as soon as we sat down, service was extremely quick. They got us our drinks and my boyfriend was very very pleased with the amazing presentation of the hot chocolate XD Food was amazing and hot and our waitress was very nice and very quick with everything. Food was delivered quick and every worker made me feel welcome and the atmosphere felt comforting. I am coming back and I would suggest anyone to this Ihop.
Service was exceptional and food was perfect. We order with a lot of subs and edits to the menu description and ot came out perfect. This is probably the best location in the surrounding area.

They have expanded their breakfast menu to include more specialty pancakes and crepes. I had crepes wth raspberries and it was delightful. It was not very busy but our service was a slow. The coffee was not good, even when we got a fresh pot. However, our server was very nice.
I love IHOP, we called 44 min before a group of 20 of us came for my wedding breakfast. The staff was kind and very attentive, food came kind of slow but we were enjoying each others company.
Firstly, the staff that took my order was impolite and greeted me rudely (How can I help you? in place of the usual Welcome to iHop...). I asked if I could get scrambled eggs with my particular order in place of the sunny-side up thats advertised - she responded, uh huh! She had a rather rude facial expression when I asked for an itemized receipt. She then brought the bag with my meal left it on the area in front of me then walked off. There was no butter for my pancakes in my bag, I had to wait for an additional 8 mins (I took note of the time) to gain the attention of another staff member who assisted me with the butter. The saddest part? Its my hometown iHop that Id been going to since I was a kid.
Do not order curbside, they never answer the phone so you can’t tell them you’re outside. I called several times and I got a busy tone and when I went inside to see where my food was, no one was on the phone and you had two people standing around and the manager was right there! What kind of business doesn’t answer the phone? Why choose curbside when you still have to end up going inside anyways.
Usually when we go here the service is pretty good, our server today was not very attentive to our orders. She cut me off while i was ordering and asked my husband if he wanted something extra after he had already finished his order, then to tell me I was being too quiet for her to hear me after i had tried to order twice already. When the food was brought out my order was wrong and my husbands food was undercooked with grey hairs in it! When she brought us the check we asked for a separate one for our friend and she brought us one check. We asked her to fix it and she brought us back two checks that were still incorrect. The undercooked food made us both feel sick today, it was not the experience we were hoping for.

Food has certainly went down in quality. The gravy on my biscuits and gravy look depressed. Also when I ordered my sausage biscuits and gravy I expected it to have the sausage in the gravy, not just slapped on top of the whole thing. The eggs were not scrambled when I ordered them that way. Only redeeming quality is its had ok at best customer service.
AWFUL!!!My boyfriend and I went here on valentine’s day and our servers name was KeKe. She talked to us one time and never checked up on us again. Our food came out wrong and we needed syrup and ketchup but not a single server was in sight to ask. I’m a server myself and it was just so disappointing. Would not recommend

Service by waitress named Ashley was amazing! She was super attentivewith drinks and other needs. However, the food was very slow. They definitely need more cooks at that location as they are short cooks and it shows in the length of time it takes to get your order.
I like the atmosphere, large meals and nice wait staff. I ordered a Colorado omelette (saved half for breakfast Sunday) and a waffle, but the server brought a stack of pancakes instead of the waffle. He returned with a waffle (which I also ate) and apology and said it would be free of charge. IHOP is a little slice of heaven
I went there to eat after a very stressful day& i hadent eaten in over 4 days. I told my young server that & she was incredible. She made eye contact to see if she was needed & came when i did need her right away. She was kind yet professional. I was so impressed by that i even went over to the manager & told her how impressed i was & how amazing she was. I asked her to please take care of this employee because being in customer service myself i know she has a gem....(I do not recall her name)
Clean, neat place. All tables were stocked and everyone was friendly and attentive. Our waiter, Gary, was very accommodating to my food intolerances with wonderful suggestions and hospitality, and I intend to ask for him by name next time! By far the best IHOP Ive been to.
Alumni group breakfast! We called ahead and requested the private room. We were able to talk and have a great meeting time. Our server had a delightful personality and made our time together perfect. Food was good too.

Took forever to get our food, then when it did come out my daughter still didnt get her food. The hash browns were under cooked, the eggs were rubbery, overall none of it tasted good. The manager came out and was extremely rude. She argued with us about how long it took to get our food, stuck her hand up in our faces and snapped at us to just leave the food and go! I was beyond shocked at the rude way she treated us, it was completely uncalled for. Definitely wont be eating here again.
July 2019:Stephanie was awesome!! Shes the best server we have had there so far! Very genuine and great at what she does. Hot chocolate is always delicious too. You have to get strawberry banana crepes. The best thing ever!!May 2019:Everything was great. I always get the strawberry banana crepe combo. Instead of strawberry and vanilla creme I get bananas instead. So delicious!
Ive been coming for over 40 years! Its always my favorite place for Breakfast! Great Pancakes and Waffles! Our Server Erica was Fast, Friendly and Knowledgeable! We will definitely be back again!
We stopped by early yesterday morning around 9ish. It wasnt too terribly busy. We ordered pancakes for just two of us. After 30 minutes of waiting we walked out. I do not plan on going back. People who walked in after us got their food while we were still waiting. Fairness is key. Regardless of color a paying customer is a paying customer. Hope the place burns ! Lazy
The server was really good but the food coming from the kitchen was very very very slow. The pancakes and Crepes were great tasting but just took a long time to get.
The service was great. They were SOOOOO busy. My waitress took great care to see that everything was as it should be. The rest rooms werent really dirty but they sure could have used a little care. But I took it as them being so busy that they just hadnt been in there as yet to take care of things

We really enjoyed our visit here. Our waiter was a very sweet and friendly white girl with lots of personality. I cant really remember her name, but I do remember that she was currently in school for cosmetology (being a hair stylist). She knew exactly how to make us feel at home and although she waited on 5-6 tables at a time, we never once had to call her or look for her. You wouldve thought that it was 2-3 of her in that place. That was our first time there and our first time meeting her, but we definitely recommend the establishment and the waiters serving there.Also, she won me over early on by continuously expressing her love for my hair texture, hair color and my current hair style ❤✨💞💇. Me and my husband both thought that she was really amazing at her current career and that we was almost for sure that she would be even better as a cosmetologist! 😘🙏💯
Waitress GREAT! Price & Kitchen not great. We went on a Sunday night about 7. Not crowded and was quiet and peaceful. Manager got us drinks as soon as we sat down. Waitress was super helpful and willing to accommodate special orders. Kitchen was SLOW. Our food was done exactly as we requested, but we only got the military discount on my husbands meal.... So it was a whole dollar discount vs the 20% put towards the entire bill at other IHOPs. We thought it might be a mistake, but the manager approved the 10% off of one meal. Oh well... looks like were going to other ihops from now on.
We had a large group during a popular time, still not a very long wait. Our group was handled great, servers are very active keeping up with refills and such. Food was as good as any well staffed IHOP, maybe even a little better.
Always a great experience at this Ihop, we literally go out of our way for this location!
Severely needs new management. The food, was great. It actually was surprisingly good. However, the waitress was so flustered, and it was not her fault. They were very busy, and completely understaffed. Each waiter/waitress was managing way too many tables. She only had a chance to return to our table once every 15-20 minutes. The other staff members were walking around with shirts unbuttoned and untucked. The one waitor trying to enter a credit card number was having difficulty, so he thought it would be a great idea to read the numbers off to another staff member, at an extremely loud level. I’m very glad it was not my card, because guaranteed someone in the restaurant was able to write it down. It was that loud. Again, the food was great (for an ihop), and came out quickly. However, there is a severe management issue. Plenty of other restaurants in the area that provide a more pleasant experience.

UGH...floors were soooooooo nasty and, I guess greasy(?). I had to walk while holding on to the table tops as I made my way in and out of the dining room. Food was DELICIOUS. Service was lacking - my order was wrong but they (manager) corrected it. Each time we needed something, refills, condiments, additional food, our waitress was no where to be found. We had to ask someone to get our waitress. Overall the group of people I was with said we will not return.
I visited here this past Sunday morning for the first time with a To-Go purchase. They messed up my whole order. I ordered two Create a Face kids meals with two orders of bacon added. I did not receive either order of bacon and instead of the buttermilk pancake they gave us some chocolate pancake. I also ordered steak tips (cooked medium well) and eggs (scrambled soft). The tips were over cooked, the eggs had a piece of hair in them, the hash browns werent even cooked all the way. I called to tell them and the manager was rude. I love going to Ihop with my children but this is the worst experience Ive ever had with a restaurant. I wont be visiting this location ever again. I would rather spend extra gas money to drive further away than to be subject to bad service all the way around. Bad food+bad customer service= no patronizing for me.
This is the best IHOP in the Cobb County area. Every time Ive been here the food and the service have been excellent. Its the exact opposite of the IHOP on Highway 92 just thought 575. Stay away from that place.
I go here like twice a month for chicken and waffles or a crepe. The staff is always super friendly and attentive, regardless of how busy it is. The food always warm and IHOP standard. Remember to tip at least 20%!!! They have earned it.

Table hadnt been wiped down before we were seated. Service was quick but egg-white omelette was a little on the runny side. I preferred my meal at J Christophers a week earlier.
Visited June 2020, shortly after they re-opened following the COVID-19 shutdown. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. When not taking care of guests, they were always cleaning or performing their new post-COVID-19 procedures and seemed genuinely happy to be re-open! The food was great too!

Stuffed French toast was cold and barely stuffed. Hash browns were chewy and cold. Bacon was good. Server was inattentive and delivered incorrect drinks. The host had absolutely no idea how to do his job. The only highlight was the manager on shift. He was happy, attentive and had a genuine caring attitude. Will not come here again.
I cant quit remember if it was Shana, or shanon, shes a phenomenal server. She was working the closing shift. Ive served tables and managed buisness for off and on for 10+ years. Shes definitely one I would be proud and glad to have on my team. Keep up the hard work!!👌

IHOP at 1950 Cobb Pkwy gave excellent service there was a small crowd,and the food was served within 9minsafter ordering. The IHOP on Hwy 92 had a smaller crowd I waited 40 mins and still no service I left after 3 people came in 15 minutes after me and got their order,while I was still waiting. Half star rating.
Colorado omelet was good and Is really big. Service was good also. We do Plan to come back. Also, they had potato pancakes.

Some of your kitchen staff are wearing face mask below their nose which is a turn off. I went back again this time the same kitchen member face mask was below his nose and as he talk it ended up under his neck. The manage or owner was in the kitchen also and said nothing I left without eating.

Came to this location after the one nearest to me (the Dallas Hwy location)closed early. Placed a to go order, everything was hot and delicious. The management and staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Looking forward to going back to this location when I actually have time to sit down and enjoy a meal.

2022-04-10I ordered the breakfast sampler and Im excited to chow down. Ive never ever had hot 🥞 before and I must say that Im impressed. Crowded but 15 minute wait time, amazing!!! The rest of the food had great temperatures.The only negative is the paper straws, other than that, no complaints. Service is excellent and Im felt good about spending my money here.

Unfortunately my daughter omelette was made incorrectly in my scrambled eggs with cheese had no cheese. Therefore that era was due to the Cook. Yet all in all the manager came out and correct the era. The food was great and I definitely will go back.

2022-04-30The Woodstock location is better than Kennesaw. Our server Sam was SO nice and she smiles the whole time. It was busy but our food came out fresh. Everybody there was nice. The bathrooms were clean which is important in a restaurant.

2022-04-10Today I ordered the strawberry and crème crepes and Lemon Blueberry ricotta crepes. The strawberry and crème crepes had no strawberries or crème! Empty crepes. The Lemon Blueberry ricotta had no lemon glaze no blueberries inside. Just a couple on the outside. I haven’t had IHOP in years and this what I get.

2022-05-29This particular IHOP located in Kennesaw was decent. The french toast and turkey bacon were delicious. Our waiter provided good service as well. The scrambled eggs though? Yuck. They tasted like powdered eggs which I hate. Get some real eggs and this would be a five star review.😊

2022-03-13My Husband and I went dining for breakfast yesterday March, 12, 2022. The food was good and our server was very nice and eager to please. Two tables behind my husband and I, was an individual with children that was not happy with his service. His server was the same server we had. The gentleman made loud dissatisfying comments on the dining floor. There was an older woman/employee / Manager who appeared to be helping with keeping operations up front running smoothly. She proceeded over to the gentleman’s table. With that, the woman had the server come over and while being berated by the rude customer, the woman was loud and started reprimanding the server in public. This is our Dining Room and these people are our family. she went on to say a few more words, and then had the server replaced by another server for that table. She sent theserver to finish with her other tables in tears. Apparently the server forgot something, she said she believed she was moving too fast and she took the blame. There were people sitting at the table behind us. They too had the same server. The lady that was sitting at that table did make a comment to the older women as to how pleasant the server was. The older woman / manager made a comment in response to the affect that she was please to have her. Well, humiliating one of your employees in public proves otherwise. Your style for management is truly unprofessional and you yourself need additional training. The world is crazy enough. Our server may have been about 20. That incident should have been addressed privately and utilized as a training tool. 1/2 hr planned group sessions with all, to help with further assistance to avoid this situation. You could have just explained to the customer that you would address the matter later and properly addressed it (as a training tool). Instead this hard working young lady who appears to be still getting her feet wet within the work world, tried to complete the remaining tables as she struggled to hold back tears of humiliation.
