Very great service. Kind staff. Sue was great and anyone would be blessed to have her as your server. Food came out fast and was delicious. Really made us feel at home. Drink refilled before we even finished the first drinks. Love this place and would definitely come back over and over.
This was the worst experience I ever had. We were seated and waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our order, while 7 to 10 of the staff hurdle in a corner talking. We decided to go elsewhere, as we left the hostess said have a blessed day and come back and see us again soon. I didnt respond but I will say that I would not go back if it was the last IHOP left. My kids love IHOP, but I would never take them to this again in life.
I like IHOP, but when I ordered over the phone I could have been told that they had a menu item with the same thing that I ordered individually and it would have saved me about $10.00. I think that the order taker could have mentioned it because it was not on the website menu for that store.
I went for dinner with my family. We were seated immediately since there were only a few other people there. The waiters completely ignored our table for 30 minutes. They didnt come to ask us for drinks or our order and they wouldnt come near us for us to call them for help. we inevitably walked out and went some where else.
The worst breakfast ever! While the service was just Ok. My eggs were scrambled way to hard, brown under the bottom. My pancakes came apart as i was forking to eat. I ordered potatoes w/peppers, they gave me just over fried potatoes & later gave me a side of onions & green peppers at which ham cubes were included & I do NOT eat pork. My utensils were disgustingly dirty. I hate eating horrible food.
I love this Lawrenceville Hwy location. The restaurant, the tables and chairs were clean. The staff were nice. Diego was my server. Diego was very professional, courteous and polite. Very attentive and kept me updated with my order. The food was hot and delicious. This IHOP is much better than the one on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. Good job and kudos to Diego. I will be coming back.😊
It was super delicious I had a spinach omelette with mushrooms and bacon with a side of toast it was super big I had to take home leftovers 😍🤩 my son had country fried steak it came with hash browns and two over easy eggs and two pancakes 😲🤩😍 waitress was super great super nice its very clean they have a 100%
Everything was excellent except for the crepes my wife ordered. In past visits the crepes contained sweet cream rolled up inside. The ones she had today did not have the cream. She still enjoyed the meal but was a little disappointed. The waited said stopped putting cream in the crepes several years ago.
Unfortunately this is the worse ihop. I gave it 2 tries but both were a complete fail. The fact that I order one thing to go. Get home and it’s not even my order is extremely disappointing. The management there is horrible. If you want your food made properly with a great staff I definitely recommend the other locations except this one. Maybe one day they will make the correct meal.
Short staffed so you have to find the right time to come. Last weekend we failed in planning and didn’t want to wait 30 minutes. This past Saturday we had no wait. We were seated in Hector’s station and he is an awesome server. Was fast, efficient and made some great suggestions. We will see you again soon Hector!
If I could give them no stars I would because the service was absolutely horrible. We had long wait times after a lot of people had already left also a few of us sent our food back twice and they still didn’t get it right besides the fact that it was cold. Our waitress disappeared on us several times and after waiting on her for so long someone finally came out and said she was taking over but the service only got worse. On top of all of that there was a fight that broke out in the middle of the restaurant between these two guys and some of the staff stated one of them still works there as a server but the other one doesn’t. Afterwards the manager told the employees to go back to work but she never once addressed (us) the customers with an apology, statement, or anything else. She acted as if nothing had just happened which led me to believe it must be something that normally happens in there. A lot of customers asked them to call the police in fear that those guys may come back and do something even worse.
My family and I came for a late dinner around 9 pm and the food and the service was superb!😁 The pancakes was so fluffy and the burgers was juicy and looked like they was on a commercial! The waitress also served my family well which turned out to be a perfect dinner night at IHOP. We most definitely will be back! 👍
The service is terrible. Staff unprofessional and complacent. The server who took my togo order forgot part of my order. She had an obvious attitude about something. Another server told me about how customers complain about her and she doesnt care. All this information was unwarrented. Not sure why an employee would spark up a conversation with a customer about customers complaining...
My food was hot, but not tasty. The manager sat me at a dirty table. My server never came to my table however, Samira from another station apologized and served my table(she was the best thing at IHOP, today). Thanks Samira/297 for your hospitality. So if you go there ask for Samira, her personality was very loving and kind.
Sunday morning bkfst with the wife.. Walk in 6 team members talking among them, no greeting, so I did greet them... They just look at us and kept ignoring us... Then someone else came and they help them first... They finally called us for our table..Being and old fashion Folk and being my self in the customer service industry I have learned not to mistreat a single customer, because no customers equals no revenue. Please train and train your teams to keep the values of great customer service in every interaction they have with customers. I must say that the manager of the section where we were seated saved the day.. Thanks for that...
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Ordered my food online and went around my pick up time. One employee said they are wrapping up my food and I waited 10 mins for them to wrap up my food. 10 min later still sitting there for my food. A group of people came in to be seated. They were never greeted. Workers walking pass the lobby no acknowledging the people waiting to be seated. Two people were checked out and still no one acknowledged the group waiting to be seated. Now 10 more min pass and I ask who is suppose to work in the front. The girl said no one they are backed up with to go orders and what not. My thing is let people know what is going on instead of completely ignoring them. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE!!
Waste of money. They NEVER put the items you pay extra for in the food OR on the side. Ive ordered similar things more than 4 times and never got my extras. Including the avocado they charge you over 1$ for and sour cream as well. Theyve also not been including the utensils requested or napkins.Im done. Im done with Ihop all together. Only ordered because Im on a restricted diet and couldnt find anything at panera I could eat.
Had an amazing server, wish I had remembered her name. Came here late on a Monday after midnight. Had a group of around 6 and we just cane for some pancakes and coffee. We got our food pretty quickly and it was amazing! The server was super kind and friendly, which made the experience that much better. Great place!
Ordered delivery through ubereats and food was ice cold. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant so this is unacceptable. I called the restaurant and was told: lady: well the order was sitting up here for a very long period of time before they came to get it. I said, thats not an excuse. Why would you cook the food and allow it to get cold knowing that ubereats will take a while to get the food? It should be cooked to order and only cooked when they arrive. Lady; well thats just how we do it. I said, well your policy needs to change. Would you want to spend $20 on food and then its so cold you cant eat it? Lady: well no. I said well then. Smh. Do better IHOP. I guess Ill be patronizing Waffle house instead. Plus the French toast tasted like dish soap.
Hello Today is Dec 25, 2019. Its a holiday for most is the reason why it was so packed tonight and they all did the best they could. So let me tell you, this whole team was awesome. The kitchen was backed up but they made it work and my carry out food was nice, warm and delicious. Nobody was negative. All positive attitudes. Im so proud of them tonight. God bless
I placed my order online and paid at 8:55am and it stated our food would be ready at 9:12a. My husband picked our food up and everything that made the dish, that dish was missing. Funnel cake with nothing but the funnel cake. No toppings. Italian pancakes that were missing all the stuff that made it that version of pancakes. I then called them 3 times and got no answer. I decided to drive back, now 9:50am to get everything corrected and when I got there the manager took my concern and had the kitchen remake everything... That part was fine but I had to wait a while hour for that to take place and I left at a little past 11am... I was so annoyed by this. I want to same service for Togo that I get if I dine in. They wouldnt forget what belongs to each dish if I sat inside but they seem to keep having this problem very often... please double check yourselves on customers orders because this makes me not want to come back. The food options and convenience are saving the business
May have have to wait 20-30 minutes for food if you have a large family. Customer service 10/5. The waiter was extremely polite who served us along with the other waiters. Just make sure you havent ate at all because what I ate ( but didnt finish ) was 970+ calories. All in all this was a lovely place to spend time at!
I have never had bad service like this before. I was really SHOCKED! Our food was NOT hot. My sons pancakes had a hair in the little bit of toppings it had on it. All of our orders look like they had been sitting up for a while before it was served to us.The Table next to us asked the waitress if his soup was made with ice cubes.I was completely disappointed. 😩
We got to the restaurant at 10:25 pm thinking we would get a quick late night meal with friends. Nope! We waited a hour and a half and the restaurant had maybe 4 tables worth of people. Even after we waited for an hour someone in our party still didnt get the waffles that were supposed to come with his meal. They handed him a to go box as we were waiting to check out. I had to get my own to go box. And there were no refills given. Then the manager comes out with an attitude and proceeds to be disrespectful. So very rudely said what do you expect..i only have 1 cook. How is that a customer issue. Terrible, terrible terrible.
Open for dine in at last, oh how I miss the sweet cakyness of pancakes with melted butter and , what, a cup of syrup cover with plastic lids. No more open bottles of syrup on the table.The meal was quick and hot with the service intow. I would go again but wish they had a napkin holder on the table too.
The server appeared and acted as very inexperienced. He was very surprised if the items we ordered though they were all from the menu. We got served the wrong items. We told him and he started arguing that, thats not what we ordered. Really? We help you read the menu and realize you dont know the menu. Then you argue with us that we ordered something else? Also took forever to order drinks, order food, get the check, get refills. Very, very slow.. At the same time three of the waiters were chatting on the corner doing nothing. Perhaps if the inexperienced guy was figuring things out and is slow the other ones who were not busy could have helped him refill drinks, bring check etc.
The Waiter Isis Was Absolutely unsanitary...she digged in her ear & looked at whatever was on her finger THEN when my food was brought out to me, it was hair on my pancakes. She denied seeing the hair after I pointed it out. She acted as if it was a problem to have my meal removed from the ticket.My experience there was HORRIBLE!!!I wish it was a Zero star rating.
Okay so I came to this location,because my kids were about to starve to death hahaha..And come to find out,my buddy(barry) from the Bethlehem location works at this one..The guys in the back screwed my kids order up and of course barry,Barry, sure my daughters eggs didnt have cheese and my kids pancakes,didnt have chocolate.Our server,whom I cant remember her name was really sweet.Ill definitely be back to see my buddy..Oh and there southwest burrito was FABULOUS..
So normally I wouldnt rate a place one star but this was the worst experience ever. We went on Christmas Day (it was actually pretty lax, not really busy) we waited for 45 minutes and ended up leaving because our food never came. The waitress came put three times and said sorry if your food is taking so long. Bad thing was there were three groups of people who came after us whos food was brought out to them. Another couple seated next to us, who came after us also left for the same reason. It was very disappointing and I probably wont return. Even when picking up Uber Eats orders its always an excessive wait time here even when they are slow.
I was a delivery driver picking up at this location. Night time crew was incredibly slow and inconsiderate. I waited for 30 plus minutes for a delivery that was supposed to be made before I got there only to be told it will be right out. I asked for a coffee since I had been waiting which they agreed to. Then they acted like they forgot about it when they went back into the kitchen. I never review restaurants, but I felt lied to and flat oit disrespected.
Doordash here and they always good serives even tho its packed and very busy. I took ome recently a pick up at 2am in morning these cooks were in kitchen playing, not taken the situation serious since the same man order twice in one night his food was needed ri be given asap it took hr to get the food only two burgers and fries given.
I had gone to this location about 6 years ago and had a poor visit so decided I wouldnt ever go back. Decided to give it a try again. I was very pleased with the senior menu and the price. I left not being so stuffed as I usually am when I go to a restaurant. Portions were more in line with what anyone (and not just seniors) should have when they eat out. Ill definitely go back.
Our meal was good, but the service we got from our waitress was the worst service ive received. I dinned inn on Thanksgiving day in the morning. Waited close to an hour for our order to come out. I understand is the holidays and it was packed, but we saw as people that came in 20 minutes after us sat down order there meal ate and left and we were still waiting on our order. I then asked for a refill which never came and she also forgot to bring our sauces for steaks aswell. Ihop needs to better trained this waitress better or perhaps let her go.
I have placed a large order totalling more than $100 at this specific IHOP before over the phone and received amazing customer service. I was able to come in 20 minutes later to my order waiting for me. Tonight at 3:30am i have the exact opposite experience. I was told by a different manager, who happened to have dreads and a hoop nose ring, that it was his discretion to reject large phone orders over the phone. In doing so, he went against all the signs in the lobby saying to call ahead and well have it ready. None of these signs have fine print at the bottom of them saying depending on what manager is working .IHOP doesnt have any one managers name on it. There is one standard and should be upheld by ALL employees. Thats why I really appreciate chick-fil-a. No matter where I have gone, the customer service has been outstanding. The young lady who actually took my order was extremely nice.
Service was terrible. At one point we were the only people in the restaurant and our server was still struggling. I ordered a sampler with bacon and sausage. I received only bacon. When I made her aware of this she pulled out her note pad and spent about 20 seconds looking at my order to confirm that I had ordered that. She came back with my sausage and a plate asking me to return the bacon. I picked up the bacon with my hands and I am not sure what they did with this bacon since she took it back to the kitchen. I have never been asked to do something like this at a restaurant.
Placed my order to go & was able to pick it up as soon as i got there. Food was still hot. Make sure you check your order before you go if the staff doesnt verify it in front of you. And tip the hostess. They do everything a server does, but nobody thinks to tip them on a to go order. Servers there only make 2.13 an hour & only survive off tips.
This was the worst experience ever. We had a party of 8 and our food came out an hour and a half later but they brought out the food separately. The waitress said the kitchen was behind and when the manager came out she stated the waitress forgot to put the food in. When the waitress became aware that the manger said that, she came out with the ticket that she placed the order and stated the manager was lying. Very unprofessional and the manager and waitress were mad that we were upset that half of our order was not brought out. At the end we did not receive part of our order. The manager gave us a sore apology. We will not be coming back.
Went in early craving a big steak omelette(pregnancy craving) and left highly dissatisfied. The chef decided to add additional seasoning to my food which was not good. I wasnt sure if it was just my taste buds since I am pregnant. However I went to a different location yesterday and ordered the big steak omelette again, which was delicious. Please dont add extra seasoning, it was horrible.
I adore breakfast at any time of day. And IHOP has wonderful breakfasts. I had an egg over easy and blueberry pancakes. Yum.I have to give the service an A+, because they even opened the door for us, which is so helpful since Im in a wheelchair. Breakfast was served expeditiously. Our server took great care of us.IHOP is my favorite restaurant. Thank you, IHOP, for a lovely meal.
All the food was great, except the plain, cold toast. Ive never had to butter my own toast before. Hard butter plus cold toast make for a tough timeThe server was awful. Luckily, when I had to sternly ask for straws and silverware, he brought extra, which was needed because he kept touching my straw while reaching across the table. Also, Im glad we sat next to the server station, because he didnt bring us napkins.We asked for ice cubes to be put in our kids hot chocolate. He brought us full hot chocolate and plastic cups with ice (thats what he said but we werent given any ice, just plastic cups).
After being seated in the very back, farthest away from any one , the server took it upon himself to point out that the buuld your own omelet I ordered was going to have extra charges and looked at me as if I couldnt pay the extra amount. Little did he know that I had at least his months salary in my pocket. Other than that, the food was good. No respect or customer service will keep me from visiting for a while.
Didnt smell clean the syrup bottles are always sticking and dirty. The food wasnt good like I had expected. Horrible tasting this time. I ordered the egg omelet that was dry and burned. Yuck. The atmosphere was ok. Service was ok but he was forgetting different foods that was ordered.
For seated immediately however after getting the regular menus(not the the late night one since it was only 9pm) waited 20 minutes. Never even got served a glass of water or even spoken to honestly. The server in our area came out twice but never even acknowledged us. There were not many guests at the time or I would’ve understood. Got fed up because I have a 3 year old I just picked up who is hungry so we left. Drove across the street and it’s been 20 minutes and we are already eating. Very disappointed that IHOP didn’t want our business but I’ll happily take it elsewhere.
Food took to long to get out. Order was incorrect. Waitress was great and very apologistic however it was not her fault. The manager needs to be retrained and the cook need to find another job. We went back a few days ago after 2+ years of not going there and the food and service was PERFECT. NOT TODAY. Wont go back.
Our waitress was amazing very sweet, management on shift however was the reason we gave two stars... After my daughter ate half her burger I looked over to see in was pink in the middle, she said she could discount the meal however my daughter was still hungary and I asked to have it made over, she then made a comment about how much of the burger was left, they made it over with a sliver of a patty,... that did not even fit on the bun, please work on your customer service, not ok
Our go to breakfast when there is not mom a pop places to try...Found they have new menu with a lot of choices, good that our server help us out, (very efficient person & knows her menu)I had a Turkey sandwich all the way. The rest cant recall, senior moment :-(Waited about 15 minutes for a table but thats reasonable :-)
Recently visited this location to get up and leave due to the restaurant being dirty with food on the tables and all over the dining floor. There were small black bugs crawling around under the condiments and at this point there was no other choice but to leave. I cannot trust that an establishment who is not busy at this time could have such a dirty dining area or could I trust the food was being prepped in an area that was any cleaner. very disappointed in this place.
5:27 am ) I was able to enjoy the great and patient service of my server James. I give him the thumbs up, I explained that this job dealing with people come with ups and downs but having a great attitude is what makes is great. So I say to James, thanks for having 6 great attitude.
Service was terrible and they werent even busy. My daughter got her food 10 minutes before the rest of us, waitress never brought my husband his pancakes and stated she couldnt take anything off the check because the pancakes were included in the price! (even though she never included them in his meal) Horrible.
I went there with my family and lady manager seated us and says some one will be coming and taking order. I said ok, its been about More than 20 minutes we waited and no one even came to ask for drinks and order,.and I went to an associate and she let someone take care us. They lady manager dont care about the customer time . Irresponsible.
Horrible food and service. Took about an hour or more for our food which was cold. My mother ordered toast and came halfway through our meal. Stale. No one asked if we needed refills. When it came to paying the bill, out waiter said if its card go up front so I did but up there no one assisted us so my mom found someone . The girl she got was very rude and said we should have payed at the table and had a huge attitude. Worst staff and management.
BY FAR THE WORST IHOP (store 3187) experience ever. Avoid at all costs. Cold pancakes, cold bacon, over cooked/burnt eggs, cold coffee. Really. Asked to speak to the manager. After 12 minutes no one came. Explained all this to the waitress and asked for an adjustment on the bill because we wanted to leave. She apologized and another 10 minutes later STILL had not come back with the bill. When she finally showed up the adjustment was under $2.00. Seriously??? Not acceptable. My wife did not eat but two bites of her meal. I ate mine (because I eat almost anything when hungry). I followed her to the order station and this time met the manager - who did apologize but only adjusted the bill another 96 cents. I mean -cmon!! This is service??? My wifes meal was 5.49 and it should have been fully credited at the very least. She did not eat it. Very disappointing. While leaving we noticed the bus person cleaning a table with their pants sagging down and their underwear sticking out. Everyone reading this can decide if seeing employee underwear ass is acceptable in a restaurant. It s not to me. I may like IHOP food. But not this place. (Will be calling Corporate.) Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Place is situated by Hwy 29, in the Walmart shopping center. This place is always full, so strategy is to get there earlier. My companion went in to get our table while I looked for parking. Went inside and there was no one at the host post, so I tried looking for my companion thru the glass dividing wall as I phoned her. Just as she answered, a hostess arrived to take the next couple. Found my companion and sat down. While the waitress wasnt horrible, she was less attentive than average. She was more interested in the table next to ours. Food was good, but my companions was lukewarm. It was underwhelming.
WILL NEVER GO BACK I wouldve gave it no star. The worst service I have ever had in my life. The waitress got most of our order wrong, when she went to correct it she still got it wrong so when she supposedly went and got the manager and I explained what went wrong with the order she still came back with the some of the same plates with it still wrong then told me to have a good day. I had my whole family there, I didnt get any breakfast nor any suggestions to make order right or an apology. WILL NEVER GO BACK
Steps to have a good meal at IHOP. Step One: Bring all ingredients to what you will order with you. They were out of whipped cream when I went even though there was a Wall Mart within walking distance with plenty. Step Two: Bring plenty of Covid wipes with you. The table they put us at was sticky from the last diners food. Step Three:. Bring an ice chest of drinks with you. We had to chase down the workers to get refills on drinks. If you bring your own refills you will not need to do that.
I waited over 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was pretty empty with only 2 waitress. One came up front at sat the other party of 4 and never come back to the front eventhough she looked at us everytime she walked in and out of the kitchen. Lets see how and when we get our food.
It’s okay for a ihop. Sometimes the wait is pretty long especially on weekends but the staff is generally pretty nice. Although I do have to say unless you like your hot chocolate tasting like food coloring and sugar don’t order the Halloween limited edition one, it taste terrible. But yeah, if you’re looking for somewhere to eat with your family or a late night dinner then stop by
It was supposed to be all you can eat but the server never gave us an opportunity to order anymore pancakes and a manager had a nasty attitude and kept saying it was a new promotion was defensive and not willing to resolve the issue a simple sorry can I bring pancake to you would have resolved the issue. Finally another manager came to the table and helped us
Service was terrible. The hostess did not offer kids menus and then when I asked she showed me where it was on the adult menu instead of bringing me a coloring sheet. I had to ask the server for kids sheets again and she proceeds to ask me if the drinks for my kids should be kids drinks. The restaurant was empty so there is no excuse for crappy service. The waitress acted like we were an inconvenience for being there. I wont go back to this IHOP.
As a gluten free food consumer, it was a treat to be back at IHOP again to try the gluten friendly menu. But be advised gluten friendly is not gluten free. If you cannot consume gluten, you still want to skip IHOP. They must use the same griddle and utensils because I was glutened in the course of my meal. I cant be angry because IHOP never represented their new menu was gluten free, so they and I say, be forewarned.Food was still IHOP good.
Honest&true: the customer service was okay the food was good but I will not be returning to this IHOP. The greeter who ended up being our server sat us at a table that was dirty it was dirty underneath the table it was dirty beside the table just all-around where we were seated it was dirty I dont understand how you could do that if you werent prepared to seat us we could have waited just a few minutes for you to clean up and get organized. The main reason why Im not returning is they claim to give 20% discount for military service members or veterans. I have never been to an IHOP that gives less than 20% this IHOP does not honor the standard 20% discount they only give veterans 10% so I spoke with the corporate office who said the standard is 20% and I also spoke to one of the franchise members or administrators and they said 10% is still a good value. I only received $1.86 off my ticket. thats not a good value as much money as they make So, I should be jumping up for joy I got $1.86 off of my $20+ balance. This is something that should be addressed. veteran and military service members should be getting way more than just a 10% discount. Come on IHOP thats pathetic!!!!
By far the absolute worst experience Ive ever had at an IHOP. EVER. The waitress came to the table 4 times the entire time we were there, even after I asked a manager to get her to come to us. We waited almost an hour for our food with no explanation. This is after the waitress told us that our food would be right out about 10 minutes after we ordered. Spoke to one manager about the situation and she acted like she couldnt care less. Then after my waffle came out burnt and the rest of the food lukewarm, I spoke to the store manager, who did such a kind service (please note the sarcasm) of taking $4 off our order, all while acting like she couldnt care less. This was on a Monday morning, by the way. Not a very busy time, so thats not even a viable excuse.
It was busy, but it took over an hour to get my food(a very simple French toast). And it came out not even warm. Im here with my family(8 people), celebrating my mother in laws birthday. And they couldnt serve us quick and get us out to open up more seats. People say down about 20 mins ago and are finishing their breakfast right now. And we just got our food. Ugh. I will never come here again.
I go out of my way to come to this specific location! I always ask for Sue! She always knows what I want and its always perfect! Ive been coming there for over 8 years, Sue treats me and my family like her own. Clean facility and all the other staff are very pleasant too.
Want to this IHOP today the customer service was terrible we waited twenty minutes before someone came to the table the place was almost empty and when asked the waitress at the table behind us who was catering to the (white) man behind us she responded you have a waitress which was very rude then when we got a waitress she was nice but not attentive at all took the order brought our food and didnt see her again until we asked for her when we finished eating the customer service was so poor I will NEVER visit this place again

From the moment we walked through the door , after waiting for 15 minutes just to be seated in an almost empty restaurant (about 3 other families) to waiting another 20 mins for the waiter to come to our table, finally here comes “dominique” (pretty sure that’s spelled wrong) but anyways we already knew what we wanted to order since we’ve been waiting so long. I specially asked her if she had a pen to write it down & she stated she could remember everything (already another red flag) but we proceeded to order. I specially asked for STRAWBERRY milkshake & a twisted sweet tea along with a 4 stack of New York cheesecake pancakes, 2 eggs medium-over & tilapia with a side of mashed potatoes & corn. I asked her if she got it all & If she was sure she’d remembered it I told her I was starving & that’s what I wanted. After waiting another 30 mins here she finally comes with an OREO milkshake... not what I ordered . Another 15 mins later they began to bring out the food I got burnt chicken instead of tilapia how do you burn corn tho ? Mashed potato’s weren’t edible at all .. don’t get me started on the pancakes That i’ve been looking forward to ... how do you burn & undercook at the same time ?? She said “let me know if you need anything else& we said yes the rest of our food .. I mean come on you’d think she’s remember wirj her great memory & all right?? . I feel bad for just leaving my food but I don’t eat chicken ... that why is DIDNT order it .. . & everything was disgusting. Now I’m forced to pay a bill for food that I didn’t even eat .. hungry & disappointed.
Today on Fathers Day I ordered Chicken & Wafles. Chicken fingers were burned. Waitress was kind and brought new ones, which were not burned but still dark. It seems that they are using old oil.At this location they have good wafles and pancakes.There is a lot of room for improvement.
Our experience was not pleasant this morning. We sat for a few minutes (nothing major) and were asked by a waitress if we had been helped and then she took our drink order. My moms sweet tea tasted like it was old or out of a dirty pot, and my water tastes like tap water. Im not picky about water at all, but when it has a flavor, thats kind of bad. It wasnt a big deal, we just switched for Sprite and it was much better. We ordered our food and didnt see our waitress again until the food arrived. We got our food and my moms steak was severely undercooked (to her liking). Shes likes them well done and this one was maybe medium rare on a lot of places. Again, it wasnt a big deal, just not what we wanted. The rest of the food was okay. When we finished eating, we went to the front to pay, that is how it works at all the iHops in our area, but they told us not this one, so the girl at the front got our waitress for us to pay. We gave her 2 20s to cover our 32$ bill and we had already left the tip on the table. She asked every single employee in the building for change for a $20 and not one had any, so we had to pay with card. That kind of tipped our experience for us. The food was meh, the service was merely acceptable, and the inconvenience was annoying. Try another iHop.
I ordered an omelette and pancakes, I was charged twice for my one order. When I saw the charges on my account I called the location, Manager Brenda was very rude and kept telling me how busy she was, I will be contacting Corporate office regarding being over charged and Manager Brendas poor customer service.
The noise level is high, so dont expect to have a conversation - the floors are not kept clean inside nor outside - the waiting time for the food is longer than average - the food is almost down to Waffle House level (The natural juices are plain high fructose corn syrup, citric acid and water). And if youre of Hispanic decent theyll conduct business in Spanish, making it hard because you end up having to translate everything from the English menu to place your order.Theres not many non-fast food breakfast options out there - but you can always go to another IHOP with a different staff and clientele...
I checked in for a party of 2 and was waiting in the 2nd lobby between the two doors with the x-mas tree. After seeing the people who came in after us were being seated before we were, I inquired as to how much longer we would be waiting. The hostess said another 10-20 minutes, but wed already waited 20 minutes. So I glanced at the list and saw that our names had been crossed off despite not having spoken to or seated us. They never once came into the 2nd lobby to ask about the people waiting there. So wed been sitting there waiting for our names to be called but wed already been crossed out. Had we not looked at the list ourselves, we would still be waiting indefinitely. We left and will not be returning. Thanks Ihop.
There were only two servers tonight and about 8 tables with guests! That still doesnt explain why we waited over an hour for crepes and french toast!?!??????Then when the order arrives , rhe other two guests in my party got their food and i was told she would be right back with mine. I saw server pass my table 3 times with dirty dishes ftom a party that left. Five minutes later i got my French toast that was burned!. One side was black all around edges but it was positioned so that the good side wss facing up so i couldnt see when presented.
Well what can I say, I like IHOP but tonight I dont know what happened. To start it was NOT a busy night, it took 30 minutes for our coffe and when it came they only brought one cup out and then asked what was the second drink. Smh !!! Food took even longer and did bring out what was ordered by time we got our food the appetite was gone. The service tonight was so bad that the table infront of us just got up and left. Very disappointed in IHOP and what sux more the girlfriend dont like IHOP to begin with and now she has more of a reason.#cantgivelessthanastar ...
Service was horrible. Coffee pot was brought to the table with strawberry syrup all over the side like it was not even cleaned. My hashbrowns were burned and my eggs had something red in it. With me being alergic to cherries i couldnt enjoy. I will not waist my hard earned money here again.
I literally sat there for 20 mins before a waitress came over and stated that our section was not hers and she didnt know who was. Then waited another hour for and still didnt get our food. My children had the strawberry pancakes and the syrup was gold and the strawberrie frozen solid. What an awful breakfast on Christmas Day.
Food wasnt good the chicken florentine crepes were crisp on the end. And I didnt get two things I ordered. had simple order. Will never recommended anyone to come here. I usually go to the Ihop in Norcross and their service and food is always excellent. Definitely need to re train the cooks. I will not be back it was not worth the stop! Waste of my money.
I Just Looove this place. Their breakfast is mmm mmm delicious. Trust me their breakfast can take you for the day. The coffee is to die for and another time I tried their hot chocolate and it was haven down my throat. You would love the pancakes and omelette. Trust me I cant wait to visit any IHOP when Im back in the States.Certainly the best place to have breakfast and guess what breakfast its all day even to midnight for all you breakfast lovers.
Very disappointed in service and food. I believe they were under staffed for a Sunday morning rush. Food took well over 20 mins to come out. Server was very slow and never checked on status of the food and he even got the mgr and she made excuses of having only one window open which I assume meant they serve short staffed on cooks but still did nothing about my food coming out incorrectly.
This IHOP has always been our first choice after church, so its always a group of us. Today it was a group of 6. Our server was a lady named Casey. I received my Tilapia dinner with a side of mashed potatoes.The mashed potatoes were spoiled. I had a spoonful in my mouth and it was spoiled and sour. I let Casey know, and without a care in the world she left the plate there, my tilapia had mashed potatoes on it. She didnt change it, all she did was bring a side of corn and left the spoiled mashed potatoes on my plate.
The worst Ihop experience.Ordered Hot Tea it was warm, asked for hot water and milk, cold milk and warm water.My Husband ordered red potatoes which was supposed to come with peppers and onions..still looking for those.My egg white omelet left alot to be desired.The pancake were cold and far from fluffy.Overall a very disappointing meal.Then had to wait 5 mins at the counter before the waitress came so we could pay our bill.Going to be a long time before i make a trip there again.Not a Happy Camper.
Bad service. When it gets busy this is the first IHOP I have ever seen that is not organized and ignores new customers coming in. They need to prepare for busy morning weekends. I am speaking from personal experience. I called corporate, and have yet to hear back from anyone. One thing restaurants shouldnt do is ignore customers.

2022-01-09Brought my grandson to get a chocolate chip pancake with a smiley face, lol. No wait, quickly seated. Waitress stood at a distance to take our order and she had a mask on, felt like we were suspected carriers. Little weird how far she stood to be honest. Ordered his pancake and fries... this is his standard. I ordered a cowboy burger and fries. Order was brought in a reasonable time, but no smiley face on the pancake, my grandson is autistic but accepted the no smiley face. The burger was OK, but not great by any means. My grandson ate all his food, so he must have enjoyed it, lol. Burger had barbecue sauce and onion rings, with American cheese. Patty was a bit dry. Over all the meal and service were OK but not great.

2021-08-15Great customer service. Dine in or take out. If you Uber or door dash you must go inside to pickup. Plenty of parking. Fresh food. Off major highway. Walmart is near by this location.

2022-05-20Didnt take as long to get seated but took us forever to get our food. I guess theyre doing the best they can because of staffing issues like everywhere else but they should have planned accordingly. A full restaurant full of customers doesnt matter if everyone isnt happy.

2021-05-30I was sat immediately on a Sunday morning around 11. The food was good but my server seemed miserable like I was bothering her by my presence and ordering of food. So I took off one star. The bathroom was clean and everything else was fine.

2022-04-24I honestly didnt enjoy the food. It wasnt seasoned well to my taste and the hot chocolate wasnt sweet as I expected. The server was very nice though and we got good service. It wasnt very crowded when I went around 11:30 on a weekday.

2019-09-01Upon entering we were told it was going to be about a 10 minute wait. Went to check in and was seated right away! The food came out quickly and our whole party enjoyed everything especially the service. Will definitely be returning!!!
