I’m giving them 10 stars.. 5 is not enough. They changed my life. After going to several doctors trying to find out why I felt so awful.. I had extreme anxiety, lack of ambition, gaining weight, insomnia and the list goes on. With no help! I was referred to infinite athlete What a blessing .. it’s only been a week since we went over my blood work and started program. I already went from 10% to 70% closer to feeling like the old me. I can’t thank them enough. The ENTIRE staff is incredible. And a super big thanks to Kitty.

I did quite a bit of research before going in. I went in for blood work to find out about my lab work. When I got my result a week later. I went back in for my results when I met with the tech to talk about my results, the tech was very informative about all of my information and answered all my questions. I had my first appointment with Kitty today to review my labs and wow. She is very thorough and explained everything really helping me understand what is happening with my hormones and how we can correct any imbalances. I also received IV therapy while there and left feeling like a million bucks. Covid couldn’t stick to me if it tried. Thank you guys so much. I’ll see you soon!

Chaos barely describes how this business was operating a few weeks ago when my wife and I arrived to simply get a refill of past medicines. The girls behind the front desk were rushing to fill bags and get people out the door. This time they messed up bad. Later, at home, when checking the bags, we did not have the items we were used to getting. Its mostly unusable. But even worse, my wife had a severe reaction to an injection. The fine print indicated a component never taken before. She was literally in bed for days with an extreme headache, dizziness, etc. We are not happy about any of this. If they are going to charge the amount of money that they do, it is absolutely mandatory that they run their business in a coherent manner and above all not make egregious mistakes in their meds. None of this would have happened if they had their business under control. And they do not. Note: In actuality, the meds we received were incorrect and did in fact cause a severe medical reaction.Really Mr. Owner, you leave me no choice but to respond to your inaccuracies below. First of all, as stated earlier, we came to the facility for a refill of what we had previously obtained. That is not what we received. My medication was in fact changed to a new hormone with the front desk not informing me of such. Upon reentry into the building to question what was in the cold storage bag, I was given a cursory explanation that all was Dr ordered, which proved to be harmful to me. A phone call was never made because of that explanation.You have absolutely no basis for making the ridiculous claim that I had the flu and not a reaction to the new medication. Im the one who is aware of the timing and duration of my illness. Ive had flu; this was not flu. If you, as a medical professional, would review reactions to excessive estrogen intake, you would see virtually every symptom that I experienced. Please, do not attempt to diagnose from afar.I have never asked for a 30 min consult. But when meds are changed, a consult with a knowledgeable person is absolutely necessary. Regarding sharing information: My very brief discussion with the front desk did occur in the immediate vicinity of the packed waiting area. It was ineffective and uncomfortable and not consistent with HIPPA regulations. On the other hand, I can release any info that I want concerning my medical situation. No, Mr. Owner, you did not say bring back unused meds for a refund. You plainly stated that a check would be mailed for the full amount of what I was charged on my last visit to your facility. I presume that will occur in the immediate future. I will reiterate that your first concern when you first called was not my health. You were concerned about a critical review. Those are the plain facts.As far as you threatening me and my husband with legal action, we have presented only facts of what we have experienced. There have been no attacks on individuals or institutions. Perhaps our experiences may open your eyes as to dealing with your clients more effectively.
From start to finish the process of becoming a patient has been amazing. Madison and Robert truly care about the individuals they are treating and go above and beyond with their level of care, and customer services. I recommend that anyone, even if youre with another clinic, go to them! I cant say enough about how amazing they and the clinic are.
I came here looking for answers as to why my energy levels were depleted and they have figured it out after a simple lab test. The staff makes me feel welcome as soon as in walk in the door, the positive energy there is something I have rarely experienced in any business setting which shows just how professional of a business this is. They really do enjoy helping people to feel their absolute best.

Tried this once before and did not feel like the other Company followed up and kept an eye on my results. So far Infinite Athlete has been great at setting up a re-check schedule and adjusted my treatment plan to better match my blood work and medical history. Office personnel are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Very Happy with the care and service.
I was made aware of Infinite Athlete recently by a friend and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff at Infinite Athlete is great, and has really gone out of their way to make it easier for me to get my meds, even in a remote work location. Aside from that, they have been quick to resolve any issues or problems, and have been great to deal with. I recommend them very highly.

I highly recommend Infinite Athlete, friendly staff (Jesse was my consultant) and listened and catered to my intended goals. The cost was very reasonable and the service was swift and to the point.While I can’t speak of everyone else, since I only had Jesse as my consultant. Jesse is a master with the needle. From the blood work to administering my injections, painless; absolutely painless. I’ve never had shots and blood drawn that I didn’t feel, if not intensely feel with redo’s sometimes. Will definitely be asking for him every time.If you’re on the fence, get off of it. You won’t regret it.
I was told to go to Infinite Athlete because I felt sluggish and just not up to par. I work out and since coming here I have felt so much better, can lift more weight and my muscle tone has improved so quickly!I look and feel 100% better! I did not realize how bad the service was at my previous HRT provider until I went through the intake process at Infinite Athlete. Even though I had been doing HRT for a long time, I learned more in 15 minutes with Madison than I did the entire time with the old provider! Definitely the place if you have been curious about HRT and wanted someone to talk you through it without being rushed or pressured.

As I now approach sixty, my body and energy levels have changed in a not so good way. Infinite Athlete ran blood work that confirmed I was on the low end of the testosterone scale. Additionally the tests showed low levels of vitamin D, all of which can be corrected.I am now on the road to improvement with the professional help at Infinite Athlete.

2022-03-15The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am confident that their patient’s health and well-being is their top priority. They offer all sorts of treatments and products. They closely monitor your body’s changes over time. The patients I see there range from people in their twenties all the way to elderly folks, and everyone I’ve spoken to is happy that they have found this place. I have referred friends and family members and I’ve noticed a positive change in energy levels, appearance, and overall happiness in each of them. 2022-03-24A friend recommended this place and Im glad he did. They provided me with all the information I needed before I got treatment so I could do my research. Ive been going here for nearly 6 months and I havent felt this great in years. I have yet to start a workout routine so I can only imagine what I will feel like after that. 2022-05-18This place is the best. Before I came here I was struggling with problems a man at my age shouldn’t be having issues with. A friend referred me to infinite athlete and they started me on TRT, and was one of the best choices I could have ever made. Since being on it it has helped lift my mood, boost my energy and overall better my life in every single way. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are fast at helping people but not in a rushing type of way. They make sure you get the treatment you need and any questions you have answered each manner in a healthy timely manner. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

2022-06-17Id give these guys ten stars if I could. They have a phenomenal staff of professionals who really care about you and your health. From sign in to exit takes about 10 mins. They have a top notch system and they sample your blood periodically to make sure you are getting the best possible treatment. If you are on the fence, I recommend you take the plunge. It is truly life changing. Im living my best life in my 50s. Who wouldve thought 👍😀

2022-05-12Greatest place any man over 30 could possibly go to that has just about any aging health issue. Staff is beyond friendly and understanding. Really has an at home feel. I could not recommend going here enough. I have lost 50lbs so far since November and I actually feel like a man again. I am very excited for my health and fitness future all thanks to Infinite Athlete.

2022-05-24Life changing for a perimenopausal woman! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and constantly monitoring you via your bloodwork, vitals, and muscle mass. Don’t be intimidated by the name. I’m far from an athlete. They aren’t great at answering the phone…so just walk-in. You don’t need an appointment. They are however, great at calling you with your blood work results. It has been great for both my husband and myself. Couldn’t be happier!
