We had a latte and two sandwiches for take out. Staff was friendly, helpful, and patient while we ordered. At this time they offered student, military, and healthcare worker discounts on their drinks. They offer a great selection of Monin syrups. They also offer different milk alternatives for those who are interested. I tried one of their seasonal lattes and it was tasty.

There turkey club was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. My husband and I will definitely be back. The employees were all extremely nice!
I met two friends for breakfast and everything was delicious! We got there at 10am and the place was humming with business. I had the breakfast quesadilla with bacon and an “ugly sweater” latte (seasonal flavor). Everything was brought to the table in a timely fashion and it was HOT AND FRESH👏🏻🔥👏🏻. 10/10 will be back soon! Shoutout to the staff for a GREAT experience!
First time visiting this cute little spot. Also my first time trying a banana and peanut butter shake 😳 turned out to be pretty fantastic!!! Good people, tasty treats, nice atmosphere. I’m down!!! 🥳 I have to go back for pics.
Inner beam is a great little coffee house that I like to frequent to grab an Americano with heavy whipping cream and some stevia and do my weekend chores and errands. Im always at work whenever theyre open so I like to hit them on the weekend. Theyve got great breakfast sandwiches as well as amazing coffee drinks. I highly recommend you stop by and grab a flat white. Why go to a chain coffee shop when you could get something way better that is less expensive or at least equal to in price? Support local coffee shops like this amazing place.
The BEST coffee, food, and service! I had the turkey bacon avocado 🥑 sandwich with a side of broccoli 🥦 salad. Omg, I could eat that everyday for lunch for the rest of my life. Kristen, or they call her KP for short, was my barista. So nice and personable. I love the atmosphere! Local artists 🎨 hang thier work on the walls, I love that!
Coffee was very good. I had the Brekkie bowl; it was okay. My protein was Turkey sausage, it was a hotdog; at least it looked like an over-processed meat. If I wanted overpriced hotdogs I’d go to five guys. I’ll come back; but next time I’ll ask more questions about the food.
Awesome place to just sit and study or enjoy company from others. staff is very friendly, service is quick and food is yummers! I always get the babe sandwich and add turkey to it *chefs kiss* the caramel macchiato is better than sbux.. a little pricy but worth it for the casual inviting ambiance and yummy food :)

Who goes to a coffee shop and then doesn’t order coffee?! Me of course. Starbucks would judge me, but the Inner Bean did not. My creme brulee steamer with oat milk was delicious. I love the atmosphere here. You’ll see me here more often.Just as great as it was years ago. I upgraded to a chai latte with oat milk and French toast. Delicious!

Had a gingerbread caramel latte that was amazing. Then I decided to get the ugly sweater which was a white chocolate and raspberry latte. It was delicious and I couldnt finish. Probably best I didnt, really didnt need that much sugar and caffeine.Both were amazing coffees and Id come back again when Im in town!
Small and friendly establishment. Very warm welcoming from all the staff. No real complaints from my experience cant wait to try more on the menu while in town. Had the avocado toast

Food is great. Service is great. They also sell coffee by the bag from Batdorf Coffee out of Atlanta. Its cheaper to preorder but they do sell what they have in stock.
Updated review. They are still open during thisWorldwide pandemic but with limited hours from 11 to 3 and curbside and delivery only. They took breakfast out all together which disappoints me because those were my favorites paired with one of their specialty coffees in the morning.So nonetheless today I am trying one of their quesadillas with chicken, cheese, beans , jalepenos and spinach. The girl was very informative and friendly. Super sweet. I brought my dog with me and she even brought my dog his own water cup. Very happy with service and food. I will be back.Last review:Very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast bowl and avocado eggs are my favorite. Pretty good coffee with a large menu (food too) and nice staff. The cold brew I got was cheap which is nice and the added mocha was done well.Sadly it was a little too sour for my liking, but Im sure it has to do with the beans they used for it.Staff was nice, ambiance was good.
By far my most favorite lunch spot in the Augusta area. Their turkey croissant is to die for, so is their broccoli salad. We very much enjoy the calm, classy atmosphere and the fact that it is something special to Augusta. There is only so much franchise restaurant you can take. Do yourself a favor and check this gem out. You will not regret it!!!

Please add vegan food and drinks in the menu. Plant base Impossible meat and sauce, beyond burger, vegan cake and non-dairy milk etc. all available at walmart and other market.
Enjoyed this sweet little coffee house! The staff are friendly and helpful, the food delicious, and the coffee fresh, made to order. We enjoyed hot chocolate, Carmela coffee and regular coffee, along with the club and avo avocado turkey sandwiches. Will be coming back!
I usually love coming here. The food is very good and they have great coffee, however when I came in today, the girl at front with the bangs and the nose ring was incredibly rude. She was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly to the point where I felt like I was bothering her by being a patron to this store. The food is great and everyone else is friendly but my visit this time was ruined by this one worker. She needs better customer service skills, or needs to work in the back away from the customers bc she clearly doesn’t like having to interact with them
I came here after their breakfast hours were over, but I got a chance to try their twisted grilled cheese and the wild flower chai. Both were super delicious! I did have to wait a while for my food to get out, about 20-25 minutes, but I was in no particular rush. Im also glad they went to a points system now!
I was honestly disappointed in Inner Bean Cafe. Looking at the reviews, I was really excited to grab a nice lunch during my lunch break. Unfortunately it took me 15 minutes just to bring me coffee, and about 30 minutes to bring me food. It was pretty busy in there so Im sure thats why it took quite a while for food, but coffee/drinks should not take that long. Even worse, I told them I was vegetarian and asked for a substitution for the bacon in my Twisted grilled cheese, but my sandwich showed up with bacon in it, which I only noticed after taking a few bites already. They were very kind to offer me a free replacement, but that took another 30 minutes to make, at which point I was late in returning to work. The food is tasty and the coffee is good, and the service was nice, albeit quite slow. However the mistake on my food for a vegetarian was what brought this review down, the time it took to bring the food, and it was quite pricey for the amount provided.

Got there just in time to try breakfast, and the breakfast burrito was so well made and delicious, that I wished there was time to order a second. Cant wait for the next time Im in the area and can pop in to try more from the menu.
Was referred by several friends that this was a great coffee shop. Must have gone on a bad day. Person. who took the order was not polite. Ordered a coffee, bagel and breakfast sandwich and it took an hour! Coffee was lukewarm and girl rushed to my table and ran away. Couldnt ask her where my food was? Several people waiting around for their orders. Called later and complained, manager said he would refund my money and that has not happened. I will not go here again. Starbucks much better!
My favorite coffee shop in town. The team and baristas are polite, personable, and kind. Their space is cozy and a great spot to spend afternoons at. The music they play is great and their food/drinks have always been tasty and fresh. A big plus - they are responsible and actually promote wearing a mask indoors when not seated. Wish more businesses In Augusta had the same common sense as IBC! Will be coming back frequently - support local ☕️

I wish we were local so this could be my every weekend stop. Cute and quaint little place. Breakfast croissants were delicious and so filling. Very homemade feel almost like the eggs came fresh from the back farm and they just finished making the croissant from scratch.
Came in for a couple of coffees on a rainy day and was greeted by two employees. They were pleasant and took the order, making sure to repeat it back to ensure accuracy. While waiting, we went and sat in the back area. The reason for the four stars was because after waiting a bit of a longer time than expected, we came back to the counter to find our coffee was sitting at the pickup area and we hadnt heard them say our order was ready, not had they made sure we knew it was sitting there. Otherwise, the coffee itself were delicious and still hot enough.

Cute place. Bananas foster iced latte was amazing as was the sri pesto wrap. It was a little spicy so I was glad I ordered a second ranch. Wait was a little lengthy for the food considering the amount of patrons at the time. But we’ll worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I really enjoy visiting this cafe every once in a while for some tasty sandwiches (even though were not coffee drinkers). The quality of service can be hit or miss, and then need to be quicker to clean tables, but its still a good place for a quick meal (and probably coffee too, if thats for you).

Stopped in for breakfast. Much wider selection than hoped for based on chain coffee shops. (StarBucks). We tried the Bean Classic, Breakfast Burrito, & Breakfast Quisadilla.Were all very good. Would pick the Quisadillas over the burritos next time, seemed like just a little more for the same price.Staff and patrons were all very friendly.
Tried them for breakfast. They werent busy so I ordered and received my breakfast quickly.. I got the Brekkie Bowl and dark roast coffee. The bowl was good, with eggs, sausage, onions, jalapeños, spinach, tomatoes and cheese. The cheese was cold and the dish wasnt quite hot enough to melt it which is the only reason this wasnt a 5 star. The coffee was also quite good and had a distinct flavor I enjoyed. Definitely will be back.
I think I caught them on a bad day given all their great reviews.I had two issues, 1) lots of hair in my food and 2) I ordered the white chocolate mocha and my husband ordered the banana foster and they served both white mochas.I can stomach a hair or two in my food and move on with my meal but this was different. I had 2 foot long strands of pink/purple hair in nested together in my eggs.

This place is a gem! Their food is fresh, and gives you the old coffee shop ambiance before all the chains opened up. Im glad they weathered the pandemic, and they opened back up for the public to enjoy!
Absolutely delicious BLTA on a croissant, chocolate chai frappé (custom order!!), & lavender lemonade. Ive been here several times, & I cant speak highly enough about this local café/eatery; if youve never been, you must go! My custom chai drink is something I used to order in NorCal back when I was a teen in the mid-90s, & most coffee places wont make it, but Inner Bean not only tried it, they nailed it 🥰❤ I love this café.
Great coffee shop! They have an amazing selection of drinks and dessert, as well as sandwiches. Service is polite and pretty quick. There is indoor and outdoor seating, the seating in the back is real cozy. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to trying their winter seasonal drinks.
Inner bean has been a staple of my visits to Augusta for years. The drinks have always been unique and exceptional. Food is delicious and healthy with their own twist on common cafe favorites. I hate leaving town without stopping in!
Very nice ambience and a cool place to do intimate business meetings. I rated a 4 because Im really not a coffee drinker but I tried it. I would visit again and try something else on the menu.
Stop through on our way back home to TN. Avocado Turkey sandwich was very good! Banana foster latte, while not the strongest flavor was delicious. We will definitely be back whenever we are in Augusta again!

First time here. The coffee was good, but somehow they completely forgot about my order. It took no less than 30 min to get two coffee drinks. A little disappointed that at no time did the staff apologize for the wait or for forgetting my order. With other options in town, Im not sure well be back.

I really cant speak for the coffee because I hate coffee, but the smoothies and sandwiches were awesome. My favorite cafe Ive ever been to. Food is wonderful, staff is friendly, and despite what everyone else said, service was fast. In my opinion, if youre passing through Augusta or staying for a bit, this is definitely on the top 3 places you should check out.
I believe it is going down hill. I got the twisted grill cheese. The bread was stale and bacon hardly cooked. My coffee was not hot. My wife ordered a BLT on a croissant. It came with avocado on it and her bacon was not thoroughly cooked.
Phenomenal cakes and cheesecakes. The coffee is delicious as well. I love the local art on the walls.

Really wanted to try something that wasnt Starbucks or Dunkins. This cafe hit the spot. Good coffee, friendly service, and calming atmosphere. I stopped by for breakfast on a Thursday morning and it wasnt too busy, so I cant say for sure that it wont be packed on the weekend. Picked up their breakfast bowl and it was delicious. Their large coffee cones bottomless so get your best bang for buck. They also offer a discount for military, vets, and students. I will be back soon for more!
Customer service was great. The staff was swift in helping me select vegan options on their menu. The sitting area provided comfortable chairs with ambient lighting. Music selection was mediocre and coffee selection was small. However I do recommend this place for a quick bite.
Great food and coffee selection. I love their broccoli salad and crave it often. Stop by and grab a muffin to go if you’re in a hurry, or stay and use their WiFi to get some work done while sipping on a delicious hot latte! Haven’t found anything I don’t like yet!!
A clean coffee shop with a wonderful food menu as well. Breakfast ends at 1030, but your choices do not. They have cakes, smoothies and several other options for that sweet tooth. The atmosphere is quiet and nice, though occasionally you may have some children acting like uncontrollable terrors whose parents think it is cute rather than correcting them, but that is any place. Highly recommend the inner bean if you are just looking for a quick coffee, or sitting and catching up with someone for a few hours.
This place had a nice culture to it and the employees were SO nice. You know, there’s so coffee places that are really pretentious, but not this one! There were a lot of awesome artwork on the walls that was tempting to buy (but I have no monies...) Ive been trying the espresso for a few weeks now and they cant seem to fix pulling sour shots. Maybe they arent waiting for it to warm up, or the grinds arent fine enough. The machine has had notes taped onto it and I heard an employee having difficulty with it. If there is a problem with the machine, why still offer espresso? If one of the employees reads this review, please just taste it yourself and consider if the results are worth it. Id rather wait a few extra minutes for a drinkable espresso if thats the issue. If the machine is not working, please dont offer shots and be transparent to customers.All things considered, the drip coffee is good quality and their breakfast items are more than worth the price.

Solid cafe! Sandwiches are great and their seasonal drink specials are fun. I love the local art on display.Only downside is that it opens on the later side, so its no usually possible to stop by before work.
A coffee shop where you can get fresh food and an array of coffee. It’s the type of place where you can sit back and relax, enjoy your coffee, study, chat with friends. The front has tables and chairs. The back has an area with sofas, comfy chairs, and coffee tables.It’s a counter service and then you receive a number and choose where you want to sit. They bring your food and drink to the table. It’s clean and efficient. I had the s’more latte with soy milk. My husband had the caramel latte. Both were good. We also ate. I had the avocado eggs and my husband had the breakfast bowl. The avocados were big slices not mushed. The toast was thick and tasted like an everything bagel. Yum. The breakfast bowl is the perfect portion.I will definitely go back. Also, there was a customer who was upset because he ordered something to go and was in a hurry. Please know that when you want fresh food cooked to order then there will be a wait. I thought the service was appropriate. We didn’t wait too long. If you’re in a hurry choose Starbucks or fast food. This is a sit down and enjoy yourself place.
This is one of my favorite local coffee places. Staff is amazing. Constantly wanting to help and make your experience memorable. I love their Lattes and the turkey croissant. Sub the cheese for spinach. Its unbelievable 👏

Had a $10 grilled cheese which was fine. Nearly finished said sandwich before I even received my black coffee. Took nearly 20 minutes to even receive the order for my parter and I. All in all, the food was good but the service and everything else is subpar.
One of my new favorite spots! My family of 5 got all different coffee drinks and yummy eats...some I hadnt even heard of. I mean...ice cream and coffee?? 🤯 I tried everyones stuff cuz Im Mom, I cook so my family is always trying to impress me with their choices. The staff are super friendly and the coffee is great. The food is delicious. This place opens at 8am and theres always 2-3 people waiting outside by 7:50. One of the best cafes in Augusta.
Wonderful little coffee shop. Great drinks and delicious food. One of the few places that have Italian soda, which is my wifes favorite. Parking lot can be a challenge to navigate at peak times but worth the hassle. Free wifi and plenty of comfortable seating as well.
My first visit to Inner Bean Cafe was amazing! Its a hidden gem tucked away in a little shopping center on Davis Rd. There are tables in the front and sofas in the back. They offer an extensive menu with various coffee and drink items, breakfast, lunch and desserts. I tried the Twisted Grilled Cheese. This isnt your average sandwich, it had three types of cheeses, bacon & peach preserve on sourdough bread. Im not a regular coffee drinker, but I enjoyed a cup of their dark roast coffee. For dessert, I tried the Rum Revival cake. Its a heavenly mixture of cake slices and rum, topped with chocolate icing.
The foam on their lattes is always perfect. The staff are amazing and the food is delicious. Definitely the place to go for your morning joe.

I’ve been going since this place was small. The people who work here know my mom and me so well. They really understand customer service, and they’re kind people. The cake is AMAZING, including the food. It’s a nice quiet place to study or relax. I have and definitely still recommend it.

I walked in like a zombie and ordered a cold brew coffee (which was excellent) and needed a second to decide on some food. The barista went ahead and rang in my coffee, giving me time to get it together before I finished my order and paid! Love this place, the wraps were fantastic too!
Went for breakfast on a Saturday, very friendly service. I ordered a hot chocolate with baklava flavoring because I am not a coffee person and it was amazing. I also ordered the breakfast quesadilla. They also offered a military and student discount on the drinks. I would definitely return.

This place is fantastic. The food is so fresh, the atmosphere is inviting. The customer service is wonderful. I truly do enjoy going here with friends to study or have an early date with the hubby. I just wish they stayed open longer. They close at 3pm and I know its a cafe but there arent many places like it so the times it is open is the biggest flaw for me.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I used to come here regularly but will not be supporting their business any longer. Have not required me to wear a mask since March of 2020. Ive come in maskless many times with no problem. Today they decided to no longer honor medical exemptions or follow ADA guidelines.

Honestly this was my first time coming here and its such a cute little cafe. I came to do homework but the wifi was down but its okay cause I still delighted myself in a nice iced latte. Prices are WAY better than Starbucks because theyre reasonable and I enjoyed their cute and customizable menu. I tried their iced irish cream latte and it was good. I didnt get to try their food yet but from the smell of it! I know its going to be delicious
Great place to get coffee and some really fresh food. Love walking to this place from our house with our dogs. Weve come here twice and enjoyed sitting outside with our dogs and the staff there is just amazing. Definitely recommend this place for any occasion. Good place, great food and awesome staff.

I had only heard of this place from friends, even though I had passed by it a million times I had never thought to go inside. What a pleasure it was when I finally decided to come in and bring my study materials! There are plenty of tables even though it is not a large place, the atmosphere is friendly and the coffee and food was delicious! I ordered a mocha with whipped cream and a little bit of raspberry flavoring and I swear I have never had a better coffee drink. It was smooth, flavorful, the perfect temperature (hot but didnt burn the bajeezus out of my mouth) and decadent. I had the lunch special for lunch which was a tuna salad on sourdough. I added tomatoes to the order, but thats the only thing I changed. The sandwich was brought to my table and I sank my teeth into a perfectly balanced bite of buttered toasted sourdough, lightly sauced tuna salad, crisp lettuce and juicy tomato. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here again, although I hesitate to tell my friends about it because I almost want to keep this gem to myself! ;)

Honestly this was my first time coming here and its such a cute little cafe. I came to do homework but the wifi was down but its okay cause I still delighted myself in a nice iced latte. Prices are WAY better than Starbucks because theyre reasonable and I enjoyed their cute and customizable menu. I tried their iced irish cream latte and it was good.
Quaint place with a wide variety. I tried the White Chocolate Mocha, while my husband tried the Carmello. They were both good, but you will definitely need time to visit this cafe - it is not a fast paced joint.
Every visit here has been an excellent experience. Most recently, my wife and I ordered a quesadilla and spicy italian wrap with an iced creme brulee and an iced coffee respectively, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. As a former barista and, admittedly, a coffee snob, I can say that their coffee has great balance and taste. The staff here are very personable and attentive, and the ambiance is perfect with local artwork displayed on the walls and some outdoor seating available. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
Too long of a wait just to get coffee that taste awful. This was me and my wife’s first time to inner bean. Not impressed. We will not be back.
Breakfast and coffee at the Inner Bean was delicious. I had the Bean breakfast, which included two eggs, bacon, sausage patties and bread of my choice. With a large coffee and tax, the price was just under $10. Cant beat it. The wifi works by the way and was easy to connect. Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer. Recommend! P.S. I ended up working through lunch and ordered a latte and half of the turkey avocado sandwich, which is out of this world. Earned them an extra star!
Definitely worth the money and the wait! The coffee was wonderful and so was the food. My infant nephew ate almost half my sandwich, so the food is baby approved! :) what a hidden gem!
Such a nice and cozy place to come for a cup of coffee. Staff is super nice, the place is always clean, and I really enjoy the fact that they have local art hanging up, which is actually made by one of the staff members!! Awesome place to go if you need to do homework, read a book, or just wind down.

My go to place since I came to town. I researched a coffee house before leaving Italy and this one showed up. I love it. I can drink coffee and handle all my business in peace. They make you comfortable while you are there.

Always enjoy our lunch at Inner Bean. I like their broccoli salad just to have something a little different. Usually get their chicken salad on a croissant, as I am allergic to bacon and most all of their sandwiches have bacon in them. Great desserts, also!
I wasnt sure Id like this place at first. When I walked in, it looked like a hangout for garden club ladies (in fact, I think it is) and the sandwiches had eclectic names but the food here is fantastic. Its mosty self serve- you order at the counter and they bring it to you. The prices are reasonable. Ill definately return!
The food never disappoints. The combination of flavors always makes me extremely happy and oh so satisfied. The coffee drinks are hit or miss, and that mainly depends on the person making them. They are either spot on, bland, or taste like burnt sour coffee. I keep ordering the drinks though because when they are spot on my tastebuds cant get enough.UPDATE 29 Dec 18: The first coffee drink I got today tasted like burnt sour coffee. They were kind enough to make me another one, which turned out worse than the first one. I couldnt even force myself to drink it. Guess Ill stick to non-coffee drinks here or water.

2022-02-22Came here for a quick breakfast with the family. This cafe offers quick counter order service with a great selection of coffees and brunch options. The chicken wrap and the breakfast burrito were both tasty and well portioned. Parking in front is limited, but there is plenty of space in the back.

2022-06-23The Iced Americano was decent and on the citrusy/sour side, the turkey and avocado sandwich was terrific, they used real avocado which was a big plus. If you dine-in to cool off, unfortunately its going to be pretty warm inside for some reason.

2022-05-15I should have taken a picture before I ate the salad! I had the Rainbow Garden Salad with grilled chicken and the white balsamic vinaigrette. By far one of the best salads Ive ever had! Friendly staff too. Another family member ordered food for her young family with egg and dairy restrictions. The staff was excellent in double checking with the kitchen. Their food was also good.

2022-02-15Went on a Sunday morning. There were a few people there at that time. It is counter service and we got food and a few of their specialty drinks. It was around 30 dollars with tip. The food was brought out hot and was tasty and the drinks were well made and not too sweet. The music was a little loud for the small room and the seating could be a little nicer. Overall a good experience and we will return.

2022-05-28I didnt really know what to expect and to be honest, I actually drove past the cafe on my visit! But, I am so glad I turned around. I love cafes like this and the food was so satisfying while I was working on my computer. The coffee I had was to die for and the breakfast was warm reminder of why I missed the South after moving back to the state.

2022-06-20Food is delicious and so is the coffee and sweet tea! The chicken salad is to die for. The only thing is sometimes it smells in there and the floors are dirty each time we have gone in there. If the floors were cleaner and it smelled better in there then it would be 5 stars.
