I made a big investment and turned my basement into a gym. Innovative Fitness is the only place you need to look. Huge selection, tremendous people with high integrity and they are world class when it comes to professionalism! Matt came to my home measured, then sent me a professional drawing. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Excellent service and follow up. Installation team were incredible, fast, friendly, professional install and left the place spotless. Melissa has also been outstanding managing the whole process. There was a gentleman who managed the install (I forget his name) but another true professional.This team cares, and it shows!

Mrs. Christine and her staff were great yesterday. Im not very good with backing the trailer up. Two of her staff had no issues loading the machine and bringing it down to the truck. Great service and very polite. They are definitely going to continue to get my business in the near future.And, l highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for quality equipment .

I purchased 2 stationary cycles and had them ship them to Hawaii. The customer experience was excellent throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to make sure I stayed informed from purchase to delivery. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Great people to work with, they didnt push me towards any specific equipment but made sure I had the right pieces that would work perfectly in my gym. Glad they were so helpful and understanding of my many many questions. Id go through them again in the future.

Everyone is amazing here(esp Chris). They took their time with me & were patient. I bought great equipment @ a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely seek their help again when I need equipment. I recommend you do the same!
