5 Stars for sure. Brandon was great. Very professional. He showed up on time and called about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within the promised time frame too. He found the problem quickly and it was fixed quickly. Price was reasonable and up front.

Eric, a senior technician with Innovative Mechanical came to check the upper floor AC unit that was not cooling. Eric was thorough in troubleshooting and quickly figured out the issue and repaired it. Outstanding service.

I actually only talked to someone in customer service and they dont service my area but she was super kind and referred this other company to me who did an outstanding job! I thought that was really awesome that she took the time to talk to me even though the company didnt even service my area.
We had a 33 year old gas furnace located in a tight crawl space beneath our home. We contacted this company based on the reviews, and we were very happy we did. Not because the furnace was replaced, but because of all of the barriers that needed to be overcome to do so. In the course of the work, the furnace (that was specialized for fitting in the crawl space) arrived to their facility damaged and a new one had to be found. Knowing the supply chain issues that are currently plaguing nearly every US industry, I thought this was going to be a job killer. Innovative found a replacement in Ohio, and got it here within 24 hours. Our home then had some duct and piping issues, for which the staff fixed and replaced without us even having to ask. Because of the age of the home and new furnace, a drain adapter needed to be put in however the special part was located at a facility in SW Georgia. Innovative sent a courier to pick it up and bring it back. In the course of all of this, Josh (our main contact) and Chad (the owner) were very kind and empathetic. But above everything else, they were extremely motivated and customer first focused. Absolutely recommend them on the highest terms.
Woke up yesterday morning to no AC downstairs. I called my regular company only to find out it would be a few days before they could come out. No one wants to go a few days in the middle of August without air in GA! Innovative Mechanical was the 3rd company I called and they were able to come out same day. My tech did an outstanding job, he diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. But, what impressed me was I have two units, same brand, same age, different sizes, the technician took the time to check my second unit for the same problem and found that the second unit was also experiencing the same issue just had not broke yet. I was able to get that unit repaired before it actually broke. And yes he showed me the part, so that I could visually see there was a problem and it needed to be replaced. He went out of his way to make sure I was not without AC now or later. I was so impressed and appreciative! Innovative Mechanical was not my regular company, but they will be now!! BIG THANKS TO THE INNOVATIVE TEAM!
When our upstairs AC unit stopped working last fall during a hot spell just before the birth of our son, Innovative was able to quickly work us into their schedule. We were first time customers and went with Innovative after reading the great reviews online. Chad came out to the house and was prompt, friendly, and professional. He clearly explained the issue and corrected it for us. Our repair was covered by our third-party home warranty company, and they are a company who are notoriously difficult to work with to get claims covered. Chad was up to the task, carefully refining the invoice a few different times to meet the warranty companys stringent requirements. His patience and professionalism were impeccable, and he resolved our problem so we could bring the baby home to a comfortable, properly climate-controlled environment. In addition, he gladly offered his professional opinion and advice about another HVAC issue I inquired about that was unrelated to the repair, giving me tips and pointers that would help me solve the issue without having to spring for expensive system maintenance. Highly Recommended!
Innovative Mechanical is an absolutely outstanding company! They have demonstrated professionalism and integrity from the very 1st phone call to the installation of our new AC unit. Its nice to hear a friendly voice when trying to get problems solved in a timely manner, and Megan is not only friendly, but extremely patient and listens to your problems to get them handled as best and as quickly as possible. She has been very responsive to our needs and kept us updated with an changes and was even able to move our installation date up! Mike and Kenneth completed the installation of our new massive AC unit and were completely professional and knowledgeable. If I ever need another AC installation, I would definitely request Mike and Kenneth. They were in sync with one another and worked so well together to complete the job. They worked tirelessly to finish the job in one day and we are truly grateful for their hard work. We are new to the area and found Innovative Mechanical on Yelp and the reviews did not disappoint! Chad, Craig, and the entire Innovative Mechanical team are a group of phenomenal people!! Since my first interaction with Chad, the owner, by providing a new installation quote, he has taken such great care of my unit and me for close to 3 years. If I have a question and/or concern, Chad takes the time to patiently address them. I called last week to make an appointment for routine maintenance and was throughly impressed with the improvements Innovative has made for the benefit of their customers. Within 1 minute after scheduling my appointment, I received a detailed confirmation text and another one the day before my appointment. To add, the day of my appointment, I received a text with the technician’s picture AND a link for me to track his traveling progress to my home!! I was quoted a 2-hour window and to my welcomed surprise, Craig arrived early. When I opened my door, he had just finished putting on a pair of booties as to not track outside debris into my home. THANK. YOU. Craig asked if I had any concerns about my unit and then got right to his assessment. He gave me a debrief of his findings, told me what he was going to do, and about how long it was going to take him to complete his job. Each time he went to his truck for supplies, before he re-entered my home, he put on a fresh pair of booties!! Again, THANK. YOU. When Craig finished the maintenance, he asked for and used my vacuum cleaner to clean up the leftover particles from the materials he used!! He also gave me very helpful information about setting my thermostats and saving on energy costs. Craig was very professional, super kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We always have a great experience with Innovative. They dispatched someone promptly to look at our issue, Craig was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and he was able to replace the necessary part right away. He also did some bonus work on the system to keep it running smoothly. Our system is old, so he gave us a heads-up about a possible impending replacement as well. Innovative provides everything you want in a service provider.
These guys are fantastic! He had to have our upstairs system replaced (which is never fun) and the had the lowest quote and they worked insanely hard to get everything absolutely perfect for us. Since then we use them for our yearly servicing and they are great at telling us what is going on with our systems, small tweaks we could doing ourselves to make it better, without ever trying to overcharge us. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with on our home.
I had my HVAC system replaced by Innovative Mechanical in Nov. 2020. While there were a few hiccups post install, the company and especially our technician Craig have been extremely responsive and dedicated to finding and solving the problems. We chose Innovative Mechanical based on previous reviews and hoping wed get great service and they havent disappointed at all.
Chad is the best in the biz! I worked with him at another company before he started his own and would follow him anywhere! He’s super responsive & knowledgeable. I reached out to Innovative Mechanical because their ratings are perfect. And they did not disappoint! I needed to replace 5 HVAC systems in my home (yes....5!). I reached out for quotes from 5 well known HVAC companies. The end result: Innovative was by far the best. First off, the owner Chad Ferguson came out and spent nearly 3 hours in my home. He went over each system and explained everything he recommended to me in great detail and in laymans terms. There were no fancy industry terms used to confuse me and no promises of paying for a 16 SEER and receiving a 17 SEER smoke and mirror shows. The quote I received was electronic and it walked me through everything. All of the information was clear with model numbers and prices. Nothing was hidden and there were multiple options to choose from. The professionalism and follow up was greatly appreciated. This company is experienced and knowledgeable and they DO NOT push you into making a sale. Its obvious that they take pride in what they do and they are in it for the long-term customer relationship. I would highly recommend Innovative Mechanical for all of your HVAC needs (installations, repair, maintenance, etc.).
From start to finish had an awesome experience. Integrity is important to me and my technician was completely honest. Even told me to wait on having a part replaced because it may take a month or a year before it was needed. You won’t find that often in business. Was very considerate about maintaining safety and had protocols in place for putting me at ease about having someone in my home during this pandemic. My air went out on a Saturday night I called another company who told me they couldnt have anyone out until middle of the week the following week I called a second company who came out and told me I needed to replace my whole system, there was no option to repair. I decided to try one more company to get a second opinion. Chad came out Sunday morning and spent an hour diagnosing our system and explaining everything to me. He was able to repair it for under $200, where as the other company told me I would need to spend at least $7000. Goes to show that you should always trust your gut and get that second opinion because not every company is as honest and trustworthy is Chad with innovative mechanical. Because the system was 20 years old and I had already secured financing thinking I would be replacing with the other company, I decided to go ahead and replace the system but used innovative as they had a far more competitive price. It looks so much better than the original and runs far better than we had even anticipated. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and using them moving forward. I had a major issue and a hard situation with my old AC unit. Chad and his team went above and beyond to ensure my home AC was up and running ASAP. I was given all the options, honest opinions, and expert advise from Chad. This could have been a nightmare and Im grateful to have found an honest company with great customer service.
The company was very proactive in scheduling the appointment and kept me informed throughout the process. The tech, Craig, was very prompt, polite and professional. He also gave me options for a needed repair, and was able to explain everything thoroughly. All in all, a very good experience, and would definitely use this company again for any HVAC needs.
Craig and Nathan of Innovative Mechanical did a fantastic job replacing my entire HVAC system and installing a new water heater. These are two outstanding people who worked extremely hard thru a weekend to get the job done. Craig led the charge, and he is a very dedicated, skilled, expert and professional technician; a real craftsman. These gentlemen will always be welcome in my home and they did a great installation - better than the previous one. I could not be more pleased. Also, thanks to Megan who was very pleasant to deal with, patient and made all of the arrangements.
Needed an HVAC company to figure out why my first floor and third floor had a 20+ degree temperature difference. Craig came out and determined the cause and proposed a solution, which I accepted. A few weeks later, Craig came back and figured out a way to fix the problem a) without cutting any drywall, and b) limiting the work to my attic rather than to my living room as we initially thought we would have to do. Although I found small secondary issue that had recurred that I thought had been fixed, Craig added me to his schedule the next day on short notice and resolved that problem - at 10 PM, which shows insane dedication to the job and to the customer.5 stars - would highly recommend.
I highly recommend!!!!They installed the hvac system in our basement and my parents basement. Our pilot light went out and they came by super quick to check it out. Ive had nothing but great customer service from all their employees.
I do not work for these guys, nor do I know any of their employees personally. With that said - these guys are unbelievable. We recently purchased a home and had our AC knock out after only a couple weeks during the heat of the summer. Their team of two guys came out and replaced our AC unit, furnace, and did a bunch of duct work. Everything came out incredibly, and their team worked tirelessly into the evening (not complaining once) in order to get our house hooked back up with AC in one visit. Very professional, incredibly friendly, and took so much pride in their work they somehow got my wife and I legitimately excited about HVAC systems and duct work. Would recommend 10/10.
I was fortunate enough to have Innovative Mechanical replace both my AC and furnace back in July. My AC went out and I reached out to obtain four quotes based on referrals and research that I did. I live in a 58 year old split level home on a basement and was highly interested in zoning because of the fluctuations in temperatures on all four levels. What caught my attention first, was when Chad came out to look at the systems, he pointed out things that were wrong that they could correct in the installations. He was my last quote, so I didnt mentioned to him that I was interested in zoning because the previous three installers said it couldnt be done. Innovative came back with a very competitive quote, so I decided to go with them. Craig came out to do a preinstallation visit and asked why I wasnt interested in zoning and it would be very beneficial for the layout of home. I was ecstatic that it could be done and Innovative Mechanical put in the hard work and man power to make it happen for me. My systems is working perfectly and it has cut my energy bills in half. If youre looking for a company that can improve and make the interior environment of your home comfortable, then this is the company you should go with, if you looking for just an installer, then go with the other guys.
Craig and Innovative Mechanical are fantastic! Very prompt and courteous service; Craig is an excellent troubleshooter who explained what was going on throughout the service call. We thought our old system was going to need to be replaced, but Craig’s expertise and integrity had our house cool in no time at all. A follow up call received immediate attention and the issue was resolved perfectly. We would not hesitate to use Innovative Mechanical again.
I have a duplex and have been having Innovative service both units twice a year. Best company I’ve ever worked with, hands down! Both Chad and Craig have been onsite and they are both extremely professional, super knowledgeable and always explain everything in layman’s terms so I know exactly what the issue is and I can make an informed decision. I have never felt pressured at all and they always help advise me to make the best decision. They always take their time and never rush. They always go above and beyond! For the services they provide their prices are probably to low. They truly have the customers best interest at heart at all times. Because of their semi annual services I have never had an outage with either of my units! I also want to mention Megan!! She is always so polite and helpful anytime I call into the office!! Seriously, give this place a try!!!
All I have to say is WOW! This company saved us! Our heat went out Tuesday, which was the coldest day of the year thus far. We had another company come out first, HUGE mistake. They told us that we would have to pay thousands to replace the unit, a repair wasn’t even offered. We were shocked as our system is only 7 years old! We called Innovative Mechanical to come and give us a second opinion. They came out the same day, on time, were polite and professional, and best of all… They fixed our furnace on the spot for under $600!!! I’m blown away by how quick, courteous, and knowledgeable they were. We even went ahead and signed up for preventative maintenance with them! I can’t say enough good things about this company and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone. Thanks Innovative!
First, let me say that I am a firm believer in maintaining the two HVAC units at my home and have always had them serviced twice a year. I have found this to be an excellent way to extend the lives of the units and when combined with quality HVAC technicians provide many years of useful service (my Trane furnace is 29 years old).I have used Innovative Mechanical for both A/C and Heating maintenance for the last several years and I have always found them to be professional with high quality and a solid value for their services. In my most recent maintenance, I must say I was very impressed with the technician, Craig Matlack, who performed the heating service. One of my Trane units is almost 30 years old and I knew it would need the capacitor replaced but Craig also discovered the flame sensor needed a good cleaning to function properly this winter. He took the time to show the sensor to me and explained it could be cleaned. I asked about replacing it with a new one and after reviewing the cost of a new one compared to cleaning the old one, he helped me make a good decision to clean the existing one due to the age of my unit which saved me some good ole fashioned greenbacks.Later, Craig potentially saved my life as he immediately noticed a gas smell when he went into my attic to service the unit. After turning off the gas, he showed me how the flex gas pipe originally installed by another company had vibrated against the furnace cover over time creating a small hole and explained that flex pipe did not meet the current building code. He replaced the flex pipe with solid metal pipe and thus prevented what could have been a major fire from occurring. My hat goes off to Craig as I found him to be honest, respectful, and a great technician and I strongly recommend Craig and Innovative Mechanical.
Our VERY old HVAC system stopped working over the weekend. We called Innovative Mechanical Sunday morning and they had someone there within a couple of hours to figure out what was wrong. Unfortunately, the system needed to be replaced. We knew this was coming, but its never something you look forward to hearing. Before the technician even left our home he had given us an estimate with several different options! We chose the option that best fit our budget and met our efficiency needs and it was installed the next day! We are so grateful to these guys for restoring the comfort in our home. One of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure using. They are punctual, helpful and very knowledgeable. I even had them install my new touchscreen thermostats that I can control with my phone. I highly recommend their services. Im enjoying my nice cool home this summer and I love that I can count on them!Update: 5/27/17Just had an emergency service call, Memorial Day weekend, hottest time of the year and once again I am SO impressed with them. My air conditioning had gone out due to a lightning storm, and with it being summer, I was dying without my air. Innovative Heating and Air made an emergency service call to my home and fixed it immediately. Not only did they come out quickly, they were so understanding considering it was a holiday weekend. Innovative Mechanical replaced our entire HVAC system and all I can say is Thank you!!! Their quote was very competitive and they walked us through all the options and choices so we felt like we made an informed decision. The quote was so good we were able to afford a much better system than any of the other 5 companies we also got quotes from. Because our heat was out they came out and worked all day and night to get our heat back up and running and helped us fix some airflow issues because of bad duct work. The whole crew was friendly and did an amazing job. They lived up to their promise to provide great service. I highly recommend Innovative Mechanical!
I cant recommend Innovative Mechanical more. Today I replaced my 3rd AC unit in 5 years between two houses and Craig/Jordan were the most professional installation team I have worked with. They went above and beyond what was quoted even repairing/correcting some poor installation of my furnace done by another less than reliant company in town. I had several bids on the job and Innovative was more than competitive. I am lucky I found them.

Once I made a selection the scheduling and installation process was awesome, fast & professional, with very well informed technicians etc. Megan Sears runs the show and she is FLAWLESS. I contracted with Innovative Mechanical to install a new furnace in a rental property we own. I was most impressed with Craigs knowledge and professionalism, and pride in workmanship. In my experience its very rare to encounter that combination in the home repair field. I will never use another company for my HVAC needs!

Wow! I was caught in a bind, its August and my AC goes out. As a single woman I felt like a sitting duck. Thank goodness my friend shared how happy she has been with the service she has received from Trent Taylor and Innovative Mechanical. He was very understanding and made arrangements to come and give me an estimate right away. He was very through, professional, answered all my questions and sent me a very detailed Quote with cut sheets on all the equipment he was recommending the next day. I felt very comfortable and he gave me a great price on a new Lennox system and they had it installed the next day! I was thrilled! Thank you also David and Bryan for doing a great job and for being so neat and clean when taking out my old unit and replacing it with the new one. They are the best!
Another professional heating and air company in the local area quoted me over $11,000 for an entire new system - but that seemed high to me, so I called the guys at Innovative Mechanical and they came out to my home in less than 2 hours to take a look at the problem - which they quickly diagnosed as a leak in the refrigerant line, by doing a system pressure test? (~$299) and then they were able to add more coolant to the system (~$600), plus a few odds and ends, a full system maintenance service and I was back sitting in my perfectly cooled (71 degree) home in less than 5 hours from the time I picked up the phone... oh and all of this only cost me around ONE TENTH of what the other guys were quoting me!!!!!The absolute worst part of the whole story is that I didnt call Innovative FIRST ---> so I wasted my own time, because certainly Innovative didnt waste a single moment to get to the coldest solution in town :)
I have 3 separate HVAC systems for 3 floors that are over 25 years old each. When I called Innovative Mechanical they sent Craig out for the service. He was professional and abided by all Covid safety protocols. He let me know all my options and explained repairs and cost for each unit and made my selected repairs. I was very pleased with his honesty and work ethic. Innovative will be my HVAC go to for the remaining life of my old units.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! My husband and I discovered after buying our home that the AC and furnace needed replacing. We were very anxious about having to do this replacement as money is tight around the holidays. We called several companies, but Innovative Mechanical really stood out. They came to give us a quote the same day, were fairly priced and incredibly knowledgeable. They got our replacement scheduled within the week and we were equally impressed with the guys that came out and did the install. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and clean. Over the summer (August), our HVAC unit went out. I called Innovative Mechanical and they came out right away, handling our job on a weekend so we werent without AC for too long. The owner Chad was extremely helpful and informative about what was the best equipment to choose for my home. Chad sent Craig out to complete the install and he did a phenomenal job! He was professional and efficient, which was very much appreciated. Also, just this past week I wanted to start using the heat, Chad came out the same day I called to get it going. If we should ever have to purchase another HVAC unit we will defintely be calling Innovative mechanical to help us out.
Great service, punctual, and very friendly staff but the price for our service was way out of wack. After install, we were quoted $325 + an $89 service fee for the replacement of a capacitor (Its $25 for the exact part) that was installed, and subsequently uninstalled after learning the cost, in less than 45 minutes.
Very happy with the service I received from Chad at Innovative Mechanical. He was extremely thorough and professional. He really took the time to make sure I understood all aspects of what was going on and what all my options were. Great customer service!! I would highly recommend Innovative Mechanical for any AC needs!
I rarely leave reviews but I can honestly say that this company has given me so much faith in the good work that service providers are capable of. From the owners Chad, Trent and to the techs like Josh and Clayton, every single one of them were courteous, and are excellent at their jobs. I had several issues with my HVAC and the owners care so much they came out themselves to do the inspection. Thank god for these guys for beings so amazing at fixing all the wrongs that my home builder messed up when they installed my HVAC equipment. Trust me when I say this. These guys are TOP NOTCH and the BEST in the business. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They have me as a customer for life!

Having your air conditioner stop working in the middle of summer is quite stressful, but Innovative Mechanical made it as easy as possible. Its hard to know where to begin. Price was fair (vs. larger competitor) and Chris installation (which is as important as the HVAC equipment) was done with such care, pride, and enthusiasm that I felt like he was installing it in his familys home. It was incredible to watch. Chris work ethic was as amazing as Ive seen anywhere. Very responsive communication as well. Couldnt be happier!
Awesome experience over a few years with this company and team. I recently replaced all four systems at my home with their recommended units. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable. Our AC unit went out, just as the temperature outside hit 97 degrees. I called a couple of other highly rated companies 1st, but they all said there was no way they could come out for 3 more days. When I called Innovative Mechanical, Chad said he was backed up as well but he would make a point to be at my house today. He fixed it within a couple of hours and it is cool inside again. This company is AMAZING! Our HVAC system stopped working over the holiday week. With it being 70 degrees in Georgia during Christmas, and many people staying in our home, it got quite uncomfortable. The owner Chad was so helpful! My AC unit was leaking water to my downstairs neighbor and I needed someone to come by urgently to fix it. Chad himself came by within 20 minutes of my call and fixed it thoroughly and quickly. He was very friendly and even gave me a few filters without charge.

Chad Ferguson, the owner, has been my a/c guy for over 11 years. By understanding HVAC systems are manufactured, he educated me on how some systems are pretty much the same expect for competitor branding/marketing. He installed a new system for nearly $2,000 less than in other competitor. Ten years later, system is going strong and its never had an issue. He has done work for several friends who are crazy happy about the value received. I highly recommend him and his company.
The technician came out first thing Saturday morning after we turned on our AC and realized it was blowing warm air. They were able to repair and recharge our unit and knew what was wrong right away after minutes of troubleshooting. The cost of repair was more than reasonable. Innovative Mechanical is a life saver at times like these where I am having to work from home and need working air conditioning!
Showed up on a Friday night (same day) and fixed my unit without having to replace it. Ive had other companies out in the past that said I needed to be prepared to replace my unit. They came out and were honest and got it up and running for a minimal charge. We will be going with them for the replacement in the future. I had another hvac company providing maintenance. Each visit they tried to tell me a capacitor in my system was bad. I told the guy no to replacing it and he smiled shook my hand and left. A couple of days later in a bit warmer weather, we turned on the ac and it was clicking, whereby it was turned off immediately to avoid damage. I called Innovative instead and followed the tech around. We arrived at the fan in the attic where the other tech had tried to sell me the capacitor. He opened the panel and behold the capacitor had been left unplugged, so fan wasnt running, coil was getting ice cold and compressor was cycling repeatedly. It could have ruined my system if I had left it on and it was certainly no accident...very purposeful. Craig plugged in the capacitor and checked everything else as a precaution for me. Be careful who you hire because many techs and companies are very crooked. Innovative is one of the good guys. ty Craig

Everyone knows when your AC unit goes out (esp in Aug) you instantly panic, you know its going to get hot in your house and fast (which means mama bear is going to be ill) and its going to cost you- your left arm..at least. I have to say, when I made the call to Innovative they were extremely responsive and professional. They came out at 9pm on a Friday night..not bummed they were working after hrs on a Friday, but happy and ready to help. I have a unit that wasnt very old (but was not registered) and the compressor went out... all I saw were dollar signs... the unit was in our home before we purchased the place and so we didnt have much info on it. They didnt just say...well youre going to need a new unit and its going to cost X amt. They researched and exhausted all resourses and it ended up being covered under warranty, the compressor was ordered and in the mean time they offered us 2 window units to put in our childrens room so they wouldnt be affected by this unfortunate event. This company is top notch. Their costumer service is impeccable and their attention to detail to make everything perfect was on point..this whole process was done in a timely fashion. Amazing and top notch great service. Came home after work, realized the house was over 85+ degrees and frantically called them to come out and service. Within 30-45 min they came out and diagnosed, replaced the capacitor and works perfectly. Now waiting on my house to cool back down ;). The CellarPro unit in our wine room was leaking water non-stop. I called Innovative Mechanical based on a Google Search and was so pleased. Megan answered and was helpful and concerned with our situation and then she called me back with a Tech on the way. Craig, the tech arrived within the hour. He was professional, courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue. While the fix could not occur today Craig did the research to determine our unit was under warranty and will work with Cellar Pro for a solution. Outstanding company. Installation of HVAC systems is never simple, especially when replacing an existing system. Pricing was very fair, service (and people) were amazing, and the quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations (cant think of when that last happened). They even fixed unseen issues with my other system (feels like I got 2 new systems!). This is a top-notch company with great, hard-working, folks that I will absolutely use again. We needed to replace our old AC unit. We shopped around and were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by this company. I could not be any more pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy I received from Chad, Meagan and stellar technician Kainan.My request for a quote was responded to within an hour and Chad came out the following day to do a walk through and evaluate my basement needs. He asked all the questions needed to provide me the best option for comfort. He even answered my many questions days later during my contemplation stage and assured me that the choice I was leaning toward would provide me comfort and a noticeable difference for years to come. Once I was ready to schedule the install Meagan was courteous and professional as well.Kainan is AMAZING. He came out on the scheduled day within the scheduled time and also did a walk through before starting to make sure that he as a technician was on the same page as myself and the directives given to him by Chad. Man... Chad and Trent went out of their way to make my HVAC replacement as painless as possible... and the quality of their work was second to none. No one loves shelling out cash for home improvements, but when its time to do your HVAC, I would not look anywhere else - and I looked at PLENTY of elses, because im obsessive at finding the right fit with endeavors such as these. I shopped probably 5 other quotes and found nearly all the others to be selling more BS than quality. It was like dealing with used car salesmen... and I was OVER it. Then I met Chad. You can just tell hes a good guy. He probably spent 90 min with me day 1 going over options and ideas that would work in MY house - not the generic lamborghini up-sell and fear-mongering I was getting from everyone else. After the quote, he was then fully available by phone and text for any question I could possibly have - and I had more than a few -as I took my time deliberating. And when I finally pulled the trigger, he and Trent were completely hands on throughout the entirety of the job... whereas others would have just handed me off to the installer and worked on selling the next. These guys are just good guys who care about their work and their brand - and the best part, they came in at the exact price I needed. They literally took my 2003 poorly installed dinosaur and revamped my house with a 2019 smart system for a seriously reasonable price. They even replaced some janky pipes and vents that were falling apart at no extra expense to me. The installer worked hours longer than he anticipated - also at no extra expense - just to make sure the job was perfect. And it truly is. My home is comfortable, quiet and smart. I seriously can not say enough good things about Innovative Mechanical. The night before NYE we learned that our HVAC and hot water heater, among other things were not working. Never an ideal situation, but having a 2 year old and 4 month old made it slightly more stressful. Chad took time away from his family on NYE to come assess our situation and help us. He was so kind, knowledgeable, honest, and reassuring!! He worked with us to get going ASAP and humbly encouraged us to do our research. We had to deal with insurance and our home warranty company and Chad was so patient and even advised us along the way. Using Innovative was a no-brainer at this point. First Josh came out to fix our HVAC...he politely introduced himself upon his arrival and worked tirelessly to figure out the issue. He was very informative and made every step of the process so easy. Today, we were so fortunate to work with Casey, Clayton, and Craig to replace our huge water heater. They spent the entire day making everything operate and look better than ever. They even took pictures to show their work since it was under the house. There was an issue with the outside unit of my home. I called innovative as I had dealt with them on some other minor issues with bringing our old system to code. This time the entire unit went out. We discussed several options. Including a few ways to go green and save some money in the long haul. The service technician was extremely helpful with explaining the options available for my home. Knowing nothing about solar except I could possibly get a tax credit. The technician (Chad I think) broke it down for me in laymans terms. If Im correct on the terminology I ended up with a 4 solar panel 21 seer system. I did some checking on the quote that I received and they beat the competitors price on multiple accounts. I would recommend these guys for sure!!! If your looking to upgrade to the future of solar these are your guys!!!

He was so professional, even working around chatty children didn’t phase him. Came home to an 87 degree house after working all day was not exactly a pleasant greating so I called another company first whom I will leave anonymous and they left me feeling uncomfortable so I hit good ol Google and decided to give Innovative Mechanical an opportunity to earn my business. I was greated on the phone by Chad and within a few short moments I could tell that this was the right company for me to do business with. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and seemed rather empathetic which made me, as a potential customer, feel very comfortable. After a brief conversation I was sold and scheduled him to come out the following morning. He showed up promptly for our appointment time and was very professional. After only about 30 minutes my AC was ice cold once more!! He said it was a simple fix showed me the part he replaced and explained to me how it could have happened. So not only did I get my AC repaired but I got a mini lesson on how it operates. As well he only charged me a nominal fee and never once tried to upsell me on unnecessary items or repairs that I didnt need! I will 100% be recomending them to every person I speak with in need of and HVAC repairs.

What a great service we received today. I emailed innovative over the weekend and megan was quick to respond with time slots for the weekday. Our service technican josh was great! He was prompt and very knowledgeable! He explained everything to me and was quick to provide me different options to fix our issue. Our place is finally cool and we dont have a leak! He even stated that we have a 30 day window for him to come back if we have any concern covered with the cost! Highly recommended will use them again! We called on Tuesday to have a dryer vent run for our basement, Trent came on Friday and was done in two hours including a trip to replace the parts since we purchased the wrong ducts. Would highly recommend! Quick and affordable, and he was really easy to deal with.

When our main HVAC units went out this summer, Chad and his crew were the highest rated in Atlanta on Yelp, so we gave them a shot. Theres a REASON theyre the highest rated; Chad showed up the next day and had the new units up and running a day later. We got the same high level of personal service when both of our water heaters (things happen in twos around here) went out last week. They came out the next day and we chose to go with the large, high BTU, tankless water heater. There was an issue in bringing venting up to code, but Chad and his guys were here all day Sunday figuring it out. Now we have all the hot water we need when we need it. Cant say enough about the level of service and expertise these guys bring with them when they come to solve your mechanical problems. Would give them a 10 if I could.
My unit outside just stopped working. Its like it was turning on but the fan was not running. I called another company first (big mistake). They told me that it could not be fixed and the entire outdoor unit needed to be replaced. So I called these guys for a second opinion. So glad I did. They sent out a technician (I think his name was Chad). Chad came out and accessed the situation and turns out it was a part that could be replaced. All and all it only cost me around 200$ for everthing instead of thousands. The technician had a great attitude and was able to fix it!!!! These guys saved my butt and my pay check!!!! Thanks guys!!! Superb service and very honest in their dealings. Recommended stopping the service call and instead scheduling a maintenance call, which would be cheaper. Instead of trying to sell me a new AC, they suggested maintaining the old one we have in order to get several more years out of it. Cant recommend enough.
It has now been two weeks since the work on my two AC unites has been complete. What a difference. The house is being cooled and it so much easier to sleep at night. Let me tell you about my TRANE equipment that was installed only -8- years ago. One year later one of the EVAPORATIVE COIL, first floor, needed to be replaced, it was leaking. On year six, I was told the other EVAPORATIVE COIL might be leaking and the compressor may need to be replaced also. They added Freon to see if that would help. Well on year eight, the upstairs unit just stopped cooling and first floor unit would run but not enough to cool anything. I was able to look at both EVAPORATIVE COILS before they pulled them out. They were both sitting in water. Rust all over the place. And some of the metal had just rotted away. Poor design if you ask me. This is what they did. First floor, new EVAPORATIVE COIL. Second floor, new EVAPORATIVE COIL and compressor. I switched to LENNOX. What a good looking compressor. And talk about quit, no comparison to the Trane. If you do not know it my know, we are very pleased with the service and all that they did for us. Everything was explained to me and I was very comfortable making the decision to go with the fixes that were required. INNOVATIVE MECHANICAL went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I want to thank Chad, TJ, and David for all of their hard work.

From the owner to the technicians to the office, they are all on top of their game.Initially Innovative replaced two HVAC units for us. We were so pleased with the service that when our hot water heater expired, we had no hesitation in calling them. They recommended and installed a tankless system, which is working great and saving us money!I can personally attest that Chad, Josh and Craig all know their stuff and are capable of explaining it to the layman. Chad even solved an unrelated issue with our generator while he was here - just to be helpful.You cant go wrong with these guys.

2022-04-07Chad and Jacob recently completed a wine cellar renovation project for me. Main issue was poor insulation or lack thereof. They did a fantastic job with closed cell spray foam insulation and installed a new fully ducted Whisperkool system that is keeping my cellar at optimal temperature and humidity. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and these guys dont cut corners and stick with the highest quality materials. Thank you.

2022-03-21I use Innovative Mechanical for maintenance and repair of an old system and for new installation of a mini-split system. Their work is outstanding. They gave me a bid for a mini-split system and when they went to do the installation they discovered problems that required additional work. They honored the original price even though it took an extra day of labor to complete the job. They show up when they say they’re going to, they do excellent work and take pride in the service they provide their customers. They are responsive and timely when you have a problem. Innovative Mechanical has an excellent work ethic. They finished a job for me at New Years and instead of taking off for the holiday they showed up to make sure my tenant had heat. I have never had to call them back after they did repairs on the older system. I recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.

2022-08-01On 6/3, Eric came to my residence for a general consultation to make sure that everything was working properly prior to me moving into my new place (first time home owner). He claimed that nothing was wrong and everything was working properly. Additionally, in the invoice of the first visit they did not include details of the first inspection. After a month, I moved in and the AC was not working. Eventually, after a month of tolerating the heat in an effort to save money I gave up and reached back out. On 8/1, Eric came again and discovered that my thermostat was not working. He offered to replace my thermostat along with a service fee of $89.Innovative Mechanical claims that every time a worker takes a trip to look at your issue you are charged $89. I was under the assumption that the charge was for the consultation. They do not advertise this at all explicitly. They were not open to waiving the charge for the second visit claiming that I was outside of the 30 day window (another policy not advertised). I had to pay for two trips because the job was not done properly the first time. This company has nearly 5 stars in their reviews. I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service and my experience with them.

My heater is now working perfectly and ready for the winter time. They were fast and efficient with doing maintenance and their prices are always fair. I always highly recommend them to anyone who has heating or air issues.

2021-11-03Josh from Innovative came out this morning to repair our heating system. This is a GREAT company. He called before he got to our house, he was on time, professional, very friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything he was doing, in such a way, that it made sense, and easy to remember.. He fixed it quickly, and the prices are very very reasonable. He made suggestions on things we can do to make the unit last longer and perform better for us. 2022-05-06Innovative Mechanical installed a Trane whole house backup generator, the overall experience was very good. They were very responsive throughout the sales and delivery process. Chad oversaw the installation and setup of the generator which took a couple of days. Any issues were promptly resolved and the generator works as expected.

Bryce showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection, and was able to do the repair on the spot. They restored our AC in less than 8 hours of my original request. Bryce also noted a couple of other items during his inspection, which really helped me. Great team.

2022-03-24Innovative Mechanical did an outstanding job on a very difficult attic installation for a new AC unit. They provided a high quality product, when others said they had supply issues and wanted to install an inferior product. Chad and his crew were very professional and on time and extremely competitive on price. 2022-03-18Eric spent nearly all day at my house doing a standard servicing check and then worked outside for hours in the rain doing repairs. He was a pleasure to work with, responsive, on time, always smiling, and he did a great job. I very much recommend him and Innovative!
