Got a Truck a couple weeks ago. Had to take it back bc the battery light kept staying on, ended up needing a Alternator. Was suppose to look at the AC bc its not blowing cold. Tired calling and messaging the person we went through to see about getting it checked but he wont return our calls or messages. But yet he wanted a 5 star rating... SMH

DONT BUY FROM HERE, READ THE REVIEWS OF PEOPLE WHO HAD THEIR VEHICLES FOR A WHILE. If you want a car that runs great the exact in house warranty time its valid for, this is your place. They told me that theyd fix any issues faced within 30days and then gave me the run around over a coolant leak. When I came in to ask if they could just help me out because I havent received a call back, i was met with rudeness and kept getting told to shut up and let them talk. Would not recommend. Cory, the salesman stopped responding after I told him I had the leak. The management was no more help. Rude and unprofessional after the sale

I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. If I could give them a - star I would. They prey on young ladies and take their down payment money before any paper work is signed. Then refuse to give the money back. She never had keys or drive off the lot. They was rude and very Unprofessional and because of the pandemic was very hard to do anything besides pay more money and take them to court. I hope they enjoy her $2000 they stole from her. Bought a car the last 2 days of November,2 weeks later the car started driving terribly, check engine light came onand the oil light!! By this time I havent even made my first payment!! Cory agreed to help me then ghosted me 2wks later!! My car has a misfire on cylinder 3 and now oil is leaking from somewhere.i literally put oil in my car every 3 days!! So yeah small claims court here I come!!!
Go elsewhere if you want real help and a good vehicle. I was sold a truck with no gas or oil, bad shocks worn brakes rearend issues I am still yet to get fixed and also no horn, which they promised to fix my horn and never did. All of that was in April of 2021. I regret going there everyday. Worst truck buying experience of my life. All they cared about was getting money not selling quality vehicles. I gave them a chance to make it right and here I am 8 months later and they never attempted to make it all right ,horrible dealership

This place just can’t be real! They sold my mother a car with the whole chassis rusting away! She uses this car to drive my 5 year old niece back and forth to places she needs to go. They have been dodging her in every way possible. Trying to give her some old beat down cars that she doesn’t want. They have also been ignoring her calls for 3 weeks straight! Do not I repeat DO NOT buy any vehicle from here unless you want to fear for your life

Interstate auto sales worked with me even when I had no credit, they got me in the vehicle I needed to be able to run my business. They were honest with me and worked with me. I have never had a car dealership do me right until I came here. The truck I bought from them (2007 powerstroke) has ran perfect since the day I bought it. As soon as I pulled into the lot, I was already welcomed and felt taken care of. They got me in and out in no time. They are honest and that’s very hard to find in the car industry. It was definitely worth the two hour drive to see these guys. They are awesome and I will only purchase a vehicle from this lot from now on. Great job guys!!

Infiniti from Hell!This has been my worst car buying experience ever! We drove 2 hrs, all excited to purchase the vehicle we had been looking for. Before leaving the dealership the check engine came on but we were assured that it would be taken care of...that was lie! On the drive home from the dealership windshield wiper flew off...literally! Got home parked the truck, noticed that there was an leak called dealership. They gave a date for 2 months out to bring it in for repairs. One week later went to start truck and it wouldnt start. Took truck to a real licensed mechanic and was blown away with the neglect of this vehicle. Called office manager and expressed my disappointment with the way things were being handled. She then moved my service date up to 2 weeks out. Vehicle stayed in the shop for 2 weeks, I received no updates as to what they were repairing or when it would be ready. I picked up my truck this past Saturday no explanation of what was repaired, drove it home and guess what...still leaking and drags when it starts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP to anyone who doesnt like lemons!
I can not believe it but was true. Alexis Childers got me approved for the car of my dreams with a sunroof. Me and my kids are happy we drove all the way from Augusta Ga. We caught a ride here but ridden back in our own car in style now. Also had lunch.

Got a truck from here in January from Alexis. Two days after driving the truck I noticed that it start to shake really bad. Called Alexis back to let him know what was going on. He kept giving me the run around. Finally he agreed to have my truck fixed. After showing out on me & talking to me like trash! Its going on 3 months I still havnt received my truck back, while still paying the note on it! Beware of this dump of place! Please do NOT waste your time or money here!!!! Other customer have had to get the police involved with them as well!!!! Hopefully this review will help someone the headache of this place!!!!!

This place rip me off my brother got a truck from them and it mess up like 3 other people did and it mess up I tried to give them a chance haven’t had my car over 2 months motor gone the cars look good but they are terrible I wouldn’t recommend a dog go get a car from here not to mention I gave them 7thousand dollors just lost out of a car and money and they won’t even let you get another car they knew this truck was mess up before I got it I beat myself because it said do not sale on the car the white boy took the sticker down and said he can sale it now and I fell for it but they got me do not get a car from these people they rip off ..

These people are crooks. Bought a Tahoe from them four months ago and have had nothing but problems out of it. Their mechanic is not even certified and could never fix our Tahoe. The first two times they offered us another ride to ride in til it got fixed but the third time they said they couldnt put us in anything else for insurance reasons. Now they wont answer the phone or return our phone calls. Letting this pos go back! We went and got us a good reliable car from Butler Chevrolet and we will never go back to interstate Auto sales. Dont buy from them.

Went to this location to view some trucks. On the lot were a few and a couple took my eye until a closer inspection was done. They were very high mileage or badly cleaned looked as if someone took them out and left their lunch in the back. After all of that I still wanted to see what they could do in getting me into a truck. While in the office the salesman spent most of the time talking on the phone with friends planning on what they were going to do that night. I had been in the office for a little over 2 hours waiting and hearing his phone conversations the final straw to break me was and I quote Yeah man if I didnt have a customer here I would come get you. Give me 15 minutes and I will come get you man. That was all I needed to get up and walk away the best thing I have done all day. After all of that I will never go back again! His name was Kyle and he was rude. He was super shocked when my wife and I got up and left without giving him a chance to answer another phone call that did not relate to us. I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. 100% rude
We spent all day there with Alexis saying oh i got you and we gonna get it done today then when we left to get my husbands paycheck stub and drove back mind you it was 2 HR total trip after the flyer says no credit or paycheck stub so anyways we went back with the paycheck stub at 4 to be told they wont submit it tomorrow after we waited in the parking lot and Alexis still saying oh I am gonna get it done for nothing to get done. And my husband said something on their facebook and got blocked for it

Sent all information in via website (app, checkstubs), The salesman Alexia called me this morning at 9 and said “come on, I gotcha in whatever way.” Note I drive the 1 1/2 Hours to the location. Based on the inventory online I was super excited. When I pulled up I was not impressed at all. The vehicle I applied for was not even there. My mood immediately changed... Every vehicle we looked at was either wrecked or had some type of mechanical engine (check engine lights, power sterling issues, suspension issues, interior issues) immediately turned off. The salesman immediately says I’ll send u to Byron and Warner Robins to check there and u can drive this Yukon Denali XL. OMG... it was beyond raggedy front end shaking riggeriously check engine light flashing and TPMS issues. I scared by now as we might just break down. Nothing at neither lot. The Yukon the did have had check engine and was misfiring when stopping at lights. We drove back to Macon I picked out the Tahoe. The salesperson said okay. I test drove it and liked it somewhat.... Only to arrive back to find out someone else was interested in the vehicle for more money and less price. The salesperson precedes to tell me now, “we have a problem with ur income now, credit score okay and income too low. I’m bout WTF and he’s like let me show u what ur approved for... I was over it! Lesson learned: their online inventory don’t represent what the actually have... fabercated images! The are all around liars! Please don’t use ur income tax money there to purchase a car. Find somewhere else to do business. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF... 🖕🏽
First off when I bought my truck it had issues they were suppose to fix, they had it ENTIRELY to long to fix it, then got rude when I would call to ask about it. They were suppose to determine why the power steering was tight and all they did was fill it up without determining if and where it was leaking(which it was leaking badly). The truck is still having issues that they never addressed. Now they offer a $250 referral check if you send someone there to purchase a vehicle. I referred someone and they beat around the bush for 2 weeks about it and finally came up with some bs excuse saying we didnt tell them they were coming and refuse to pay the referral fee. Thats all because the salesman didnt do his job, with the referral or the repairs. Will not EVER buy another vehicle from them OR tell someone else to I dont care if I hate the person I will not let them go through the horrible process of purchasing one of there POS vehicles.
I purchased a vehicle from this company in April. The car would not pass Emissions for me to get a tag in Atlanta. Interstate Auto had me bring the car back to them and it was to be returned to me in 7 days. I called to pick up my car and they have no details on when it will be available. I asked them to just return my car to me in its current status ( unfixed). A gentlemen I believe his name is Cody stated he did not know where the car was located. At this point I called the lien holder and Macon news plus Better Business Bureau for help..Do not purchase a car from here..

They posted a truck I was interested in online for $5k. Advertised it as 100k miles. Once I called to get more info on the truck, they deleted the ad, and reposted it for $7k. On the phone I learned the truck actually has over 200k miles. Then the salesperson hung up on me. Bad people - bad service.
A 1 is TOO HIGH. This dealership hides major issue with their vehicles just to sell them. The F250 they sold us had major safety issues. Which I called them out on several times and they wouldnt do anything about. We took the truck to another dealership which found that the bolts holding the bed and cab of the struck was completely stripped out, the shock were bad and the steering box was completely worn out. I am taking this repair estimate to the State of Georgia Licensing Board and will post this all over the Internet. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

The most unprofessional car lot ever! Trap music videos while you wait. Lethargic sales representatives. Overpriced very high mileage vehicles. Go here ONLY if you cant do any better. Would have rated them a zero if they allowed it.
Worst customer service ever!!! Learn how to do your job before you try and do it. This place needs to be shut down. You can find nicer trucks and cars for lower prices around same area. Alexis doesnt like to do his job!!! They advertise no credit no check stubs etc... Everyone is approved guaranteed but thats just to get you to waste your time DONT LISTEN TO THEM!!! I was trying get a car after being told they can get me a car i paid my deposit. A week later I got no feed back. I called, and was told the emplyee that worked with me no longer worked there and someone else is working on my stuff. A few days later I informed them I had a family emergency and had to leave the area and asked of I can get my deposit back I was told yes. Its bin 3 weeks now I cant get my money back. I have bin calling and is being told they will call me back each time. I have yet to receive a call and is about to file a law suit against them. WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give less then 1 star I would these people lie to you and con you into buying there busted vehicles.Their mechanic is not ase certified and put all kinds of stuff in the vehicles to make it run quietly until you get it off the lot .I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 .it had a jerky transmission at first which they were supposed to put a different one in and they didnt I have had the truck around 5 1/2 months and now I have to replace the motor because their mechanic put something in the motor to quiet the motor so please people be cautious and think about spending your money with these folks complete scam artist and forget try to get them on the phone is impossible which I have done several times no one is ever in . So Im going to start a petition to bring their bullcrap to light if you have any further questions please PM me

These folks wasted my time and $200 in cab fare to get to them. They will say anything to get you in the door even if you’re driving from over an hour away. Long story short I got the car Jan 16th transmission went out March 19th cost $5700 to fix financed for about $5500 called then to let them know and they stated nothing they can do so they put me in a vehicle witha bad transmission and did nothing to help now I am paying for a vehicle I cant use ..

2022-02-25The weakest car dealership that i know. Alexis was far from helpful took 3000(on a Wednesday)after claiming we were approved for 3000 dwn . gave us the run around for a truck that was never prepared for a sell then told us to come bk the next day and we also called they said the truck was ready(Thursday) (car not done) come bk the second day truck supposedly ready(Friday) all of a sudden another seller claims we weren’t approved for the vehicle for 3000 down they needed another grand I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place not even for a bicycle they are money hungry and just want a quick sell let’s not forget Alexis tried to pretend that he was another salesman by the name of Corey beware of these ppl.
