I tried to check in at 10:45pm and the front desk was closed. What kind of hotel doesnt have 24 hour staffing. I had to go to another hotel and Im still going to be charged for a room I never even stayed in. Operate like a normal hotel.
Everything at this suite was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the customer service was impeccable. My family and I stayed at the suite at 3720 Steve Reynolds Blvd and we have no complaints. Will definitely come again when we’re back in Atlanta! Thanks again for your excellent service.
The hotel is very clean and presentable. The staff showed the most ultimate hospitality by making sure we felt welcome, safe, and with little worries. Im definitely coming back, and I recommend this hotel. I give this hotel 5 stars.
The manager is rude. He talks to people any kind of way. The housekeeping is horrible. The dont leave clean towels. They left the door to my room open. Therer are roaches. People have there kids running around late at night. If I could would give this hotel a zero. The manager is aware of individuals selling drugs and still allow them to stay putting others in danger.
My stay was excellent because staff was very accommodating. Atmosphere was very homelike, the environment was clean not to mention the amicable personality of Ms. Williams . I would definitely revisit this location. Thanks Guys.

One of the worst experiences that Ive ever had at one of these type of hotels. The cleanliness needs work. The professionalism was non existent. The 1st room I went to didnt even have a bed set up (The mattress was on the wall). The second room had shabby furniture and the bathroom light didnt work the whole time I was there. I had to leave the door open for light. The security for the property pushed open my door on 2 separate occasions. Both times were for things that werent my problem. I booked the room through Expedia, but whatever paper work that In Town Suites were supposed to take care of, was never done. I gave my concerns to 3 different people and nothing happened. I was supposed to receive a phone call from management 5 days ago and they have yet to call. I will NEVER stay at any of their locations ever again. I dont recommend anyone to stay there.
Home away from home. Very professional staff. Clean and comfortable. Extra precautions were also taken during COVID-19. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone. Have plenty shopping areas. Very quiet

We just moved in yesterday and was planning to stay until the end of November but there are a few issues with the room. 1. the toilet will not flush properly 2. dead roaches on the floor 3. the front door doesnt properly close and 4. their are weed smoking people in the building. I dont know what is worst but we are moving next week on Monday to Extended Stay. There are a few things I do like the staff, the weekly rate and the elevator works.
The rooms were okay. I think they need a little bit of a renovation but why I gave you the force because the customer service. They had great customer service and if I had any problems I was able to go to the receptionist or phone down to the receptionist and get assistance immediately. Plus the location of where I stayed was absolutely great everything was around where I stayed they had the mall, the interstate, eating areas, other hotels, shopping venues, 20 minutes outside of Atlanta. The rooms were not as big as I would like but it was clean. Thats very important.
Its a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and provided quality customer service. Would definitely come back.

Checked in after one night the cockroaches started appearing so I called to see if I can checkout early. But was told no by A lady . Who told me to talk to the manager who comes in at 4. Pam Williams the manager was so sweet and told me I could . She knew how to give great customer service. I give you 5 stars.
The rooms were clean and it was good value for money. We visit Atlanta twice per year and I can confidently say that we have found a home away from home for my family.
From Check in to check out the staff was very attentive to my needs as well as well answered all my questions. the room was affordable . and the overall environment of the hotel was quiet and calming. I definitely would revisit

Although it’s an older hotel, it’s clean with good sized rooms and great customer service. Great, safe location near highway and walking distance from many eateries.
The place hasnt been properly maintained with maintenance. I stayed there for a few months due to relocation. My room flooded not to mention we had power outlet problems that took maintenance weeks to attend to. Got moved to another room with double problems that still took forever to complete
Front desk Manager Mrs.Pam has awesome customer service skills at makng sure her guests are taken care of & making sure I had no worries about anything and the room was spotless..A very clean facility with an Awesome staff...
This place is trifling don’t bother. They have roaches and mold. There was blood splatters on the mirror. The sheets weren’t clean. Save yourself the infestation of your suitcase. There’s a young lady at the front desk whose extremely rude, has no care for her job (S_Capers) she just sits on her phone all day and tell people what she can’t do instead of finding solutions. Their elevator license is expired too, the city needs to come shut this place down. I mean really I went to go get a soda and overheard some other guest and staff in the conference room, RIGHT BY THE FRONT DOOR, talking about the different tricks they’ve slept with I mean REALLY!? Save your money, this is not the cheapest hotel in Duluth, and just because it’s affordable doesn’t mean throw comfortability out the window. Disgusting pigs. I ran out of here and you will too.
My experience here has not been a great experience. From the first time that Ive walked into a the room it literally smell so bad. Their are a few problems in the kitchen area.1. The microwave was missing a handle.2. The fridge was out of place.3. Also there area cracks in the floor4. The drawers are not properly place on track.Next thing that happened was that there are bugs crawling on the walls and in the bathroom. And also bugs even in the hallways and so the room is not in good shape at all.The bed are uncomfortable to sleep in and also cigarettes smoking smell coming from some peoples room when I walk pass.So I recommend if anyone reserves at this hotel I would recommend that you reserve somewhere else. Because your not going to get good service at all.I feel the rooms are pretty much outdated and needs a lot of improvement as matter of fact this whole hotel needs to be improved.
First of all, the rooms looked nothing like the ones they posted online for this hotel. They gave us one room number, had us check it out, then we came back and they gave us a different room because someone that was staying longer got the first one. But, the second one was in much better shape than the first one we looked at. There were no tissues or extra toilet paper in our room. There were stains everywhere and I saw a bug in the bathroom. Most importantly, our door hinge was broken and the deadbolt would not lock. Lastly, their hours are from 9am to 9pm and we went to check out at 9am but they were not open and did not open for another 15 minutes. The staff were nice and helpful but overall this hotel was not a good experience.

Hold your money and run for your life. This place needs to be shut down. Roaches, bed bugs, mold, mildew, dirty sheets and towels, dirty rooms, filthy embedded dirt in carpets, guest harassment, kids use the hallways for their playground, unprofessional manager and staff and more. This place is worst than any housing project. Full review with pictures coming soon. Literally the hotel from hell. Keep your money, Intown on Satellite much better. Contacting corporate for a full complaint. Again, run run run. Forced to give one star in order to post, but no stars from me, period.
ROACH MOTEL!! I checked in and as soon as I got done paying a roach crawled across the counter. Go look at my room and it was still dirty with stains on the inside of the shower curtain and brown stuff on the walls. A week staying here and the roaches multiplied daily. They were EVERYWHERE. Tables, bed, couch, all over the bathroom. Even found a strange looking bug amongst the roaches. SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay elsewhere
Ive been here for a few and ive enjoyed my entire stay the staff is extremely helpful I appreciate each and every one of them kevin has been great with helping me get my cards revamped when I get off from work late in the a.m. even though its usually 5-6 am the maintenance team here are always on top of the building making sure to satisfy guests the staff here are friendly nice and kind they really make it feel like home away from home
Decent rooms. Extremely loud at night especially on the weekends. No one is at front desk saturday or Sunday so getting towels or anything you need is a hassle. No breakfast or anything comparable to another hotel of the same price. Dirty in the room as soon as I walked in. Spider webs and spiders are aplenty. Would try somewhere else before this place.
I love my experience here. Its quite peaceful very clean and close to everything. The only thing I dont like is the price you pay is for a full updated property when they only partially updated the room. Cabinets show wear and tear. Furniture is in very good condition and show no wear n tear but definitely outdated
Its all right. They have good weekly rates. The rooms are spacious. They have a dishwasher and a mini fridge and cabinets and a sink and a little stove. The building seems old though and in need of renovations. I would not bring my family there.
It was an okay stay. Whatever water softener they use makes the water slimy and the sheets are so low quality they suck the moisture out of my skin. But it was relatively clean and had a small kitchen area so I didnt need to go out to eat for every meal. Not excellent, not awful.

It wasnt a bad place, but the room I reserved had bed bugs that ate me and my children alive. When I alerted the staff, they didnt even offer an apology. They made me wait days before someone came to check and then told me that I couldnt have a different room. They said that if they found bed bugs they would check me out so as not to spread it to another room! Really?!!! I have NEVER even seen a bed bug until coming to this place! I took pictures and took my children to the doctor who confirmed that it was bed bugs. My children never had these before (and being special needs they go to the doctor quite often). I cant respect a business that will charge me almost $400 for one week of being eaten alive by gross bugs. You all can thank me later for stripping, disinfecting, and bleaching that entire room from the surfaces to the mattresses! They should be ashamed and this WILL NOT be the last time they hear from me! I could see your nonchalant attitude about something like this if it were just an adult being bitten. But this issue aggravated my Autistic son to no end and forced me to cradle and rock him to sleep every night because he was terrified of the bugs! I could have let it go if you all had had the decency to even apologize. How dare you blame a guest for your obvious cleaning oversights! Just because you make it smell good doesnt mean they are cleaning! And the next time I check in anywhere, Ill be sure to pull back the sheets and strip the bed first (who would ever think they had to do that in a reputable business). I would post the pictures and video of those gross bugs in the bed, but my attorney advised against it.
The rooms were not looking like the ones posted on website. I would like to suggest to place an air-freshener in the rooms as there was a bad smell may be due to lack of ventilation. Also I would like to suggest to have house keeping service at-least once in 2 days or change of bed-sheets as I was there for about 4 days and there was no change of bed-sheets or house keeping done.

Low rent weekly rate no tell hotel/motel, in a pretty decent part of town, the whole second floor smells like hella weed just so you know...lots of close by shops and restaurants. I think this is a pretty safe place to stay and shouldnt worry too much about your car getting broken into.
The Intown on Steve Reynolds boulevard is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The customer service is horrible me and my family had a room here for almost two weeks the older front desk lady is so NASTY I have never meet someone so rude in my life. Its not clean it has a bad odor. The beds and pillows are horrible... Not to mention the nasty small bathrooms. RUN dont get a room here
U get what u pay for great if u cant get an appartment or house but advertise weekly rates for 289 but no rooms for that price after taxes office does random room check they dont notify when theyre going to do inspections no pets unless service animal

First pulled in there was riff raff all over the place. Nice size room but everything needed to be updated. Best thing about the room was the swivel tv on the wall. Did see one roach but no bed bugs. Some tenant on the first floor had the bed bug spray right in there window in plain sight if you walked past. Very inexpensive but dont expect the desk to do anything special for you. Was constantly nagged by the janitor about my dog being on the premises. Im like who are You? He lied and said hes security. Took it upon himself to run and tell the desk that I had a dog. Not his business but he definitely got checked for it! The place is not pet friendly. But there were other dogs on the premises. Asked about the other dogs. I was told they had medical permission. Since when was a toy poodle medically cleared for a deaf or blind disability? Front desk black girl is extremely rude and needs to go work back at Burger King so she can have it her way! The Indian woman is pretty cool but needs to take more of a leadership role. I knew you were the manager.

Ive paid well over $2000 of hard earned money to stay here. Today is Wednesday June 7th. On Monday June 5th AND Tuesday, June 6th I was told someone from maintenance would come and fix my stove (it broke over the weekend). Tuesday comes and maintenance comes to my room to tell me hes getting another stove to replace mine with. He never came back. Just decided to leave work I supposeOn top of bed bugs, water quality, price, quality of utilities, and overall just low quality rooms, Im not sure how this place was still open when I booked a room here. Sweet people Im sure but this is ridiculous.If you dont like your job, please get another. Dont make life frustrating for others because you dont like where you are in life. If InTown Suites needs to go on another hiring spree then they need to do that before more lawsuits and bad reviews start popping up. Again, if you dont like your job, there are plenty of others to choose from.
It’s a great room, extremely nice birds, AC works good, a great TV, the full-size kitchen is a must have and the tapwater isn’t dirty
Room was very outdated the only thing new was the television. I intended to stay a week but was contacted by staff @11am that I would have to check out on the third day which was a shock. I asked if I could move to another room & they stated that they did not have any available.So I had to IMMEDIATELY start looking for another hotel which was a BIG inconvience not only to me but to my five year old son & husband. Staff very unprofessional & the customer service was awful. Will never stay again!

Ok to start with we checked in one room had a bad chemical smell they moved us 4 days later then they moved us to a room with mold all over bathroom ceiling.we was there 4 months like that. Something was biting my wife and I so I pulled the mattress and box spring up and there was a major bed bug infestation we took vidio and pics and told the mgr they came up and seen all the bugs he went back down and told the mgr 10 minutes later they told me to move..please be careful there I was told by a lawyer to go to hospital and take one bug with me and have my lungs checked since I have bad asthma
Stayed at this location on 10/05/15. Checks in around 7:30pm by 1:00 am I was sleeping in my car waiting on management in the. The bed was loaded with bed bug, I woke up with all kinds of bite marks on me,and management seem not to car at all. I tried to reach corporate office only to get a recording. I guess Ill be taking my complaint and pictures to the health department.
No starsI had bed bugs in the room I was in I told the front desk they had two ladies come into my room lifted up my mattress and told me :no bed bugs , didnt see any. I had bed bugs all over my body . They told me I was lying then called the police on me . I couldnt get a refund and that was my first day .
Worst hotel my eyes have ever landed upon. Some friends and I needed a quick, cheap place to sleep for a few hours before our road-trip. The staff was unprofessional and the room was extremely dirty. I ended up leaving. You get what you pay for!
The worst extended stay Ive ever stayed.. no breakfast poor house keeping and matinance.My Air conditioning has been broken all summer.They also find ways too over charge. No communication with over management .. I pay on time directly from my card every week.and some how I am being charged late fees..because I was at work before front desk came too work... I dont recommend this place to Any one .
My BILs car broke down outside of this place on the street a few weeks back and I had to go rescue him. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. The guest were staring out the windows at my child and myself and some even came outside to look at us. Sad since we live not far down the street and it is out of place for the area. I counted about 5 cops drive by to make sure nothing was going on for the maybe 20 minutes we were outside. That is pretty bad as I hardly see them out and about till the end of each month.
Visited a friend staying at the Duluth GA location off Cruise Rd. Rooms are spacious and include decent sized flatscreen TVs wall mounted, but the luxery stops there. Very spartan and well-worn building. Elevators functional yet cracked tiles. If youre looking for last minute economy accomodation this location might be acceptable, yet I would research other nearby options beforehand if possible.
I am so appalled with this establishment. I attempted to advocate on the behalf of my daughters who were concerned that they might have bitten by bed-bugs during their stay. I urged them to visit the Hospital to confirm. The Assistant General Manager insisted on not giving me the number to their corporate office after asking someone else hidden in an adjacent room. I called the Corporate office to state our case. In the interim the office personnel is now trying to force my daughters out the room before 1pm before their blankets are washed. They also stated, that they will only credit them for one night but they must leave immediately and carry the infestation else where. The BBB will be getting a written complaint!!!!!!!

Not the cleanest its a bit shabby and the appliances are old but the rooms are spacious and staff is great and the price is fair for the area. Its a decent place to stay for a few days I guess.
Horrible, me and my wife stayed at a quality inn, and thought it was bad, so she suggested we stay the next night at sun suites. this is the first review of anywhere. first time i felt compelled to write one. 11pm at night and couldnt sleep due to the loud obnoxious people outside, room next to us was blaring tv until who knows when, flys in the room, no water pressure. room stunk. and to top it off when i got up the next morning wifes car had been rummaged through. if you do not consider yourself a delinquent of society, dont stay here.

It was straight up until they went into my room without my permission! They never answer the phones! Don’t ever sleep in room 121! They slam the doors all day and all night long like no one stays next door! I wish I couldn’t even give them one star!Gots to do better period 😒
I travel extensively with my job. We stay in crappy motels all the time.. I have never experienced anything like the lack of professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness, that I did this weekend.
They need to have pest control to come out and spray. Pretty size room. Beds not comfortable. Bring your own pillows because they are not comfortable either. Its not worth the price.

This dump needs a -0 they have every issue known from bed bug to the rooms being stink n filthy not to mention the entire staff that work there but its full time for ppl to band together and report them to health inspector housing authority and who ever else to get them shut the hell down staying here is like staying under the free way over pass thats how filthy n nasty this dump of a place is changing the name from SunSuites to In town Suties to make it seems better is a complete joke lets get this dump Closed and Fined its unsafe un-clean for any humans to live......ppl going through hard time shouldnt have to feel like there situation isnt gonna be better coz life happen to the best and worst of us but to pay to live n feel like a homeless dirty bum is ridiculous please run away from this hell hole of a hotel......

This is the absolute worse hotel soon as I walked up to the front door all I could smell is weed I had to use the bathroom when I went into the bathroom there was no tissue it smelt like weed and someone threw the empty toilet paper roll in the toilet the rates are extremely to high and the rooms are run down......not a good place to stay.

2022-02-07Well they say that the rooms are updated more cabinet space, more closet space however all of it is ineffective. The cabinets are placed so high that you would have to be over 6 ft 5 to utilize properly it is as if they just threw the amenities in a box just to say that they have it.The bathroom is way too small you have to squeeze in between the toilet in order to close the door and sit down.The kitchen sink faucet with too big for the basin if you turned it on it would spray out of the sink.I was never able to take a hot shower or bath. At all times the bathroom water was cool to a mild lukewarm temperature.I was there for 84 days and never once received housekeeping fresh linen or towels.Another point of contention was security. The last couple of weeks there I felt as if my neighbor may have been tracking my movement because they can actually hear through the wall with minimal volume of noise or speech.Well I had no adverse interactions with the front desk the condition of the room and overall experience was definitely not worth the amount of money per week.With that being said I only stayed there being out of necessity and would do my very best not to stay there again.

2022-05-27Customer beware!!!!! This is by far the worst hotel that Ive ever stayed in. My arrival was on 4:15 5/26/2022, as I was checking in with the front desk attendant (Amy I think) I was told that they are doing renovation on the building which im fine with im a tradesman, I was given a key to look at the room to make sure it was satisfactory, which I thought was weird because why wouldnt the room youre giving me a key to be satisfactory, after taking the elevator upstairs that had trash I get to the third floor. My room was 316, but I couldnt find it at first because half of the doors didnt have any number plates on them. When I finally found the room to my surprise the room was open, and had the metal door lock keeping the door from shutting all the way. After knocking and pushing open the door I realized no one was physically in the room but I dont understand why the door to the room Im suppose to be checking into is open? The room itself is a complete dump, from the heavily stained carpet,the walls, to the dirty sheets and poorly functioning toilet. And the room smelled like a old wet cigarette. After going to the store to buy new sheets and febreze I finally went to sleep. The next morning I was woken up at 8:45 by housekeeping telling me I need to keep my door open so they could come in at paint. Ive never heard of anything like this in my life, after paying for my room I have to leave my door open while Im sleep or while Im gone and have trust that not one is going to come into my room, this is crazy. I packed my belongings and wait for the front desk attendant to come at 11:15 and was informed that I wouldnt get my money back for rest if the week I had booked. Its 5/272022 I paid $471.66 for a horrible 1 night stay at this place.

2022-03-21Placed in a good location but the rooms, appliances, and furniture are so dated. It looks like a prison cell - the bed is a cot.

2021-09-29Where do I even begin. The rooms are disgusting. There is no real cleaning done prior to you checking in. Even after cleaning and scrubbing for hours I couldn’t get close to clean. The staff are extremely rude. This is not a family friendly place. Cops here every night. Screaming and hollering in the hallways constantly. My child was sitting in front of my door pushing a toy train and that prompted a member of the staff to come ream me out at my door, yet people smoking marijuanna by the pound every night is perfectly ok and it’s definitely okay to have numerous drugs in your room and have the cops called for domestic violence. DO NOT STAY HERE.

2021-12-12Roach infestation 😷 , maybe the remodeling will help. The roaches are horrible.I would not recommend. Someone also broke into a few cars in the parking lot.I suggest pay for quality. This place doesn’t deserve a 1 star rating but I guess I can’t continue unless I gave it a star.

2021-03-18This Extended-stay was quite comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the manager Miss Williams, she was very accommodating, kind , professional and easy to talk to. Miss Williams went out of her way to make our stay pleasurable. Good value for the money. Location was key to us, we were in the middle of everything, great restaurants and shopping. To top things off parking was free.

2021-04-24First off there’s a very bad odor in the room we stayed in. We cleaned, sprayed, mopped opened the window and the smell stays. The shower curtain was nasty and we tried spraying it with bleach and no change. I called the office for them to replace it and they never did. We came from getting food one of the nights we stayed and the roof was leaking.There was also roaches. Nobody came to bring fresh towels or bedding. The entire week. Im so glad we are leaving because it’s horrible. Room was $491 and was not works it at all! Cops were also called and were outside. Don’t stay here.

2021-03-26I’ve been to many hotels as part of my profession. Am not very easy to please staying at hotels because of the BAD REVIEWS: However, from the moment we walked into this extended suite we were truly impressed by the ambiance, The staffs was super polite and professional.Long story short! We also cross path several times with the Manager, Pamela Williams.Bottomline………It can only take a good team of management to create such warmed and welcomed hospitality to any guest. Please asked for Ms. Williams when first entered… YOU WILL NEVER REGRET CHOOSING THIS HOTEL! Am honored to give it a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

2021-03-25My stay at InTown Suites was really great and the customer service I received was amazing!!! I was in Georgia for a business meeting that was canceled and rescheduled for the next day due to unforeseen circumstances, so I needed to find a hotel to stay at ASAP. Since I was only staying in town for one or two nights I did not want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room. I contacted InTown Suites and the manager who I spoke to was very pleasant and professional 😊 I explained my situation to her and she immediately said no problem, we will be able to accommodate you. When I arrived at the hotel, the same manger who I spoke to on the phone was there to greet me 😊 She was able to get me a rate that was very affordable!!! The room was very clean and the customer service I received from the staff and the manager was impeccable☺️ Needless to say, I enjoyed my stay at InTown Suites and I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

2021-03-22I have been a extended stay guest for a very long time and it has been pleasurable the entire time. The front office staff are always friendly and accomodating any concern you have about your room, security or maintenance they attend to it right away. Knowing that security is very important is what I really appreciate. I would recommend this location every time.
