Check in is at 3p... it’s 4p and my room is still 30 minutes from being ready. Very disappointing already.5pm... finally checked in, not that I want to be here. Supposedly ready room, but there’s a guy working on the bathroom right now. Guess I will not be sleeping before work.Also it’s just really dirty and loud. 0/5 stars. I won’t be staying here for the next 2 months as I had hoped. Going to try for some other places in the area next week.
For starters i was going to stay longer than the two weeks i paid for but its way too expensive for a flimsy mattress maintenance was supposed to come look at it 4 days ago no show housekeeping was supposed to come Monday no show i had to go downstairs because the elevator wasnt working just to get clean sheets i just had surgery on my knee no one ever answers the front desk i have tracking on all my mail but yet they claim i have no mail for us not to be able to have pets or work there an live there well there is a cat in someone room that sits in the window by the office and the maintenance man has a pit and he lives here imagine that so its like any other place they have their fav picks no worries not much longer an we will be gone and save so much money
Nasty nasty nasty....stay away please..roaches..huge blood stains on the mattress..housekeeping under par. If i had known ahead of time i wouldnt have come here. You cant get refunds for nights paid in advance. I found a huge blood stain equivalent to something traumatic told the front desk..and nothing..they will have maintenance look at it..if IF they order a new one guest has to pay for it!!! Pest control once a week..you have to buy your own raid..no compassion or understanding about the cleanliness an upkeep of this establishment...NEVER AGAIN..i will be forwarding this as high as i can an on every travel sight.
I must say I was impressed, I cant speak for all their rooms but the one I rented was nice, clean and homelike. I even used their towels last night...Ive stayed in $175 a night rooms and had to call down to the front desk to have housekeeping bring new bath towels because body hair was embedded in the ones left. My towels and linen on my bed were bright white not dingy. Ms. Rachel part of management and her staff seem to be genuinely attentive to their residents needs and concerns. Im here possibly looking to move back to Atlanta while purchasing another home, very glad I decided to give these guys a chance.
The manager of the location in Lithia Springs refused to rent a room to us because we smoked outside and when we were guests of someone staying there. She was rude and condenseding and the security guard got in my face and was cuasing at me so i filed a report so they were able to gain my identification.
This is a nice Extended Stay facility, however they could be have a bit more stringent regulations with the cleaning. There are some roaches but doable if one needs to sustainable living especially with a family. Lastly, the cost is a bit MUCH in that it is ways than the average apartment.
Beware, I checked in on 12/12/20. I was told there was weekly cleaning at check in. This is great since I will be on site for approx. 8-10 weeks. So as of today 12 days today and no cleaning. I would say if you didnt pay all of your fees for 12 days you and your things would be in the street. I was told there was washer and dryers on site however only 2 dryers worked when I tried to use them on 12/16. Video if I can upload. I asked a gentleman at front of office if he worked there and he very arrogantly said yes ( I would like to add I did have a cig in my hand from where I had just stepped out of my truck to ask a question) The constant smell of marijuana seems to be much more intense then cig smoke anyway... This by no means should mean night clerk/guard could treat someone with any since of disrespect.)I then proceeded to ask him if he know of a laundry close. Again arrogantly said Nope not from here. (It would have been real easy for him to suggest looking at there web-site I know know all this info is listed there) Then he proceeded to ask me if I live there now. My comment was No I dont live here, I have a home. I guess the gentleman was having a bad day. But then again he has had the same demeanor ever since. I would like to add maybe some ppl live there and that is fine, but if they do this does not mean you have to treat everyone as if they are dirt under your feet. I would like to add the young lady at front desk is 100% wonderful. She spends the time to get to know her guest , I felt very much welcome to be on site with her.As far as safety and security I would like to add I fee very safe at this location. The Douglasville PD & sheriffs Dept. are wonderful helpful team to help keep the area a safe and trust worthy place to stay. The officers will even suggest areas to look for apts. or homes and land to build on. (Back the Blue)lets some things up== Cleaning not so much. Elevators and pathways very dirty. ( and gets tracked back into yours rooms)Helpful for out of town guest not so much.safety I would like to rank awesome....I hope this helps the next guest at the INN.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE !!! I pay 400 for 1 week and our room had water leaking all in the floor and it took them two days to move us. We were not given the room we reserved and there are NO amenities. The managers, ALEX AND the other lady are smart mouthed. They just say sorry, you can just leave, if you have a problem. DO NOT STAY HERE! The management looks down on you, like they are better than you. OH and they are renovated but the laundry facility still has machines from 20 years ago and only ONE dryer worked so dont plan on doing laundry there. These rooms come with NOTHING, not even a coffee pot. MUST BRING ALL KITCHEN WITH YOU!! STAY AWAY, oh and you have to pay 5.00 for a card to use the laundry facility and then load money on it for the machines. They DO NOT CLEAN WELL AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS WAY OVER RATED!!! they just put up a fresh curtain, and a fresh coat of paint.
This has to be one of the best places Ive ever stayed at. The staff are awesome and I havent had one problem. The Manger and yes u have to say Mr. Alex takes care of you like family. So I give five stars. Also have to say the housekeepers always make sure your needs are met . The matnes man Mr. Bobbie works from sun up till sun down. So if its just for a week or you need them longer, Come be apart of In town suites family... We all welcome you...
I rate it a zero, this place was horrible from the gm on down. It has roaches, they dont care, the water got shut off for more than 3 hours and they never told anyone until people inquired. I had a pipe leaking under my kitchen sink, I kept calling the on call number and it went to VM. When I went in front of the office and called the maintenance man finally picked up, when I could understand what he was saying (very inarticulate)he said he could not fix the leak until he wrote it up on a work ticket and it was approved. I asked him so what was I supposed to do, he said he didnt know, he just works there🙄 I checked out on the morning of my fourth day of what was supposed to be seven. Two days after asking to be moved to an un infested room the maintenance guy showed up with the exterminator who was armed with a powder🙄
This place is a DUMP!!! Being a frugal person,saving money is usually the number reason to book. Well, In Town Suites in Lithia Springs GA. has changed me. There are so many reasons not to stay there. Here are a few, walls are paper thin, all conversations in your room are shared with your neighbors, rug damage ( therefore prepare yourself to trip), plastic pillow, no utensils, no hangers, one roll of toilet paper per week, two burner stove did not work, towels are worn, urine odor in elevator and many more. Spend a few extra dollars and have yourself a restful night at another hotel.
I would give zero stars. Infested with roaches..Dont stay here its overpriced 400 a week for what they consider upgrades. I booked a double queen room with credit card on file to make sure we had that room just to get there and they say we only have a queen with a pull out couch available. We can move you rooms when the double queen becomes available. We checked in and the first thing the staff said is its a clean quit place..all lies. The very next day we started to see roaches. We killed about 10 in a day. I told the property manager he had someone come out and spray that day. Just for the roaches to appear the very next day.. You cant fix the problem if your only spraying one room you need to treat the whole building professionally. Asked the manager to change rooms and yet he continues to say nothing is available. The walls are very thin you can hear your neigbors having sex, the matresses feel like someone broke every spring in them. Save your money and stay someplace else. BBB needs to fix this establishment or shut it down because there are motel 6 that are nicer than this and not infested with roaches...
Had to go buy towels and sheets for the fold put couch. Office keeps really inconvenient hours that made it nearly impossible to ask questions or have issues dealt with. No dishes, cookware, or sponges/washcloths in kitchen. Ive stayed in many other extended stay hotels and all of these are always provided.
Came here a week ago, told staff wed be staying here for about a month as we are in transition to a house. First off, I was instructed to direct my husband to the office with his identification to be added to the guest list and be issued a key by idiot #1, Rachel, accompanied by idiot #2, Miss courtesy officer, who was talking my damn ear off about how can she get a job where I worked during my check in. The following day, the asst manager would not issue him one due to women running from their husbands, and kept reiterating that Rachel was only a front desk clerk who didnt have the authority to make a decision like that. During check in, Rachel explained that housekeeping day would be Tuesday and that my renewal was Wednesday. Instead, my renewal was TODAY, but of course, they dont take payments via phone or charge the card on file. I log in immediately, make the payment which Im charged an unnecessary additional $25 and they take it from my account. After working 12 hours, I come to go in and they tell me we have vacate the room because the payment was not made and it was clearly pending from my bank. This place has panhandlers, people who camp out in their cars all times of day and night, the walls are hella thin and the room is littered with ants. Filthy carpet, slow wifi and the cable is always going out at random times while guests are walking around smoking on an alleged non smoking property. $370 per week, unprofessional employees who throw each other under the bus and constantly inconveniences their guests? I plan on lodging a formal complaint with their corporate office for this joke of a hotel stay.
Almost $400 per week is too much for this low budget motel! cleaning staff is unprofessional and doesnt clean very well. cleaning lady debra told me that i should feel free to clean my own room because it was like my own home and ppl normally clean their own homes. at $400, i want ALL the services that come with it! then while she did a poor version of cleaning my room ( she was running several hours late on her rounds so she was rushing) as i sat outside the door, her son came up the walkway asking if she was in my room. i said yes and he proceeded to ENTER my room! they stood in there discussing a 3rd person who needed to get picked up. then he left and she finished and left as well. i will say she was kind in helping me bring my chair back into the room and she spoke kindly to me. about an hour later as i was sitting in my room with my door open to let in fresh air, her son came back, walked up to the threshold of my door and yelled mama!. i told him she was gone and after questioning me on her whereabouts (as if i knew) he left. i felt the whole experience was very unprofessional! i gave it 1 star because i couldnt post without clicking on a star. i give them 0 stars though.
For starters this place is too much money for the way these rooms are.. Ive been here for almost two weeks, Im paying $339 a week smh I told them that this room has ants and I spot roaches here and there, they told us that someone would come check it out but never did, her exact words were I put youll name on a list and it hasnt got to youll yet What? So the ants is just supposed to bite us and attack our food until someone can come? I told them this over a week ago!! I wish I knew how to post a pic because I surely took some.. the people who supposedly clean the rooms dont do a good job, and lastly someone came up here saying that my son needs to stop stomping because stuff is falling from the ceiling mind you he is two years old there is no way in the world that his little feet is making stuff fall.. ppl are crazy and if you want peace and quite and a child to sit down all day you need your own house not a place like this... Im only giving one star because I like the area its close to everything and 15 mins from downtown ATL
InTown Suites is horrible, the money you pay is too much and it has roaches, housekeeping is horrible, my family and I stayed 4 weeks and only saw housekeeping once, I would not recommend this place. They also make you go inside your room at night if your hanging out in the parking lot.
4 week stay. had no problems. full kitchen, no utensils, so i just used disposable stuff during my stay. 180 a week no lease, pretty good deal. couldnt beat that anywhere else. good location too, 15 mins commute into Atlanta on Rt 20 East. Lots of places to eat near by within walking distance. Yea small TV, but what do you expect for 30ish bucks a night? I enjoyed my stay. My AC was fine, idk what other people are talking about. I did find out that it is run by motion sensors so would explain why someone thought it overloaded. My surrounding were pretty quiet. The workers were polite to me b/c I was polite to them I guess? I enjoyed my stay. Recommend anyone needing extended stay to consider the Intown suites in lithia springs, ga. Cant speak on the behalf of the other locations.

2022-06-04Staff is ghetto . Lashaunda (Manager) , the on site manager needs to be fired immediately! Completely unprofessional ! Cusses at the guests & hangs phone up in your face ! Smokes cigarettes around the property! Walks into people rooms before 11pm before office opens! Bangs on your door! Just completely unprofessional all away around. She needs to be Fired. If i can get the rate 0 stars i would. Dont waste you time or good energy , good money, good intentions on this place or staff you will be truly disappointed like myself and others , Yuck !

2022-06-04The room that I rented for 2 weeks was nasty when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself before the stay. The bedding was stained. I had to was those also on the first night of my stay before I could use them.I rented this room because there was an emergency at my place and I had to find housing with no advance notice.I was billed for an additional day $76 due an billing error. The manager said she would correct this and fix my bill but this never happened.Lashonda at the front office was very rude and unprofessional. I was attempting to extend my stay from Saturday until Sunday. Lashonda said that I could not because the office was closed on Sunday. Once I told her that I only needed to stay until Sunday not Monday. She told me that I had to leave Saturday. Once I checked out she never gave me my security deposit that I paid in cash .Once I called on the phone to ask why I didnt receive my deposit she talked over me and hung up the phone on me. I never received my deposit. This type of customer service is the worst Ive ever encountered. The comfort level of Lashonda with her unprofessional, takcy behavior let you know that this is the norm for this location. I will make sure I pass the word about my experience. No one should ever have to experience such tacky and rude service especially when they arw PAYING for a service. This location deserves ZERO stars however you have to give 1 star to leave the review.

2021-10-30Very clean rooms. Close proximity to restaurants and stores. Easy access to Atlanta and all venues there .A little pricey though. Good employees. No housekeeping or towels replaced due to lack of housekeeping staff. No breakfast on site but close to restaurants. Rooms have nice kitchenettes but no utensils , dishes or pots and pans provided. Great for extended stays but bring your own comforts.

2022-01-28Yall like taking showers after work??? Apparently these folks think we dont deserve one or water period since every single day for at least 3 weeks the water has been shut off without ANY notice! So what about the parents with babies and this being flu season not to mention covid!! Plus the parking lot is disgusting especially being charged as much as we are to stay here! The laundry room always taken up by people leaving their clothes in the flipping washer or dryer all day! Not to mention if you do need anything you have to call and wait like one dude had to sit outside for almost an hour waiting on someone because he made a mistake and left his key there. And who exactly is here at night? Because when we first got here the parking lot was cleaned at night by someone and now its horrible! Im completely fed up. Calling Department of Human Resources on Monday this is just plain wrong and uncalled for! At least call people print a notice or get the water fixed right the first time.

2022-02-17Its not the best. Its somewhere to stay until you can get somewhere to stay. Housekeeping never came. Infestation of roaches and the exterminator doesnt come as stated or needed. They dont do the inspections as needed or stated when you move in. The priced increased and no upgrades.
