Nice place to be. Quiet. Only thing someone has been coming in my room while I’m sleeping. Leave my camera rolling but has to be someone working here because my camera shut off and was reconnected. I woke up the other night it was dark but I saw the figure in front of my bed
Keep in mind, its an extended stay motel. I have stayed in motels/hotels for like 8/9 months a year for most of 45 years. Prices are high all over. But for an extended stay, Id like to give it a 3.5. they are always full.
I guess I was expecting it to be much cleaner. My first night the kitchen sink had some nasty stuff in the drain, the carpet where the bed sit was not vacuumed good at all it still had lint and trash on it! Just Nasty!
I have been here going on 9 months, have never seen a bug, never had any problem with the management, housekeeping or maintenance. It is very and comfortable. Even though I never needed assistance at the start of covid19, it was always offered.
I understand all the comments on this hotel, I am currently staying here and although I havent experienced roaches I did show up as they cleaned the room I came in and I watched everything they well she did. Plus all I had her do was change the sheets on the bed. Stealing from what little we already have just would show character of a ungodly person reap what you sow an karma will always follow. Other than that it has been very quiet and nice here for the most part.
My room had HUGE roaches and too bad i didn’t notice the urine left on the toilet seat before I paid. No refund. The comforter was yellow and the air conditioning smelled like urine anytime it was on needless to say $300 wasted. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It didn’t deserve the one star honestly... I wrote a corporate complaint but I just got sorry too bad but no refund in short from them. I ended up staying with a friend I should have never took the room but it was the last room and I needed shelter. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Very small rooms and not very cleanly,I cleaned room top to bottom upon arriving. Carpet and linoleum need to be replaced and walls need painting. Staff friendly. No bugs! Get what u pay for here. Cheap rates, and you can see why soon as you arrive.
I came to Norcross for work and made a reservation at this place. I made this reservation a month prior to my arrival and I was staying for an entire month. When I arrived on the day of my reservation, I walked into the lobby, where there were two guests in front of me. 30 minutes later, I was finally spoken to. I told the guy at the counter I was here to check in, he said we dont have any rooms. I stated that I had a reservation, and he said reservations dont matter. He had 20 reservations, but only 2 rooms to give, and they wouldnt be cleaned today. Basically, he threw away an entire months worth of rent and left me stranded without a place to stay. If you want poor customer service, this is the place for you!
I was here a little over a month it was quiet clean no problems. The manager Mike was really great if i had any problems he handled them quick. If i ever need to stay at an extended stay I would definitely come back here.
Im currently there. Decent staff, clean rooms, small rooms but you get what you pay for. Its quiet, you would think for the price the rooms are trash and its a nasty neighborhood but its total opposite the Cons to it, is really the sqaure footage and NO BUGS you cant beat it for the price. Walking distance from dollar stores, a couple restaurants none fancy but will get you full. 10min from train station will take you anywhere in metra Atlanta for $2.50 if you dont feel like driving. Laundry on site, snack and drink machine all open 24hrs 7days. But do not book a room because you will not be guaranteed you have to just pull up and pray its some available.
I wasnt happy with the place and didnt stay there the room, just No not for me! It they advertise a remodeled room, but when I got there it was the tiny room very out dated and I dont know the guy said some roo.s are remodeled but they are taken. 😏🤣

My husband and I rented our house out and stayed at the Intown Suites for a great deal of time while we searched for the right home closer to the city. What I appreciate(d) most is the location, we felt safe, and that it is quiet, most of the people were working folks like us, so that was a plus; people pretty much minded their own business. If ever we had any issues - management (Mike and James) solved them without any delays. The rooms are not designed for more than two people, but we managed. Having a full size refrigerator, and cooktop stove was also another plus. I tend to have very high standards, and though Intown Suites wasnt the very best, staying there was a little more than just okay. Also, let me add that the management team has changed, so it seems things are changing...the new team...hmm not so good. Thanks for everything else Intown Suites.

Covid is being used to frequently to not give adequate service. Cleaning is the key to fighting germs.
GM is the epitome of southern hospitality. Clean room, quiet and not ghetto.
It was clean just pay the extra and upgrade. Everything is more modern and new.

When we stayed here we went to check in the room wasnt ready the manager was mean the room was clean for the price that you paid I would think twice before I stayed here again the only good thing about it was the convenience to the stores

Better place to commit a felony than a place to sleep. The room was smaller than my home bathroom. I would have felt safer in my car in a rest stop

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY, HOUSEKEEPERS ARE THEIVES, AND THE MANAGER THE BLACK MAN DOESNT CARE. I REPORTED ON TWO OCCASIONS THEFT FROM MY ROOM AND HIS SUGGESTION WAS FIND OTHER ACCOMODATIONS. THE INSIDE HAS ROACH HOTELS EVERYWHERE, MOLD FILLED ROOM SMELL, MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE DRUGS EVERY NIGHT, THE HEATER BLOWS OUT COLD AIR, BUT MOST OF ALL THEY DONT ALLOW YOU TO REFUSE SERVICE FROM THEIVES THAT ARE THE HOUSEKEEPERS.HE STATES YOU CANT REFUSE SERVICE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. NO ONE WOULD ENJOY SOMETHING BEING STOLEN OUT YOUR ROOM NOT ONCE BUT TWICE PLUS AN INFESTATION. Better places for your money.

2022-02-24I have been here about a month. For the area, it is a decent place to stay. I feel safe around here. No one ever bothers me (for the most part) and I have easy access to the highway to get into town. Like some have mentioned, there are a few roaches from time to time, but I believe that has more to do with the people around me than the hotel itself. They are not a big problem since the hotel takes effort in getting rid of them. For me, the biggest drawback would be the price. The pandemic has been used as an excuse for everything and housing is no exception. For 28 days, this hotel is costing me $1557. I have to be here for over 90 days before I am considered a resident and the price drops to about $1200. Overall, everything has been okay. Housekeeping is always prompt and professional and the manager at the front desk is always helpful. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants easy access to the highway and is looking for a safe area to stay, but just be mindful of the price.

2022-04-20Looks nothing like the picture except for the new grey blanket,pillow and sheets!! Carpet was so dirty left smell in room. Baby roaches then I saw big black ant one night I think he was eating them. Because after third night I didnt see any more roaches. Other guest in premium said she had roaches too. I had traditional Its okay for a week or two only. No housekeeping cleaning. Nice manager

2022-03-26Didnt stay, just tried to check pricing for a potential reservation. When I advised that it would be myself and my service animal, I was informed the hotel doesnt allow pets and only allows service animals of theyre from the VA.Post response comment: I specifically included the part where the lady I spoke to said from the VA because she said that. With further experience contacting hotels in the area, it sincerely seems that hotel management in the area doesnt understand Service Animal laws and that people other than veterans have service animals.

2022-02-06Small rooms that definitely need the carpets ripped out of them. Looking for a lost earring made mistake of moving fridge now wondering if they were ever swept under or behind since hotel was built...the best thing about this hotel is that it is typically always quiet.

2021-09-17Worst room I have stayed in EVER! The room stinks, I have my shirt pulled up over my nose and mouth while Im writing this. There is roach powder all around the front door, under the refrigerator and sink. The door on the shower is broken, the walls in the shower look like they have mold growing on them. Im not even going to sleep on the bed, since the comforter is stained and Im not sure if the sheets are clean or not. The electrical outlet next to the bed has exposed wires with no cover. There is a dust pan outside my door on the railing with trash in it, that has been there since I got here 3 hours ago. I am going to sleep in a chair tonight and lose my money for tomorrow since I paid for 2 nights and you cant get your money back for the next night, even if you dont use it. Also, notice the response from the owner, ITS THE SAME EXACT RESPONSE TO EVERY REVIEW!!!! How fake!!!! If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, dont stay here!! Oh, by the way, I just noticed a nasty roach crawl up the wall next to the bed!!

2021-04-30Heard it’s a good place & all. But how can I find out, These people don’t EVER pick up their phone, so it’s like why even have your number up if you’re just going to send the robot monitor to EVERY CALL. The monitor keeps telling you to HOLD and still NEVER Picks up, I literally tried calling multiple times in different days and still the SAME Thing.. No Answer at all. Haven’t talked to not 1 employee or Staff Yet.. or who ever works in the lobby should please do better at actually picking up the phones..

2021-03-19Stayed for a week, one of the burners didnt work and there wasnt a cover to the bathroom vent. This place is only good for short term stays . Like a weekend or less, a cargo train runs often and the construction across the street is fine if you are not looking for a quiet night sleep.
