I have got to stop coming here for lunch. Used to be a great place. Check pricing before you order/pay, and check your food before you leave. Salads are either falsely advertised, or the chef doesnt know whats supposed to be on the advertised salads. When you tell the cashier/waitress whats wrong with your order, they all look like deer in headlights. Last 2 times I came here I was disappointed.....with the food and the long wait time (even after I called the order in for pickup....still had to wait a long time). After today, Ill be taking a break from this place until the service and the food improves.
At 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon the doors were locked while employees roaming inside! Not a good look

Got the wing meal. Enjoyed eating the fries more than wings. Food was average, however the environment itself was spacious and had pool tables so its a good spot to grab a quick drink and some grub. (Dont get the wings)
Horrible service. Girl at the front is very snobby and shouldnt be front appearance, she only create that first negative impression. I called in and ordered ahead of time. I was told my order would be ready in 10mins. It took me 15 mins to get there, then when I got there the order wasnt ready. Then I wait for an additional 20 mins only have 2 persons walked in and order then got their food before me. No Im sorry or no customer service at all. Will never shop there again. Save yourself the disappointment.
Wings not good very disappointed
This was my first time going here. My food was delicious and fresh. The lady that took my order had excellent customer service. She was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go again.
During my visit, the customer service was excellent. It was great to have options as there were a plethora of menu items to choose from that will not break ones personal bank. I am not certain I can vote the meal (wings, tapilia and fries) as being the best in the area. But, today I will give 5 stars for the customer service.
Horrible service rude cashiers they messed up on my order and then had me waiting 35 mins to get my food no apologies just was told what do I want them to do about it French fries super old they gave me an attitude for wanting fresh fries horrible will not be back
If I cloud I would give this place 0 stars. It is disappointing to see how the owner ONLY cares about money and not how he treats customers. I am a frequent customer and also have noticed how he treats employees. I’ve witnessed how he is harsh on the girls multiple times, I wonder how they put up with it. I haven’t been pleased with my food in multiple occasions, it’s true large portions but it will always be quality over quantity. Such a disappointment to see this place going down hill after I’ve been dining here for many years.
This is not a complete review, I arrived after my daughter had placed the order. You order and pay at the counter.With that said, I am able to address the - after the food arrived.This was my first time here, my daughter has been here several times. She really likes the wings here.The wings were reasonably priced, 10 wings for about $8, with a good amount of krinkle cut fries as part of the order. The fries are nothing special for thick krinkle cut. They were not greasy or over cooked, which is always nice. The oil used to cook the fries was not broken, not dirty and needing to be changed, or off flavor. The fries tasted like they should. Sometimes, average is a good thing.The wings are good. We had the honey BBQ flavor. The wings were not the skinny small type of wing. They were cooked right, neither over or under cooked.There is another place towards downtown that has the biggest most plump excellent wings. But they cost more, no fries as part of the deal - unless you go on Monday night and then they are half off - still no fries but who cares. About $6 or 7 for a dozen. Cant beat that place. Music can be just painfully loud though.With the previous just stated, J Buffalo Wings are, and I have only had one flavor, good to eat and a fair price. Not the biggest most plump, not the skinny butt that most places use.The place. This is the kind of place I do like to go. Half of the dining room, separate from the main area, has pool tables, great loud Mexican music but NOT too loud. People were in this area eating, drinking beer sounding like some singing along. Just great. Not at all unruly, just having fun.I know, why Mexican music, no Mexican food, whats up with that?! Who cares, Mexican music is always great.This is a typical low budget furnishing place, probably not the type of place to take a first date as I slowly learn after several no second dates, good filtering process though.So, a somewhat limited review due to arriving late.

The service was quickThe wings were fried crispy, just the way that I like it but not enough honey on the honey garlic wings. The fries were just right. Id go back.
But, I had to tell one of the young ladies to wash her HANDS, because she was eating chips at the register, and expediting food to the customers. 20 piece wings and fries were GREAT.

We decided to eat hear because at the other j.buffalo wing locations food is great! But at this location...I could make the food myslef and it would taste way better. The chicken lo mein is extremely salty, I had them make me a new one and it was still the same even after I said it was salty. The shrimp lo mein had no flavor...this was such a disappointing experience

Tell me what the point of ordering to go? Normally, it’s when you call in advance come to the store pick it up and then it’s time to go home and eat!!This place instead said if you call ahead to order they will only start cooking once you get there so you have to wait, so it’s either a 20 min wait ordering indoors or 12 min wait to call ahead and wait there in the enclosed area with ten other patrons, with only a couple of them wearing masks mind you.
The good was good. The portions and wait times are decent. The prices are pretty good too. Customer service is so so but overall Id recommend.
The service was extremely slow-- It took about an hour for me to get my pick up order, even though they said it would be 15-20. But they may have just been having a rough night. The food was still good.
If you are not Spanish, they are unfriendly and unprofessional, need work on their customer service, if they cant speak the language then learn, food is ok, not better than in Sandy Springs, spent more time on their cellphones at the counter to be exact..Management needs to do better than this especially with a BIG FAT C ON THEIR HEALTH REVIEW, God I hope this fish is fresh...fingers crossed. Terriyaki wings were good but the fish wasnt that great. Also you can call ahead and order but they dont make your food until you get there which defeats the point of ordering ahead.
The wings appeared to have been re-cooked with very little lemon pepper flavor, customer service definitely not the best and I stood there waiting while the staff were chatting for a minute or 2 before they acknowledge me standing there waiting to order and you have to pay for a drink with a combo.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The employee that takes order is very rude, and I waited over 20 minutes for a order that I called in. I do not believe in patronizing restaurants that are rude to customers and have terrible customer service.

With ALL due respect, PLEASE go buy some American Deli lemon pepper wings and learn how to make these wings correctly. The lemon concoction you all use tastes artificial and straight out of a bottle! HORRIBLE! I have tried the wet and dry, neither are correct! TRY HARDER! The competition is killing you! Your hot wings are decent, I will stick to those!

The wings extra juicy and fat like if they got shot up with steroids but its all good though cause they good af. I can taste the diabetes in the fruit punch just the way i like it. I live close and order the wings at least once a week. The wings used to be bigger and they have progressively gotten smaller. They just throw the carrot and celery (one each) on top of the wings. Most wing places wrap the veggies in something or separate it to keep it from getting hot. I would call in an order and pick it up in ten minutes. The last two times I have called and went in after 30 minutes and would have to wait. After waiting today for 15 minutes a total of 45 minutes I walked out. The customer service is terrible.

2022-01-06I literally threw up in my mouth after eating this. Brands fried rice yet sells soggy steamed rice. Wings had ZERO flavor even with honey mustard sauce on it! How they do that?!! The food tasted old and as if they reheated it. Called to complain and they acted as if it was my fault the food was horrible. Zero accountability, the manager even made it difficult to attempt to get money back. DO NOT eat from this place. Better off going to another location!! Those saying the food is good must not know what good food taste like. Take heed to the negative reviews.

2022-05-13I just picked up some of the nastiest food of my life. Food was so bad I almost went back and threw it at someone. The “ fried rice “ was boiled rice with teriyaki sauce very disgusting. I asked for a Philly and they gave me yellow American cheese without my consent. As they claimed to have gotten a wrong shipment of cheese in. The wings I asked for extra crispy n they were barely regular crispy. It’s 1 pm. I don’t see how you just opened up and the food is so bad. I will never go back to them. This is the first review I ever wrote in my life and I had to bro. This place need to go

2019-12-14Generous, affordable portions in a utilitarian setting.Ive stopped in here several times, usually Im just in the neighborhood and Im looking for some wings, which are one of my favorite meals. I seem to be lured by the sign which says did they have the best wings.These wings are not the big meaty wings that I would prefer like they have at Publix, but they do have a good chicken flavor. Probably, the most interesting thing is that they have a lot of flavors and offer a generous portion. Also, they have those big crinkle fries that are moist in the middle and have a delicious crispy outside from being cooked with the chicken. According to the cashier, they no longer have the coleslaw that I wanted. I have tacos and some other Latin selections but I havent tried them.The cashiers also seem to always be friendly. They made the extra effort to bring the food out to me instead of just calling me up there to get it.This is an old Long John Silvers building where are used to eat back in the 80s when I lived around the corner at the apartments. Its worn and theyve added a room onto the side with a few pool tables & loud music. Today, it was overrun with kids, which made the wait seem a little less fun than usual.

2021-11-12Staff very curtious. Fast service, food was great. I had the Spicey Grill and my co-worker had the Chicken Tacos. They left one of his tacos out, they very promptly accommodated him with the fourth taco. My spicey grill was very tasty, with an over abundance of food. Enough for three ppl. I would definitely visit this facility again.
